- 0:00SPEAKER_01: I have to I gotta read 3386's uh text.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: He can't What what the hell was that?
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: Uh anyway, 3386 uh literally goes uh let's see over under uh 50 for the times that you guys say weenie today.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, we're gonna say weenie as often as possible.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: We're gonna go way over.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: And do you know that I spelled it wrong originally when we were doing the artwork for this?
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Spell w oh you now you know how to spell it because you looked at 3386.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: But I spelled Weenie like W-I-E-N-I-E or something.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: Isn't it double wait W with W-E-E-N-I-E?
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: So when our when I was working with our creative department, they're like, isn't it W-E-E-N-I-E?
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Like, I love that we're having a conversation about Weenie.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: How do you spell it?
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: And definitely not W-E-A-N-I-E, because that's like weaning off of something.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, that's different.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Wait a minute.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Now I gotta look at this because hang on.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: How was the way you spelled it originally?
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: Jeez.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: Originally.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: Good thing I'm showing off my second uh occupation today, cooking hot dogs.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: W-I-E-N-I-E is what I did at first.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: Oscar Meyer Weenie 500.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: That is one way to spell it.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: But that's Oscar Meyer's way of doing it.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Weenie, the dog is W-E-E-N-I-E.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: Oh, you're right.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Look at that.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Oh, well, that's funny because when I was talking to the R department, they're they're like, I think you're wrong.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, spell and then and once they said W-E-E-N-I-E, then I I I thought, oh yeah, Tyler's right.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: It is that that's it.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: W-A-E.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: But like you said.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, now here's the interesting part.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Well, how does it be?
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: Oh, by the way by the way, the Weenie 500 traditionally runs on the Friday directly before the ND500.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Cool.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Which is why our Wieny Wednesday is coming right before the Salem six hours at the Glen.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: It's always like hot dogs and racing go hand in hand.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: So here's the other thing.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: I was just pulling up for how does salins spell Wiener.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: Because how do they spell Weenie?
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: Well, see, they don't.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: They spell it Wiener W-I-E-N-E-R.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Which is why I that's why I thought it was W-I-E-N-I-E.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: Either way, it's all meant for fun and for just being silly for a couple hours while people get to get, you know, a good hot dog and a cheap lunch.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: So that that works out.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: But how great is this though?
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Tickets for the Wieny 500 do not require an admission fee.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: But today,$5 for Children's Miracle Network.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: By the way, back to your onions for one second here.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, well, wait.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: If you're just coming in, because the Weenie Wednesday starts at 11 today in our back parking lot, the it comes with a hot dog, of course, condiments.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Two hot dogs.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Two hot dogs, right?
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Chips and thank you to Coke for providing a free drink.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: But you know, you got the now, I got two kinds of mustards.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, because it's me.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: I just have to always go extra.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Yellow mustard, then hot and spicy mustard.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: You're welcome.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: So you got the big thing of just regular yellow mustard.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Uh so 3557, because we had Allie's like, come on, I'll chop up some onions if you want them on your hot truck.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Which then has brought the uh the scrutiny of that's pretty strictly strictly regulated.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, I'm not in the business of giving somebody the uh you know botulism as they're starting out their lunchtime.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing if you want to take your life into your own hands, give me a wink and I'll I'll get the I'll get it.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: No, wave with both hands because a wink might be hard to see because they're in their car.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: Just be like, Oh yes.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: And then then I'll just take out this.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: And of course, it's always gonna be a plastic spoon.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: Of course.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: A plastic spoon.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: I'll just have like a little cup in my pocket, and then I'll just put the plastic spoon in there and just Oh my god, the sound.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: I don't know what the sound of onions falling on a hot dog would sound like.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: 3557 said, serve uh serve yourself onions, plop containers in the uh thing of ice, uh, you'll be good to go.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: And here's their theory behind it.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: They they go, uh uh they they just said, turn your back.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: They said, Good God, people buy stuff at yard sales.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: This is exactly right.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: I I don't endorse this or condone it.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: As you should not.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: No, thank you.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: So just so just give me a uh give me some sort of sign.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: I told you the double wave in the car.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: Double it.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: You know, just actually get your hands, both hands going.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: That's how you do it.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Also, Snoopy D, who is the Uber driver of the show.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Although she's never driven either one of us.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: No, no, I know.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: We call her the official Uber driver, and she's never taken us anywhere.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: Although, Snoopy, if you come by for the hot dogs, you might be making a delivery over to the uh folks at uh Ortho for Guthrie.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's a great idea.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: So we've just employed our own delivery service for this.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: Wow, how it grows.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: I am spending my birthday morning with you guys today.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: I hope you have a wonderful day.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Which means you get the Scott and Alley birthday song.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Are you ready?
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: A one, a two, a one, two, three.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: This is your birthday song with Maryland.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: No onions.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say with onions.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: With onions.
