A 65-year-old man and his grandson were caught in a terrifying Yellowstone bison attack—literally tossed into the air as the animal charged without warning. Thanks to quick-thinking bystanders, including one man who used his camera to distract the beast, the bison was driven off. The victim suffered a shattered femur and is now recovering in the hospital. This isn’t the first time this year: a 12-year-old was also injured by a bison in June.
