Off-handedly, many of us who've been married for more than a decade might use the word "patient" to describe our spouses. That's accurate but doesn't quite capture the reality of living with one of the two FC2.0 Davids as well as does this descriptor: LONGSUFFERING. At one time it must have been a widely circulated adjective since the King James Version of the Bible lists it as the fourth fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22.
