- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to you. Thank you for listening to us.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 3: On air, on air, on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 1: 102.7 Kiss FM. It's great to see you guys. I
- 0:12Speaker 1: was so excited to go to bed last night to
- 0:15Speaker 1: set my alarm to wake up to see you. But
- 0:18Speaker 1: I got so excited that I had a disaster. I
- 0:21Speaker 1: had a clumsy morning. And I'm going to take that clumsiness.
- 0:26Speaker 1: And turn it around because I have a choice. My
- 0:29Speaker 1: day could continue like that or it could get better.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Do you want to show the video, Mark? I was
- 0:34Speaker 1: prepping for the show. I knocked over my coffee from
- 0:37Speaker 1: the table onto white carpet and onto a white couch
- 0:41Speaker 1: and a lot of it. And I didn't know because
- 0:44Speaker 1: I don't study these things. What is the quickest, fastest
- 0:48Speaker 1: way to get black coffee out of white? Club soda.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Club soda. I didn't do that. I just put a
- 0:55Speaker 1: bunch of my bath towels down and stomped on it.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Like you do stomp on grapes.
- 0:59Speaker 3: No, that's the worst thing you can do. You basically
- 1:01Speaker 3: just set the stain. Like you, you stomp the stain
- 1:04Speaker 3: further down into the couch.
- 1:06Speaker 4: And the carpet.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Well, you are not fun to talk to about this
- 1:10Speaker 1: right now.
- 1:11Speaker 4: I wish I was there to help you.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Show them the video of what happened. I was so.
- 1:16Speaker 1: And by the way, Diana's calling about this on 10.
- 1:18Speaker 1: She saw the video.
- 1:19Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I'll get Diana too. But take a look at the video.
- 1:23Speaker 1: When your day starts off like that, clumsy, all over
- 1:28Speaker 1: the place.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Yeah, you should have poured a bottle of club soda
- 1:31Speaker 3: just all over, drenched in club soda.
- 1:33Speaker 1: I didn't know that, and I was rushing to get
- 1:35Speaker 1: ready to come to the show.
- 1:36Speaker 6: I know that's the problem in the morning when these
- 1:37Speaker 6: things happen. You have minute by minute. You don't have
- 1:39Speaker 6: time to tend to a dirty carpet.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I may or may have not dropped an F1. All right.
- 1:46Speaker 1: That's not in the video. Diana, good morning. How are you?
- 1:50Speaker 7: Good morning.
- 1:52Speaker 5: How are you?
- 1:52Speaker 1: Well, I don't know. Is your day going as clumsy
- 1:55Speaker 1: as mine started?
- 1:57Speaker 7: No, I guess, unfortunately, unfortunately for me, it's not, but
- 2:02Speaker 7: I am clumsy, so it's okay.
- 2:04Speaker 1: That's great. My soulmate's going to be clumsy when I
- 2:07Speaker 1: meet her.
- 2:09Speaker 7: No, they have to be not as clumsy because you
- 2:12Speaker 7: have to take up all the clumsiness.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Needs to offset yin and yang.
- 2:16Speaker 1: We'll check that box when we get there. So did
- 2:18Speaker 1: you see the video I posted it this morning just
- 2:20Speaker 1: to show you how it started today?
- 2:23Speaker 7: I did. I thought I was like, Oh my God,
- 2:26Speaker 7: the rug. And then you panned over to the couch.
- 2:29Speaker 7: I'm like the couch too.
- 2:32Speaker 1: You know, it's very difficult to live with me and
- 2:36Speaker 1: it's just me. And these are the things that happen.
- 2:38Speaker 1: How should I take that stain out? I mean, I'm
- 2:40Speaker 1: gone now, but can I do anything about it? It's
- 2:42Speaker 1: coffee black.
- 2:43Speaker 2: It's, Googled.
- 2:45Speaker 7: Google said to take care of it right away. What?
- 2:48Speaker 4: Take care of it right away.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Oh, right.
- 2:50Speaker 4: The longer it stays there, the longer it's going to stain.
- 2:55Speaker 7: Yep.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm not going to let it bother me. You know,
- 2:58Speaker 1: I've learned in my years as years go by, things
- 3:02Speaker 1: like this can't bother me. They can't take me down
- 3:04Speaker 1: the wrong path. I'm still going to be positive, optimistic
- 3:06Speaker 1: and look forward to my coffee tomorrow. And if you
- 3:09Speaker 1: are listening and you are clumsy, let's say hi to
- 3:12Speaker 1: each other. Diana, thank you very much for calling early
- 3:15Speaker 1: this morning.
- 3:17Speaker 7: Yes, no worries. I hope you get it out or
- 3:19Speaker 7: you can just forget about it.
- 3:21Speaker 4: I can help you.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Can't I just buy like a carpet square?
- 3:25Speaker 6: No, you know what you could do? You could cut it.
- 3:29Speaker 5: Okay.
- 3:29Speaker 4: I don't know that we got to go there yet.
- 3:30Speaker 4: I mean, it's just a few hours. Let's take this.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Step by step.
- 3:33Speaker 7: Right.
- 3:33Speaker 6: Let's finish the show.
- 3:34Speaker 1: When I get back tonight, I'll send you some options.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Thank you very much. But that's how. The day's not
- 3:39Speaker 1: going to go that way. Clumsiness is done for me
- 3:41Speaker 1: for the day. All right. Just a programming note. So
- 3:47Speaker 1: what you're saying is Wheel of Fortune airs weeknights at
- 3:51Speaker 1: 7.30 in LA. But what I'm.
- 3:53Speaker 6: Saying is dancing goes after Wheel of Fortune.
- 3:55Speaker 8: Yes.
- 3:56Speaker 4: On certain days.
- 3:57Speaker 1: On Tuesdays.
- 3:57Speaker 4: On Tuesdays.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Today. On Tuesdays.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Yeah. Wow.
- 4:00Speaker 1: So I could just step across the stage is what
- 4:02Speaker 1: you're saying and jump right into it? Yes.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Is it on the same lot?
- 4:05Speaker 4: There's a lot of hype with Dancing with the Stars
- 4:07Speaker 4: right now.
- 4:07Speaker 6: Everyone's so bad.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Everyone is watching it.
- 4:10Speaker 6: I'm watching like a hawk.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Okay. It's not on the same lot.
- 4:15Speaker 5: Mark.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Do us the pleasure of reaching out to Julianne Hough.
- 4:20Speaker 1: She is one of the co-hosts. And let's just talk
- 4:23Speaker 1: about how viral it's gone. Your idea about me walking
- 4:25Speaker 1: across the set and see what she would think.
- 4:27Speaker 6: But can I be your plus one if you get
- 4:29Speaker 6: to do it?
- 4:30Speaker 9: Please.
- 4:31Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 4:32Speaker 4: What does that mean?
- 4:33Speaker 6: If you go, like you're going to walk across and
- 4:34Speaker 6: go to a show, can I come with you?
- 4:36Speaker 1: Well, I'm going to rotate.
- 4:40Speaker 4: He can get multiple tickets.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Let's just see. Let's talk to her about how the
- 4:47Speaker 1: show is doing. The show's doing great.
- 4:50Speaker 4: It is doing great.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So, okay.
- 4:53Speaker 6: And they're giving out low scores.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Well, that's the beginning. Then they work their way up.
- 4:59Speaker 4: They build it up.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Now, these memes you keep getting, what's going on with
- 5:03Speaker 1: your phone? Okay, I kind of just wanted to ask.
- 5:04Speaker 3: This across the board to everybody because what do you
- 5:07Speaker 3: do when you get a meme or like a funny
- 5:08Speaker 3: video from somebody but you've seen it like weeks before
- 5:11Speaker 3: or a month before? You can't really go back and
- 5:13Speaker 3: be like, oh, I've already seen this because that makes
- 5:15Speaker 3: you look like a jerk. Or do you kind of
- 5:18Speaker 3: just say like, ha ha, but now you're lying.
- 5:23Speaker 10: I'm always the person that is late to it. So
- 5:26Speaker 10: I can't relate.
- 5:27Speaker 1: You are.
- 5:30Speaker 3: You definitely are the person that's late to it. But
- 5:32Speaker 3: I just don't know, like at this point, like, do I,
- 5:34Speaker 3: do I just, I have to just keep lying, right?
- 5:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:36Speaker 6: You have to give him a ha ha.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Exactly. Why take time to even go either way?
- 5:42Speaker 3: It's my husband or it's my sister or it's, you know.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Just like, ah, what is the ha ha? Just do
- 5:48Speaker 1: something fast. You don't have to point it out. I
- 5:51Speaker 1: know what you mean.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Now I just like heart it. Like I just heart.
- 5:53Speaker 1: It and just move on. Anything in life that shaves
- 5:57Speaker 1: time or it doesn't require brain power or another decision,
- 6:01Speaker 1: this is one of them. Just ha-ha it back.
- 6:03Speaker 6: No, but you should tell them they're late to it
- 6:04Speaker 6: because I appreciate it.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Okay.
- 6:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Johnny, you're the social media expert. What's the protocol? I
- 6:11Speaker 1: am the opposite. I am the type to be like,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I saw this. And then I'll say ha-ha. But I
- 6:17Speaker 1: will say I saw it because I'm like, oh, yeah.
- 6:19Speaker 1: You have to let people know. And he says it's
- 6:20Speaker 1: his job. All right. Well, I will say ha-ha when
- 6:24Speaker 1: you say. You don't even send me them, so I'm fine.
- 6:26Speaker 6: No, I know you won't watch them.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Kiss FM. Tame and policy crest here. All right. Tanya's
- 6:32Speaker 1: got a trending report. The question, have you ever gone
- 6:35Speaker 1: through your partner's phone secretively?
- 6:38Speaker 2: Yes.
- 6:39Speaker 6: So Maura Higgins, she is a model, host, and star
- 6:43Speaker 6: of Love Island, Dancing with the Stars. She was on Traitors, etc.
- 6:46Speaker 4: etc.
- 6:47Speaker 6: But she's opening up to a dating habit that a
- 6:49Speaker 6: lot of people would never admit to out loud.
- 6:53Speaker 10: She snoops through her partner's phone, and not after a
- 6:56Speaker 10: year of dating. We're talking like one week in.
- 6:58Speaker 1: She says.
- 6:58Speaker 10: If I'm dating you and it's only a weekend, I've
- 7:00Speaker 10: already gone through your phone. I've turned into a bit
- 7:04Speaker 10: of an investigator because men have done me dirty. She
- 7:08Speaker 10: knows how it sounds. She basically said people call it
- 7:10Speaker 10: a red flag. But in her mind, it's more of
- 7:12Speaker 10: a beige flag. And she ain't stopping. She's had some
- 7:16Speaker 10: very public heartbreak. So I get where the trust issues
- 7:19Speaker 10: come from. And right now she says that she's single
- 7:22Speaker 10: and loving it.
- 7:23Speaker 5: But.
- 7:24Speaker 6: Here's my take.
- 7:25Speaker 10: If you feel like you have to check someone's phone
- 7:26Speaker 10: a week in, is that a them problem or a
- 7:29Speaker 10: you problem?
- 7:29Speaker 4: It's a you problem.
- 7:30Speaker 10: Well, no, because I feel like she's picking the same
- 7:34Speaker 10: type of man over and over and over and over again.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Again, you problem.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Oh.
- 7:39Speaker 7: Right?
- 7:40Speaker 4: That would be a you problem.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Well, if she's picking the same guy after getting burnt
- 7:43Speaker 1: by the other guy.
- 7:44Speaker 10: In my mind, I'm like, no, it's totally a them
- 7:45Speaker 10: problem because she's just picking the wrong guys.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Okay, so here, I'm thinking about this now. I have
- 7:53Speaker 1: never been the person to sneak into my partner's phone.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I think because I trust them. And then also I
- 8:00Speaker 1: don't want to find something. And if I go in
- 8:03Speaker 1: there and I do find something, I don't want to
- 8:05Speaker 1: deal with the heartache. I don't want to deal with
- 8:08Speaker 1: the pain. So I'm kind of like afraid to go,
- 8:10Speaker 1: but I trust him enough to think there's nothing there.
- 8:13Speaker 1: But I am not going in because God forbid I
- 8:16Speaker 1: see something and that would ruin me.
- 8:19Speaker 6: But that's the thing. You dig until you find something.
- 8:22Speaker 6: And you can always find something.
- 8:24Speaker 1: No, but I don't want to dig until I don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: want to find something on her. I want to believe
- 8:28Speaker 1: that my trust is earned and authentic.
- 8:31Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 8:32Speaker 4: I'm a very ignorance is bliss type of person. Oh,
- 8:34Speaker 4: my gosh.
- 8:35Speaker 6: I went through an ex's phone and I went back.
- 8:38Speaker 4: And that's why they're your exes.
- 8:40Speaker 6: No, I went back so.
- 8:41Speaker 10: Deep in his Facebook messages that I got upset about
- 8:44Speaker 10: something that he had said to like his girlfriend at
- 8:46Speaker 10: the time.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Yeah, that's not healthy.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Yeah, no, it's very, very bad.
- 8:49Speaker 1: It's not healthy. Would you do it again?
- 8:51Speaker 6: No, but you know what I did do?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Oh, gosh.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Do you want to say this out loud?
- 8:57Speaker 10: It's fine because my husband knows. But before we were engaged,
- 9:00Speaker 10: I would take his phone and I would. talk into
- 9:02Speaker 10: it and I would say engagement rings engagement rings engagement
- 9:05Speaker 10: rings so that his algorithm would like he would get fed.
- 9:08Speaker 6: These these things in his phone I don't think it.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Can read your own voice though it has to be
- 9:13Speaker 3: his voice no it does I think he was just.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Gonna propose this uh very persistent woman has been on
- 9:20Speaker 1: your phone talking about engagement rings maybe you should get
- 9:24Speaker 1: get that checked uh but cute but no not for
- 9:28Speaker 1: me and if someone has to go through my phone
- 9:31Speaker 1: I wouldn't love it either.
- 9:32Speaker 4: What are you hiding?
- 9:34Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Give me your phone.
- 9:36Speaker 6: I want to see some pictures. Let's see some pictures.
- 9:38Speaker 1: It's not that I'm hiding. It's just I don't even
- 9:40Speaker 1: know what's in my phone. You want to look at
- 9:41Speaker 1: the latest pictures? All right, let me show you.
- 9:43Speaker 9: Okay.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Quickly, we have to move along here.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Okay, well, we can do it.
- 9:46Speaker 6: Yeah, during songs.
- 9:47Speaker 4: We don't need to be on the air for this.
- 9:49Speaker 1: All right, I'll throw it up here, my latest photos
- 9:52Speaker 1: for you in a second. It's Kiss FM. Kiss FM.
- 9:54Speaker 1: All right, something I want to share with you then,
- 9:57Speaker 1: a quote of the day. First of all, if you
- 9:59Speaker 1: want to know if someone is into you you probably
- 10:02Speaker 1: do check the body language and specifically watch what they
- 10:07Speaker 1: do with their hair have you heard.
- 10:09Speaker 4: This i think maybe but tell me more they.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Say women who twirl their hair And men who run
- 10:18Speaker 1: their hands through their hair are into you.
- 10:21Speaker 4: It's like a Disney cartoon. I don't know.
- 10:26Speaker 1: I find myself. I'll run through my hair.
- 10:29Speaker 6: You never run through your hair.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Yeah, because he's not into us.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Oh.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I'm not trying to take you out for ice cream.
- 10:34Speaker 3: He's not coming in here and being like, ladies, let's
- 10:37Speaker 3: start the show.
- 10:38Speaker 4: You should.
- 10:40Speaker 1: You know, sometimes.
- 10:41Speaker 4: And we're not going like this.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Yes, tell me more, Ryan. Yeah, that's right. That's right.
- 10:47Speaker 1: We're not talking date dialogue.
- 10:49Speaker 6: I do play with my hair a lot, actually.
- 10:52Speaker 4: I know you shed all over the chair.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Today's quote. Motivation is fleeting. Discipline is not.
- 11:00Speaker 5: Oof.
- 11:01Speaker 1: I like discipline. I like routine. Think about that. Motivation fleets.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Discipline does not. You keep that. We're all together here
- 11:09Speaker 1: at 102.7 KISS FM on the radio, on iHeart, everywhere.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I love it. Hang with us all morning. Kisses. 2.7
- 11:16Speaker 1: Kiss FM. All right. So we were talking about the
- 11:20Speaker 1: training report where you said that Maura Higgins goes through
- 11:23Speaker 1: her partner's phones because she's been burnt in the past.
- 11:26Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Yes.
- 11:27Speaker 1: She's on Dancing with the Stars.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Oh, is she?
- 11:29Speaker 6: She's amazing.
- 11:30Speaker 4: She's partnered with Mark Ballas.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Is she great?
- 11:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:32Speaker 6: I thought she was going to be really bad because
- 11:34Speaker 6: she's never danced in her life, and she's really good.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Okay. So you wanted me to open up my camera roll?
- 11:40Speaker 1: Why did we get to this? Because I said I
- 11:42Speaker 1: don't need someone to go through my phone.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Yeah, you're like, I wouldn't want somebody to go through
- 11:45Speaker 4: my phone. And I was like, well, why are you hiding?
- 11:47Speaker 6: And then we said, give me.
- 11:48Speaker 1: Here you go. First is the video of me spilling
- 11:53Speaker 1: the coffee from this week.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Have you ever seen that?
- 11:57Speaker 5: I know that.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Next is Georgia on my couch.
- 12:00Speaker 6: You posted that as well.
- 12:01Speaker 4: No, I feel like I saw something.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Next is me watching the Georgia game.
- 12:05Speaker 3: No, there is literally like a thirst trap that you're
- 12:07Speaker 3: going fast by.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Oh, I sent that to Mark. Mark, show them. No, okay.
- 12:12Speaker 6: Now, Mark doesn't have to show us.
- 12:13Speaker 4: You can show us. Yes, let me see it on
- 12:15Speaker 4: your phone.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Okay. I'm very shy about this thirst trap. I don't
- 12:22Speaker 1: know what I'm going to do with it. But I
- 12:25Speaker 1: showed it to Mark. Mark, what did you think? It's
- 12:29Speaker 1: very impressive. I can show them. What kind? Oh, you see,
- 12:33Speaker 1: I told you. I saw something.
- 12:35Speaker 6: Gosh, that is.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Is that AI? It's not AI. It was over the weekend.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Ryan, why are you holding back and not posting these
- 12:45Speaker 3: pics for the people to see?
- 12:46Speaker 1: It's like, what do I want to do? I mean, Ronnie,
- 12:49Speaker 1: what would you do? I got to time this. No,
- 12:51Speaker 1: this is what the people want to see. You guys,
- 12:53Speaker 1: Ryan has a six pack. No, literally abs. It's crazy.
- 12:56Speaker 4: You have an eight pack.
- 12:57Speaker 6: I think there's 12. Six on each side.
- 13:00Speaker 4: One, two, three, four, five, six. There's not 12 of us.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I've been working super hard and I'm so excited, but
- 13:06Speaker 1: I feel so dumb posting shots like that.
- 13:08Speaker 8: Why?
- 13:08Speaker 3: Well, then maybe that's your caption. I feel dumb posting this,
- 13:11Speaker 3: but I feel proud of it as well.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Look at your back muscles.
- 13:14Speaker 6: Look at you, Brian.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Well, you know. You can post with the caption saying
- 13:19Speaker 1: summer isn't over yet. That's it.
- 13:21Speaker 6: Summer isn't over yet. Like Zara Larson.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Yes.
- 13:26Speaker 11: Oh, yeah.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Ronnie, you and I will collaborate. Let's, let's, you know,
- 13:30Speaker 1: you don't want to be, you want to be humble. Like,
- 13:32Speaker 1: how do you put that out there?
- 13:34Speaker 4: No, you know what? Forget it.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Although people think I'm scrawny and tiny and everything. So fine.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Put it out there for us. Exactly.
- 13:41Speaker 6: Yeah. You show them.
- 13:43Speaker 4: You own your narrative.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Oh gosh.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Also let them.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Here we go. Coming back. One or two points. Thank you, Mark,
- 13:50Speaker 1: for giving me feedback. I sent it to Mark. I
- 13:52Speaker 1: was so excited over the weekend. I'm like, Mark, You
- 13:54Speaker 1: put this up on your fridge? Yes, sure did.
- 13:58Speaker 4: On your fridge.
- 14:00Speaker 1: If you want. Sisney, the headlines. Kiss FM headlines with Sisney.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Okay, so Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill allowing speed
- 14:08Speaker 3: cameras on a portion of PCH in Long Beach.
- 14:11Speaker 4: That's going to kick in on January 1st.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Metrolink is offering free rides next Wednesday, October 7th in
- 14:17Speaker 3: celebration of California Clean Air Day.
- 14:20Speaker 5: L.A.
- 14:20Speaker 3: County public health leaders are warning the public about a
- 14:23Speaker 3: record number of.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Rabied bats detected this year. And it's National Coffee Day.
- 14:29Speaker 3: And a bunch of local and national coffee chains are
- 14:32Speaker 3: offering free coffee and deals all day long.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Kiss FM, Seacrest with you. Thanks for listening. We are
- 14:40Speaker 1: paying your bills. Loving it. Get me a bill. KissFM.com
- 14:44Speaker 1: and then tell me about the bill that you want paid. Bella,
- 14:47Speaker 1: our intern from USC, I brought her into the main
- 14:51Speaker 1: room for this one right next to Sisney and Tanya. So, Bella,
- 14:55Speaker 1: you've had some roommate drama and now it's gotten to
- 14:57Speaker 1: the point where a roommate's parent has yelled at you.
- 15:00Speaker 11: Yes.
- 15:01Speaker 12: So for context, my roommate asked me to give her
- 15:04Speaker 12: the login credentials for our Wi-Fi because two of her
- 15:07Speaker 12: devices weren't working. And after several no's, she just came
- 15:12Speaker 12: up to me while I was in the living room,
- 15:14Speaker 12: handed me her phone and says, my mom wants to
- 15:16Speaker 12: talk to you.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Well, how old is she?
- 15:20Speaker 12: My roommate is 22.
- 15:21Speaker 1: You can't say my mom wants to tell you you
- 15:26Speaker 1: put you in your place at 22. She's got to
- 15:28Speaker 1: handle her own things.
- 15:30Speaker 12: Yeah, so the mom just yelled at me over the
- 15:32Speaker 12: phone for like 40 minutes, was just berating me, judging
- 15:37Speaker 12: me for going to the frats. She told me I
- 15:42Speaker 12: was insecure because I had issues with my own relationship.
- 15:46Speaker 4: And then I was taking it out on her daughter. Yeah,
- 15:49Speaker 4: she called me a bully.
- 15:50Speaker 12: She was like, I know you go parading around the frats.
- 15:53Speaker 4: That says a lot about you.
- 15:55Speaker 1: What?
- 15:56Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 15:56Speaker 1: How awful is this person?
- 15:58Speaker 6: So why did you not hang up on her?
- 16:01Speaker 12: Honestly, I was just trying to get my points across
- 16:04Speaker 12: with her as to what her daughter was doing. And
- 16:07Speaker 12: she wouldn't let me talk. She just kept talking over me.
- 16:10Speaker 12: I had to ask her to let me finish my thoughts.
- 16:13Speaker 3: So the issue was you weren't giving the Wi-Fi password?
- 16:16Speaker 12: Yeah, it all started because I wouldn't give her daughter
- 16:19Speaker 12: the Wi-Fi password. And then she started going into.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Our current situation.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Why wouldn't you?
- 16:27Speaker 12: My reason was because my uncle gave me that account
- 16:30Speaker 12: and it's a business account. And so I don't want
- 16:32Speaker 12: her logging into a family account that I have.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Is this the same roommate whose boyfriend is hanging out
- 16:37Speaker 1: all the time?
- 16:38Speaker 11: Yes.
- 16:40Speaker 1: I don't know these people. I don't want to know
- 16:42Speaker 1: their names. But can I tell you what I hear?
- 16:46Speaker 1: If that happened in an adult mother talking to a
- 16:50Speaker 1: fellow friend, roommate, student... of her own daughter to say,
- 16:54Speaker 1: you're insecure, you're a bully, you parade yourself around. I
- 16:58Speaker 1: think this mother feels guilt about things she did not
- 17:02Speaker 1: do or wasn't around for, for her daughter's childhood. And
- 17:06Speaker 1: she's stepping up and stepping in now in these ways
- 17:09Speaker 1: that are just not nice and right and not directed
- 17:13Speaker 1: correctly because she feels a void in her parenting.
- 17:17Speaker 6: That's a good point.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Or she's projecting on herself. She's the bully.
- 17:21Speaker 1: If she says you're insecure, if she says you're the bully,
- 17:25Speaker 1: if she says you parade yourself around, she's being so
- 17:29Speaker 1: undiplomatic and aggressive about her daughter who she didn't do
- 17:33Speaker 1: enough for raising, I'm guessing. That's what I see.
- 17:38Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 17:38Speaker 12: Well, my parents had to talk to her, so.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Your parents called her?
- 17:43Speaker 12: Yeah, my dad called her dad and was like, this
- 17:45Speaker 12: is unacceptable.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Your wife, the little, my daughter.
- 17:48Speaker 1: What did the dad say?
- 17:49Speaker 12: The dad was 10 toes down on this and double
- 17:52Speaker 12: downing and was like, well, my daughter's going to live
- 17:54Speaker 12: her life.
- 17:54Speaker 6: She's an adult.
- 17:56Speaker 12: And then they just kept bringing up the same things
- 17:59Speaker 12: about me.
- 17:59Speaker 6: I fear you need to move out.
- 18:00Speaker 7: I am.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Yeah, and you got to get away from this woman now.
- 18:04Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:05Speaker 12: I just need to find someone to take over my lease.
- 18:08Speaker 12: And then I'm moving out.
- 18:09Speaker 4: And I'm taking the couch.
- 18:09Speaker 12: I'm taking the dishes and everything I brought.
- 18:12Speaker 7: Good.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Tanya and Robbie got space.
- 18:13Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I got space.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Move in. She needs to find someone to take over
- 18:18Speaker 4: the lease. Someone to move in there. That's the issue.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Well, let's just... Announce it. Hey, somebody to take over
- 18:25Speaker 1: the lease down there, USC. Anybody eligible? Reach out. I'm
- 18:29Speaker 1: really taken aback by this.
- 18:31Speaker 6: I know.
- 18:31Speaker 3: I feel protective over you now. I'm like, we need
- 18:34Speaker 3: to protect her.
- 18:35Speaker 1: No, I'm thinking about the parents who are just rude, mean,
- 18:39Speaker 1: and not nice and inconsiderate. And then the dad doubles down.
- 18:44Speaker 1: How's your dad? What's he like?
- 18:46Speaker 12: My dad will protect me no matter what.
- 18:48Speaker 1: I want to talk to him. I do.
- 18:52Speaker 6: We can call him in.
- 18:53Speaker 1: I want to talk to him. Yeah, later, Mark. Later,
- 18:55Speaker 1: I want to talk to him about what he said
- 18:56Speaker 1: to the other dad. That's crazy. Parents are supposed to
- 19:01Speaker 1: smooth things over.
- 19:02Speaker 4: For sure. Not escalate. And not get involved once you
- 19:05Speaker 4: go to college.
- 19:06Speaker 6: It's giving weird.
- 19:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:09Speaker 1: I'm upset by all of that. Get out.
- 19:11Speaker 2: You see?
- 19:13Speaker 1: I'm going to run a GoFundMe page to take over
- 19:15Speaker 1: your lease.
- 19:16Speaker 4: All right.
- 19:19Speaker 1: So we'll talk to, what's his name?
- 19:21Speaker 2: Richard.
- 19:22Speaker 1: We're going to talk to Richard. I want to find
- 19:25Speaker 1: out what's going on with parents these days. 102.7 KISS FM.
- 19:30Speaker 1: It's time for our second date update. Brian is on
- 19:35Speaker 1: the line. Sisney, Tanya, I will need your help on this.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Ready.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Well, good morning, Brian.
- 19:43Speaker 9: Good morning.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So you're calling about this date that ended up with
- 19:48Speaker 1: you being blocked? Is that right?
- 19:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 9: Yeah, unfortunately.
- 19:54Speaker 10: Yikes.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Says, dear you guys, we met on the beach and
- 19:59Speaker 1: she found my car key.
- 20:01Speaker 11: Wow.
- 20:02Speaker 1: So I asked her for her number and we went
- 20:04Speaker 1: on two amazing dates and then I got blocked. So
- 20:09Speaker 1: what happened? I mean, what do you think happened?
- 20:12Speaker 9: Uh, I really don't know.
- 20:14Speaker 11: Okay.
- 20:14Speaker 2: So let me just give you the background.
- 20:16Speaker 5: Okay.
- 20:16Speaker 9: I was at Zuma with some friends and, uh, you know,
- 20:19Speaker 9: we had just been in the, in the water swimming,
- 20:22Speaker 9: having a good little time and we were packing up
- 20:24Speaker 9: and my car key was gone. So I was freaking
- 20:27Speaker 9: out thinking I left it in my pocket and now
- 20:30Speaker 9: it's just, you know, washed away at sea.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I had no idea where it was.
- 20:35Speaker 9: And then suddenly, uh, It's like this beautiful angel is
- 20:39Speaker 9: walking along the sand saying, did anyone lose a car key?
- 20:42Speaker 9: And I guess, I guess it just fell out of
- 20:47Speaker 9: my suit running toward the water. So I don't know,
- 20:49Speaker 9: but she just saved the day and she was so hot.
- 20:54Speaker 9: So I asked her for her number and yeah, I mean,
- 20:57Speaker 9: we went out twice and it was really great. Okay.
- 21:01Speaker 1: But it wasn't great. Cause she blocked you after number two. Why?
- 21:06Speaker 8: Again, I don't know.
- 21:07Speaker 9: I mean, we went to a trivia night in Venice
- 21:10Speaker 9: and we did very well. I mean, it was so fun.
- 21:13Speaker 9: She knows her 90s TV trivia really well, which was
- 21:15Speaker 9: obviously a turn on. And yeah, she walked me to
- 21:22Speaker 9: my car and we made out next to my car.
- 21:26Speaker 9: And then the next day I went to text her
- 21:28Speaker 9: and I was blocked.
- 21:30Speaker 5: Wow. Wow.
- 21:32Speaker 1: So she either has somebody else, she decided it was
- 21:36Speaker 1: going too far too fast, or the kiss turned her off.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Are you, and I don't know how you could tell,
- 21:42Speaker 1: but have you ever been told you're good at that?
- 21:46Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I guess.
- 21:50Speaker 9: I mean, I've kissed, yeah, I have.
- 21:53Speaker 1: And after you've kissed other people, they've been like, wow,
- 21:55Speaker 1: that was awesome.
- 21:57Speaker 9: Well, they've kissed me again.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Okay, all right. Have you studied videos, like, you know,
- 22:02Speaker 1: where you put your palms on the cheeks, soft, beautiful
- 22:06Speaker 1: things like that?
- 22:07Speaker 4: That's a fair question.
- 22:07Speaker 9: Not since the seventh grade.
- 22:09Speaker 4: Right, and you just, like, make out with your posters
- 22:11Speaker 4: on the wall.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Listen, dude, I don't know. You know, you have to
- 22:14Speaker 1: be prepared. If you thought it went well and she
- 22:16Speaker 1: blocked instantly, there's a problem. So what we're going to
- 22:19Speaker 1: do is put you on hold, find her, track her down,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and put her on the air and ask. It's Kiss
- 22:24Speaker 1: FM's second date update. Hang on. 102.7 Kiss FM LA.
- 22:30Speaker 1: So glad to be here. We've got second date update
- 22:33Speaker 1: active right now. So Brian went out with Josie twice, Sisney, twice, Tanya.
- 22:40Speaker 1: After that second date, they kissed and then she blocked
- 22:44Speaker 1: him immediately. What'd you do for the second date, bro?
- 22:48Speaker 9: Yeah, no, we went to a trivia night in Venice
- 22:51Speaker 9: and like I said, we did very well. It was
- 22:53Speaker 9: fun and she knows her 90s TV trivia really well.
- 22:55Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 22:56Speaker 9: And I can't stress this enough. It turned me on.
- 22:59Speaker 9: I thought that was awesome. And, you know, she walked
- 23:02Speaker 9: me to my car and we made out next to
- 23:04Speaker 9: my car. And then the next day I went to
- 23:05Speaker 9: text her and I was blocked.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Okay. It's odd. Let me find out what's going on.
- 23:11Speaker 1: So Brian, Josie's on the line. Don't speak. Don't say anything.
- 23:14Speaker 1: You're going to listen in and we're going to talk
- 23:17Speaker 1: to her right now and get the answer. Okay.
- 23:20Speaker 9: Thank you so much.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Pleasure. Second date update. Josie. Good morning. It's Ryan Seacrest.
- 23:25Speaker 1: How are you?
- 23:28Speaker 2: Um, hi, I'm good.
- 23:30Speaker 11: Great.
- 23:30Speaker 1: You're on the air with us. Kiss FM. I have
- 23:32Speaker 1: Sisney and Tanya.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Hi, Josie.
- 23:34Speaker 11: Hi.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Calling about a guy you went out with named Brian.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Ring a bell.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Um, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Tell me about Brian. Yeah.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Just dish it out a little bit.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Um, he was nice. Um, uh, we had two really
- 23:53Speaker 2: nice dates. Uh, But I got the impression he's kind
- 23:58Speaker 2: of sketchy.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Okay, sketchy. What do you mean by that?
- 24:06Speaker 2: How do I say this? I don't know. I shouldn't
- 24:09Speaker 2: say that on the radio. I'm sorry.
- 24:10Speaker 11: That's awful.
- 24:11Speaker 4: He was nice.
- 24:12Speaker 2: He's just not for me.
- 24:13Speaker 1: But I'm just curious to know what sketchy is because
- 24:19Speaker 1: you may help other people identify sketchy if you can
- 24:22Speaker 1: share a little bit more.
- 24:23Speaker 4: Did you feel unsafe?
- 24:25Speaker 2: No, no, it was, it wasn't like that.
- 24:28Speaker 4: It was just, okay.
- 24:29Speaker 2: So we were at his car and I was, I
- 24:33Speaker 2: looked down and I was like, oh, you have a
- 24:34Speaker 2: leaf on your license plate. And I went to grab
- 24:35Speaker 2: it and he's like, don't touch that. It's fake. And
- 24:38Speaker 2: I was like, what do you mean fake? And he said,
- 24:42Speaker 2: I put it there. So cops can't read my plate.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Super smart, right? And I, I was like, I kind
- 24:52Speaker 2: of laughed. I was like, okay. but then it got
- 24:55Speaker 2: me thinking cause he actually wasn't fully honest at trivia either. Um,
- 25:03Speaker 2: he changed one of his answers, which I just think
- 25:06Speaker 2: is wrong. And he tried to hide it from me,
- 25:09Speaker 2: but I'm pretty sure he used Shazam on one of
- 25:11Speaker 2: the music questions, which again is just like, right.
- 25:15Speaker 4: You're like a trivia. Like it doesn't need to be
- 25:17Speaker 4: so crazy. Well, also, yeah, exactly. You'd be cheating.
- 25:22Speaker 1: It's just, Exactly. Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 2: It's just, I don't know. I got the vibe. He
- 25:27Speaker 2: wasn't very trustworthy.
- 25:30Speaker 1: I get the vibes that trivia is a deal breaker
- 25:32Speaker 1: for you. Like that's a very important thing in your life. Trivia.
- 25:35Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 25:35Speaker 4: And that's reputation.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Listen, I love trivia. And if someone sees me on
- 25:41Speaker 2: a team with someone using Shazam, like I don't want that.
- 25:45Speaker 2: I don't want that on my name.
- 25:47Speaker 1: He could have made it better by making it silly
- 25:49Speaker 1: or something, you know, like playing into his badness.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I just... I gotta take it a little seriously.
- 25:58Speaker 2: I know it's fun, but it's like, you know.
- 26:02Speaker 1: I have Brian on the phone. He really liked you.
- 26:05Speaker 1: He thought you had two great dates. He said a
- 26:07Speaker 1: great kiss. And then you just blocked him without an explanation.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Do you want to explain it to him? He's here.
- 26:14Speaker 12: Um.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Okay, well, at least I'm not, like, talking about him
- 26:21Speaker 2: behind his back.
- 26:22Speaker 12: Um.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I just... You didn't seem like super trustworthy.
- 26:28Speaker 2: I don't know. I feel like I value honesty, and
- 26:31Speaker 2: you did not seem to be exhibiting that.
- 26:35Speaker 9: I mean, wow. I guess I didn't realize I came
- 26:40Speaker 9: off like that.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Are you a trustworthy guy? Are you sketchy in any way?
- 26:45Speaker 1: I mean, let's clear that up.
- 26:48Speaker 9: No, I'm not sketchy. I am a trustworthy guy.
- 26:52Speaker 4: What's up with the leaf?
- 26:53Speaker 9: Okay, I mean, look, I do have a fake leaf
- 26:55Speaker 9: on my back license plate, and I changed one answer
- 26:59Speaker 9: because I was basically right. I said Detroit, and it
- 27:02Speaker 9: was Dearborn. Like, it's the same place.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Oh, was it the Ford? Was it a Ford question?
- 27:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and the guy specifically said Detroit is not the
- 27:13Speaker 2: correct answer.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Okay, guys, let's not argue. I get it. It's not
- 27:17Speaker 1: going to work. But just to settle it, Josie. In Clueless,
- 27:24Speaker 1: what is Cher's last name?
- 27:28Speaker 2: I'm going to say something that I know is not
- 27:32Speaker 2: the right Cher.
- 27:34Speaker 9: Lloyd?
- 27:34Speaker 2: That's the singer, I think.
- 27:36Speaker 1: What is it?
- 27:37Speaker 6: She's a singer, yeah.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Cher Lloyd, she's a singer. Yeah, no, this is Cher
- 27:39Speaker 1: in Clueless. Horowitz. Okay, here's another. What is the name
- 27:45Speaker 1: of the diner where Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer often
- 27:48Speaker 1: meet on Seinfeld? Oh my God.
- 27:52Speaker 4: Uh, God, it's not.
- 27:55Speaker 2: It's central. Because that is friends.
- 27:59Speaker 1: I mean, you're not so good to say to give
- 28:03Speaker 1: this guy a second chance.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm not good at it in like an
- 28:08Speaker 2: honest way.
- 28:09Speaker 4: He cheated and she's over it.
- 28:13Speaker 11: Okay.
- 28:14Speaker 1: So Brian, it's not going to work out. Josie, thank
- 28:18Speaker 1: you for your honesty and good luck to both of you.
- 28:20Speaker 5: Okay.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 28:22Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 28:24Speaker 2: It's KISS.
- 28:26Speaker 1: On air with Ryan Seacrest. It's 102.7 KISS FM in
- 28:33Speaker 1: Los Angeles. Thank you for listening wherever you may be,
- 28:36Speaker 1: streaming on the iHeartRadio app. You can take us anywhere, anytime,
- 28:40Speaker 1: on demand. Well, look at this. Punctuality is one of
- 28:44Speaker 1: the great traits of a person. I just reached out.
- 28:47Speaker 1: We were talking about Dancing with the Stars and the crazy, fun, successful...
- 28:52Speaker 1: series it is this time around. And then Tanya said
- 28:57Speaker 1: to me, oh, you know, Wheel of Fortune goes right
- 29:00Speaker 1: into it on Tuesday nights. You, Ryan, should walk across
- 29:02Speaker 1: the street and be there.
- 29:04Speaker 6: Go to a taping, yeah.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Go to a taping. And then you said you should
- 29:07Speaker 1: be on it.
- 29:08Speaker 4: You should be on it.
- 29:09Speaker 1: It's a stretch. Well, I just want to reach out
- 29:12Speaker 1: to the very incredible, amazingly charming, beautiful host or co-host
- 29:18Speaker 1: of Dancing with the Stars, Julianne Hoff. Good morning. Good morning.
- 29:22Speaker 8: I love that the first introduction was my punctuality.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Well, you've known me a long time, right? I think
- 29:30Speaker 1: it's very respectful.
- 29:31Speaker 2: You taught me well.
- 29:33Speaker 1: You're balancing a lot. First, congratulations. I just was looking
- 29:37Speaker 1: at this announcement. Broadway, Julie. Woo! Yes. Damn Yankees.
- 29:43Speaker 8: We just announced.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it's exciting. Broadway is a real commitment. You've thought
- 29:49Speaker 1: this through?
- 29:50Speaker 11: It is.
- 29:51Speaker 8: Eight shows. Yeah, eight shows a week. I mean, the pre,
- 29:55Speaker 8: the post, the recovery, singing, dancing, acting, live audience every day.
- 30:00Speaker 8: It's what I live for.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Are you kidding me?
- 30:03Speaker 11: This is the greatest dream of my life.
- 30:04Speaker 1: All right. So we were just talking about Dancing with
- 30:08Speaker 1: the Stars and how great it is. And it's just
- 30:13Speaker 1: so great again. And, you know, it had a moment
- 30:16Speaker 1: where they moved it off ABC, went to Disney Plus
- 30:18Speaker 1: for a second. And they were like, well, let's see
- 30:21Speaker 1: what it does. Now this awesome resurgence due to you
- 30:26Speaker 1: being host and other things. components as well. I think
- 30:28Speaker 1: it is.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Honestly, I've never heard so many people talk about Dancing
- 30:31Speaker 3: with the Stars more than like this year, this season specifically.
- 30:35Speaker 8: It's wild. I mean, you're right, Ryan. It's like there
- 30:39Speaker 8: was a lull and a dip and we were like,
- 30:42Speaker 8: is the show going to be canceled at some point?
- 30:45Speaker 8: And you know, to be able to like have pushed
- 30:48Speaker 8: through and like made it through to 20 years of
- 30:51Speaker 8: this show, there's a whole new generation of people watching
- 30:54Speaker 8: and that generation of people are young kids who were
- 30:58Speaker 8: just being born when we started. And now they're having
- 31:01Speaker 8: viewing parties and watch parties. And I mean, you know,
- 31:05Speaker 8: like TikTok and social media, it's not just a show making,
- 31:08Speaker 8: you know, content and everything around the show. It's, It's random,
- 31:12Speaker 8: amazing fans making their own content. So you can't get
- 31:16Speaker 8: away from it. It's everywhere. We're very grateful.
- 31:21Speaker 6: Voting like crazy this season.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Who are you voting for?
- 31:24Speaker 4: For Ezra, obviously.
- 31:25Speaker 8: Oh, you're an Ezra Frack champion?
- 31:30Speaker 6: Yes, very much so.
- 31:31Speaker 2: He's so lovely, by the way.
- 31:34Speaker 8: And in person... I mean, you want to meet your
- 31:37Speaker 8: heroes or you don't want to meet your heroes. You
- 31:39Speaker 8: want to meet Ezra. He is just as deliciously charming
- 31:44Speaker 8: as he comes across.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Julianne, I want to put you on hold. We have
- 31:48Speaker 1: another break. We have to get to some other stuff.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I was just thinking about things while you were talking.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Hold one second. We'll be right back with the co-host
- 31:56Speaker 1: of the highly rated Dancing with the Stars. Next. Hang on.
- 32:02Speaker 1: It's 102.7 Kiss FM. Julianne Hough is on the line.
- 32:05Speaker 1: She's hosting Dancing with the Stars. She's selling furniture from
- 32:10Speaker 1: living spaces. I can't get enough. Rooms to go. Oh,
- 32:15Speaker 1: rooms to go. Listen, rooms to go. All I know
- 32:21Speaker 1: is I see.
- 32:21Speaker 8: That was the one that you pulled?
- 32:23Speaker 1: Well, no. I don't know. I'm late in bed at night,
- 32:26Speaker 1: and all of a sudden, who are you in there with?
- 32:28Speaker 1: Gronkowski selling furniture? Rob Gronkowski?
- 32:33Speaker 8: No, it's not Rob Gronkowski.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Who is it?
- 32:36Speaker 8: Oh, my gosh.
- 32:36Speaker 7: Oh, Jesse Palmer.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Oh, Jesse Palmer.
- 32:38Speaker 1: You're in there with Jesse Palmer. It's like, am I
- 32:43Speaker 1: supposed to think you guys are buying furniture together for
- 32:45Speaker 1: a home? I mean, it's a little nonfiction, fiction.
- 32:49Speaker 4: No, it was.
- 32:50Speaker 8: It was the Labor Day sale, you know? I gotta
- 32:53Speaker 8: be honest.
- 32:54Speaker 11: I'm like the sale girl for Rooms to Go.
- 32:56Speaker 8: I do all the sales.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I see you. I see you all over. Every hour
- 33:00Speaker 1: of the day and night, anything that's on, I snap
- 33:02Speaker 1: a photo and send it to you. Okay, so, not
- 33:05Speaker 1: to put you on the spot, but, you know, we've
- 33:07Speaker 1: known each other a long time.
- 33:08Speaker 8: But I'm going to put you on the spot.
- 33:09Speaker 1: What do you miss most about me being there every day?
- 33:14Speaker 4: There it is.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Just, like, at the top of the list.
- 33:18Speaker 5: Um.
- 33:19Speaker 8: Your beautiful green eyes. Oh, that's nice. You guys were
- 33:26Speaker 8: being playful and cute.
- 33:27Speaker 11: I love that you awed.
- 33:28Speaker 8: We'll always awed. Well, by the way, I will say genuinely, genuinely,
- 33:37Speaker 8: I miss your energy and your presence and you're so
- 33:39Speaker 8: wonderful and kind and you root for everybody that's around you.
- 33:44Speaker 8: And I'm so lucky that I get to be your
- 33:46Speaker 8: friend after all these years.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Well, thank you. Weeknights at 7.30. Anybody can get any
- 33:52Speaker 1: of that.
- 33:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:54Speaker 3: What do you miss the most about Julianne?
- 33:57Speaker 5: Oh, good one.
- 33:59Speaker 1: You know, I mean, I miss a lot of different things.
- 34:03Speaker 1: But I think I obviously learned a lot about relationships
- 34:08Speaker 1: from you. But I also know how much you care
- 34:11Speaker 1: and love the people in your life and the friends
- 34:14Speaker 1: and the family in your life. And you've got some
- 34:15Speaker 1: complicated relationships. things that have happened to you, but you
- 34:18Speaker 1: still really pour all of your whole heart into them
- 34:20Speaker 1: and to that. And I really respect that and love that. Oh,
- 34:24Speaker 1: cue the music.
- 34:25Speaker 6: Oh, I know she brought out the playfulness in you too.
- 34:28Speaker 4: Like you were very playful.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Oh, there's, there's music. Okay. We've got to go. All right.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Be in touch. Safe travels. All right.
- 34:38Speaker 11: Love you guys.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Bye.
- 34:41Speaker 1: But who do you love the most? She's gone. Let's
- 34:45Speaker 1: go watch the show sometime.
- 34:46Speaker 6: You forgot to ask her if we could go watch
- 34:48Speaker 6: Dancing with the Stars.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Her show's on tonight.
- 34:51Speaker 4: Oh, I can't tonight.
- 34:52Speaker 1: We'll book her next Tuesday for this.
- 34:54Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 34:55Speaker 1: She can promote. What's wrong? Tanya, how am I going
- 34:56Speaker 1: to let you down? Tanya, we literally have her number.
- 34:59Speaker 1: We can text her ourselves.
- 35:00Speaker 7: I don't have her number.
- 35:01Speaker 6: I want to go.
- 35:02Speaker 1: To the show. Wow. Kiss FM. This is beautiful. Everybody
- 35:06Speaker 1: talking about the new museum here in Southern California and L.A.
- 35:10Speaker 1: This one has been in the making for years. But
- 35:13Speaker 1: it looks like a spaceship with a forest or garden
- 35:16Speaker 1: on top on the roof, doesn't it? The Lucas Museum
- 35:19Speaker 1: of Narrative Art.
- 35:20Speaker 4: It really does.
- 35:21Speaker 3: It is the most beautiful building, in my opinion, that
- 35:24Speaker 3: I have seen here in Los Angeles. And that says
- 35:27Speaker 3: a lot because we have a lot of cool new
- 35:28Speaker 3: modern things that come up and pop up every now
- 35:30Speaker 3: and then.
- 35:31Speaker 4: It kind of is giving me like SoFi.
- 35:32Speaker 3: Stadium vibes a little bit. But it was founded by
- 35:36Speaker 3: George Lucas and his wife, Melody Hobson. George Lucas of
- 35:40Speaker 3: Star Wars.
- 35:40Speaker 4: Yes, exactly. Indiana Jones, all that.
- 35:43Speaker 3: We're talking 300,000 square feet, more than 30 galleries, an
- 35:49Speaker 3: entire 13-acre campus. And it's got gardens, like you were saying,
- 35:54Speaker 3: green space on the rooftop. And it isn't just a
- 35:58Speaker 3: Star Wars museum, which a lot of people kind of
- 36:01Speaker 3: think it is. Right. There's plenty of Star Wars stuff
- 36:04Speaker 3: for the fans, of course, but it's about storytelling through art.
- 36:08Speaker 4: So you've got everything from Frida.
- 36:09Speaker 3: Kahlo to comics to murals, movie art, the actual cinematic
- 36:15Speaker 3: pieces from movies, things like that. I just think it's
- 36:18Speaker 3: a really cool new museum that we have now in
- 36:21Speaker 3: our backyard. And it's right near USC. And I just
- 36:25Speaker 3: I love that it's here in Los Angeles.
- 36:28Speaker 1: I do too. I mean, you know, LACMA has opened
- 36:31Speaker 1: their new expansion, which is unbelievable, gorgeous. And this is
- 36:36Speaker 1: a cool one because it's different. And I was reading
- 36:38Speaker 1: that George Lucas, he wanted to be able to celebrate
- 36:42Speaker 1: cartoonists and illustrators and all of these really artistic people
- 36:47Speaker 1: at the same level of other conventional artists. And I
- 36:50Speaker 1: think he's right.
- 36:51Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly.
- 36:52Speaker 3: And it's not that expensive to go and check it out.
- 36:54Speaker 3: It's $ 25 for adults and it's free for kids 17
- 36:56Speaker 3: and under. So it's just something cool and exciting and
- 37:00Speaker 3: new to do with the family.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Bella, are you there?
- 37:03Speaker 4: Actually, have you seen it?
- 37:04Speaker 1: You're right there at USC.
- 37:06Speaker 12: I see it every time I walk to the Coliseum,
- 37:08Speaker 12: but I haven't been inside yet. I'm actually going this weekend.
- 37:11Speaker 7: Oh, you are?
- 37:11Speaker 4: I'm really excited.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Okay.
- 37:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Please come back with the details of, you know, your
- 37:16Speaker 1: favorite things. And also I'm curious what snacks snacks, what
- 37:19Speaker 1: rest like little restaurants are in there. Okay. I will.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I'm excited. It's so beautiful.
- 37:25Speaker 3: I'm excited about it, too. And it just opened up
- 37:27Speaker 3: last week, so everybody's talking about it. Well, and George Lucas,
- 37:30Speaker 3: who I'm pretty sure is listening right now.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Thank you. I'm pretty sure the Lucas family listens on
- 37:36Speaker 1: a regular.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Uh-huh.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Thank you. On air with Ryan Seacrest. It is summer,
- 37:44Speaker 1: 102.7 KISS FM. Let's go to Santa Ana, Chelsea. Hi, Chelsea.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Good morning. It's Ryan Seacrest. How are you? Hi, I'm good.
- 37:52Speaker 11: How are you?
- 37:53Speaker 1: I'm all right. Thank you for asking. So you're on
- 37:56Speaker 1: the line with us. Your boyfriend got mad that you're
- 37:59Speaker 1: dancing with other dudes. What happened?
- 38:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:03Speaker 11: So, yeah, my boyfriend got upset at me at my
- 38:06Speaker 11: friend's birthday party because I was dancing with other guys.
- 38:09Speaker 11: But the thing is, like, he doesn't like to dance.
- 38:12Speaker 11: And I love dancing. When we go out, like, I
- 38:16Speaker 11: don't want to spend the whole night just sitting at
- 38:17Speaker 11: a table because he doesn't want to dance with me.
- 38:20Speaker 11: So when we're at the party, I was dancing with
- 38:22Speaker 11: a group of people, including like a couple of guys
- 38:25Speaker 11: that I didn't really know. And I wasn't flirting or
- 38:28Speaker 11: doing anything like inappropriate. It was literally just about dancing.
- 38:32Speaker 11: And at the same time, he was in the other
- 38:34Speaker 11: room watching football. But my boyfriend said that he felt
- 38:37Speaker 11: like so disrespected seeing me dance that way with other men.
- 38:41Speaker 11: And I don't know. I like I really care about him,
- 38:44Speaker 11: but I don't want to turn this into like a
- 38:45Speaker 11: situation where I have to stop doing something I love
- 38:48Speaker 11: because it makes him uncomfortable.
- 38:49Speaker 1: You shouldn't. Why is he so insecure about you doing that?
- 38:55Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 38:55Speaker 11: Like I would understand if it was like grinding or
- 38:58Speaker 11: something like, you know, inappropriate, but it was, it's really
- 39:01Speaker 11: just innocent dancing. And I just, I love it so much.
- 39:04Speaker 11: It like makes me feel so good. And I don't
- 39:06Speaker 11: care who's around. Like it could be men, women, whatever.
- 39:09Speaker 11: I just want to dance. And if he doesn't want
- 39:12Speaker 11: to do that, I don't understand why I can't.
- 39:14Speaker 1: That's the thing. See, to me, he sort of forfeits
- 39:17Speaker 1: the right to be anything here because he's not doing,
- 39:21Speaker 1: he's not participating. He's going to watch the game, and
- 39:24Speaker 1: you should be able to go do what is your
- 39:26Speaker 1: release or makes you happy and have fun, and he
- 39:29Speaker 1: should trust you. I mean, if he loves you and
- 39:31Speaker 1: you guys are in a relationship, when you say, babe,
- 39:33Speaker 1: I'm just enjoying myself. I'm not, I'm not trying to
- 39:36Speaker 1: get out there with anybody. The fact that he doesn't
- 39:40Speaker 1: trust you to do that is a root problem for
- 39:43Speaker 1: me in the relationship.
- 39:45Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 39:46Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Why? Root.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Root.
- 39:50Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 39:51Speaker 1: It's a root issue. There's a deeper issue there. Is
- 39:54Speaker 1: he a jealous guy?
- 39:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 39:56Speaker 11: Uh, I mean, like sometimes nothing like over the top,
- 40:00Speaker 11: like you'd never get into a fight or anything, but
- 40:03Speaker 11: sometimes if it's like, like someone will, like if it's
- 40:05Speaker 11: a man who like asks for directions or something, he'll
- 40:08Speaker 11: be like, well, like, why did you, like, why did
- 40:10Speaker 11: you linger for so long? Like, Oh my.
- 40:12Speaker 4: Goodness, Chelsea.
- 40:13Speaker 1: I have to tell you, Chelsea, I am the guy
- 40:15Speaker 1: that doesn't want to dance with my girlfriend. And so
- 40:19Speaker 1: I sit in the corner, nod my head. She dances
- 40:23Speaker 1: with people. Totally fine. Um, And then at one point,
- 40:26Speaker 1: some point, usually I'll walk over and say hi. And
- 40:31Speaker 1: then just sort of like move my hips a little
- 40:34Speaker 1: bit and then go, babe, I got you a drink.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Whenever you're ready, I'm back over there. That's my mind.
- 40:40Speaker 1: But I don't mind. You know, because I'd rather do
- 40:42Speaker 1: that than me have to dance.
- 40:44Speaker 2: Okay.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Okay. That's not normal.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Check deeper as time goes on why there's an insecure
- 40:52Speaker 1: with the trust.
- 40:53Speaker 5: Okay.
- 40:53Speaker 1: And good luck. Okay, thank you.
- 40:56Speaker 2: This is really helpful. I appreciate it.
- 40:58Speaker 1: You're welcome. I feel like, Tanya, you'd be like that.
- 41:02Speaker 1: You'd go out and dance with anybody.
- 41:03Speaker 6: Yeah, I would dance with anybody.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Yeah, and Robbie didn't care.
- 41:05Speaker 6: No, he's like, you can't make that man jealous. It's
- 41:08Speaker 6: kind of crazy.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Or is that his game? He does, but he doesn't
- 41:13Speaker 1: show it because he's so stealth.
- 41:16Speaker 6: Yeah, maybe.
- 41:19Speaker 1: If you have a second, get inside the iHeartRadio app,
- 41:21Speaker 1: hit that red microphone, send us something. So this one
- 41:24Speaker 1: is Eric in South L.A. who wants to date Michaela.
- 41:28Speaker 1: Everything is aligned except timing. She's not here today because
- 41:33Speaker 1: she got stuck in the nor'easter. No! She was back east. Oh, no,
- 41:38Speaker 1: but let's hear it. Hey, Ryan, can I get Michaela
- 41:40Speaker 1: a shot? I have a decent job. I work as
- 41:43Speaker 1: a mailman right here in South Central, but it's kind
- 41:45Speaker 1: of hard for me to find someone else, too, especially
- 41:48Speaker 1: on the dating apps.
- 41:50Speaker 5: Aw.
- 41:50Speaker 1: I got you. Eric, when she gets out of the Northeaster,
- 41:54Speaker 1: it's a Nor'easter, not a Northeaster.
- 41:55Speaker 4: A Nor'easter.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Why don't they call it Nor'easter?
- 41:58Speaker 4: I don't know either.
- 41:59Speaker 5: I know.
- 41:59Speaker 4: I was trying to explain it to somebody. Like, what?
- 42:02Speaker 1: Ronnie, look it up. Why not just keep the thuh
- 42:04Speaker 1: in there? There's got to be a reason. Look it up.
- 42:06Speaker 1: I'll come back to you. So, Eric, stand by. We
- 42:08Speaker 1: will come back to you when she gets back here. Now,
- 42:11Speaker 1: Gia and Whittier left us this talk.
- 42:13Speaker 7: Change your soap.
- 42:15Speaker 8: I changed my soap to eucalyptus soap, and they don't
- 42:18Speaker 8: bite me anymore.
- 42:19Speaker 5: And I used to be at Buffet.
- 42:21Speaker 1: That's to keep the mosquitoes away.
- 42:23Speaker 3: That is the best advice ever. What did she say?
- 42:27Speaker 4: Eucalyptus?
- 42:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 42:29Speaker 1: And Diane in Simi Valley says we made her cry.
- 42:32Speaker 5: I always call because you guys get me in tears
- 42:35Speaker 5: with all your giveaways at Christmas and that. But today
- 42:38Speaker 5: you called my grandson's name on payer bills. And he
- 42:41Speaker 5: is working so hard to get through college and school.
- 42:44Speaker 5: Thank you so, so much.
- 42:46Speaker 11: It's fun to be in tears for one of my
- 42:48Speaker 11: own family.
- 42:50Speaker 1: That is so sweet. Thank you for taking the time
- 42:53Speaker 1: to share that with us. And it's what we love
- 42:56Speaker 1: to do the most is help out where we can.
- 42:58Speaker 1: And paying your bills is a way to do that.
- 43:00Speaker 1: And we'll do it again first thing in the morning, 610.
- 43:04Speaker 1: 2.7 KISS FM. I have got to tell you, very exciting.
- 43:09Speaker 1: We're almost there. Minutes away from 10 a.m. where tickets
- 43:14Speaker 1: here at KISS go on sale to Capital One cardholders
- 43:17Speaker 1: for Jingle Ball 1st. It's going to be great. Olivia Rodrigo.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Hilary Duff. We're going to see Ray. Sienna Spiro. So
- 43:28Speaker 1: many more. KissFM.com slash Jingle Ball. Capital One. Cardholders, do
- 43:33Speaker 1: you have that? If you do, get yours first and

- 43:43Speaker 1: And I'm sure things will happen overnight that we'll bring

- 43:48Speaker 4: You never know what you're going to get with us.
- 43:49Speaker 1: I never know.
- 43:51Speaker 4: You never do.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Have a good one. Thanks for listening to On Air
- 43:55Speaker 1: with Ryan Seacrest. Make sure to subscribe and we'll talk
- 43:58Speaker 1: to you again tomorrow.
