- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York it's They'll Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: sim Own show on sevent ten. Woof.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Hey, well it's Thursday already. It's not the greatest day,
- 0:13Speaker 2: a little rainy. It's gonna get colder. Yeah, it's been
- 0:16Speaker 2: a summer like but it's gonna get cold throughout the day.
- 0:19Speaker 2: It'll be down into the thirties tonight and then forties
- 0:22Speaker 2: tomorrow and fifties over the weekend. But the winter is over.
- 0:25Speaker 2: You're nine days away from spring. Spring begins in nine days,
- 0:30Speaker 2: So a lot to get to today. There's a lot
- 0:32Speaker 2: of Epstein fallout. A lot of people are suddenly leaving
- 0:35Speaker 2: their jobs, their businesses over Epstein. We'll get to that
- 0:38Speaker 2: coming up CNN, totally humiliated. We'll get to the oscars,
- 0:42Speaker 2: we'll get to well, lots to talk about today.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Now.
- 0:46Speaker 2: The latest in Iran. The Straits of Hormuz is the
- 0:49Speaker 2: big issue. Tankers trying to move through there. A couple
- 0:53Speaker 2: got hit. Now, this is gonna be tough to straighten
- 0:56Speaker 2: this out, but not that tough. It'll take it'll take
- 0:59Speaker 2: a week or so to get things going. The problem
- 1:02Speaker 2: is we've taken out the Iranian Navy, all sixty ships.
- 1:07Speaker 2: We didn't even think they had sixty ships. But we've
- 1:09Speaker 2: taken out the entire Iranian navy. It's non existent. Then
- 1:13Speaker 2: they had sixteen mine laying ships that could plant mines
- 1:17Speaker 2: in the bottom of the water. There those all sixteen
- 1:19Speaker 2: have been taken out. They're gone. Here's the other here's
- 1:24Speaker 2: the problem. Now, if they want to attack ships what's
- 1:27Speaker 2: left of the regime, they do it in two ways.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Speedboats loaded with dynamite that can just come out of nowhere,
- 1:34Speaker 2: and drones. Drones are the hardest thing to defend against
- 1:38Speaker 2: because we've taken out most of their missiles. Because missile
- 1:42Speaker 2: requires a launcher, you can see the launcher and blow
- 1:45Speaker 2: up all the launchers. A drone you can't see. It
- 1:47Speaker 2: could be hidden in a garage, hidden in a basement.
- 1:50Speaker 2: You're bring it out of the garage all of a sudden,
- 1:52Speaker 2: there it is in the air, and it's very hard
- 1:55Speaker 2: to stop. So there are a lot of drones left,
- 1:59Speaker 2: less and less every day. But that's the problem with
- 2:01Speaker 2: the ships. Now, it's going to take a while to
- 2:04Speaker 2: figure this out. They'll have to take out more drones.
- 2:06Speaker 2: The only good news with the drones, you can see
- 2:08Speaker 2: where they came from and take out those locations, price
- 2:13Speaker 2: of oil will go up as a result. We're not
- 2:15Speaker 2: that dependent on these Uranian oil coming for the Straits
- 2:19Speaker 2: of Hormus. China is extremely dependent on it, India almost
- 2:23Speaker 2: totally dependent on it. It's twenty percent of the world's oil.
- 2:27Speaker 2: And again, we got all the oil we need right here,
- 2:29Speaker 2: so we're not dependent on it. Just to get the
- 2:32Speaker 2: price down, a number of nations have decided to open
- 2:37Speaker 2: up their strategic petroleum reserve and release a couple hundred
- 2:41Speaker 2: million gallons into the market just to drive the price down.
- 2:45Speaker 2: You don't need to do it, but they decided to
- 2:47Speaker 2: do it just to lower the price. The leader of Iran,
- 2:51Speaker 2: the new one, the Iatola's Sun. Normally, if somebody you're
- 2:58Speaker 2: the new leader of the country, you've just been voted
- 3:00Speaker 2: the leader of the country, you'd be so thrilled, you'd
- 3:03Speaker 2: be so this has got to be the worst thing
- 3:05Speaker 2: had ever happened to anybody, because you know, you've probably
- 3:07Speaker 2: got two weeks to live now. He was not there
- 3:11Speaker 2: for his induction ceremony, his installation ceremony two days ago.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Many many people showed up for it except him. He
- 3:18Speaker 2: wasn't there. And word is that he's in very bad ship.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Word is he still in a coma, and he had
- 3:26Speaker 2: his leg blown off in one of those original strikes.
- 3:30Speaker 2: His leg is gone amputated, he's still in a coma.
- 3:34Speaker 2: He's got terrible facial lacerations, so you won't see him
- 3:39Speaker 2: for a while. He did put out a statement, but
- 3:41Speaker 2: it's kind of like a Joe Biden's statement. You don't
- 3:43Speaker 2: know who actually put it out. You know, Biden couldn't
- 3:45Speaker 2: have put it out, but somebody wrote it up and
- 3:48Speaker 2: used the auto pen. So this is the same kind
- 3:51Speaker 2: of deal. Now, what do we have to worry about, Well,
- 3:55Speaker 2: there's a couple of threats on the horizon besides the
- 3:58Speaker 2: Straits of Hormuse. And by the way, the Iranians have
- 4:01Speaker 2: expanded that bombing and into the Persian Gulf, so there's
- 4:06Speaker 2: striking ships wherever they can. But again that'll be mopped
- 4:10Speaker 2: up and cleaned up in a week or so. But
- 4:12Speaker 2: the things they're worried about right now cyber attacks here
- 4:17Speaker 2: in this country. Cyber attacks. The worst thing they could
- 4:20Speaker 2: target be our banking system, electrical grid. This is something
- 4:26Speaker 2: scary thought, but we faced this before. They've tried this before,
- 4:30Speaker 2: so we know a little more about how to block it.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Sleeper cells that could be in this country, terror sleeper
- 4:35Speaker 2: cells that could be activated. That's a problem. You've had
- 4:40Speaker 2: this wide open border for the last four years, millions
- 4:43Speaker 2: poured across, and that's where the sleeper cells would come through,
- 4:46Speaker 2: that wide open border. The big threat that they're getting
- 4:49Speaker 2: through intelligence. This doesn't mean it's real, but intelligence sources
- 4:54Speaker 2: are reporting it. The threat is that there'll be drone
- 4:57Speaker 2: strikes on California. This will come from ships, boats off shore.
- 5:03Speaker 2: The drones would be launched from there. These are unmanned
- 5:07Speaker 2: drones and they can be controlled from thousands of miles away.
- 5:11Speaker 2: The ships are the boats. They're not ships, they're just boats.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Can be controlled from miles away. They're not even manned.
- 5:18Speaker 2: They can be controlled from millions of miles away. So
- 5:21Speaker 2: they're very worried about that drone attacks on California. So
- 5:26Speaker 2: FBI everybody looking for any sign of anything like that.
- 5:30Speaker 2: The President keeps getting attacked. That is mixed messaging, you know,
- 5:34Speaker 2: it makes all these different statements. He's always speaking to
- 5:37Speaker 2: the press wherever he is, and some of the messaging
- 5:40Speaker 2: on Iran is it's contradictory. That's the big complaint. Well,
- 5:45Speaker 2: that's actually good mixed messaging, contradictory, not clear, that's good
- 5:49Speaker 2: for the enemy. You don't want to be clear. You
- 5:51Speaker 2: don't want to come on television publicly say here's exactly
- 5:55Speaker 2: what we're going to do. Here's exactly when we're going
- 5:59Speaker 2: to pull out. You never went an enemy to know that.
- 6:01Speaker 2: So the mixed messaging might annoy the media, but it's
- 6:05Speaker 2: great as far as handling the enemy. The other attack, well,
- 6:09Speaker 2: you know, he hasn't clearly explained why we're there. He
- 6:12Speaker 2: hasn't explained if you need this, explain to you something
- 6:16Speaker 2: really wrong with you. I mean you you're taking out
- 6:17Speaker 2: the most evil, brutal, awful leader in the world. You're
- 6:22Speaker 2: taking out the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the world.
- 6:25Speaker 2: If you need to explain to you why you would
- 6:26Speaker 2: do that, I think you need a lot of help there.
- 6:30Speaker 2: So we'll keep you up on Iran. It's day day
- 6:36Speaker 2: twelve today, or is it day thirteen today, something like that,
- 6:40Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer. Of course, Blumenthal referring it to it as
- 6:44Speaker 2: an endless war, Well, I don't know. When you're under
- 6:46Speaker 2: two weeks, that's really not an endless war. Hey, that
- 6:50Speaker 2: Save Act it's very important for the midterms. The Save
- 6:54Speaker 2: Act would make it change everything in the elections of
- 6:58Speaker 2: federal law that would make it required that everybody has
- 7:02Speaker 2: to show ID and prove they're an American citizen. It's
- 7:05Speaker 2: pretty easy nowadays to prove that. Most people now have
- 7:10Speaker 2: an enhanced driver's license that real ID. You just prove
- 7:14Speaker 2: you're a citizen. You show the documents, you prove you're
- 7:17Speaker 2: a citizen. You vote the way it's been as anybody
- 7:20Speaker 2: can vote. We've seen lots of examples of people who
- 7:23Speaker 2: weren't citizens who were caught voting. So the Save Act
- 7:26Speaker 2: would require it. Some states do require ID. Many states
- 7:31Speaker 2: require ID. I think about thirty eight states require ID.
- 7:33Speaker 2: I got to prove your citizen. But then there's some
- 7:36Speaker 2: blue states that if you're breathing close enough you can
- 7:41Speaker 2: will let you vote. And they want to make it
- 7:43Speaker 2: a federal requirement that every state has to have only
- 7:47Speaker 2: American citizens voting. And the Senator John Thunne and the
- 7:53Speaker 2: Senate has made a mess of this, screwed up the
- 7:55Speaker 2: whole thing. There's going to be a vote, doesn't look
- 7:58Speaker 2: like it'll succeed. Duck Schumer. Everybody was a little surprised,
- 8:02Speaker 2: actually said the quiet part out loud. Why would Democrats
- 8:06Speaker 2: oppose this? They come up with these weird explanations. One
- 8:10Speaker 2: was that, well, minority voters they can't get ID Huh,
- 8:15Speaker 2: they're too stupid. They don't know how to get an ID.
- 8:18Speaker 2: They're incapable of finding out how to get an idea
- 8:20Speaker 2: or driver's which is absolutely ridiculous, not to mention one
- 8:24Speaker 2: of the most racist things you could say. Then they
- 8:27Speaker 2: tried this divorced women won't be able to vote, something
- 8:30Speaker 2: to do with their maiden name, this name, which makes
- 8:33Speaker 2: no sense at absolutely no sense at all. The real
- 8:36Speaker 2: reason is if you're illegal, you're not gonna be able
- 8:40Speaker 2: to vote anywhere. But Schumer, in one of those rants
- 8:43Speaker 2: he's got the every year the glasses get bigger, and
- 8:46Speaker 2: I said this really really big glasses on actually said
- 8:50Speaker 2: the quiet part out loud.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Yes, but their bill isn't voter ID number one. It
- 8:55Speaker 4: is about voter registration. It makes it. It allows ICE
- 9:01Speaker 4: to kick tens of millions of people off the rolls,
- 9:06Speaker 4: off the rolls, and they don't tell them until election day,
- 9:09Speaker 4: and you show them and you say you're not registered anymore.
- 9:12Speaker 4: You're not registered here you're not on the rolls.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Yeah, well, if ice kick them off the rolls because
- 9:18Speaker 2: they're not an American citizen. And Schumer says it's tens
- 9:22Speaker 2: of millions, it's sometimes Democrats like, wow, the voter fraud
- 9:26Speaker 2: is very, very minor, it's very small. Well, if he's
- 9:29Speaker 2: saying it's tens of millions, it's not so small. So well,
- 9:35Speaker 2: we'll see tomorrow's day. It's not going to go well
- 9:37Speaker 2: tomorrow for that vote. Hey, the Epstein stuff, boy, there's
- 9:42Speaker 2: a lot more fallout with Epstein, more and more and more.
- 9:47Speaker 2: As you just heard them the news. Steve Tish was
- 9:51Speaker 2: all over the Epstein files talking to Epstein about women,
- 9:54Speaker 2: about this woman, that woman, this girl, that girl. Is
- 9:58Speaker 2: she a pro? Is she not? It's pretty seedy kind
- 10:01Speaker 2: of conversation he was having with Epstein. So it's now
- 10:05Speaker 2: been agreed that Steve Tish will transfer his ownership of
- 10:10Speaker 2: the Giants. He's got something like twenty percent of the team,
- 10:14Speaker 2: twenty five percent of the team. He will transfer it
- 10:17Speaker 2: actually to him and his sister Laurie, brother Jonathan. They
- 10:20Speaker 2: will transfer it to the next generation, to their kids. Actually,
- 10:26Speaker 2: they had forty five percent ownership share. They'll put it
- 10:28Speaker 2: into a trust, and the kids will now own the trust,
- 10:33Speaker 2: and the trust will have no voting or control. They'll
- 10:37Speaker 2: just have some ownership, but no control or voting or
- 10:40Speaker 2: say in the running of the Giants. One reason they're
- 10:42Speaker 2: doing this now is there's going to be the NFL
- 10:46Speaker 2: owner's Spring meeting later this month, and they thought that
- 10:50Speaker 2: maybe the owners would go nuts over this Steve Tish
- 10:53Speaker 2: Epstein connection. So to get ahead of that, Tish is
- 10:56Speaker 2: bowing out. He'll be out of the Giants. The Marif family,
- 11:00Speaker 2: John Merrow really runs at They're great people, so everything's
- 11:04Speaker 2: good with the Giants. So he's gone. As a result,
- 11:08Speaker 2: you got people all over the country. You got Larry
- 11:10Speaker 2: Summers having to leave Harvard. Casey Washerman is one of
- 11:13Speaker 2: the biggest major figures in Hollywood. Having a step down
- 11:17Speaker 2: from the company he founded, having a step down as
- 11:20Speaker 2: the Olympic chairman for Los Angeles. Now here's a guy
- 11:24Speaker 2: who he's okay.
- 11:25Speaker 5: Here.
- 11:25Speaker 2: I think Jeffrey Epstein wanted to do damage control twenty fourteen.
- 11:33Speaker 2: This was after the first time he got convicted for
- 11:36Speaker 2: this disgusting stuff. But in twenty fourteen that Virginia, Jeffrey
- 11:43Speaker 2: was doing that civil lawsuit where she was accusing of
- 11:46Speaker 2: all kinds of stuff. Remember, there was tremendous, awful bad
- 11:52Speaker 2: news coverage of this, so he wanted to do some
- 11:54Speaker 2: damage control. So Epstein talked to Larry Summers, a big
- 12:00Speaker 2: part of the Clinton administration, former Harvard president, all of that,
- 12:04Speaker 2: and Larry Summer said, you ought to hire Joe Lockhart,
- 12:07Speaker 2: the ex Press secretary. He'll help you with damage control
- 12:11Speaker 2: pr public image. So Epstein's all right, set it up,
- 12:15Speaker 2: and Summers put the two of them together. So Lockhart
- 12:20Speaker 2: looked like, ooh, he may have an Epstein problem, But
- 12:22Speaker 2: if you study the stuff here, it's pretty clear Lockhart
- 12:25Speaker 2: was not interested, declined. The offer. Never worked for Epstein,
- 12:31Speaker 2: so he cleared himself. Now the other people having some
- 12:35Speaker 2: problem problems. There's some very very big doctors and medical
- 12:39Speaker 2: people all over New York City. You know, you got
- 12:41Speaker 2: your regular doctors, then you got your concierge doctors give
- 12:47Speaker 2: you a lot more service. Then you get your real
- 12:49Speaker 2: high end concierge doctors. And these guys, you know, you
- 12:53Speaker 2: got their cell number. Anytime you need them twenty four
- 12:55Speaker 2: to seven, you can call them. They'll get you right
- 12:57Speaker 2: into any hospital they'll make house calls, do it whatever
- 13:00Speaker 2: you need. So there were a few of them that
- 13:04Speaker 2: Epstein got a hold of it and started paying a
- 13:06Speaker 2: fortune to tens of thousands of dollars for every little thing.
- 13:11Speaker 2: So there were a couple that Epstein had taken care
- 13:13Speaker 2: of him, taking care of the girls and taking care
- 13:17Speaker 2: of them, all kinds of stuff. Yes, sexually transmitted diseases
- 13:22Speaker 2: with one of them, but sometimes they'd come in with
- 13:24Speaker 2: bruises and they were bashed up. And some of these doctors,
- 13:28Speaker 2: Epstein wanted them to be anonymous. In other words, if
- 13:31Speaker 2: you have an account with the concierge doctor, you have
- 13:34Speaker 2: to list everybody that's going to be treated. Well, some
- 13:37Speaker 2: of them were just listed anonymously, and apparently that's unethical.
- 13:40Speaker 2: You're not supposed to do that if you're a doctor.
- 13:42Speaker 2: So some of those guys have a problem. It goes
- 13:44Speaker 2: beyond the doctors he was. I won't mention any hospitals,
- 13:49Speaker 2: but he was making deals with hospitals so we could
- 13:52Speaker 2: use their emergency room. And even more than that. You
- 13:55Speaker 2: can go in the New York Times and read these articles.
- 13:57Speaker 2: They've got a lot of coverage of it this past
- 13:59Speaker 2: week with some of these hospitals, they would send a
- 14:03Speaker 2: team over to his house to treat the women. Here's
- 14:06Speaker 2: the one woman here who seemed to have her skull
- 14:09Speaker 2: bashed a little and required a lot of stitches, so
- 14:13Speaker 2: you see a picture of they laid her out on
- 14:15Speaker 2: the dining room table. The team from the hospital came
- 14:18Speaker 2: over to Epstein's house and stitched her up right there
- 14:21Speaker 2: on the dining room table. There's other situations where a
- 14:28Speaker 2: girl got hurt in Epstein's depraved whatever he was doing,
- 14:33Speaker 2: and the doctors were asked to take her to another place,
- 14:36Speaker 2: like to New Jersey or somewhere so there'd be no
- 14:38Speaker 2: Epstein connection, and take her into a hospital under another name.
- 14:42Speaker 2: So a lot of these people getting caught in all
- 14:45Speaker 2: this stuff. There's more and more evidence. Now, you know,
- 14:47Speaker 2: disgusting enough these young girls, but there's more and more
- 14:49Speaker 2: evidence that whatever weird sexual things were going on, people
- 14:53Speaker 2: were getting injured. So some of these girls shown up bruised, bleeding,
- 14:59Speaker 2: that sort of stuff, really bad stuff. And as we
- 15:02Speaker 2: told you yesterday, Epstein had this magnificent ranch in New Mexico,
- 15:07Speaker 2: and there are now nothing is confirmed, but they're now
- 15:11Speaker 2: sources saying some people died some girls might have died
- 15:15Speaker 2: in some rough sex and they're buried on the ranch.
- 15:17Speaker 2: So officials are now actually seriously looking at digging up
- 15:21Speaker 2: the grounds of that ranch looking for that. That's developing story.
- 15:26Speaker 2: But again nothing is confirmed yet, nothing is confirmed. Anyway,
- 15:30Speaker 2: We've got a lot to get to today. We'll take
- 15:32Speaker 2: some calls. Next eight hundred three two one zero seven
- 15:37Speaker 2: ten is the number. Hey, we're having that big networking event.
- 15:40Speaker 2: It's next week. Oh, actually it's a week from tonight.
- 15:43Speaker 2: A week from tonight, March nineteenth, six to eight pms.
- 15:46Speaker 2: A lot of CEOs, a lot of business leaders, and
- 15:49Speaker 2: it's a good chance to meet a lot of people,
- 15:51Speaker 2: decision makers, mingle network. I'll be there, Larry Mentil will
- 15:55Speaker 2: be there courteously. Will will be there saying a few words.
- 15:58Speaker 2: It'll be pretty good. And it's at there's a new
- 16:01Speaker 2: office building. I mean it's older, Billy, but it's just
- 16:03Speaker 2: reopen redone. It's beautiful. It's two Park Avenue, two Park Avenues,
- 16:08Speaker 2: aground thirty fourth Street, and if you're looking to do
- 16:11Speaker 2: a corporate event, there's a beautiful venue on the top
- 16:13Speaker 2: floor with great views of the city, a magnificent outdoor Terrace.
- 16:18Speaker 2: So we're gonna do that event there next Thursday night,
- 16:21Speaker 2: March nineteenth, six to eight pm. Space very limited. So
- 16:24Speaker 2: you got an RSVP. If you want to come and
- 16:28Speaker 2: you want an RSVP, go to seven ten WR dot
- 16:32Speaker 2: com slash Live and reserve a spot. Seven ten WR
- 16:37Speaker 2: dot com slash Live.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Give WR a bre said on the iHeartRadio app to
- 16:43Speaker 1: hear Mark Simone and all the WR hosts in an instance,
- 16:48Speaker 1: go back to the Mark Simo show on wor.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Hey, Well it takes some calls. Eight hundred three two
- 16:56Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number? Eight hundred three
- 16:59Speaker 2: two one zero seven to ten. Let's go to Dana
- 17:02Speaker 2: in Poughkeepsie. Dana, how you doing?
- 17:06Speaker 6: Hey, I'm good.
- 17:06Speaker 3: How are you?
- 17:07Speaker 7: Mark?
- 17:07Speaker 2: Let me check?
- 17:08Speaker 3: Not bad?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Not bad?
- 17:12Speaker 5: So I have a question.
- 17:13Speaker 6: I keep seeing people on social media a lot and
- 17:16Speaker 6: people saying that the reason, you know, Trump even offered
- 17:19Speaker 6: help to Spana Guthrie was to distract from the Epstein
- 17:22Speaker 6: files coming out, and he's in it, and I ran
- 17:25Speaker 6: as a distraction. But I know you've looked at it more.
- 17:28Speaker 6: I haven't looked through all of them. He's only mentioned
- 17:31Speaker 6: in the context of like real estate, right, like there's nothing.
- 17:34Speaker 2: No, He's mentioned a lot, but what he's mentioned for
- 17:37Speaker 2: is apparently Epstein hated him and Epstein is just bad
- 17:41Speaker 2: mouthing him like crazy. There's a lot of this creepy,
- 17:44Speaker 2: awful tabloid guy Michael Wolfe who writes these evil books
- 17:48Speaker 2: about Trump. He and Epstein are talking back and forth
- 17:51Speaker 2: all day. But how much they hate Trump. So that's
- 17:53Speaker 2: most of what's in there. But yeah, are you in
- 17:56Speaker 2: the Epstein files? Did you check?
- 18:00Speaker 5: No?
- 18:00Speaker 6: I don't think so.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Okay, all right, Dan, A good call, Thanks for calling. Yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 2: you can go just google Epstein files. It'll take you
- 18:10Speaker 2: a Department of Justice website, the Epstein Library. There's a
- 18:14Speaker 2: search bar and you can search your name. So I'm
- 18:18Speaker 2: searching all these people I know who were tangled up
- 18:20Speaker 2: with Epstein, and they came up. And then I don't
- 18:22Speaker 2: know why, just hell of it, type my name and
- 18:24Speaker 2: I came up. I'm in there five or six times.
- 18:27Speaker 2: So nothing bad, nothing bad. He was coming to some event.
- 18:30Speaker 2: I was m saying there was an email that mentioned me,
- 18:33Speaker 2: mentioned my show. Nothing bad. So I started typing in everybody.
- 18:39Speaker 2: So and they put up all of his American Express
- 18:42Speaker 2: bills in the files. So everybody I know who has
- 18:46Speaker 2: a restaurant, I'd sure enough the restaurant would come up
- 18:48Speaker 2: because it's inn as an America Express bill. You'd be
- 18:51Speaker 2: shocked how many people come up in there. But a
- 18:52Speaker 2: lot of it is harmless. But every time Trump does anything,
- 18:57Speaker 2: it's just such a distraction from the Epstein files. Trump's
- 19:00Speaker 2: the only guy that has nothing to worry about in
- 19:02Speaker 2: the Epstein files. He's clean in those Epstein files. I've
- 19:05Speaker 2: looked through him. Everybody's looked through him for that. There's
- 19:08Speaker 2: nothing on him in there. Let's go to Rich in
- 19:10Speaker 2: Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you doing.
- 19:13Speaker 5: Any Thanks Mark? Before I get to my John soon point.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Has there ever been anybody investigated looked into more than
- 19:19Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump in the history of this country? And
- 19:22Speaker 5: they still can't find anything on the guy. The guy's
- 19:24Speaker 5: squeaky clean, and they just won't let it go.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:26Speaker 2: No, I have known the guy for a million years.
- 19:30Speaker 2: You know, you always suspect, Oh, it must be something.
- 19:31Speaker 2: He's well squeaky clean from Jack Smith, the prosecutor he had,
- 19:36Speaker 2: Remember he had four federal prosecutors four years. They cannot
- 19:40Speaker 2: find a damn thing. One reason for that, you'll find
- 19:43Speaker 2: this with a lot of billionaires. It's not that they're
- 19:45Speaker 2: the most honorable people on earth. They just know they're
- 19:48Speaker 2: a target and they make sure they're They won't even
- 19:50Speaker 2: smoke a Cuban cigar. They're that careful about that stuff.
- 19:53Speaker 5: That's right. So John soon guy is really becoming a
- 19:56Speaker 5: big disappointment. McConnell was actually pretty good for a while.
- 19:59Speaker 5: Mcconne doesn't even know where we use anymore. Staff is
- 20:01Speaker 5: running his seat. But was John feeling like McConnell's right
- 20:05Speaker 5: hand man? Is that why he ended up being the
- 20:07Speaker 5: Senate leader and they got to make a change. You
- 20:08Speaker 5: think they're going to stick around with this guy?
- 20:10Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 20:10Speaker 2: I mean they're all kind of wormy characters. You know,
- 20:12Speaker 2: you look at that Congress, the Senate, they the House, Republicans, Democrats,
- 20:18Speaker 2: they're the worst people. Have you ever seen people this bad?
- 20:20Speaker 2: You get no three hundred and eighty million people in America,
- 20:24Speaker 2: we end up with these people running everything.
- 20:26Speaker 5: It's really awesome home about Kathy Mays trying to release
- 20:29Speaker 5: all the exposure of the sex scandals and he voted
- 20:32Speaker 5: it down because they don't want to let themselves get
- 20:34Speaker 5: in trouble.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Yeah, they're just the worst people in the world in Congress.
- 20:38Speaker 2: You know, if you ever watch the Fox Business or CNBC,
- 20:41Speaker 2: you know they have these CEOs come on, these big
- 20:43Speaker 2: business leaders and you know they are some big ceo
- 20:46Speaker 2: and they'll be very impressive. They start talking, Wow, what
- 20:49Speaker 2: an impressive guy, What a smart guy. Then you watch
- 20:52Speaker 2: these senators come on, tell they're the worst, slimiest people,
- 20:56Speaker 2: both sides of the aisle. Let's go to Larry and Cranford.
- 21:00Speaker 2: How you doing, hey, Mark?
- 21:02Speaker 3: Hi?
- 21:04Speaker 8: So the iotolas son sounds like he doesn't have a
- 21:07Speaker 8: leg to stand on.
- 21:08Speaker 2: From what you said, that's not nice. So you're picking
- 21:12Speaker 2: on the Iatola's son.
- 21:15Speaker 8: I wonder which leg it is. I don't know if
- 21:17Speaker 8: he's right leged or left legged.
- 21:19Speaker 5: I have no idea.
- 21:20Speaker 2: All right, thanks for calling. Somebody was going to do
- 21:23Speaker 2: it. It was bound to happen the ietolat Son took over
- 21:26Speaker 2: if you had just joined us. The reports are now
- 21:28Speaker 2: his leg was blown off in one of those bombings.
- 21:31Speaker 2: That's why you haven't seen him. He's in a coma,
- 21:33Speaker 2: reportedly leg blown off, facial lacerations and all of that. Again,
- 21:38Speaker 2: as I said from the beginning, when he got this job,
- 21:40Speaker 2: I'm sure. His insurance company immediately canceled his policy. Hey,
- 21:45Speaker 2: when we come back, Steve Moore, the brilliant economist, we'll
- 21:48Speaker 2: be with us next. What's going to happen with oil prices?
- 21:51Speaker 2: What's gonna happen in the economy. We'll get to all
- 21:53Speaker 2: of that just a second, seven to ten.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Wo r back to Mark Simone on wor Well.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Steve Moore, the brilliant Economist, TYM. Make sure you get
- 22:03Speaker 2: his book, The Trump Economic Miracle. It's the best book
- 22:06Speaker 2: there is on the Trump economy. You can get it
- 22:09Speaker 2: at Amazon. Also, he runs the Committee to Unleashed Prosperity
- 22:12Speaker 2: and they put out the best daily briefing, news analysis.
- 22:16Speaker 2: It's free, come right to your email. Just sign up
- 22:18Speaker 2: for it. Go to Unleash Prosperity dot com. Steve Moore,
- 22:22Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 22:24Speaker 7: Hey, I'm doing well, Mark, how about you? I'm hoping
- 22:27Speaker 7: we get this war over with in a successful way.
- 22:31Speaker 7: And I ran so we can see the price of
- 22:34Speaker 7: gasoline go back down to where it was, and I
- 22:36Speaker 7: expect that.
- 22:37Speaker 9: Fully. I agree with Trump that.
- 22:39Speaker 7: Once we get the straits of Hermos open, and once
- 22:42Speaker 7: we start to get some of the infrastructure rebuilt that
- 22:46Speaker 7: was bombed by the Iranians. We're going to be headed
- 22:49Speaker 7: right back to low gas prices that we had before
- 22:52Speaker 7: the war started. And with Trump's pro drill baby drill policies.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, we're having a temporary spike. It's not
- 22:58Speaker 2: as bad as the Biden day, but it's a spike.
- 23:01Speaker 2: And in the end, if everything works out successfully, we
- 23:04Speaker 2: could have lower gas prices than we had a month ago.
- 23:07Speaker 7: Right, we could, We may, We may very well. And look,
- 23:10Speaker 7: the world is a wash in energy. And by the way,
- 23:13Speaker 7: this is pretty amazing that the number one country that
- 23:16Speaker 7: produces oil and gas you know what country?
- 23:18Speaker 5: That is?
- 23:20Speaker 2: United States? Yeah, well there now.
- 23:22Speaker 7: The number one producer of oil and gas, you know
- 23:25Speaker 7: that from reading the hotline right this morning. And we've
- 23:28Speaker 7: surpassed Saudi Arabia and even more amazingly, I was shocked
- 23:32Speaker 7: about this, and that we are now a net exporter
- 23:36Speaker 7: of oil gas for the first time in forty years.
- 23:38Speaker 2: In other words, we're producing.
- 23:39Speaker 7: More oil and gas than with than we consume. So
- 23:43Speaker 7: you know, this drill baby drill strategy works. But there's
- 23:46Speaker 7: a global price. See, people are confused about why is
- 23:48Speaker 7: it that the price of gas has gone up here
- 23:51Speaker 7: even though it hasn't disrupted our supplies of oil and gas,
- 23:55Speaker 7: just to gas and oil in the Middle East. And
- 23:58Speaker 7: answer is because it's a global So you know, even
- 24:01Speaker 7: though we're producing as much oil and gas as ever
- 24:03Speaker 7: here in the US, when you get a big disruption
- 24:06Speaker 7: like you're seeing in the in the Middle East with
- 24:08Speaker 7: the Saudi Arabian oil, et cetera, that that will cause
- 24:12Speaker 7: the price to rise everywhere. So but anyway, it's a
- 24:16Speaker 7: it's a policy. Can you imagine, by the way, mark,
- 24:19Speaker 7: if we had not done drill, baby drill, we'd be
- 24:22Speaker 7: paying eight nine dollars a barrel of gas. And by
- 24:25Speaker 7: the way, I was on a radio show this morning
- 24:27Speaker 7: in California. There are some gas stations they're paying eight
- 24:30Speaker 7: bucks a gallon in California.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Yeah, their average is over five dollars. Now that is
- 24:36Speaker 2: mostly due to Newsome in his climate change nonsense.
- 24:39Speaker 7: That's right, that's right. So this is what's so ironic
- 24:42Speaker 7: as Gavin Newsom, who's you know, the leading contender for
- 24:44Speaker 7: the Democratic nomination in twenty twenty eight, running around the
- 24:48Speaker 7: country saying, oh, you know, Donald Trump is causing gas
- 24:50Speaker 7: prices to rise. I'm like, wait a minute, you know,
- 24:53Speaker 7: where are the gas prices the highest in California by
- 24:56Speaker 7: a mile? You know, they're about a dollar fifty above
- 24:59Speaker 7: the national average, and gas prices there because of his
- 25:02Speaker 7: own policies, and then he blames on Trump for that.
- 25:05Speaker 7: But look, I'm confident we're going to see these prices
- 25:07Speaker 7: come down, you know, in a few weeks, and that'll
- 25:11Speaker 7: be blessed relief.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Yeah, you know. Newsome also his state, California has a
- 25:15Speaker 2: seventy cents a gallon tax on guests. How do they
- 25:18Speaker 2: justify something like that.
- 25:21Speaker 7: Yeah, there's a big debate in the in the legislature
- 25:23Speaker 7: there in California about why don't we suspend the gas
- 25:27Speaker 7: tax for a while while, you know, and then when
- 25:29Speaker 7: they and then the Democrats all voted that down. You know,
- 25:32Speaker 7: by the way, it's the Blue states that have the
- 25:33Speaker 7: highest the gas prices. So the states with the highest
- 25:37Speaker 7: gas prices there are California number one, Washington State number two,
- 25:40Speaker 7: Hawaii number three, Oregon number four. You know, you just
- 25:45Speaker 7: go down the list, and New Jersey has high taxes. Incidentally,
- 25:49Speaker 7: there's another story related to this, because I know you
- 25:51Speaker 7: have so many listeners in the New York metropolitan area.
- 25:54Speaker 7: New Jersey. Did you see that the New Jersey is
- 26:00Speaker 7: losing one of its oil companies that's moving, I believe,
- 26:04Speaker 7: to Texas. See what a shock? Yeah, And I think
- 26:07Speaker 7: it's the exon of New Jersey. And so you know,
- 26:10Speaker 7: Standard Oil was basically practically founded in New Jersey and
- 26:14Speaker 7: now they're moving out. I mean it just shows these
- 26:16Speaker 7: high tax states are getting killed by the low tax
- 26:19Speaker 7: blue states.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Even the founder, as you report, the founder of Starbucks,
- 26:23Speaker 2: Howard Schultz, is leaving Washington State to move to Floridat
- 26:30Speaker 2: does you everything you see that happen?
- 26:33Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean it's funny. And by the way, Schultz
- 26:35Speaker 7: is a liberal guy. I mean he's a bleeding heart liberal.
- 26:39Speaker 7: And even he's moving the low states up. That means
- 26:43Speaker 7: you're going to see a lot of billionaires moving to
- 26:45Speaker 7: Texas and Florida and Tennessee and states that don't impose
- 26:48Speaker 7: income taxes. And that's why, by the way, New Jersey,
- 26:52Speaker 7: you know, until the I think was around the mid
- 26:55Speaker 7: nineteen sixties, did not have an income tax, and it
- 26:57Speaker 7: might have been in the early seventies day after the
- 26:59Speaker 7: income tax. Now you have in New Jersey as the
- 27:01Speaker 7: one of the highest income taxes in the country. And gee,
- 27:04Speaker 7: is it surprising people are leaving New York, New Jersey,
- 27:06Speaker 7: Connecticut with the high high income taxes. I don't think
- 27:10Speaker 7: it is.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, for a young Democrats listening right, I explain
- 27:13Speaker 2: this to them. Florida, no income tax, Texas, no income text.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Yet they're booming, aren't they.
- 27:18Speaker 7: Yeah, and they have a lot of their budget surpluses,
- 27:21Speaker 7: whereas New York and New Jersey, Connecticut are struggling with the
- 27:24Speaker 7: highest income taxes to balance the budgets.
- 27:27Speaker 2: And what's the secret to that? Just hold your costs down,
- 27:30Speaker 2: control your budget.
- 27:32Speaker 7: Well, if you have if you have nine states that
- 27:35Speaker 7: have no income taxes, we do in the United States,
- 27:37Speaker 7: and they're growing twice as fast as the states that
- 27:40Speaker 7: have high income taxes. Do you know the answer to this?
- 27:44Speaker 7: Maybe those high income tax states when they want to
- 27:47Speaker 7: lower their income tax rates. But in New York and
- 27:49Speaker 7: New Jersey they talk about raising them again. California is
- 27:52Speaker 7: talking about an eight percent wealth tax on top of
- 27:55Speaker 7: the highest income tax. I mean, these Democrats, all they
- 27:58Speaker 7: want to do is tax, tax, tax, spend, span spend.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, Steve Moore in the Hotline today, this is
- 28:03Speaker 2: a great idea. The TSA. You talk about privatizing them,
- 28:08Speaker 2: It makes perfect sense. Wouldn't that save us a fortune
- 28:11Speaker 2: and be more efficient?
- 28:13Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean people are very frustrated with how long
- 28:15Speaker 7: it takes to get through the I travel a lot.
- 28:17Speaker 7: I know you do, and I know a lot of
- 28:19Speaker 7: your listeners do. And you know when you go to
- 28:21Speaker 7: the TSA now, especially that the government, that agency of
- 28:25Speaker 7: government has been shut down, thank you, Chuck Schumer. It's
- 28:28Speaker 7: at some point some cities it's taking two to three
- 28:31Speaker 7: hours to get through TSA and to get through the
- 28:35Speaker 7: security that if we had a privatized system, you could
- 28:39Speaker 7: get through in fifteen.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Minutes really and save a lot of money in the process.
- 28:43Speaker 7: Wouldn't we You would save a lot of money.
- 28:45Speaker 10: Yep.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah. But when they the airline businesses, the
- 28:50Speaker 2: Trump has always said the worst business in the world.
- 28:53Speaker 2: You're always going to lose money in the airline business.
- 28:55Speaker 2: But that doesn't mean the airports have to be running inefficiently.
- 28:58Speaker 2: That's a whole different business, isn't it.
- 29:01Speaker 7: Yeah, Why does the government have to run airports?
- 29:03Speaker 2: They don't run anything very well.
- 29:05Speaker 7: They don't run the postal service very well. They can't
- 29:07Speaker 7: balance the budget, They can't fight crime, they can't do
- 29:10Speaker 7: any of the financial stuff, So why would we why
- 29:12Speaker 7: would we turn over that operation to UH to government employees.
- 29:17Speaker 7: I guarantee you we'd have a much more efficient system
- 29:20Speaker 7: if if the airports and the and the and the
- 29:24Speaker 7: TSA security was done by private employees. And by the way,
- 29:27Speaker 7: the reason the Democrats don't want to do that is
- 29:29Speaker 7: because they're all government employees and they're all members of unions.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Well, if you want to read stories like the great
- 29:34Speaker 2: news and analysis, the best daily briefing comes from the

- 30:48Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayla coming up next hour with us on seven
- 30:50Speaker 2: to ten wor The.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Mark Theimone Show on WR.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Hey, well, Thursday, we got rain all day today. Then
- 31:03Speaker 2: it's not bad, it's not bad. It'll get cold tonight
- 31:06Speaker 2: into the thirties for the first time in a few days,
- 31:09Speaker 2: and then forties tomorrow, fifties over the weekend, and then
- 31:12Speaker 2: it'll be okay next week, and then the week after
- 31:14Speaker 2: spring begins, and then the week after baseball season begins.
- 31:18Speaker 2: You got through the winter, and that's good news. So
- 31:22Speaker 2: we got a lot to get to in the next hour.
- 31:23Speaker 2: We'll get to the Oscars. Don't forget that. Sunday night,
- 31:27Speaker 2: the Oscar Awards, the presenters, I don't know. It's not
- 31:30Speaker 2: the greatest list in the world. But we'll tell you
- 31:33Speaker 2: who's gonna who's gonna be there, and we'll get to
- 31:37Speaker 2: that coming up in the next hour. Have you been
- 31:39Speaker 2: watching the mini series Love Story John F. Kennedy Junior,
- 31:43Speaker 2: Carolyn Bassett. It portrays Jackie Kennedy Jackie o Nassis a
- 31:49Speaker 2: little rough. She's chained smoking throughout the whole thing, kind
- 31:53Speaker 2: of nasty to everybody, But outside of that, it just
- 31:57Speaker 2: makes the Kennedy family look wonderful. They're all up in
- 32:00Speaker 2: arms complaining they're being exploited by this, but really it's
- 32:04Speaker 2: probably the first thing in a million years that's actually
- 32:06Speaker 2: making the Kennedys look good. Usually the books the mini
- 32:09Speaker 2: series are all pretty ugly, so and this thing is
- 32:12Speaker 2: really caught on. It's like a beautiful fairy tale. So
- 32:14Speaker 2: it's the one positive piece of media for the Kennedy
- 32:18Speaker 2: family in a long time. Hey, we'll be back after
- 32:20Speaker 2: the news. A lot to get to you in the
- 32:21Speaker 2: next hour. Seven ten woor.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Where uor comes for common sense? Mark Simone on seven
- 32:30Speaker 1: ten woar.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Well, Hey, rainy day, but you had a great couple
- 32:42Speaker 2: of days, summer like days. It's going to get better.
- 32:45Speaker 2: It's going to be not so bad this weekend. Now.
- 32:48Speaker 2: The latest in Iran, well, they're using cluster bombs now
- 32:52Speaker 2: against their enemies. You're not really supposed to use those
- 32:56Speaker 2: cluster bombs, but they this is considered their last gasps.
- 32:59Speaker 2: As you heard on the news, the new leader, the
- 33:02Speaker 2: Ayatola's son says the straits of Hormus will remain closed
- 33:07Speaker 2: and Iran will continue to attack its enemies. They also
- 33:11Speaker 2: activated Hesbla. Those terrorists launched one hundred rockets last night
- 33:16Speaker 2: at Israel, which did overwhelm the Iron Dome. One hundred
- 33:20Speaker 2: rockets at once. They were able to shoot down half
- 33:22Speaker 2: of them, but some of them got through. And also
- 33:25Speaker 2: again those cluster bombs were used on Israeli cities, so
- 33:29Speaker 2: this is pretty rough stuff. The Hoodies so far have
- 33:33Speaker 2: not fired at Israel, leading Israelis to worry that they're
- 33:38Speaker 2: being held back to be like the final gasp of Iran.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Israeli air forces continuing to knock out projectile launchers, additional
- 33:49Speaker 2: infrastructure sites, and that will continue and keep going for
- 33:53Speaker 2: a while. Figure another week, another week, and as the
- 33:56Speaker 2: Pentagon is saying, they're getting to the point where they're
- 33:59Speaker 2: going to just run out of targets, there'll be nothing
- 34:02Speaker 2: left to hit. You'll still get the little attacks the
- 34:05Speaker 2: straits of Hormus. Those attacks are coming from what's left
- 34:09Speaker 2: of the drones and speedboats with dynamite on him. So
- 34:12Speaker 2: we should take another week to wrap all of that up.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Because you heard Steve Moore, the great economist, last hour,
- 34:19Speaker 2: say we're not dependent on oil for anybody, believe it
- 34:22Speaker 2: or not, We're actually totally energy independent. Now, do you remember,
- 34:26Speaker 2: for most of your lifetime, for a million years, whenever
- 34:30Speaker 2: there was a potential presidential race, at the convention, the
- 34:34Speaker 2: candidate in his convention speech would rattle off everything he's
- 34:38Speaker 2: going to do, and one of the things every candidate
- 34:41Speaker 2: for forty years would rattle off, and I'm going to
- 34:44Speaker 2: end our dependence on foreign oil, and the whole audience
- 34:47Speaker 2: which cheer. Nobody ever did that, Nobody ever tried to
- 34:49Speaker 2: do that until Donald Trump came along. He actually did it.
- 34:53Speaker 2: The only one that ever did it after every candidate
- 34:57Speaker 2: on earthed promised he actually ended our depend that's on
- 35:00Speaker 2: foreign oil, totally energy independent. And in fact, this week
- 35:06Speaker 2: the first oil refinery to open in America in fifty years,
- 35:10Speaker 2: A brand new refinery, first one in fifty years, opened
- 35:14Speaker 2: in Texas and is a three hundred billion dollar deal.
- 35:20Speaker 2: It'll generate also thousands of construction and permanent jobs. Wages
- 35:25Speaker 2: will exceed market averages. Partners in India and privately held
- 35:32Speaker 2: energy company Reliance made a tremendous investment in the project.
- 35:37Speaker 2: It's a really really great deal. And by the way,
- 35:40Speaker 2: if you want to raise minimum wage, that's how you
- 35:42Speaker 2: do it. You create booming economy, jobs, factories, things going up,
- 35:47Speaker 2: and you run out of you get to a shortage
- 35:49Speaker 2: of workers, and industries have to pay way above minimum
- 35:53Speaker 2: wage to get anybody. That's how you do it, not
- 35:56Speaker 2: by just raising the minimum wage. The only thing that
- 35:59Speaker 2: happens there is that people get laid off and fired
- 36:02Speaker 2: because the minimum wage is too high and they don't
- 36:04Speaker 2: need that many workers. Hey, the media loves to go crazy,
- 36:10Speaker 2: loves to go crazy, and anything they can do to
- 36:13Speaker 2: attack Trump. So the Pentagon is now banning photographers, news photographers.
- 36:21Speaker 2: Reporters can come in and ask all the questions they want,
- 36:24Speaker 2: but no more news photographers, so they're up and arms.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Now most of this was caused by Reuters and a
- 36:30Speaker 2: couple of those you know Reuters in these news services
- 36:34Speaker 2: that used to be considered the gold standard are now
- 36:36Speaker 2: the most biased partisan people in the world. So they
- 36:41Speaker 2: were deliberately trying to get the worst pictures they could
- 36:44Speaker 2: get a Pete Hagsith and the General's General Kane whenever
- 36:48Speaker 2: there was a briefing. You know, if you want to well,
- 36:50Speaker 2: you know, you take pictures of yourself. You take ten
- 36:52Speaker 2: to twenty pictures. Some of them you look great, you're smiling.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Some of them your eyes are crooked. You're all crooked,
- 36:57Speaker 2: you look terrible. Your mouth isn't a weird position. So
- 37:00Speaker 2: they were trying to do that to Pete exit. They
- 37:02Speaker 2: were deliberately using the worst pictures they could get, so
- 37:06Speaker 2: they brought this on themselves. They deserve to have this band.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Just their incredible Trump derangement syndrome caused this. CNN has
- 37:16Speaker 2: been totally humiliated in the last couple of days. If
- 37:20Speaker 2: you watch that and think you're getting the news, you
- 37:22Speaker 2: are crazy. They have just been caught in so many things. Now,
- 37:26Speaker 2: you had that terrible incident in New York. Two ISIS
- 37:29Speaker 2: inspired terrorists with IUD bombs, dangerous dangerous bombs, tried to
- 37:36Speaker 2: throw them into a crowd here. So first you had
- 37:41Speaker 2: Anna Navarro lying and saying it was an attack on
- 37:43Speaker 2: mayor Mom Donnie, that they were trying to get him. Well,
- 37:45Speaker 2: that's absolutely not true. She repeated it on CNN a
- 37:50Speaker 2: day later, and luckily there was somebody there who just
- 37:53Speaker 2: straightened her out and said it's not true, but she
- 37:55Speaker 2: kept arguing it was true. Then you had the CNN
- 37:59Speaker 2: online on Twitter account these were two well you saw
- 38:04Speaker 2: the two guys that got arrested, two crazy looking terrorist kids.
- 38:08Speaker 2: They came from Pennsylvania. Their ISIS inspired. They were shouting
- 38:12Speaker 2: ISIS slogans. They used a IUD, the type ISIS uses,
- 38:16Speaker 2: they used the chemicals ISIS uses. I mean, this was
- 38:20Speaker 2: as ISIS terrorist as you could get, these kids from
- 38:23Speaker 2: Pennsylvania about nineteen. The CNN Twitter account described it as
- 38:29Speaker 2: two teenagers came from Pennsylvania to visit New York on
- 38:32Speaker 2: a warm sunny day when suddenly they were arrested. I mean,
- 38:37Speaker 2: this was a total, complete fake news, complete, total distortion
- 38:43Speaker 2: of what happened. This is by CNN for their readers.
- 38:48Speaker 2: It got so much flak online that were so attacked
- 38:52Speaker 2: virally that CNN actually took down the whole thing and
- 38:55Speaker 2: then apologized, saying they removed that because it didn't follow
- 39:00Speaker 2: their editorial standards. But let's be honest, if it hadn't
- 39:04Speaker 2: been for the viral outrage, they would have left it there.
- 39:08Speaker 2: It's just awful. So if you're watching CNN, you're getting
- 39:11Speaker 2: the exact opposite of what happened, many many times. So
- 39:15Speaker 2: when you run into your left wing kookie friends and
- 39:18Speaker 2: you get into these arguments and you can't believe the things,
- 39:20Speaker 2: they think, this is why they're watching things like CNN
- 39:24Speaker 2: or MSNBC. And if you watch it, it looks like
- 39:27Speaker 2: you're watching some sort of news broadcast. The set looks
- 39:30Speaker 2: like a newscast. They got suits and ties and glasses.
- 39:33Speaker 2: They look like they are newspeople, and you think this
- 39:35Speaker 2: is what you're watching. So you could never convince them
- 39:38Speaker 2: in a million years that these aren't newspeople. This is
- 39:41Speaker 2: not a news show. You're getting total distortion, Trump derangement syndrome, nonsense.
- 39:46Speaker 2: You could never convince them of this. That's why I
- 39:49Speaker 2: keep telling you, don't even bother, don't even try to
- 39:51Speaker 2: argue with them. Just let them think whatever they want
- 39:54Speaker 2: to think. There's nothing you can do about it. Hey,
- 39:56Speaker 2: the Oscars there Sunday night. Conan O'Brien returns as the host.
- 40:03Speaker 2: He'll be the host for the next ten years. He's
- 40:05Speaker 2: very good at it. You know, in the good old days,
- 40:08Speaker 2: a million years ago, you had the biggest names in
- 40:11Speaker 2: the world, the biggest comedians on earth. It was Bob
- 40:14Speaker 2: Hope for many, many, many years. With the MC of
- 40:17Speaker 2: the Oscars was Johnny Carson for a number of years.
- 40:21Speaker 2: But there's no such thing anymore. You don't have people
- 40:23Speaker 2: like that anymore. There's no you know, you don't really
- 40:26Speaker 2: have big, big stars anymore. There's nobody who anybody would
- 40:30Speaker 2: know anymore. You know, in the good old days, if
- 40:32Speaker 2: you said Bob Hope, or if you said George Burns,
- 40:35Speaker 2: or if you said Dean Martin, everybody knew that they were.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Everybody knew them. Nowadays, you can take the biggest highest
- 40:42Speaker 2: paid movie star in the world. Half the country doesn't
- 40:45Speaker 2: know who the hell they are, or under a certain age,
- 40:47Speaker 2: they don't know who they are or the biggest music
- 40:52Speaker 2: star in the world. Half the people over a certain
- 40:55Speaker 2: age doesn't know who they are anymore. It's just so
- 40:57Speaker 2: there's no such thing as really big stars anymore. The
- 41:00Speaker 2: closest thing he can come to is Conan O'Brien. He's actually,
- 41:06Speaker 2: you know, he was always considered, you know, subpar, minor
- 41:10Speaker 2: league kind of a guy. But in today's world he's
- 41:13Speaker 2: like the old veteran, like the real veteran, old school
- 41:16Speaker 2: kind of show business guy. He was great last year.
- 41:19Speaker 2: He'll return this year. The Oscars where they were I
- 41:22Speaker 2: don't know why they were desperately trying to get Barbara
- 41:25Speaker 2: streisand to perform it this year's Oscars. It looks like
- 41:28Speaker 2: they've got her. She will be a presenter, although it
- 41:31Speaker 2: looks like I don't think she'll sing. They will not
- 41:35Speaker 2: confirm that she's gonna sing. But the reason they want
- 41:38Speaker 2: her there Robert Redford is one of the people we
- 41:41Speaker 2: lost last year, so they want a tribute to Robert Redford.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Streisand of course, will you know, associated with Redford, so
- 41:50Speaker 2: she'll be there for the tribute to Redford. They wanted
- 41:52Speaker 2: her to sing the way we were I don't think
- 41:54Speaker 2: she's going to do it, and I don't think again,
- 41:58Speaker 2: I don't think the Oscar people understand that about half
- 42:02Speaker 2: the people watching will not know who Barbara streisand is.
- 42:05Speaker 2: They will have absolutely no idea. It's just the way
- 42:09Speaker 2: the world is today. It's just different generations. Everybody under
- 42:17Speaker 2: thirty five. They won't know who Barbara Streuisan is. The
- 42:20Speaker 2: way we were, They've never heard the song. So who
- 42:23Speaker 2: is going to be there? Well, let me see, here's
- 42:27Speaker 2: the whole list here. You know, it's not the greatest
- 42:32Speaker 2: list in the world. Presenters this Sunday include Rose Byrne,
- 42:35Speaker 2: Nicole Kidman, Jimmy Kimmel. Jimmy Kimmel Okay, now he has
- 42:40Speaker 2: nothing to do with the movie business, but he hates Trump.
- 42:44Speaker 2: They wanted to make some Trump jokes. He'll be there.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Delroy Lindo again, Wagner Mora, Pedro Pascal. Half of America,
- 42:54Speaker 2: maybe sixty percent of America, has no idea who these
- 42:57Speaker 2: people are. Bill Pullman, Louis Pullman, Let's see who else,
- 43:04Speaker 2: Adrian Brody, Will Arnett. Okay, these are not the greatest
- 43:08Speaker 2: stars in the world. Chris Evans, Anne Hathaway, Chase Infinity,
- 43:15Speaker 2: Mikey Madison. Now a lot of you people listening who
- 43:17Speaker 2: I don't know who any of these people are. Zoe Saldana, Maya,
- 43:21Speaker 2: Rudolph Gwyneth Paltrow. She's in Marty Supreme. Very good in there.
- 43:26Speaker 2: But again, in the old days, you know, you go
- 43:29Speaker 2: watch the old Oscars from the fifties. The presenters were
- 43:31Speaker 2: Humphrey Bogart, Frank Sinatra, I mean, the biggest people in
- 43:35Speaker 2: the world. So it's going to be a strange oscar
- 43:38Speaker 2: show and it'll be this Sunday night, seven is seven
- 43:43Speaker 2: to eleven something like that. Who's gonna win?
- 43:47Speaker 5: What?
- 43:47Speaker 2: I don't know. I love Marty Supreme. I thought it
- 43:49Speaker 2: was a great movie. Although I talked to a lot
- 43:52Speaker 2: of people that saw it, they're not that excited about it.
- 43:55Speaker 2: But Timothy Shalomy is expected to win for his part
- 43:59Speaker 2: in the movie. So we'll see. But it's this Sunday night. Hey,
- 44:04Speaker 2: you know, there's a top judge in New York. He's
- 44:06Speaker 2: like the ruling judge of all the judges in New York.
- 44:09Speaker 2: So he's speaking at a conference and now he's got
- 44:12Speaker 2: everybody going nuts. State Republicans have filed a complaint against
- 44:16Speaker 2: this guy, he's Chief Judge Rowan Wilson, and he was
- 44:22Speaker 2: speaking at a conference and he talked about criminals, and
- 44:25Speaker 2: he said, you got to go easy when you sentence
- 44:28Speaker 2: the criminals. Go easy on them. They hurt somebody seriously,
- 44:33Speaker 2: maybe in the past, but they've come to be a
- 44:36Speaker 2: very different person, and we're spending a lot of money
- 44:39Speaker 2: to keep them in prison. That's stupid. He also said
- 44:43Speaker 2: it's very depressing when a judge refers to a defendant
- 44:47Speaker 2: as an animal who should be locked up. Well, you
- 44:49Speaker 2: know what, many of them are animals who should be
- 44:52Speaker 2: locked up. And this judge is getting all kinds of flack.
- 44:55Speaker 2: People are up in arms because he's the chief judge.
- 44:58Speaker 2: He's actually telling judges go easy on the criminals. Don't
- 45:01Speaker 2: sentence them to anything. Prison's not a great It's unbelievable
- 45:05Speaker 2: the chief judge in New York would say this. There
- 45:08Speaker 2: are they're filing complaints against them, saying he violated ethics
- 45:12Speaker 2: rules by making those comments. It was too political. Republican
- 45:17Speaker 2: law makercy crossed the lines of what judges are allowed
- 45:20Speaker 2: to say publicly. So we'll see what happens this guy.
- 45:23Speaker 2: This is also the reason you need Bruce Blakeman to
- 45:25Speaker 2: be governor. If you got people like this and Leticia
- 45:28Speaker 2: James and wacky Mamdanni is the mayor, you need a
- 45:31Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman as governor your only hope to keep things
- 45:35Speaker 2: sane here in New York. In fact, Bruce Blakeman yesterday
- 45:39Speaker 2: calling for a public apology of from mayor Mam Donnie's wife.
- 45:46Speaker 2: She's the one that this is just still hard to believe.
- 45:50Speaker 2: On Twitter, somebody is talking about October seventh, the horrible
- 45:54Speaker 2: Holocaust in Israel, how it's justified, it's the right thing
- 45:57Speaker 2: to do, it was necessary, you have to do that.
- 46:00Speaker 2: This is where people were killed, slaughtered butchered, babies were killed,
- 46:09Speaker 2: women were raped. So she clicks like on this a
- 46:12Speaker 2: couple of times posts like that. She clicked like she
- 46:15Speaker 2: likes that Blakeman calling for a public apology from her
- 46:19Speaker 2: and calling for Hokeel to do a probe of Mom
- 46:23Speaker 2: Donnie's wife for anti Semitic rhetoric. And it is anti
- 46:27Speaker 2: Semitic and horrible. So that's why you need Blakeman as governor. Hey,
- 46:31Speaker 2: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 46:34Speaker 2: to two one zero seven ten is the number eight
- 46:37Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten. E Liza Minelli
- 46:41Speaker 2: new book coming out, that's out. You can get it now.
- 46:44Speaker 2: It's her autobiography. But she goes after a lot of
- 46:47Speaker 2: people in there, Gene Hackman. That's about how rude, vicious,
- 46:52Speaker 2: nasty this Gene Hackman was Scorsese. She reveals they had
- 46:56Speaker 2: a torrid love affair during the making of New York,
- 47:00Speaker 2: New York the movie, and goes into real detail about
- 47:03Speaker 2: his drug use and it gets really ugly here. I
- 47:07Speaker 2: don't know what she was thinking, but we'll take some calls.
- 47:10Speaker 2: Next eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Get in and access to Mark by setting a pre
- 47:18Speaker 1: set in the iHeartRadio app for his live show and
- 47:21Speaker 1: his podcast. Now back to the Mark Simone Show on wr.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Hey, let's take the calls. Eight hundred three to two
- 47:29Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to
- 47:32Speaker 2: Chris in Manhattan. Chris, how you doing im?
- 47:34Speaker 3: Good?
- 47:34Speaker 11: Thanks? Mark, Good morning listen. I wasn't gonna call, but
- 47:37Speaker 11: you said something before. I was watching the movie American
- 47:40Speaker 11: Jigglo last night and there's a scene in there where
- 47:43Speaker 11: Lauren Hutton's husband is a politician and he's promising that
- 47:47Speaker 11: he's going to get us off of dependence on foreign oil.
- 47:51Speaker 11: And you just said that forty years ago. That movie
- 47:53Speaker 11: was from nineteen eighty. And another question, how come you
- 47:56Speaker 11: have such a great memory?
- 47:57Speaker 3: What did How do you do it?
- 48:00Speaker 2: Well? Actually, some people just have a photographic memory. I
- 48:03Speaker 2: always have. It's helped me a lot because I don't
- 48:05Speaker 2: like to help me in school because I don't like
- 48:08Speaker 2: to study. I don't like to read anything.
- 48:11Speaker 11: Anything anybody talks to you about, you know the answer correctly,
- 48:14Speaker 11: like they could mention a song, a movie, a politician.
- 48:16Speaker 11: You just remember everything, so it's not a trick. It's
- 48:19Speaker 11: not something like you you did, not a trick but
- 48:21Speaker 11: you never went.
- 48:22Speaker 2: To It's just some people are lucky. I got a
- 48:26Speaker 2: photographic memory. They remember every day, all right, thanks Mark.
- 48:28Speaker 2: I remember I was talking with Larry King once and
- 48:32Speaker 2: he said, that's because we don't like to prepare anything
- 48:34Speaker 2: when we go in the air. We like to just
- 48:35Speaker 2: be spontaneous. So you have to be able to remember everything.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Otherwise you'd need a lot of notes in front of you. Hey,
- 48:41Speaker 2: that thing about and our dependence on foreign oil, I
- 48:46Speaker 2: don't know if I could find it, but from a
- 48:47Speaker 2: couple of years ago, somebody put together a clip of
- 48:49Speaker 2: every presidential candidate for fifty years promising to end their
- 48:54Speaker 2: dependence on foreign oil. Republican Democrat, every candidate for fifty years.
- 48:59Speaker 2: First person to do it was Donald Trump. Let's go
- 49:02Speaker 2: to Linda and Long Island. Linda, how you doing, Hi.
- 49:06Speaker 12: Mark, I'm not doing my imitation today.
- 49:10Speaker 2: You mean the Marlago women? How are you those women?
- 49:14Speaker 12: Yes, I'll do it next time. I just want to help,
- 49:17Speaker 12: you know, just get to the point. Oh, get to
- 49:19Speaker 12: the point. Okay, okay, Now you mentioned Leatsu James. Now
- 49:25Speaker 12: I want to know how come she went up to Trump.
- 49:28Speaker 12: Everyone knows was a phony garbage. And then we heard
- 49:33Speaker 12: that she really they have evidence she really did it,
- 49:37Speaker 12: And what is it she's getting?
- 49:41Speaker 2: Well, so far you get these crazy left wing judges.
- 49:44Speaker 2: You had a crazy left wing judge in New York.
- 49:46Speaker 2: She presented this case against Trump, accusing him of a
- 49:49Speaker 2: crime that would actually be impossible to commit. And our
- 49:52Speaker 2: greatest legal scholar, Alan Dershowitz said he read the thing
- 49:55Speaker 2: a thousand times, still can't figure out what the crime
- 49:57Speaker 2: is in there. But you get a left wing judge.
- 50:01Speaker 2: Now everything Trump was convicted of everything will be overturned
- 50:06Speaker 2: on appeal, it'll go to a normal court. That's why
- 50:09Speaker 2: they're delaying the appeal. You remember he was convicted by
- 50:12Speaker 2: Alvin Bragg, convicted by Letitia James. Well, normally an appeal
- 50:16Speaker 2: would take place in a few months. It's been about
- 50:19Speaker 2: two years now, still no appeal. The Democrats control the
- 50:23Speaker 2: court process here in New York. They're deliberately holding up
- 50:26Speaker 2: the appeal because all the charges will immediately be tossed out,
- 50:29Speaker 2: so they're not letting the appeal move forward. Let's go
- 50:33Speaker 2: to Bob in Montvale. Bob, how you doing doing good? Mark,
- 50:37Speaker 2: Thanks for taking my call. You know, Steve Moore brought
- 50:39Speaker 2: up about Exxon even out of New Jersey, and it's
- 50:42Speaker 2: really it's their illegal entity. And the timing of their
- 50:47Speaker 2: announcement was just as Mickey Cheryl was announcing her announce me.
- 50:52Speaker 2: But you know, Exxon's claim is it's impossible to get
- 50:55Speaker 2: things done in New Jersey from a business perspective and illegal. Yeah,
- 51:00Speaker 2: it's a mess. You know, if you had a restaurant,
- 51:02Speaker 2: you know it's all your top customers are leaving and
- 51:04Speaker 2: never coming back, you'd say maybe I better change something here. Well,
- 51:07Speaker 2: if you're a state and you're a governor and your
- 51:08Speaker 2: top corporations are all pulling out and leaving, they're politicians,
- 51:13Speaker 2: it would never occur to them to say, well, let's
- 51:15Speaker 2: change something. Let's go to Jack and Putnam Valley. Jack,
- 51:18Speaker 2: how you doing? Good morning, mark Y's Jack.
- 51:24Speaker 8: I'm just Bruce Blackman and running for governor.
- 51:26Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman.
- 51:28Speaker 8: Yes, I hope he makes it. But I tried to volunteer.
- 51:32Speaker 8: I'm maybe three years old. I'd try to volunteer. All
- 51:36Speaker 8: they want is money. They send me letters, send me, well, you.
- 51:39Speaker 2: Know, they want volunteers. It's a little early for that
- 51:40Speaker 2: because the race isn't till November. But send them some
- 51:43Speaker 2: money they go to I think it's what is it
- 51:45Speaker 2: Blakeman from New York dot Com.
- 51:48Speaker 8: Yes, but it's not too early for me to put
- 51:50Speaker 8: bumper stickers.
- 51:51Speaker 2: On my yeah bumper anymore.
- 51:55Speaker 8: But get his name out there.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Well, he's a pretty well known guy. But you can
- 52:00Speaker 2: already put bumper stickers. You don't have to go through
- 52:02Speaker 2: the campaign. You're allowed to put your own bumper stickers on.
- 52:06Speaker 8: Well, the head of the head of the Republican thing
- 52:08Speaker 8: in Putnam Valley doesn't even know his name.
- 52:11Speaker 2: You know it's Puttingham Valley. We're talking about normal places.
- 52:13Speaker 2: We're talking about the civilized world. Okay, it's very beautiful there.
- 52:17Speaker 2: Thanks for calling. Yeah, if you want to help, Bruce Blakeman,
- 52:20Speaker 2: you want to help, donate volunteer by Blakeman from New
- 52:23Speaker 2: York dot Com. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent,
- 52:26Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 52:27Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay. Mark. My girlfriend and
- 52:30Speaker 3: I last night are watching an Italian quiz show and
- 52:34Speaker 3: there's a multiple choice question and the question was, besides
- 52:40Speaker 3: New York, which has the highest rental market, meaning course
- 52:46Speaker 3: the rented apartment, and it was Los Angeles, Colorado, Boston
- 52:51Speaker 3: and another another city, Which city would you believe second
- 52:55Speaker 3: to New York has the highest rental market? I mean
- 52:58Speaker 3: I'm talking Miami, Boston. Oh, okay, Boston, figures, blue cities,
- 53:05Speaker 3: blue states. Mark, these judges, what's gonna take for these
- 53:09Speaker 3: judges to get some sense into their head? One night
- 53:14Speaker 3: as they're coming home and they don't have their guards
- 53:17Speaker 3: with them, somebody has to stick a gun.
- 53:19Speaker 2: No, no, no, Vincent, we don't want to hear that. We
- 53:21Speaker 2: can't do you can't do that.
- 53:23Speaker 3: I don't.
- 53:24Speaker 2: We don't convince it. We don't want to hear that.
- 53:25Speaker 2: But I understand you.
- 53:28Speaker 3: That's what's gonna do.
- 53:29Speaker 2: I understand the strong feelings, but the vincent Thanks for calling.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Hey when we come back. The great comedian and talk
- 53:35Speaker 2: show host Jimmy Fayla. He's on w R every night
- 53:38Speaker 2: at nine, Fox News Saturday nights at ten with a
- 53:41Speaker 2: great late night show. We'll talk to him next on
- 53:44Speaker 2: seven to ten WR.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Inside from the inside. This is seven t w RS
- 53:52Speaker 1: mar COmON show.
- 53:54Speaker 2: Well, the Great Jimmy Fayla. He's got a wonderful show
- 53:57Speaker 2: every night here on w o R nine to midnight.
- 54:00Speaker 2: Great show, very funny nine to midnight every night. And
- 54:04Speaker 2: he does the best late night talk show on television
- 54:06Speaker 2: Saturday nights at ten o'clock on the Fox News channels
- 54:10Speaker 2: on a President Trump's favorite shows. He's said so many times,
- 54:14Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayla, how you doing?
- 54:16Speaker 9: You know what? I'm pretty good man.
- 54:18Speaker 13: I am starving myself into TV shape because I just
- 54:22Speaker 13: got the word mark that I'm gonna be hosting from
- 54:24Speaker 13: the White House Correspondence Dinner down in DC.
- 54:27Speaker 2: Oh.
- 54:27Speaker 9: And I don't know.
- 54:29Speaker 13: If you know this, but I'm the only TV host
- 54:31Speaker 13: who's not on Ozebic.
- 54:33Speaker 9: It is just me.
- 54:34Speaker 13: And that's why all of these cable news people are
- 54:37Speaker 13: so angry all the time.
- 54:38Speaker 10: They're starving. I figured it out. That's why they're mad.
- 54:42Speaker 9: They're just they're all hungry.
- 54:43Speaker 13: That's why I'm always in a good mood.
- 54:44Speaker 3: I'm clearly eating.
- 54:46Speaker 10: But I guess I got to get my life together.
- 54:48Speaker 13: They just told me a little while ago, so I
- 54:50Speaker 13: got a couple of weeks to pull it together.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Yeah. Have you seen Oprah lately? She's like a toothpick?
- 54:54Speaker 2: Now's I saw that?
- 54:57Speaker 5: Like the Oprah.
- 54:58Speaker 9: What I don't get is because she said she he's
- 55:00Speaker 9: one of those drugs. But if you have Oprah money, you.
- 55:02Speaker 13: Could literally pay somebody to make it fun and karate.
- 55:05Speaker 9: Kick the food out of your hands. You know, I
- 55:09Speaker 9: was Oprah' hire one of those MMA guys.
- 55:11Speaker 10: To come tackle me when.
- 55:12Speaker 9: I went for the pizza.
- 55:13Speaker 13: At least make it interesting, you know, you just get
- 55:15Speaker 13: the shot like the rest of us boring.
- 55:18Speaker 2: Hey, the White House correspondence doing it first time in
- 55:21Speaker 2: a long time. The President will be there. President Trump
- 55:23Speaker 2: will be there and he loves you.
- 55:25Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, that's good news.
- 55:27Speaker 13: I'm hoping to interview him before the show, although we
- 55:31Speaker 13: may see him on the red carpet during it.
- 55:33Speaker 9: They're working out all of those logistics. Now.
- 55:36Speaker 13: You know the problem is if I go to the
- 55:37Speaker 13: White House, I have to pass a background check, which
- 55:41Speaker 13: is you know, so Mark, the last thing they need
- 55:43Speaker 13: me to do it is getting purp walked out of
- 55:45Speaker 13: the White House.
- 55:46Speaker 10: With a camera crew because some guy.
- 55:49Speaker 13: I cut off in my taxi twelve years ago and
- 55:51Speaker 13: never paid the fee or something crazy. But he's gonna
- 55:55Speaker 13: be there, and it's going to be a high acane
- 55:57Speaker 13: night because he did not go at any point during
- 55:59Speaker 13: his first term.
- 56:01Speaker 9: He skipped last year. But he's showing up.
- 56:03Speaker 13: He's going to do a routine and I'll have three
- 56:06Speaker 13: hours on the red carpet with a somebody else who
- 56:09Speaker 13: shows up, and it's pretty wild. I did this two
- 56:12Speaker 13: years ago, and you'd be surprised who winds up on
- 56:16Speaker 13: your show, even as a Fox show, Like two years ago,
- 56:19Speaker 13: I had Lesser Holt on, I had you know, Outroke around.
- 56:23Speaker 10: I even had Savannah Guffree on obviously.
- 56:25Speaker 13: In a better time for her. I had the cast
- 56:27Speaker 13: of The Daily Show on. Because everybody kind of is
- 56:31Speaker 13: forced to coexist for one night. It's kind of like
- 56:33Speaker 13: a wedding where the bride's parents got divorced. But it works.
- 56:38Speaker 13: You know, there's an open bar, so it all comes
- 56:40Speaker 13: together in the end.
- 56:41Speaker 9: So yeah, I'm hyped up for this.
- 56:43Speaker 2: When is it?
- 56:45Speaker 13: It's Saturday night, April twenty seven. Oh okay, so it's
- 56:47Speaker 13: like a month away, that's what I mean. So I've
- 56:50Speaker 13: got one month. They basically like, whenever you get a
- 56:53Speaker 13: big assignment like this at Fox, you know it's coming
- 56:56Speaker 13: because the wardrobe team shows up to empty out your fridge.
- 57:00Speaker 10: I'll tell you no, it doesn't even.
- 57:01Speaker 9: Start with clothing.
- 57:03Speaker 2: You don't have to lose what Hey, You and President
- 57:05Speaker 2: Trump love pretty much the same size, aren't you, I guess.
- 57:09Speaker 10: But he's the president. Like, I don't know it works.
- 57:13Speaker 13: I mean, the truth is, I'm not you know.
- 57:15Speaker 10: I talk about about myself like I'm.
- 57:16Speaker 13: Seven hundred pounds, But the truth is, I'm like a
- 57:19Speaker 13: two hundred and forty pound guy who's trapped in a
- 57:22Speaker 13: seven hundred pound guy's body because I come from one
- 57:25Speaker 13: of those big Italian My family's half Italian, half Sicilian
- 57:28Speaker 13: excuse me, half Polish, and they just never stop feeding
- 57:32Speaker 13: you like ever, it's like a hazing ritual.
- 57:35Speaker 9: It's not even dinner.
- 57:36Speaker 13: And so that being my background, my default is to
- 57:40Speaker 13: talk to you about food at all times.
- 57:41Speaker 2: How many times you've seen a big star who's fat.
- 57:44Speaker 2: They lose all their weight and they don't look as
- 57:46Speaker 2: good and they're not as funny, and they're not as whatever.
- 57:48Speaker 2: It happens all the time, even Oprah doesn't look so good.
- 57:51Speaker 10: Thing No, because what happens.
- 57:53Speaker 13: Is you really do lose the energy in your faith
- 57:57Speaker 13: a lot. We all know somebody who's lost too much. Wait,
- 58:00Speaker 13: you know, Al Roker and Al Sharpton have a similar issue.
- 58:03Speaker 13: They don't look well. They're healthier, but they don't look
- 58:05Speaker 13: healthier you know what I'm saying, because you kind of
- 58:08Speaker 13: lose a little of the soul in your face. That
- 58:10Speaker 13: I mean, I'm not, I'm dead serious. That's why I
- 58:12Speaker 13: would never do it.
- 58:14Speaker 10: You know, because you know, your job as a comedian, if.
- 58:17Speaker 13: You think back to Rodney Dangerfield, is to show up
- 58:20Speaker 13: and be goofy.
- 58:21Speaker 9: Yeah, it's not.
- 58:21Speaker 13: The nobody wants to look at a comedian with abs. Okay,
- 58:26Speaker 13: we're supposed to make you.
- 58:27Speaker 9: Feel better about yourself.
- 58:29Speaker 13: Well, you buy the two drinks and eats a potato skin.
- 58:32Speaker 2: You know, hey, Jimmy Fayler, today is the sixth anniversary
- 58:38Speaker 2: of the day we locked down the whole country and
- 58:41Speaker 2: the pandemic lockdown began.
- 58:44Speaker 9: Wow, well that's crazy, and you think about that?
- 58:49Speaker 2: What did you do? I?
- 58:51Speaker 13: Yeah, so my this is funny story. My radio show
- 58:53Speaker 13: Fox Across America launched five days earlier. We launched on
- 58:58Speaker 13: March ninth, twenty twenty. I missed the show was Fox
- 59:01Speaker 13: across America. JA, he's a comedian, he's in all these markets.
- 59:03Speaker 13: We're going to send him on the road. And five
- 59:05Speaker 13: days in the show became Fox across Zoom and Uh.
- 59:10Speaker 8: I spent the.
- 59:11Speaker 13: Next six months doing radio on Zoom like I was
- 59:14Speaker 13: in Ayatola, in hiding. And all I can say to people,
- 59:19Speaker 13: because everybody got you know, some people gained way, some people.
- 59:22Speaker 9: You know, grew their hair too long.
- 59:24Speaker 10: You know, all I can.
- 59:25Speaker 13: Say is, you know your drinking was bad if you
- 59:28Speaker 13: got kicked out of a Zoom cocktail party.
- 59:31Speaker 9: Which sorry, we got to mute you.
- 59:34Speaker 5: That was me.
- 59:36Speaker 2: He speaking of that Ayatola. He's now threatening a marriage,
- 59:38Speaker 2: just issued another statement where he's going to go after us.
- 59:41Speaker 2: So should we be worried about this new Ayatola.
- 59:44Speaker 13: Yeah, I get to it's fun though, because you've never
- 59:46Speaker 13: been threatened by a piece of cardboard before. You know, which,
- 59:50Speaker 13: this guy ain't alive. Somebody wrote that statement for him.
- 59:54Speaker 13: If he is alive, he's barely alive. And the idea
- 59:58Speaker 13: that they're talking tough, and some of the liberal networks are.
- 1:00:00Speaker 9: Trying to make the case that a RAN's doing well.
- 1:00:03Speaker 13: I'm like, guys, they just inaugurated their last leader at Staples. Okay,
- 1:00:08Speaker 13: it was a printout.
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: Of a photo.
- 1:00:11Speaker 13: That's not an inauguration, that's not a country intact. So
- 1:00:15Speaker 13: hopefully they stay the course because, you know, as good
- 1:00:18Speaker 13: as it was to maybe get rid of the nukes
- 1:00:20Speaker 13: and the ballistic missiles, the endgame is, you know, you
- 1:00:23Speaker 13: do need a friendlier regime there. If it just winds
- 1:00:25Speaker 13: up being his family or their family, then we're going
- 1:00:28Speaker 13: to wind up back here in a few years. So
- 1:00:30Speaker 13: I'm hoping they just cleaned the thing out completely.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: Yeah, when you get a statement from him, it's like
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: getting one from Joe Biden. It's an auto pen job.
- 1:00:36Speaker 10: You don't know who wrote it.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: So, hey, Jimmy Fayla, these Democrats. Where did they get
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: the nerve to complain about gas prices? All they do
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: is drive up gas prices.
- 1:00:48Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean never it was five oh one under Biden.
- 1:00:52Speaker 10: I mean on Long Island where I grew up in Levittown,
- 1:00:55Speaker 10: you know, I.
- 1:00:55Speaker 9: Mean, you know what it was in the city.
- 1:00:56Speaker 13: My cab drivers that gas up at the BP, which
- 1:00:59Speaker 13: might have been Michelle over on Tenth Avenue.
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: You're paying like six twenty five on.
- 1:01:04Speaker 9: The West side of Manhattan under Biden.
- 1:01:06Speaker 13: So we're three dollars below that. So it's again, when
- 1:01:10Speaker 13: Democrats tell you the gas prices are too high, it's
- 1:01:13Speaker 13: like Bill Cosby telling you the drinks are too strong.
- 1:01:16Speaker 9: It's like, I don't know.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: So, Hey, Jimmy Fail is on WR every night nine
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: to midnight. It's a great show. It's really funny, interesting.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: You should listen to him nine to midnight every weeknight.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: Who do you have on tonight?
- 1:01:30Speaker 13: Ooh, Kennedy's back, So we got to get the dumb
- 1:01:33Speaker 13: button ready. She'll be back to talk MTV and we're
- 1:01:38Speaker 13: getting it funny. We have a special gas coming from
- 1:01:40Speaker 13: the White House. But this is one of those weeks
- 1:01:41Speaker 13: where they don't tell me who. Sometimes they do that.
- 1:01:43Speaker 13: I think I mentioned these once before. We'll get an
- 1:01:45Speaker 13: email to like, hey, we have a gas for you
- 1:01:47Speaker 13: tonight in the second hour of the show and be like, all.
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: Right, great, I'll start working on it.
- 1:01:50Speaker 9: Who's coming on? And they don't tell you.
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: I'm not kidding.
- 1:01:53Speaker 10: It's the funniest thing in the world. The last time
- 1:01:54Speaker 10: Tom Holman was.
- 1:01:55Speaker 13: On, I didn't know he was on un till I
- 1:01:57Speaker 13: got to knock on my studio door and he was
- 1:01:59Speaker 13: there in student with.
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: Secret service like you got.
- 1:02:02Speaker 13: I'm like, yo, homen you gotta give me time to
- 1:02:04Speaker 13: hide my drugs.
- 1:02:04Speaker 9: Man, you can't show up like this.
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: So well, surprise guest tonight and don't miss it nine
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: to midnight every weeknight on WR And if you haven't

- 1:02:38Speaker 2: radio show in America. Jimmy fayla As we just said
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: nine o'clock every night, and you know, Curtis Sliwa is back.

- 1:02:50Speaker 13: Foxlon on do WR.
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: Well, Hey, it'll be another intense day of bombing in Iran. Now,
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: remember we took out the nuclear sites many many months ago,
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: but is believe that they had other mountains where underneath
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: those mountains that were storing more nuclear material for future
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: nuclear plants. So we've been taking out those mountains and
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: then yeah, taken out mountains. This is with these massive
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: bunker buster bombs. The B fifty two's dropping the most incredibly,
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: like seventy thousand ton bombs on these So they're releasing
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: pictures of these mountains that have been just removed, looking
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: for stuff down there. The crazy new Iyahtola, son of
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: the old Iatola, looks like the reports coming out. He
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: was so wounded in the attack, his leg has been amputated.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: He's in a coma, issuing crazy statements. But we'll see
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: what comes to that. Anyway, Well, I'll be back tomorrow
