Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And Her Offer To Help Andrew (9/25/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Well, folks, your boy, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
0:04
Speaker 1: can rest easy. Why, you might ask? Well, the bipedal
0:09
Speaker 1: serpent has said she is ready and willing to bring
0:13
Speaker 1: evidence to the table to help support his claims. I
0:18
Speaker 1: know that the royal family must be jumping for joy
0:22
Speaker 1: as their boy gets co-signed by accused sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
0:29
Speaker 1: And what is that that your parents always told you
0:31
Speaker 1: and my parents always told me? You are the company
0:35
Speaker 1: you keep, right? You think he ever had a heart-to-heart
0:39
Speaker 1: with old mumsy about the company he should keep? If
0:43
Speaker 1: he did, he didn't take it to the heart. Because
0:47
Speaker 1: the company that this scumbag has kept tells the tale
0:52
Speaker 1: of who he really is. I don't believe for a
0:56
Speaker 1: minute a word Prince Andrew's alibi or his story or
1:02
Speaker 1: any of the other nonsense surrounding this. I don't believe
1:07
Speaker 1: for a minute that these people weren't engaged in the
1:12
Speaker 1: activities that they're alleged to be engaged in. Now, that
1:20
Speaker 1: doesn't mean anything, right? That's just my opinion. But boy,
1:24
Speaker 1: oh boy, that evidence sure is a mile high, isn't it?
1:29
Speaker 1: And now it's ironic that you would have Glenn Maxwell
1:33
Speaker 1: talking about coming out and providing evidence on behalf of
1:37
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. I mean, that's
1:41
Speaker 1: akin to Charles Manson coming out and saying he has
1:45
Speaker 1: some evidence that Jeffrey Dahmer isn't, in fact, a psychopathic cannibal.
1:53
Speaker 1: I mean, does she think anybody would take her seriously?
1:56
Speaker 1: There's not a court in the land. that wants to
2:00
Speaker 1: hear a thing this lady says. If she wants to
2:03
Speaker 1: be considered a credible person in court, she's gonna first
2:07
Speaker 1: have to beat her own charges, no? She can't just
2:11
Speaker 1: show up there as a human trafficker and be like, hey, hey,
2:13
Speaker 1: you know what? Eh, Prince Andrew didn't do any of this.
2:17
Speaker 1: Judge and jury will look at her and they'll be like, uh, what?
2:19
Speaker 1: Weren't you involved in the same plot, the same scheme? So,
2:25
Speaker 1: I don't know... What the strategy here is from Ghislaine Maxwell, right?
2:31
Speaker 1: Coming out and, you know, letting it be known she's
2:34
Speaker 1: ready to give evidence on behalf of the Joe Exotic
2:37
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. But you gotta think that the
2:40
Speaker 1: royals are none too plussed about that. Again, I'm certainly
2:45
Speaker 1: not a royal historian. Breaking news, I don't give a
2:47
Speaker 1: fuck about those people, okay? I know some other people do,
2:50
Speaker 1: but guess what? I don't. I don't spend time researching
2:53
Speaker 1: the royals. They mean less than nothing to this American. Okay? Now,
3:02
Speaker 1: my English folks, I love the English people. But the
3:06
Speaker 1: royal family, I don't give a flying fuck what happens
3:09
Speaker 1: to those people. Not one single tear will be shed
3:13
Speaker 1: from me if and when that royal family goes bye-bye.
3:20
Speaker 1: I got real life problems like all of you out there, right?
3:22
Speaker 1: I don't sit around gushing over this princess or that
3:27
Speaker 1: princess or worrying about who's mean to who on the
3:30
Speaker 1: royal grounds. That's why when people tag me and stuff
3:34
Speaker 1: on Twitter about Princess Diana and shit, I'm like, oh
3:37
Speaker 1: my god, please miss me with that. But I will
3:41
Speaker 1: tell you this. I will tell you this. I'm sure
3:46
Speaker 1: that the royal family is not too happy about With
3:49
Speaker 1: this ringing endorsement dropped on top of Prince Andrew by
3:54
Speaker 1: trash bag Ghislaine Maxwell. Certainly not the kind of person
3:59
Speaker 1: I'd want co-signing me as I'm about to engage in
4:02
Speaker 1: literally the fight of my life. And that's what Andrew
4:06
Speaker 1: is getting ready to engage in. Make no mistake, folks.
4:11
Speaker 1: This is a bomb that just hasn't went off yet.
4:13
Speaker 1: He has no good options. Zero good options. And Maxwell
4:19
Speaker 1: coming out talking about, oh yeah, I'll cosign for you.
4:23
Speaker 1: You didn't do anything wrong. Definitely not a good look.
4:27
Speaker 1: So let's jump into this article from the Daily Mail.
4:31
Speaker 1: And let's see what author Charlotte Mitchell has to say. Headline.
4:37
Speaker 1: Shamed socialite, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell
4:43
Speaker 1: will give evidence to help Prince Andrew fight sex abuse lawsuit,
4:47
Speaker 1: friends say, After Royal was sued... By Virginia Roberts. Oh well.
4:52
Speaker 1: Isn't that a knight in shining armor... You want coming...
4:55
Speaker 1: Riding to your rescue. I mean... Talk about tone deaf. Or... Or...
5:02
Speaker 1: On the flip side... Is she doing this on purpose?
5:06
Speaker 1: Oh yeah. I'll help Prince Andrew. More of a spotlight
5:09
Speaker 1: on him. You know. Who knows? Again. We don't know
5:12
Speaker 1: what her motivations are. We don't know what... The strategy...
5:18
Speaker 1: Her and her knucklehead legal team is cooking up over there.
5:24
Speaker 1: And if it's Prince Andrew gets served up as a
5:27
Speaker 1: sacrifice for her to walk, you better believe she'd be
5:29
Speaker 1: doing it. So I don't even, this could be a
5:33
Speaker 1: two-way message from her, right? We saw it with the lawyers.
5:37
Speaker 1: We saw it back in the day when she said, oh,
5:39
Speaker 1: my emails were hacked. That was a shot across the
5:42
Speaker 1: bow to let people know she had information. And that
5:45
Speaker 1: could be the same thing going on here. Remember, let's
5:48
Speaker 1: be very clear. Ghislaine Maxwell is very shrewd in calculating
5:53
Speaker 1: she is not a stupid person. Disgusting, gross, inhumane, but
5:58
Speaker 1: not stupid when it comes to her plots and her schemes.
6:04
Speaker 1: Disgraced socialite, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser, and bipedal serpent,
6:12
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is prepared to give evidence... To help Prince
6:15
Speaker 1: Andrew fight a sex abuse lawsuit, friends have reportedly said... Friends, huh? Well,
6:20
Speaker 1: it means her legal team. She don't have any friends anymore.
6:22
Speaker 1: Stop it. On Sunday, Virginia Roberts filed a civil suit
6:27
Speaker 1: against Andrew in the United States, alleging that he sexually
6:31
Speaker 1: assaulted her when she was 17 and was aware that
6:34
Speaker 1: she was a victim of sex trafficking. So, we know
6:40
Speaker 1: where that's at right now. We know how explosive that
6:43
Speaker 1: is right now. And we know that there really honestly
6:48
Speaker 1: is no good way out for Andrew. What are you
6:52
Speaker 1: going to do? Ignore it? Sure. Have a ruling dropped
6:54
Speaker 1: on you in absentia? What are you going to go?
6:56
Speaker 1: Defend yourself? Well, you're going to be under oath now.
7:01
Speaker 1: So he really has no options here. And he's going
7:05
Speaker 1: to have to meet this head on, in my opinion.
7:08
Speaker 1: How long are you going to hide under the covers?
7:12
Speaker 1: How long are you going to be a prisoner at
7:16
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace or whichever one of them dumbass palaces or
7:20
Speaker 1: castles he's hiding out in? Eventually, you're going to have
7:25
Speaker 1: to pay the piper, my friend. And, once again, if
7:29
Speaker 1: this was a Rico case, all of that, Oh, he's
7:32
Speaker 1: a royal! You can't go after him! All of that
7:34
Speaker 1: shit would be out the window, folks. Because it would
7:37
Speaker 1: be criminal. And all of his finances, civilly, would be
7:40
Speaker 1: caught up under... That umbrella starts to become a little
7:46
Speaker 1: bit clearer why the federal government is not pursuing Rico,
7:50
Speaker 1: doesn't it? Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing, and friends
7:56
Speaker 1: of Maxwell say she will support the prince's assertions, the
7:59
Speaker 1: Telegraph reported. Maxwell has always supported Andrew's claims of innocence. Oh, well,
8:05
Speaker 1: of course. When you're all in on it together, what
8:07
Speaker 1: are you going to rat out one of the participants?
8:10
Speaker 1: You don't do that until all of that, the whole
8:12
Speaker 1: entire house of cards falls down upon you. Then you
8:15
Speaker 1: start ratting out people, right? But until that happens, oh,
8:20
Speaker 1: we're thick as thieves. We're best friends. So, of course,
8:25
Speaker 1: she never, air quotes here, saw Andrew do anything untowards.
8:30
Speaker 1: You're all doing things untowards. Roberts, now 38. claim she
8:38
Speaker 1: was forced to have sex with Andrew on three separate
8:41
Speaker 1: occasions and was lent out for sexual purposes by convicted
8:45
Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Well, let's be clear. The estate agrees, okay?
8:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate agrees. They made the payout, right? Every
8:54
Speaker 1: single girl they made a payout to, they were agreeing
8:58
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein molested them, hurt them, raped them, trafficked them.
9:04
Speaker 1: So enough with the alleged in front of Jeffrey Epstein's name, eh?
9:13
Speaker 1: Friends of Maxwell, who is currently in jail awaiting trial
9:16
Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges, said she will testify on Andrew's
9:19
Speaker 1: behalf should the case reach a court, according to the Telegraph. However,
9:24
Speaker 1: for her evidence to be considered credible, she would have
9:27
Speaker 1: to first be cleared of wrongdoing in her own trial. So, again,
9:31
Speaker 1: she should worry about what she has in front of her,
9:34
Speaker 1: worry about eating the food that's already on her plate,
9:37
Speaker 1: and not worry about what's going on with old Joe
9:40
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family. Unless, of course... She's worried
9:44
Speaker 1: that he's going to snitch on her. See what we
9:47
Speaker 1: got here, folks? See why people get so paranoid inside
9:52
Speaker 1: of these criminal enterprises and organizations when the shit starts
9:56
Speaker 1: to go south? You don't know who's talking to the feds.
9:58
Speaker 1: You don't know who's ratting on you. You don't know
10:00
Speaker 1: who's snitching. So it becomes a race for these people
10:05
Speaker 1: to be the first one to do the snitching. So
10:10
Speaker 1: who knows if that's what's going on here, right? I
10:13
Speaker 1: don't know what's going on behind the scenes. I'm talking
10:15
Speaker 1: about generally when you have a criminal enterprise that gets
10:18
Speaker 1: torn down That's what happens. It becomes a feeding frenzy
10:24
Speaker 1: for people trying to not go to prison for the
10:26
Speaker 1: rest of their lives. Ghislaine will be prepared to give
10:33
Speaker 1: evidence on the Duke's behalf, the paper reported, and an
10:35
Speaker 1: unnamed friend is saying. By the time the case against
10:38
Speaker 1: the Duke gets to court, Ghislaine will either be convicted
10:42
Speaker 1: and serving up to 85 years in jail, or, if cleared,
10:45
Speaker 1: of course she would help Prince Andrew. They have been
10:48
Speaker 1: friends for a very long time. It is highly likely
10:51
Speaker 1: Ghislaine will offer to assist him. Oh yeah, that's what
10:54
Speaker 1: best friends do, right? Let's protect each other. And it's funny. Friends, right?
11:01
Speaker 1: Unnamed friends. Stop it. Her lawyers. Her representatives. She has
11:06
Speaker 1: no friends. Nobody's rushing to defend Ghislaine Maxwell anymore, okay?
11:11
Speaker 1: Not even Laura Goldman or whatever that lady's name was.
11:14
Speaker 1: Nobody's showing up in defense of this lady anymore. Oh, her,
11:18
Speaker 1: you know, her brothers. The knucklehead squad. That's about it.
11:27
Speaker 1: Maxwell is witness to several alleged incidents, included one purported
11:32
Speaker 1: to have taken place in 2011, in which Roberts claims
11:35
Speaker 1: she was forced to have sex with Andrew at Maxwell's
11:39
Speaker 1: London home. And again, what are we going to do?
11:43
Speaker 1: Call Charlie Manson? to the witness stand to give a
11:48
Speaker 1: full detailed report about John Wayne Gacy? I mean, really?
11:56
Speaker 1: That's even a discussion? And the fact that they say
12:00
Speaker 1: she'll either be serving 85 years or she'll be acquitted, well,
12:04
Speaker 1: I'm guessing that she's going to be serving those 85.
12:08
Speaker 1: Maybe not all 85, but she's serving that term. And
12:11
Speaker 1: I highly doubt she's going to be going to provide
12:15
Speaker 1: any testimony for her good buddy, the Joe Exotic of
12:18
Speaker 1: the Windsor family, anytime soon. These people are living in
12:23
Speaker 1: a fantasy land. They called Virginia a fantasist? Boy, oh boy.
12:29
Speaker 1: They're really concocting their own worlds inside of their heads
12:32
Speaker 1: at this point with their own rules and their own outcomes.
12:36
Speaker 1: Because reality is going to hit you people like a
12:40
Speaker 1: fucking hammer. Train. When that trial starts. Robert's civil suit
12:48
Speaker 1: was filed at the Southern District of New York on Sunday,
12:51
Speaker 1: just days before the Child Victims Act expired. The state
12:54
Speaker 1: legislation helps victims of historical sexual abuse to seek legal redress.
12:59
Speaker 1: Legal experts said the civil case could drag on for years.
13:03
Speaker 1: A U.S. lawyer warned that it could be devastating for
13:06
Speaker 1: the prince's reputation. and could force him to answer questions
13:10
Speaker 1: about his own sexual history, as well as his relationship
13:13
Speaker 1: with Epstein. Well, yeah, that's all part of it, right?
13:17
Speaker 1: That's all an important part of the story here. So, yeah,
13:21
Speaker 1: you're going to have to answer some questions about your
13:23
Speaker 1: relationship with your buddy Epstein. You're going to have to
13:26
Speaker 1: answer some questions about your own dalliances. And you're going
13:30
Speaker 1: to be under oath, remember. You're not talking to Emily
13:33
Speaker 1: Maitlis this time, my friend. So... Anything you say can
13:37
Speaker 1: and will be, remember. Robert's legal team could interrogate Andrew
13:45
Speaker 1: over whether he had faced any allegation of sexual misconduct
13:48
Speaker 1: or impropriety in the past, a U.S. lawyer told the
13:52
Speaker 1: Daily Mail. They would also be entitled to demand access
13:56
Speaker 1: to any communications between him, Epstein, and the convicted sex
14:00
Speaker 1: offender's alleged accomplice, Maxwell, who Ms. Roberts claimed groomed her
14:05
Speaker 1: to carry out Epstein's desires. And that is dangerous for
14:12
Speaker 1: Andrew for sure. Imagine all of his communications with Jeffrey
14:17
Speaker 1: Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had to be turned over. Now,
14:22
Speaker 1: I don't know how that's enforceable. I don't know how there's,
14:26
Speaker 1: I mean, I guess there's forensic ways to do it, right?
14:29
Speaker 1: To track down Emails from all of those years back
14:32
Speaker 1: or whatever. But who the hell keeps emails for this
14:36
Speaker 1: many years? Or text messages or whatever. So it's going
14:40
Speaker 1: to be interesting to see how they plan on recovering
14:44
Speaker 1: that sort of information. You know, this has been going
14:47
Speaker 1: on for a long time, decades. So I don't know
14:50
Speaker 1: how all of that information would be accessed or anything
14:54
Speaker 1: like that. That's way above my technical pay grade. They
15:01
Speaker 1: would also be entitled to demand... Oh, excuse me, pass that.
15:05
Speaker 1: The lawyer who asked not to be named said it
15:07
Speaker 1: will be a train wreck for him. This case is
15:10
Speaker 1: a grenade waiting to go off. There's no doubt about that.
15:14
Speaker 1: This is a very perilous situation for the Joe Exotic
15:19
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family and the royal family as a whole.
15:24
Speaker 1: You know, people all over the world Are focused in
15:29
Speaker 1: on Prince Andrew and these allegations right now. And people
15:33
Speaker 1: are demanding redress. People are demanding justice. We're tired of
15:38
Speaker 1: looking around and seeing these so-called elites. Living by a
15:42
Speaker 1: separate set of rules. Doing whatever they want. And paying
15:45
Speaker 1: no consequences. When they're caught. Now a decent first step
15:54
Speaker 1: was taken with that Cuomo character. being jettisoned from New
15:58
Speaker 1: York but the whole entire political landscape is peppered with
16:02
Speaker 1: people like that so until there's a concerted effort for
16:07
Speaker 1: us to send better people to DC to elect better
16:11
Speaker 1: people we're going to keep having people like this Cuomo
16:14
Speaker 1: character showing up we're going to have people who think
16:20
Speaker 1: the rules don't apply to them like Prince Andrew And
16:24
Speaker 1: this lawyer talking about this as a hand grenade waiting
16:27
Speaker 1: to go off, that's a great analogy. I said earlier
16:29
Speaker 1: it's like a bomb, but same thing. Same exact concept, right? Eventually,
16:34
Speaker 1: this is going to explode. And it's going to have
16:38
Speaker 1: devastating effects, in my opinion. Andrew has 21 days to
16:45
Speaker 1: respond to Robert's claim. And if he fails to do so,
16:49
Speaker 1: she could ask the court to find in her favor
16:51
Speaker 1: without the need for a trial. which would be potentially
16:55
Speaker 1: disastrous for his reputation. And this is what I was
16:58
Speaker 1: talking about yesterday. The ruling in absentia is the worst possible,
17:04
Speaker 1: I mean, the worst possible move for this guy. So
17:09
Speaker 1: he's going to have to answer these charges one way
17:10
Speaker 1: or the other. Enforcement of those charges, that's a whole
17:13
Speaker 1: different story, right? But a decision is going to be rendered.
17:23
Speaker 1: It would raise the prospect of the ninth in line
17:25
Speaker 1: to the throne being branded a sex offender and facing
17:28
Speaker 1: a demand for damages which could run into millions of pounds.
17:33
Speaker 1: Neither Andrew or Buckingham Palace have commented publicly on the
17:36
Speaker 1: lawsuit against Andrew. Yeah, of course not. Again, they're hunkered
17:41
Speaker 1: down right now. They don't want to open their mouths
17:44
Speaker 1: and cause any more grief for themselves at this point.
17:46
Speaker 1: Their client has done enough of that. So what they're
17:50
Speaker 1: looking to do is keep their mouths shut try and
17:54
Speaker 1: compile some information, and look for a way to wiggle
17:57
Speaker 1: off the hook. And I don't see any way out
18:02
Speaker 1: for these guys, honestly. I really don't see any way
18:04
Speaker 1: out for Prince Andrew here. There's going to be a settlement.
18:07
Speaker 1: It's going to be enforced. Now, as far as getting
18:10
Speaker 1: money out of him, who knows? But just the stigma
18:13
Speaker 1: alone is worth its weight in gold. Miss Roberts' lawyer,
18:20
Speaker 1: David Boies, claimed on Tuesday that Andrew's lawyers had totally stonewalled.
18:24
Speaker 1: He can ignore me, he can ignore Virginia, but he
18:28
Speaker 1: can't ignore the judicial process, Boies told Channel 4. In
18:33
Speaker 1: the legal claim, lawyers said Epstein, Maxwell, and the Prince
18:37
Speaker 1: had all forced Roberts to have sex with Andrew against
18:39
Speaker 1: her will after she was trafficked to London. Now, think
18:43
Speaker 1: about that for a minute. This young girl, flown from America...
18:49
Speaker 1: To what? Go hang out with the Prince of England?
18:52
Speaker 1: The married Prince of England wants to hang out with
18:54
Speaker 1: a 17-year-old girl because what? They're going to watch Nickelodeon?
18:59
Speaker 1: They're going to watch some reality TV? I mean, come on.
19:03
Speaker 1: Who's buying this shit? And then, furthermore, for these two
19:07
Speaker 1: sick fucks to be ferrying around all of these girls
19:09
Speaker 1: in the first place is just mind-blowing. They alleged Andrew
19:17
Speaker 1: also sexually abused the teenager at Epstein's mansion in New
19:20
Speaker 1: York and at his private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands,
19:24
Speaker 1: Little St. James. The legal document filed to a court
19:27
Speaker 1: in New York said Roberts had suffered severe and lasting damage.
19:32
Speaker 1: The lawsuit went on. In this country, no person, whether
19:36
Speaker 1: president or prince, is above the law, and no person,
19:41
Speaker 1: no matter how powerless or vulnerable, can be deprived the
19:45
Speaker 1: law's protection. Well, unfortunately, we know none of that's true.
19:50
Speaker 1: In essence, that's the way it should be, right? Nobody
19:52
Speaker 1: should be above the law in America. Not a soul,
19:55
Speaker 1: not one single person. And we know that people like Virginia,
20:02
Speaker 1: the powerless, the vulnerable, back then when she was being abused,
20:05
Speaker 1: that is, should have been protected by the law. But
20:08
Speaker 1: we don't live in that fantasy land. We live in
20:11
Speaker 1: a world full of morally bankrupt bureaucrats, disgusting politicians, and
20:18
Speaker 1: their minions who are willing to do their bidding. That's
20:22
Speaker 1: the kind of world we live in, unfortunately. 20 years ago,
20:28
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's wealth, power, position, and connections enabled him to
20:32
Speaker 1: abuse a frightened, vulnerable child with no one there to
20:36
Speaker 1: protect her. It is long past the time for him
20:39
Speaker 1: to be held to account. Hey, that's powerful stuff, right?
20:44
Speaker 1: And none of that's wrong. You don't think she was
20:47
Speaker 1: scared and vulnerable? 17 years old? Think back when you
20:51
Speaker 1: were 17. I know I was an absolute knucklehead. I
20:56
Speaker 1: didn't know the first thing about the first thing. And
21:01
Speaker 1: that was coming from a non-broken home. From a home
21:04
Speaker 1: where my mom was there all day. Never mind being
21:09
Speaker 1: somebody whose parents aren't around, might not have food on
21:12
Speaker 1: the table, whatever it may be. Those are the people
21:16
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew too exploited.
21:21
Speaker 1: Those are the kind of people that they went after.
21:26
Speaker 1: And it's sickening to think that it was allowed to
21:28
Speaker 1: go on for so long. But we have arrived at
21:33
Speaker 1: a point in time where at the very least the
21:36
Speaker 1: gears are in motion. where at the very least, the
21:40
Speaker 1: train of justice has left the station. And as each
21:44
Speaker 1: day goes by, and each one of these scumbags who
21:48
Speaker 1: were involved was outed, the closer to justice the clock ticks.

Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
22:16
Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome
22:23
Speaker 1: back to the Epstein Chronicles. Ever since the whole entire
22:28
Speaker 1: scandal with Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein began, the Telegraph
22:34
Speaker 1: over in the UK has been trying to run cover
22:36
Speaker 1: for this dude. But unfortunately for them and for Prince Andrew,
22:41
Speaker 1: they have failed miserably and they continue to fail. Releasing
22:45
Speaker 1: a new picture, well, a picture that they say is new,
22:48
Speaker 1: but a picture we have seen before and a picture
22:51
Speaker 1: that proves literally nothing. So I don't know what they
22:54
Speaker 1: think they're going to accomplish by re-releasing this picture. Is
22:59
Speaker 1: it like when you have a movie out and then
23:01
Speaker 1: you release the director's cut? Breaking news, your movie still sucked, homie.
23:06
Speaker 1: And that's what's happening here once again. If they really
23:09
Speaker 1: think that this picture that everybody has seen before is
23:12
Speaker 1: going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back,
23:16
Speaker 1: I cannot wait to see them try and pursue this legally.
23:20
Speaker 1: I have my popcorn ready. And I'm going to be
23:23
Speaker 1: here for it because it's going to be a fiery
23:26
Speaker 1: ass car crash. If Prince Andrew really thinks he can
23:29
Speaker 1: challenge that settlement, I'd love to see him try it.
23:33
Speaker 1: And I'd love to see what lawyer he gets. That's
23:36
Speaker 1: going to be better than Brettler. Do you really think
23:39
Speaker 1: Brettler and company didn't know about this picture? This picture
23:43
Speaker 1: just showed up out of the blue. Nobody had any
23:45
Speaker 1: idea about it. Everybody has seen this picture. So I
23:49
Speaker 1: don't understand what they think they're going to accomplish here.
23:54
Speaker 1: Are they trying to win the narrative back? Because they're
23:57
Speaker 1: going to need to do better than that. Because if
24:00
Speaker 1: this is all they got, well, they have un gots.
24:04
Speaker 1: Let's dive into this article from The Insider and let's
24:08
Speaker 1: see what kind of bullshit Ghislaine Maxwell and her pal
24:10
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew are up to today. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell's family
24:16
Speaker 1: released a bizarre staged photo in an apparent attempt to
24:19
Speaker 1: discredit accusations of sexual abuse against Prince Andrew. See, what's
24:24
Speaker 1: going to happen here with Prince Andrew is he's going
24:26
Speaker 1: to fuck around and play with fire, and he's going
24:28
Speaker 1: to get burned. Just take a look at every single
24:32
Speaker 1: one of these people who have stepped over the line
24:34
Speaker 1: too far, meaning Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean-Luc Brunel, and Jeffrey Epstein.
24:40
Speaker 1: All of them ended up facing criminal penalties, and if
24:43
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew keeps up with this bullshit, he's going to
24:46
Speaker 1: be on that same road. this idiot should just take
24:49
Speaker 1: the L and keep it moving. But instead, he's out
24:53
Speaker 1: here getting gassed up by lion-ass Ian Maxwell and the
24:57
Speaker 1: rest of the chode lickers he has around him. This
25:01
Speaker 1: article was authored by Catherine Tangalakis Lippert. In an apparent
25:07
Speaker 1: attempt to discredit Virginia Roberts' allegations of sexual abuse against
25:11
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, Ghislaine Maxwell's family has released a staged photo
25:16
Speaker 1: of two people in the sex trafficking socialites' former London home.
25:20
Speaker 1: I mean, Ghislaine Maxwell coming out and defending Prince Andrew
25:24
Speaker 1: is like John Wayne Gacy coming to the defense of
25:27
Speaker 1: Ted Bundy. Are you kidding me right now? Why should
25:31
Speaker 1: anyone take what Ghislaine Maxwell has to say seriously? A
25:35
Speaker 1: proven liar, a proven child abuser, and a proven human trafficker.
25:41
Speaker 1: So what she has to say, we should listen to?
25:47
Speaker 1: The Telegraph, a conservative British broadsheet, published the bizarre image
25:51
Speaker 1: on Friday with a headline that it clears Prince Andrew
25:55
Speaker 1: of the accusations. The image features two unknown associates of
25:59
Speaker 1: Maxwell's in her bathtub wearing paper masks of Andrew and
26:03
Speaker 1: Robert's faces, according to the Telegraph. And when you look
26:07
Speaker 1: at the picture, I don't even know what they think
26:09
Speaker 1: they're going to accomplish by posting it because anyone who
26:12
Speaker 1: went to college knows that you can have sex in
26:14
Speaker 1: that kind of bathtub. It is ridiculous that these people
26:19
Speaker 1: would be out here trying to pump the bullshit that
26:21
Speaker 1: they're pumping. You're going to need more than posting this
26:26
Speaker 1: picture of this bathtub to get Prince Andrew off. And
26:30
Speaker 1: if you think that's going to help your appeal here
26:32
Speaker 1: in America, you better get rid of those thoughts quickly
26:35
Speaker 1: because it's not going to help you. Ian Maxwell. Ghislaine's
26:39
Speaker 1: brother told The Telegraph that the staged photo, which was
26:43
Speaker 1: created as part of Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking trial defense,
26:47
Speaker 1: proves Roberts' claims are false because it shows that the
26:50
Speaker 1: bath is too small for any sort of sex frolicking
26:53
Speaker 1: with two people in the tub at once. Lies. Straight
26:57
Speaker 1: up lies. But do we expect anything different at this point?
27:01
Speaker 1: I mean, these people have made it a cottage industry
27:05
Speaker 1: to lie at this point. And every single thing that
27:07
Speaker 1: comes out of their mouths... has been complete and utter BS.
27:12
Speaker 1: So all of a sudden people should believe a photo
27:15
Speaker 1: that proves nothing, that's been out there forever, like he
27:18
Speaker 1: just said, it's been out there since Ghislaine Maxwell's trial.
27:21
Speaker 1: Do you really think that Andrew Brettler and Prince Andrew's
27:25
Speaker 1: lawyers had no idea that this photo existed? If you
27:29
Speaker 1: really believe that, then you deserve to read a publication
27:33
Speaker 1: like the garbage-ass Telegraph. And that's what it is. This publication?
27:39
Speaker 1: Straight trash. Running garbage? Cover articles for Glenn Maxwell and
27:45
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? In the words of Sebastian Maniscalco, aren't you embarrassed?
27:53
Speaker 1: The photo's release comes as Prince Andrew attempts to overturn
27:57
Speaker 1: the $ 16 million settlement he agreed to late last year
28:00
Speaker 1: in order to avoid going to court over Roberts' allegations.
28:05
Speaker 1: Roberts alleged that after she was trafficked by Epstein, the
28:08
Speaker 1: Duke of York was one of the people who abused
28:11
Speaker 1: her in 2001 when she was 17 years old. In
28:16
Speaker 1: her account of the abuse, Roberts says the royal began
28:19
Speaker 1: touching her in the bathtub of Maxwell's former home, licking
28:22
Speaker 1: her feet and playing with her toes before directing her
28:26
Speaker 1: to have sex with him. And you can see clearly
28:28
Speaker 1: in the bathtub the way these two idiots are sitting
28:31
Speaker 1: in it with the stupid pieces of paper over their face.
28:34
Speaker 1: What are you scared to show your face to be
28:36
Speaker 1: associated with Ghislaine Maxwell? Good. You should be. And frankly,
28:41
Speaker 1: this whole offensive that they're on recently is straight up ridiculous.
28:46
Speaker 1: And thankfully for them, I've been a bit preoccupied. But
28:49
Speaker 1: guess what? With all of their bullshit, they certainly have
28:52
Speaker 1: my attention again. There was a bath and it started
28:56
Speaker 1: there and then led into the bedroom, Roberts told BBC
28:59
Speaker 1: Panorama in 2019. It didn't last very long, the whole
29:03
Speaker 1: entire procedure. It was disgusting. He wasn't mean or anything,
29:07
Speaker 1: but he got up, he said thanks, and he walked out.
29:12
Speaker 1: And this dumbass Prince Andrew, all he had to do
29:15
Speaker 1: at the very beginning of all of this is blame
29:17
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, say he got blackmailed, say
29:20
Speaker 1: he got, you know, roped into it, whatever. But he
29:24
Speaker 1: didn't do that, did he? Instead, he circled the wagons
29:27
Speaker 1: with his pal Jeffrey, with his pal Ghislaine Maxwell, still
29:30
Speaker 1: went to Jeffrey Epstein's house for a sleepover. So miss
29:34
Speaker 1: me with all the bullshit and certainly miss me with
29:37
Speaker 1: the revisionist history. Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking in
29:42
Speaker 1: June and sentenced to 20 years in prison for preying
29:45
Speaker 1: upon teen girls and allowing them to be abused by
29:48
Speaker 1: prolific sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. Prince Andrew,
29:53
Speaker 1: who maintained a 20-year public friendship with Epstein... was listed
29:57
Speaker 1: under 12 different phone numbers in the sex offender's notorious
30:00
Speaker 1: black book, which listed more than 1,500 of his political
30:06
Speaker 1: and celebrity contacts. And I know it was just, you know,
30:09
Speaker 1: a coincidence that everybody's name was in that book. Breaking news,
30:13
Speaker 1: if your name was in that book, you're going to
30:16
Speaker 1: probably have to answer some questions at some point about
30:19
Speaker 1: why your name was in that book. And those answers,
30:22
Speaker 1: they better line up. Despite his friendship with Epstein and
30:27
Speaker 1: the settlement, Andrew maintains his innocence. This guy is just unbelievable.
30:32
Speaker 1: And the fact that anyone would give this any air,
30:35
Speaker 1: like is the telegraph really hurting that bad for clicks
30:39
Speaker 1: that they're out here pumping Prince Andrew's tires? What's next?
30:44
Speaker 1: Going to come out here and tell us that Jimmy
30:45
Speaker 1: Savile was a swell guy too? It is known that
30:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years, Insider reported,
30:55
Speaker 1: Andrew said in a statement last year. Prince Andrew regrets
30:58
Speaker 1: his association with Epstein and commends the bravery of Miss
31:01
Speaker 1: Roberts and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others.
31:06
Speaker 1: He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with
31:09
Speaker 1: Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex
31:12
Speaker 1: trafficking and by supporting its victims. Meanwhile, he goes and
31:15
Speaker 1: does the exact opposite. Once again, goes on the offensive,
31:19
Speaker 1: attacking Jeffrey Epstein's survivors, and acting like an all-around general fuckface. So,
31:27
Speaker 1: that's what we'll treat him as. And anybody getting up
31:29
Speaker 1: here and pitching his cause, get ready, because I'm gonna
31:32
Speaker 1: have some words for you, too. I'm sick and tired
31:35
Speaker 1: of the so-called elite getting a pass from people when
31:38
Speaker 1: they come out with their stupid-ass excuses all the time
31:41
Speaker 1: about why they did what they did. Enough with your excuses.
31:44
Speaker 1: Enough with the bullshit. Let's get to the punishment for
31:47
Speaker 1: your bullshit. Lawyers for Prince Andrew, Maxwell, and Roberts did
31:52
Speaker 1: not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment. Well, with
31:56
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, you'd have to find some lawyers that she
31:58
Speaker 1: actually paid, considering she didn't pay her lawyers. Imagine having
32:03
Speaker 1: all that money and not paying your bills. What kind
32:06
Speaker 1: of scumbag does that? Oh yeah, the same kind of
32:09
Speaker 1: scumbag that helps their buddy Jeffrey Epstein molest a bunch
32:12
Speaker 1: of kids. That kind of scumbag. The Telegraph reported Prince
32:17
Speaker 1: Andrew is in talks with lawyers to attempt to overturn
32:20
Speaker 1: the settlement after Roberts dropped her lawsuit against Alan Dershowitz
32:23
Speaker 1: late last year, saying she may have made a mistake
32:27
Speaker 1: when she identified him as one of the people she
32:29
Speaker 1: was trafficked to. Despite Roberts' statements about Dershowitz, legal experts
32:34
Speaker 1: told Insider that Prince Andrew's attempts to overturn the settlement
32:38
Speaker 1: are a foolhardy effort. Yeah, no shit. I hope he
32:42
Speaker 1: does it, though. I hope he goes through with it
32:44
Speaker 1: for once and finally goes through with something he said,
32:47
Speaker 1: because he's going to get absolutely lit up at trial.
32:50
Speaker 1: Wait till Discovery shows up. Who are your character witnesses?
32:54
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew? Oh, you know, Ghislaine Maxwell and Victoria Hervey
32:58
Speaker 1: and the Telegraph. Oh, well, that's going to work out
33:00
Speaker 1: well in an American court. This dude just doesn't know
33:04
Speaker 1: when to shut his yap, and it's going to come
33:07
Speaker 1: back and bite him. Mark my words, it's a guarantee
33:10
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew is opening up a whole ass can
33:13
Speaker 1: of worms, and he's going to end up having to
33:16
Speaker 1: eat them. All right, folks, that's going to do it
33:19
Speaker 1: for this one. All of the information that goes along
33:22
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box. Now,
33:33
Speaker 1: the headline of this article is, Rich Kids, Ghislaine Maxwell
33:37
Speaker 1: and Prince Andrew's Bond Tested. Now, it's a pretty interesting headline, right?
33:43
Speaker 1: And it's apt. If you're Prince Andrew, you got to
33:48
Speaker 1: be thinking right now, is this lady going to dime
33:50
Speaker 1: me out? Is she going to rat on me and
33:53
Speaker 1: snitch on me for my role in Jeffrey Epstein's sex
34:00
Speaker 1: trafficking operation? You have to be thinking, if you're Prince Andrew,
34:05
Speaker 1: that that's a possibility. I mean, you have somebody in
34:10
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell who is staring down 80 years in prison.
34:15
Speaker 1: When you're looking at 80 years in prison, there's not
34:18
Speaker 1: much you wouldn't do. There aren't many people you wouldn't
34:22
Speaker 1: rat on. So Prince Andrew is probably sitting around thinking,
34:28
Speaker 1: is she going to dime me out? Was our friendship
34:32
Speaker 1: strong enough That she's just going to keep her mouth
34:36
Speaker 1: shut and go down with the ship on her own?
34:38
Speaker 1: Or is she going to take down as many people
34:42
Speaker 1: with her on the way? Now, we haven't really seen
34:45
Speaker 1: too many signs of Maxwell doing that as of yet.
34:48
Speaker 1: But as the trial gets closer, as her fate becomes
34:53
Speaker 1: more of a reality, I would be shocked if she
34:57
Speaker 1: doesn't panic and start naming names. And Prince Andrew's name?
35:04
Speaker 1: Probably right at the top of the list. Ghislaine Maxwell
35:10
Speaker 1: could be forgiven for feeling a tad stupefied over her
35:14
Speaker 1: current predicament. The 59-year-old brunette is currently languishing in a
35:19
Speaker 1: Brooklyn jail awaiting a November sex trafficking trial. Yeah, definitely languishing,
35:25
Speaker 1: no doubt about that. Pretty sure she's not enjoying her
35:30
Speaker 1: time in the clink, folks. Have you heard the complaints? Yeah,
35:36
Speaker 1: doesn't sound like the usual vacation that Oxford Galane is
35:41
Speaker 1: used to. Not dipping your toes in the water. You
35:44
Speaker 1: don't got yourself one of those nice umbrella drinks. You
35:48
Speaker 1: don't have people waiting on you hand and foot. No,
35:51
Speaker 1: what you have is a jail cell, a gross toilet bowl,
35:59
Speaker 1: and time to reflect. If convicted, the former society bell
36:06
Speaker 1: and daughter of disgraced publishing baron Robert Maxwell could be
36:09
Speaker 1: caged until she is 93 years old. Think about that,
36:13
Speaker 1: 93 years old. It's a long time in prison, folks.
36:23
Speaker 1: I can't even imagine staring down a sentence like that.
36:28
Speaker 1: And frankly, as long as it is, it's not long
36:30
Speaker 1: enough in my opinion. should be life without parole. If
36:34
Speaker 1: you get convicted of human trafficking, modern day slavery, pretty
36:39
Speaker 1: much the most heinous crime you can commit besides murder, yeah?
36:44
Speaker 1: So those laws need to have real teeth, and the
36:47
Speaker 1: people who are committing those crimes need to do real time.
36:54
Speaker 1: Since her arrest in July of 2020, her lawyers have
36:57
Speaker 1: been hammered with setback after setback. Yeah, yeah. I've called
37:01
Speaker 1: that stacking L's. Because that's certainly what Maxwell and her
37:05
Speaker 1: team has been doing. Stacking L after L after L.
37:10
Speaker 1: Every single thing that they have tried has been clipped
37:14
Speaker 1: at the legs. Every single argument that they have brought
37:18
Speaker 1: up has been shot down. Every appeal that they have
37:22
Speaker 1: made has been met with deaf ears by the court.
37:29
Speaker 1: And that's because... Maxwell and her team are simply relying
37:33
Speaker 1: on loopholes and technicalities. The manna of the so-called elite
37:40
Speaker 1: when it comes to these sort of criminal cases. But
37:49
Speaker 1: it's not going to work this time. There's way too
37:52
Speaker 1: much evidence stacked up against this lady. Way too many
37:55
Speaker 1: people who are willing to come forward and speak on
37:58
Speaker 1: what they know. what they saw, what they had done
38:02
Speaker 1: to them themselves. So the whole trying to use technicalities
38:09
Speaker 1: and loopholes, it's all fine and well, and I get it,
38:12
Speaker 1: it's part of your defense strategy. But it's not going
38:15
Speaker 1: to work this time. Every moan about jail conditions, her
38:23
Speaker 1: raunchy past, and just, just how unfair it all is.
38:27
Speaker 1: has been rebuffed by American prosecutors, judges, and public opinion. 100%.
38:34
Speaker 1: I think everybody is in lockstep at this point. Nobody
38:37
Speaker 1: has any empathy for her. Nobody cares about her so-called
38:41
Speaker 1: terrible jail conditions when there's literally millions of Americans who
38:44
Speaker 1: are languishing way worse than she ever will be. And certainly,
38:52
Speaker 1: nobody feels sorry for her predicament at this point. Maybe
38:57
Speaker 1: a few people, I guess, but for the most part,
39:00
Speaker 1: society in general, the public, has taken a look at
39:03
Speaker 1: the evidence. They've taken a look at what has been
39:06
Speaker 1: released over the decades. They take a look at this
39:10
Speaker 1: shitty non-prosecution agreement. And they all come to the same
39:15
Speaker 1: place as well. Maxwell has already skirted the law long enough.
39:22
Speaker 1: And if anyone has been given an easy pass so far,
39:26
Speaker 1: it's been Maxwell. Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's longtime muse, co-conspirator,
39:35
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag, bipedal serpent, got her free pass in
39:39
Speaker 1: Florida in 2008. Another does not appear to be forthcoming.
39:45
Speaker 1: That's a fact. There's not another one of these sweetheart
39:48
Speaker 1: deals that are coming from anywhere. There is way too
39:51
Speaker 1: much scrutiny on this case now. Back when this case
39:55
Speaker 1: was first prosecuted, there wasn't any scrutiny on it, let's
39:59
Speaker 1: be real. Nobody was really digging in. Nobody was really
40:01
Speaker 1: looking at it with a microscope or going through it
40:04
Speaker 1: with a fine-tooth comb. People looked at it as, ah,
40:09
Speaker 1: another sick rich dude got nailed for soliciting a prostitute.
40:13
Speaker 1: That's basically what the story was. Nobody in the legacy
40:17
Speaker 1: media could be bothered to dig a little deeper or
40:22
Speaker 1: to ask themselves, if he got caught this time, how
40:25
Speaker 1: many times has he done it previously? What, is this
40:28
Speaker 1: the first time he ever solicited a prostitute? And the
40:33
Speaker 1: galling part is, that wasn't even what he did. He
40:37
Speaker 1: solicited an underage girl, multiple underage girls, for prostitution. If
40:46
Speaker 1: you're under 18, you can't be a prostitute. Buckled at
40:53
Speaker 1: the waist to Maxwell is her longtime pal, Prince Andrew,
40:56
Speaker 1: who has never met a despot he hasn't liked, sponged off,
41:00
Speaker 1: or cavorted with. Yeah, Brad Hunter and me are on
41:03
Speaker 1: the same track here with our way of thinking when
41:06
Speaker 1: it comes to Prince Andrew. This dude has never met
41:09
Speaker 1: a scumbag that he hasn't wanted to hang out with.
41:13
Speaker 1: Just take a look at the illustrious group of people
41:16
Speaker 1: this guy calls his friends. Despots, gunrunners, child molesters, pedophiles.
41:25
Speaker 1: Dude's got a who's who of scumbags around him. But
41:30
Speaker 1: we're supposed to believe him when he comes out and says,
41:33
Speaker 1: I would never engage in anything such as this. Nobody
41:36
Speaker 1: believes you. Nobody. Talk about that shit falling on deaf ears.
41:47
Speaker 1: He must be incredulous that that woman, Virginia Roberts, is
41:52
Speaker 1: suing him for allegedly having sex with her when she
41:55
Speaker 1: was underage and wanted none of his blue-blooded sweat on
41:59
Speaker 1: her young body. And, you know, the premise of that's true, right?
42:06
Speaker 1: He must, in his mind, in the Joe Exotic of
42:10
Speaker 1: the Windsor family's mind... He must be like, what is
42:13
Speaker 1: going on right now? I'm the Prince of England. What
42:15
Speaker 1: do you mean I raped her? I can do whatever
42:17
Speaker 1: I want. There's no rules. It's always consensual when I'm involved.
42:21
Speaker 1: Everybody wants to spend some time with the Prince, even
42:24
Speaker 1: the people at ABC. Oh, well, you thought I was
42:27
Speaker 1: going to let ABC off the hook? Those scoundrel-ass scumbags
42:31
Speaker 1: who killed the Amy Robach story in 2015 because they
42:36
Speaker 1: wanted to keep access to Prince Andrew? Keep that in mind, folks.
42:41
Speaker 1: Remember who the scumbags are after this, and don't give
42:44
Speaker 1: them a pass. There are plenty other options out there
42:49
Speaker 1: for you to get your news, your media. Don't give
42:53
Speaker 1: one single cent to these scumbag corporations... who are in
42:58
Speaker 1: the pocket of Epstein, who are in the pocket of
43:01
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. No, Andrew and Maxwell, two graduates of plummy
43:08
Speaker 1: Oxford University... grew up believing the world was made for them. 100%.
43:13
Speaker 1: How many times do I touch on this? They grew
43:17
Speaker 1: up thinking that there's a set of rules for them,
43:19
Speaker 1: a way of life for them, and then there's a
43:22
Speaker 1: set of rules for us, a way of life for us.
43:28
Speaker 1: And we have always been and always will be less
43:31
Speaker 1: than in their eyes. These people look at us like
43:37
Speaker 1: pieces on a game board. And if we would all
43:42
Speaker 1: disappear tomorrow, they wouldn't care one bit. Except for the
43:45
Speaker 1: fact that they'd lose their pool of people to abuse
43:49
Speaker 1: and manipulate. As far as, you know, human emotion, forget it.
43:55
Speaker 1: They don't give a fuck. Just take a look at
43:57
Speaker 1: the way they conduct themselves. Rules and punishment? Well, that's
44:07
Speaker 1: for the little people like you and me and Virginia Roberts. Now, poor,
44:13
Speaker 1: poor Ghislaine, who really should be summering on the Riviera
44:17
Speaker 1: or the Hamptons, has suffered another courtroom loss. And again,
44:21
Speaker 1: the L's keep stacking for Ghislaine Maxwell, folks. One after
44:27
Speaker 1: the other after the other. It's almost like Jenga at
44:30
Speaker 1: this point. Her legal team has proven to be pretty
44:39
Speaker 1: much neutralized. Every single time they make a move, every
44:43
Speaker 1: time they put together a motion, every time they file
44:46
Speaker 1: a new suit, it gets automatically clipped by the prosecution.
44:53
Speaker 1: And what that tells me is the prosecution has a
44:57
Speaker 1: load of evidence here. And they're very, very confident in
45:00
Speaker 1: their case. And you could tell that Maxwell's team feels
45:04
Speaker 1: the same way. Because they're doing everything in their power
45:08
Speaker 1: to get this case to not go to court. Because
45:12
Speaker 1: they fear what will come once that judge slams down
45:17
Speaker 1: that gavel and the court is in session. You can
45:21
Speaker 1: talk all the garbage you want up until that point.
45:24
Speaker 1: You can float all the nonsense you want up until
45:27
Speaker 1: that point. But the second that gavel comes down, shit
45:31
Speaker 1: gets real. Late Friday, U.S. District Judge Allison Nathan torpedoed
45:39
Speaker 1: Maxwell's bid to drop sex trafficking charges against her in
45:43
Speaker 1: the wake of Bill Cosby's overturned conviction. Now, I knew
45:46
Speaker 1: from the jump that was not going to work. Judge
45:49
Speaker 1: Nathan was not going to have any of that nonsense.
45:52
Speaker 1: It was comparing apples to cannonballs, folks. No bearing. The
45:57
Speaker 1: only thing that's similar is that they were sex crimes. Sure,
46:00
Speaker 1: they were in the same area code, but they weren't
46:03
Speaker 1: on the same block. And the court recognized that, slapped
46:08
Speaker 1: down Maxwell's attempt, and told her to kick rocks once again.
46:12
Speaker 1: I mean, the epic amount of L's that her team
46:14
Speaker 1: has stacked here is pretty impressive. You gotta give them
46:17
Speaker 1: props for that at the very least, right? What an
46:20
Speaker 1: epic amount of L's they have collected. Her lawyers argue
46:27
Speaker 1: that Maxwell, like the famed funny man, had a non-prosecution
46:31
Speaker 1: agreement that Jeffrey Epstein signed with federal prosecutors in Florida
46:36
Speaker 1: in 2007. Yeah, no, sorry, that was never going to work. Okay, again,
46:41
Speaker 1: it was not the same thing. Not the same thing
46:44
Speaker 1: at all. Again, same area code maybe, but not on
46:47
Speaker 1: the same block. Nathan said the argument isn't persuasive, partly
46:53
Speaker 1: because Maxwell didn't sign the agreement herself. Creepy Cause was
46:58
Speaker 1: sprung from prison in June after serving three years of
47:01
Speaker 1: a 10-year sentence. And again, that is a crucial part, right?
47:05
Speaker 1: Named and unnamed co-conspirators. That's pretty fucking vague. Pretty vague.
47:11
Speaker 1: So anyone who gets nailed in a crime, just be like, hey, yeah,
47:14
Speaker 1: I'm covered under that NPA with Jeffrey Epstein. What do
47:17
Speaker 1: you mean I'm not named in it? He told me
47:19
Speaker 1: I was part of it. How do you shoot that down?
47:23
Speaker 1: How do you, you know what I mean? That's up
47:24
Speaker 1: to the judge, I guess, to make a decision. And
47:26
Speaker 1: that's exactly what you see here. Judge Maxwell, I mean, uh,
47:30
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan making a decision telling Maxwell, sorry, that dog
47:34
Speaker 1: doesn't hunt. That line is not going to work. And
47:37
Speaker 1: you are going to sit in jail until this trial happens.
47:44
Speaker 1: You want to get out of jail, Ghislaine Maxwell? Well,
47:48
Speaker 1: win at your trial. Maxwell is pleaded not guilty to
47:55
Speaker 1: an eight-count indictment accusing her of providing underage rape survivors
47:59
Speaker 1: to hedge fund head case Epstein, who died mysteriously in
48:04
Speaker 1: his New York jail cell in 2019 while awaiting his
48:08
Speaker 1: own sex trafficking trial. Imagine that eight-count indictment. That's what
48:12
Speaker 1: she's looking at, an eight-count indictment. Should be a hundred
48:16
Speaker 1: and eight-count indictment. If they hit her with RICO predicates,
48:19
Speaker 1: that's what it would be. See, when they hit you
48:22
Speaker 1: with Rico, what they'll try and do is smack you
48:25
Speaker 1: with every predicate in the book. I've seen somebody get
48:28
Speaker 1: hit with literally 100 counts of Rico, folks, and then
48:31
Speaker 1: at the end of the day, only one count sticks.
48:34
Speaker 1: But that's the tool that they have in their toolbox.
48:37
Speaker 1: That's what they have deployed against R. Kelly. That's the
48:40
Speaker 1: tool they deployed against Keith Ranieri. But for some reason,
48:44
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell isn't worthy of the same exact treatment? How
48:50
Speaker 1: in the world Can anyone justify that? There is nobody
48:55
Speaker 1: on this planet who can justify that to me. It
48:59
Speaker 1: is a travesty, a travesty, that this is not a
49:04
Speaker 1: RICO case. And that sweaty mess who stumbled and stammered
49:13
Speaker 1: through an agonizing, hour-long train wreck of a BBC interview?
49:18
Speaker 1: Prince William and Prince Charles appear ready to throw the
49:21
Speaker 1: 61-year-old Andrew under the bus. No wonder. Yeah, look, we've
49:26
Speaker 1: talked about this, and you don't gotta be Inspector Gadget
49:29
Speaker 1: to figure this one out. When Charles becomes king, it's
49:35
Speaker 1: a wrap for Prince Andrew. In the old days, he
49:39
Speaker 1: would have had them clipped, probably. You know how fucking
49:42
Speaker 1: ruthless princes were back in the day? Princes and kings,
49:45
Speaker 1: and they'd do anything to protect their claim, right? But nowadays,
49:49
Speaker 1: they'll probably just be like banished or something. Whatever the
49:55
Speaker 1: furthest part of the English Empire is now, that's where
49:58
Speaker 1: they should send them. Because he has no place representing
50:04
Speaker 1: the country of England. He has no place representing the
50:07
Speaker 1: great awesome, incredible people of England... they don't want his
50:12
Speaker 1: ass representing them. People of England have pride. The people
50:18
Speaker 1: of England... are good... hard-working folk... who are embarrassed by
50:23
Speaker 1: this son of a bitch. And I know for a fact...
50:27
Speaker 1: from the conversations I've had... with my folk across the pond...
50:31
Speaker 1: that there is just about nobody... who wants to see
50:34
Speaker 1: this guy's face. And just about everybody... wants to see
50:38
Speaker 1: him prosecuted. On August 9th, Virginia Roberts filed a lawsuit
50:46
Speaker 1: alleging sexual abuse by the Duke of York. Roberts has
50:50
Speaker 1: long claimed she had unwanted underage sex with Andrew at
50:53
Speaker 1: Epstein's plush Manhattan mansion and in London, and down in
50:57
Speaker 1: the Caribbean, by the way. Look, there's no way that
51:02
Speaker 1: at this point, Just your words enough are going to
51:06
Speaker 1: do the job. You got to bring some evidence to
51:08
Speaker 1: the table, right? We've passed the point where it's he said,
51:11
Speaker 1: she said. There's a mountain of evidence provided against Andrew,
51:15
Speaker 1: against Maxwell. And so far, all that they have is, what, words?
51:23
Speaker 1: BS alibis that nobody can corroborate? First and foremost, Charles
51:31
Speaker 1: and William are united. there will never be a return
51:35
Speaker 1: to public life for Andrew. A source recently told the
51:38
Speaker 1: Daily Mirror, adding they are exasperated with Andrew. Well, again, look,
51:43
Speaker 1: I'm not a big fan of the royal family at all,
51:45
Speaker 1: but at least they're doing the right thing here, not
51:48
Speaker 1: letting this scumbag come back in. Now, probably a lot
51:52
Speaker 1: of that has to do with saving face for the
51:54
Speaker 1: royal family, not so much of them being concerned about
51:57
Speaker 1: what this dude's alleged to have done or with the
52:00
Speaker 1: survivor's well-being. But at least we know, when this new
52:07
Speaker 1: guy becomes king, he's certainly not going to open the
52:10
Speaker 1: door for the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family to
52:13
Speaker 1: walk back through. The prince has denied the allegations, including
52:19
Speaker 1: the whopper, that he couldn't recall meeting Roberts. But there
52:23
Speaker 1: is that picture of the pally prince, a teenage Roberts,
52:26
Speaker 1: and the looming Maxwell. The evidence against Maxwell appears substantial, and...
52:32
Speaker 1: Things ain't looking so great for Andrew either. That's 100% correct.
52:37
Speaker 1: The evidence is substantial. I wouldn't even be sitting here
52:42
Speaker 1: talking about this if this was something that was in
52:45
Speaker 1: progress of happening. No evidence had been turned over. We
52:49
Speaker 1: don't know anything. I steer clear of stuff like that.
52:53
Speaker 1: Because unless you have a full picture of what's going on,
52:55
Speaker 1: all you're doing is adding to the noise. We have
52:59
Speaker 1: a full, clear picture of what went on here. And
53:04
Speaker 1: it doesn't look good for the Joe Exotic of the
53:06
Speaker 1: Windsor family or Ghislaine Maxwell. She will need to turn
53:13
Speaker 1: on Andrew and other peeps of high status to avoid
53:16
Speaker 1: dying in a brutal American prison. To escape with anything,
53:21
Speaker 1: the rogue prince will have to throw Maxwell under the bus.
53:24
Speaker 1: The feds want the scalp of the prince. Watching rich
53:28
Speaker 1: toffs wallow in misery is surely one of life's great pleasures. Yeah,
53:34
Speaker 1: I gotta agree with that, Brad Hunter. Out of all
53:36
Speaker 1: of this, it is joyful to watch these rich sons
53:39
Speaker 1: of bitches squirm for once, isn't it? The men of
53:45
Speaker 1: always have for too long had their foot on the
53:48
Speaker 1: neck of the children of never. And the children of
53:51
Speaker 1: never have had enough. The children of never are fighting back.
53:57
Speaker 1: And when all is said and done, the men of always...
54:02
Speaker 1: They're going to have a big problem on their hands.
