- 0:21Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a deep
- 0:27breath in through your nose and slowly let the breath
- 0:34out through your mouth. Again, take another deep breath in
- 0:43through your nose and slowly and gently let the breath
- 0:50out once again. Deep breath in and slowly breathe out. Now,
- 1:09imagine yourself standing on a beautiful beach, glorious white sand,
- 1:18and you can hear the calming sounds of the ocean.
- 1:22You can hear the waves as they gently come into
- 1:26the shore. As you listen to the waves, breathe in
- 1:32deeply and slowly breathe out, breathing in cool, refretching air.
- 1:45And every time you hear the waves breaking on the shore,
- 1:50you become more and more relaxed, more and more calm,
- 1:56and more and more peaceful. And you look out over
- 2:03the ocean and see the amazing blue water. It's so
- 2:10calm and peaceful as the waves gently come up onto
- 2:13the sand and then slowly slide back down again back
- 2:20into the beautiful blue ocean. And the day is warm
- 2:27and fresh, and the sun is shining high up in
- 2:32the sky, with only a few fluffy white clouds drifting
- 2:36on by. Now further up on the beach is a cave,
- 2:44and you get interested, so you go and take a
- 2:47look at it. The cave is warm and the air
- 2:52is moist, and it's actually very light inside it, so
- 2:56you can see where you're going. You walk through to
- 3:02the other end of the cave and you see it
- 3:05comes out into a lovely tropical forest, and you can
- 3:10hear the sounds of the forest birds singing. You can
- 3:14even feel a gentle breeze on your face and it
- 3:18feels ever so nice. You can hear the sounds of
- 3:23small animals scurrying through the undergrowth as they go about
- 3:27their daily business. As you walk further in, you see
- 3:34a large rock room in this enchanting and amazing forest,
- 3:39and he has a very large tree standing next to it,
- 3:44and some of its branches are hanging low over the water,
- 3:49and it's then thinking noses, it's actually a banaca tree,
- 3:53and you can see lots of bananas hanging down and
- 3:57they look very tasty too, and you are a hungry now,
- 4:03so he decided to pull a few bananas off the
- 4:06tree for your lunch. When suddenly a small fish leaps
- 4:11out of the water and pulls a banana off the
- 4:13tree and it disappears back into the water. Wow, a
- 4:18banana eating fish. You didn't think fish ate bananas, Well
- 4:23apparently this one does. You pull off a cuple for
- 4:28yourself and sit down to enjoy the tasty bananas. And
- 4:35as you sit there, the little fish again leaps out
- 4:38of the water, wraps a banana, and goes back under
- 4:42the wash again. Oh my, do you wonder what kind
- 4:47of fish it is? Clearly it likes bananas. How strange.
- 4:55As you sit eating your bananas, a little head hops
- 5:00up out of the water and stares at you. It's
- 5:04the little fish again. He smiles at him and sets
- 5:08alone and talking fish that eats bananas? What next, you
- 5:15think to yourself. The little fish tells you his name
- 5:21is Pete, and he tells you that he is a piranha.
- 5:26Oh no, you think to yourself, a piranha. You're very
- 5:31sure that they eat people. The little fish see's your
- 5:36look of alarm and tells you that he doesn't eat people.
- 5:38Nobody he knows eats people. Besides, he says they don't
- 5:44taste very nice. He only eats bananas. They are his
- 5:50favorite food, well, the only food they would eat. Really.
- 5:57He tells you that his family and friends only eat fish,
- 6:02and they think he's very strange because he eats bananas,
- 6:07so strange in fact, that they don't talk to him anymore,
- 6:11and this makes him very sad. Indeed, Pete asks you
- 6:18if you would like to come for a swim with him,
- 6:21and you say yes, of course, as long as you
- 6:25don't eat me, and you both give a little laugh.
- 6:30So with a big leap, you jump into the rock
- 6:33pool with an enormous splash. You swim around for a
- 6:37little while, and then Pete asks you if you would
- 6:41like to meet his friends who live deep within the ocean. Well,
- 6:46you say yes, but you don't think you can hold
- 6:48your breath that long. But Pete says not to worry.
- 6:53He has a magic sweet you can eat and it
- 6:56will let you breathe underwater. So you pop the sweet
- 7:01in your mouth and dive deep under the water. Wow,
- 7:06you can still breathe. It's just like breathing air, only
- 7:10it's all watery up, and you can also talk too.
- 7:16Pete takes you to the deep ocean floor and to
- 7:20a little cave. Here is where his friends live, And
- 7:27just then a big squigly tentacle slowly slides out of
- 7:32the cave, followed by a rather big octopus, who is
- 7:38then followed by many, many smaller octopus. You try to
- 7:43count them, but there are just too many of them.
- 7:47Pete gives a little laugh and tells you that his friend,
- 7:51Olivia the big octopus has two hundred children. Wow, that's
- 7:58a lot of children. Olivia smiles, and she says she
- 8:05would like to show you around the cave where they
- 8:06all live. And then she suggests she takes you on
- 8:11a tour of the ocean floor. How fantastic is that?
- 8:18So just for a little while, go with Olivia and
- 8:22Pete and all the little octopus and see where they live,
- 8:28see how they live. Then you can have a wonderful
- 8:33tour of the ocean floor. Go and see what else
- 8:38lives at the bottom of the ocean. See how many
- 8:40different creatures you can find, and have fun. Now you
- 11:01all returned to the cave. How wonderful that was to
- 11:07see all the other creatures that live in the ocean.
- 11:13What kind of creatures did you see? Where did they live?
- 11:20How many did you see? Pete the banana eating banana
- 11:30tells Olivia the octopus about the banana's heats, and he
- 11:36tells her how tasty they are, and he teaches them
- 11:42how good bananas are for them, very good for the bones,
- 11:47Pete says. So Olivia decides that the next time she
- 11:52surfaces above the water, she will give these tasty bananas
- 11:57a try. Pete is extend because he knows that they
- 12:02will love them just as much as he does. But
- 12:08now it's time for you to return home. So you
- 12:12say goodbye to Olivia and her children, and Pete guides
- 12:17you back to the rock pool. You climb out of
- 12:22the water and turn and say goodbye to Pete, and
- 12:25you really hope you can see him again soon. Pete
- 12:30tells you that you can come and visit him and
- 12:33his friends anytime you want, So you wave goodbye to
- 12:40Pete and begin your journey back home. As you walk,
- 12:47breathe in deeply, filling your lungs with the wonderful, fresh
- 12:52clean air, and your mind gently begins to drift into
- 12:59a lovely comfortable silence, just letting all the thoughts pass
- 13:06on by and watching any of those sorts just drift away.
- 13:14Breathe deeply as you allow the sounds of the magnificent
- 13:18ocean to wash over. You can you hear the gentle
- 13:24sounds of the waves. They're still there. Breathe in deeply
- 13:33and slowly and gently breathe out, and you are very
- 13:39sleepy now, so tired, so sleepy. You've had a long day.
- 13:49And then you realize that you are back in your
- 13:52very own bed now, and you wonder how that happened.
- 13:59It's a kind of magic. You snuggle down and get
- 14:05very comfy, and you feel yourself going deeper and deeper
- 14:13into beautiful, blissful sleep, feeling so peaceful, so calm, so relaxed,
- 14:26and you can still hear the waves. With each passing wave,
- 14:32your body becomes lighter and lighter, and you have become
- 14:39like the waves, one with the oshan. So just listen
- 14:47to the sounds of the beautiful deep eocean and just rest,
- 14:54just sleep. Now, imagine the beautiful special rainbow floating just
- 15:04above your head, and you can see the purples and
- 15:07the blues. You can see the greens and the yellows,
- 15:12the oranges and the reds, and maybe you can even
- 15:16see some gold and silver too. See how it shines
- 15:21so brightly. See the beautiful colors, and it's like the
- 15:28colors are alive. That's because they are. Can you see them?
- 15:40Each time you breathe out, this beautiful rainbow grows larger
- 15:45and larger, and it starts to gently wash over you,
- 15:51help you to relax, and you can actually feel the
- 15:56colors washing over your body. Can you feel it? Can
- 16:02you feel how warm it is, how it makes your
- 16:05skin tingle just a little bit everywhere the colors touched you.
- 16:12You feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper, and you feel
- 16:18so peaceful, so calm, and so very relaxed. As you
- 16:27breathe in this beautiful rainbow. Light makes you feel so
- 16:32safe and protected, and you feel so loved. That's because
- 16:38you are safe, You are loved, and you are protected.
- 16:45Always in front of you there is a flower bed
- 16:54filled with daffodils, all different shades of yellow and all
- 16:59shimmering in the sunlight. And you watch as they raise
- 17:04their heads up to the sunlight, drawing all that they need,
- 17:11all of it from the sun, the warmth to grow
- 17:15and to stretch themselves, the light to raise themselves higher still,
- 17:21and they are surrounded by the light, just as you are.
- 17:28The yellow white rays of the sun lift you up too,
- 17:33and you can feel your spirits rising you can feel
- 17:38the inspiring rays of the sun shining down on your body,
- 17:43and you can feel the joy beginning to enter your heart,
- 17:48and you feel ever so happy. You see many other
- 17:54different types of flowers, all swaying gently in the cool, calm,
- 18:01all lifting their heads towards the sunlight, just like you,
- 18:08And you realize you can hear running water, so you
- 18:14stand off to see where it's coming from, and you
- 18:18walk along the gravel pathway towards the sound, and as
- 18:24you draw closer to it, you see before you a
- 18:27wonderful shallow stream, and the water is so clear and
- 18:32so inviting. You could even see tiny colorful fish as
- 18:38they swim on by. And there are rocks in the
- 18:44stream of yours, and the sound you heard is the
- 18:48water flowing around and over them. The sun is shining
- 18:55on the water, and it looks like a thousand stars
- 18:58of bouncing all over it, and it's so beautiful, and
- 19:05you decide to sit down on the bank by the
- 19:08stream for just a while, just to relax and just
- 19:13drift with your thoughts. And you gaze into the water,
- 19:18feeling so peaceful, so calm, so relaxed. It's lovely. As
- 19:30you sit there each thought that you have, just let
- 19:35it go, place it into the water and watch it
- 19:40as it washes away. And you watch as the thought
- 19:45just gently sails off into the distance, bouncing along the
- 19:50ripples of the water until it's out of sight. It's
- 19:55quite funny to watch. Really. When you have another thought,
- 20:00just do the same thing again and watch it as
- 20:03it sails off into the distance. And why you've been
- 20:09sitting here just thinking your little thoughts? You suddenly notice
- 20:15sitting beside you is a little brown dug. He has
- 20:21his eyes closed, and you notice his lovely shiny brown feathers.
- 20:28You can even see some water drops on his folded wings,
- 20:33and you wonder what he's doing. He opens his little
- 20:39brown eyes and looks at you, and he tells you
- 20:43that his name is Marvin, and that he comes here
- 20:46every day at this same time just to meditate by
- 20:51the stream. He says he likes to think of all
- 20:55the things he is grateful for in his life, and
- 20:58he likes to say thank you out loud because it
- 21:02makes him feel really, really good. He asks you what
- 21:08you would like to join him and be grateful with him. Well,
- 21:12you say yes, but you're not really sure what you
- 21:17have to do, so, Marvin explains. Marvin tells you that
- 21:24all you have to do is think of all the
- 21:27things you are grateful for. Things like your parents, your friends,
- 21:33your pets, the ice cream that you ate last week,
- 21:37your lovely soft bed, your new school bag to carry
- 21:41your books, anything at all that you love and you
- 21:45are grateful for. You get the idea. So you sit
- 21:51with Marvin and close your eyes and in your mind
- 21:57spend a few moments thinking of all all the things
- 22:00you are grateful for, all of the good things in
- 22:04your life, all of the things that make you happy.
- 22:10So just sit there with Marvin for just a moment.
- 23:57Marfa opened his eyes and you do too. Marvin says,
- 24:04now it's time to say thank you for all the
- 24:07good things in your life. So the two of you
- 24:11say as loud as you can, thank you, thank you,
- 24:15thank you. Doesn't that feel good, especially when you say
- 24:20it really loudly. How do you feel right now? Can
- 24:26you feel the big smile on your face? Can you
- 24:30feel your heart all filled up with love and gratitude?
- 24:38Marvin smiles at you and tells you that you did
- 24:42very well for your first time. He's an expertcy he
- 24:46does it all the time. But it's now time for
- 24:50Marvin to go, so he says his goodbyes and waddles
- 24:55off into the stream. You ask him where he's going.
- 25:00He says he's going home now, but first he wants
- 25:04to have a little swim, so he says good bye
- 25:07again and swims off into the distance, quacking away happily
- 25:12as he goes. You think he's very mysterious, this Marvin,
- 25:18very very nice, but very mysterious. You don't know anything
- 25:22about him at all, but you do like him. What
- 25:26a lovely little mystic ducky is. You won't ever forget Marvin.
- 25:31Hell you he now put your feet into the water
- 25:39and feel the cool, refreshing flow of it running gently
- 25:43over them, and it feels so wonderful, so refreshing and revitalizing.
- 25:50And you look around you. You feel so free here,
- 25:54so relaxed, and it feels so wonderful just to sit
- 25:59with your feet in the cool, calm water, listening to
- 26:04the sounds of nature, just you, the water and nature,
- 26:12and you feel so very grateful just to be here.
- 26:18So sit for just a moment and just listen, listen
- 26:25to the sounds of the crystal clear calming water as
- 26:30it soothes your very soul. Listen to the sounds of
- 26:35crystal clear calming water as it makes your soul sink
- 26:41with happiness. Now you realize now you are back in
- 26:56your very own bed, feeling all warm and snuggling, and
- 27:05it's time for you to sleep now, as your eyes
- 27:09are becoming very heavy and your body is beginning to
- 27:13go all soft with sleepiness. So you settle down and
- 27:20pull the quilt or blanket up over your shoulders and
- 27:24take a big deep breath in through your nose and
- 27:30then slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth, and
- 27:36you feel so happy you met Marvin today, so blessed,
- 27:42so grateful that you take another deep breath in and
- 27:49slowly and gently breathe out one last time, deep breath
- 27:58in and slowly and gently breathe out, And just as
- 28:08the wave of sleepiness is coming all over your body,
- 28:15you see once again Marvin's happy little face, lovely Marvin, Marvin,
- 28:23the Mystic Duck, and you give a great, big soft
- 28:28sigh as you smile and drift gently into the best
- 28:35night sleep ever. Now, imagine that you're standing in a beautiful,
- 28:45lush green field and it's raining very lightly. You look
- 28:51down at your feet and you notice you don't have
- 28:54any shoes on. You wriggle your toes in the soft,
- 28:58cool and damp grass, and it feels so good. You
- 29:02feel so good to connect to mother Earth yourself, and
- 29:06your feet start to tingle just a little bit. You
- 29:12can smell the beautiful aroma of the wet grass, and
- 29:16it smells so pure, and tiny rain drops glisten on
- 29:21the lush green leaves. You close your eyes and feel
- 29:29the warm sun on your face. The rain has stopped
- 29:33now and there is a gentle breeze blowing, and you
- 29:37stretch your arms out either side of you feel the
- 29:40breeze sweep over your entire body. You feel great, so
- 29:47much better, more calm and peaceful. You look down and
- 29:53you see a path, really see all the details of
- 29:57the path, what it means from Is it narrow or
- 30:03is it wide? Is the path winding or is it straight?
- 30:09You decide it's your path. You begin to walk and
- 30:17see the path that's leading you into a beautiful and
- 30:20majestic forest, and you can enter that forest. What can
- 30:25you see? What can you hear? You look over towards
- 30:33the trees and decide to take a look because it
- 30:36kind of looks like a mini forest. And as you
- 30:41get nearer, you see some very big, beautiful, weeping willow
- 30:45trees and their branches are so long they're almost touching
- 30:49the ground. The leaves glisten in the sunlight and they
- 30:55shimmer and shine with a beautiful, silvery green color. You
- 31:00walk amongst them, touching their leaves with your fingers and
- 31:04they feel smooth and silky to the touch. And as
- 31:08you look up, you can see the sun is shining
- 31:11through the branches, almost making it look as if the
- 31:15tree itself is moving and swaying in the cool breeze.
- 31:22As you walk deeper into the forest, it feels very magical,
- 31:28and you notice that all of your senses seem to
- 31:31sharpen as you walk deeper and deeper into it. It
- 31:34feels so lovely and peaceful. Here up ahead, you notice
- 31:41that the forest starts to thin as it opened into
- 31:44a clearing. And as you approach the clearing, you notice
- 31:50it's lighter and brighter than the forest, and it has
- 31:53a calm and peaceful energy. Standing you see a very
- 31:59large tree and you are magnetically drawn towards the tree.
- 32:04As you get closer, you just now and feel that
- 32:08this tree is a very ancient and very wise old tree.
- 32:14It has very large roots all around it, and they're
- 32:18growing deep, deep down into the earth, and the trunk
- 32:21is wide and majestic looking. As you stand there looking
- 32:29at this ancient and wise old tree, you become aware
- 32:32of a chattering sound and you wonder what it is.
- 32:37You look up, you see something move very quickly. Then
- 32:40you see another movement, and another one, and you wonder
- 32:43what on earth could it be. Then suddenly everything goes quiet.
- 32:50You keep looking now, and it's then that you see
- 32:54a little head pop out from between the leaves. It's
- 32:58a squirrel, a beautiful red squirrel with little tofty ears.
- 33:05He grins at you and says hello. He tells you
- 33:08his name is Joseph. Then other little heads pop out too,
- 33:14more little red squirrels, and they're all smiling at you
- 33:18and looking at you with great, big, beautiful brown eyes.
- 33:23You say hello to them, and you ask them what
- 33:25they're doing here. Joseph tells you that this is their home,
- 33:31it's where they live. They ask you if you would
- 33:34like to join them and see exactly where they live.
- 33:39Well of course you would love to, but you're a
- 33:42lot bigger than they are, and you wonder if you
- 33:45can fit in the tree with them. You don't think
- 33:48you can. Joseph says you can do magic and asks
- 33:53you if you would like to be a squirrel for
- 33:56the day, then that way you can definitely fit in
- 33:59the tree. You think this is a wonderful idea, so
- 34:04Joseph pulls out a little silk bag. He reaches inside
- 34:09with his tiny paw and pulls out very sparkly magic dust.
- 34:15It shimmers and it shines very brightly. He then throws
- 34:18it down on top of your head, well a face.
- 34:22Nothing seems to be happening, But then you find yourself
- 34:27getting smaller and smaller. You find that you are shrinking,
- 34:35and at the same time, you feel like you are
- 34:39growing a tail, a very big fluffy tail. Your hands
- 34:47and your feet have turned it to little paws, and
- 34:50your whole body has fair growing on your skin. You
- 34:55even have a little twitchy squirrel nose too, and toughty
- 34:59years just like Joseph. You think this is fantastic, How
- 35:05exciting you have become a squirrel. Joseph says not to worry,
- 35:11though you won't stay like that. It's just for today,
- 35:15or if you want to, you can have a sleepover
- 35:17with them, and it can be for tomorrow too. You
- 35:21can have your very own house in the tree, and
- 35:26you can be a squirrel with them overnight as well,
- 35:30and you say, oh yes please. You suddenly realize that
- 35:36you can do exactly what the squirrels can do, so
- 35:40you scamp up the trunk of the tree and you
- 35:42are moving very fast. Indeed, then almost immediately you're standing
- 35:48right next to Joseph and his friends. Joseph asks you
- 35:52if you would like to explore their home now. Well, obviously,
- 35:56you say yes. They all turn and leap forward on
- 36:00to another branch, and it kind of looks like they
- 36:03are flying. You're not really sure if you can do this,
- 36:08but Joseph shouts to you, just believe you can do it,
- 36:13and you will. So you leap forward and realize that
- 36:18you are doing it too, and it does feel like flying.
- 36:22You all jump from branch to branch at lightning speed,
- 36:25and it feels wonderful. You believed you could do it,
- 36:31and you did. Joseph leads the way to his home.
- 36:38He has a lovely little white house tucked away amongst
- 36:41the branches and the leaves. His friend's houses are dotted
- 36:46all over the tree somehow, some low, and they look
- 36:50really lovely. Little lights are shining inside them, and they
- 36:56look ever supposing. On the outside, there are hundreds of
- 37:01tiny fireflies, all shining the light for you. There is
- 37:06a rainbow of color everywhere, and each tiny firefly is
- 37:13a different one, each hamming its own unique color, so
- 37:18many different variations of colors, and you look at them
- 37:22in complete or it looks amazing. Then Joseph leads you
- 37:29to another little house. He tells you that this is
- 37:33your house. Oh wow, you have your own, very very
- 37:38very own house. That's fantastic. Joseph opens a door for you,
- 37:46and inside the warm light from the little lamps or
- 37:50making your house like everisir Coosian friendly. Joseph tells you
- 37:55that you can decorate your house anyway you would like,
- 37:58and they will help you. So go ahead and design
- 38:03the inside of your house. Now, make it look just
- 38:06how you would want it to be. Anything that makes
- 38:09you feel happy when you think about it, you can
- 38:11have inside your house. Think about all the things that
- 38:16make you feel good, all the things that make you smile,
- 38:21maybe you would like your favorite toy here. Maybe you
- 38:25would like great, big, soft and plump cushions everywhere, or
- 38:29a sofa and chairs, or maybe you would just like
- 38:33it as a bedroom. You decide, see it all in
- 38:38your mind's eye. Can you see it? So, just for
- 38:44a little while, create your house with the help of
- 38:49Joseph and his friends. Oh what a beautiful home you
- 40:59have created. This is a place to let go of
- 41:04all your thoughts, all of your worries. This is a
- 41:09place to let go of anything that may make you
- 41:12feel sad. It's very safe here and you will only
- 41:17ever feel happy whilst you are here. You have created
- 41:24your very own stash of nuts to Nibeloon. You didn't
- 41:27notice before, but there they are by the fireplace. Oh goody.
- 41:35You're feeling a bit sleepy now though, and would really
- 41:39like to go to bed, so you thank Joseph and
- 41:42his friends for helping you create the most perfect home.
- 41:47Joseph tells you that they too are feeling sleepy, and
- 41:51he tells you they can all play again tomorrow. So
- 41:56you all say good night to each other, close your
- 42:00front door, and head off to your bedroom, the one
- 42:04you created just for you. Now that you have the
- 42:09most perfect bedroom. You climb up on the most perfect
- 42:14bed and you lay your head on the soft and
- 42:17fluffy pillows and give a big sigh of happiness. You
- 42:23look over to a large window with beautiful curtains hanging
- 42:27either side of it, and through this window you can
- 42:31see the night sky and the beautiful stars shining just
- 42:35like diamonds, twinkling away. You stare at them for a
- 42:41few minutes and think how lucky you are to have
- 42:44met Joseph and his friends. They are so kind. You
- 42:49really are looking forward to playing with them tomorrow. But
- 42:54your eyes are feeling really heavy now, and your body
- 42:58is feeling ever satire. So you take a deep breath
- 43:05into your nose and gently blow it out from your mouth.
- 43:14Take another deep breath and gently blow it out from
- 43:20your mouth. You feel very sleepy now, so tired, so
- 43:26it relaxed and peaceful, and you feel a gentle wave
- 43:32of sleepiness starting at your feet. And it's a warm
- 43:37and gentle feeling, kind of like how a feather feels
- 43:42when you brush it against your skin. So soft and gentle,
- 43:46but a little bit tickling, and you can feel your
- 43:50toes going to sleep. It feels all warm and tingling,
- 43:55ever so soft You feel is sooth gentle wave of
- 44:01sleepiness coming up your calves and your shins, and you
- 44:07feel it going up your thighs. You think your legs
- 44:10have already gone to sleep. You feel so tired, so sleepy,
- 44:18so very happy. The beautiful wave of sleepiness travels all
- 44:31the way up your body, down your arms, and into
- 44:35your hands, making your body feel very very heavy, very
- 44:41very tired, very very sleepy. And this gentle, warm wave
- 44:49of sleepiness travels up your face and over the top
- 44:54of your head and down the back of your neck.
- 44:59So tired, now, so sleepy. You feel nice and warm
- 45:06and snuggly under your soft quilt and fairy fluffy pillow.
- 45:13So just have a little sleep now, night night. Now,
- 45:19Imagine that you are in the most beautiful and amazing garden,
- 45:25and you can feel the soft grasp beneath your feet.
- 45:29You can hear the fluttering of birds. You can hear
- 45:31the wings as they fly around you looking for insects
- 45:35to eat. You can even hear them singing in the trees.
- 45:42And your beautiful garden is surrounded by bright green bushes,
- 45:48and they become brighter and sharper as you look around,
- 45:52and there are beautiful statues dotted all over the place,
- 45:57and the plants that you see are so vibrant, and
- 46:00the flowers smell wonderful, and it tickles your nose just
- 46:04a little bit. Breathe in the fresh crisp air. It
- 46:11feels so good to be here. Now. This garden is very,
- 46:18very big, and you notice some movement further into the garden.
- 46:22You wonder what it is. It's then you can see
- 46:26ladies in long flowing dresses and men carrying swords on
- 46:30their hips, and you wonder who they are. Can you
- 46:34see them? They're all laughing and having fun. In fact,
- 46:39they all seem to be having a purely good time.
- 46:42It's like they're having their own garden party. You can
- 46:46hear medieval music in the background, and it has a
- 46:50very friendly atmosphere, and you feel so peaceful and calm.
- 46:55It's so relaxing here. As you look around, you see
- 47:01horses too, and you wonder how on earth they got here.
- 47:05You can even smell the horses a bit wiy saw them.
- 47:11As you continue to walk forward, you notice a path
- 47:14before you, and its stones are smooth and they glisten
- 47:18in the sunlight. So you step onto this path and
- 47:22continue to walk forward, and you wonder where does it go?
- 47:27Where will it lead you? With each step you take,
- 47:33you can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, and
- 47:37you feel so peaceful following this gently winding path, and
- 47:42the music you were hearing is slowly fading. As you
- 47:46walk further away from it, you notice two butterflies floating
- 47:51past you. It's like they were dancing on the gentle
- 47:54breeze just for you. You watch them as they land
- 47:58and settle beautiful, bright yellow flower and they just sit
- 48:03there with their wings gently opening and closing, cooling off
- 48:08a thing in the distance, you hear the trickling sounds
- 48:13of water, so you move towards a sound to see
- 48:17where it's coming from, and you find yourself standing before
- 48:22a great stone fountain. What does your fountain look like?
- 48:28Is it made of stone or is it made of marble?
- 48:32Notice the details? Are there any curves on your fountain?
- 48:38Is it all straight lines? You can see and hear
- 48:43the splashing of the water as it runs down the fountain,
- 48:47and you know that the water in this fountain is
- 48:51here to refresh you, and it feels very special. To
- 48:55be here feels like a very special place. You see
- 49:01a cup on the edge of the fountain and you
- 49:03pick it up. It's not really a cup, it's a chalice.
- 49:09But you feel very thirsty now, so you eagerly dip
- 49:12your chalice into the water you're bringing up to your
- 49:16lips and you sip the water, drinking every last drop.
- 49:22You feel overwhelmingly grateful for this water because it makes
- 49:25you feel so alive and so refreshed, and you're so
- 49:29thankful for this healing and rejuvenation. It makes you feel
- 49:34as if everything has been healed in your body, and
- 49:38it makes you feel that your mind is now very
- 49:41clear and that nothing can ever bother you again. This
- 49:45fountain inspires you to appreciate the gifts in your life.
- 49:50It makes you so very grateful for all of the
- 49:53people that love you and who are a part of
- 49:55your life, your family, your friends, well for everyone really.
- 50:03Suddenly you hear a rustling in the bushes nearby, and
- 50:07you wonder what it is, so you walk over and
- 50:10take a look. As you part the bushes, you see
- 50:15a tiny, little white rabbit. He is very small and
- 50:19has very long, droopy ears, and the saddest brown eyes
- 50:23you have ever seen. You slowly and gently reach out
- 50:28your hand to him to show him that he has
- 50:31nothing to be afraid of. He looks back at you
- 50:34and gives your hand a little sniff. And as he
- 50:37does this, something very special happens. You can hear his
- 50:43thoughts in your mind. Well, rabbits can't talk, so it's
- 50:47only natural that he can speak to you with his mind,
- 50:50isn't it. And you hear him saying in your mind,
- 50:56please help me. I am so thirsty, but because I
- 50:59am so small, I cannot reach the fountain to have
- 51:02a drink. Please will you help me? Well, of course
- 51:06you will, you say. You take the chalice and fill
- 51:10it with water, and then gently place it on the
- 51:12ground in front of the tiny rabbit, and you watch
- 51:16as he drinks and drinks and drinks. Wow, you think yourself,
- 51:19he really is thirsty. When the little white rabbit has
- 51:25finished all of the water in the cup, he says,
- 51:27thank you, But he still looks so sad. So you
- 51:31ask him why is he still so sad? And in
- 51:36your mind you hear him reply that he doesn't know
- 51:40what to do when you are gone, because he still
- 51:43can't reach the fountain, and he still won't be able
- 51:46to drink the water. So you look around you to
- 51:50find something you can build some steps with. If you
- 51:53do that, then the little rabbit will never have to
- 51:56worry again. So you find some very large stones, and
- 52:03you gather them all up and begin to make steps
- 52:06for the little white rabbit. The little white rabbit sits
- 52:10and watches you. Eventually you make enough steps and ask
- 52:16the little white rabbit to try and climb up them.
- 52:19He's a little bit afraid at first, but with you
- 52:21chuning them on, he bravely climbs up all of the steps.
- 52:26He reaches the top and he looks at you with
- 52:28amazement and such happiness on his little face. He stands
- 52:34on the rim of the fountain and begins to drink
- 52:37the water. When he's finished, he looks at you with
- 52:42the biggest grin, and his big brown eyes are shining
- 52:46with happiness. He can't thank you enough. He tells you
- 52:50now that he will never have to worry about how
- 52:53he can get to the water. He tells you that
- 52:56he's going to tell all of his friends so that
- 52:59they too can The little white rabbit suddenly gives a
- 53:04little laugh, and he says, because he was so thirsty,
- 53:08he forgot to tell you his name. So he tells
- 53:11you his name is Sebastian, So you tell him your name.
- 53:16You even shake hands, well hand in a poor So
- 53:21for a few moments, spend some time talking to Sebastian
- 53:25and get to know him a little bit. Maybe he
- 53:28will introduce you to his friends. Look around you some more.
- 53:34Maybe you and Sebastian can visit the ladies in the
- 53:37long dresses and the gentleman who carries swords on the hibs.
- 53:41Maybe the two of you can join in the garden party.
- 53:46So have a look, have fun, see when else is
- 53:49out there.
- 54:04Speaker 2: In using the st the speech.
- 56:35Speaker 1: Now it's time for you to leave the garden and
- 56:38say goodbye to Sebastian. He thanks you once more for
- 56:43all of your kindness to him. He tells you that
- 56:48he hopes that you will soon come back to visit him,
- 56:52and he says that next time he'll take you to
- 56:54the underground village. Maybe you can even have a sleep
- 56:58over there. You wave goodbye and begin to walk back
- 57:03along the path. The trees above you are very strong.
- 57:08The leaves are glistening in the sunlight. Without the water
- 57:13from this fountain. It would not stand so tall and
- 57:16so strong. The flowers, maybe they would not smile as much,
- 57:22the animals would go tasty. But they are happy because
- 57:28of you. They are happy because you are so grateful
- 57:33for everything in your life. It's like a ripple effect.
- 57:38When you are happy, it shows. It can be seen
- 57:41in your eyes and in your smile, and the world
- 57:45can feel your happiness. So the world will smile too,
- 57:50because the world will feel happy just like you. And
- 57:55you feel ever so happy now, full of joy and peace,
- 58:00and always remember that you can return to this garden
- 58:04whenever you would like, and you can fill your cup
- 58:08with gratitude, and of course to see Sebastia again. But
- 58:14you feel very sleepy now, so tired and relaxed, and
- 58:21you feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet.
- 58:26You can feel your toes going to sleep, and it
- 58:29feels all warm and tingling and ever soft. You can
- 58:34feel the soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness coming up your
- 58:39calves and your shins. You can feel it going up
- 58:44into your thighs, and you think your legs have already
- 58:47gone to sleep. You feel very tired now, so sleepy,
- 58:54so happy and it feels hard to open your eyes
- 58:58because they feel so head And this beautiful wave of
- 59:03sleepiness travels all the way up your body, down your arms,
- 59:09and into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 59:16very very tired, and very very sleepy. And this gentle,
- 59:24warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face, over the
- 59:30top of your head, and down the back of your neck. Oh,
- 59:34you feel so tired, now so sleepy. You feel nice
- 59:42and warm and snugly. So just have a little sleep now,
- 59:50night night, sleep tight.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: Coming coming the
