  them too, like all this shit. And so then I got used to that

  treatment and I'm like, OK, now I gotta work my way back.

  And I don't even really know the process about that, but how did

  you get into the whole screen printing business?

  I mean, I'll give you the short story, but we, I was in a

  warehouse in Paterson. We were selling sneakers.

  A buddy of mine had a business doing like like reselling at
• 9:36
  first Jordans, all that shit. And then we transitioned into

  doing like a ton of liquidations and selling like a shit ton on
• 9:46
  eBay, Amazon, Walmart, all that stuff.

  We grew. It's like a $2,000,000 year

  sneaker business. So what do?

  You do you like buy old shop stuff?

  Yeah. So like we did a couple

  different things. We would go to the outlet stores

  and buy stuff like when they had sales and we would just go load

  up at the Nike store and then resell it.

  Or we would go to like for example, like a skate shop or

  whatever that has like once the shoe gets down to like one or
• 10:11
  two sizes. They take it off the wall

  because they don't want to keep turning people away that ask for

  a 10 1/2 all day. Yeah.

  So they put it in the back and then they just kind of acquire

  like a stack of 100 shoes or whatever after a while.

  And then we basically just go in and say yo.

  That's some smart stuff. We'll give you fucking 20 bucks

  for everything you have. What?

  And then you just throw it on eBay and all that stuff.

  Yeah. And then we'll negotiate a

  little bit, but yeah, all right, we'll do 30 bucks a pair for

  literally everything, the trash stuff and the good stuff.

  And then hopefully within all that, we'll have something good

  and then we list everything on eBay and then you hit that

  bigger market that like just that little stores not hitting.

  So we did that for probably four or five years.

  And then I was in a band at the time and I was like, I kind of

  want to. I had a buddy who screen printed

  and I was buying shit from him and I was like, I kind of just

  want to do this myself. Like I feel like I could do it.

  And yeah, he moved to California and.

  Yeah, I just fucking asked my buddy to use a little 100 square

  foot little zone and just set it up and just started going.

  You gotta cuz the initial investment can be pricey, right?

  Yeah, depending on what kind of. Screen printing.

  I think that's like the problem. Honestly though, it's really

  cheap to get into. At a really basic level, yeah,

  so there's a lot of shops out there, but if you wanna take it

  to a level where it's really professional, you need.

  Pretty good equipment. You need good dryers good.

  I mean the most important thing at the end of the day is that

  you want to churn out 100 shirts and have them all come out the

  same, you need a considerably big conveyor dryer.

  That's going to get the ink to the right temperature where it's

  not going to wash off, yeah. And it's got to be consistent

  and the only way you're going to do that is with the Dryer like.

  Kind of something that people slack on.

  They don't want to invest in that.

  But like, when I first started, luckily a dude was like, yo, you

  definitely need a piece of dry dryer.

  with the mentality of like, I didn't want to go super hard

  because I didn't know how it was well, it was going to do, you

  model of anything. I kind of went one step above

  just to make sure, yeah. And then, like, since then we've

  leveled up, obviously, but. That's sick.

  What I got was that when you put the ink on there, this dryer has

  to like harden it so there's like a mail set to the shirt.

  Most inks that we like that you would use for screen printing,

  they need to get to a temperature of like let's say

  330 degrees to cure the technical term to cure them so.

  Like some of those shirts over there, plastisol ink.

  We also use water based ink, like a discharge ink.
• 13:31
  That's a little different. But as long as it gets to that
• 13:34
  premium temperature, it should be good to go.

  So you want a really nice and slow even cook so it gets to
• 13:42
  that temperature and kind of stays there.

  And so yeah, you basically put the shirts on a conveyor belt,

  it goes underneath the dryer and it gets up to temperature and

  you want it to stay nice and flat and then if.

  Like a pizza. If you fold any of them or
