Welcome to Have Faith. Let it begin. Here's your host, Angel Santana.
• 0:13
Ariel, can you say, have faith? Let it begin. Let it begin? Let it begin. Say, have faith.
• 0:21
Let it begin. Let it begin. No. No. No? Okay. Hi, Noah. Noah! Noah!
• 0:30
Happy birthday, Noah. Is that amazing? It looks like it's amazing.
• 0:38
Noah. This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
• 0:43
This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine.
• 0:47
This little light of rain, I'm gonna let it shine. Let it shine. Let it shine.
• 0:54
  So, let it says, yeah.
• 0:59
Daddy, I'm so excited, but I have one question. What's your question?
• 1:03
Are you going to be a pastor or a minister?
• 1:06
Good question. I don't know, but it is all in God's hands. Good morning.
• 1:10
You're listening to Have Faith Lab again, and it starts right now.
• 1:15
Happy Monday, everyone. It is Monday, April the 20th.
• 1:20
For some of you in New England, it's Patriots Day and the Boston Marathon.
• 1:24
Of the Special Olympics will be this morning. God bless you guys over there.
• 1:28
It has been a crazy, crazy beginning to the month and the middle of the month.
• 1:33
And I mean that in a good way, just a lot going on for myself as far as getting
• 1:39
prepared to finalize the rest of this semester for the school year and ministry school.
• 1:45
Gonna be taking the summer off. So I will be able to concentrate more on my sermons for church.
• 1:52
Also creating more content for all of you at Have Faith Let It Begin as we're
• 1:57
closing in on June 16th, 2026 for our nine years on the air. I cannot believe it.
• 2:05
Well, something happened yesterday at church and I wanted to share it with you.
• 2:08
And it was a prayer that was sent to someone about a prayer about all the negative
• 2:14
things that are happening as far as the war that we are in right now with Iran
• 2:19
and trying to find the peace between Iran and Israel.
• 2:23
And I don't usually like to get political, but I believe that when you talk
• 2:27
about prayer, it eliminates politics. It eliminates everything.
• 2:32
And I thought, what a fitting way to do a Monday morning with a formal prayer,
• 2:38
because we haven't done that in a while, just an episode about prayer.
• 2:42
So I first and foremost would like to ask all of you to pray for a gentleman
• 2:46
named Samuel who is in the hospital. We're praying for a gentleman named Brian.
• 2:50
We are also lifting up in prayer all of our brave men and women who serve this
• 2:55
country, foreign and domestic, and our veterans.
• 2:58
And if you are an individual seeking prayer this morning, please reach out to
• 3:03
me, angel at havefaithletobegin.com so we can continue to pray for one another.
• 3:08
Here is the prayer that was sent to me to pray. And we did this in the church
• 3:12
yesterday, but here's the prayer that I'd like to provide all of you with this morning. Let's pray.
• 3:17
In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, amen.
• 3:22
Lord of life, you've shaped every human being in your image and likeness.
• 3:28
We believe you created us for communion, not for war, for fraternity, not for destruction.
• 3:36
You who created your disciples saying, peace be with you, grant us that gift
• 3:42
of your peace and the strength to make it a reality in history.
• 3:47
Today, we lift up our prayer for our peace in the world, asking that nations
• 3:52
renounce weapons and choose the path of dialogue and diplomacy,
• 3:57
  disarm our hearts of hatred,
• 3:59
resentment, and indifference, so that we may become instruments of reconciliation.
• 4:07
Help us, Lord. Help us understand that true security.
• 4:11
Help us understand that true security does not come from control fueled by fear,
• 4:18
but from trust, justice, and solidarity among people.
• 4:23
Lord, enlighten the leaders of the nation so they may have the courage to abandon
• 4:29
projects of death, halt the arms race, and place the lives of the most vulnerable at the center.
• 4:36
May the nuclear threat never again dictate the future of humanity.
• 4:40
Holy Spirit, make us faithful and creative, builders of daily peace in our hearts,
• 4:46
our families, and our communities, and our cities.
• 4:50
May every kind word, every gesture
• 4:52
of reconciliation, and every choice for dialogue be seeds of a new world.
• 4:58
In Jesus' name we pray, amen. So this morning, we ask all of you to find the
• 5:05
peace in our hearts, find the peace in the world, have patience,
• 5:10
  guidance, comfort, and understanding.
• 5:13
May God be with you. May he shine his light upon you. May he continue to bless
• 5:18
  Nick and Diane and Cassandra.
• 5:21
May the Lord heal Diane and give her peace.
• 5:25
In Jesus' name we pray, amen. May God be with you.
• 5:29
May he shine his light upon you and grant each and every single one of you peace on earth.
• 5:34
And never forget, have faith, let it begin.
