- 0:01Your life, your beautiful precious life,
- 0:05is an offering. It's an offering for the evolution of this world.
- 0:09It's an offering for the healing of your lineage,
- 0:12and you are already helping this world just by being yourself.
- 0:25Hello and welcome back to Remember Why You Are Here,
- 0:28a podcast for seekers and sensitives where you can relax, receive,
- 0:33reconnect yourself,
- 0:34and remember the most important thing of-all why you're here.
- 0:39I'm Asia Suler, author, earth intuitive, herbalist and teacher,
- 0:44and in this episode today we're going to talk about how plant
- 0:48healing is ancestral healing,
- 0:50how the two work together to support one another,
- 0:53but also how through just working with the plants,
- 0:56we are naturally undertaking the kind of ancestral healing that we're
- 1:00being asked to do in this lifetime.
- 1:04But before we drop into the heart of this conversation,
- 1:07I just want to remind all those who are listening that our wild, crazy,
- 1:11never-before-done sale on Intuitive Plant Medicine is ending this
- 1:16Thursday, May 29th.
- 1:18So this eight week course is almost 40% off.
- 1:21You get hundreds of pages of PDFs,
- 1:25more than 16 videos, more than 50 bonus classes,
- 1:29and you also get access to this life-changing experience of knowing how to work
- 1:33with the plants on all these multidimensional levels to become a plant healer.
- 1:38No matter who you are in your life or what you're doing,
- 1:42this course will meet you there and help to support you-which is exactly what it
- 1:46did for one of our students named Lori, who wrote,
- 1:49"I'm 60 and have no formal background in herbal medicine, acupuncture,
- 1:53et cetera, and no plans to pursue anything remotely related to those fields.
- 1:57Yet when I got this in my email, despite real financial concerns,
- 2:01I instantly knew I had to take it. That instinct has proven to be so perfect.
- 2:06I've taken countless courses throughout my life,
- 2:08and this is undoubtedly one of the best. The density of content,
- 2:12the wonderful attention to detail, it all adds up to a masterpiece.
- 2:16It is utterly an essential balm for the spirit in these challenging times."
- 2:20So I think that says it all.
- 2:23But really I've seen incredible transformation happen for people in this
- 2:27course. And the program is only $299, which is wild.
- 2:31I kind of can't believe I'm doing this, but just until Thursday.
- 2:34So if you're interested, then go on and check that out. Okay,
- 2:37so now that I've let you known about that,
- 2:38let's hop back into the episode for today.
- 2:41So I have seen the rise of both of these disciplines,
- 2:47immensely, over the last 15 years.
- 2:50Plant medicine and ancestral healing have both really raised to the forefront
- 2:55of our cultural awareness. And this is for good reason:
- 3:00not only because both are so deeply needed and both are so deeply a part of
- 3:04our human history, our evolution,
- 3:09our literal matrix as human beings,
- 3:11but also because the two work really well and really powerfully together.
- 3:15I have absolutely seen these two disciplines weave and work together
- 3:21essentially in my own life, each one supporting the other,
- 3:24each one helping the other to flourish, to open,
- 3:28to reach greater heights of potential.
- 3:31And I also see that there is such a potential right now in the
- 3:36world for these two forms of healing to be more
- 3:40intertwined, because at the end of the day,
- 3:42I really think plant healing is ancestral healing.
- 3:46And in this podcast we're going to talk about why. So first,
- 3:49let's talk a little bit about what plant healing actually is.
- 3:52What do I mean when I say plant healing?
- 3:55So of course there's physical healing on a physical level with plants.
- 3:58So working with tinctures, teas, salves,
- 4:02eating plants... That is one layer of plant healing.
- 4:06But then there's also plant healing that is emotional and spiritual.
- 4:11So this more energetic plant healing also can really help us
- 4:15step deeper into the kinds of ancestral healing we're being called to in this
- 4:20lifetime.
- 4:21Plants are multidimensional beings and they work with us on all these different
- 4:25levels. So we could be, for example,
- 4:27burning a plant and we can have that smoke around us,
- 4:29and that can be having a physical effect on our body.
- 4:32It can be helping to lower cortisol in our body,
- 4:35helping us to come into a parasympathetic state of being.
- 4:38But then there's also things happening on a spiritual level as we're burning
- 4:41that plant: we are clearing our auric field, we are opening our energy up,
- 4:45we are asking for benevolent energies to come in and support us.
- 4:49So plants will work on all these different levels when you work with them,
- 4:52period. They're always helping us to work not only on the physical level,
- 4:57but on the spiritual and emotional level as well. So when I say plant healing,
- 5:01this is what I'm talking about. I'm talking about working with plants,
- 5:05whether physically or nonphysically,
- 5:07but working with plants to promote all these different multidimensional layers
- 5:11of healing, which happens naturally when you just start working with the plants.
- 5:16So now let's talk about ancestral healing. What is ancestral healing?
- 5:20So we are at a time in our world right now where we are dealing with an
- 5:23incredible backlog of intergenerational trauma.
- 5:26All you have to do is look around and you'll see that this is true.
- 5:31And what happens is that trauma will be carried on in a family,
- 5:35be passed down through a family,
- 5:36until it reaches someone who is here to release it.
- 5:41It's almost like carrying down a very heavy backpack.
- 5:43And then you find someone who has the ability to unpack the backpack so that
- 5:46it's not so heavy as you continue to pass it down.
- 5:50And what I'm seeing right now in the world is that there are many, many,
- 5:54many of us who are coming in to do this clearing work for our families.
- 5:58We are at a turning point on this planet.
- 6:01And in order for humans to be able to align themselves
- 6:05with this turning point, to be a part of the great healing,
- 6:09we have to undertake this work of releasing this intergenerational heaviness,
- 6:13this intergenerational charge that we are carrying.
- 6:16And this doesn't mean that it's all up to you to release every single
- 6:21aspect of heaviness in your lineage, but likely, if you're listening to this,
- 6:25you have been tasked with releasing some of this from your lineage and some of
- 6:30your family line. And so when we talk about ancestral healing,
- 6:33we can talk about very literally healing the patterns that
- 6:38we have been handed.
- 6:40We can also talk about just healing in general in our lives,
- 6:43showing up in a present way in our lives. And that itself,
- 6:47just naturally starting to ripple out healing along our lineage.
- 6:51All of us have ancestors who are really
- 6:56healthy, radiant spiritual beings who are helping to support us in our life.
- 7:01Some of us might have to go kind of far back to connect with those ancestors,
- 7:04especially if we're wanting to connect with ancestors who had a really
- 7:08harmonious relationship with the living world,
- 7:10who were in connection with the animacy of this world, who saw,
- 7:15understood, and respected the soul of this world.
- 7:18You might have to go back hundreds if not thousands of years depending on where
- 7:21you come from in the world,
- 7:23but know that that is just a drop of time if you look at the full span of
- 7:27humanity.
- 7:27So no matter who you are or how much heaviness you feel you have in your
- 7:31lineage, you absolutely have super radiant, healthy,
- 7:36profoundly wise,
- 7:38guiding ancestral spirits who are here to help support you as you heal
- 7:43the stuff that comes in between.
- 7:44And what I've often found is that you don't even need to directly address the
- 7:48stuff that has happened in between,
- 7:50or directly address the people in your lineage who you know went through really,
- 7:54really hard stuff and perhaps passed on or made that transition,
- 7:58still having a lot of unresolved stuff.
- 8:01You don't necessarily have to go right there.
- 8:03You go to this place of self-healing and this place of calling on your
- 8:07wise and benevolent guides to support you.
- 8:11And ancestral healing also takes place on all these different levels, right?
- 8:15It's a physical experience, but it also is emotional and spiritual.
- 8:20And what I have found is that plants really can help us connect into these
- 8:23vibrant ancestors,
- 8:25these ancestors who know what it was like to be in a harmonious,
- 8:30loving relationship with the living world,
- 8:32who understood the deeper themes of existence,
- 8:34who understood their roles as humans on this planet,
- 8:38who are connected to all that is. And why are plants so good at this?
- 8:42Because plants are our ancestors.
- 8:45Plants are the beings that made our ancestors' lives possible.
- 8:49All of our ancestors were in deep relationship with plants. If they weren't,
- 8:53they would not be here. You not be here.
- 8:56And so all of our ancestors looked to the plants as their
- 9:00ancestors, as their guides, their mentors, their elders. And so in this way,
- 9:05plants are our ancestors. They support us.
- 9:09They help us in our becoming and our healing.
- 9:12So when we work with plants,
- 9:15it's one way to work with ancestral healing
- 9:19and work with it in a way where we naturally are bringing in so much
- 9:24light, so much support, and so much potential.
- 9:28Plants are literally light catchers. This is what they do, right?
- 9:32That is what the function of chlorophyll is.
- 9:35These plants are sun catchers, they capture the light,
- 9:39and they turn that into energy in life. And so when we work with plants,
- 9:44especially if we have this framework of plants as
- 9:49gateways into ancestral healing,
- 9:51we literally bring light into that process,
- 9:54and the plants as our ancestors will help us.
- 9:57One of the easiest ways to start working with plants as a form of
- 10:02ancestral healing is to work with plants as food. And I guarantee you,
- 10:06you already have family recipes, stories,
- 10:10ways in which food already connects you into your ancestry,
- 10:14already connects you into your lineage and your history.
- 10:18And so working with plants in this specific way of calling in healing
- 10:23for your lineage, calling in healing for your ancestors, can be super powerful.
- 10:28So this could be as simple as researching and making an ancestral dish,
- 10:32something that will connect you to your ancestors,
- 10:35to the topographies that they move through the lands in which they lived.
- 10:39A lot of us in this world are transplants.
- 10:41We are not living in the lands in which our people were originally
- 10:46from.
- 10:47And so working with food can really help us literally kind of put our body
- 10:52back into those places,
- 10:54to put our body back into relationship with those plants. If you think about it,
- 10:58your ancestors might have lived in a single place for 20, 30,
- 11:0340,000 years in relationship with the plants that grow in that place.
- 11:08And so these plants very literally built the bodies of your ancestors.
- 11:12They built their DNA, they informed their evolution.
- 11:16So doing this research to find out,
- 11:18what plants would my ancestors have been eating,
- 11:21what kind of dishes were they eating?
- 11:23And trying that in a way where you sit down, you have a meal,
- 11:27you might even decide to have a ancestral meal-sometimes called a dumb
- 11:31supper-where you eat around a table and you leave a space clear specifically for
- 11:35the ancestors, and you put a plate in front of that space and you feed them.
- 11:39And at the end of the meal,
- 11:41you take that food and you put it outside as an offering for the earth.
- 11:44The next layer I want to talk about here is working with plants specifically for
- 11:48your own healing.
- 11:49Because you are the ancestors.
- 11:53You carry their lineage inside of your blood, inside of your DNA.
- 11:58And so just by focusing on your own healing,
- 12:01you are doing ancestor work. This is really at the heart,
- 12:05in a lot of ways, of ancestor work,
- 12:07is being able to be present with the patterns inside of ourselves and
- 12:12being willing
- 12:16to meet them and do the work that's necessary in order to heal them.
- 12:19And so often, whether we know it or not,
- 12:23the patterns that we're carrying inside of our body are ancestral,
- 12:27so they are passed down through our lineage.
- 12:29And this could be something that you see as a genetic marker in your body,
- 12:33but it could also be something that is turned on or activated by having grown up
- 12:38in the family system you grew up in,
- 12:41by being exposed to what you were exposed to earlier on in your life.
- 12:46And certainly when we look at things like diseases, addiction, mental health,
- 12:51these are all things that are deeply, deeply ancestral.
- 12:54And so all of us are working with ancestral patterns all the time.
- 12:58It's kind of the goal in some ways of being embodied;
- 13:02that's like the gift we're giving to humanity and to this planet of like, yes,
- 13:06I'll agree to come be in a body and I will do this work of getting present with
- 13:09myself and my patterns and the things I want to heal because that in of itself
- 13:14will heal my lineage in all directions. In my client practice,
- 13:17I would often help people orient to something as an ancestral pattern.
- 13:21And one of the key indicators that something is probably an ancestral pattern is
- 13:25if it's hard to get rid of. If someone's like, yeah,
- 13:29you just take this thing and then it goes away and you take the thing and it
- 13:32doesn't go away, and you're like, uhhh, what's going on there?
- 13:35You're probably working with something that's ancestral, at least in part.
- 13:39And one thing that I find is empowering in this-because sometimes it can feel
- 13:43like ugh, now you have to deal with this thing,
- 13:46and it's ancestral and it's not even just mine,
- 13:48and how do I do that?-is knowing that it's being made manifest
- 13:52because you can heal it. A lot of these things,
- 13:55they travel in almost like a sleeper way through families,
- 13:58and it's not made manifest in the way it may be making itself manifest in your
- 14:02life right now in an unavoidable way.
- 14:04And it is being made manifest because you have the ability to heal it,
- 14:09because the ancestors are recognizing you as someone who can heal it.
- 14:13And so with this, what I find,
- 14:15especially when you've been around the block of trying to heal this thing,
- 14:20of working with the conventional ways of looking things up and trying to
- 14:25do it that way, I find that your intuition is essential here.
- 14:29And over the last 15 years of working with people on plants,
- 14:33I've seen that people's intuition with plants is often dead on-with the
- 14:38plants that are the right plants for them to be taking,
- 14:41to be working with energetically, emotionally, spiritually.
- 14:44Just go into a store, pick a flower essence off the shelf that calls to you.
- 14:49I guarantee you that your body, your body's wisdom,
- 14:52will lead you to the right thing.
- 14:54And this is why I'm so passionate about teaching people how to interact with
- 14:57plants in an intuitive way,
- 15:00because our bodies are our spirit guides in this capacity.
- 15:05Our bodies that we came into in this lifetime, they are of the ancestors.
- 15:09They are an ancestor.
- 15:11And so our bodies and our psyches and our intuition will lead us towards the
- 15:15avenues of healing that are right for us. And the plants are just,
- 15:19they're always so excited about helping us with this.
- 15:22The plants are deeply invested in the evolution of our planet.
- 15:26They want to see this planet thrive and grow and enter her next era of
- 15:30becoming.
- 15:31And they're deeply invested in humans because we have a big impact on this
- 15:36planet. Currently that impact is not so positive.
- 15:39But what this shows you is that we have the ability to make an incredibly
- 15:43positive impact.
- 15:45Anything that has the ability to make a very challenging or hard impact,
- 15:49or just big impact in whatever direction,
- 15:51shows you that it has the ability to make profound impacts, profound changes.
- 15:56So that's the same for humans. We're seeing right now...
- 16:00What we're seeing in the world at large is the interplay
- 16:04of intergenerational trauma, unresolved, writ large.
- 16:10So when we work with the plants to begin healing what we're
- 16:14carrying, everything changes. Our roles as humans changes,
- 16:19our understanding of ourselves as humans changes.
- 16:23The way in which we use our incredible creative potential and energy on this
- 16:27planet, as a species, changes.
- 16:31And I really believe that the plants are deeply invested in this and in us for
- 16:36this reason. There's this level on which your life,
- 16:40your beautiful, precious life is an offering.
- 16:44It's an offering for the evolution of this world.
- 16:46It's an offering for the healing of your lineage and
- 16:52living in that place of knowing that you are the sacred
- 16:55offering, you are the beautiful, precious,
- 17:00important,
- 17:01beloved peace that's being offered on behalf of the healing of the world.
- 17:06It can be really empowering to know you are already that.
- 17:09You don't need to do anything different, be anything different.
- 17:12Just you being in your healing journey, your healing experience,
- 17:17and calling in the guides, your vibrant ancestors,
- 17:21and the plants who will help you connect with them,
- 17:22the plants who will help you do this internal work, this presencing work,
- 17:26this healing work with yourself, that that's actually all we need to do,
- 17:30that the offering is already in motion.
- 17:32You are already helping this world to come to a place of better healing,
- 17:37of resolution, of opening,
- 17:41of potential just by being yourself.
- 17:45So how do we start working with this? Well,
- 17:48we've talked a little bit about this already,
- 17:49but the number one thing I'm going to recommend to you,
- 17:52especially if you're really feeling that vibrancy of working with plants as a
- 17:56way to just naturally have ancestral healing happen in your life,
- 18:01is to ask for a plant ally.
- 18:04Plant allies are plants that specifically want to come in and work with us on a
- 18:08personal level to help us heal, grow, unfold.
- 18:12Plant allies can work with us on emotional levels, spiritual levels.
- 18:16They can also work with us physically.
- 18:18And so I invite you to ask for a plant ally to come into your life.
- 18:23And one of the things I found with this is that we simply need to be consistent.
- 18:27So sometimes we ask once and no one shows up,
- 18:30or we don't feel like any plant is particularly calling to us and we let it go.
- 18:34But you have to keep asking. You have to keep being consistent.
- 18:38So have a journal where you write down this intention every day,
- 18:42say this intention out loud every day. And once you're getting clear on this,
- 18:45you're making a clear petition asking for this plant ally to come
- 18:49in, then start noticing who shows up.
- 18:53Another thing you could do is ask your really vibrant ancestors to show you a
- 18:57plant ally,
- 18:58to help you connect with that plant ally who really is going to help you in your
- 19:01lineage. But once you make that petition,
- 19:04you are opening up then to who might show up.
- 19:08And sometimes I think we expect this to be very flashy, very big,
- 19:12very in our faces, but in the reality,
- 19:16it often ends up being a lot more subtle. It ends up looking a lot more like,
- 19:20oh wow, I'm really fascinated by that plant.
- 19:23Or I heard someone talking about this plant and I just can't stop thinking about
- 19:26it. Or you go to a plant nursery and there's just a flower that you're like, ah,
- 19:31who are you? Tell me more. So again,
- 19:34this is following your natural inclination, what you're leaning towards,
- 19:39your body's wisdom, your intuition, and knowing that you can't get it wrong.
- 19:43You cannot get it wrong. If you lean into whoever's showing up for you,
- 19:48whatever plant is showing up for you, there will be healing there.
- 19:50There will be messages, there will be potential.
- 19:55So asking for the plant ally to come, watching them come in soon,
- 19:59seeing who arrives, and then spending time with this ally.
- 20:04And this is so much of what we do in Intuitive Plant Medicine.
- 20:07Literally the whole journey begins with you making direct contact with the plant
- 20:11ally who wants to work with you now,
- 20:13and then continuing to work with them over eight weeks of all these different
- 20:17gateways of perception and connection.
- 20:19And I've seen incredible healings happen for people with just having
- 20:24this framework of working with an ally and having these gateways of being able
- 20:29to start hearing their messages and receiving their healing.
- 20:32But you can start to do this for yourself today. When your plant ally comes in,
- 20:37do some research, find out who they are: Where did they come from?
- 20:42Where are they native to? Where do they like to grow?
- 20:46A lot of times where they grow, how they grow, what they look like,
- 20:50is all profound information for us.
- 20:52And this is a whole philosophy called doctrine of signatures,
- 20:55which is that we can look at a plant and its growth habitat,
- 20:59its natural formatio,.
- 21:01and that in of itself is a beautiful metaphor and information for us about its
- 21:05medicinal use, the kind of medicine it carries, and in this capacity,
- 21:09the kind of medicine it's bringing to you and your ancestral system.
- 21:14So really put on your poet's cap and look at the plant in this way.
- 21:18Be with the plant, research about the plant in this way.
- 21:22And notice what stands out to you, what threads are standing out to you,
- 21:25because they will stand out. They'll almost ping off of your attention.
- 21:29And write those things down.
- 21:31Write down what is standing out to you about this plant,
- 21:34and you'll start to see these threads come in of understanding the
- 21:38themes that are arriving for you in your ancestral healing,
- 21:42in the healing work that you're undertaking in your body, in your lifetime,
- 21:45and on behalf of your lineage.
- 21:48Plants in the living world often speak through metaphor,
- 21:52through these storied images.
- 21:54And so the more we can align our consciousness with that perspective,
- 21:58the more and more information and perspectives we will receive.
- 22:02And then of course,
- 22:03find out if your plant ally can be worked with in a physical capacity.
- 22:07Can you make an infusion, a tea? Can you eat the plant?
- 22:12Can you dry and burn this plant as a kind of sacred smoke?
- 22:17All of these are ways in which our ancestors worked with plants,
- 22:22and all of these are ways in which our ancestors worked with plants to connect
- 22:26with their ancestors. Ancestor work is not new in this world.
- 22:30It is one of the oldest practices of human healing and
- 22:34integration that exists on this planet.
- 22:37All of our ancestors worked with their ancestors,
- 22:41had a relationship with those that came before them,
- 22:44and plants were often a direct way that they could make that connection.
- 22:49So when you work with plants,
- 22:51not only are you connecting into your vibrant ancestors,
- 22:55your ancestors who are plant healers,
- 22:57but you are connecting directly back into this whole beautiful,
- 23:01profound lineage of plant workers,
- 23:04of plant healers who worked with plants to connect all the way back to the
- 23:09beginning of your lineage, and to the beginning of time.
- 23:12Your relationship with plants will evolve over time,
- 23:15like all relationships do.
- 23:17You will receive new understandings of that plant,
- 23:20you'll receive new healings.
- 23:22And it's really through learning how to listen to our own selves and our own
- 23:27intuition that we can follow that thread.
- 23:31And this is the most beautiful aspect to me of plant healing and ancestral
- 23:35healing: that often we think there needs to be so much effort,
- 23:39and when really, it's just about that next right step.
- 23:42It's just about following that thread and letting it take you.
- 23:47And when you can learn how to trust that and follow that,
- 23:51everything unfolds from there, the next step that you need,
- 23:54the next thing that you need, the next avenue, the next vista.
- 23:57And it's all about trusting that part of you: your inner knowing,
- 24:01that aspect of you that is saying, this is the right step.
- 24:07So if you're listening to this and you're saying, yes,
- 24:12this is the right next step for me.
- 24:13I am ready to work with plants in this kind of deep way,
- 24:17to work with plants for physical, emotional,
- 24:20spiritual healing and ancestral healing that I would love to see you in
- 24:24Intuitive Plant Medicine.
- 24:26We have had people from all across the spectrum join us in this course in the
- 24:31last nine years,
- 24:31people who are incredibly accomplished herbalists and
- 24:36healers,
- 24:37and people who are in completely other fields or who are just starting out.
- 24:41We've had everything from acupuncturists to accountants in the course,
- 24:46and I have seen over and over again that working with the plants in this
- 24:49capacity is not just for those of us who consider ourselves to be herbalists.
- 24:53It's for all of us.
- 24:55It's for all of us because all of us have this deep ancestral
- 25:00connection with the planets. All of us are here to be part of the healing,
- 25:05in this world and on this planet. I really loved what one of our students,
- 25:09Jolene said about the course. It just really touched me. Jolene wrote,
- 25:13"I've been an herbalist for over a decade. I'm a highly sensitive,
- 25:17and this is the best class I've ever done. It will literally change your life.
- 25:21Even if you're not an herbalist or an intuitive naturally,
- 25:24you should absolutely take this course.
- 25:26This course has meant so much to me and has grounded me, comforted me,
- 25:29and encouraged me in such a huge way. I don't have words. Seriously,
- 25:34best decision I've made this year was to sign up for this."
- 25:38So this course is all about helping you connect to your
- 25:43intuition, your specific flavor and brand of intuition, which is unique to you,
- 25:47entirely unique to you.
- 25:49You'll explore that and then you'll open to this primary relationship with the
- 25:54plants through working with the plant ally who really wants to come in through
- 25:57you right now. And from there,
- 25:59we're going to explore so many channels of how to work with the plants:
- 26:02plant channeling, plant, dream work, flower essences,
- 26:06on the body treatments. We have a whole section about ancestral plant healing.
- 26:11We go into earth acupuncture. We work with plants and stones.
- 26:15So there's so much to work with in this course over the eight weeks that we will
- 26:20be together in the program. And once you sign up for it,
- 26:23you have access to it forever. So if you're interested in that,
- 26:27this sale is ending on Thursday, so definitely check it out before then.
- 26:31And just know that I'm sending you so many blessings for your work in this life.
- 26:36It's huge. What you are doing is huge.
- 26:39Whether or not you realize it.
- 26:42You are already doing this powerful healing work of healing
- 26:46your lineage and of helping to heal the earth by saying yes to whatever
- 26:51is naturally coming up for you in your life.
- 26:55And that's the thing I think we all need to remember right,
- 26:57is we don't need to go out to seek these things that need to be tended or these
- 27:01avenues of healing. They will come to us.
- 27:04What you need comes to you and what needs to be done
- 27:09is already arising in your life. You already know it. You already see it.
- 27:12You're already working with it in your life.
- 27:14And I just want to take a moment to acknowledge you in that,
- 27:18to thank you for that,
- 27:20because it's incredibly profound and it is making a huge difference in this
- 27:25world. Whether or not you see it, it is immense.
- 27:29This is what needs to happen in our world in order for healing to take
- 27:34place.
- 27:34And the role that you are here to fulfill in that is incredibly important.
- 27:40So wherever you are in the world, whatever season you are in,
- 27:42as you step deeper into this time of connecting with the plants and connecting
- 27:46with the living world,
- 27:48may you receive the support that you need to keep going,
- 27:51to remember that healing is possible,
- 27:54to remember that there are so many possibilities for your life.
- 27:58And as you work with these mentors, these teachers,
- 28:01these guides in the living world, in the green world,
- 28:05may they help you remember the most important thing of all:
- 28:10why you are here.
