Tractor Trailer Tire Thief Caught | Richmond News
A 25-year-old man named Jude Wiltshire was arrested in King William County for stealing 24 tractor-trailer tires worth $10K, allegedly taken from Hanover County homes and businesses. Charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen goods, he also faces a concealed firearm charge. Caught just two weeks after the theft, Wiltshire is jailed at Pamunkey Regional Jail.
