  Speaker 1: you come into a situation where somebody's angry at you

  Speaker 1: for no apparent reason, or maybe they're really being arrogant

  Speaker 1: with you, or they're saying harsh words towards you, or

  Speaker 1: the cursing you out, or you know something along those lines,
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: you feel this energy that's not good. Like it's a
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: bad energy. You could turn that thing around. How tell
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: you how by a gentle word, a gentle spirit like
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: you don't return evil for evil. You returned evil with good,
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: and see what happens. I've heard testimonies stories about how
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: things changed in some heated discussions or even some violent
• 2:37
  Speaker 1: situations where a kind word and turned away that wrath
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: and the other person or the other people evolved, were

  Speaker 1: shocked and stunned by the kindness and gentleness of our spirit,

  Speaker 1: of your spirit, my spirit to a person who is

  Speaker 1: really angry. Power of gentleness. We're gonna hit two scriptures

  Speaker 1: or whatever the case. Watch the power of gentleness happen

  Speaker 1: overcome the power of hatred, overcome the power of evil. Period. So, Father,

  Speaker 1: powers and these abilities to oppose the enemies of you,

  Speaker 1: a lens to see through our eyes, a speech to
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: speak through our mouth, ear see hear, and just a

  Speaker 1: spirited gentleness, A pray Lod God, that this spirit of

  Speaker 1: speak victory to all things that are defeated. In Jesus name,

  Speaker 1: dispatch your arkwaring angels. You're ministering angels, the warring angels,

  Speaker 1: to annihilate the tactics of the enemy over our lives

  Speaker 1: part by being kind and having a gentle spirit a man,

  Speaker 1: and God will take it from there. It's an amazing

  Speaker 1: work of the Holy Spirit with you. But it has

  Speaker 1: everything to do, a lot more to do. I can't

  Speaker 1: even say everything, because we have a part to play.

  Speaker 1: But it has a lot more to do with Holy
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: Spirit God getting somebody to a knowledge of who Jesus

  Speaker 1: is and bringing them into the Kingdom of God. That's
• 11:31
  Speaker 1: the work of Holy Spirit. He convinces you and convicts you,
• 11:35
  Speaker 1: convinces you that he's real and that he's the only living, true, holy, righteous,
• 11:39
  Speaker 1: loving God. And he convicts you a man of your sin, like, Wow,

  Speaker 1: I need a savior. I'm broken, I'm out of line,

  Speaker 1: I'm out of touch, a man being violent in certain
• 11:51
  Speaker 1: areas of my life. Yeah, and He'll take you from
• 11:55
  Speaker 1: out of your darkness into his marvelous light. Power of gentleness,

  Speaker 1: because the kindness of God. Amen, it's amazing. This is

  Speaker 1: two scriptures, Proverbs sixteen and Proverbs twenty five. Let's go

  Speaker 1: for it. This right now is Proverbs sixteen, and you

  Speaker 1: could go to verse number twenty four. Proverbs chapter sixteen,

  Speaker 1: Verse number twenty four. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet

  Speaker 1: to the soul and healing to the bones. Now, I

  Speaker 1: don't know anybody. I don't know anybody who does not

  Speaker 1: want healing, whether it's physically, emotionally, spiritually, and the kind

  Speaker 1: words supernaturally a man, when you speak the words of God,

  Speaker 1: which are kind words, if you have a gentle spirit.

  Speaker 1: Remember God is a power full spirit, Amen, almighty spirit. Amen.

  Speaker 1: Yet he has a gentle spirit concerning his creation, concerning

  Speaker 1: his children, concerning humans, concerning what he created. And he

  Speaker 1: does that because he's loved. God is love, so by definition,

  Speaker 1: he's kind, he's loving, he's trustworthy, and he's all powerful.

  Speaker 1: That's why I put power of gentleness. The gentle spirit

  Speaker 1: of God is so powerful it will topple over any
• 13:32
  Speaker 1: kind of evil, just from a gentle spirit. People think, oh,
• 13:35
  Speaker 1: I got a war with this thing, and I got
• 13:37
  Speaker 1: spiritual war Yeah, we are a spiritual war. So let's
• 13:39
  Speaker 1: use the weapons of warfare that God wants us to use,
• 13:43
  Speaker 1: not the weapons of warfare that your famous evangelist, your
• 13:46
  Speaker 1: famous prophet, your famous teacher, your famous preacher, your famous pastor,
• 13:50
  Speaker 1: your famous this, your famous that. Okay, they might have
• 13:54
  Speaker 1: weapons of warfare that they yield and they use, but
• 13:58
  Speaker 1: let's keep it to the scriptures a man and will
• 14:01
  Speaker 1: be in a better place. Don't follow how I do
• 14:05
  Speaker 1: spiritual warfare, follow how the Lord instructs us to do
• 14:09
  Speaker 1: spiritual warfare. And part of spiritual warfare is kind words.

  Speaker 1: And people could challenge me all they want. Oh that's

  Speaker 1: not a weapon. Yesterday's kind words are like honey, sweet

  Speaker 1: to the soul and healthy for the body. So if
• 14:23
  Speaker 1: you go into any battle, wouldn't you want to be healthy? Want?

  Speaker 1: Why didn't you want to go into a battle feeling
• 14:30
  Speaker 1: real good and knowing that you guided and guarded and

  Speaker 1: protected by a guy who loves you, by a God
• 14:36
  Speaker 1: who shows you kindness, by a guy who's gentle and
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: has a gentle spirit when he moves you into victory.

  Speaker 1: Or would you want to be pushed around by spirit
• 14:47
  Speaker 1: of unkindness? You want to be pushed him ound by
• 14:49
  Speaker 1: the spirit of violence. You want to be pushed around
• 14:52
  Speaker 1: by a spirit that's that's not giving you victory. I mean,
• 14:57
  Speaker 1: we could choose here, but I'd rather choose what God
• 14:59
  Speaker 1: say says over what man says. That's all I'm saying.

  Speaker 1: So Proverbs sixteen and verse twenty four. You could say, todate,

  Speaker 1: read it, study it, speak it over your life, and
• 15:10
  Speaker 1: read the whole chapter Proverbs sixteen. The second scripture I

  Speaker 1: want us to look at is Proverbs twenty five, verse

  Speaker 1: number fifteen. Proverbs twenty five, verse number fifteen. Through patients,

  Speaker 1: a ruler can be persuaded, and a gentle tongue can

  Speaker 1: break a bone. And I was like, what the break

  Speaker 1: of the bone means? Like, am I going to literally
• 15:35
  Speaker 1: physically get up and break somebody's bone. I don't think

  Speaker 1: that's what that means. I believe the Lord is telling

  Speaker 1: us listen patience and persuade a prince. Another version says

  Speaker 1: and saw speech can break bones. So in other words,

  Speaker 1: ours saw speech mixed with patients could persuade a leader
• 16:01
  Speaker 1: into deciding something rights. Amen. Right now, we're in a
• 16:06
  Speaker 1: climate right in politics and this season of craziness that's happening.

  Speaker 1: We need to help the Holy Spirit, of course, persuade
• 16:18
  Speaker 1: our leaders in our nation to do the right thing.

  Speaker 1: That way, their bones could be broken, like the bones
• 16:26
  Speaker 1: of hatred, the bones of just violence, the bones of injustice,
• 16:35
  Speaker 1: bones of greed, the bones of pride. Amen. I believe
• 16:37
  Speaker 1: that's what the Lord means. I kind of don't think
• 16:41
  Speaker 1: he means for us to speak a word to break
• 16:43
  Speaker 1: somebody's physical bones. Amen. I could be wrong, man. You

  Speaker 1: always willing to be corrected. I learned, I always learned.

  Speaker 1: I had a meeting with some brothers, Amen, and I

  Speaker 1: learned thing from the scriptures that I had thought one way,

  Speaker 1: But when it was explained to me differently, I was like,

  Speaker 1: oh wow, I learned something today. So when you have
• 17:10
  Speaker 1: the power of gentleness, you could use that power in
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: any situation in your life. The reason why a lot

  Speaker 1: of people don't think that's true is because you know
• 17:20
  Speaker 1: when you're at a point of anger and your anger
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: is like getting to a place to the roof. If
• 17:27
  Speaker 1: you notice how that anger is increasing, if you notice,
• 17:33
  Speaker 1: if you think about it. I know it's hard to
• 17:34
  Speaker 1: think when you're going and you're angry and something's going on,
• 17:38
  Speaker 1: but it takes time to think about it. Or maybe
• 17:41
  Speaker 1: after the situation, hopefully everything will be all right, you'll
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: be in a safe space, in a safe place. You'll
• 17:47
  Speaker 1: take time to think about how did that escalate so fast?
• 17:50
  Speaker 1: And I can guarantee you it escalated by what you
• 17:53
  Speaker 1: were speaking. Okay, somebody was cursing me out, and then
• 17:59
  Speaker 1: I started cursing them out, so then things start to escalating.

  Speaker 1: But how about doing what God says, speak a kind word,
• 18:06
  Speaker 1: be patient and man, if you want to persuade the
• 18:09
  Speaker 1: person that's leading the situation and that's angry at you
• 18:13
  Speaker 1: and angry at me, let's do what the scripture says.

  Speaker 1: Be patient, right, be patient and try to persuade by
• 18:23
  Speaker 1: using a gentle tongue, with gentle voice, a gentle spirit,
• 18:27
  Speaker 1: a gentle kind word, with turnaray wrath. That's what the
• 18:32
  Speaker 1: scripture says. Now, either that's true or is not. Ben

  Speaker 1: So this is very simple to me. A lot of
• 18:39
  Speaker 1: people try to complicate stuff now with the scriptures because
• 18:43
  Speaker 1: we have this AI. So instead of going to the Bible,
• 18:46
  Speaker 1: you'll go to AI. Asks AI questions instead of asking
• 18:49
  Speaker 1: the scriptures the question, instead of asking the Lord the question.
• 18:53
  Speaker 1: Because have you noticed that AI is being fed information?
• 18:59
  Speaker 1: That's how AI our works. Humans are feeding the AI

  Speaker 1: system with information and they've been using us to feed
• 19:05
  Speaker 1: that information for years and years and years. Right with

  Speaker 1: those boxes that they used to send through our emails

  Speaker 1: and online and through surveys based to make us put
• 19:16
  Speaker 1: numbers in right letters in solve equations, we were actually
• 19:21
  Speaker 1: feeding the machine of AI for years. Yeah, so we
• 19:26
  Speaker 1: were part of the input of what the information is
• 19:29
  Speaker 1: putting out. So we were inputting the output of what
• 19:34
  Speaker 1: AI is doing. So how much more powerful do you
• 19:38
  Speaker 1: think the word of God is When we take his word,
• 19:43
  Speaker 1: put it in our souls and in our lives, and
• 19:45
  Speaker 1: then speak it out. We have an input from God
• 19:49
  Speaker 1: and he wants us to use it for an output.

  Speaker 1: AI has no chance over God's wisdom and understanding. So

  Speaker 1: instead of going straight to AI ask the questions, I
• 19:59
  Speaker 1: do it for shortcuts. Absolutely, amen. I don't ask AI

  Speaker 1: a question about you know, situations that are going on
• 20:07
  Speaker 1: in my life. I ask Ai, hey, what's this scripture

  Speaker 1: at about? You know, speaking anger, gentleness, whatever, And it

  Speaker 1: gets you to the For the most part, it'll get
• 20:19
  Speaker 1: you to the scriptures. Because the scriptures the Holy Word

  Speaker 1: of God. That's really my Google search, that's my holy search.

  Speaker 1: York to Pennsylvania, and when I bumped into kind people

  Speaker 1: that were literally saying hi, and I didn't know them,

  Speaker 1: I was shocked. I was like, why are they saying

  Speaker 1: hello to me? They don't know me? Something is there

  Speaker 1: a string attached to that hello? That's like I will
• 21:16
  Speaker 1: look around, like am I gonna get jumped. Is that

  Speaker 1: the way they jump people out of the NBA. Because
• 21:21
  Speaker 1: I wasn't used to a complete stranger waving and saying hi,
• 21:26
  Speaker 1: opening a door like that. I mean, it would happen
• 21:28
  Speaker 1: from a part of New York I was from, but
• 21:30
  Speaker 1: it would really happened. Everybody was busy running around, busy
• 21:36
  Speaker 1: going you know, doing this and going there, and you know,
• 21:39
  Speaker 1: so it wasn't a common thing at least from my
• 21:42
  Speaker 1: part of town Amen from where I was raised. But
• 21:44
  Speaker 1: when I came to PA and my first thought was Allentown.

  Speaker 1: I was on the south side Allentown, and people would

  Speaker 1: literally open the door for you. They would say hi
• 21:52
  Speaker 1: to you, complete strangers, and I wasn't used to that.

  Speaker 1: So I wasn't used to the kindness of people. I

  Speaker 1: was already used to the frustration, the anger being cursed out,

  Speaker 1: and you know, just I was olveray used to the chaos.

  Speaker 1: So a lot of people are like that. A lot
• 22:11
  Speaker 1: of people are used to the chaos. So when they
• 22:13
  Speaker 1: find a peaceful person, they don't know what to do

  Speaker 1: with it. That person and they were like, wait a minute,

  Speaker 1: there must be some hidden agenda. Sam must have some
• 22:22
  Speaker 1: hidden agenda, right, Sister Joan must have a hidden agenda.

  Speaker 1: Brother Jonathan must have a hidden agenda when they respond

  Speaker 1: with kindness and no simply because God was kind to us.

  Speaker 1: As now we're believers, God was kind of us. Now
• 22:40
  Speaker 1: we return the kindness to others. So I slip up
• 22:43
  Speaker 1: every now and then and say an unkind word. Of course,
• 22:46
  Speaker 1: and so do you. But the whole idea here is

  Speaker 1: power of gentleness to respond in a way that if
• 22:53
  Speaker 1: we take time and think about what we're going to say,

  Speaker 1: and we're inspired by Holy Spirit to speak something kind
• 23:01
  Speaker 1: or gentle word, we will maintain the power of gentleness,
• 23:05
  Speaker 1: will have that gentle spirit upon us and people they'll
• 23:08
  Speaker 1: be shocked, Amen. But whatever they want to say back
• 23:12
  Speaker 1: will kind of be stopped. Amen. I've seen it happen
• 23:15
  Speaker 1: in my life. I've heard stories all through my life
• 23:18
  Speaker 1: as being a believer of how a kind word would
• 23:20
  Speaker 1: turn away wrath. But listen, if you're building something, you
• 23:25
  Speaker 1: be bricked by brick by brick by brick when you
• 23:27
  Speaker 1: see that thing on going up my wall going up right,
• 23:30
  Speaker 1: same way with our words. Somebody speaks an unkind word,
• 23:34
  Speaker 1: it's not a gentle word, Amen. And then we speak
• 23:37
  Speaker 1: another word back, that's going to build upon that word.

  Speaker 1: We're gonna start putting a wall up as well, and
• 23:44
  Speaker 1: instead of things getting better, and the situation's gonna get worse.

  Speaker 1: So how about trying it? Amen, Next time somebody calls
• 23:52
  Speaker 1: you up, a bill collector calls you up, and I've
• 23:54
  Speaker 1: done this before, and they're upset and they're frustrated. You're
• 23:58
  Speaker 1: probably the one hundredth call. And people are hanging with
• 24:01
  Speaker 1: the phone, Hello this so and so yes, and you
• 24:05
  Speaker 1: can hear it in the voice that they're frustrated. People
• 24:08
  Speaker 1: have been cursing them out, hanging up the phones on them.
• 24:11
  Speaker 1: And then you know, you say your name and the
• 24:13
  Speaker 1: other information that they want, and then you hit them
• 24:16
  Speaker 1: with how's your day? How are you? How you men?

  Speaker 1: And literally when you do that, you get to hear
• 24:24
  Speaker 1: a pause on the phone. I'm like, they'll probably look
• 24:26
  Speaker 1: at the phone and be like, huh, somebody's asking me
• 24:30
  Speaker 1: how I'm doing, And you could see, or you can
• 24:34
  Speaker 1: hear in their tone of their voice that something is different.
• 24:37
  Speaker 1: Now you change the environment. My wife does that when
• 24:41
  Speaker 1: she speaks to people on the phone. It might be
• 24:44
  Speaker 1: like real, arrogant or whatever it's to speak a kind
• 24:48
  Speaker 1: word and change the whole situation. It's not a secret.
• 24:52
  Speaker 1: God's given us power of gentleness. It's not a secret
• 24:55
  Speaker 1: God's given us the weapons of war, which is kind
• 24:58
  Speaker 1: of love, raise mercy. Those are weapons of war because

  Speaker 1: if you think about it, it stops the enemy right
• 25:05
  Speaker 1: in his tracks. The whole world's falling apart around you, amen.

  Speaker 1: The whole world's falling apart around me too. It's the

  Speaker 1: world system. The world system is falling apart, ladies and gentlemen.

  Speaker 1: But we are standing in victory with standing united in Christ.
