- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now here's your host, out!
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: a month.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: As always, this show is brought to you by 305-800-pain, just like the Dolphins kick off the season.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: You need to be ready too.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_00]: After an accident, your first move should be calling 305-800-pain.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: Better bits is be a real credited with an A plus rating, your car accident, personal injury specialist, fast connections with trusted doctors and attorneys.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_00]: Always ready to take your call 24-7.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_00]: Again, 3-0-5-800-Pane, 3-0-5-800-Pane, and that is the dolphin season.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_00]: PANG!
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: I did my film study.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't posted much stuff to discover.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: You can see Simon and Chris have posted a lot of stuff this week as far as film studies stuff.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't posted enough because there's a game on Thursday.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: There really isn't too much time to have shot a lot of this stuff.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_00]: But I can give you, I guess, what you can call the front page on a lot of these players.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: so i think that that's worthwhile uh i think it's worthwhile to just go over some of these guys and how they played in this game and look i think it's important to make lists who can be who's a solution who are problems who are long-term solutions who are shirt shirt term solutions i think that that's important because the season is only two games old and even
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: This season is far from over.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: There's plenty of games to bring you back to respectability and have a shot at that last month of the season to get yourself into that little in the hunt graphic, right?
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it's important to just look at where these guys are.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: going forward.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: Who is a short-term solution and who is not?
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: As far as a long-term solution, I think it's just the obvious ones and y'all know who these guys are.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's Devane Hans, General Wattles, Patrick Pauls, Aeron Bruir.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: you know like you know who these guys are and on defense it's top robins and it's the defensive tackles they drafted.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not so sure on Mink of Fitzpatrick.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: Jason Marshall I think has a look.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: I think he can be a player for them going forward.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: But you got to see what is the short term solutions?
- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: We're only two games.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_00]: And then by the way, let me just say this.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I understand people by their tickets if you buy your ticket and you have your parking pass and God knows you're paying a ton of money for the parking pass even even the parking pass alone is a ton of money.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: you're allowed to do whatever the hell you want.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: But starting the game off in a Boeing disposition and having planes fly over the stadium, asking the fire, the GM and fire, the head coach, one game into the fucking season, you people need your fucking head, heads examined, all right?
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: And you embarrass us around the fucking league.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: I've made myself, you know, kind of clear.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_00]: The whole goddamn fucking broadcast on Sunday, the entire first half was about you clowns, none of you that are in this audience.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: Spending the entire first half Boeing and paying thousands of dollars to have a plane fly over the facility and the stadium.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus Christ has been one fucking game.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: We all know the team is a fucking problem.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: We know that.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: But that is embarrassing, and guess what?
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: For Thursday, they're doing segments on it now.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: So congratulations, okay?
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: Congratulations, guys.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: You got what you, a lot of you wanted, all right?
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: Meanwhile, yeah, all these guys probably gonna get fired.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if it keeps going this way, they're all gonna get fired.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: So congratulations.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: But you managed to make an entire season past one game about these clowns that are gonna get fired.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: in your estimation, right?
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: That was embarrassing.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: And then of course the stadiums going absolutely bonkers in the fourth quarter when they have a lead, right?
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: Fans, I was never cease to embarrass us anymore.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: Embarrassing, it really is.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: Now let's go over some of these guys,
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: He's part of the long-term solution, and I thought he played well in that game, and that deep ball at the end of the game, that 2 over threw him on, I thought he had a beat on it, he got the right line, he was going to stack his corner, I think 2 has to deliver a ball there man, just put it on him in that corner, and we got action, we win the game, or at least
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: But still, it would have been nice, right?
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: That would have been a touch, not like 50 seconds left, like, drink me, look, say what you want about drink me, he look fabulous to start that game.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: He looked like dog shit past the first half.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: So, is drink me going to get them into position to kick the field goal to win it?
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's like 50, 50 at that point.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_00]: But let's go through a few of these other guys, okay?
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: we're going to take him one by one and then we're going to go to the second half of the show and just take your questions.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_00]: Tyrik Hill, he is what he is.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: He'll be here for this season.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: He's a really, really good player.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: It just sucks.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: He has no value.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like teams don't want to trade anything for.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's just the fact.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: Malik Washington, he should be here long-term that guy is a player, he's just this, Patrick Paul, I like him every time I see him, I don't think this was particularly a great game from him against the Patriots, but he saw it, and I feel good about him going forward, you know how I feel about A.M.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_00]: Brewer, I think he's one of the best centers in football.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: We can't talk about the right side of the offensive line because they're all injured again, but it's kind of like what we expected.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: Key on Smith and Larry Borham, we expected them to hold up until they didn't, and that's what they looked like.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they were fine until they weren't, and that's what back up offensive linemen are going to be, they're going to be okay until they become a problem, and that's what Larry Borham and Kiyon Smith were in that game.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: Joanna Savina was absolutely god awful in this game, and he's having all the all the growing pains of a rookie, which is not what they expected.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: They expected to have a starter on day one.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: They're not getting that so far.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: Darren Waller, why even bother?
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: I know for a fact he wants to play.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: I know for a fact that some around him think that he should have played already, but he hasn't, and we're not so sure he's going to play on Thursday, 2 a.m., it was much better in this game.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: I had a couple of bad plays, a couple of bad misses, but that's like this become the norm.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: The guy throws five total in
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: But we're going to hold against them all the incompletions.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_00]: Because he has to be damn near perfect for this team to have any kind of chance.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_00]: Devon Hamp, absolute stud, an absolute star, and he's just got to get them the ball.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: You get them the ball, and he's going to make good things happen.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: Alec and Gold, same thing, he had to actually actually a pretty damn good game.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: He got to keep him involved in the running game, and Ali Gordon needs more touches.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: His one run in the game went eight yards and he broke four tackles.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: Ali Gordon needs more touches on defense all the defensive tackles man.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's been a slow it's been a slow start for them But Jordan Phillips was actually pretty good in this game.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: You got to watch him He wasn't displaced on a lot of these inside runs a lot of these inside runs were like split zone concepts and They kind of used Miami's movement up front, which they were using to take advantage of New England's offensive line.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: They were using that against them and using it to gain some leverage on some of these runs
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: So Sloan steady I guess wins the race.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: These are rookie defensive tackles, man If you're expecting them to just set the house on fire from day one, you know That's not how things work Zack Sealer has been absolutely awful and understand how people are saying
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: Now but you know you got a dig into it not dig into nothing he's been bad period Jalen Phillips three free rushes out on the quarterback didn't get a sack on it He'll come around I trust him to come around Jordan Brooks is really really good in this game
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: Tyrell Dodson got off in this game with a gay play three plays one of them did go for 21 yards he had nothing to do with it okay on a on a reminder Stevenson 28 yard 21 yard run what a gay had absolutely nothing to do with it his other two plays he made plays big plays on both of them one for a tackle for loss on on the smoke screen
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: So, he needs to play more.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: Period.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: Matthew Judon was good in this game once again, and Bradley Chub got another sack.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: You can always kind of Bradley Chub to be a plus past rusher, like he's still a good past rusher.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're going to get to the fun stuff.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: If I team by the fun, we've got injured.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: He's been got awful.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: and I think that the team will be better for it if he's just out for this coming game.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: He was just bad.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: Dante Trader, he's a rookie and you could see it in him.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: Ascent Davis didn't get really tested, so he was playing in a game against the team that was really not going to test his skill set, so Ascent Davis was not going to look good in that type of game.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: Make a Fitzpatrick, very uneven game, did not make any impact plays whatsoever.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: Of the cornerbacks, Jack Jones, I thought, when he got beat on that go route, on that fade route.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: Not even a fade, it was like a go, it was pretty much a straight go, he had an opportunity.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: to make a play on the ball and he was just trailing and at the last second he just realized like, whoa, I'm in a bad spot here.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: He tried to swim over to try to make a play on the pass, but just couldn't.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: When all he needed to do was just stick on his line and he maybe makes a play on the ball.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_00]: So very uneven, all right.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_00]: Ethan Bonner coming back will be a huge boost to this team and now I'm going to talk about the one guy and I don't believe I don't even know the guy had in this this group here Russell Douglas was actually really really good in this game
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: he just what he really was and look Chris Kaufman said it best and he said it on the podcast system he said it today he suits you know the scheme suits him so natural he's going to look better than the rest of him I thought he was really good in this game and he's going to bring a level of physicality that is going to help the team so
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he's he's an obvious short-term solution for this team.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: Jason Marshall.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: I thought he was also good in this game.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: He got called for a God-awful holding penalty that really shouldn't have been a holding penalty.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the special teams I've said my piece on that kickoff return, they just somehow forgot.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: to run their pursuit lanes, which is like that's maddening when things like that happen.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: All right, we're going to go to break.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: But before we do, let me tell you about price picks, price picks.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: Use a promo code 5 fi ve and you get $50 bonus with a $5 play.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_00]: Now, what do they have going on price picks?
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: I have it open right now, right?
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to look at this.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I look at it live.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: Look, they have the free square Patrick Mahomes over 0.5 passing yards.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, you're going to use this to build all of your your your place.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: But there's a couple of interesting ones.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_00]: Look, on Thursday, James Cook, 66 and a half rushing yards.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: Man, I think that's right on the number.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: Because Miami has a street going.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's going on almost three years of not allowing a 100 yard rusher.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: So you're not giving yourself a lot of leeway here.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_00]: But the one I kind of like is Josh Allen.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's his demon play on price picks is one and a half passing touchdowns.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_00]: He usually throws at least two against Miami.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: So do with that.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: What you will.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: So price picks use the promo code five fi ve and you get $50.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: $45 play and now for the rest of our sponsors.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, and we are back.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, let me get to these questions.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody mentioned that they like the holding music.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the holding music's pretty cool on discord.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: After this game, are they dropping the hammer on McGenius?
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: I doubt it.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: If they lose 5000 and nothing, I don't think that they're going to fire on.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_00]: You know, this franchise tends to do weird shit from time to time anyway, so who knows, okay?
- 13:56[SPEAKER_00]: But we don't know, and I don't think so.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: I think he gets the season and then they'll assess.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: Next question, what in the hell has happened to Tua?
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: Alf, this guy looks worse than he did in his rookie year.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: I don't agree with that.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't think that he looked bad in his rookie year.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: He just didn't look good.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: He just, he looked like slightly above average in his rookie year.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: I think injuries have taken a toll.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not, listen, it's not only the brain injuries of which he's had plenty.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: He's had quite a few.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it's the 4 confirmed ones, all right?
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: There's a few more in there.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: Remember this guy was a dual threat quarterback coming out of high school.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: So...
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe those concussions, you know, are up there in the six, seven, eight, eight of them.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you never know, but it's not only that, it's hardware in his ankles, it's hardware in his hip.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_00]: He had a hip injury last year, it's not only that, it's also the work he keeps, he has to keep doing on his body from year to year to just maintain.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: He's not the normal 37 year old, he's just not.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: Next question, and colorful language, just how fucked up is this team and how, and how long will you do you think it takes to recover a summing two of MacD and agree our all-jetists and look?
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: It happens in an instant in the NFL.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_00]: Always has.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_00]: The commanders were one of the most horrid teams in the NFL.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: In one season, they went from getting smoked by Miami 45 to 10 at home.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_00]: The very next season, they're in the NFC championship game.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: And now they seem to be a legitimate playoff contender.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: So it could happen immediately.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_00]: It could happen happen in one off season.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: It happens all the time.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus Christ, it happened for the Dolphins.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: The Dolphins went one in 15 and the very next season went 11 and 5 and won the division.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_00]: So it could happen right away, it could happen in one season.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: next question out from your opinion what would you do to write this ship and turn this around for this season look you can have to start with with first things first you have an install okay so when you do an install you essentially sit around you should be sitting around with your quarterback and you say alright what do you like for for third and six and coaches say I like this I like the other thing a try to whittle down the playbook because look the playbook has thousands of plays in it
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: and multiple variations of each play.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: So I play but could go forever.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: So you got a little down that play book to the amount of plays that you're going to run for your install.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: A large install meaning a large number of plays for a game day is usually around 80 plays.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like that's one thing that one thing I do give credit to Madden.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because they did get it right.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_00]: The Madden playbooks, they all have a round 80 plays and then two variations of each play and then motions you could run off of each play That's when an NFL playbook looks like guys.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_00]: So if the next time you play Madden A lot of it is unrealistic That part is not So yeah, that's what an install looks like a madden playbook.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: It actually looks like that
- 17:30[SPEAKER_00]: It can be as little as 40 place, okay?
- 17:34[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I spoke to a coach that told me there was a game in 2022, where they went into the game with five running place.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_00]: That's it five run place, and I know you're thinking oh my god, you know, so this was a game where they didn't even run the ball No, it was actually a game that they ran the ball very well in and they only had five running place And I'm not gonna tell you which game it is because that's breaking confidence But they're in fact I might have even said it already before on a podcast so you could look back at podcasts from 2022
- 18:06[SPEAKER_00]: There was a play, there was a game where the dolphins went into the game with five running place and all the variations off of those five running place.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_00]: But that's it.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_00]: And they were successful running the football.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, an install can be as little as 40 place, usually not less than that.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's going to be at least 40 place.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: But it could be as high as 80 place.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: whenever you see the mic that uh that uh two is not looking at his wristband we got trouble because that means that they're calling something that's off script they're calling something that's not on the wristband something that was not in the install that's a problem all right next question
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: Already got asked that based off the film review from the first two games any rookies or players performing well That we may not see due to how poor the results of this team have been going look I kind of like with Jordan Phillips is doing so far, and I like Jason Marshall other than that the rest of the guys looked like rookies and John Savini actually looks bad like he's he's not playing well But you know that's how rookie offensive linemen tend to look
- 19:13[SPEAKER_00]: from time to time.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's very rare that a guy just comes in and lights the world on fire.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_00]: You know?
- 19:18[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to go ahead and say, yeah, Jason Marshall and Jordan Phillips so far.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_00]: Next question with a subpar start that Sealer has had.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: How much of it do you attribute to a getting paid?
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think too much, okay?
- 19:34[SPEAKER_00]: Although, man, there's something to be said about.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_00]: you know reaching a destination and I hate to talk about guys like that but it happens in happens in prize fighters I got more to that but let me finish the question be coach scheme that's a lot of it the fact that he's now the main draw and not the running mate to Wilkins in Campbell he wasn't the running mate to Campbell last year
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: Campbell was his valley.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_00]: If you remember, Zack's either had 10 and a half sex.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_00]: He's the only, he's the only defensive tackle with double digits sex in the last two seasons.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: If you watched the last year, he played well off of Collears Campbell, but he facilitated a lot for Collears Campbell himself.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, I think that he has his good running partners now to do a lot of the same things that they did before, and they have probably the best coach, they have the best coach on the entire coach who's that for Austin Clark.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: So, if there's a guy I trust to get it right, it'll be his ex-sealer.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now, back to what I was saying at the top of the question, which is getting paid.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_00]: Man, when you get paid, as a professional athlete, a lot of them take it as a destination.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: You see it in prize fighters all the time, where a guy talks forever about getting that title shot, getting that title shot, and then the night comes of that title shot, and the guy is just kind of
- 21:00[SPEAKER_00]: And you see sometimes they just, you know, they don't even go for it.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: They just, you know, they're content to go to distance and just chock up a loss, but they went 12 rounds, or in the U.S., they went 5 rounds, right?
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: you gotta be aware of that because a lot of athletes look at getting that big contract as their destination in pro sports.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_00]: They truly don't love the sport or really care much to too much past the act of getting paid, getting your your skill and what you've put on tape and what you've
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: That's something to always watch, and it's always something to have at the back of your mind whenever you sign a player to a long-term extension.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's just a fact.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: Next question, is there any trader move out there that can help us be more competitive?
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there could be a team out there that's ready to sell.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: Look, there's one in the Cleveland Browns who knows, right?
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: But maybe at the deadline, they're out on news.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_00]: They're corner back.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: If there's a young corner back that you think can be part of that nucleus going forward, maybe you throw a pick somebody's way and if you add that to the team, that's instantly going to make you better, right?
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: But that's pretty much it.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_00]: Other than that, I see selling as something that will help you.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: Even shorter.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_00]: So, but that's the thing again.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_00]: Is anybody really interested in Tyric Hill?
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they are.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: Next question, assuming a complete tear down, there never is a complete tear down.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_00]: The only time you saw I was in 2019 and that wasn't very successful if you think about it.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: What are some building blocks we can focus on moving forward?
- 22:43[SPEAKER_00]: Any surprises that could be jettison?
- 22:45[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think there's many surprises.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: Was the price could be that that can be Jettison is Mink of its Patrick.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_00]: Although I think his contract kind of guarantees him to be here next season.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: So we shall see on that.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_00]: But as far as the building blocks, they're the obvious ones.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: Devon A. Chan's a star.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_00]: General Water is a star.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_00]: Patrick Paul is getting there.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_00]: Aron Bruer is a good player.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, that's what you have on offense.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_00]: That's a pretty good nucleus to begin with, and, you know, you're talking about two offensive linemen, two skill players.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that's a pretty good start.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_00]: And on defense, it's the obvious one.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's the defensive tackles, it's chop, it's chop Robinson, you know.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_00]: as we're winding down here any quarterbacks in college you like and who's your favorite for head coach and GM favorite for head coach and GM I have no favorite for head coach and GM usually you try to go complete opposite of what you did last time I would want a bright item bushy tail GM because they tend to come in with no scars from any other organization and head coach you kind of want experience you know you could just go completely sexing just
- 24:02[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and then just hire champ Kelly to be the GM or something like that But they'll be time to talk about that any quarterbacks in college you like man John Matiers fun to watch I kind of like Carson Beck man You kind of watch him and of course tail and green of Arkansas those are the guys get no smile to a lesser extent But man those are the guys that have caught my eye already so
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: Look, this is the year, like, and I understand people saying what I'm about, but, you know, you're going to take a big giant cap head on to, no, to what could be the quarterback in 2026 and have your rookie play beneath him, you know, play underneath him, be the backup, or even the third string behind Queen Ewers.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and then in a year's time you have quintuers and the new rookie, you know, have a full blown off season competition and you head into camp with a clear number one, which should be the rookie that you drafted in the first round this coming season.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_00]: Next question.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_00]: as you're lighting winding down.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_00]: Alph, are we in a position to say player is part of the solution because he fisted scheme, if we're blowing it all up and changing the schemes, changing schemes.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a great question, but I think that this is the way forward.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_00]: Being multiple on defense is something that everybody's going to want to do.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: Like this is not some outlandish out of the box scheme that anything we were is employing.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: like this is a scheme that is like we're gonna come with the next couch like this is what McDonald of formerly of of the Michigan Wolverines and then and now this the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks and formerly of the Baltimore Ravens like that's what he's implemented around the league and that's what everybody is glomming on to so that's what that's what they're gonna play
- 25:58[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it's worth getting guys that are multiple and not one-dimensional.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_00]: What would GM Alft do with Jalen Phillips if you were in charge?
- 26:08[SPEAKER_00]: I would wait out the season to see what kind of player he became this year?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: Because, you know, so far, not so good, but we shall see.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_00]: He's traditionally had games against the bills.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see how he does Thursday night.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_00]: A couple more questions as we wind down, give me our chances of beating the bills as a percentage.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_00]: 20%, something like that, because it really relies on a lot of game script stuff that they need to go their way, like they need a plus two turnover.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_00]: Advantage and no turnovers on their side.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: So if you do that, I think your your your chance is move up exponentially and that's against anybody by the way Okay anybody so it's like 20% something like that
- 27:00[SPEAKER_00]: next question build struggle against the run watch the dolphins throw a ton They've traditionally ran the ball well against the bills including several games in Buffalo They ran for 180 yards in the snow in one game.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: They ran the ball well last year and week nine Man give the bottle all the Gordon good things happen with him
- 27:19[SPEAKER_00]: Next question is, is it me or does defense have I look more plain paticate versus pressing off its alignment at all?
- 27:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's usually going to look that way when they're not getting off blocks and they're not getting off blocks at this moment.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: Next question, we're just going to take two more.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: When does Mike McDaniel get fired and when does Greer get fired in your opinion at seasons end?
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't think that Mike McDaniel is in particular danger.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: If this team has
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: If they make the playoffs, he's a lock to stay.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: Okay?
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: If they go 98, I think he's a lock to stay.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: I think Greer is, it's good, it's gone.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_00]: Boram and Kiana, this is gonna be, I'll take two more and that's a wrap.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_00]: Boram and Kiana assessment.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_00]: Boram blew one play, but didn't look like he was being I can burgged all game.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_00]: Look, I thought they were fine.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_00]: I think that they held up for the most part until they did it, and that's usually what's gonna happen.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: When you're going to get into a spot where you're just going to be in past pro, that's when you're going to expose your offensive linemen and that's exactly what happened.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: And then he writes, of course, the that's so mind-me-think-to-do will be somehow beat buffalo and more questioning chaos ensues, yes, of course.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_00]: Last question and then we're going to call it, has Mink a big good or bad, he has been mediocre, he's made new place so far.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: So we shall see this is a team that will test you some.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: So especially with their Titans.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: So Minka is going to have a very active game defending against those two Titans.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: So if there's a game that they're going to need to make a perspective to be good in, it's going to be this one.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: Alright guys, if you want to participate again, you got to become a member of our Discord and to do that, you got to go to discord.gg4x-onlyfans and become a member of their all-access for $4.99 a month.
