Montreal: Festival Peaks, Winter Trade-Offs — Worth It?

On the Greater Montreal hotel association's own monthly survey it doesn't: the average nightly rate falls from CA$273 in August to CA$221 in February, just 19%. What collapses is occupancy — 86% to 58%.
