- 0:10Speaker 1: Mallory from this season of A ninety Day Beyonce the OG.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Welcome Mallorie. You're so cute.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you, thank you for having me.
- 0:20Speaker 1: You're so cute. Now are you at your house there
- 0:22Speaker 1: in Alabama?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Yes, I'm in my work from home office.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Okay, all right, Well that was gonna be one of
- 0:30Speaker 1: my questions. People are asking because you said on one
- 0:33Speaker 1: of these recent episodes that you had two jobs, Like
- 0:35Speaker 1: what are the two jobs?
- 0:37Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 0:37Speaker 3: So I'm a medical coder. I'm not sure if people
- 0:41Speaker 3: don't know what that is. Anytime you go to the
- 0:44Speaker 3: doctor's office, have a surgery, the emergency room, whatever it is,
- 0:50Speaker 3: there's documentation for your diagnosis codes and what the provider did.
- 0:55Speaker 3: So pretty much, I go in, I review the doctor's documentation,
- 1:00Speaker 3: I select the diagnosis codes and also what type of
- 1:04Speaker 3: we call it a CPT code, which CPT code to
- 1:07Speaker 3: a sign and I sent it off to insurance.
- 1:09Speaker 1: So okay, so that's job number one. What's job number.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Two, same thing, same thing.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Okay, well that is interesting because people were like, oh,
- 1:21Speaker 1: she says she has two jobs. I was like, yeah,
- 1:22Speaker 1: you guys, I'm sure it's something like boring, you know.
- 1:26Speaker 3: And it's yeah, it might be boring to other people,
- 1:29Speaker 3: but I mean keeps me entertained.
- 1:31Speaker 1: It's interesting to you, all right. First thing, the first
- 1:33Speaker 1: thing I really want to know is how you got
- 1:36Speaker 1: on the show. Did somebody tell you about it? Did
- 1:39Speaker 1: you were you a fan? How did you know about it?
- 1:42Speaker 3: So I've watched ninety Day before, I've been a fan
- 1:45Speaker 3: of the ninety Day universe, and after my girl's trip
- 1:49Speaker 3: where that's where I met rash It. On my girl's
- 1:52Speaker 3: trip to Greece in twenty twenty three, I had a
- 1:54Speaker 3: co worker and she goes, oh my god, you need
- 1:57Speaker 3: to apply for ninety Day fiance And I was like, girl,
- 2:01Speaker 3: they're not gonna pick me. They're not gonna pick us.
- 2:03Speaker 3: We're too boring. Like it's you know, like at the
- 2:06Speaker 3: time you have like the Jasmine and Ginos stuff, you know,
- 2:09Speaker 3: going on, and I'm like, we're boring, They're not gonna
- 2:12Speaker 3: pick us.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I was like, but just for the fun of it,
- 2:15Speaker 2: I'll apply it'll be like our little joke and now
- 2:19Speaker 2: here we are.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Yew. How long how long we all together before? How
- 2:25Speaker 1: long were you together before you applied for the visa?
- 2:27Speaker 1: And then how long did the visa take?
- 2:29Speaker 2: So we were together for like four or five months
- 2:36Speaker 2: before we applied for the visa.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, So not that long.
- 2:40Speaker 2: No, not that long at all, Not that long at all, okay.
- 2:43Speaker 2: And then the visa took about twelve thirteen months.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Okay. And were you just going back and forth back
- 2:51Speaker 1: and forth?
- 2:52Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 2:52Speaker 3: So I so after my girls trip summer twenty twenty three,
- 2:56Speaker 3: I then went back to Turkey January twenty twenty four,
- 3:01Speaker 3: and then I went back in October twenty twenty four,
- 3:05Speaker 3: and then thankfully, the next trip was bringing him to America.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And that's when the cameras went with you. Yes, yeah,
- 3:14Speaker 1: FA's okay. So you're one of the rare couples on
- 3:18Speaker 1: this show. And if you've been watching it a long time,
- 3:19Speaker 1: you know that we're immediately rooting for We're immediately like okay,
- 3:23Speaker 1: And as we say on my show, we're always like,
- 3:25Speaker 1: I believe in their love. I believe in their love.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I believe this is gonna be a fairy tale. We
- 3:30Speaker 1: immediately liked him and thought he was super cute. We
- 3:34Speaker 1: immediately liked how much he loved you. And it obviously
- 3:37Speaker 1: is not like a scam, you know, but you've got
- 3:40Speaker 1: to tell me that you met him. You went on
- 3:43Speaker 1: a girl's trip and you say, and this is what
- 3:45Speaker 1: the young people do. I get it. You go on
- 3:46Speaker 1: Tender or whatever and you're like, I'm gonna find a
- 3:48Speaker 1: hook up.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Yep.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Okay, So you find this hookup and he braids your hair.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Yes, he braids my hair. He so okay.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Backstory, and me and my friend went to Greece. She
- 4:03Speaker 3: had already had Tender on her phone, and I was
- 4:05Speaker 3: just kind of like on a hiatus of dating apps.
- 4:07Speaker 3: I was like, I'm over it, like whatever, and she
- 4:10Speaker 3: was like, girl, you gotta download Tender. These men on
- 4:14Speaker 3: here are unreal, like they're gorgeous.
- 4:18Speaker 2: So I didn't, and I was like, oh my gosh.
- 4:20Speaker 1: She was flying.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and then me and Ross match, and you know,
- 4:24Speaker 2: a couple of days later, we.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Meet up and I don't even know, I can't even
- 4:31Speaker 3: remember how he started to braid my hair, but he
- 4:33Speaker 3: just started braiding my hair, and I was just like,
- 4:36Speaker 3: what are you doing and he was like, I'm braiding
- 4:38Speaker 3: your hair and I was just like, okay, is this
- 4:41Speaker 3: normally what you do after hooking up with somebody like
- 4:44Speaker 3: this your.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's like, no, I just.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Wanted to braid your hair. Your hair is beautiful, and
- 4:49Speaker 2: I was like, Okay.
- 4:53Speaker 1: On an upcoming episode, we see y'all go to a
- 4:56Speaker 1: baseball game when your hair is braided. Did he braid
- 4:58Speaker 1: your hair?
- 4:59Speaker 2: No, not that time I braided my hair.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Now the magic is gone. You no longer braid my hair.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I was like he he yeah, it's not
- 5:10Speaker 2: on camera, but he does.
- 5:11Speaker 3: He has braided my hair since being in America. It's
- 5:14Speaker 3: just it was never on camera that.
- 5:15Speaker 2: They caught it.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I think that's so funny. I know that my husband
- 5:18Speaker 1: and my son would not know how to braid anything.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I don't think I.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Know you would it.
- 5:24Speaker 3: It caught me off guard and I was just kind
- 5:26Speaker 3: of like, how do you know how to braid? And
- 5:28Speaker 3: he was like my sister's He was like, I have
- 5:30Speaker 3: my older sister and my younger sister. He was like, so,
- 5:33Speaker 3: I you know, his older sister was already out of
- 5:36Speaker 3: the house when when his younger sister with his younger
- 5:39Speaker 3: sister was growing up, so he everything his older sister
- 5:42Speaker 3: taught him.
- 5:42Speaker 2: He just did it for his younger sister.
- 5:45Speaker 1: That's really sweet.
- 5:46Speaker 2: And he braids his mom's hair too. Video. Yeah, he's
- 5:51Speaker 2: oh god.
- 5:52Speaker 1: That's sweet. That's sweet. Okay. I am from Mississippi and
- 5:57Speaker 1: you're from Alabama. So what is your closest town there
- 6:01Speaker 1: to where you are in Athens, Alabama? What's your closest
- 6:04Speaker 1: big city.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Huntsville, Huntsville, Alabama.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Oh okay, one of my bests from colleges from Huntsville. Yeah.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Really what a small world?
- 6:12Speaker 1: Small where they've got the aerospace training thing.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Yeah right, NASA, yep, yeah, is it NASA rocket.
- 6:20Speaker 1: NASA because she one summer was like a camp counselor
- 6:24Speaker 1: at like rocket camp for yeah.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yes, the space camp I told is so funny.
- 6:30Speaker 3: I told my nieces and nephews about there's a space
- 6:33Speaker 3: camp and they were like, well, you want to go
- 6:35Speaker 3: there one summer to Aunt maun MOUs and do space camp.
- 6:38Speaker 2: And I was like, Okay, that's okay.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Yeah, cute, y'all. The best summer pieces are the ones
- 6:47Speaker 1: you end up wearing on repeat. Comfortable, versatile, somehow right
- 6:51Speaker 1: for every occasion. So I'm at the beach, or I'm
- 6:54Speaker 1: at home, or wherever I am. I always am wearing
- 6:57Speaker 1: these same pieces over and over from Quints. They are linen.
- 7:02Speaker 1: They are so light and so beautiful. People are constantly like,
- 7:06Speaker 1: where'd you get that dress? Let me tell you what
- 7:08Speaker 1: I'm loving right now. From Quints. I've got this short
- 7:11Speaker 1: sleeve swing dress. I've got the linen shirt dress. My
- 7:15Speaker 1: favorite is the short sleeve pop over top, the long

- 7:22Speaker 1: have it in a light blue color. I bet I
- 7:23Speaker 1: wear it once a week and people stop me, where
- 7:26Speaker 1: did you get that? I mean, it looks like I
- 7:27Speaker 1: got it at like some sort of fancy European store.
- 7:30Speaker 1: It is from Quints, and it is so affordable, you know.
- 7:33Speaker 1: They have these lightweight, effortless styles. They start at thirty
- 7:37Speaker 1: two dollars. They also have this amazing denim. You can

- 7:51Speaker 1: And I've told you guys don't sleep on their bedding.

- 8:39Speaker 1: appreciated that you were very honest to say, you know,
- 8:42Speaker 1: in my town where I am, there might be people
- 8:45Speaker 1: that have a different opinion about immigrants or pro deportations,
- 8:51Speaker 1: but the people that we've seen so far have been nice.
- 8:54Speaker 1: And I've said on my show, I'm like, I'm from
- 8:56Speaker 1: the Deep South too, and yes, you are gonna You're
- 8:59Speaker 1: gonna run into that New York City too. By the way,
- 9:01Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I appreciate that you were so honest about
- 9:05Speaker 1: it and so honest about like making jokes about rednecks
- 9:08Speaker 1: and stuff, because it's better to put it out there,
- 9:10Speaker 1: to be like, I'm aware of what the stigma is
- 9:13Speaker 1: and face it. Now. The people we've seen have all
- 9:15Speaker 1: been nice. Have you guys had any problems.
- 9:19Speaker 3: You know, the like I said, the only problem that
- 9:22Speaker 3: I had had previously was a friend of a friend,
- 9:26Speaker 3: you know, at a at a at a get together.
- 9:30Speaker 3: This was and the comment was made like a year
- 9:32Speaker 3: before Rosh was even here, so ron, you know, like
- 9:36Speaker 3: and the comment just caught me off guard. You know,
- 9:39Speaker 3: I was just like, whoa, Like I didn't, you know,
- 9:41Speaker 3: like okay, but it wasn't somebody that I hang out
- 9:45Speaker 3: with or I don't associate myself with people like that
- 9:49Speaker 3: like once, I you know, once, especially having an im
- 9:53Speaker 3: you know, having an immigrant, being in a relationship with
- 9:56Speaker 3: an immigrant.
- 9:57Speaker 2: You know, you just you you can't surround yourself with
- 10:00Speaker 2: people like that.
- 10:01Speaker 1: No, no, no, okay, I'm glad to hear you haven't
- 10:05Speaker 1: really had any major problems.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Yeah, not yet though, I mean there might be more.
- 10:10Speaker 2: You guys might see.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Well, I will say that. You know, people were immediately
- 10:16Speaker 1: immediately like, well, they shouldn't live there, she should take
- 10:18Speaker 1: him and move to a bigger city, moved to everywhere.
- 10:20Speaker 1: What are you gonna you're I mean again, I'm from Mississippi,
- 10:23Speaker 1: and I'm like, you're in Alabama. You know, even if
- 10:27Speaker 1: you move to Atlanta, which would be like the biggest,
- 10:29Speaker 1: one of the biggest, New Orleans, like a big southern city,
- 10:32Speaker 1: You're still gonna have it.
- 10:33Speaker 2: So racism, Yeah, racism is everywhere.
- 10:36Speaker 3: It doesn't stay in one spot, like it's not just
- 10:39Speaker 3: located in one state. I mean there's you know, I
- 10:43Speaker 3: think in the South people are more I think, you know,
- 10:50Speaker 3: I don't. I don't want to say this, but it's
- 10:52Speaker 3: the truth. I think in the South people are more
- 10:54Speaker 3: comfortable with being blatantly racist. Where if you go up
- 11:00Speaker 3: north or you know, if you if you go to
- 11:02Speaker 3: other areas, they're they're more low key about it or
- 11:08Speaker 3: right their comments, Yeah they don't, they're they're yeah, they
- 11:11Speaker 3: say like snarky comments like they're not as you know,
- 11:15Speaker 3: bold as I feel like people in the South.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I agree, and again, like I said on my show
- 11:21Speaker 1: like a million times, like this is not every single person.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And I, like I said, I'm so glad to see
- 11:26Speaker 1: that all your friends have been They threw that white
- 11:30Speaker 1: trash bash, which was hilarious, so funny, and I got
- 11:35Speaker 1: to tell you that when Brandon was so upset about
- 11:39Speaker 1: a man doesn't sit on your tailgate. We when I
- 11:42Speaker 1: tell you we have taken a poll. We have like
- 11:45Speaker 1: unlike everybody's southern out there, please reach out, and only
- 11:49Speaker 1: one out of no lie, like I'd say, thirty forty
- 11:51Speaker 1: people respond to only one person said Okay, I have
- 11:55Speaker 1: heard of this, and how Yeah, I was never heard
- 11:58Speaker 1: of such a thing in my life.
- 12:00Speaker 3: I literally when I saw the when I saw the
- 12:02Speaker 3: footage for the first time, I was like, I've never
- 12:05Speaker 3: heard of that in my life.
- 12:06Speaker 1: But I mean, did Brandon make it up?
- 12:09Speaker 2: I you know, one thing about Brandon is maybe in
- 12:14Speaker 2: Brandon's world, you don't sit on his tailgate.
- 12:16Speaker 3: You know, maybe maybe the way he was brought up
- 12:19Speaker 3: with his southern family, he was told that.
- 12:22Speaker 2: You know, I don't know.
- 12:23Speaker 1: It was so I was he was like, the Heath
- 12:26Speaker 1: disrespected me by sitting on my tailgate. I was like
- 12:29Speaker 1: what like he walked into your living room and took
- 12:31Speaker 1: a beer and sat in your favorite chair, Like, now,
- 12:35Speaker 1: how long ago was it that you and Brandon were
- 12:38Speaker 1: like friends with benefits? Like, like, was it six years ago?
- 12:41Speaker 1: Was it? Was it right before Rash? Like what I
- 12:45Speaker 1: can understand? Like he yeah, I can understand Rash is
- 12:48Speaker 1: uncomfortable with it. But yeah, you guys are all in
- 12:50Speaker 1: a friend group and seemed to have been good friends
- 12:52Speaker 1: for years. So how long ago was it?
- 12:54Speaker 2: So it was the beginning of twenty twenty one, and.
- 12:57Speaker 1: It was two years before you met Rash.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Yeah, two years before I met Rash.
- 13:02Speaker 3: It lasted for maybe two months if that, and then
- 13:06Speaker 3: after those two months, we were never physical ever again
- 13:11Speaker 3: ever again, Like we never like once we stopped having
- 13:16Speaker 3: that situationship with each other, we were like, Okay, we're
- 13:19Speaker 3: gonna be in each other's lives. You know, I'm Mikayla's
- 13:22Speaker 3: best friend, you're her husband's best friend. Let's not you know,
- 13:26Speaker 3: we're not getting rid of each other, that's for sure.
- 13:28Speaker 2: You know that.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Yeah, we're not getting rid of each other. So I
- 13:32Speaker 1: think it's just a very youin of like a mature thing,
- 13:35Speaker 1: because you know, I mean definitely, like in college, you know,
- 13:38Speaker 1: you have all sorts of like big groups of friends
- 13:40Speaker 1: and somebody may have some drinks at a white trash
- 13:43Speaker 1: bash and you hook up and you're in your twenties
- 13:46Speaker 1: and who cares, You're still all in the same friend group. Yeah,
- 13:49Speaker 1: and especially it sounds like the two of you were
- 13:52Speaker 1: very much like this happened, is not gonna happen anymore,
- 13:55Speaker 1: and now we're done and we're still all have to
- 13:56Speaker 1: be friends.
- 13:57Speaker 3: It was just yeah, And I think I think that's
- 14:00Speaker 3: what you know, the internet being up and roar over that.
- 14:05Speaker 3: I'm just kind of like, you guys really don't understand,
- 14:09Speaker 3: like we're like, it's not you're friends.
- 14:13Speaker 1: You can still be friends.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we're we're adults, like we're friends.
- 14:18Speaker 3: I mean, now, if if we were in a very
- 14:21Speaker 3: serious relationship and we were engaged at one point, okay,
- 14:25Speaker 3: but it was never Yeah, it was never like that.
- 14:28Speaker 1: It was never like that. No, okay. And speaking of that,
- 14:32Speaker 1: I saw a post that you did here in the
- 14:34Speaker 1: last day or two regarding your car accident, and explain
- 14:39Speaker 1: to me what that was about. You did a long
- 14:40Speaker 1: post about people not being Tell me you've gotten negative
- 14:45Speaker 1: feedback about your car accident. I don't do it.
- 14:50Speaker 3: So I'm I'm not going to name any names because
- 14:54Speaker 3: I don't want to give this person the satisfaction.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Okay, but it was.
- 14:59Speaker 2: So night there.
- 15:01Speaker 3: You know, I'm scrolling through TikTok and you know a
- 15:04Speaker 3: lot of con you know, people that make stuff about
- 15:07Speaker 3: reality TV, they're everywhere.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I follow a lot of them, and I have very good.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Relationships with majority of them. This person was watching, they
- 15:17Speaker 3: were doing like a.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Recap or whatever of the show, and they were like, well,
- 15:21Speaker 2: I'm not trying to be heartless, but it really seems
- 15:23Speaker 2: like TLC's dragging out her car accident.
- 15:26Speaker 3: Oh, she just ironically went by the crash site. Yeah,
- 15:32Speaker 3: like I can't like this cast is so boring, blah
- 15:36Speaker 3: blah blah. And you know I slept on it. Yeah,
- 15:39Speaker 3: I slept on it.
- 15:41Speaker 2: I prayed on it.
- 15:43Speaker 3: And then yesterday, ironically, yesterday I had a doctor's appointment
- 15:47Speaker 3: with my gi doctor, and you know, hearing them just
- 15:52Speaker 3: reiterate some things that are going to be with me
- 15:54Speaker 3: for life, I was like, you know what, you know what,
- 15:59Speaker 3: like you you are heartless, Like that's you're disgusting, Like
- 16:03Speaker 3: if you if you don't have anything nice to say
- 16:06Speaker 3: about something like that, then just skip over it, like
- 16:08Speaker 3: you don't have to commentate, like comment like there is
- 16:12Speaker 3: more in that episode, comment commentate on something else, like yeah,
- 16:16Speaker 3: you know, if you're acknowledging it, you don't want to
- 16:18Speaker 3: seem heartless, and then you continue to be heartless.
- 16:21Speaker 2: It's just kind of like grow up, like ew, Yeah, there's.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Lots of things that you could comment on the episode,
- 16:27Speaker 1: but that doesn't make any sense to me because I
- 16:30Speaker 1: think from what I watched, very clearly you said I
- 16:33Speaker 1: don't ever drive by there, and he says, take me
- 16:35Speaker 1: to where it is. I want to like see for
- 16:38Speaker 1: my eyes what happened. And you stood on the side
- 16:40Speaker 1: of the road and you explain this car was coming
- 16:42Speaker 1: this way and you can see how fast. And I
- 16:45Speaker 1: thought you said very clearly, I never drive by here,
- 16:47Speaker 1: but we're near it, and he said, well, let's go
- 16:50Speaker 1: to where it is. It wasn't like you said, I've
- 16:52Speaker 1: never driven by there in one year, but today's the day. Yeah,
- 16:55Speaker 1: you know, I thought it was done very well. And
- 16:58Speaker 1: I don't think thank you. I don't think it's been
- 17:00Speaker 1: harped on it all. I think it was mentioned at
- 17:02Speaker 1: one point because you had a settlement and then it
- 17:04Speaker 1: was mentioned when you showed where it was, and then
- 17:06Speaker 1: it was mentioned again regarding the prenup, like I have
- 17:09Speaker 1: this settlement that's in a it's in a brokerage firm
- 17:12Speaker 1: that I just want to protect, and I don't. I mean,
- 17:15Speaker 1: by the way, this is not a boring season. This
- 17:17Speaker 1: season is amazing.
- 17:20Speaker 3: I mean I would sound biased if I would say that,
- 17:23Speaker 3: but I think this season's pretty good.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We are loving it. We are we are diagnosing Katie
- 17:29Speaker 1: every week, so concerned about her drinking problem, so that
- 17:34Speaker 1: everybody's like, she's got this and that I'm like, nobody's
- 17:37Speaker 1: gonna say that she drinks too much? Like no one, no,
- 17:40Speaker 1: any friends, family, anybody, no husband, no, no, nobody's gonna say.
- 17:46Speaker 1: I will say on a coming up episode there is
- 17:48Speaker 1: someone that mentions it, and I was like, well, thank god,
- 17:52Speaker 1: Like somebody is talking about the elephant in the room
- 17:54Speaker 1: with Katie.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, Well, And I think you know when you're
- 17:58Speaker 3: she's a couple of years not that I'm so much
- 18:00Speaker 3: than her, but she has a couple of years younger
- 18:01Speaker 3: than me, and you know, some of her friends and
- 18:03Speaker 3: stuff like that, and I think it's just like when
- 18:06Speaker 3: you live in small towns, it's like, well, what do
- 18:09Speaker 3: you mean there's this is all we can do is
- 18:11Speaker 3: go out to the bars and go drinking to have
- 18:13Speaker 3: a good time.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And it's like she will you have more than one
- 18:18Speaker 1: guy literally palm your face to push you away. You
- 18:22Speaker 1: have to think about if the roles were reversed and
- 18:24Speaker 1: a guy was doing that, it would be it would
- 18:27Speaker 1: be pretty bad. Yeah, yeah, god bless you want we
- 18:31Speaker 1: want justice for Katie. Yes, what are your thoughts on?
- 18:34Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on Debbie and Meadow?
- 18:37Speaker 2: I love Debbie. I do.
- 18:40Speaker 3: I I want the best for her just because she just,
- 18:44Speaker 3: you don't know, like I just there's just something about
- 18:48Speaker 3: her that I'm just.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Like, she's just you're rooting for Debbie.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Yeah, And you know, the only thing I can say
- 18:57Speaker 3: is I hope and pray that he is that Meto
- 19:00Speaker 3: is here for the right reasons. I mean, I don't
- 19:04Speaker 3: I can only criticize my own relationship, you know. I
- 19:08Speaker 3: mean I don't know.
- 19:10Speaker 2: How their relationship is behind closed doors when the cameras
- 19:12Speaker 2: are off.
- 19:14Speaker 1: So I mean my thoughts, look how he talks to
- 19:17Speaker 1: her with their camera on, you.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Know, yeah, yeah, yeah, and and yeah.
- 19:23Speaker 1: It's it's all. It's all a wait and see and
- 19:26Speaker 1: we keep saying, Okay, surely on the next episode they'll
- 19:29Speaker 1: show us this or that, and then they don't and
- 19:31Speaker 1: we have to wait it out. I Shay and Annabelle.
- 19:36Speaker 1: How much I mean, on a scale of one to ten,
- 19:38Speaker 1: how much do you love annabel Oh?
- 19:40Speaker 2: My god? Like I love annabel She is exactly what
- 19:44Speaker 2: he needs.
- 19:45Speaker 3: Like she is when I watch their stuff, like I
- 19:49Speaker 3: was just like, yeah, he needs a woman that is
- 19:53Speaker 3: not going to put up with his nonsense and she's
- 19:56Speaker 3: gonna set them straight.
- 19:57Speaker 2: I love her like I love them.
- 19:58Speaker 1: I love her so much and every time. And you know,
- 20:02Speaker 1: as a Southerner, when they talk about the lake, I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 20:06Speaker 1: I know about the lake or you go down to
- 20:09Speaker 1: the river, the lake or the river. Yes, they're definitely
- 20:13Speaker 1: having a white trash bash down by that lake and
- 20:16Speaker 1: in that river.
- 20:17Speaker 3: Yeah, oh for sure, That's what I'm saying. I'm like,
- 20:19Speaker 3: you guys are talking about our white trash bash.
- 20:22Speaker 1: What about Yeah? What about that one? They just didn't
- 20:26Speaker 1: name it, They just didn't name it. Well. I love
- 20:29Speaker 1: Annabella and I hope she is gonna set. I hope,
- 20:31Speaker 1: I hope when we get to the reunion. I do
- 20:33Speaker 1: love when all you guys like meet in person at
- 20:35Speaker 1: the union and then we've got you're from Alabama and
- 20:38Speaker 1: as just from Alabama? Yeah, And I was like, now,
- 20:42Speaker 1: is Alabasa close to Athens? I have no grasp of Alabama.
- 20:46Speaker 2: No. No, she's about two hours south of me south.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, I uh, I'm fascinated fascinated by her. I'm
- 20:57Speaker 1: fascinated by we're gonna see coming up. Like his family
- 21:00Speaker 1: gets real mad that she's thirty eight and they're basically
- 21:03Speaker 1: like she's the dad literally says she's so close to menopause.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Which is crazy. It's like that's a bold statement for
- 21:11Speaker 2: a man to say.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Okay, right, And I was like, no, I don't know,
- 21:16Speaker 1: God bless. Okay. Now back to Brandon. We have lots
- 21:21Speaker 1: lots of questions about why did you have to borrow
- 21:24Speaker 1: his pet camera? Why couldn't you buy your own pet camera?
- 21:26Speaker 4: People were concerned, you know, to be completely honest with
- 21:34Speaker 4: everything that was on my plate preparing for my fiance
- 21:38Speaker 4: to come to.
- 21:38Speaker 2: America, buying a pet camera slipped my mind.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Why did you need one?
- 21:44Speaker 2: So?
- 21:44Speaker 1: How long were you gone and you had all those dogs,
- 21:47Speaker 1: so with somebody like coming in to watch the dogs.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Yeah, my friends were coming in to watch them. But
- 21:52Speaker 3: so I just I really liked I just I liked
- 21:55Speaker 3: being able. I was only gone for like a week,
- 21:58Speaker 3: but still I was able to like log.
- 22:00Speaker 2: On and just you know, see them, see them.
- 22:02Speaker 3: And because Mickey and Minnie were are you know they're
- 22:08Speaker 3: at the time that we were filming there, they were
- 22:10Speaker 3: like three, two or three months old, So I just
- 22:13Speaker 3: was really worried about, you know, puppies.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Yeah. They also you just got them and then you
- 22:19Speaker 1: had to leave.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, So I was just like, oh, I hope
- 22:23Speaker 2: you know, Like, yeah, I.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Just tell me about the decision making thought process of
- 22:30Speaker 1: getting two dogs in addition to the two you already
- 22:33Speaker 1: had right before you're bringing your fiance to move in.
- 22:39Speaker 2: There wasn't much of a decision making, There was no
- 22:42Speaker 2: thought process. So I the backstory on how I got
- 22:47Speaker 2: two of them, and they're from the same litter and everything.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I do not recommend having two puppies at the same
- 22:53Speaker 2: time unless you can mentally handle that. I'm never doing
- 22:56Speaker 2: that again.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Well you do, then you'd have six, So I hope
- 22:59Speaker 1: not yeah, I would.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Never never doing that again. And I had gone to.
- 23:07Speaker 3: A horse show because I'm a part of the horse community,
- 23:11Speaker 3: and there is these people here selling these cute little puppies.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I was like, oh my god, they're so cute and
- 23:16Speaker 3: I had face timed rash and I was like, look
- 23:18Speaker 3: how cute they are and he was like, get one
- 23:20Speaker 3: and I was like okay, and I was like well,
- 23:24Speaker 3: I was like, but I want a girl because I
- 23:26Speaker 3: already had a boy and a girl.
- 23:27Speaker 2: And I was like, I want a girl. He's like
- 23:29Speaker 2: I want a boy.
- 23:30Speaker 3: And then the person that was selling them, they were like, well,
- 23:32Speaker 3: we'll do a buy one, get one free special and.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I was just like, oh my god. I was like okay,
- 23:40Speaker 1: and they were like, please take these puppies and are
- 23:43Speaker 1: what kind of puppies are they?
- 23:45Speaker 3: They are Australian Shepherd cattle Australian Shepherd cattle dog mixes.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Okay, do you have a big backyard kind of Okay,
- 23:59Speaker 1: that's a lot of it's a lot of dogs. So
- 24:01Speaker 1: what are your other two dogs? Because we know Opal.
- 24:07Speaker 1: What kind of dog is Opal?
- 24:09Speaker 2: She's a corky.
- 24:10Speaker 1: She's a corky.
- 24:11Speaker 2: I just she's a funny Welshy.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I just saw the funniest Corky video the other day
- 24:15Speaker 1: about why Corky's always back up, and it was a
- 24:18Speaker 1: whole thing of like to the song back that ass
- 24:21Speaker 1: up and it was all backing up, like, Okay, so
- 24:25Speaker 1: she's a corky and has the tiny legs that needs
- 24:27Speaker 1: the the ramp from the bed. And then what's the
- 24:30Speaker 1: other dog?
- 24:32Speaker 2: Twister? So I adopted Twister. I don't remember, like twenty
- 24:37Speaker 2: nineteen was when I got Twister. I adopted him, of course.
- 24:42Speaker 1: And you just said his name, so yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 24:46Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, sorry, that's okay.
- 24:51Speaker 2: And he is a pit a Pitbull Healer cross.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Wow, okay, this is this is dog corner. I have
- 25:01Speaker 1: two dogs. I'm always like obsessed with people's dogs. I'm
- 25:03Speaker 1: obsessed with people that have more than two dogs and
- 25:06Speaker 1: how do you do it? And then you got two
- 25:08Speaker 1: dogs right before he moved.
- 25:09Speaker 2: I was like yes, and they're all herding dogs. That
- 25:13Speaker 2: was not planned.
- 25:14Speaker 1: So you walk outside and they'll just circle you.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Oh my god, they're just a hot mess. They're they're
- 25:18Speaker 3: so hyper there. I don't recommend fo herding dogs.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Yeah, you walk outside, they're trying to herd you and you're.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Like, oh stop, I'm trying to inside outside they're following
- 25:28Speaker 3: me every Oh my god, I don't.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Yeah, wow, you'll always have a convenience hip.
- 25:33Speaker 2: That's true.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Okay, So on an upcoming episode, we're going to see
- 25:38Speaker 1: you and your friends go to like a local baseball game.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Is this like a Huntsville team?
- 25:43Speaker 2: Yeah, so they're newer.
- 25:45Speaker 3: I think I think they were established in like twenty
- 25:49Speaker 3: twenty two.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Okay, very new.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, they're very new.
- 25:54Speaker 3: And they actually had the locals pick their name. So
- 25:58Speaker 3: it was like it was a decision between like the
- 26:00Speaker 3: trash Pandas Rocket City Rockets I think, and then there
- 26:07Speaker 3: was some other one.
- 26:08Speaker 2: I don't want.
- 26:08Speaker 1: The City Rocket seems to make the most sense. I mean,
- 26:10Speaker 1: trash Pandas is hilarious, but also like what, I.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Don't you know, I I don't know, I don't know
- 26:19Speaker 3: how they came up with that. But trash Pandas won obviously,
- 26:25Speaker 3: And so yeah, we went to a trash Panas game
- 26:27Speaker 3: because rash has never been to American an American baseball game.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Yeah. I loved that. I love that. And on the
- 26:34Speaker 1: upcoming episode, you know, you guys are also you know
- 26:37Speaker 1: Rash and Brandon still not getting along, and it's does it?
- 26:42Speaker 1: Can you just give me a hint? Does it ever
- 26:44Speaker 1: get better? See? Are they going to braid each other's hair?
- 26:50Speaker 2: Maybe they'll braid each other's beards. I don't know. Maybe
- 26:54Speaker 2: I don't know, you guys, I don't know.
- 26:57Speaker 1: I see well, I was like, I hope these two
- 27:00Speaker 1: never have a fistfight.
- 27:02Speaker 2: I know that's like the it doesn't get physical. Let's
- 27:07Speaker 2: just put it that way. Thank god, it doesn't get physical.
- 27:10Speaker 2: This there's yeah, it seems like it.
- 27:13Speaker 1: It seems a couple of times like it gets close.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay, Mikayla and Wren. So it is? Is Wren
- 27:24Speaker 1: spelled r y n like Ryan without the A?
- 27:27Speaker 2: Pretty much?
- 27:27Speaker 1: Yes, it's Wren?
- 27:29Speaker 2: Yes?
- 27:30Speaker 1: Does that come from something like his mother's maiden name
- 27:34Speaker 1: or something?
- 27:35Speaker 2: I you know, that's a good question.
- 27:37Speaker 1: I don't know, because you know how we do? You
- 27:40Speaker 1: know how he does? Yeah, we got the mother's maiden name,
- 27:42Speaker 1: and like you know, I got Mary Payne, the whole thing.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm trying to think. I don't know.
- 27:50Speaker 1: And also I wonder if it's like part of a
- 27:53Speaker 1: name and they took out the Wren because he's like
- 27:55Speaker 1: a third and so they said, okay, co cor Wren
- 27:59Speaker 1: want to and three? So for the third we're gonna
- 28:01Speaker 1: call him Wren instead of core Wyn. You know what
- 28:04Speaker 1: I mean or something. The Southerners they do are real
- 28:06Speaker 1: crazy with the name.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I know. I'm pretty positive. Sorry my air podcast.
- 28:11Speaker 2: I'm pretty positive.
- 28:14Speaker 3: His it's his middle name, Okay, but he goes by
- 28:17Speaker 3: his middle name, I think.
- 28:19Speaker 1: So there was a person on I don't know if
- 28:22Speaker 1: you watch any Bravo Real Housewives. On Real house Hovese
- 28:25Speaker 1: of Oc, doctor Jennifer's husband's name was Ryan, but then
- 28:30Speaker 1: he renamed himself Wren r y n E. So he
- 28:35Speaker 1: was Ryan but then he got his name changed to
- 28:39Speaker 1: r y n E. So I was like, this is
- 28:41Speaker 1: very similar. Like it's like, yeah, Ryan Wrenn, what's your name? Yeah?
- 28:45Speaker 2: No, yeah, as no, he as a grown man. He
- 28:48Speaker 2: did not go and change his.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Okay. Now on this last episode, you're you talk to
- 28:56Speaker 1: Roush about the prenup. M Okay. My take on it is,
- 29:04Speaker 1: why not if you think you're gonna be married for
- 29:05Speaker 1: one hundred years, Like, why not go ahead and do it?
- 29:08Speaker 1: You have this big asset, this one particular thing you're
- 29:10Speaker 1: trying to protect. And if you guys are married for
- 29:13Speaker 1: fifteen years and get divorced at that point the house,
- 29:15Speaker 1: the house is half his anyway, so you know if
- 29:18Speaker 1: he's been paying into it so or you guys may
- 29:21Speaker 1: have moved and bought a new house. But I think
- 29:24Speaker 1: that culturally we see so many of these same stories
- 29:28Speaker 1: play over and over. Number One is the bidet always important.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Miday is a mainte side of America. It is I mean,
- 29:36Speaker 1: it's and they need it, they want it, they have
- 29:39Speaker 1: to have it. And then we see prenup a lot.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Is another storyline that they cannot get their brains behind
- 29:46Speaker 1: the whole prenup. And then of course we see the
- 29:50Speaker 1: muslimen are like, well, now I'm the head of the household,
- 29:52Speaker 1: and you do what I say. But now he's run
- 29:55Speaker 1: up against a strong Southern woman who's like, no, so,
- 29:59Speaker 1: no so. A couple of things about the Muslim man.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Number one, it seems to me that rash didn't care
- 30:06Speaker 1: about the thing about about no sex before marriage, Like
- 30:10Speaker 1: he was okay with that. Yes, he was okay with that,
- 30:14Speaker 1: but he's not okay with you know, you got to
- 30:17Speaker 1: be the head of the house and all that. So
- 30:19Speaker 1: it's like pick and shoes.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Yeah, but yeah, and I think, you know different, I.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Think I don't want to say, like kind of like
- 30:28Speaker 3: in America or like different denomination.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Right right, right. And also, no, pork is a big
- 30:33Speaker 1: thing for him. He's like no York. Yeah, yeah he does.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I mean and Turkey is a very secular country.
- 30:40Speaker 3: A lot of people don't know that there is multiple
- 30:43Speaker 3: religions in Turkey there. You know, Islam is the predominant,
- 30:47Speaker 3: you know, religion, but there's Catholics, there's Christians, there's you know,
- 30:51Speaker 3: there's churches right beside the mosques and stuff like that.
- 30:56Speaker 3: But I think they're just not as like how Nito
- 31:00Speaker 3: coming from Egypt or you know how Jordanians.
- 31:04Speaker 2: It's Turkey is just a very it's a very Yeah,
- 31:08Speaker 2: it's a very secular country.
- 31:09Speaker 1: It's a little more their religion is a little more
- 31:12Speaker 1: loosey goosey and not so like it has to be
- 31:15Speaker 1: all these things have to be followed exactly.
- 31:17Speaker 2: Yeah, And I and and I think they not that
- 31:21Speaker 2: they they just lean more Western into the into the
- 31:24Speaker 2: Western culture, and.
- 31:27Speaker 1: That's just that's good for you because then you've got
- 31:30Speaker 1: on Tender. I know, do his uh, does his family
- 31:37Speaker 1: have any problem with you saying like y'all met on
- 31:39Speaker 1: Tender and that there was you were sleeping together in
- 31:42Speaker 1: the same bed and all that, Like do they have
- 31:43Speaker 1: a problem with that?
- 31:44Speaker 2: No, believe it or not. I mean, I think you
- 31:47Speaker 2: would think that they would.
- 31:50Speaker 3: But I think a lot of it is is, you know,
- 31:54Speaker 3: they understand he's a grown man and he's gonna make
- 31:56Speaker 3: his own decisions.
- 31:57Speaker 2: At the end of the day.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Yes, So I I think that's where a lot of
- 32:01Speaker 3: it came from, is they were like, we can't control
- 32:04Speaker 3: him well, and I yeah, I think that's where a
- 32:07Speaker 3: lot of it And they knew, like they knew their
- 32:08Speaker 3: son was you know active.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Well you know, like you think of like Sarper. He's
- 32:14Speaker 1: from Turkey and he banged twenty five hundred women, So
- 32:16Speaker 1: I mean, you know, yeah.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Rash isn't that. Yeah, Rash isn't like that.
- 32:20Speaker 1: But Okay, that's good. That's good to hear. And did
- 32:23Speaker 1: you guys ever talk about you moving there? Because where
- 32:27Speaker 1: he's from that region, we've seen it with he lived there,
- 32:29Speaker 1: but we've seen it on other ninety Day shows, marmars
- 32:32Speaker 1: where it's like, wow, this is a gorgeous town. So
- 32:35Speaker 1: did you ever consider that moving there?
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I think with when we were going
- 32:41Speaker 3: through that immigration process, that was definitely a backup plan.
- 32:45Speaker 3: We obviously didn't really like talk talk about it because
- 32:49Speaker 3: we didn't want that to be the last resort, but
- 32:51Speaker 3: we did acknowledge, especially with the state of how you know,
- 32:55Speaker 3: immigration was going and what was going on with immigration,
- 32:59Speaker 3: you know, Turkey was definitely an option. It It would
- 33:04Speaker 3: have been a struggle, It would have been a struggle
- 33:06Speaker 3: for sure, but yeah, we did talk about it.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Yeah, do a lot of people in his town, a
- 33:12Speaker 1: lot of people speak English or no.
- 33:16Speaker 3: I would say, I would say it's like if you
- 33:19Speaker 3: go to the like the restaurants and the retail stores,
- 33:24Speaker 3: they do because Marmorous like predominantly is like a very
- 33:28Speaker 3: hot spot for British people. Like it's it's like very
- 33:33Speaker 3: televised in England, like come to Marmorous, you know, for
- 33:36Speaker 3: your summer and and you know the Turkish people what
- 33:40Speaker 3: they do is they'll they'll put their pricing in pounds
- 33:43Speaker 3: instead of lira because the conversion rates higher, and.
- 33:45Speaker 1: They get.
- 33:48Speaker 5: Okay, well, yeah, I mean it's I would say, it's
- 33:54Speaker 5: not like if you go to istanbul And and English
- 33:56Speaker 5: has spoken very well there, but they're like his family,
- 34:00Speaker 5: Rossi's family, they don't speak any English.
- 34:02Speaker 2: It's barely anything.
- 34:04Speaker 1: So yeah, I was sad when he said, you know,
- 34:07Speaker 1: you know, I'm gonna need like one hundred and hundred
- 34:09Speaker 1: and fifty dollars when you guys were talking about the
- 34:12Speaker 1: expenses and you know, to us, that's not a lot
- 34:15Speaker 1: of money. But of course I liked how you're like, Okay,
- 34:17Speaker 1: here's everything we're spending. I have to assume at the
- 34:20Speaker 1: top of that piece of paper was here's how much
- 34:21Speaker 1: I bring in, and then here's how much piece of tract. Yeah,
- 34:25Speaker 1: for him to really get it and then yeah, I
- 34:27Speaker 1: need a little money for my family. And you're like
- 34:30Speaker 1: and he's like, well, you know they live in a tent, baby,
- 34:32Speaker 1: And I was like, oh my gosh, I kind of
- 34:34Speaker 1: forgot about that part, like did their house burn down?
- 34:37Speaker 1: What happened?
- 34:38Speaker 2: It was an earthquake. So so the earthquake, it was
- 34:42Speaker 2: twenty It was.
- 34:43Speaker 3: Like not winter, but I think it was like January
- 34:46Speaker 3: February twenty twenty three, it was.
- 34:49Speaker 2: It hit there.
- 34:51Speaker 3: So he's originally from cut a madmanage Turkey, and so
- 34:56Speaker 3: there was a big earthquake.
- 34:57Speaker 2: It was like a seven point four.
- 34:59Speaker 1: I remember that big earthway, Yes, and.
- 35:01Speaker 3: It hits Syria too, So it was Turkey and Syria
- 35:04Speaker 3: and that's what happened.
- 35:05Speaker 2: They yeah, they yeah, they lost everything.
- 35:09Speaker 1: And are they doing better now? Are they able to
- 35:11Speaker 1: rebuild or.
- 35:14Speaker 3: They're doing they're getting by. The Turkish government was supposed
- 35:19Speaker 3: to be building houses for the people that have been displaced,
- 35:22Speaker 3: and the houses have taken still now. And you know,
- 35:29Speaker 3: so so during the winners, his mom will go to
- 35:31Speaker 3: Marmarous that way it's cooler, and.
- 35:34Speaker 2: His dad will stay back and work. You know. But
- 35:37Speaker 2: but they're you.
- 35:38Speaker 3: Know people online, you know, their first their their first
- 35:42Speaker 3: initial response is like, well, why did she just go
- 35:44Speaker 3: to Turkey?
- 35:45Speaker 2: Like, oh, I would get out of the United States.
- 35:47Speaker 3: And I'm just like, you have like the privilege you
- 35:50Speaker 3: have to think that these people do not suffer over there.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Like right, just because it's a beautiful town doesn't mean yeah,
- 35:58Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Like, the monthly South for one person is like four
- 36:01Speaker 2: to nine hundred American dollars.
- 36:04Speaker 1: That's you can't that's rough, That's right, that's right.
