- 0:00Speaker 1: Mister New York marks them on seven to ten, wor.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hey, well we'll get to the mayoral debate in a moment.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Other big thing going on in this is fascinating. You know,
- 0:15Speaker 2: this Trump derangement syndrome is a weird thing to catch,
- 0:20Speaker 2: this Trump derangement syndrome. You know, like he could start
- 0:22Speaker 2: blowing up drug cartels, fentanyl shipments, and they'll oppose that.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You could start arresting illegals and they'll oppose that. Whatever
- 0:30Speaker 2: he wants to do, they'll oppose. Now, the problem is,
- 0:34Speaker 2: the White House needs a ballroom. They have the East
- 0:38Speaker 2: Room of the White House, which is where they hold
- 0:41Speaker 2: all the formal events, the president and state dinners and
- 0:45Speaker 2: all that. But it's a small room. And they say
- 0:49Speaker 2: it holds two hundred people. But that's if you just
- 0:51Speaker 2: put chairs in, you know, like, but if you want
- 0:53Speaker 2: to have a dinner with tables, it really is about
- 0:57Speaker 2: one hundred people. It doesn't hold a lot of people.
- 1:00Speaker 2: So what they do when they have to have a
- 1:02Speaker 2: big event world leaders or some major event is they
- 1:05Speaker 2: put tents out on the lawn. But Trump is right,
- 1:09Speaker 2: it's kind of embarrassing. You bring a big world leader
- 1:12Speaker 2: here and for the dinner, he's out in a tent
- 1:16Speaker 2: and the lawn like it's a wedding and greatneck or something.
- 1:19Speaker 2: It's just too weird. So Trump wants a ballroom, and
- 1:24Speaker 2: he's had, you know, I mean, he's a master at this.
- 1:28Speaker 2: It's not like Joe Biden or George Bush wants a ballroom.
- 1:31Speaker 2: They don't know what the hell they're doing. But here's
- 1:33Speaker 2: a guy who's an absolute world expert on construction and
- 1:37Speaker 2: building ballrooms. He's built many of them. Every one of
- 1:39Speaker 2: his clubs, every one of his hotels, they all have
- 1:42Speaker 2: spectacular ballrooms. So he's done this a hundred times. He
- 1:46Speaker 2: knows how to do it, get it done fast, and
- 1:50Speaker 2: do a great job. But he's absolutely right about this ballroom.
- 1:54Speaker 2: You know the Rose Garden, and that wasn't absolutely necessary,
- 1:58Speaker 2: but they would have these ceremonies. He's out in the
- 2:00Speaker 2: Rose Garden. It was just a big grass field, and
- 2:03Speaker 2: a lot of times it rained and you'd be standing
- 2:05Speaker 2: on wet grass. And then every time they'd have those
- 2:07Speaker 2: things on the Rose Garden, they'd bring out one hundred
- 2:10Speaker 2: folding chairs and people a couple of hundred people's and
- 2:13Speaker 2: then they took it all away and the grass was
- 2:15Speaker 2: all messed up and they had to redo the grass.
- 2:17Speaker 2: So he decided to put a terrace out there like
- 2:20Speaker 2: at mar A Lago. You know, they said he paved
- 2:22Speaker 2: it over. He didn't pave it over. It's really really fine,
- 2:25Speaker 2: world class tile that he made this terrace out of,
- 2:29Speaker 2: and it's the detail on it is amazing if you
- 2:31Speaker 2: look closely. He put a lot of drains in because
- 2:35Speaker 2: that's important, the good drainage. But you look at the
- 2:38Speaker 2: drains and the holes the slats. He had special drains
- 2:42Speaker 2: made where it looks like the American flag in the
- 2:44Speaker 2: drains in the hole. So it's absolutely amazing thing. And
- 2:48Speaker 2: they put these beautiful tables out there, beautiful chairs and
- 2:51Speaker 2: the heat lamps, and they have these dinners now out
- 2:54Speaker 2: in the rose gardener, these luncheons out in the rose garden.
- 2:56Speaker 2: It's absolutely beautiful. So he was right about that. The
- 2:59Speaker 2: ball room construction will be next to the east wing.
- 3:03Speaker 2: If you look where the west wing is not enough
- 3:06Speaker 2: room on the other side of the west wing, there's
- 3:08Speaker 2: just very little room between there and the street. Also,
- 3:11Speaker 2: you don't want the ballroom next to the west wing,
- 3:14Speaker 2: but the east wing. Nothing goes down in the East wing.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Absolutely nothing. It's way down in the end. The biggest
- 3:21Speaker 2: thing in there is the calligraphy office. That's where they
- 3:23Speaker 2: make the place cards for dinners and the invitations. It's
- 3:27Speaker 2: just like a very minor business office way at the
- 3:30Speaker 2: end of the White House. First Lady's office is in there,
- 3:32Speaker 2: but that's easily moved. In fact, when Hillary Clinton was
- 3:36Speaker 2: the first Lady, she knew not want to be in
- 3:37Speaker 2: the East wing because it was like a warehouse way
- 3:40Speaker 2: at the end, so she insisted on having offices in
- 3:43Speaker 2: the west wing. So they're going to add this ballroom
- 3:47Speaker 2: to the East wing. And it's a big, big ballroom.
- 3:49Speaker 2: It's going to be a big structure. It'll hold about
- 3:52Speaker 2: eight hundred people. It'll be huge, it'll be magnificent. You
- 3:55Speaker 2: can go online, you can see the pictures of what
- 3:57Speaker 2: it'll look like. The sketches, the drawings, absolutely beautiful. Now
- 4:02Speaker 2: the left is going nuts, absolutely nuts now. I think
- 4:05Speaker 2: the secret reason. One reason is they know when this
- 4:09Speaker 2: thing is built it'll be used constantly and forever that
- 4:12Speaker 2: it will be part of Trump's legacy forever. It'll be
- 4:16Speaker 2: a big part of the White House and the people
- 4:18Speaker 2: will always remember Trump. So I think that's the real
- 4:20Speaker 2: reason they hate this thing. Now, then the pictures came
- 4:23Speaker 2: out of the wrecking ball and the cranes, and they're
- 4:28Speaker 2: taken down the whole wall, the whole front of the
- 4:30Speaker 2: East wing, the whole side of it. They're tearing it down.
- 4:33Speaker 2: And this is where it's got these crazy left wingers
- 4:36Speaker 2: all up in arms. They're yelling and screaming. Now the
- 4:39Speaker 2: New York Times big article. Now some of them were
- 4:42Speaker 2: arguing that he lied. He said he wouldn't touch that wall.
- 4:46Speaker 2: He said he wouldn't take down that big Well, I
- 4:49Speaker 2: think they were trying to do it without taking down
- 4:50Speaker 2: all that stuff. But they looked at it, and you know,
- 4:52Speaker 2: the structural engineers look and you do have to take
- 4:55Speaker 2: it down. Now, here's the other thing. This is not
- 4:58Speaker 2: unusual to do construction like this, been a million times
- 5:01Speaker 2: at the White House. In fact, I think it was
- 5:04Speaker 2: Theodore Roosevelt actually built the West wing. At the time
- 5:09Speaker 2: there was no west wing. He added that somebody else
- 5:12Speaker 2: added the East wing, and then I forgot which president
- 5:16Speaker 2: was at fort somebody added a second floor to the
- 5:19Speaker 2: East wing. They just keep building additions to the White House,
- 5:23Speaker 2: the Truman balcony, they call it that because Truman built it.
- 5:26Speaker 2: There was no balcony like that. He built that onto
- 5:28Speaker 2: the White House. And it was Truman in nineteen forty
- 5:32Speaker 2: nine fifty who gutted the White House. They literally gutted
- 5:37Speaker 2: the entire White House. They tore everything that was out
- 5:40Speaker 2: of the White House. All they left was the exterior walls. Now,
- 5:43Speaker 2: one of the reasons the White House had been built
- 5:46Speaker 2: in a million years ago and there were so many
- 5:48Speaker 2: structural problems that they had to redo the whole building.
- 5:52Speaker 2: And you know, instead of the way it was built
- 5:54Speaker 2: out of use steel, and they looked at it, the
- 5:57Speaker 2: only way to do it really was to gut the building.
- 5:59Speaker 2: So the present and had to move out of the
- 6:01Speaker 2: White House for a couple of years while they got
- 6:04Speaker 2: it the entire inside of the White House and rebuilt it.
- 6:06Speaker 2: So construction is not unusual. But the liberals melting down.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Here's the clucking hens on the view yesterday.
- 6:13Speaker 3: That is not your building. You don't own that.
- 6:18Speaker 4: You done it, you take it down, you don't own it.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I looked up the word annihilist while I had a
- 6:29Speaker 1: free moment.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what he is.
- 6:32Speaker 2: He annihilates.
- 6:33Speaker 4: This is a metaphor for what's going on in our country.
- 6:36Speaker 3: He is tearing down the house.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Right now. This is one of the this is one
- 6:42Speaker 2: of what they call the low IQ shows. This is
- 6:44Speaker 2: a low IQ show. But if you watch the high
- 6:46Speaker 2: IQ shows, you know, if you're watching Morning Joe or
- 6:49Speaker 2: PBS or you know, same thing the New York Times.
- 6:52Speaker 2: He's destroying. This is what they call it desecration. It's desecration. Now,
- 6:57Speaker 2: the problem with this, In six months, you're gonna have
- 6:59Speaker 2: the magnificent, beautiful structure. So they're going to be playing
- 7:04Speaker 2: your clips back and you're going to look kind of silly.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Here's President Trump.
- 7:07Speaker 5: We're building a world class ballroom. You know, for one
- 7:10Speaker 5: hundred and fifty years they've wanted a ballroom. Here I said,
- 7:13Speaker 5: if I do this again, I'm going to get a
- 7:15Speaker 5: ballroom built. And we're putting up our own money, with
- 7:18Speaker 5: the government just paying for nothing. You probably hear the
- 7:21Speaker 5: beautiful sound of construction to the back.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You hear that sound.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Oh that's music to my ears.
- 7:29Speaker 2: You know when you hear construction, you get sick. He
- 7:31Speaker 2: loves it. He loves it. It's it's his music. He
- 7:33Speaker 2: really loves it.
- 7:34Speaker 1: We are using little sections of footings and various other things,
- 7:37Speaker 1: but that's sort of irrelevant. In order to do it properly,
- 7:41Speaker 1: we had to take down the existing structure. It's about
- 7:45Speaker 1: three hundred million dollars. It's set to do many many things,
- 7:48Speaker 1: including meetings of foreign leaders, including the honoring of foreign leaders.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, remember he's owned a lot of hotels, a
- 7:58Speaker 2: lot of resorts. He's put ballrooms in all of them,
- 8:01Speaker 2: so he's an expert at this. If the government tried
- 8:03Speaker 2: to build this ballroom would take ten years. He'll get
- 8:06Speaker 2: it done in a matter of months. It'll be done
- 8:08Speaker 2: very very fast. It'll look beautiful. You know, a normal
- 8:14Speaker 2: present couldn't do this. He'd have to rely on the government.
- 8:17Speaker 2: There's some government though building office. It would have to
- 8:20Speaker 2: look you know, put contracts out for bidding. But you
- 8:24Speaker 2: know Trump knows every you know who's the best construction,
- 8:27Speaker 2: who's the best crane guy, who's the best wrecking company.
- 8:29Speaker 2: When he put that gold leaf on the walls, he
- 8:32Speaker 2: knows who's the best gold guy to bring in. So
- 8:34Speaker 2: he's done it a million times, so it's it's gonna
- 8:37Speaker 2: look great. You know, they did this at the capital
- 8:41Speaker 2: a while back. They years ago they started blowing holes
- 8:45Speaker 2: in the side of the Capitol, digging up the ground.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Terry was an awful construction site. What they were doing
- 8:51Speaker 2: was building the visitors Center, which now a million years
- 8:54Speaker 2: later is a very important part of the Capitol, and
- 8:56Speaker 2: it's magnificent. The visitor Center is the most beautiful thing there.
- 9:00Speaker 2: So this will pay off, This will be great. That's
- 9:02Speaker 2: the real reason they really hate this. Then, hey, New Jersey,
- 9:06Speaker 2: you got this governor's race, Chittarelli in Mikey Cheryl. It's tied,
- 9:12Speaker 2: looks close. I think she's They do their own private polling.
- 9:19Speaker 2: These public polls are just junkie polls, but in private
- 9:22Speaker 2: they do some serious, really expensive polling. I think she
- 9:26Speaker 2: saw she was in trouble because she went to Obama
- 9:28Speaker 2: for help. She needs Obama to campaign for endorser, and
- 9:32Speaker 2: he did. He just he came right out and endorsed her.
- 9:35Speaker 2: But you'll notice he didn't show up normally. Endorsement means
- 9:40Speaker 2: you fly in, you do a rally, you take pictures together.
- 9:43Speaker 2: You have pictures of you holding hands, you know him
- 9:47Speaker 2: with you know, give him that fist pump signal, and
- 9:51Speaker 2: great pictures of them together. Those go all over the place. Well,
- 9:54Speaker 2: apparently Obama not that interested in Mikey Cheryl. He did
- 9:57Speaker 2: not fly in. He sent a video the guy that
- 10:00Speaker 2: doesn't want to show up at the charity dinner the honoree,
- 10:03Speaker 2: so he'll send a video. You can play the video,
- 10:05Speaker 2: and even with the video Obama, you could see he's
- 10:08Speaker 2: in his living room in an easy chair with a
- 10:10Speaker 2: sweater on. It's like, I'm not even gonna put a
- 10:13Speaker 2: jacket on for this video. So obviously it didn't mean
- 10:16Speaker 2: much to him this race. So the debate last night,
- 10:23Speaker 2: once again, it looks like it was a good night
- 10:25Speaker 2: for Cuomo. He had his best debate ever. Now he
- 10:29Speaker 2: had set the bar very low because he's a bad debater.
- 10:33Speaker 2: He got wiped out in two debates. In the primary,
- 10:35Speaker 2: mom Donnie just slaughtered him. First debate, he was not strong.
- 10:39Speaker 2: So he's obviously been practicing, getting a lot of coaching
- 10:42Speaker 2: for him. He was very strong in the debate. Best
- 10:46Speaker 2: guy in the debate was Curtis. Curtis won the debate
- 10:48Speaker 2: on issues on substance on content, but the moderators were
- 10:54Speaker 2: trying as hard as they could to keep Curtis out
- 10:57Speaker 2: of it. They very rarely called on him. They just
- 10:59Speaker 2: focused on Cuomo and Donnie. They treated them like they
- 11:04Speaker 2: were the major party candidates, and Curtis was the third
- 11:07Speaker 2: party candidate. It's actually Cuomo who's the outsider. He's the
- 11:10Speaker 2: third party candidate. But the monitor the moderators were trying
- 11:15Speaker 2: very hard to push Cuomo in this. One of the
- 11:20Speaker 2: moderators is Errol lewis very left wing Democrat, but his
- 11:24Speaker 2: wife actually is employed within the Cuomo world. There so,
- 11:30Speaker 2: but here's part of it. This was I think this
- 11:33Speaker 2: is Cuoma's best moment. He went after mom, Donnie.
- 11:35Speaker 3: You have never had a job, You've never accomplished anything.
- 11:40Speaker 3: There's no reason to believe you have any merit or
- 11:42Speaker 3: qualification for eight and a half million lives. You don't
- 11:47Speaker 3: know how to run a government, you don't know how
- 11:48Speaker 3: to handle an emergency, and you've literally never proposed a
- 11:53Speaker 3: bill on anything that you're now talking about in your campaign.
- 11:57Speaker 2: All Right, Cuomo, usually bad in debates, was pretty strong there.
- 12:01Speaker 3: Yeah, the worst attendance record in the Assembly, and you
- 12:05Speaker 3: gave yourselves the highest rays in the United States of America.
- 12:11Speaker 3: You went from one hundred and ten thousand to one
- 12:13Speaker 3: hundred and forty thousand dollars and then you never showed
- 12:16Speaker 3: up for work and you missed eighty percent.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Of the votes. Shame on you, God, bame on you.
- 12:22Speaker 2: That's the best Cuomo's ever done. So he's trying to
- 12:24Speaker 2: pick up the pace. He's been a horrible debater campaigner,
- 12:28Speaker 2: but good he had a good night last night again.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Curtis won on substance on issues. Hey, Cuomo also released
- 12:35Speaker 2: a very good commercial. Cuomo released a very powerful commercial.
- 12:41Speaker 2: It was done with AI and it basically said what
- 12:44Speaker 2: would happen if Mom Donnie was mayor? And then through
- 12:46Speaker 2: AI it shows you New York falling apart and burning
- 12:50Speaker 2: up on fire, Criminals running loose. Powerful video, great TV commercial,
- 12:56Speaker 2: but he pulled it right away. I'm something that I
- 12:59Speaker 2: don't remember exactly what. One of the images in there
- 13:01Speaker 2: was offensive to somebody. So Cuomo caved, pulled it off
- 13:04Speaker 2: the air. Should have left it on, never taken it off.
- 13:10Speaker 2: That's the problem with Clomo. He caves to these left
- 13:12Speaker 2: wing cooks. He goes woke. He's always afraid not to
- 13:15Speaker 2: cater to them, and that could be why he screwed
- 13:18Speaker 2: up so badly as governor with his no bail, no jail,
- 13:20Speaker 2: closed the prisons, He was catering to the left too much,
- 13:23Speaker 2: but he shouldn't have pulled that commercial off. There more
- 13:26Speaker 2: from the debate.
- 13:27Speaker 1: If there was a rancher's election, this, you'd have to
- 13:29Speaker 1: rank these myself Flumber one and.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Who would who would money pick?
- 13:34Speaker 1: If there was a rancher's election, this, you'd have to
- 13:36Speaker 1: rank these myself Flumber one and Curtis number two.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Mister oh, please, don't be glati in me, he is.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Told me. But I'd only vote for myself.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Mister Pam, I love that's Zorn and Kurt take it idea.
- 14:01Speaker 3: I don't know, I'm just enamored with it. I would
- 14:03Speaker 3: just rank myself.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Yeah, but again, Curtis had a great night. Curtis the
- 14:07Speaker 2: best debate or funniest guy in the debate. He had
- 14:09Speaker 2: some great moments.
- 14:10Speaker 4: Sure on, your resume could fit on a cocktail napkin,
- 14:15Speaker 4: and Andrew your failures could fill a public school library
- 14:21Speaker 4: in New York City.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Yeah. So, now the problem is we've had no polling
- 14:26Speaker 2: for weeks. I know, well, what about that? I saw
- 14:30Speaker 2: it in the news. It was just just a junk poll.
- 14:32Speaker 2: The last one the polling company nobody ever heard of,
- 14:36Speaker 2: done by a Cuomo lobbyist. But any of these college polls,
- 14:40Speaker 2: these they're just terrible. We've had no real polling yet,
- 14:43Speaker 2: so we don't know. We'll see. If early voting starts Saturday,
- 14:46Speaker 2: that's the key turnout. Get out there and vote for
- 14:49Speaker 2: not only Curtis, but you got a lot of important races.
- 14:53Speaker 2: You can really make a difference on Saturday, or it'll
- 14:56Speaker 2: be ten days of early voting. Then the election. You
- 14:58Speaker 2: can really make a difference by voting. Vote for a
- 15:01Speaker 2: Maud Maren for District Attorney in Manhattan. You got to
- 15:04Speaker 2: get rid of this Alvin Bragg, the guy that lets
- 15:06Speaker 2: all the criminals out, the Republican challengers. Maud Marin, she's
- 15:11Speaker 2: very good. Vote for her. Vote for Bruce Blakeman in
- 15:14Speaker 2: Nassau County, Anne Donaldlly for da in Nasau County. But
- 15:17Speaker 2: also in New York, you can change the city Council.
- 15:20Speaker 2: The City Council really runs New York. You can get
- 15:23Speaker 2: rid of some of those left wing kooks on the
- 15:24Speaker 2: city Council. So big opportunity in the election. Hey, Jimmy
- 15:28Speaker 2: Fayla will be with us in a few minutes and
- 15:30Speaker 2: then we'll take some calls. Next eight hundred three two
- 15:33Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number eight hundred three
- 15:37Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten
