Young Kiwis in violent homes will need proof for benefit
Advocates say incoming changes to the jobseeker benefit could trap young New Zealanders in violent households. From November, some 18 and 19-year-olds will need to prove their parents are abusive before qualifying for the benefit. Felix Walton reports.
