A man accused of torturing and killing a kitten inside a San Francisco bank skipped court, then got arrested in Reno for resisting arrest and failing to register as a convicted offender. Now facing fugitive charges from California, he’s also under investigation for allegedly adopting two kittens — one found dumped near his home, the other still missing.
