Latest / The Mark Simone Show / Hour 2: Do you like Dem John Fetterman?
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: He's more Mark.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Okay, so markximone show on sevent ten work.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Well a lot to get to this hour. So I'm
- 0:14Speaker 1: listening to that report on the Jets new uniforms all white,
- 0:20Speaker 1: like this is going to help? How about I forget
- 0:21Speaker 1: the new uniforms, new owner get a new owner is
- 0:25Speaker 1: a very nice guy, Woody Johnson. He is the single
- 0:28Speaker 1: worst owner in the history of sports. It's the first
- 0:34Speaker 1: time I've ever seen this. There's a movement that's been
- 0:37Speaker 1: building for a few years. They want the NFL to
- 0:40Speaker 1: put in some sort of apparatus that an owner could
- 0:43Speaker 1: be removed, could have the team taken away if he's
- 0:47Speaker 1: just stunningly incompetent and can't do it, And that would
- 0:51Speaker 1: be Woody Johnson. Again, very nice guy, a wonderful guy
- 0:55Speaker 1: in real life. Has no business keeping the team's oh incompetent.
- 1:02Speaker 1: No team has ever had an owner bungled things up
- 1:06Speaker 1: like this. Steve Cohen, you know, there's good periods, there's
- 1:09Speaker 1: bad periods. Have a good year, they have a bad year.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Woody Johnson, it's always always disaster. So a lot of
- 1:16Speaker 1: people have actually talked about that having some kind of
- 1:18Speaker 1: thing in the NFL where enough people can get together
- 1:21Speaker 1: and vote an owner out, make him sell the team. Now,
- 1:23Speaker 1: Woody Johnson bought the team years ago. I think he
- 1:27Speaker 1: paid six hundred million, and apparently it's worth nine billion now.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So if you took the team away, if he had
- 1:34Speaker 1: it was forced to sell it, he would make himself
- 1:37Speaker 1: eight point four billion. So it's not a bad deal.
- 1:40Speaker 1: But he's got to sell it. The new uniforms, and
- 1:42Speaker 1: why would you make them all white? That's ridiculous. They're
- 1:46Speaker 1: just gonna look dirty in five minutes. Hey, Bruce Blakeman
- 1:50Speaker 1: has talked a number of times now about how the
- 1:53Speaker 1: fact that the Jets really are a Long Island team
- 1:56Speaker 1: and they should go back to Long Island. He even
- 2:00Speaker 1: talked about building a stadium, a beautiful new stadium in
- 2:03Speaker 1: Long Island. But again, new stadium, new uniform, forget that
- 2:09Speaker 1: new owner. You need a new owner immediately. Hey, I'm
- 2:14Speaker 1: walking through some stores yesterday, clothing stores. All they saw
- 2:18Speaker 1: were fall clothes. Oh my god, the summer is really
- 2:22Speaker 1: it's really in the final third. You go in the stores,
- 2:28Speaker 1: fall clothes everywhere, and then back to school sales. The
- 2:33Speaker 1: only thing that does make me happy when I see it,
- 2:36Speaker 1: back to school. Sale. I feel so good because I
- 2:38Speaker 1: don't have to go back to school. That was always
- 2:40Speaker 1: the worst time of year. Back to school was always
- 2:43Speaker 1: a horrible time year. But now great, I don't have
- 2:46Speaker 1: to go. Hey, we're talking about mom Donnie, this crazy
- 2:50Speaker 1: mom Donnie, this child, this ridiculous whining child.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Benjamin Etna, who is a war criminal, the architect of
- 2:59Speaker 3: a horrific against the Palestine people, is responsible for the
- 3:03Speaker 3: killing of more than seventy three thousand people.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Just makes up this nonsense, spews this nonsense.
- 3:08Speaker 3: I want to be equally clear. Benjamin Netanya, who is
- 3:11Speaker 3: not welcome in New York City, nor is any other
- 3:13Speaker 3: war criminal at large.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Okay, that's all we want to have, and a lot
- 3:17Speaker 1: of people are working on this. We're going to have
- 3:19Speaker 1: the biggest welcoming for Benjamin Netanya, who parades celebrations with
- 3:25Speaker 1: a lot of famous faces. Make him feel very welcome. Now,
- 3:28Speaker 1: all these crazy wacko left wing kooks, who is the
- 3:32Speaker 1: guy you're going to need somebody? This happened before with
- 3:35Speaker 1: the Democrats, where they went so far to the left,
- 3:38Speaker 1: and then Bill Clinton emerged. Common sense, moderate centrist Bill
- 3:43Speaker 1: Clinton emerged and led the party back to the center
- 3:48Speaker 1: and therefore back to victory. You need a Bill Clinton
- 3:50Speaker 1: to emerge. Who could it be, Well, it might be Fetterman.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Looking listen to Fetterman, go after mom, Donnie, you're.
- 3:57Speaker 4: A mayor, dude, you know, pick up trash, fix some potholes,
- 4:02Speaker 4: and really fix the homeless problem in your city to
- 4:06Speaker 4: you know, your way out of your league. And now
- 4:10Speaker 4: this is irresponsible. But like I said, he's just a
- 4:14Speaker 4: total clown and it's just for clicks. At this point,
- 4:17Speaker 4: he knows that he has nothing actionable.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Fetterman, he could be the Bill Clinton. He could be
- 4:25Speaker 1: the common sense Democrat that leads the party back to
- 4:28Speaker 1: the center, back to normalcy. He can be leftist center,
- 4:31Speaker 1: but you can't be crazy left the Fetterman. Could you
- 4:34Speaker 1: imagine Fetterman being the guy? He would have to buy
- 4:39Speaker 1: a suit. You can't show up dress like that. You'd
- 4:43Speaker 1: have to get a suit and a tie and a
- 4:45Speaker 1: dress shirt. And I mean you can't show you can't
- 4:48Speaker 1: be president. They're the hoodie and shorts. I mean, I
- 4:51Speaker 1: guess you could. But when you go to the White
- 4:52Speaker 1: House you have to go through the service entrance. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 1: does he look like a leader. He dresses like he's
- 4:58Speaker 1: here to move furniture or something. I mean, could he
- 5:02Speaker 1: do it? Could he put on a suit? I don't know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: but he'd be a hell of a Bill Clinton type
- 5:09Speaker 1: to lead the party back to normalcy. Hey, we're talking
- 5:11Speaker 1: about this medicaid fraud. It's a bigger thing than anybody realizes.
- 5:15Speaker 1: This medificaate fraud is billions and billions of taxpayer money
- 5:21Speaker 1: being stolen. Now, let me just give you one example.
- 5:25Speaker 1: This guy was a Medicare fraud guy, and this guy
- 5:30Speaker 1: had This is what they do. They set up these
- 5:32Speaker 1: fake you know, little companies, these fake daycare centers, these
- 5:37Speaker 1: fake senior centers, and they collect the Social Security numbers
- 5:43Speaker 1: and the you know, the numbers for all these senior citizens.
- 5:46Speaker 1: They steal identities, and a lot of times they use
- 5:48Speaker 1: dead people and all sorts of stuff, and they submit
- 5:51Speaker 1: it for Medicaid reimbursement. So that's what this guy did.
- 5:57Speaker 1: You know, for each senior he was taking care of
- 5:59Speaker 1: or doing tests, he would get Medicaid reimbursement up to
- 6:03Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars for each one, and he'd come up
- 6:06Speaker 1: with thousands and thousands and thousands. Well him, They were
- 6:10Speaker 1: on too. They caught him and he fled. He fled
- 6:13Speaker 1: the country. He was a fugitive. Well, they arrested him
- 6:16Speaker 1: yesterday in the Middle East after looking for him on
- 6:21Speaker 1: the lamb. They arrested this guy. Now you know how
- 6:23Speaker 1: much this guy stole Medicare funds. This one guy five
- 6:28Speaker 1: hundred and forty seven million. This one guy half a billion.
- 6:33Speaker 1: This is stolen from taxpayers. Total medicaid fraud. And apparently
- 6:39Speaker 1: what he would do, he'd set up this whole system
- 6:42Speaker 1: and he would use doctors. He'd got doctors, He'd pay
- 6:46Speaker 1: him a fortune to do this, these illegal kickbacks and
- 6:49Speaker 1: all this stuff. He had patient recruiters out there looking
- 6:52Speaker 1: for patients who didn't need anything, but they could just
- 6:55Speaker 1: use their Social Security number and all of that. But
- 6:58Speaker 1: this one guy did a half a billion in medicaid fraud.
- 7:02Speaker 1: So imagine a lot of these guys. So the Medicaid
- 7:05Speaker 1: fraud is hundreds of billions probably in the end of
- 7:09Speaker 1: money stolen from taxpayers. Now we know it was really
- 7:11Speaker 1: bad Minnesota, really bad in Minnesota, and then they started
- 7:15Speaker 1: finding it in California. So RFK Junior announced the government
- 7:20Speaker 1: will not pay any more Medicaid funds to California and Minnesota.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It says the Democrats open the floodgates to hell. Kennedy
- 7:30Speaker 1: is stopping more than one billion in federal Medicaid payments
- 7:33Speaker 1: to California and Minnesota until they clean it up and
- 7:38Speaker 1: stop the theft. I mean's the total robbery of taxpayer money.
- 7:43Speaker 1: And he's not going to allow this to continue. Now,
- 7:45Speaker 1: obviously Minnesota is furious. Gavin Newsom is yelling and screaming,
- 7:50Speaker 1: but he can't argue Kennedy's points. So if you watch Newsom,
- 7:54Speaker 1: he was arguing that, well, look how about Iran. There
- 7:56Speaker 1: you go, Iran was a waste of money. Iran is
- 7:59Speaker 1: wasting tax fare money. Well that's nice deflecting, but again
- 8:03Speaker 1: he can't answer the charges. So until they clean it up,
- 8:07Speaker 1: they're cut off. As a good move by RFK Junior.
- 8:11Speaker 1: So these Democrats, these communists, these socialists, these crazies. You know,
- 8:17Speaker 1: if you're a Democrat, if you're a good, solid Democrat,
- 8:20Speaker 1: you know you voted for Bill Clinton, you liked Obama.
- 8:24Speaker 1: What happened to your party? You lost your party. It's
- 8:27Speaker 1: all crazies and lunatics. Listen to Bill Maher.
- 8:30Speaker 5: I'm not living in communist America. I mean, I know
- 8:34Speaker 5: the talking point is that it's not communism and socialism. Okay,
- 8:37Speaker 5: I've read the quotes from the DSA platform, from their
- 8:43Speaker 5: own mouths. Don't tell me I'm not seeing what I
- 8:46Speaker 5: am seeing.
- 8:49Speaker 1: So I don't know what you're gonna do. If you're
- 8:50Speaker 1: a normal Democrat, I don't know how you're gonna get
- 8:52Speaker 1: your party back. You got party leaders who are hiding
- 8:55Speaker 1: under their desk who won't help you, like Schumer and Jeffries. Hey,
- 9:00Speaker 1: Biden is back hunter. Biden suddenly doing a lot of podcasts. Why, well,
- 9:06Speaker 1: he's trying to sell paintings again. You remember he was
- 9:09Speaker 1: getting four hundred thousand, five hundred thousand of painting. It
- 9:12Speaker 1: was basically to buy influence. Nobody wanted these crazy junk paintings.
- 9:16Speaker 1: It was just finger painting. It's just junk. But you
- 9:19Speaker 1: give him five hundred thousand for the painting and then
- 9:21Speaker 1: you get access to the White House. Well, he can't
- 9:24Speaker 1: charge that much anymore. But he's now trying to sell
- 9:26Speaker 1: paintings for fifty four thousand dollars. Fifty four thousand. Now
- 9:31Speaker 1: you might be saying to yourself, that's a lot for
- 9:34Speaker 1: a junk painting. Well, the painting includes a phone call
- 9:39Speaker 1: with Hunter. Ooh, a phone call with Hunter? What the
- 9:46Speaker 1: hell would you want a phone call with Hunter for?
- 9:49Speaker 1: Could you imagine it? Hello? Hunter? Yeah? Yeah? So who
- 9:54Speaker 1: wants to talk to Hunter? Biden? Every Oh? Actually it's
- 9:57Speaker 1: a private video call with Hunter who they all want
- 10:00Speaker 1: a look at him? He says in the call he
- 10:03Speaker 1: will speak personally about the painting. Have you seen these paintings?
- 10:07Speaker 1: There's nothing to say about him. He's appearing on some
- 10:10Speaker 1: weird podcasts. Real extremist Nick Fuente's Canvas owens, but he's
- 10:17Speaker 1: trying to build up that art career again fifty four
- 10:20Speaker 1: thousand painting. Hunter has been living, dividing his time between
- 10:23Speaker 1: South Africa and Sanyanez, California, where one of his father's
- 10:29Speaker 1: major donors owns an enormous ranch. So I guess he's
- 10:32Speaker 1: putting up Hunter there. In fact, the entire Biden family
- 10:36Speaker 1: spent Thanksgiving at the ranch. Last week, a federal judge
- 10:41Speaker 1: in California awarded Hunter one point seven million in punitive damages.
- 10:49Speaker 1: A Trump donor apparently slandered Hunter, which is hard to do,
- 10:55Speaker 1: but it apparently went too far with what he said.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Oh he accused Biden of conspiring with the Iranian government.
- 11:05Speaker 1: All right, I mean, listen, the kid is a Slee's ball,
- 11:08Speaker 1: but I don't think he did that. So the court
- 11:11Speaker 1: awarded him one point seven billion. Now, remember Hunter was
- 11:14Speaker 1: pardoned by his father, otherwise he'd probably be in jail now.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And I remember his father famously said, I will not
- 11:21Speaker 1: pardon my son. And of course then on the way
- 11:23Speaker 1: I pardoned his son, who would have had a big
- 11:26Speaker 1: problem with the income tax evasion. Hey, there's a guy
- 11:31Speaker 1: that a wonderful guy. He died yesterday at the age
- 11:33Speaker 1: of ninety three. And he was a major figure in
- 11:37Speaker 1: late night television now, in television, in movies, in Broadway,
- 11:45Speaker 1: and you know, you know all the big stars and
- 11:47Speaker 1: all the famous people, but there's always the guys behind
- 11:52Speaker 1: the scenes who are such major forces in this that
- 11:55Speaker 1: you never hear about. Now, some of them make sure
- 11:57Speaker 1: you hear about them. Even some producers and directors love
- 12:00Speaker 1: a ton of publicity. But not this guy. He was
- 12:02Speaker 1: a quiet guy and he worked behind the scenes. And
- 12:05Speaker 1: I'm talking about Peter le Sally, who was the producer
- 12:08Speaker 1: of The Tonight Show for like almost twenty something years. Letterman,
- 12:15Speaker 1: he was a major figure. He was. There are a
- 12:19Speaker 1: lot of producers, there were kind of big show boats
- 12:22Speaker 1: or they're big bosses running the whole thing. But le
- 12:25Speaker 1: Sally was a very special guy. That called him the
- 12:27Speaker 1: host whisperer because he if you were Johnny Carson or
- 12:32Speaker 1: David Letterman, he was the guy you really trusted. He
- 12:34Speaker 1: was the guy that was close to you. He was
- 12:36Speaker 1: the guy who would be like your psychologist, your you know,
- 12:41Speaker 1: like your father, like your coach. That was Peter le
- 12:43Speaker 1: Sally died at the age of ninety three. Started out
- 12:46Speaker 1: with Arthur Godfrey. Good training because Godfrey and a lot
- 12:49Speaker 1: of people don't remember this name. He was the biggest
- 12:52Speaker 1: star in the world in the fifties. He had like
- 12:55Speaker 1: three separate primetime TV series going at the time. He
- 13:00Speaker 1: was so big, and he was the most ugly, vicious,
- 13:04Speaker 1: nastiest guy on the air. He was very folksy, hey
- 13:08Speaker 1: wi yeah, he was a nice, folksy guy. As soon
- 13:11Speaker 1: as the camera would go off, he was the most vicious,
- 13:14Speaker 1: ugly guy ever. But lo Sally worked for him with
- 13:18Speaker 1: good training, and then went to work for Mike Wallace,
- 13:22Speaker 1: who before sixty minutes was doing a talk show. Sole
- 13:25Speaker 1: Sally started working for this local Mike Wallace talk show
- 13:28Speaker 1: in New York, and lo Sally had a real eye
- 13:31Speaker 1: for talent. He found this unknown singer he put on
- 13:35Speaker 1: named Barbara streisand I gave her some of her first appearances.
- 13:40Speaker 1: He found he discovered people like I Mort Sahl and
- 13:43Speaker 1: Shelley Berman and Nicholson may So then he goes to
- 13:47Speaker 1: work for Carson, a young Carson who had just taken
- 13:50Speaker 1: over the Tonight Show, and stays there till the very end,
- 13:53Speaker 1: so it's like almost thirty years. It was twenty nine years.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Peter lo Sally was with Carson, and it was Johnny
- 14:01Speaker 1: Carson that created the David Letterman Show. He owned the
- 14:03Speaker 1: Letterman Show, so he kind of assigned le Sally to
- 14:06Speaker 1: get that thing going. Le Sally got very close to
- 14:09Speaker 1: Letterman and then when Carson went off the here he
- 14:13Speaker 1: went to work for Letterman fuld. I remember Letterman wanted
- 14:16Speaker 1: the Tonight Show. They didn't give it to him. He
- 14:18Speaker 1: didn't know what to do. So it was really Peter
- 14:20Speaker 1: Losally that got him the CBS deal. He got him
- 14:23Speaker 1: Mike Ovitz, the super powered agent to help him, and
- 14:27Speaker 1: they got him over to CBS and then Letterman had
- 14:29Speaker 1: that great run over there, even beating Leno, and Letterman
- 14:35Speaker 1: went off there. Le Sally, you know, kind of retired,
- 14:38Speaker 1: although Craig Ferguson got him to where he worked for
- 14:41Speaker 1: Craig Ferguson for a little well, now in his long
- 14:43Speaker 1: list of credits, look at this. I didn't know this.
- 14:50Speaker 1: A million years ago, before he was even working for Godfrey,
- 14:54Speaker 1: Peter le Sally worked at w R Radio. He worked
- 15:00Speaker 1: on a WR radio program hosted by Ruby Mercer. He
- 15:05Speaker 1: produced her show, and uh there was a time where
- 15:09Speaker 1: he even went on the show to review Broadway plays.
- 15:12Speaker 1: So Peter Lesally worked here at w o R. Great man,
- 15:16Speaker 1: wonderful guy in real life. He and his father survived
- 15:19Speaker 1: the Holocaust, came to America, and then that great career. Hey,
- 15:23Speaker 1: we'll take some calls next. Eight hundred three to two
- 15:26Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 15:30Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten, Mai seventen, WOMR. Hey, let's
- 15:40Speaker 1: take some calls. Eight hundred three two one zero seven
- 15:44Speaker 1: ten is the number. Let's go to Lauren in New Jersey. Lauren,
- 15:47Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 15:50Speaker 6: Good?
- 15:50Speaker 7: Mark?
- 15:51Speaker 2: So?
- 15:51Speaker 7: Actually Hunter is Hunter? Biden's quite the creative businessman. He's
- 15:59Speaker 7: taken the idea of fun sex and now he's going
- 16:03Speaker 7: to offer phone art. So really he may have something there,
- 16:08Speaker 7: all right.
- 16:09Speaker 1: He did not invent this scheme of selling junk paintings
- 16:12Speaker 1: for influence. It was invented via radio believe that Paola
- 16:16Speaker 1: guys back in the fifties. But what part of New
- 16:19Speaker 1: Jersey are you.
- 16:20Speaker 7: In Morris County where those tornadoes were whipping through?
- 16:25Speaker 6: Yes?
- 16:25Speaker 1: Yeah, did you see a tornado? Was it really bad?
- 16:29Speaker 7: Well? Thankfully I didn't say one, but yeah, things were
- 16:33Speaker 7: getting kind of crazy. But thank thank you Jesus. You know,
- 16:37Speaker 7: we all stayed on the ground.
- 16:38Speaker 1: And glad everything's all right, Lauren, thanks for calling. Let's
- 16:42Speaker 1: go to Hey. Bronxville got hit really hard. The Cross
- 16:45Speaker 1: Bronx underwater at one. But let's go to Ed in Bronxville.
- 16:49Speaker 8: Ed.
- 16:49Speaker 1: How are you doing, hey, Mark?
- 16:52Speaker 8: Do you find it suspicious that Mayam and Dami his
- 16:56Speaker 8: wife doesn't have kids with him, and she doesn't wear
- 17:00Speaker 8: or he job. Isn't that suspicious?
- 17:02Speaker 1: Well? How old is she? She's like thirty two or something.
- 17:04Speaker 1: You know, nowadays people don't have kids that young anymore.
- 17:07Speaker 1: It's not unusual, but.
- 17:09Speaker 8: Usually these faithful Muslims do have kids a very young age.
- 17:14Speaker 8: I think she's just a beard.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Well you think he's what do you mean, you think
- 17:18Speaker 1: he's gay?
- 17:22Speaker 6: Maybe?
- 17:22Speaker 8: And he married her for citizenship?
- 17:25Speaker 1: Oh oh you think, Oh that's what you're thinking.
- 17:27Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Nah, I don't know. She it seems to be a
- 17:30Speaker 1: really uh genuine marriage to me. I don't know. I mean,
- 17:36Speaker 1: he's a nice guy in real life, if you talk
- 17:38Speaker 1: to me, smiling, happy, I mean, just aside from the
- 17:41Speaker 1: hates America, hates Jews, hates America, the government, hates democracy.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Aside from that, he's a nice, smiling guy. But listen,
- 17:51Speaker 1: you can't blame him because he's crazy. I mean, he's
- 17:54Speaker 1: a lunatic. He's a hateful, bigoted lunatic. You got to
- 17:58Speaker 1: hate the people that voted for him, all these younger voters,
- 18:02Speaker 1: they're the problem. I mean, there's always going to be
- 18:04Speaker 1: a lunatic like this. He's just can't have all these
- 18:05Speaker 1: young voters, That's what I'm saying. Raised the voting age
- 18:09Speaker 1: to forty fixed the problem that way. Let's go to
- 18:12Speaker 1: Mike in Long Island. Mike, how you doing, Hi.
- 18:15Speaker 9: Market morning, How are you good? I want to thank
- 18:18Speaker 9: you very very much for mensering peter o'sally. He was
- 18:21Speaker 9: fantastic that first year he worked with David leedhamin and
- 18:24Speaker 9: I thought was the best. And sorry to see him go.
- 18:28Speaker 9: It's a good memory, but I'm sorry that happened.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, Well.
- 18:33Speaker 9: I have another quick question about Orthogodfrey, may.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Ask you that, please go ahead.
- 18:37Speaker 9: There's a street in front of the Fountain Blue Hotel
- 18:41Speaker 9: in Miami. It's called Orthogofy Boulevard. Yeah, reason, Yeah, did
- 18:47Speaker 9: he work out of there?
- 18:49Speaker 1: Well, he spent a lot of time there and that's
- 18:51Speaker 1: where he retired. To Arthur Godfrey was the most awful
- 18:54Speaker 1: guy in the world ever. And in fact, not only
- 18:57Speaker 1: did he live for a time I'm in Miami, he
- 19:01Speaker 1: bought a hotel. He owned a hotel. It was called
- 19:04Speaker 1: the Kenilworth and it was restricted. It was an anti
- 19:08Speaker 1: Semitic hotel. No choose allowed. That's how bad this guy.
- 19:12Speaker 1: This guy was the worst guy ever. He died alone
- 19:15Speaker 1: in the hospital in agony. A lot of people were
- 19:17Speaker 1: happy about that, instead of going peacefully in his sleep.
- 19:20Speaker 1: There's a movie called A Face in the Crowd with
- 19:23Speaker 1: Andy Griffith, loosely based on Arthur Godfrey, and it's about
- 19:28Speaker 1: a guy who's mister folksy guy, warm, sweet folksy guy
- 19:32Speaker 1: in the air behind the scenes of Vicious Maniac. And
- 19:34Speaker 1: one day at the end of the show, they forget
- 19:36Speaker 1: to turn the microphone off and the public gets to
- 19:40Speaker 1: hear what he really sounds like in his career is ruined.
- 19:43Speaker 1: But that was Godfree. Let's go to Mike in Portchester. Mike,
- 19:47Speaker 1: how you doing all right?
- 19:49Speaker 2: Mark?
- 19:49Speaker 1: How are you good?
- 19:51Speaker 6: How are you anyway? I called because you know, these people,
- 19:58Speaker 6: especially the thirty year old guys like this guy Mandanie
- 20:03Speaker 6: and stuff, they have no mental discipline. I mean, I'm
- 20:07Speaker 6: I'm seventy four, okay, and I just had my birthday
- 20:12Speaker 6: and I had to go through the rigor of the
- 20:14Speaker 6: university education up at Fairfield. The Jesuits put.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Me, how are you talking about, mom? Donnie's highly educated,
- 20:23Speaker 1: he's very disciplined. He's a lunatic. And what are you
- 20:27Speaker 1: talking about.
- 20:27Speaker 6: What's the source of the what's the source of the education.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Oh, he's a highly educated guy. You can't take that
- 20:33Speaker 1: away from him.
- 20:35Speaker 6: Oh come on, are you kidding me? Listen to what's
- 20:39Speaker 6: her face? AOC? She should get a refund on her education.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Well, no, no, she went to Boston University BU not
- 20:46Speaker 1: the greatest school. It's a nice school, but you're not
- 20:49Speaker 1: going to get the greatest education there. Let's go to
- 20:52Speaker 1: Danny in Long Island. Danny, how you doing doing?
- 20:55Speaker 2: Great? Mark, beautiful day, Long Island. But then I was
- 20:58Speaker 2: working security in the Motor Vehicles apartment in New York
- 21:01Speaker 2: at the same time that the New Jersey was threw
- 21:03Speaker 2: open the gates to wall the non citizens. And it's
- 21:06Speaker 2: amazing that Trump makes a speech on Saturday night, is
- 21:10Speaker 2: roundly booed by the media. He's lying, And the very
- 21:13Speaker 2: next business day, the governor New Jersey holds a press
- 21:16Speaker 2: conference to say that eight thousand non citizens who punched
- 21:21Speaker 2: in that they weren't citizens were accidentally added. What she
- 21:26Speaker 2: didn't say was what happened to the non citizens that
- 21:30Speaker 2: punched in. Yes, there were citizens, because I was at
- 21:33Speaker 2: the mard.
- 21:33Speaker 1: No, that's a very good point. The fact that she's
- 21:36Speaker 1: confessing to eight thousand means it's probably just she's trying
- 21:39Speaker 1: to get ahead of this. And if she says it's
- 21:41Speaker 1: eight thousand, it's probably eighty five thousand or something like that.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing?
- 21:49Speaker 1: Good morning, Mark? Speaking about all these but goodies old
- 21:52Speaker 1: TV shows? The Gary Moore Show, how about that one
- 21:57Speaker 1: for an old one? Well, Gary Moore was I see
- 22:00Speaker 1: this guy. Nobody remembers Gary Moore. He was an enormous
- 22:03Speaker 1: TV star in the late fifties and sixties. He had
- 22:05Speaker 1: a primetime variety show. One of the cast members was
- 22:08Speaker 1: Carol Burnett, and then she later started her own variety
- 22:12Speaker 1: show and just copied the whole formula of the Gary
- 22:15Speaker 1: Morris Show, just copied it exactly. He also did what
- 22:18Speaker 1: do you do to tell the truth? I've got a
- 22:20Speaker 1: secret stuff? Wore a bow tie. Yeah, Vincent, great point,
- 22:25Speaker 1: thanks for calling. Yeah, they had guys like that back then.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Gary Moore, a very lovable guy, did a lot of
- 22:31Speaker 1: radio too, but he'd wear a bow tie and he goes,
- 22:33Speaker 1: hell Loo, I'm Gary Moore. He was a friendly guy,
- 22:36Speaker 1: and they didn't have The truth is, they didn't have
- 22:39Speaker 1: much personality. They didn't have anything to say. They used
- 22:42Speaker 1: to have those guys on the radio. I don't want
- 22:45Speaker 1: to mention any names, but back then the big, big
- 22:49Speaker 1: guys of the fifties were they'd come on the radio.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Good morning, it's a beautiful day. How were you? And
- 22:55Speaker 1: they were just this big, bubbly voice was unbelievable. They
- 22:59Speaker 1: had nothing to say say but they mostly played music,
- 23:03Speaker 1: so all they had to do was do twenty seconds
- 23:04Speaker 1: at thirty six. Anyway, when we come back and Coulter
- 23:08Speaker 1: will be with us next, lots to talk to her about.
- 23:10Speaker 1: On seven to ten WR It's.
- 23:13Speaker 2: The Marximone Show Live.
- 23:15Speaker 1: From the woor Life Back studios. Well and Culter, the
- 23:21Speaker 1: great columnist, the best selling author, Rumble Star. Make sure
- 23:26Speaker 1: you follow her on Twitter even better as substack or
- 23:29Speaker 1: you got all kinds of things interviews and videos and podcasts,
- 23:32Speaker 1: Just go to Anculter dot substack dot com and then
- 23:36Speaker 1: make sure you watch her Rumble channel. All sorts of
- 23:38Speaker 1: great stuff on Rumble with Ann Coulter and Culter.
- 23:41Speaker 10: How you doing fantastic? How marximone?
- 23:45Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm good. So hey. Last night Arizona, all
- 23:49Speaker 1: the good candidates won, the crazy socialist lost. Is that
- 23:54Speaker 1: a good sign of things to come?
- 23:59Speaker 10: I think so well, Holpefully, it'll just be our city
- 24:03Speaker 10: and a few other cities that used to be fun
- 24:05Speaker 10: to go to that are now ruled by communists New
- 24:09Speaker 10: York Times had I actually was not paying much attention
- 24:12Speaker 10: to that primary. I don't usually until we have to
- 24:16Speaker 10: general elections. But I assumed the good guys had won
- 24:20Speaker 10: because the New York Times was kind of hysterical that quote.
- 24:24Speaker 10: Election deniers really swept in Arizona. And I would like
- 24:31Speaker 10: to remind you that I believe the entire Democratic Party
- 24:35Speaker 10: and absolutely Hillary Clinton, who would get huge applause saying
- 24:39Speaker 10: this at the debates when she ran in twenty twenty
- 24:45Speaker 10: against sorry not twenty twenty, in twenty sixteen against Trump,
- 24:50Speaker 10: that she thought the guy who actually won the election
- 24:54Speaker 10: was the one who got more votes, which one was
- 24:57Speaker 10: that it was the first time. I think it was
- 25:00Speaker 10: the first time Trump one didn't win the popular vote,
- 25:03Speaker 10: and they still say he didn't win that. And of
- 25:06Speaker 10: course there was George Bush's election in two thousand when
- 25:12Speaker 10: Gore tried to steal it in Florida but was not
- 25:16Speaker 10: able to They still carry on about how that election
- 25:19Speaker 10: was stolen. So election denial only counts. Only counts when
- 25:25Speaker 10: it's an unusual COVID year and there are forty million
- 25:28Speaker 10: absentee ballots littering the landscape.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Yeah, Hey, the Governor New Jersey Mikey. Cheryl holds a
- 25:35Speaker 1: press conference. Yes today announced that she found eight thousand
- 25:38Speaker 1: the illegal votes and the illegals registered. If she's admitting
- 25:43Speaker 1: to eight thousand, it's got to be what three hundred thousand?
- 25:46Speaker 1: So what is that all about? Just trying to get
- 25:48Speaker 1: ahead of the curve.
- 25:49Speaker 10: There, that's a good glass. Maybe Trump's threat to investigate
- 25:57Speaker 10: these a flection or election proud cases on his own
- 26:01Speaker 10: has spurred a little action. But yeah, of course this
- 26:05Speaker 10: happens all the time, and it's just the left is
- 26:12Speaker 10: asking us to pursue these investigations by it, not just saying, oh, well,
- 26:19Speaker 10: nothing we can do now. There's always a little cheating
- 26:21Speaker 10: on both sides. Yes, we should tighten things up. No, no, no, no.
- 26:25Speaker 10: They have to say twenty twenty was the safest, most
- 26:30Speaker 10: honest election ever. It's just the most preposterous thing to
- 26:36Speaker 10: say about any election. I mean, I wouldn't say it
- 26:39Speaker 10: about two thousand and four when Bush one, or twenty
- 26:44Speaker 10: sixteen when Trump won the most honest election ever. Yeah,
- 26:49Speaker 10: we have a lot of problems with elections, mostly taken
- 26:53Speaker 10: advantage of by Democrats.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Hey, and coldy, your friend Bill Maher even came out
- 26:58Speaker 1: and said he's not gonna of in a socialist, communist
- 27:01Speaker 1: world that he may vote Republican. That's pretty interesting, isn't it.
- 27:07Speaker 10: Yes, Yes, good for him. He is one of the
- 27:10Speaker 10: non insane Democrats. And I've noticed more and more of
- 27:13Speaker 10: the coming out this way. The New York Times had
- 27:16Speaker 10: an article this past weekend by some guy I don't know.
- 27:21Speaker 10: I think he works in the Obama administration, but he had,
- 27:23Speaker 10: you know, serious Democratic credentials, saying he didn't expressly say
- 27:28Speaker 10: I'm voting for the Democrats, but he said this is insane.
- 27:30Speaker 10: This isn't the Democratic Party. I'm not voting for this.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Yeah. Hey, as far as the midterms, usually it'll go
- 27:39Speaker 1: the other way. You know, usually Trump would lose the
- 27:42Speaker 1: House in the Senate. That's normal for president in a
- 27:45Speaker 1: couple of years in But whatever objection there is to Trump,
- 27:49Speaker 1: have the Democrats gone so crazy to the left is
- 27:52Speaker 1: crazy that they're going to blow the midterms?
- 27:56Speaker 10: Well, I just began my special Monday Rumble live video
- 28:02Speaker 10: on this very topic, which is now on my subtack
- 28:07Speaker 10: without ads, and that is there was some surprise at
- 28:10Speaker 10: that morning Monday morning, there was a surprisingly interesting poll
- 28:16Speaker 10: on CNN Harry Anton, you know, he's the one who
- 28:19Speaker 10: interprets their polls and has his little maps and stuff,
- 28:23Speaker 10: and he was saying that this year Democrats at this
- 28:27Speaker 10: stage there are four points ahead in generic Geneeric, you know,
- 28:32Speaker 10: who would you vote for? But when they in prior elections,
- 28:37Speaker 10: when they flipped the House from Republican to Democrat, at
- 28:41Speaker 10: this exact same stage, they were twelve points ahead or
- 28:45Speaker 10: ten points ahead and so on. So they're actually not
- 28:50Speaker 10: as far ahead. Despite the fact as he and every
- 28:54Speaker 10: other polster's points, Trump is at this point the least
- 28:59Speaker 10: popular residents in in since his since polling has been
- 29:04Speaker 10: has been taken of this at this station as presidency
- 29:08Speaker 10: or on war or on war or on more. But
- 29:12Speaker 10: apparently people aren't that aren't translating that to their House votes,
- 29:17Speaker 10: to to congressional votes, which is great news for Republicans.
- 29:24Speaker 10: He attributed it to the facts that Harry Enton did
- 29:28Speaker 10: that more Republicans in the House in the Senate, which
- 29:31Speaker 10: I guess I've noticed. I mean, the two the two
- 29:33Speaker 10: Republicans who weren't I think there were only two weren't
- 29:36Speaker 10: endorsed by Trump and lost their primaries this year are
- 29:39Speaker 10: now speaking up against him a little bit more, or
- 29:43Speaker 10: who are retiring like Tillius. Uh, there's Cassidy, there's Cornin
- 29:49Speaker 10: and that's what he was saying.
- 29:50Speaker 7: Now.
- 29:51Speaker 10: Now, Republicans in Congress are kind of separating themselves from Trump.
- 29:55Speaker 10: But I am one hundred percent with you. I think
- 29:58Speaker 10: it is is much less about that how much many
- 30:01Speaker 10: people pay attention to that. It's that the Democrats are
- 30:04Speaker 10: pushing absolutely insane policies for the government to take over everything.
- 30:08Speaker 10: I mean more even than the Soviet Union had more
- 30:12Speaker 10: private property than what the Democratic Socialists of America are proposing.
- 30:17Speaker 10: They and the defund police and dismantle ice, and there
- 30:22Speaker 10: will be no borders, and everything's free, all college loans
- 30:27Speaker 10: get forgiven. I mean it. It is like a child's
- 30:32Speaker 10: version of how to run a government, and I mean
- 30:34Speaker 10: like a kindergartener. Even a kindergartener would know this. It's
- 30:38Speaker 10: utterly mad, and I really think it's crazy enough that
- 30:43Speaker 10: I think it is kind of attention grabbing, and I
- 30:46Speaker 10: say it has a lot more to do with that.
- 30:48Speaker 10: I hope that translates into more favorable election results than
- 30:54Speaker 10: I and many others have been expecting. But I guess
- 30:57Speaker 10: we'll see explained that.
- 31:00Speaker 1: To me, there's senior the leadership of the Democratic Party,
- 31:04Speaker 1: very experienced, whether it's Schumer, Pelosi or Obama's lurking around
- 31:07Speaker 1: there some very very experienced people. Why don't they do something,
- 31:11Speaker 1: Why don't they speak up? Why don't they stop this?
- 31:16Speaker 10: They seem to be afraid of these progressives. I think
- 31:20Speaker 10: they were taken by surprise. I personally think that they
- 31:25Speaker 10: are not not interpreting all this properly. I mean, they've
- 31:29Speaker 10: been running or running. They are very old, not saying
- 31:33Speaker 10: there's anything wrong with being old. But after Biden, I
- 31:38Speaker 10: think people aren't wild about seeing all these very old people.
- 31:44Speaker 10: I mean, at least Mom Dommi in New York, if
- 31:47Speaker 10: you talked to young people. A big part of that
- 31:50Speaker 10: had to do with with the Iran war and Israel
- 31:54Speaker 10: and just I mean that debate I support is if
- 32:00Speaker 10: it is our ally, it's the only democracy. But that
- 32:03Speaker 10: debate with the Democratic candidates where every one of them,
- 32:07Speaker 10: this is the primary debate for mayor of the City
- 32:10Speaker 10: of New York, and they're all slobbering over themselves over
- 32:15Speaker 10: I will the first foreign country y'all visit is Israel,
- 32:19Speaker 10: and the first one, and all of them say that
- 32:22Speaker 10: except Mom dummy, who says, I'm sorry this, this is
- 32:25Speaker 10: the proper answer, Mark Simone. I'm running to be mayor
- 32:28Speaker 10: of New York. I'm not planning on visiting any foreign countries.
- 32:34Speaker 2: You know.
- 32:34Speaker 10: I will protect Jewish New Yorkers. I will protect Muslim
- 32:37Speaker 10: New Yorkers. Okay, maybe he was lying about all that,
- 32:40Speaker 10: but that's the proper answer. When he gives this answer
- 32:42Speaker 10: saying I'm going to put the city where I am
- 32:44Speaker 10: running for mayor first, Glomo doubles down on it and
- 32:49Speaker 10: starts attacking him for it. It was embarrassing. I think
- 32:54Speaker 10: it had a lot more to do with that than
- 32:56Speaker 10: let's privatize grocery stores and and supermarkets. And just one
- 33:02Speaker 10: other point, if we're not running out of time yet.
- 33:06Speaker 10: Nate Silver had an interesting post analyzing because he actually
- 33:10Speaker 10: looks at the numbers who it is filling the ranks
- 33:14Speaker 10: of the Democratic Socialists of America, and there is apparently
- 33:18Speaker 10: a large group of people in America now America where
- 33:21Speaker 10: the young people go to college. Go to college. Go
- 33:24Speaker 10: to college. You're gonna make so much money if you
- 33:25Speaker 10: go to college, You'll be set for life. Go to college,
- 33:28Speaker 10: so you have you have this large group of people,
- 33:32Speaker 10: mostly white, people who went to college, who came from
- 33:36Speaker 10: reasonably well off families, and they can't get jobs. They're
- 33:42Speaker 10: or they're working you know, at a star bus or
- 33:46Speaker 10: running an uber. So they're they're they they're over educated
- 33:51Speaker 10: and making very little money. Whereas I mean, if you
- 33:55Speaker 10: compare the incomes of people who didn't go to college
- 34:00Speaker 10: for income wise, they're doing a lot better. And those
- 34:02Speaker 10: are the Trump motors.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Well and Culter, great stuff, Hey, everybody watch her Rumble channel.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Great stuff on Rumble and of course a culter at
