• 2:07
Speaker 1: Welcome to day five of the Rainbows and Cleanse journey that I'm on.
• 2:14
Speaker 1: So I actually feel fine and amazing.
• 2:18
Speaker 1: It's so weird that I haven't eaten since Friday and today is Wednesday.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: The benefits of that is I haven't had to do cooking and cleaning and organizing of food and stuff and thinking about what to eat, so that's been a huge relief.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: I have cooked for my partner, though my daughter.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: This morning I woke up feeling a bit more heavy and harder to move, so I didn't go for a walk.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: However, I've been quite productive in my business and doing lots of calls and stuff for people like I've been working.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: I've got a 30 minute time on my desk, so I've been working in 30 minute blocks and then allowing myself to have a break in between, where I'll just go and have a lie down and listen to a guided meditation, just to really drop in and rest.
• 3:15
Speaker 1: Today's very similar to yes, it's the same as yesterday so taking the mix of tablets and the sachet and drinking the drink.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: I didn't drink the drink until about 9am and I think that contributed to why I was feeling so tired.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: So what you actually do is put 90 mils into a bottle of water warm water so I've been putting it in my drink bottle.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: I'm hoping it doesn't taste like it afterwards and you're meant to sip that throughout the day, and so when I had that, it just felt like everything calmed down, the hunger went and I just felt more nourished and had energy from it.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: So that really helped me get through.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: And I did chat to one of my clients and she just reminded me that doing something like this is preparing yourself for the next stage, the next level of what you're moving into.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: So for me, it's really about just letting go of the old baggage and the old shit and build up inside of my body to give me that clarity and the space to invite in new energy in the new chapter and it's December, so the new year as well.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: So rather than doing the cleanse in 2025, in January, when a lot of people usually do, I'm doing it before.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: Then It'll be interesting if I feel like drinking alcohol or what I feel like eating after this as well.
• 4:46
Speaker 1: My friend mentioned it's really important to start eating lightly and raw fruits and vegetables and then add in nuts and seeds and then add in meat a few days later.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: So so that's pretty much my update.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: There's nothing huge to report.
• 5:04
Speaker 1: I'm really amazed how good I've been feeling and clear I feel, lighter.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: Actually, yesterday I didn't have a purge or a release or anything.
• 5:16
Speaker 1: So I was like, okay, everything must be all clear and prepared for the liver detox which is tomorrow.
• 5:22
Speaker 1: But then today there was definitely movement and I was like, whoa, where did that come from?
• 5:31
Speaker 1: It was probably about 60 centimetres.
• 5:35
Speaker 1: You'll have to look at the photos on the Zen Cleanse website so you can see what I mean by these lengths, because it comes together, all stuck, and it's what's been in your intestines, building up and softening the mucoid plaque, and then it all comes out with it.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: So I'm pretty sure there should be absolutely nothing left inside of me now and that makes space for, with the liver cleanse, to purge out all.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: Apparently quite a thick sludge comes out from your liver along with gallstones, so there should be space and all clear, ready for that.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: So that's it for now, and I'll give you tomorrow's update.
• 6:17
