A major cocaine ring allegedly operating out of two Penn State fraternities has collapsed after 24-year-old Agostino Abbatiello, a top ringleader, surrendered. Investigators say members packaged and sold kilos of cocaine during initiations, with Abbatiello and Thomas Michael Robinson leading the operation.
