- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, Steve, here we are last break of the day,
- 0:03Speaker 1: and of course it is time for you to leave us.
- 0:05Speaker 1: With some closing remarks.
- 0:08Speaker 2: I want to give you some encouragement on your role
- 0:11Speaker 2: to success. I've often said a million times that the
- 0:15Speaker 2: road to success is always under construction, that you can
- 0:19Speaker 2: expect the pitfalls, to set backs, the detools, the working
- 0:24Speaker 2: men at work, so forth, and so on. Well, what
- 0:27Speaker 2: I want to remind you of is that you can
- 0:32Speaker 2: win if you can fight through the clutter. And one
- 0:38Speaker 2: of the best ways that I can give you to
- 0:40Speaker 2: fight through the clutter you have to have a relationship
- 0:46Speaker 2: with God. I mean, it's just really the best way
- 0:49Speaker 2: to fight through the clutter because you really don't know
- 0:55Speaker 2: how exactly to become successful. You really don't know I
- 1:00Speaker 2: know exactly how I mean. And the reason I know
- 1:03Speaker 2: you don't know exactly how is because you've probably aimed
- 1:07Speaker 2: for something that in order to achieve it you really
- 1:11Speaker 2: do need God's help. So is nothing wrong when you
- 1:16Speaker 2: don't know exactly how you're going to make it, because
- 1:21Speaker 2: what that means is you've aspired to something so great
- 1:25Speaker 2: that in order for it to happen, you absolutely have
- 1:28Speaker 2: to have God's help. That's where you want to be.
- 1:32Speaker 2: You want to be on a mission that keeps you
- 1:34Speaker 2: awake at night. You want to be on a mission
- 1:37Speaker 2: man that makes you wake up early. You want to
- 1:41Speaker 2: be on a mission that requires you to pray constantly.
- 1:44Speaker 2: You want to be on a mission man, where you
- 1:47Speaker 2: seek the advice and help of other people. That's in
- 1:51Speaker 2: a higher position. You want to be on a mission
- 1:54Speaker 2: where not achieving it becomes absolutely unacceptable. But to get there,
- 2:01Speaker 2: you got to fight through the clutter. And the biggest
- 2:04Speaker 2: form of clutter in your mind is the actual figuring
- 2:09Speaker 2: it out. Can you remember back on how many times
- 2:14Speaker 2: you've tried to figure something out your life, your next move,
- 2:18Speaker 2: who to call, who to talk to, whether to try
- 2:21Speaker 2: to sell them, how to sell them, what to buy,
- 2:23Speaker 2: how to buy? If you go back over all your
- 2:26Speaker 2: life of you figuring out my next move? Should I
- 2:29Speaker 2: go to school? Should I not go to school? Should
- 2:31Speaker 2: I get a degree in this? Should I not get
- 2:33Speaker 2: a degree in this? Should I apply for that job?
- 2:35Speaker 2: But this job? Should I go over here because they
- 2:37Speaker 2: pay you a little bit more, but this as better stability.
- 2:40Speaker 2: I don't know, But you've constantly been trying to work
- 2:43Speaker 2: that out. That's exhausting and it keeps your mind cluttered.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I was reading in my daily meditation, how when you
- 2:50Speaker 2: clutter your mind up with the how to you remove
- 2:54Speaker 2: God's presence in your life? Because He's always hovering and
- 2:58Speaker 2: standing close by to come in and comfort you and
- 3:01Speaker 2: be beside you and help you make these decisions. But
- 3:03Speaker 2: if you never invite him in, if you never invite
- 3:06Speaker 2: him to make the decisions, if you never allow his
- 3:09Speaker 2: presence to come and calm you down. Man, sometimes you
- 3:15Speaker 2: just need calming. You know, you could deal with a
- 3:18Speaker 2: lot of this stuff that you're going through a lot
- 3:20Speaker 2: better if you will have just a calming effect. The
- 3:24Speaker 2: calming effect, that's the piece you get when you form
- 3:28Speaker 2: a relationship with God. God calms you down because you
- 3:31Speaker 2: know he got your back, you know he's in control.
- 3:35Speaker 2: He know he got your best interest at heart, you
- 3:37Speaker 2: know that he's behind the scenes working on your behalf.
- 3:40Speaker 2: When you have that type of relationship, it cools you out.
- 3:45Speaker 2: You can chill. You can't do anything about tomorrow, so
- 3:51Speaker 2: worrying about it doesn't affect it. Now. I'm not saying
- 3:55Speaker 2: and sitting here that you're not supposed to plan that
- 3:57Speaker 2: you're not supposed to have dreams and aspirations because you do.
- 4:01Speaker 2: But in all my dreams of aspirations, all the things
- 4:04Speaker 2: I want, I've had to learn to be flexible because
- 4:08Speaker 2: what I want and what God has for me is
- 4:11Speaker 2: oftentimes two different things. But can I share something with you?
- 4:16Speaker 2: The thing that God has for you is way better
- 4:19Speaker 2: than anything anything you could possibly plan. You can't figure
- 4:25Speaker 2: it the way he does. His thoughts is way up there, man,
- 4:29Speaker 2: His ways is way up there. You can't outfigure God.
- 4:34Speaker 2: God can take a very very dismal situation, folks, and
- 4:38Speaker 2: turn it into pure gold for you. When they are
- 4:42Speaker 2: lining themselves against you, If God is with you, who
- 4:45Speaker 2: can be against you? So let them line up. If
- 4:48Speaker 2: you know you've got a relationship with God, and you
- 4:51Speaker 2: know you're not over there by yourself, why would you
- 4:53Speaker 2: be afraid of someone lining up against you? Let them
- 4:56Speaker 2: lined up. You're talking to somebody who knows this all
- 4:59Speaker 2: to well. They have lined up against me in numbers.
- 5:05Speaker 2: But guess what, they can't do nothing to me. God
- 5:09Speaker 2: don't allow. And even if you do do it, it
- 5:12Speaker 2: doesn't mean it has the effect of the desired effect
- 5:15Speaker 2: on me that you wanted to and so that's the
- 5:19Speaker 2: same thing with you. Because of this relationship with God,
- 5:22Speaker 2: you don't have to be in and react to every
- 5:24Speaker 2: time somebody don't like a picture or make a bad
- 5:27Speaker 2: comment or put a false falsehood out there about you.
- 5:31Speaker 2: You don't have to react to all of that because
- 5:34Speaker 2: you have peace in a relationship with God. You got
- 5:37Speaker 2: to form this relationship, y'all. You have to. It's imperative
- 5:41Speaker 2: to who you are. And the thing about forming relationship,
- 5:45Speaker 2: you don't have to clear it with nobody. But you
- 5:47Speaker 2: ain't got to even tell nobody you doing it. You
- 5:50Speaker 2: can show them a difference you. You don't have to
- 5:52Speaker 2: make an admission. I'm talking to God every day trying
- 5:57Speaker 2: to become a better person. You ain't got to tell
- 5:58Speaker 2: nobody that. Just do it. Just do it. That's all
- 6:03Speaker 2: you've got to do. All right, those are my closing remarks.
- 6:06Speaker 1: All right, drop it it's dropped, Thank you, sir. Yeah,
