Labour announces new $20 transport cost cap policy
Labour has announced a $20 a week cap on bus and train fares in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and just $10 a week outside those metro centres. Labour's transport spokesman Tangi Utikere spoke to Guyon Espiner.
