A man is dead after a deadly police shooting at a busy shopping center in Gaithersburg, Maryland, following a confrontation where officers say the suspect was loading and displaying a gun. Multiple officers from both Montgomery County and Gaithersburg police responded, and after the suspect allegedly triggered a response, officers fired their service weapons.
