- 0:00Speaker 1: Dating X. You're dating somebody, they do something, you're out,
- 0:04Speaker 1: just like Sadie. She saw her boyfriend chasing a napkin. Sarah,
- 0:08Speaker 1: you got a dating good morning? Oh oh hi, where
- 0:14Speaker 1: are you pH okay, okay, well you cut out for
- 0:20Speaker 1: a second. It could be our.
- 0:23Speaker 2: So what's your dating, Sarah?
- 0:26Speaker 3: You know, it's like it's the same thing over and
- 0:30Speaker 3: over again. It's I'm dating people that are in between homes.
- 0:37Speaker 3: My most recent one was I went on a date
- 0:40Speaker 3: and they pulled up with two cases and I didn't
- 0:45Speaker 3: say anything at first. I was like, you know, we're
- 0:48Speaker 3: downtown Phoenix. Maybe they're going to the airport after going
- 0:53Speaker 3: on a trip. No, during the day they mentioned, you know,
- 0:59Speaker 3: they were in between homes. And it's the same thing
- 1:01Speaker 3: over again. It's the people that I pick, I guess,
- 1:05Speaker 3: or they pick me. Maybe fifteen minutes into it, they said,
- 1:11Speaker 3: you know, I just thought this date was going to
- 1:13Speaker 3: go good and then I could stay with you for
- 1:15Speaker 3: a little bit, I you know, And I was like what,
- 1:23Speaker 3: And I said, I you know, and we've been talking
- 1:26Speaker 3: for two weeks, like, you know, are you okay? Like
- 1:29Speaker 3: I mean, honestly, I'm not. And I said, okay, in
- 1:34Speaker 3: my mind, I said, Okay, I guess I'm paying for
- 1:36Speaker 3: this dinner as well.
- 1:38Speaker 4: So yeah, are they like living in their car? Are
- 1:43Speaker 4: they like recently out of relationship or they got kicked out?
- 1:47Speaker 3: I nothing ever came about that we had been. I
- 1:50Speaker 3: don't go on a date, you know right away. It
- 1:53Speaker 3: takes about three weeks, two and a half, three weeks
- 1:57Speaker 3: for me to you know, meet up with somebody, and
- 2:00Speaker 3: it's always that person in between homes.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Sarah, would you kind of give like sugar mama vibes you.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Guys want you to.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I'm not gonna lie to I'm like a really strong,
- 2:13Speaker 3: like independent woman. So I I don't know what that
- 2:18Speaker 3: is about.
- 2:19Speaker 4: So that's pretty present.
- 2:21Speaker 3: That's that's really not my vibe right now. I don't
- 2:25Speaker 3: really know you that well. It's not like I would
- 2:27Speaker 3: even say you want to come upstairs and hank out
- 2:29Speaker 3: and watch a movie. I was just what pictures weren't
- 2:33Speaker 3: the same either. It's okay, And then at the end
- 2:37Speaker 3: they're like, well, do you think that you could give money,
- 2:41Speaker 3: give me some money to get a ride back to Masa.
- 2:45Speaker 2: You're likes you like, let me hold on, hold on.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I understand that's like this hate a funny first date
- 2:55Speaker 1: story that backfired. But you're saying this has happened to
- 2:58Speaker 1: you more than once, where someone pulls on a date
- 3:00Speaker 1: and they have their suitcases in the.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Cock suitcases in general, but they tell me I'm in
- 3:05Speaker 3: between homes.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Or homeless dot com dating app, like I think.
- 3:12Speaker 3: That's what it is. That's what it is. Wrong Independent,
- 3:19Speaker 3: don't put strong independent and your profile. That's the last
- 3:23Speaker 3: day I don't ever go on in my life.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Than we hope you find somebody. We're just looking a
- 3:27Speaker 4: different place.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Thank you for Sarah. We're shopping under the bridge. What
- 3:31Speaker 2: a story. Thank you, Sarah. Thanks.
- 3:34Speaker 4: If he's an intent under the bridge, that's not a
- 3:36Speaker 4: date for you.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Ariel, good morning. You got a dating I I do so.
- 3:41Speaker 6: I was talking to this guy just recently and we
- 3:45Speaker 6: were just messaging. At the point where we're messaging. We
- 3:47Speaker 6: hadn't met yet or gone on our first date yet
- 3:51Speaker 6: or anything. We were planning it and he sent me randomly,
- 3:56Speaker 6: he sent me our name in he made a wedding
- 4:00Speaker 6: invitation with our name.
- 4:07Speaker 4: Well, first of all, how did it look did it
- 4:08Speaker 4: look good? Or were their spelling airs? I mean, I
- 4:10Speaker 4: would how.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Did it look I really looked fine.
- 4:13Speaker 6: But I got a huge after that, and needless to say,
- 4:16Speaker 6: we did not go on any dates.
- 4:19Speaker 4: What a terrible, terrible idea.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Have you seen the video?
- 4:21Speaker 1: This?
- 4:22Speaker 2: This is where I first saw the dating thing.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Is the girl that's with a guy, Ariel, and they're
- 4:25Speaker 1: like in the ocean and she and she's snorkeling and
- 4:29Speaker 1: she looks she takes a camera under water and she
- 4:31Speaker 1: sees the way that he's treading water. She's like, I'm out,
- 4:37Speaker 1: Like this guy's treading water and he looks so stupid.
- 4:40Speaker 4: If we get married. Here's that's bad, all.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Right, Ariel, thank you for listening. That's that's a bit.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Jessica, Good morning, jess.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Hello, Hi, you're on the air.
- 4:55Speaker 6: Hi.
- 4:56Speaker 7: So this is really bad. But I dated. I went
- 5:01Speaker 7: on a date. It was just our first date. We
- 5:03Speaker 7: met her a friend and we went back. We were
- 5:05Speaker 7: just watching a movie, just hanging out watching a movie.
- 5:09Speaker 7: Nothing was going on or anything, and he fell asleep,
- 5:13Speaker 7: like with his head on the back of the couch
- 5:15Speaker 7: with his mouth open.
- 5:17Speaker 1: And like not the snore, but just like their face
- 5:25Speaker 1: when you realize when people are relaxed sleeping and their
- 5:28Speaker 1: face makes a weird.
- 5:31Speaker 2: All right, okay, so go on, what happened? You're just
- 5:33Speaker 2: staring at him?
- 5:34Speaker 7: So no, I just I was like I nudged him.
- 5:37Speaker 7: I'm like, hey, like the movie's over, I gotta go home,
- 5:42Speaker 7: you know. And he's like okay. So he gets already
- 5:45Speaker 7: and he's like I had so much fun. I'm like, yeah,
- 5:47Speaker 7: I meed too. And then my friend called me and
- 5:49Speaker 7: she's like, girl, tell me all about it. And I
- 5:51Speaker 7: was like, no, not gonna happen. Like and then and
- 5:55Speaker 7: I felt so shallow. I felt like, how horrible? But
- 5:58Speaker 7: it just I don't know. I was just just I
- 6:00Speaker 7: look over and he's sleeping, his mouth open, like yeah,
- 6:04Speaker 7: that's what it is.
- 6:05Speaker 2: That's what an itch is. You might feel shallow and progantic.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Yeah all right, Jessica, thank you. Where are you by
- 6:14Speaker 2: the way part of town you in right now?
- 6:16Speaker 4: But guy, oh guy, a lot of open mouth breathers
- 6:20Speaker 4: out there.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Yeah, where are you headed? Right now?
- 6:26Speaker 7: I'm on my way to pick up a friend to
- 6:28Speaker 7: go have breakfast.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Where are you going to breakfast?
- 6:32Speaker 7: I don't know, we haven't decided yet. Maybe a black
- 6:34Speaker 7: Bear diner on like I think it's on Lichfield.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Have you been to Mildred's in Buckeye.
- 6:41Speaker 7: No, huh huh, No, it's great.
- 6:42Speaker 2: It's a great place, little mom and pop shop. Well,
- 6:47Speaker 2: thanks for listening and have a great day.
- 6:50Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 6:52Speaker 2: There's someone on Facebook, Pat.
- 6:54Speaker 8: Yeah, so on the same tip as Jessica chewing with
- 6:56Speaker 8: your mouth open. I think like mouths in general.
- 7:00Speaker 1: If you go to our Facebook page, sure, John, Jay
- 7:02Speaker 1: and Rich we have a whole thing going on there.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:04Speaker 8: Yeah, there's like a whole thread. There's a ton of comments.
- 7:07Speaker 8: This one is so funny. So Lola, she went on
- 7:09Speaker 8: a date and she ordered her favorite appetizer and the
- 7:12Speaker 8: guy that she was with like took out his retainer
- 7:14Speaker 8: before he started eating and like wrapped it up in
- 7:17Speaker 8: an attain too.
- 7:19Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 7:19Speaker 8: She didn't get specific about it. She just said that
- 7:22Speaker 8: gave her an eck.
- 7:23Speaker 2: How many times does that happen and people lose their retainer?
- 7:25Speaker 9: Oh?
- 7:26Speaker 8: Yeah, right, you just toss it in the trash. This
- 7:27Speaker 8: one hilarious. Peter says when her chip broke off in
- 7:31Speaker 8: the salsa and she never fished it out, She just
- 7:33Speaker 8: let it sit there and soak.
- 7:36Speaker 2: What are you gonna do? That's okay.
- 7:38Speaker 4: He's probably more focused on the date.
- 7:40Speaker 5: I mean, you could never You never really know what
- 7:42Speaker 5: is the thing that's gonna give you the ick, And
- 7:44Speaker 5: it doesn't always make sense.
- 7:46Speaker 4: Don't Don't you think that you're in a lot of
- 7:48Speaker 4: those cases. It's not the thing, but you're kind of
- 7:50Speaker 4: looking for a way to get out of the thing anyway,
- 7:52Speaker 4: because you're not really attractive.
- 7:54Speaker 5: To They hits you out of nowhere, Like I really
- 7:55Speaker 5: like this guy and then I saw him run or whatever.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Not for me because I don't. Don't those things, if
- 8:02Speaker 4: you really like them, that would be cute.
- 8:03Speaker 8: The chip thing, yeah, I mean maybe, who knows. Caitlin
- 8:07Speaker 8: says like things like when you get asked what's your
- 8:09Speaker 8: body count? Like, yeah, I'm with her on that.
- 8:11Speaker 2: You mind your business, Chloe, you got a dating yick? Hello, Hi,
- 8:17Speaker 2: you're on the air. Good morning.
- 8:18Speaker 9: Oh hi, Yes, I have the biggest ick ever. I
- 8:22Speaker 9: was on a first state and we went to the
- 8:25Speaker 9: movies and things were like they were fine, you know,
- 8:28Speaker 9: we were like flirting in the car and stuff, and
- 8:31Speaker 9: we got like snacks and drinks and things like that,
- 8:35Speaker 9: and he led me into the wrong movie theater and
- 8:39Speaker 9: we walk into the movie theater and everyone's like sitting down.
- 8:42Speaker 9: The movie theater is totally full, and I look at
- 8:45Speaker 9: him and I'm like, I think, like, this isn't our
- 8:47Speaker 9: movie theater and he's.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Like, yeah, yeah it is.
- 8:49Speaker 2: It is.
- 8:50Speaker 9: And so we go to our seats and there were
- 8:53Speaker 9: these two teenage kids sitting in our seats, and I
- 8:55Speaker 9: look at him. I'm like this, like, this is not
- 8:57Speaker 9: the right theater, and he's just like insisting.
- 9:01Speaker 6: That it is.
- 9:02Speaker 9: And so I had to walk up to these two
- 9:04Speaker 9: teenage kids and I'm like, hey, like, you guys are
- 9:06Speaker 9: in our seats and they look mortified. And I felt
- 9:10Speaker 9: awful because the teenagers are on a date, you know
- 9:14Speaker 9: what I mean, like trying to enjoy their time. And
- 9:16Speaker 9: then we find like two seats in the back and
- 9:19Speaker 9: it was the Project hell Mary movie and I read
- 9:23Speaker 9: the book and so like, I know that this is
- 9:25Speaker 9: not the beginning of the movie. And finally I just
- 9:28Speaker 9: get up and I leave. I'm like, I'm not gonna
- 9:30Speaker 9: sit in this movie. It's almost over.
- 9:34Speaker 3: It was.
- 9:35Speaker 9: I was so embarrassed he.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Hasn't showed up yet.
- 9:44Speaker 9: It was so embarrassing. It was so embarrassing. No, no
- 9:50Speaker 9: second date.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Thank you for calling it, Chloe. Thanks for listening. Okay,
- 9:54Speaker 2: bye oh, go to play a minute to win it.
- 9:56Speaker 2: We need to contest it.
- 9:58Speaker 1: We have one thousand dollars of Petikey's money from Purity
- 10:00Speaker 1: four calls at eight seven seven nine three seven one
- 10:04Speaker 1: o four seven Payne, What are you watching on TV?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Anything good?
- 10:08Speaker 8: I actually just finished watching Raising Canaan, which is like
- 10:12Speaker 8: in that power series, so I know probably not, yeah
- 10:16Speaker 8: it's on Stars, but it's it's just so good. It's
- 10:19Speaker 8: like it's like real good. Like I don't know my
- 10:23Speaker 8: kind of TV, I guess. But I was watching Married
- 10:26Speaker 8: at First Sight? Have I seen that one.
- 10:28Speaker 2: A long time ago?
- 10:29Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 10:29Speaker 2: That's out.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw the preview and it looks intriguing.
- 10:32Speaker 8: Well, I only started watching it because this girl that
- 10:34Speaker 8: I'm friends with on Facebook, her sister is one of
- 10:37Speaker 8: the girls on the show that's like about to get
- 10:39Speaker 8: married on first Sight, and apparently she's like a little crazy, So.
- 10:42Speaker 4: I was like, I need to see what's well told
- 10:44Speaker 4: you have to be to get married at first Sight?
- 10:45Speaker 1: They want, they want, so when you say you have
- 10:49Speaker 1: no one that knows someone that's on it, of course
- 10:50Speaker 1: they're a little crazy. They're setting it up for an
- 10:52Speaker 1: explosion at some point, Yeah, what are you watching, Kyle?
- 10:55Speaker 5: I am deep in the thick of Let's Marry Harry
- 10:59Speaker 5: on Netflix. It's in the top ten on Yeah, so
- 11:03Speaker 5: Harry Jousey. He's been on a bunch of Netflix dating shows.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Too hot to handle. I think a perfect match.
- 11:09Speaker 5: He's like kind of known for being like very promiscuous,
- 11:14Speaker 5: if you will. And I guess in the past year
- 11:17Speaker 5: he lost his dad and he's like wants to change
- 11:18Speaker 5: his life, and he says he's ready for marriage now.
- 11:21Speaker 5: So these twenty girls are competing to marry him, and
- 11:25Speaker 5: the show is like, it's a little different than all
- 11:27Speaker 5: the other dating shows. They all have their own little twists,
- 11:29Speaker 5: but this one specifically, each girl gets an engagement ring
- 11:33Speaker 5: at the very beginning. And so he has twenty fiances
- 11:35Speaker 5: living in a house. They're all together, like he's in
- 11:38Speaker 5: the house with them. So some of the girls will
- 11:39Speaker 5: sneak into his room at night, you know, they get
- 11:41Speaker 5: a little freaky, and then the other girls are like,
- 11:42Speaker 5: this is so lame, and it's just it's really good
- 11:46Speaker 5: reality drama.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Because it's Netflix, they can get a little dirtier. Is
- 11:49Speaker 2: that is that right? I guess?
- 11:51Speaker 4: So yeah, I mean they don't show anything.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Oh, because I'm assuming he takes a ring back.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Yes, he takes the ring. That's the twist of it.
- 12:01Speaker 5: So and in the very I think in the first
- 12:04Speaker 5: I don't know, six episodes, he's got three friends that
- 12:06Speaker 5: actually do the eliminations for him, so he's not picking
- 12:09Speaker 5: the girl.
- 12:10Speaker 8: I would love that because your friend's opinion it does
- 12:12Speaker 8: hold a lot of weight.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Sometime exactly season two, that's Mary Harry again.
- 12:17Speaker 4: I know.
- 12:18Speaker 5: I'm very interested to see what was him down to that,
- 12:20Speaker 5: Like I'm at the point where he's down to two
- 12:22Speaker 5: girls and I have a favorite, but I don't know if.
- 12:24Speaker 2: It's the favorite. But the whole season's dropped. You don't
- 12:26Speaker 2: have to wait weekly think, so I don't. I don't know.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I haven't.
- 12:29Speaker 2: I haven't looked forward ahead enough.
- 12:31Speaker 1: There's a show on Amazon that's number one, right, I
- 12:33Speaker 1: think it's on Amazon, and yeah, yeah, yeah, it is
- 12:35Speaker 1: number one. And I started watching it two days ago,
- 12:37Speaker 1: and I am I don't think, like I can tell
- 12:40Speaker 1: the beginning of me getting obsessed with you, Like I
- 12:42Speaker 1: started deep diving the cast yesterday, and it's when I
- 12:45Speaker 1: can tell that I really like a show.
- 12:47Speaker 2: And it's called sterling point. It is so good.
- 12:51Speaker 8: What is it about?
- 12:52Speaker 1: It's this, It's this, this brother and sister And now
- 12:55Speaker 1: this is my perception because I'm only an episode and
- 12:58Speaker 1: a half and a brother and sister who were there
- 13:01Speaker 1: are twins, but they were born out of fertility like
- 13:04Speaker 1: a clinic.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Their mom has died. They don't really got into how
- 13:07Speaker 1: the mom died. And their dad is raising them, and
- 13:10Speaker 1: they in their grandfather died who they have no relationship with,
- 13:13Speaker 1: and they Inherit an island in Canada, and it's an
- 13:17Speaker 1: island where people vacation all the time. And there's like
- 13:19Speaker 1: lots of interesting bizarre things. And I am just.
- 13:23Speaker 4: A comedy or drama or what.
- 13:24Speaker 2: It's just good.
- 13:25Speaker 1: It's like Outer Banks, but it's like this their personalities.
- 13:29Speaker 1: The cast is so good and the writing is so good.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Like I started deep diving on the creator the writer.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Is it a book? There is something that got made
- 13:36Speaker 4: into a TV show? Sounds like it?
- 13:39Speaker 2: No?
- 13:39Speaker 1: No, I think the girl, the woman that created it
- 13:42Speaker 1: is also the director, and I think she created as
- 13:44Speaker 1: a TV show. She was also an actress and I
- 13:46Speaker 1: deep dive her and she was like she's been married
- 13:48Speaker 1: to Tyler Hilton remember him.
- 13:50Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, okay, can I jump in here on the
- 13:53Speaker 10: show because I'm watching Sterling Point too, and.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I'm obsessed, and go ahead.
- 13:58Speaker 4: It's so good.
- 13:58Speaker 10: So yes, So they adopted these two twins. They never
- 14:02Speaker 10: really knew their mom. They just know she died at
- 14:03Speaker 10: a young age, and basically their grandpa dies. They inherit
- 14:07Speaker 10: this island in Canada. So the daughter goes and she
- 14:10Speaker 10: finds a girl there that looks exactly like her.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Stop, I think that's her mom. There's some sort of
- 14:15Speaker 1: time thing, that's what I think. I think she means
- 14:17Speaker 1: a girl her age. They become good friends.
- 14:19Speaker 5: It's time travel.
- 14:24Speaker 10: But the girl was in the movie the idea of
- 14:27Speaker 10: you do you guys remember that movie with Anne Hathaway
- 14:29Speaker 10: where she's dating that she's the daughter. I think she
- 14:31Speaker 10: looks like she does look like Hathway. I'm pretty sure
- 14:34Speaker 10: she was in that movie too. But anyways, Yeah, the
- 14:37Speaker 10: director I saw something interesting, she said. She let them
- 14:39Speaker 10: basically like ad lib most of it.
- 14:41Speaker 2: That's why the script is so good.
- 14:43Speaker 10: She was like, you guys know what this scenees about,
- 14:45Speaker 10: so just do it. And so it sounds so natural.
- 14:47Speaker 1: The brother is hilarious strugling the brother, and he's the
- 14:51Speaker 1: Hulk son, a guy that plays the Hulk Mark Ruffalo
- 14:55Speaker 1: his son, and he's so.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Funny, huh.
- 14:58Speaker 1: And she has she has a boyfriend that she has
- 15:00Speaker 1: as she writ in sixth grade and he's as they
- 15:02Speaker 1: grow older now that she's a senior in high school
- 15:04Speaker 1: and he's obviously gay, but he hasn't come out yet,
- 15:07Speaker 1: Like they'll cut to him any besaup party with guys
- 15:10Speaker 1: like I mean.
- 15:10Speaker 2: There's just some very funny storylines.
- 15:13Speaker 1: But I haven't even heard of it until right now.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I think where it's going is she becomes friends with
- 15:17Speaker 1: this girl on the island. I think the island has powers.
- 15:19Speaker 1: I'm just making this up. I think the island has powers.
- 15:25Speaker 4: Travel on the island has powers.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Wait, hold on, hold on, So the grand they find
- 15:29Speaker 1: a bunch of letters from the grandfather the dad never
- 15:31Speaker 1: gave him. So they're reading the letters and in the
