- 0:02A bubble in the precious metals prices, a bubble in the silver
- 0:07price, a bubble in the gold price.
- 0:09Definitely we're not there right now, guys.
- 0:11We know that. But there's a top analyst who's
- 0:15predicting that we could be moving into a 10 to 20 year
- 0:19bubble in the precious metals. We're going to listen to what he
- 0:23has to say, but another analyst is pointing out that the gold to
- 0:27silver ratio is doing some very interesting things.
- 0:32And if we look at it on a historical basis right now, we
- 0:36could easily justify a $50 per oz silver price.
- 0:41But you know the most important thing we're going to do today,
- 0:43guys, how about this? We got a package.
- 0:47Basement dwellers. Yes, you got a package.
- 0:49I got a package. Our friends at Pembeck's sent us
- 0:53some silver at least that's what I'm presuming is inside this box
- 0:57that we're going to give away on August 31st that's Saturday,
- 1:01August 31st during the 10 AM live stream on that day.
- 1:06So in just a few minutes here I've this is not been open.
- 1:09We're going to open this up and see what pin backs sent us.
- 1:14But before we do that, let's go quickly.
- 1:17Let's talk about what's going on.
- 1:19You know, this week was when it came to the precious metals, but
- 1:25I found a very interesting little article and I think they
- 1:30missed something. See if you can help me and see
- 1:33what they missed. This comes comes from the global
- 1:35market news, which I've never heard of, but I thought they did
- 1:39a pretty good job of talking about why we have such higher
- 1:42gold prices. And you know what that means for
- 1:45silver prices as well. But I want you to pay attention
- 1:47here and see if there's something they missed.
- 1:50They're talking about the key drivers in the gold price.
- 1:53And again, pretty much same thing for the silver price,
- 1:56right? We know that interest rate
- 1:58expectations, investors are anticipating the central banks,
- 2:01particularly the Federal Reserve, will cut interest
- 2:04rates. OK.
- 2:05We know that geopolitical tensions, ongoing geopolitical
- 2:09conflicts again, guys, these are the reasons why they're pointing
- 2:13to the higher gold and silver price.
- 2:15But I think they missed something massive, such as the
- 2:18war in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip have increased the demand
- 2:22for gold #3 central bank purchases.
- 2:25Central banks around the world, especially China and India, have
- 2:30been purchasing gold in record amounts.
- 2:33Economic uncertainty Economic uncertainties, including
- 2:37concerns about inflation and potential recession, have led to
- 2:40increased investments in gold and dollar depreciation.
- 2:44The weakening of the US dollar has also played a role in
- 2:48boosting gold prices. Now can we argue with that?
- 2:52Because I, I think a lot of people would say the dollar is
- 2:55strong right now, the DXY index, right?
- 2:57When we compare the dollar to other major world Western G7
- 3:02currencies, the dollar strong, right?
- 3:05So I don't know that we can say dollar depreciation from that
- 3:08perspective. But when it comes to the real
- 3:11value of the US dollar, and that's what we talk about on a
- 3:15regular basis here in the basement, right?
- 3:1710 years from now, how much gasoline is a $100 bill going to
- 3:22buy you today? You can maybe fill up your big
- 3:24SUV with that $100 bill. Do you think you'll be able to
- 3:28do that in 10 years? That's the real value of the
- 3:31dollar. Heck, the dollar index could be
- 3:32the same 10 years from now. It's just, again, comparing, you
- 3:37know, the prettiest turds in the toilet.
- 3:38I had to say it once during today's live stream.
- 3:41But what this article missed, OK, they talk about central bank
- 3:45purchasing, but guys, it's really all about China right
- 3:50now. China and India, but in
- 3:52particular China. And it's not just the central
- 3:56banks, it's the Chinese consumer.
- 3:58I was reading an article this morning that came out talking
- 4:01about some more banks that are failing in China.
- 4:04The Chinese people are freaking out.
- 4:07Their stock market stinks, other real estate market stinks, and
- 4:12on top of that, they don't trust the banks, they don't trust the
- 4:15paper currency. We've got massive buying of gold
- 4:18from the Chinese citizenry. And then again, also in other,
- 4:23you know, we know Thailand, Vietnam, all over the world.
- 4:26So I think they missed that in this article.
- 4:29A couple things that we want to look at here.
- 4:30Notable endorsements. They said Warren Buffett
- 4:33endorsed gold. He said, quote, gold is a way of
- 4:36going long on fear and it's been a pretty good way of going long
- 4:39on fear from time to time. Ray Dalio now, you know, he's
- 4:43the founder of Bridgewater. That's like the biggest hedge
- 4:46fund investment fund. Ray Dalio's considered to be a
- 4:50genius, right? A maverick in A to a certain
- 4:52degree as well. He says if you don't own gold,
- 4:55you know neither history nor economics.
- 5:00Excuse me. Jimmy Rogers, Co founder of the
- 5:02Quantum Fund, is frequently recommended.
- 5:04Gold is a hedge against inflation and economic
- 5:07uncertainty, he remarked. I love gold.
- 5:09It's been something to protect my wealth for centuries.
- 5:13So there we have it. I thought that was a pretty oh,
- 5:16hold on here. Oh no, hold on.
- 5:19What I do? Did I lose you guys?
- 5:22Hopefully we're still alive here.
- 5:25OK, here we go. OK.
- 5:32Can you guys see me? Hopefully you can see me and
- 5:35hear me. Hold on a second here.
- 5:39What did I do? Oh, boy.
- 5:42OK, let me see if I can. Hold on, guys.
- 5:46We're having some technical difficulties.
- 5:50All right? It's the big day, too.
- 5:52The big unboxing and shoot. Hold on a minute.
- 5:56I'm going to do one thing. Bear with me, guys.
- 6:00I apologize. We're having some technical
- 6:02difficulties here in the basement.
- 6:04But I promise you very soon, next thing on the agenda is we
- 6:08are going to open the package that we got from PMBEX and
- 6:14hopefully here I'm going to get back to you so you can see me
- 6:21enter the studio. OK, there we go.
- 6:25All right on here. Nope.
- 6:34OK, I'm going to shut that down. Hello.
- 6:42Are we here? Yes, we're here.
- 6:44OK. Can you guys still see me and
- 6:45hear me? Please let me know.
- 6:48I apologize. I had a brief little mishap here
- 6:52on the desktop. I hope everybody's doing great.
- 6:54OK, let's open this up. What do you say?
- 6:55Can somebody please let me know? Give me a 5 by 5 if you can see
- 7:00me and hear me. And.
- 7:04All right, cool. Awesome.
- 7:05Sorry about that guys. I need to do one more quick
- 7:09thing sometimes. Be in the one man band down here
- 7:12in the basement. Things go a little awry and
- 7:16there we go. Here we are.
- 7:17OK, let's open the box we got from Pinbacks.
- 7:20Hold on now, I'm getting texts. All right, OK, let's open this
- 7:26up. This will be the silver that
- 7:28we're going to give away on August 31st.
- 7:30This should be exciting. I'm going to tilt that down a
- 7:34little bit, move the microphone over to the side, and let's open
- 7:37this up. Thank you to our friends at
- 7:39Pinbeck's channel sponsor. All right, let's see how long it
- 7:43takes me to get into the Pinbeck's packaging.
- 7:47So there's a plastic bag. That's nice.
- 7:53Hold on here. OK.
- 7:58Attacking slip. Wow.
- 8:00Nice. Very heavy duty cardboard set up
- 8:04here. Let me see if I can figure out
- 8:06the best way to get into this. All right.
- 8:11I wonder what Pinbeck sent us. I'm going to use these scissors.
- 8:27I've always said when you get a package from pen backs, it's the
- 8:29way you want it wrapped up like Fort Knox, right, guys?
- 8:34Hey, coin chef Chris. Wow.
- 8:36And then inside there we have this and a nice bubble wrap.
- 8:44Wow. OK, well, hold on here.
- 8:53I don't want to hurt anything. Oh, wow.
- 9:06Wow. Oh, cool.
- 9:09Hold on guys, it it is the summertime giveaway.
- 9:16So the first thing we have here, see if you can see it.
- 9:20Yeah, you can see that a very cool looks like a one ounce
- 9:23Coca-Cola silver bar. Oh boy.
- 9:28And it continues. Oh man, this is awesome.
- 9:31Again, this will all be given away on Saturday, August 31st
- 9:36during the 10:00 AM. Is this, I don't know what the
- 9:39how many ounces it looks like. Boy, my eyes are getting bad.
- 9:43A5 out. Wow, another Coca-Cola bar.
- 9:48But they outdid themselves. This is a 5 oz Coca-Cola bar.
- 9:55Wow, very cool. And the top things off.
- 9:59OK, we got more. But wait, there's more here.
- 10:04Oh man, thanks. Thank you so much to the guys at
- 10:08Pmbek's. Look at this guys.
- 10:10A10 oz Coca-Cola bar. So if my math is correct, we've
- 10:16got a 10 oz Coca-Cola silver bar, A5 oz Coca-Cola silver bar,
- 10:22and a one ounce Coca-Cola silver bar.
- 10:25This is awesome. I'm gonna try not to get my
- 10:27fingers, crummy fingers all over these too much, but here, take a
- 10:35look at that guys. Isn't that cool?
- 10:38One ounce, It's like when you go to the grocery store and you buy
- 10:43Coca-Cola. They got different size bottles.
- 10:45There's the five ounce and 10 oz Coca-Cola.
- 10:52Wow, very cool. Thank you to the guys at Pembex
- 10:55again, guys. I'll have a video, a giveaway
- 10:59video that'll come out probably later today.
- 11:02Let me fix our camera here later today or this weekend.
- 11:06At some point, all you'll have to do is go to the video.
- 11:09There'll be a link to it and all the other video descriptions.
- 11:13Just go to the giveaway video and leave one comment.
- 11:16Say thanks, Pinbecks. And then on August 31st at 10:00
- 11:20AM during the morning live stream, that's a Saturday, I
- 11:23believe. I will draw one random comment
- 11:27and you will win, right? 16 ounces, 10 oz Coca-Cola
- 11:31silver bar, 5 oz Coca-Cola silver bar, and a one ounce
- 11:36Coca-Cola silver bar. Very cool.
- 11:38Thank you to Pinbecks. Thank you for the sponsorship
- 11:41from Pinbecs as well. Just in case you don't know,
- 11:45Pinbecs is an online bullion dealer.
- 11:49They're a company. Gosh, it's almost been a whole
- 11:52year now that they've been sponsoring the basement.
- 11:55It's a great place to buy silver, gold, platinum.
- 12:00And I always say, I never tell you what to do, but I think
- 12:03you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least
- 12:06throw them into the mix next time that you're shopping online
- 12:10for bullion. I've always found the prices are
- 12:12the best, the service is the best, the shipping is the best.
- 12:16Really everything about it is the best.
- 12:18But what I always come back to is there.
- 12:21I always feel like I get more metal for my money with pin
- 12:24back. So thank you guys.
- 12:27And like I said, I'll have that video up here soon.
- 12:30Let's talk about $48 silver. What do you say, huh?
- 12:33Let's go to our friend. Can you, do you believe in $48
- 12:37silver? I believe in $48 silver.
- 12:39But let's, let's, I'll, I'll tell you why I see that being a
- 12:45real possibility. And you know what?
- 12:47But first, let's just go check. Our friend Oriental Ghost gave
- 12:51us an update on yesterday's Shanghai Gold Exchange Silver
- 12:56price, $34.48. I think it was.
- 12:59It was almost 35 on Thursday, Silver on the Shanghai Futures
- 13:04Exchange, $34.64. There's been some news I'm doing
- 13:10some investigative work, but apparently, according to the
- 13:12most recent Cot report, there's a huge short position right now
- 13:17on the paper. Unicorn fart dust, right?
- 13:20The Comex and the LBMA exchanges.
- 13:23Apparently there's a rather unusual and astounding short
- 13:30position, more astounding, more unusual than normal in the
- 13:34electronic exchanges on silver. Now, what that means is at some
- 13:38point these guys may have to buy their silver back.
- 13:40We're going to talk more about that tomorrow.
- 13:43My intention is to do another live stream tomorrow, Sunday,
- 13:47and we'll talk more about that at that point.
- 13:50The other thing that we can bring up, don't forget
- 13:53yesterday. Here's an article from Chinese
- 13:57newspaper from our friend the Oriental Ghost.
- 13:59Here's an article written by Vince Lanchey on the subject.
- 14:03The China Hunt Brothers take on JP Morgan and when apparently,
- 14:09here we go. There was an article yesterday
- 14:12in the Sign of Finance newspaper.
- 14:14Big battle between a trader in China and JP Morgan that I think
- 14:21if I remember commenced back in 2022 and this trader in China
- 14:26made a a rather huge profit off the whole situation.
- 14:30So our port, we feel so bad for the guys at JP Morgan, don't we?
- 14:35You know the manipulators, the JP Morgan guys had their arses
- 14:40handed to them by a big Chinese trading company.
- 14:43You can go to the Oriental Ghost on Twitter and read more detail
- 14:46about it. Like I said, Vince Lanchi also
- 14:50talked about it rather exhaustively and he's got a sub
- 14:54stack you can check out as well. But boy, just we feel so bad for
- 14:57the boys and girls at JP Morgan that the Chinese traders and
- 15:01that's where the that's where the metals are going.
- 15:05I mean, it's all going to China. You know, this article that
- 15:09we've that we started out the show with all these reasons why
- 15:12gold is up, all these reasons why silver is up.
- 15:15The fundamental right over the last couple of years, really the
- 15:19fundamentals were aligned to a certain degree against the
- 15:23precious metals and China and India to a certain degree and a
- 15:27rather large degree are who we can thank.
- 15:31They're taking over the metals markets.
- 15:34OK. It's going to be an and guys,
- 15:36it's going to be a crazy interesting decade ahead of us
- 15:39as we as we see what's going on in developments that are
- 15:43occurring as the BRICS nations progress.
- 15:46Don't forget later this summer, massive BRICS meeting in Russia,
- 15:51right? And you've got these the Russian
- 15:53finance ministers talking about gold backed the potential,
- 15:56right. Some people are saying it's not
- 15:57just the potential. They're predicting that we're
- 16:00going to hear about a gold backed currency, a gold backed
- 16:04trade settlement currency that can be used between the BRICS
- 16:07countries. I don't know.
- 16:08That was the big thing last summer, right?
- 16:10Everybody was predicting we were going to get maybe we're going
- 16:13to hear about it. You know, supposedly there's
- 16:15some testing. There's so much going on, right?
- 16:18Project in bridge with the with the Bank for International
- 16:22settlements. Don't forget the Bank for
- 16:23International Settlements. That's like the granddaddy
- 16:27that's above all the other world central banks.
- 16:29The Bank for International Settlements, right?
- 16:32Gold is a what? A tier one asset, right?
- 16:35It's the same thing as cash or government bonds.
- 16:37What is that, Thomas? Thank you, Daniel.
- 16:40Wow, man. Thank you for that super chat,
- 16:42my friend. Let's look at Daniel's smiling
- 16:44face. One of our fellow basement
- 16:46dwellers. Thank you.
- 16:47Thank you, Thank you. All right, let's talk about,
- 16:50let's talk about the why I think silver should be $48 an ounce
- 16:57right now. OK, This comes from Mike Mahari.
- 17:01He's been in the basement with me here before.
- 17:03Great guy, super smart guy. Gold Silver ratio indicates that
- 17:07the we're in the early stages of a silver breakout.
- 17:11Two months ago, the gold and silver ratio broke an important
- 17:14support level, indicating the white metal that would be silver
- 17:17could be in the early stages of closing the gap with gold.
- 17:21Look at the big silver ball. OK, For those of you who don't
- 17:26know, the gold to silver ratio indicates how many ounces of
- 17:29silver it would take to buy one ounce of gold given the spot
- 17:31price of both metals. In other words, it tells you the
- 17:35price of gold in ounces of silver, which I think right now
- 17:39is right around what, 757677? Well, here he's going to tell us
- 17:44the current gold to silver ratio is right about 76, but this
- 17:48ratio is historically high. This is critical guys, meaning
- 17:53that silver is underpriced compared to gold, but there's
- 17:57some indication that the trend is in the early stages of
- 18:01reversing. All right, this is where it gets
- 18:04interesting. In the modern era, the modern
- 18:06era, the gold to silver ratio has averaged between 40 to one
- 18:11and 60 to 1. So think about those 16 ounces
- 18:15of of Coca-Cola silver bars that our friends at Pembex gave us
- 18:20right over the last in the modern era era, right?
- 18:23It would take about 40 to 6040 to 60 ounces of silver to get
- 18:28one ounce of gold. When the gold to silver ratio
- 18:30gets far above the high end of that historical average, it
- 18:34tends to return to the mean with a vengeance.
- 18:38Let me ask you a question. Think about this.
- 18:40If in the modern era, the gold to silver ratios average between
- 18:4440 to one and 60 to one, what's the average between 40 to one
- 18:49and 60 to one? That would be 50 to one.
- 18:52OK, That's really kind of the the average of the average over
- 18:56the in the modern era, as Mike Mihari calls it.
- 19:00If we apply that to the current gold price.
- 19:02Right, Let's go here. Let's take a quick look.
- 19:05Hold on. Oh boy, look at me.
- 19:10That's what happens when I don't have my help.
- 19:12I forget to put the screen up. OK, we're going to go back.
- 19:15Let's go to pin backs quickly 2400.
- 19:19OK, now guys, if we apply, let's go to the article.
- 19:23Sorry I did not have it pulled up.
- 19:24If we apply 50 to one, OK, a 50 to one gold to silver ratio to
- 19:30the current gold price, we would get $48 per oz silver.
- 19:35Again, that sounds crazy, right? That's what, $17.00 higher than
- 19:41we are right now? But that's the average in the
- 19:44modern era. That's where we should be,
- 19:47right? It could go lower, right?
- 19:49I mean, it could go lower here. For instance, in 2020, the gold
- 19:54to silver ratio set a record. It went as high as 123 to one as
- 19:58C19 hysteria gripped the world and then plunged to around 60 to
- 20:02one as central banks around the world cranked up money creation
- 20:06machine to cope with the government shutting down.
- 20:08And another example of a snap back, the gold to silver ratio
- 20:12fell. To 30 to one.
- 20:14I can tell you right now if the gold to silver in 2011, if we
- 20:18got to a 30 to one gold to silver ratio right now at $2400
- 20:24gold, do you know what the silver price would be?
- 20:27How does $80.00 per oz sound to you?
- 20:29OK, after rising to over 80 to one during the money creation of
- 20:33the Great Recession, that wasn't that long ago in the wake of the
- 20:37two 2008 financial crisis. So back in 2011, right, the gold
- 20:42to silver ratio dropped to 30 to one.
- 20:46I got to say it again, if we dropped to 30 to one right now
- 20:50with $2400 gold, we would have a silver price of $80.00.
- 20:54OK, three months ago, the gold to silver ratio climbed as high
- 20:58as 87 to 1-2. Months ago, the ratio fell to 73
- 21:01to one, below the 13 year support level.
- 21:04It briefly rallied, climbing back to 80 to one, but again,
- 21:09but it failed to regain the 13 year support before dipping over
- 21:13the last five days. So here's the chart that he's
- 21:16talking about, right? This is the gold to silver
- 21:19ratio, right? Starting at 2.
- 21:22There it is in 2011 at 30 to one.
- 21:25Look, it's gone up. It's taking more and more and
- 21:28more. Those are the number of Oz of
- 21:30silver that it takes to buy one ounce of gold.
- 21:33It's taking more and more and more silver to buy that one
- 21:36ounce of gold. My gosh, I better have the
- 21:38screen shared, which I do, OK. Now it just started breaking
- 21:43down below that range. So if it gets back here, right,
- 21:47what did we say to 50? OK, to 50, that's where we would
- 21:51have right now $48 per oz silver.
- 21:55And that's a real, real, real possibility, OK, right.
- 22:01A 30 to one like we had in 2011 after the great financial
- 22:05crisis. That's a real, real possibility.
- 22:09OK, now are we potentially now we have another analyst telling
- 22:13us that we are potentially at the beginning of a bubble phase
- 22:17for silver and gold. Let's run out and take a look.
- 22:20This comes from our friend Niels.
- 22:23OK, over a kit coat man, he just is hitting it out of the park
- 22:27lately. He says stop worrying about the
- 22:30pennies. As gold and silver consolidate,
- 22:33focus on the bigger trend, says analyst David Brady.
- 22:37OK, Dave Brady, who's an independent analyst and author
- 22:41of the Fit Fit Fippest report on Sub Stack, said that lower gold
- 22:46and silver prices through the summer will create strategic
- 22:49buying opportunities for what he expects will be a much longer
- 22:54bull run. Looking at the technical price
- 22:56action, Brady said he sees gold prices bottoming OK between 2280
- 23:01and 2250. That's not that far below where
- 23:04we are now at 2400. He added that in the broader
- 23:07landscape, this consolidation period is a short term shallow
- 23:11correction in a broader uptrend. OK, he says, I'm looking to 2700
- 23:18to $3000 gold before we get a major correction on this rally.
- 23:23We're talking about a correction of pennies.
- 23:25When you look at the potential gains, the risk reward profile
- 23:29is in your favor. But the key is you have to
- 23:32remain patient and let this play out.
- 23:36Patience, right? Are we patient?
- 23:37Are you patient? We've been patient, Brady added.
- 23:41That $3000, this is where it gets interesting, is only a mid
- 23:46rally target, which triggers a much steeper correction long
- 23:51term. He said he sees the gold price
- 23:52going to 5000 and potentially even $10,000 an ounce.
- 23:58This here, I highlighted it and I got it in blue.
- 24:01This is the start of a bubble in precious metals, he said.
- 24:05This is going to go on for a decade or two or maybe more
- 24:09because confidence and Fiat money is disappearing.
- 24:13Yes, it is disappearing, right? And don't forget the only thing
- 24:17that backs up those dollars is confidence.
- 24:20Guys, in a world that is drowning in debt, man, this guy
- 24:24knocked it out of the park. Brady said that gold and silver
- 24:27remain the only solid store of value.
- 24:30Currently, the US debt is sitting at $34 trillion.
- 24:35Here. Let's go on a little field trip.
- 24:36Whoa, hey, guys, look, we got 30-4 trillion, 900 billion.
- 24:43Back to the article. Wrong article.
- 24:46There we go. And many economist, including
- 24:51Federal Reserve Chair Gomer Powell, have said that it is it
- 24:56is on an unsustainable path. Hired.
- 24:59Yes, right. Jerome Powell says it's
- 25:03unsustainable. Ray Dalio says it's
- 25:05unsustainable. Jeffrey Gunlock says it is
- 25:08unsustainable. Everybody knows it's
- 25:12unsustainable. 2 weeks ago, the International Monetary Fund said
- 25:16that the US government that poses a growing risk to the
- 25:19global economy. Brady pointed out that this
- 25:21growing crisis is eroding trust in the US dollar as countries
- 25:26start trading in other currencies.
- 25:28And then he says, quote, even if you don't want to listen to me,
- 25:32you should follow the smart money, right?
- 25:35We always want to follow the smart money.
- 25:36And central banks right now are the smart money.
- 25:39They're not doing this for fun. They're they don't like shiny
- 25:42rocks. He said.
- 25:43They see gold and silver as a long term investment.
- 25:47They're preparing for something. They're preparing.
- 25:50They're preparing for some sort of calamity.
- 25:53Let's just go back and revisit what he said here.
- 25:56This is the start of a bubble. And precious metals, do you
- 26:00believe that we could see a bubble in precious metals
- 26:05talking about $5000 gold, talking about $10,000 gold,
- 26:10right? The bricks situation could be
- 26:13the catalyst, right? We're hearing more and more
- 26:16discussion right now that the bricks countries are preparing
- 26:20potentially seriously, right, to bring back some form of the gold
- 26:26standard we read yesterday, right?
- 26:29The bricks countries combined have a gold reserve of almost
- 26:337000 metric tons. If that number is accurate, and
- 26:37some people think that it could even be much, much higher, that
- 26:41means they're equaling the amount of gold.
- 26:43But the wealthiest country in the world, the country that
- 26:46forced the world under the gold standard after World War 2, the
- 26:49United States of America, these BRICS countries have massive
- 26:53amounts of gold. And think about this, guys.
- 26:57They just don't have a bunch of gold right now.
- 27:00They're continuing to buy and buy and buy gold, and they're
- 27:04encouraging their citizens to buy gold, to hold gold.
- 27:08We know already that India and India, not the Indian central
- 27:13bank, we're talking about Indian citizens in India, 1.4 billion
- 27:18of them, that combined Indian households have 20, what is it,
- 27:2325,000 metric tons of gold? That's more than three times
- 27:27what the United States has at Fort Knox.
- 27:30We know that these bricks countries have explicitly said
- 27:34we are moving away from the dollar.
- 27:37And not only have they said that they've begun to take concrete
- 27:40actions in that in that direction.
- 27:43Now they're so critical guys that we understand there's two
- 27:46components to the dollar. There's the reserve component,
- 27:50right? How much do these countries want
- 27:51to hold in their reserves in U.S. dollars?
- 27:55And there's the trade component. OK, now we know on both levels,
- 27:59right? And this is not going to happen
- 28:00overnight. I'm not going to sit here and
- 28:02say, oh, the dollar is going to be worthless on Monday because
- 28:04it it won't, it will be worth something.
- 28:08I think we all know that it's kind of worth paper.
- 28:10But nonetheless, I digress. The world will continue to
- 28:13recognize the dollar as a reserve asset, but that status
- 28:19is diminishing, right? That's a proven fact.
- 28:22As we've got the major countries of the world selling U.S.
- 28:25Treasuries, it's also diminishing from the perspective
- 28:28of being a trade currency. Those are two very different
- 28:31things that we need to recognize, right, that that
- 28:34central banks may hold dollars, right, as a reserve like a
- 28:39savings account. But what they're doing is saying
- 28:42we don't want to really hold as many dollars anymore.
- 28:44We want something else. They don't want each other's
- 28:46currencies. What do they want?
- 28:49Well, they're going to go to gold.
- 28:50And that's exactly what we're seeing from a trade perspective.
- 28:54They want to move away from the dollar as well.
- 28:57And we're seeing that happen all over the place.
- 28:59The Saudis are selling oil from what what we're being told,
- 29:04outside of the US dollar. That's a big deal.
- 29:06That's called the Petro dollar. We've talked about that a lot.
- 29:09So this major shift is going on right now and at the same time,
- 29:16right we have Russian economist that are really pushing Russian
- 29:20financial financial what would they be called financial
- 29:27leaders. I'll go back and go to the L
- 29:31word if nothing that are that are pushing right for more of a
- 29:35gold back trade settlement currency.
- 29:38So you know, it always comes back to it all the free market
- 29:43always prevails, always, always right.
- 29:47And we know what that means for the price of silver and gold,
- 29:50the value of silver and gold. It's it's going to be happening
- 29:55and it's going to be very, very crazy as we move through the
- 29:59rest of this year. OK, be prepared.
- 30:03Everywhere we look, right? We're, we're, we sure we hear
- 30:06all this, all this talk about, about, about central bank
- 30:10buying, right? We hear how that we know the
- 30:13talk about, about the citizens in, in China and India, Vietnam,
- 30:18Thailand, everywhere is going gold and silver crazy right now.
- 30:24And I just want to remind you, 'cause I do it everyday.
- 30:26Basement dweller #1 thank you for being here.
- 30:28Please give this a thumbs up. I forgot to beg for that.
- 30:31Thank you for the Super chats, thank you for subscribing to the
- 30:35channel. Thank you to the moderators.
- 30:36I see Annie, I see Jake, and I know that I see Coin Shop Chris
- 30:40is on here as well. Hey, don't forget guys, Coin
- 30:43Shop Chris has his own YouTube channel.
- 30:46He's growing faster than me. What the heck?
- 30:49Go check out Coin Shop Chris and subscribe to his channel.
- 30:53He's working very hard and he'd appreciate your support.
- 30:57But let's get back to some good news, some good, good news about
- 31:01silver and gold, right? And I heard the lady, her
- 31:04name's, do you know who Gwen? I think her name's Gwen Preston.
- 31:07She had a she was a big newsletter, gold and silver
- 31:10newsletter writer. She recently became the director
- 31:14of investor relations for West Red Lake Gold.
- 31:16But I watched one of her like final presentations she gave
- 31:19before she kind of got out of the newsletter and she said it's
- 31:23it's it's all about China. We can look at all this stuff,
- 31:28all this information out there about, oh, why did gold go up?
- 31:31Why did silver go up? If you boil it down, it's all
- 31:35about China. But what does that mean?
- 31:37This is the question I'll pose to you when, and it's not if I
- 31:43think it's a win at this point and it's a win for us when this
- 31:47happens, when the Western investor just stops hating gold
- 31:53and silver, stops selling gold and silver, they don't have to
- 31:57love it, right? Rick Rule says that we don't
- 31:59need them. We don't need our fellow
- 32:01Americans, Canadians, Australians, Western G7
- 32:05comrades. We don't need them to love
- 32:08silver and gold. We just need them to hate them a
- 32:10little bit less. And at that point, guys, it will
- 32:13make a massive, massive change to the silver and gold market.
- 32:18All right, guys, thanks for being here.
- 32:20I appreciate each and everyone of you.
- 32:21Have a great day. OK.
- 32:23And I will see you soon. Thank you.
