• 0:00
Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdict with Ted Cruz Weekend Review. Ben
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, and here are the stories that you
• 0:05
Speaker 1: may have missed that we talked about this week. First
• 0:08
Speaker 1: up Iran and where we are now in the politics
• 0:11
Speaker 1: of this deal, could we get a deal done? And
• 0:14
Speaker 1: how much does this have to do with national security?
• 0:16
Speaker 1: We break it down for you. Also, we have got
• 0:20
Speaker 1: a shocking story coming out of Minnesota that the governor
• 0:23
Speaker 1: there actually paid private investigators to spy and to intimidate
• 0:29
Speaker 1: government employees who had whistle blown on the massive fraud
• 0:33
Speaker 1: that was taking place. And finally, the Trump administration going
• 0:38
Speaker 1: all out to find children that were released into the
• 0:42
Speaker 1: country after they came across the southern border. And these
• 0:46
Speaker 1: children are missing by the one hundreds of thousands. So
• 0:48
Speaker 1: who they found, Well, it's an incredible story. We have
• 0:52
Speaker 1: that for you as well. It's the week in Review
• 0:54
Speaker 1: and it starts right now. All right, let's timestamp this.
• 0:58
Speaker 1: It is twelve thirty seven am Eastern time as we're
• 1:02
Speaker 1: recording right now, center, and so let's talk about what's
• 1:05
Speaker 1: happening right now in the Middle East.
• 1:07
  Speaker 2: We have had a flare up. I think it's a
• 1:09
Speaker 2: fair way to put it, Israel.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: Involved, Iran involved hitting Terris targets as well in Lebanon.
• 1:15
Speaker 1: This is turned into a bigger deal. The President trying
• 1:17
Speaker 1: to still get this deal done with Iran making phone
• 1:22
Speaker 1: calls apparently to BB Netanyahu's saying, hey, let's not go
• 1:25
Speaker 1: too heavy here. Let us see if we can keep
• 1:27
Speaker 1: this framework together. Trying to keep that seas fire together
• 1:30
Speaker 1: as well. There's an awful lot happening right now.
• 1:34
Speaker 3: Well, let's talk about the latest news. And as you noted,
• 1:37
Speaker 3: it is Sunday night, so things could break by Monday.
• 1:41
Speaker 3: By the time this podcast is out, we could have
• 1:43
Speaker 3: more news breaking, but as of right now, the latest
• 1:46
Speaker 3: news Axios reported just a few minutes ago quote the
• 1:50
Speaker 3: Israeli Air Force conducted strikes on military targets in central
• 1:53
Speaker 3: and western Iran on Monday morning local time. The Israel
• 1:56
Speaker 3: Defense Forces said a statement the strikes and retaliation for
• 2:00
Speaker 3: an Iranian missile attack against Israel, mark a new phase
• 2:04
Speaker 3: in a growing escalation that started on Sunday morning.
• 2:08
  Speaker 4: This is the.
• 2:09
Speaker 3: First time Israel has struck Iran since the April eight ceasefire.
• 2:15
Speaker 3: Further exchanges of fire could unravel the negotiations between the
• 2:18
Speaker 3: United States and Iran and lead to the resumption of
• 2:21
Speaker 3: the war. President Trump told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah,
• 2:25
Speaker 3: who hours before the strikes, not to retaliate. After Tehran
• 2:28
Speaker 3: conducted a retaliatory attack on Israel. A US defense official
• 2:33
Speaker 3: said the US military was not involved in the Israeli
• 2:35
Speaker 3: strikes on Iran. The official said the Israeli strikes were
• 2:40
Speaker 3: relatively limited in their scope, so we have returned to
• 2:47
Speaker 3: firing missiles, active hostility between Iran and Israel. Both have
• 2:52
Speaker 3: fired missiles at each other and in the past twenty
• 2:55
Speaker 3: four hours, that certainly has the potential to escalate. And
• 3:00
Speaker 3: also Sunday morning, President Trump was on Meet the Press.
• 3:03
Speaker 3: He was asked about a Ran Uh. Here's what President
• 3:06
Speaker 3: Trump had to say.
• 3:08
Speaker 4: Their leaders are gone.
• 3:09
Speaker 5: Do you know where all of Iran's nuclear material is?
• 3:12
Speaker 4: Yes? Yes, Would you.
• 3:15
Speaker 5: Unfreeze any Iranian assets or lift any sanctions up front
• 3:20
Speaker 5: as a part of anything, so that would come after
• 3:23
Speaker 5: if they turned over the.
• 3:27
  Speaker 4: Material.
• 3:28
Speaker 6: Unlike Obama, Obama flew a Boeing seven fifty seven a plane.
• 3:33
Speaker 6: I know very well they took the seats out and
• 3:36
Speaker 6: they loaded it up with one point seven billion dollars
• 3:39
Speaker 6: in cash from the banks in Maryland and Virginia and DC.
• 3:44
Speaker 6: They emptied at the banks and they gave them one
• 3:47
Speaker 6: point seven in green and they gave them tens of
• 3:50
Speaker 6: billions of dollars, just kept giving them money and it
• 3:53
  Speaker 6: didn't work.
• 3:54
Speaker 5: Would any again, But again, mister president, you promised that
• 3:59
Speaker 5: you were going to negotiate a better deal.
• 4:01
Speaker 2: Do you listen to the president there?
• 4:04
Speaker 1: And I do think it's really interesting to see how
• 4:06
Speaker 1: quick I meet the press. They wanted to get back
• 4:10
Speaker 1: in his face to go but this is a disaster.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: He's like, it's three months. Like what I'm doing right
• 4:15
Speaker 1: now is really tough. Others said they were in favor
• 4:18
Speaker 1: of what I'm doing, they didn't do it the way
• 4:20
Speaker 1: I'm doing it. I'm holding them accountable. This goes back
• 4:23
Speaker 1: to just perspective here. I think is the biggest thing
• 4:26
Speaker 1: of the President saying.
• 4:27
Speaker 3: Well, what the President said that is very clear is
• 4:29
Speaker 3: he's drawn a red line and he's insisting that Iran
• 4:32
Speaker 3: comply with his red line. His red lines, which we've
• 4:34
Speaker 3: talked about at length, or number one, no nukes, no
• 4:37
Speaker 3: nuclear materials, no nuclear in Richmond, and they have to
• 4:40
Speaker 3: hand over the enriched geradium they have Number two, they
• 4:43
Speaker 3: have to stop funding terrorism. Number three, they have to
• 4:46
Speaker 3: open the straight up hormus. And you will not see
• 4:50
Speaker 3: he has said, sanctions relief. You will not see money
• 4:53
Speaker 3: going to them until they comply with those conditions. That's
• 4:56
Speaker 3: the right way to negotiate. Both Barack Obama and Joe
• 4:59
Speaker 3: Biden just flooded billions, yeah, into Iran. As the President said,
• 5:03
Speaker 3: Obama literally flew a plane filled with almost two billion
• 5:06
Speaker 3: dollars in cash palettes of cash into Iran in the
• 5:10
Speaker 3: dead of night. There was another exchange President Trump had
• 5:13
Speaker 3: had with meet the press. Give a listen to this.
• 5:15
Speaker 6: One, and they would have had a nuclear weapon five
• 5:17
  Speaker 6: years ago.
• 5:18
Speaker 5: But mister President, I'm curious because when you were campaigning,
• 5:21
Speaker 5: you said you would rip up the around nuclear deal
• 5:23
Speaker 5: but negotiate a better deal. Why didn't you negotiate a
• 5:27
Speaker 5: better deal at the time? Because after it was ripped,
• 5:30
Speaker 5: their work guardrails and they escalated their production of enriched
• 5:33
  Speaker 5: youur excuse me.
• 5:34
Speaker 6: It takes years to do these things. These people have
• 5:37
Speaker 6: been fighting for forty seven years.
• 5:40
Speaker 4: They've been killing Americans.
• 5:42
Speaker 6: They've been taking off their legs and their arms and
• 5:44
Speaker 6: their faces have been hurt so badly and so horribly.
• 5:48
Speaker 6: I'm moving very fast. I'm into three months. You know,
• 5:51
Speaker 6: Vietnam lasted nineteen years. I'm into my third month, and
• 5:55
Speaker 6: all I do is say, well.
• 5:56
Speaker 4: When are you going to win?
• 5:58
Speaker 6: If I were a Democrat, nobody would be talking in
• 6:00
Speaker 6: that way. But it doesn't matter to me. Have gotten
• 6:01
Speaker 6: so used to it. Look, we have totally destroyed their military.
• 6:07
Speaker 6: They have some missiles left, They have some drones left.
• 6:09
Speaker 5: Do you know how many minutes?
• 6:11
Speaker 4: Yes, exactly how many? I don't want to tell you.
• 6:13
Speaker 4: Can you give me to have some left? No? But
• 6:16
Speaker 4: they have I know almost to the number.
• 6:19
Speaker 6: And we know where they are too, And we know
• 6:21
Speaker 6: where their drones are, and we know where their drone
• 6:23
  Speaker 6: factories are.
• 6:23
Speaker 4: Most of the drone factories have.
• 6:25
Speaker 6: Been knocked out, most of the launching pads have been
• 6:28
Speaker 6: knocked out, and most of the missile manufacturing areas have
• 6:31
Speaker 6: been knocked out. But they still have capacity. They have
• 6:35
Speaker 6: some missiles, they have some drones. I would say percentage wise,
• 6:40
Speaker 6: maybe twenty one twenty two percent of their missiles. It's
• 6:43
Speaker 6: a lot of missiles, but it's not what it was
• 6:46
Speaker 6: when we first attacked.
• 6:47
Speaker 5: So you're saying they have twenty one, twenty two percent
• 6:49
Speaker 5: of their missiles left.
• 6:50
  Speaker 4: Correct.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: Yes, I just I got to say, I laugh at
• 6:55
Speaker 1: how they want him to tell them in freezing, I'm
• 6:58
Speaker 1: not going to tell you that.
• 6:58
Speaker 2: Public Well, why why weren't you?
• 7:00
Speaker 1: Because I'm not going to tell the enemy what I
• 7:02
  Speaker 1: know on everything.
• 7:04
Speaker 2: This seems pretty normal.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: Yet the entire interview had that level of hostility in it.
• 7:09
Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, I mean NBC unfortunately it is approaching this
• 7:14
Speaker 3: and has approached this like like the rest of the
• 7:16
Speaker 3: corporate media, with effectively rooting for the United States to lose.
• 7:21
Speaker 3: As the President laid out, the United States has had
• 7:24
Speaker 3: extraordinary military results in this conflict. Eighty percent of the missiles,
• 7:29
Speaker 3: eighty percent of the drones destroyed, virtually all of the
• 7:32
Speaker 3: drone manufacturing and missile capacity destroyed, the Air Force in rubble,
• 7:37
Speaker 3: the Navy sunken at the bottom of the ocean, the
• 7:40
Speaker 3: Iyahtola dead, many of the Mulla's dead, many of the
• 7:43
Speaker 3: leaders of the IRGC did. And her question, she says, well,
• 7:47
Speaker 3: why didn't you negotiate a better deal? You know, I'm
• 7:49
Speaker 3: listening to that wondering. You know, it's like someone saying
• 7:52
Speaker 3: to the police, why didn't you negotiate a better deal
• 7:56
Speaker 3: with Charles Manson. Why didn't you negotiate a better a
• 7:59
Speaker 3: deal with Jeffrey Dahmer, Why don't you negotiate a better
• 8:01
Speaker 3: deal with Ted Bundy. It is not possible to negotiate
• 8:07
Speaker 3: a deal with someone who's only objective is to murder you.
• 8:12
Speaker 3: And the media refuses to acknowledge that. They say, they're like,
• 8:15
Speaker 3: you know, the right solution is send them billions of dollars.
• 8:18
Speaker 3: That's what democrats want. It is complete appeasement. It is
• 8:23
Speaker 3: denial of the reality that when the Iatola says death
• 8:26
Speaker 3: to America, he means it. And the reason President Trump
• 8:30
Speaker 3: is waging this war is because if the Iatola got
• 8:34
Speaker 3: nuclear weapons, we could see hundreds of thousands of Americans
• 8:39
Speaker 3: murdered in a flash of an eye. And the President
• 8:42
Speaker 3: is not going to let that happen.
• 8:45
  Speaker 4: And it is.
• 8:48
Speaker 3: I got to say, By the way, I'm quite confident
• 8:51
Speaker 3: the folks at NBC News are cheering the results of
• 8:54
Speaker 3: the La Maria's race because the last thing they want
• 8:57
Speaker 3: is a mayor that can actually put out fires or criminal.
• 9:00
Speaker 1: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
• 9:03
Speaker 1: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
• 9:05
Speaker 1: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. All right,
• 9:10
Speaker 1: I want to move on to this other incredible story
• 9:12
Speaker 1: center coming out of Minnesota. And in life, especially in
• 9:16
Speaker 1: government work, you're told that if you're a whistleblower that
• 9:20
Speaker 1: you have protections and that if you're a whistleblower, you
• 9:23
Speaker 1: should not be afraid for your job or that someone's
• 9:26
Speaker 1: going to come after you, certainly the government that you
• 9:28
Speaker 1: work for. Well, apparently that's not the case in Minnesota.
• 9:32
Speaker 1: And if you want to know how the Somali fraud
• 9:35
Speaker 1: got so bad, it might actually be because the governor
• 9:39
Speaker 1: was coming after the whistleblower, not those that were committing
• 9:43
Speaker 1: the crimes in Minnesota with his new shocking report.
• 9:47
Speaker 3: Well, that is inevitably number one the law, federal law
• 9:50
Speaker 3: and typically state law that protects whistleblowers. That gives you
• 9:53
Speaker 3: legal protection because you want whistleblowers to call attention to fraud.
• 9:59
Speaker 3: But number two two, if a government official goes after
• 10:04
Speaker 3: the whistleblowers, attacks the whistleblowers, refuses to follow the law
• 10:07
Speaker 3: and whistleblowers, that is powerful indication of a guilty mind
• 10:14
Speaker 3: that you're covering something up. It's sort of like if
• 10:17
Speaker 3: if someone is is murdered in Central Park and and
• 10:20
Speaker 3: you catch a person burning their clothes from that night
• 10:25
Speaker 3: and destroying the murder weapon, yeah, that is powerful, powerful
• 10:29
Speaker 3: evidence that they're the murderer. That that that that that
• 10:32
Speaker 3: that it is typically the guilty who destroys evidence who
• 10:35
Speaker 3: tries to cover it up. That that that that if
• 10:37
Speaker 3: you're not guilty, you have far less motivation, far less
• 10:43
Speaker 3: likelihood to try to silence whistleblowers to try to destroy evidence.
• 10:47
Speaker 3: So here's the story that broke in the Daily Caller.
• 10:49
Speaker 3: The headline is Tim Walls's staff hired private investigators to
• 10:53
Speaker 3: silence fraud whistleblowers. Committee report finds senior Minnesota state officials
• 10:58
Speaker 3: allegedly hired outside investigators to silence whistleblowers in an attempt
• 11:03
Speaker 3: to cover up widespread state social services fraud. A House
• 11:07
Speaker 3: committee report released Monday found The two hundred page staff
• 11:11
Speaker 3: report by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
• 11:13
Speaker 3: found that Democrat Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz's state's administration intimidated
• 11:20
Speaker 3: and retaliated against state employees who raised concerns about fraud,
• 11:26
Speaker 3: soliciting private investigators investigators to reveal employee's personal details. Report
• 11:34
Speaker 3: titled The Cost of Doing Nothing, How Tim Waltson Keith
• 11:37
Speaker 3: Ellison fueled Minnesota's fraud explosion, exposed that senior state officials
• 11:43
Speaker 3: as high as allegedly Governor Waltz were aware of widespread
• 11:48
Speaker 3: fraud for years and neglected to respond to reports. A
• 11:52
Speaker 3: Minnesota Department of Education official who contacted the FBI told
• 11:56
Speaker 3: federal investigators she was pressured quote at every turn by
• 12:02
Speaker 3: her superiors to stop raising fraud concerns and was quote
• 12:06
Speaker 3: handslapped when she continued to investigate. According to the report,
• 12:12
Speaker 3: the official also reported that she was warned by state
• 12:14
Speaker 3: administrators to quote stop digging into things, as it would
• 12:19
Speaker 3: appear that she was quote targeting certain groups. This is
• 12:25
Speaker 3: DEI and fraud all coming together along with corruption to
• 12:29
Speaker 3: elect Democrats, the article continues. Dozens of other whistleblowers reported
• 12:34
Speaker 3: dozens that they were told to stay silent about fraud
• 12:38
Speaker 3: concerns by the Minnesota Department of Human Services because they
• 12:42
Speaker 3: would be labeled quote racist or islamophobic. DHS also told
• 12:48
Speaker 3: state employees that raising fraud concerns would harm the state,
• 12:52
Speaker 3: the report said. Whistleblowers reported the DHS conducted arbitrary investigations
• 12:58
Speaker 3: to photograph their cars and houses, monitor their phones and computers,
• 13:05
Speaker 3: and asked employees where their kids attended school. Now that's
• 13:10
Speaker 3: going to get worse, then temporary Commissioner Sharene Gandhi. By
• 13:16
Speaker 3: the way, I'm going to give you some foreshadowing that
• 13:18
Speaker 3: that miss Gandhi did not behave like Gandhi. Instead, she
• 13:27
Speaker 3: confirmed and a testimony copied in the report, that the
• 13:30
Speaker 3: State Department used outside entities to conduct these investigations of employees,
• 13:38
Speaker 3: but could not confirm whether independent law firms were used.
• 13:42
Speaker 3: Gandhi also confirmed in her testimony that DHS management would
• 13:46
Speaker 3: regularly meet and quote check in on employees who had
• 13:50
Speaker 3: reported fraud concerns. Gandhi continued to conduct these check ins
• 13:55
Speaker 3: on DHS whistleblower Fay Bernstein quote a year or u
• 14:00
Speaker 3: two after her investigatory leave. So they hunted them down
• 14:04
Speaker 3: and they stayed harassing them. Bernstein alleged that Gandhi quote
• 14:08
Speaker 3: shamed her in a meeting after she raised concerns about
• 14:12
Speaker 3: fraud and quote excluded her from further meetings on the topic.
• 14:15
Speaker 3: Whistleblowers also alleged that former state Commissioner Jody Harpstead held
• 14:20
Speaker 3: a division wide meeting and told attendees that quote employees
• 14:25
Speaker 3: would be punished if they reported concerns about fraud and
• 14:30
Speaker 3: DHS programs. According to the report, DHS employee Emmanuel Nuala
• 14:36
Speaker 3: told colleagues that he quote did intelligence research within the
• 14:40
Speaker 3: army and appears to have threatened to provide IP addresses
• 14:46
Speaker 3: to former colleagues in order to find the locations of
• 14:51
Speaker 3: whistleblower's email addresses. An email obtained through a public data
• 14:57
Speaker 3: request showed, now it's about to get even worse. The
• 15:02
Speaker 3: report also alleged that DHS d anonymised an internal fraud
• 15:10
Speaker 3: hotline for employees in an attempt to intimidate fraud reporters.
• 15:17
Speaker 3: After whistleblowers later created an anonymous external email to report fraud,
• 15:22
Speaker 3: DHS blocked the email address. Whistleblowers reported that their fraud
• 15:28
Speaker 3: hotline tips were sent to human resources and used against them.
• 15:34
Speaker 3: The hotline was originally anonymous, but was de anonymised under
• 15:39
Speaker 3: Gandhi's tenure as Deputy Commissioner of HR. Governor Waltz appointed
• 15:45
Speaker 3: Gandhi a's commissioner of DHS in February twenty twenty six,
• 15:48
Speaker 3: but removed her in May before her confirmation hearing amid
• 15:53
Speaker 3: scrutiny of her response to fraud allegations. This is anyone
• 16:01
Speaker 3: who claims, gosh, the elected officials of Minnesota, they were victims,
• 16:05
Speaker 3: they didn't know. They wanted to go after the fraud, which,
• 16:08
Speaker 3: by the way, both Waltz and Ellison keep saying, Oh,
• 16:11
Speaker 3: we wanted to go after the fraud, we wanted to
• 16:13
Speaker 3: prosecute it. This demonstrates, I think powerfully they are lying.
• 16:19
Speaker 3: Not only did they not want to go after the fraud,
• 16:21
Speaker 3: they were doing everything they could to silence the whistleblowers
• 16:25
Speaker 3: and prevent anyone from knowing about the fraud.
• 16:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, and this goes back to the other question of accountability.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: If everything that we just mentioned turns out to be true,
• 16:37
Speaker 1: there's obviously now an open investigation into this. If you
• 16:41
Speaker 1: do these things, are you breaking the law? And if
• 16:44
Speaker 1: it goes all the way the governor is he breaking
• 16:47
Speaker 1: the law and the people below him are they breaking
• 16:49
Speaker 1: the law? And is there any accountability for this or
• 16:51
Speaker 1: is this just well walt isn't running for reelection, so
• 16:55
Speaker 1: it doesn't really matter anymore, and we'll just move on
• 16:57
Speaker 1: and yeah, we may continue to do things this is
• 17:00
Speaker 1: in the future without accountability.
• 17:02
Speaker 3: Listen, the Department of Justice has created an entire new
• 17:05
Speaker 3: division focused at going after fraud. And I hope everyone
• 17:09
Speaker 3: who made these decisions faces accountability if they committed criminal violations,
• 17:14
Speaker 3: that they are prosecuted. I am hopeful. I can tell
• 17:18
Speaker 3: you I'm urging the Department of Justice hold them accountable.
• 17:21
Speaker 3: That the way our constitutional system works, it's not the legislature. Look,
• 17:25
  Speaker 3: I'm in the Senate. I can't prosecute anybody. I don't
• 17:28
Speaker 3: have executive authority. I have legislative authority. I can write legislation,
• 17:32
Speaker 3: which I have, but I can't the power to bring
• 17:35
Speaker 3: an indictment, the power to go before a grand jury
• 17:38
Speaker 3: to get an indictment, to prosecute. That is exclusively within
• 17:42
Speaker 3: the executive branch, within principally the US Department of Justice
• 17:46
Speaker 3: at the federal level. And so I can tell you this,
• 17:49
Speaker 3: I am urging the Attorney General and DJ prosecute every
• 17:53
Speaker 3: single person who committed criminal acts, who covered up this fraud,
• 17:57
Speaker 3: who benefited from it, who knew what they were doing.
• 17:59
Speaker 3: And this is a real smoking gun.
• 18:03
Speaker 1: And if the age I go back to Ellison there,
• 18:05
Speaker 1: we know his name well, if he's involved in this
• 18:08
Speaker 1: and is using and weaponizing the government to go after
• 18:12
Speaker 1: those that were not committing the fraud, those that were
• 18:15
Speaker 1: trying to whistle blow on the fraud fraud, and they
• 18:18
Speaker 1: are harassed. Is there any lane for the people that
• 18:21
Speaker 1: were being harassed to somehow have like, you know, restitution.
• 18:25
Speaker 2: For what they went through. If you're being.
• 18:27
Speaker 1: Harassed for two years after you put in a tip,
• 18:30
Speaker 1: that's got to put a lot of stress in your life.
• 18:33
Speaker 2: I'm assuming it puts stress in your career. I'm assuming it.
• 18:36
Speaker 1: Could have affected a lot of people getting promotions that
• 18:38
  Speaker 1: they deserved.
• 18:40
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 18:40
Speaker 3: Look, and I would assume we're going to see civil
• 18:43
Speaker 3: litigation of people fire filing lawsuits and seeking compensation for this,
• 18:50
Speaker 3: and that litigation could well be successful. In terms of
• 18:54
Speaker 3: criminal prosecution, this would not surprise me. I don't know
• 18:57
Speaker 3: sitting here if MINISOONA law makes doing this a criminal
• 19:03
Speaker 3: violation in Minnesota. Now, of course, the federal government can't
• 19:07
Speaker 3: prosecute violations of Minnesota law. It would take a a
• 19:10
Speaker 3: Minnesota District attorney UH to bring that case. And and
• 19:14
Speaker 3: I got to admit, I'm very skeptical that that that
• 19:16
Speaker 3: there are any prosecutors in Minnesota willing to hold the
• 19:21
Speaker 3: corrupt democrats in charge of that state accountable.
• 19:24
  Speaker 2: Uh.
• 19:24
Speaker 3: If they're not, then there's not really a mechanism to
• 19:28
Speaker 3: enforce Minnesota law, which means you would be left with
• 19:31
Speaker 3: with federal law. And given that these are federal funds
• 19:34
Speaker 3: that were effectively being stolen and fund funneled to Somali
• 19:38
Speaker 3: fund funneled to Somalian fraudsters being sent, among other places,
• 19:43
Speaker 3: to Al Schabab. And we before on this podcast that
• 19:49
Speaker 3: the single largest funder of Al Shabab law, which is
• 19:52
Speaker 3: the Cataclamic terrorist group that is in Somalia, their number
• 19:56
Speaker 3: one funder was the taxpayers of Minnesota. And these are
• 20:00
Speaker 3: also federal taxpayer money. So look, I expect the Department
• 20:04
Speaker 3: of Justice. They've already prosecuted a number of the fraudsters
• 20:06
Speaker 3: at the lower level, but I hope they go right
• 20:09
Speaker 3: up the ladder of accountability and any politicians that are responsible.
• 20:14
Speaker 3: And to be clear, this happened because it was in politicians'
• 20:19
Speaker 3: political interest for this to happen, because they were getting
• 20:23
Speaker 3: money from campaign donations and they were getting votes from
• 20:27
Speaker 3: allowing Somalian fraudsters to rob the taxpayers of Minnesota and
• 20:32
Speaker 3: the American taxpayers and look that this has happened also
• 20:37
Speaker 3: in other states. It's happened in Maine under the Democrat
• 20:41
Speaker 3: governor there. It's happened in California, It's happened in Illinois.
• 20:44
Speaker 3: It's happened, I think, all over the country, but predominantly
• 20:48
Speaker 3: in Democrat states where there are Democrat politicians who were
• 20:52
Speaker 3: benefiting from turning the other way to fraud. And I
• 20:56
Speaker 3: think everyone who committed a criminal act should face prosecution
• 21:00
  Speaker 3: and real consequences.
• 21:02
Speaker 1: As before, if you want to hear the rest of
• 21:04
Speaker 1: this conversation on this topic, you can go back and
• 21:07
Speaker 1: down the podcasts from earlier this week to hear the
• 21:09
Speaker 1: entire thing. I want to get back to the big
• 21:13
Speaker 1: story number three of the week you may have missed, Sena.
• 21:16
Speaker 1: I want to move into another story that we highlighted
• 21:18
Speaker 1: here months ago. It's an important story about the children
• 21:24
Speaker 1: that were lost by the prior administration. There were kids
• 21:28
Speaker 1: that were let into this country. They were not vetted
• 21:31
Speaker 1: by with the adults that were with them. They were
• 21:34
Speaker 1: then given out to different people to quote take care
• 21:36
Speaker 1: of them this country, and they disappeared. These children, many
• 21:40
Speaker 1: of them have been abused. Many of them have been
• 21:42
Speaker 1: abused sexually. Many of them have been abused even in
• 21:45
Speaker 1: work conditions, and they were lost by the prior administration,
• 21:50
Speaker 1: and now luckily, many of them are being found because
• 21:53
Speaker 1: of what Donald Trump and the administration are doing.
• 21:56
Speaker 3: So perhaps the biggest lie about Joe Biden in the
• 22:00
Speaker 3: Democrats immigration policies is the lie that they embrace open
• 22:05
Speaker 3: borders because of compassion. The reality is it is precisely
• 22:10
Speaker 3: the opposite. The Democrats had zero compassion for the Americans
• 22:14
Speaker 3: who were murdered by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released.
• 22:18
Speaker 3: They had zero compassion for the women who were raped
• 22:22
Speaker 3: by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. They had
• 22:24
Speaker 3: zero compassion for the kids who were brutalized and sexually
• 22:29
Speaker 3: assaulted by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. Another
• 22:33
Speaker 3: aspect of this tragedy is specifically the kids. During four
• 22:38
Speaker 3: years of Joe Biden's administration, the Biden administration lost over
• 22:44
Speaker 3: three hundred thousand children. Verdict has covered this at length.
• 22:51
Speaker 3: This is a topic we talked about throughout the Biden years,
• 22:56
Speaker 3: but it was staggery and these are kids, often kids
• 22:58
Speaker 3: that come across the border. A company, we had over
• 23:01
Speaker 3: twelve million illegal immigrants come into this country during the
• 23:03
Speaker 3: Biden years, and in many instances, you'd get a little boy,
• 23:06
Speaker 3: you'd get a little girl. They'd be in government custody,
• 23:09
Speaker 3: and what the Biden administration would do is they would
• 23:12
Speaker 3: hand it over to adults that came to pick them up.
• 23:14
Speaker 3: But they wouldn't check to see if those adults were
• 23:17
Speaker 3: family members, they wouldn't do DNA tests to see if
• 23:20
Speaker 3: they're related. They'd hand them over to adults, and then
• 23:23
Speaker 3: they simply lost them and they would end up with
• 23:26
Speaker 3: random adults that have kids. And the Biden administration said,
• 23:29
Speaker 3: we don't know where they are, we have no contact
• 23:31
Speaker 3: for them, and a significant number, we don't know how many,
• 23:36
Speaker 3: but a significant number of those kids were put into
• 23:40
Speaker 3: forced child labor, A significant number of those kids were
• 23:44
Speaker 3: put into sex slavery, were sexually abused, and no one
• 23:49
Speaker 3: in the Biden administration gave a damn. When Alejandro Majorcis,
• 23:53
Speaker 3: who ran the Department of Homeland Security, would testify before
• 23:56
Speaker 3: the Senate, I would question about it, he was defiant. Well, thankfully,
• 24:02
Speaker 3: one of the very top priorities that Trump administration came
• 24:05
Speaker 3: in with is we're going to find those kids. And
• 24:08
Speaker 3: they've already found over one hundred and forty six thousand
• 24:11
Speaker 3: of them they're still looking. I want you to listen
• 24:14
Speaker 3: to current DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen at a press
• 24:18
Speaker 3: conference this week. Give a listen.
• 24:20
Speaker 7: We're going to enforce our nation's walls, and we're going
• 24:22
Speaker 7: to right the wrongs that the Biden administration turned a
• 24:26
Speaker 7: blind eye to. It's because of President Trump's leadership, horrific
• 24:31
Speaker 7: to what's happening right in our own country, because of
• 24:35
Speaker 7: four years of a blind eye that allowed unvetted sponsors
• 24:40
Speaker 7: to come pick up four hundred and fifty thousand kids
• 24:45
Speaker 7: on our borders, knowing their reports why the Biden administration
• 24:50
Speaker 7: was in office, their own reports was reporting at over
• 24:54
Speaker 7: a third of the females, regardless of age, so was
• 25:00
Speaker 7: sexually assaulted before they made it to their border. They
• 25:04
Speaker 7: knew it was human traffickers that were trafficking these young
• 25:08
Speaker 7: kids to the border. And then they were unvetting or
• 25:13
Speaker 7: or refusing to vet the so called sponsors, and there
• 25:17
Speaker 7: was zero wellness checks. And they want to claim that Republicans,
• 25:21
Speaker 7: because we're enforcement laws, it's inhumane somehow. What'sn't humane about
• 25:25
Speaker 7: taking care of our kids. As a father of six
• 25:28
Speaker 7: with three young girls, I will do whatever I have
• 25:31
Speaker 7: to do. I will move heaven and hell to go
• 25:35
  Speaker 7: find these kids.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: You know, I love the commitment there, and I want
• 25:38
Speaker 1: to remind people of the vote center that have taken
• 25:41
Speaker 1: place the Democrats. You got one hundred and forty five
• 25:44
Speaker 1: Democrats to vote against mandating deportation for illegal aliens who
• 25:49
Speaker 1: commit sex crimes. You have one hundred and sixty Democrats
• 25:53
Speaker 1: vote against mandating deportation for legal aliens with Dy's. You
• 25:59
Speaker 1: have one hundred eighty six Democrats who voted against mandating
• 26:03
Speaker 1: deportations for illegal aliens to commit welfare fraud. And you
• 26:08
Speaker 1: have one hundred and ninety Democrats who voted against mandating
• 26:13
Speaker 1: deportation for illegal aliens who harm police animals. I think
• 26:18
Speaker 1: it's clear Democrats have literally never met an illegal alien.
• 26:21
Speaker 1: They're not willing to feed, protect, defend, and allow to them,
• 26:25
Speaker 1: take children and unvet them. There's nothing they won't do
• 26:29
Speaker 1: to have an open border policy.
• 26:31
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 26:31
Speaker 3: Look, that's right, And those votes were all in this
• 26:34
Speaker 3: past year. If you go back to during the Biden
• 26:37
Speaker 3: administration and the Senate, one hundred percent, every single Senate
• 26:42
Speaker 3: Democrat voted in favor of open borders over and over
• 26:45
Speaker 3: and over again. We would tee up the votes. I
• 26:48
Speaker 3: led the fight on many of these, and the Democrats
• 26:52
Speaker 3: straight party line, would vote in favor of open borders.
• 26:55
Speaker 3: It was and when you asked them about the kids
• 26:58
Speaker 3: that they didn't have a response. They don't dispute these figures,
• 27:03
Speaker 3: that they just don't talk about them. And it's look,
• 27:07
Speaker 3: I want you to listen to Secretary of Malin talking
• 27:10
Speaker 3: about the kids they found so far and what they're they're,
• 27:13
Speaker 3: they're what they continue looking for.
• 27:16
Speaker 7: You know, I tell people that I haven't quit smiling
• 27:18
Speaker 7: since I have been saved to her Department for All
• 27:20
Speaker 7: Land Security. But I have to take that back because
• 27:23
Speaker 7: when we start digging into these cases and you start
• 27:26
Speaker 7: hearing the absolute horrific things that took place underneath the
• 27:33
Speaker 7: Biden administration, under true neglect at best and criminal at worst,
• 27:39
Speaker 7: to allow four hundred and fifty thousand kids to go
• 27:43
Speaker 7: missing throughout this country. President Trump has made it a
• 27:48
Speaker 7: point to go find these kids because of our partnership
• 27:52
Speaker 7: with HHS and DOJ, Department of Homeland Security, truly using
• 27:59
Speaker 7: the best, the best, which the Democrats sometimes want to
• 28:02
Speaker 7: demonize because a lot of times this is ice, This
• 28:04
Speaker 7: is HSI, this is CVP, these individuals that the Democrats
• 28:09
Speaker 7: seem to want to defund. But because the President Trump,
• 28:13
Speaker 7: we finally funded them for three years, we're able to
• 28:16
Speaker 7: push and go find these kids. We found one hundred
• 28:19
Speaker 7: and forty six thousand kids so far, one hundred and
• 28:21
Speaker 7: forty six thousand kids. We still have nearly three hundred
• 28:25
Speaker 7: thousand missing. We're we're investigating reports to where some of
• 28:30
Speaker 7: these kids claim that they were raped six to seven
• 28:33
Speaker 7: hundred times. I don't care who you are. Five kids,
• 28:38
  Speaker 7: If you don't have kids, I don't care. If you're
• 28:39
  Speaker 7: a liberal, you're independent, you're a Democrat, you're a Republican.
• 28:42
Speaker 7: If you can't stand for law enforcement to go find
• 28:46
Speaker 7: these kids, who are you? Who are you? Every leader
• 28:51
Speaker 7: should understand what's going on? And do you know where're
• 28:53
Speaker 7: finding the most of them sanctuary cities because they know
• 28:56
  Speaker 7: they're safe.
• 28:57
Speaker 1: If you think about sex trafficking a child, you would
• 29:01
Speaker 1: go to a sanctuary city. That is the safest place
• 29:04
Speaker 1: for you to operate. You and I have talked about
• 29:07
  Speaker 1: this bluntly.
• 29:08
Speaker 3: Well, and it's worth explaining why. Because in a sanctuary city,
• 29:11
Speaker 3: you have Democrat elected officials, you have Democrat district attorneys
• 29:16
Speaker 3: who won't prosecute the human traffickers, who won't prosecute the
• 29:20
Speaker 3: sex traffickers, who have decided as a political matter, that
• 29:24
Speaker 3: their party, the Democrat Party, is for open borders. You
• 29:28
Speaker 3: remember Chris Murphy when he said on TV, the very
• 29:31
Speaker 3: liberal Democrat from Connecticut, he said, the people we care
• 29:35
Speaker 3: about most illegal immigrants. That was his phrase, the people
• 29:39
Speaker 3: we care about most. And by the way, that's a lie. Also,
• 29:44
Speaker 3: he doesn't care about the little girls and little boys
• 29:47
Speaker 3: being raped and turned into sex slaves. He doesn't care
• 29:49
Speaker 3: about them at all. What he cares about is letting
• 29:52
Speaker 3: in as many illegal immigrants as possible, who will then
• 29:54
Speaker 3: vote Democrat and keep the party in power. I want
• 29:58
Speaker 3: you to listen to Secretary bull and making this point
• 30:00
Speaker 3: that is there were multiple reports of kids being trapped
• 30:04
Speaker 3: in sex slavery. No Democrat gave a damn.
• 30:07
Speaker 7: It was being reported at the time it was happening,
• 30:10
Speaker 7: and there was no outrage, and no one tried to
• 30:12
Speaker 7: hold these people accountable. And kids now have been paying
• 30:14
Speaker 7: for it. They've been getting raped over and over and
• 30:17
Speaker 7: over again because this previous administration chose not to enforce
• 30:23
Speaker 7: our nation's laws and protect the most vulnerable.
• 30:25
  Speaker 4: That is shameful.
• 30:27
Speaker 1: Six to seven hundred times that that is a number
• 30:30
Speaker 1: that I do believe should haunt everyone listening.
• 30:33
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, look, look, I I want you to remember
• 30:36
Speaker 3: when Alejandro Mayorks testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
• 30:40
Speaker 3: and I showed him the the plastic bracelets, the colored
• 30:45
Speaker 3: bracelets that traffickers would put on every illegal they brought
• 30:49
Speaker 3: into this country, and there were color coded for how
• 30:51
Speaker 3: many thousands of dollars they owed them, and it was
• 30:53
Speaker 3: literally they were treating human beings like cattle. And when
• 30:56
Speaker 3: you stand on the border down by the Rio Grand River,
• 30:59
Speaker 3: you see hundreds of these in the grass. And I
• 31:02
Speaker 3: asked him what the colored wristbands were and his answer was,
• 31:05
Speaker 3: I have no idea I've ever seen them before, which
• 31:08
Speaker 3: I got made me really angry because it means he
• 31:11
Speaker 3: hadn't bothered to go to the to the border at all.
• 31:14
Speaker 3: He did not care about the children being trafficked. And
• 31:18
Speaker 3: I view those colored wristbands as modern day leg irons.
• 31:23
Speaker 3: This is slavery today in America, and the Democrats were
• 31:27
Speaker 3: responsible for it. And one of the most important things
• 31:29
Speaker 3: the Trump administration is doing is stopping this horrific abuse
• 31:34
Speaker 3: of kids that the Democrats allowed to have happen.
• 31:36
