Welcome to nature daily wager. I ain't picking winners but I am
• 0:10
making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
April 21st, 2026. And well, I was wrong.
• 0:26
But again, it was the good kind of wrong and kind of the damn
• 0:29
kind of wrong in that T Wolves won.
• 0:32
Even though I knew that they would cover, at least I felt
• 0:35
like they would cover and they did cover.
• 0:36
But as I said, they also won. I didn't think they would win so
• 0:40
I didn't sprinkle at all. So I missed out on that extra
• 0:43
little bit of profit so. But hey, it's way it goes
• 0:47
sometimes. The important thing is at least
• 0:50
we got the West. We got the the green numbers
• 0:53
instead of the red numbers or the no numbers, depending on the
• 0:56
particular app that you tend to be using.
• 0:59
So All in all, not perfect, but a positive.
• 1:02
So today, tonight, more basketball, more playoffs, I'm
• 1:06
going to stay out West and I'm going to go back to this one
• 1:08
that did me dirty the other night, right?
• 1:10
This was Lakers, Houston, all right.
• 1:13
Now, I'm not sure that that old man LeBron can dial it up two
• 1:17
nights or two games in a row anymore, right?
• 1:20
Like, he did what he needed to do.
• 1:21
He dragged them across the line, got them the victory.
• 1:25
But that's because Durant wasn't there.
• 1:26
Durant is a game time decision. They can't go down to zero.
• 1:30
They know that. So, yeah, his knees kind of
• 1:32
hurting, but he's going to try to get out there.
• 1:34
He's going to toke up as much as he can, numb it out, get out
• 1:38
there, do some scoring. And I think Houston's going to
• 1:41
win this one. They're giving up five and a
• 1:43
half, which is I think a few more than last time.
• 1:46
But I think that speaks even more to the fact that folks know
• 1:49
Durant's likely going to play. Houston isn't going to go down
• 1:52
2O and they're going to do what they can get.
• 1:55
The West. LeBron is notorious for once, he
• 1:57
knows something's done, especially late in this career,
• 2:00
just letting it go and taking the blowout.
• 2:02
So we're going to go Houston Rockets -5 1/2 against the LA
• 2:07
Lakers and tonight's NBA first round Western Conference playoff
• 2:13
basketball action. Is anything better than that?
• 2:15
Pound it. That's my and I'm sticking to
• 2:17
it. Let's see if we can get to in a
• 2:18
row. Don't forget to rate, review,
