- 0:02Gold and silver will absolutely continue their March higher.
- 0:07Yes, we will see $90.00 silver and you're going to see it a lot
- 0:11sooner than you think. How does that make you feel?
- 0:14Do you believe it? Do you need proof?
- 0:16I'm going to give you proof in this video live stream.
- 0:20I appreciate everyone of you being here at the Snap live
- 0:24stream event. We've got some very important
- 0:26things to talk about, not the least of which is how important
- 0:30you are as a part of Ron's basement.
- 0:33Basement dwellers, I see you. I know you're here and it's a
- 0:37big, big deal. You belong.
- 0:39I hope you found a little home away from home.
- 0:42You're part of the group. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 0:44Give the video a thumbs up. Let's start out by talking about
- 0:48the big, big picture. We need to understand what's
- 0:52going on in the big picture level and then we'll dive into
- 0:56right the reasons why we could see $90.00 silver and we could
- 1:00be talking about it. Do you?
- 1:02Are you a believer? Do you believe that one year
- 1:06from right now we could be talking about $90.00 over?
- 1:11Oh, I know it sounds crazy. I'll just turn the computer off
- 1:14and go upstairs, right? No, it's real and it really
- 1:18could happen. But first we got to talk about
- 1:21the big picture and I put this together for you.
- 1:24Hey, thank you, Don for the Super chat, my friend.
- 1:27Thank you. But I'm going to pull it there.
- 1:29Wrong one. Hold on, hold on.
- 1:33Now we're going to pull it up. There's Don.
- 1:36Thank you, Don for the Super chat.
- 1:37Now guys, I want to pull up something very important for us
- 1:41to talk about right now. Thank you, Don.
- 1:45And this, my friends and I even drew with my magic crayons on it
- 1:49shows what is going on. OK, this is the big picture.
- 1:53This is why the US dollar is in such big trouble.
- 1:57This is why you you likely are going to see ACBDCA, central
- 2:03bank digital currency. Remember that Buttercup, we
- 2:06don't talk about that much. Nobody does anymore.
- 2:09But This is why you're going to see a CBDC before you know it
- 2:13and your cash is going to be bye bye.
- 2:16And everybody and their brother is going to be running to gold
- 2:19and silver. OK.
- 2:20But here national debt in the upper left corner circled in
- 2:25orange is massive. We know that we won't get into
- 2:28that. That creates, see the purple
- 2:31arrow that makes the interest expense go up and up and up
- 2:36higher as the interest expense goes up higher.
- 2:39Guess what, this other orange circle here, the US budget
- 2:43deficit, that's the amount of money that our government spends
- 2:47in excess of what they bring in. It also goes higher.
- 2:51But as it goes higher, it then feeds more into and makes makes
- 2:56go higher. If that's the right way to say
- 2:58that the US national debt, so it goes even higher, we're in.
- 3:02It's a doom loop, it's a death spiral.
- 3:06It's not a good thing. OK.
- 3:08And then as this gets bigger, follow the purple arrow.
- 3:12The interest will continue, interest expense will continue
- 3:15to get bigger, which will again make this get even bigger.
- 3:18The budget deficit, which will then again make this number not
- 3:21be 35 trillion. Don't forget, a trillion is 1
- 3:26trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,000.
- 3:29Our good friend Peter Grandet says that back in the 80s,
- 3:32nobody even knew what a trillion was.
- 3:35Now we're throwing, throwing them around like nothing.
- 3:38I want you to visualize this number and see this being 50 or
- 3:4260 or 80. OK, 'cause guys, that's where
- 3:45we're heading because we're not even factoring in, right?
- 3:50Hold on a second here. We're not even factoring in down
- 3:53here. You can't see it.
- 3:55It's covered by the purple. How much we spend on National
- 3:58Defense that is going through the roof.
- 4:00That should be another purple line going up to the national
- 4:04debt are actually the deficit and then into the debt.
- 4:07Social Security, Medicare, we know there's like what I don't
- 4:12know, 100 trillion of what they call it unfunded liabilities in
- 4:16the future. That's the base.
- 4:18OK, Now we're going to get into some of the specifics about how
- 4:21we get the $90.00 silver. Yes, I know gold hit an all time
- 4:25high today, but let's look at one more thing.
- 4:29I'm going to erase all that and because what we just talked
- 4:34about it's going to you're going to see it.
- 4:37You know what I'll draw again for you here.
- 4:39Hold on. You're going to see it and
- 4:42you're going to see it real big right here.
- 4:48Uh oh, hold on. What's going on here?
- 4:52It's not working well anyway, hold on.
- 4:57Oh boy. I'm not going to give up.
- 5:00Don't give up here, guys, with this is critical that we see
- 5:03this outlined in red. Not that.
- 5:11Yeah, no, I want that bigger. Don't give up.
- 5:14Don't give up, basement dwellers.
- 5:15We never give up. Well, anyway, I don't know why
- 5:18it won't let me draw here. You know what?
- 5:20Now I'm getting mad. Going to see me throw a fit.
- 5:22I'm going to underline it right there.
- 5:25The dollar to silver ratio continues to explode.
- 5:29I think earlier in the week we were at 521.
- 5:32Now we are at 5:37. We're to continue to see that go
- 5:36through the roof. Enough of that, let's look at
- 5:38each other. Hey Don, please say hi to
- 5:42Taylene. Hey Taylene, hello from Don.
- 5:45I can be bought right? Don's proof that takes 5 bucks.
- 5:50499 got a special going today. Hello, Taylene.
- 5:54Hello to everybody who's out there.
- 5:56Right, All the basement dwellers, but a special hi to
- 5:58Taylene today. Did I say that correctly?
- 6:02Hold on. Oh, boy.
- 6:03Now I'm in. Now.
- 6:05Now the wheels are coming off the bus.
- 6:06Let me make sure please say yes, Taylene.
- 6:09All right, guys, let's talk about right now the big, big
- 6:16deal. Yes, we had a record all time
- 6:17high goal today. Yes, I'm wrong.
- 6:20I was wrong. I was wrong again, right.
- 6:23I had said that we would get to hold on here, that we would get
- 6:27to 30. We could, we could get to $32
- 6:29silver today with the way the gold market went, I think we
- 6:32should have gotten to $32 silver, but I was wrong.
- 6:36But are we going to get the $90.00 silver?
- 6:38How does that make you feel, right?
- 6:41I want you to think about this. If one year from now we're down
- 6:45here in the basement in each one of these right here.
- 6:48This is from Coin Shop. Chris.
- 6:50You can go check him out. He's got his own YouTube channel
- 6:52now. He's too good for us.
- 6:55That's a one ounce coin that he sent me back when he loved me,
- 6:57right? That this is not worth $32.
- 7:01But this beauty here, show and tell.
- 7:04I think on the back, yeah, there's an Indian beautiful.
- 7:07I love Indian, the Indian culture that that's worth this
- 7:11is worth $90.00. Started thinking about coin
- 7:14shop. Chris, I went off on a little
- 7:15tangent there. Absolutely.
- 7:18OK, absolutely. Now let's talk about Jeff
- 7:22Christian from the CPM group. He's one of those smartest guys
- 7:26in the room. He he's not as far as I know,
- 7:28calling for $90.00 silver, but he is calling.
- 7:31I heard him talk the other night.
- 7:33He's calling for much higher silver prices.
- 7:36I believe it was over the next 18 months, maybe two years.
- 7:39I'm not putting words into his mouth or anything like that, but
- 7:42why, why, why, why, why, why? I'll tell you why, right?
- 7:47And this is the guy who's very realistic about the silver
- 7:50price. He, he likes to knock on the
- 7:52silver pumpers. Are you a silver pumper?
- 7:56I'm a silver pumper. I think silver's going to $90.00
- 8:00an ounce point shop. Chris is here.
- 8:02All right, thank you, Chris, for that text.
- 8:04Now, guys, hold on a second here live.
- 8:07What am I doing wrong? Boy, this is going, this is
- 8:10going great, isn't it? He says we're going to get it.
- 8:13Why? OK.
- 8:14And then the reason why is because investor demand is going
- 8:19to pick up. OK, It's great.
- 8:22It's great. Oh man, we could talk for hours,
- 8:25couldn't we, about how there's all this solar demand and
- 8:29electronics demand and electric battery, The new Samsung
- 8:34battery, right? I like Samsung.
- 8:36This is a Samsung phone. I've always been a fan of a fan
- 8:40of Samsung. Actually I had because I had
- 8:43ATVI bought from them that broke after like 16 months and they
- 8:48wanted to charge me 400 bucks to fix it.
- 8:50And that was back in the days of RadioShack.
- 8:52And I went to RadioShack and bought a new fuse for like $0.98
- 8:57back when you could buy stuff for $0.98 and put it in there
- 9:00and it worked great. Anyway, I digress, I digress.
- 9:04All that talk, right? That's important.
- 9:07That's gotten us where we are. What he says is what you can
- 9:11look forward to Silver investors is increased investor demand.
- 9:17And if I was more prepared for you, which I am, I have some
- 9:20other charts to show later. I'd have a chart that would show
- 9:23you how investor demand it went away.
- 9:26Bye bye. I'm going to take a break.
- 9:28I'm I'm the western silver investor.
- 9:30Bye, bye, bye, bye. OK, I'm back.
- 9:34I'm just kidding. He's coming back.
- 9:38He and she because we had a lot more women getting into stacking
- 9:42absolutely females, a growing number are buying silver.
- 9:47They're coming back and they're going to come back, baby, be
- 9:50ready because they're going to come back with a vengeance.
- 9:54And you want to know why people are going to come back to silver
- 9:57with a vengeance? How about the CBDC, the central
- 10:00bank digital currency. You heard anything about that?
- 10:03They're going to take away all your cash and the only thing
- 10:06people are going to have unless they want to buy Bitcoin or a
- 10:09cryptocurrency, make bully. I'm not make, I'm not putting it
- 10:12down. I think it's great, OK, Nobody
- 10:15may upset anyone, but this is a fact that when we go to a CBDC
- 10:23and we go and, and, and, and then you also have
- 10:25cryptocurrency, right? Guess what, boys and girls,
- 10:29those are both digital. Digital, right?
- 10:32Touch it. I, I, let me, let me touch
- 10:35everybody, everybody with me. Let's touch our CBDC's, let's
- 10:39touch our bitcoins. Am I putting it down?
- 10:43But it is digital, it's out there.
- 10:46It's in the stored in computers or whatever, CBDC's and that if
- 10:51people are going to want privacy, OK, do you want
- 10:54privacy? What are they going to do?
- 10:56Right. Because this stuff is going to
- 10:59be gone. Like I'm back in the basement.
- 11:02I was in Denver for two days. I went and visited a goldmine
- 11:05and I got the fly in airports, which stinks.
- 11:10I mean, I don't even like doing it.
- 11:11I only do it once a year. I and I got to bring my
- 11:14daughters. They've never flown.
- 11:15But anyway, OK, this stuff, do you want this?
- 11:19You know how miserable airports are and then you got to walk.
- 11:22I swear at the Denver airport, I think I I I got told this guy on
- 11:26one of those things. I was like, dude, I could have
- 11:29walked halfway home at this point and he didn't even think I
- 11:32was funny. I think he was pissed or maybe
- 11:35he couldn't talk. He was out of breath.
- 11:38Yeah. Anyway, if you're going to want
- 11:39real money, anything real private, OK, It's not going to
- 11:43be that. No, it's going to be this.
- 11:46Period. Hey, Yeah.
- 11:49Coin chop, Chris. Ha ha.
- 11:51I have one of your ounces of silver and I'm not giving it
- 11:53back people. And that's what this Jeffrey
- 11:58Christian from CPM Group and he's a smart guy.
- 12:01People pay him hundreds of thousands, maybe millions.
- 12:04I don't know what they pay him. He doesn't disclose that, but a
- 12:07lot of money for his predictions on things like gold and silver.
- 12:11He's like the big guy, you know, like for the big institutions,
- 12:14you know, he's very smart. He's not very fond of silver
- 12:18pumpers like me, but that's OK. I'm cool with that.
- 12:21I'd love to him down here in the basement.
- 12:23He's smart. He's good, worth listening to.
- 12:24And he's telling you, right? He's telling you Silver's going
- 12:28to go higher, and he's giving you the reason why, because the
- 12:33investors are going to come back.
- 12:35And there's a little added bonus feature to that for you, my
- 12:39basement dweller friends. And it's such a big deal.
- 12:41You're here. Thank you.
- 12:42I got to be honest, I don't like when I don't get to do this from
- 12:45the basement. So much nicer than I feel like
- 12:47we're here together. OK.
- 12:49Remember, you are part of the group.
- 12:51You're welcome here. OK.
- 12:53Welcome to the basement. I'm getting all kind.
- 12:57Oh, wait a minute. Great Nate.
- 12:59Hold on one second. I got a text I got to read.
- 13:02Bear with me. And there's a comment you should
- 13:06read. Like it's hard for me to get
- 13:08back. Great Nate.
- 13:09Electrician, plumber, Carpenter, building Barber, egg lady.
- 13:14I can't read. I can't read all this.
- 13:17Hold on. What's hard for me 'cause the
- 13:18the comments just fly by. Let's see if I can figure.
- 13:22Great Nate. Oh, wait a minute here.
- 13:25Great Nate. I can't read that because it's
- 13:27too. Let me see if I can hold on
- 13:28guys. Let me see if I can read it.
- 13:30I can read it. My plumber installed a new water
- 13:35heater and a rental today in trade for four rolls of
- 13:39brilliant uncirculated 1964 Kennedys.
- 13:43I think those are half dollars and six brilliant uncirculated
- 13:47Morgans 1200 and $71,275 trade off.
- 13:53Hated to do it, but hey, I hate having cash.
- 13:56Oh, that's awesome. Great, Nate, Thank you.
- 13:58I think, I hope that's the the thank you for your input, man.
- 14:01That that's, you know, I'm kind of that way as well when I think
- 14:06about using, I have never parted with one ounce of silver in my
- 14:10life. And I know people talk about
- 14:14like we might have to use it for, for barter or whatever in
- 14:17the future. But I don't know how you feel
- 14:19about this, but I'm like, I'd rather get rid of my Unicorn
- 14:22fart dust, right? The cash that I have.
- 14:26But what that is, is a great example, right, of how people
- 14:30can use and more and more, as more and more people become in
- 14:36tune, in harmony with us, right, they'll be more and more people
- 14:41willing to take silver. And I think what's really
- 14:43exciting and like what Nate is, is saying, there is at some
- 14:47point think about this in the future, right?
- 14:50If, if, if, if Nate, I got good news for you, brother.
- 14:53OK, big fellow basement dweller. If a year from now I'm right and
- 14:58we're sitting here with $90.00 silver, it would have only cost
- 15:02you a 1/3 of the oz that you paid today for that exact same
- 15:07water heater. Unless the course of water
- 15:10heaters. But I think we're going to see a
- 15:11real appreciation, a real upper. Thank you Silver Shire.
- 15:18Wow, good to see you. Maybe I got a reunion tonight in
- 15:20the basement. It's so good to be back.
- 15:23I didn't like flying. Although let me finish my
- 15:26thought. The the real value of silver is
- 15:30going to go. So maybe it would only cost you
- 15:311/2, right? If silver goes up three times,
- 15:34maybe it would have cost, maybe it would you would only have to
- 15:37part with half. Oh, I went to a gold mine.
- 15:40I showed you guys that yesterday.
- 15:41I'm telling you, if you like the gamble and you like quaint
- 15:45little towns nestled in the valley in the Rocky Mountains an
- 15:49hour West of Denver and you don't mind flying in an
- 15:54airplane, which I don't recommend.
- 15:56I stayed in this town called Blackhawk.
- 15:58It was really cool. I mean, because I have a
- 16:01fascination with casinos. I always have.
- 16:03And they're like the whole town is full of nothing, but it's
- 16:07like an Old West town. Like there's two of them
- 16:09together. It's really cool.
- 16:11And there's gold mines all over. There's actually three that you
- 16:15can go tour. I went to one of them.
- 16:16It was called Argo. I talked about it yesterday, so
- 16:18I'm not going to watch yesterday's live stream.
- 16:20I had some pictures. Really, really a fun place.
- 16:23We're here to talk about $90.00 silver, but flying in airplanes
- 16:28is not any fun. I don't have nothing to do with
- 16:32with that. Let's go check on the price.
- 16:33Let's do the Pembex price check and thank you again Silvershire
- 16:40for the Super chat. Let's go see I Can you believe
- 16:43this? Oh my gosh, I don't know is does
- 16:48your screen say the same thing? Let's do an update.
- 16:51Press the magic button. I think the market's closed, so
- 16:54that's not going to do me any good.
- 16:56Gold is at 2600. We're going to say $25.
- 17:02Silver is awesome, but so undervalued right now.
- 17:07So it this should say 32. It's a misprint, but none the
- 17:11less for now it's quote UN quote accurate $31.19 for silver.
- 17:17Hey guys, don't forget, please support channel sponsor Pembex
- 17:22or at minimum what I ask you is to give them a shot.
- 17:25Just next time you're buying bullion, compare what they can
- 17:27do for you compared to the other big online bullion dealers.
- 17:31Maybe if you're going to compare even with your local coin shops
- 17:34that are around, compare what Pembex can do for you.
- 17:38What I find is that I always get, I can look you in the eye
- 17:43and tell you this ultra competitive pricing because I'm
- 17:47frugal or as Susie sometimes likes to refer to me, a tight
- 17:51wad. I'm resourceful.
- 17:53I like, I like to get the most metal I can get for each dollar
- 17:57that I'm going to spend. OK.
- 18:00I like when the package comes from pin backs because I know
- 18:03it's a couple oz heavier than if I'd bought it from one of the
- 18:06other online bullion dealers, right?
- 18:09That's what I like. And I like also that I know I
- 18:11can trust them. And I, and I know that from the
- 18:15feedback I've gotten from the basement dweller community, we
- 18:18all can trust them. I just got an e-mail this week.
- 18:22It was really nice. I was out of town.
- 18:23This guy's like I bought 41 oz coins, one ounce gold coins, and
- 18:30he was just like a big long e-mail about how great of an
- 18:33experience he had with Pembex. I've got an overwhelmingly
- 18:36positive response. Thank you Pembex.
- 18:38And don't forget, if you ever go to convert part or all of an
- 18:40IRA, please do yourself a favor and talk to them.
- 18:44Talk to as many people as you want, but please at least talk
- 18:47to Pembex and compare how many actual ounces of silver and gold
- 18:52you can get from your different options.
- 18:54I think you'll be shocked at what you learned from Pembex.
- 18:57OK. Oh, this is great.
- 19:02Yeah. So, so, well, let me just throw
- 19:04this one out there. Gold went up because the Fed cut
- 19:07interest rates and we called it all week.
- 19:10Like we talked about how there might be a sell the news type
- 19:13day on Wednesday, which there was.
- 19:16And then we talked about and I said we'd get $32 silver by
- 19:19Friday, which there wasn't. But none the less, we were right
- 19:23about the fact that the metals went back up.
- 19:25But think about this. Think about this.
- 19:28What is it telling you, right? Start at that old engine up
- 19:32there. I know you got extra horsepower.
- 19:35Basement dwellers are a little smarter than the average bears.
- 19:38And that's you think about this, you're going, we're going to put
- 19:42the Pete puzzle pieces together here.
- 19:46Why would the Fed cut interest rates by 1/2 percent if the
- 19:50economy so great, if we're not in a recession?
- 19:55That doesn't make any sense, does it?
- 20:00So are we maybe in a recession or are we maybe up a Creek
- 20:05without a paddle? Remember that, that those arrows
- 20:08and circles I showed you earlier in the live stream?
- 20:11Just think about that. OK, It's important we can't just
- 20:17see the news stories and take them at face value.
- 20:20Andy Scheckman talks about putting the the crumbs.
- 20:23They give you crumbs and you got to put it all together.
- 20:26It's like a puzzle. Think about what's going on.
- 20:28The the dollar is in trouble, OK, And the value on a long term
- 20:34trend basis. I was having breakfast out in
- 20:36Colorado with my friend Chris, super smart guy.
- 20:39He was like, you got to convey to these people, the short term
- 20:42noise is one thing, but the long term trend is another.
- 20:47And that's why like the long term trend guys, the dollar's
- 20:50going down in daily. I mean, think about it, think
- 20:53about it. Think about $100 bill and what
- 20:56it would do for you in 1970. Think about what it would do for
- 20:59you 10 years ago. Think about what $100 bill do
- 21:02for you even five years ago and think about what it'll do now.
- 21:06And there is no signs, no conviction from any of our
- 21:12leaders to reverse this course. If we had a, if we had a
- 21:16politicians arguing about about how how are we going to reduce
- 21:21the deficit? How are we going to reduce the
- 21:24national debt? I might be saying, hey, guys,
- 21:27you know, if they get this under control but they're not, think
- 21:31about it, OK, They just cut rates by 1/2 percentage point
- 21:38and we're not in a recession. That's interesting.
- 21:41That doesn't make sense. Hold on a second.
- 21:51There he is smiling. Jerome, maybe we do have he's in
- 21:59a box. Maybe we do have a recession and
- 22:02we do have inflation. This, my friends, is the
- 22:06stagflation box. And that is where Jerome is.
- 22:11And that, right, is why the dollar will continue,
- 22:15unfortunately. OK, We loved it when it was
- 22:18this. Let's quickly look.
- 22:20I couldn't do it when I was out of town.
- 22:23Focus, focus. Come on.
- 22:25There it is. See, at the very top of that,
- 22:28that's a dollar bill. Oh, no, it's not.
- 22:31It's a silver certificate because guess what?
- 22:36See that date, 1935, right? You could go.
- 22:43It was payable on demand in silver, in silver, payable in
- 22:48demand. I forget where I was.
- 22:52Let's look at $90.00 silver. Absolutely.
- 22:58One year, if we get close, we'll be happy, right?
- 23:04I was wrong about $32 silver today on Friday, $90.00 silver
- 23:10one year from now, right? The end of the third quarter
- 23:132025. Why?
- 23:15I'll give you the reasons why. This I think was a great
- 23:19example. We are going to have a few
- 23:21charts to look at and this comes from let's show it here at the
- 23:27top, the Silver Academy, the sub stack with great articles about
- 23:32silver, gold behind the curve, the Fed fuels gold and silver
- 23:36rally when gold skyrocketed five times and this setup is the best
- 23:44ever witnessed. OK, this is the going to blow
- 23:46you away. This is the reason why, part of
- 23:49the reason why gold, gold and silver soar as the Fed lags and
- 23:56the pathetic Fed wants to cut 6 more times.
- 24:00Plus, neither Trump or Harris says abolish the Fed.
- 24:04Nobody has any conviction about what's going.
- 24:06That's why we know long term we're in good, good shape with
- 24:11real assets, gold and silver. Other real assets are great too,
- 24:14like oil and wheat. But let me tell you something.
- 24:17Remember, remember, oh boy, hold on here, remember, and then
- 24:22we'll come back to this. Hold on.
- 24:26I'm down here in the corner. I didn't leave you.
- 24:29Don't worry. Here we go.
- 24:34OK. Remember this, guys, This is
- 24:38why, right? You want to own gold.
- 24:42You want to own silver. You can't any any real or maybe
- 24:46land. OK, if you're a land guy, but
- 24:49because all the other stuff that's good, like oil and wheat,
- 24:52you know, you can't. This is unbelievable.
- 24:55This is a one of a Gucci first. This bag could carry 600 gold oz
- 25:02about £40. That's the equivalent.
- 25:05And with those 600 ounces of gold, you could buy 22,000
- 25:11barrels of oil. I was just flabbergasted when I
- 25:15learned up there I am that right there I was flabbergasted.
- 25:24I mean, does that blow you away? 22,000 that's like every seat,
- 25:30every butt in a, in a, in a, in a NBA National Basketball
- 25:35Association. Hey, thank you Dana Webb for the
- 25:37Super chat. Wow, you guys are being super
- 25:40generous with me today. That's like every seat in an NBA
- 25:43arena. Take every one of those seats
- 25:45and put a giant barrel of oil in it.
- 25:48That's how much oil. I mean, it is unbelievable.
- 25:50I digress. Thank you for the Super chat.
- 25:52Let me get back to this 'cause this is going to show us exactly
- 25:56why, in uncertain terms, I believe that we could go to
- 26:02$90.00 silver. Hold on, This is at the moment
- 26:05you've all been waiting for the reason, OK?
- 26:09The last time the Fed was this far behind the curve was 2007.
- 26:13Remember 2007? You know what they were telling
- 26:15you? You remember?
- 26:17Yeah, right. It was it was a Greenspan.
- 26:20That wasn't Greenspan. It was Ben Bernack.
- 26:22Ben Bernack was saying everything is awesome.
- 26:25He was in front of Congress saying, oh, but there's no
- 26:28indications of any problems in our economy.
- 26:31And then everything blew up and oh, I'll just print zillions of
- 26:34dollars, OK? It was 2007.
- 26:38A gold rose almost 3 * 3 times from 700.
- 26:43We're going to talk about silver, don't you worry.
- 26:45But gold, we love gold too. It went from 700 an ounce to
- 26:49$1900.00 an ounce over the next four years.
- 26:53But the news gets better. Silver rose five times.
- 26:56We're not asking for five times, are we?
- 26:58Basement dwellers, let me, let me ask you a question.
- 27:01I mean, if you, if you're happy with three times with $90.00
- 27:05silver, say 3X the number three and the letter X in the
- 27:10comments, I want to see how many of you agree with that.
- 27:13But let's look at these charts, see if I can make this go full
- 27:17screen. OK, so the yellow line is the
- 27:22gold price. The green line is the Fed.
- 27:25Is the rate. OK, The federal, whatever they
- 27:27call it. What do they call that?
- 27:28I forget. I don't know the interest rate
- 27:31from the Fed. As you can see, this is 2007.
- 27:35OK? That's when they cut rates.
- 27:37Hold on here. Let me make sure I got you on
- 27:39there. OK, I do.
- 27:41This is when they cut rates. Gold was below 1000.
- 27:44This is when they started cutting rates, OK, then they cut
- 27:47them, cut them, cut them, cut them.
- 27:48Gold went from being like what, 8700 it said over the next four
- 27:53years through 2012, getting up to 1900.
- 27:58It was a three XA three times return.
- 28:03Look, gold was at 2500 when the Fed started cutting.
- 28:08This time, if these next four years play out in a similar
- 28:11manner, what are we going to see?
- 28:15What are we going to see? You know what we're going to
- 28:17see? We'd see $7500 gold in the next
- 28:214 years. But we're here to talk about
- 28:23silver. So let's go look at silver
- 28:25because this is another great example of what we get, silver
- 28:31in U.S. dollars, OK? This is what happened to silver.
- 28:35So again, on this chart, if I can pull this one up, all right,
- 28:38I can. 2007 there's the interest rate, the black line.
- 28:43The red circle is when they started.
- 28:45This is from Reuters icon Incrementum AG.
- 28:50This is when they started cutting rates.
- 28:52Silver was what, maybe 11 bucks? 10 bucks an ounce, less than 10
- 28:57bucks. This is when they started
- 28:59cutting rates. OK?
- 29:01Then from 2008 to 2012, as they cut rates down, what happened to
- 29:06silver? It actually had a little bump
- 29:08up, a little draw down, and then whammo, bajammo, we got the $50
- 29:15silver 5 * 5 times. We're not even asking for that
- 29:19this time. OK, silver lags, then pops
- 29:23higher silver rose 5X, then he goes into quantitative easing.
- 29:28Guys, the only option. I'm having breakfast with my
- 29:31buddy Chris this morning. He's a he's a tenured college
- 29:35professor and Colorado Springs, I don't know, smart guy.
- 29:40He's like, the only way Ron that we can deal that they can deal
- 29:43with this situation, right, is the is the is the inflate the
- 29:47way out of it? It's the only thing they can do,
- 29:51right? They are going to be the Fed is
- 29:53going to be monetizing the debt of the United States, printing
- 29:57money, OK. It's mathematically impossible
- 30:01that anything else happens. Another interesting, very
- 30:05interesting point that again gives us more reason to believe
- 30:10that we're in for that. We can get to this $90.00 silver
- 30:15Phil Streibel blue line futures and they get his smartest guy in
- 30:19the room. Nicest guy too.
- 30:20I met him. The item on here in the
- 30:22basement. Don't forget, guys, it's a, it's
- 30:24a fact, a historical fact that people don't start really moving
- 30:29into gold and silver via the ETFs until a month after the Fed
- 30:36cuts interest rates. Everybody's waking up this
- 30:39weekend, all your neighbors, right?
- 30:41More of them. Their light bulbs are going on,
- 30:43their gold and silver light bulbs.
- 30:45They are going to be moving into gold and silver.
- 30:49It's going to be great. Or I mean, we're going to have a
- 30:51great time. We're having a great time
- 30:52tonight. Let me make sure I didn't miss
- 30:54any super chats. Here's one.
- 30:57Did I pull that one up? Silver Shire?
- 31:00Thank you for the Super chat, my friend.
- 31:02And wow, you guys have been Don Dana Webb.
- 31:06Thank you. PGM Poor man's gold and silver
- 31:09stacks. I'm all junk silver.
- 31:12Yep, we love coin. Coin shop.
- 31:13Chris is the king. He's the Fred Sanford of Junk
- 31:16Silver. Telling you.
- 31:18Great. Nate.
- 31:18Yes, tanning up nice. Ron.
- 31:21New York playing around. Cool.
- 31:23That's awesome. Silver Shire.
- 31:24Silver Shire. Thank you.
- 31:26Thank you. And Don Howe.
- 31:27OK, let's get back to business. Basement dwellers 3XI mean, come
- 31:35on man, there we go. Ron Cash at a dealer.
- 31:40I don't understand what that one says.
- 31:42Anyway, Phil Streibel a month later.
- 31:45But wait, there's more, there is more and that is that that then
- 31:51can what the heck is going on here?
- 31:54Sorry, guys, that continues for another six months after.
- 31:58OK, that's what we have to look forward to.
- 32:01What about, oh, here, interesting, very quick text
- 32:05exchange I had with Michael, one of the owners of Pinbeck's.
- 32:09He said that they're seeing like a big increase in retail silver
- 32:13and gold demand after the Fed rate cut news.
- 32:18So interesting guys. Things are brewing.
- 32:21Things are indeed getting very, very interesting next week.
- 32:27Buckle up, buttercup, something. Let me ask you a question.
- 32:32Is the federal. I'll give you a statement.
- 32:35I think the Federal Reserve is freaked out.
- 32:38I think Jerome, our buddy in the box is freaked out.
- 32:42Wait until you see and I'll give you the reason why.
- 32:45Now wait until you see this. This is the There it is.
- 32:55Oh, shoot. There we go.
- 32:56OK, this is the MarketWatch economic calendar for next week.
- 33:01This is insane. I don't think I've ever seen
- 33:04this. This happened before on Monday.
- 33:08These these are listen to all these Fed, all these Fed
- 33:12speakers. Next week on Monday you got
- 33:16Atlanta Fed Atlanta Fed chief speaks.
- 33:19Also on Monday, Chicago fed also on Monday, Minneapolis fed
- 33:23president speaks. These are these are what they
- 33:25the reason this is critical is this is what they do.
- 33:28They roll out the clown show and this is what's going to happen
- 33:31next week. So I just want you to be
- 33:33prepared. But to me, this is proving to us
- 33:38that they're freaked out. And why is that important?
- 33:40Because we know that when the Fed freaks, right, the first
- 33:44thing they're going to do is print money.
- 33:47That's their go to. That's their only.
- 33:49That's the only, only trick they have in their trick bag is to
- 33:53print money. That's just Monday.
- 33:55What was that for Fed speakers? Let's go to Tuesday.
- 33:59OK, Governor Michelle Bowman speaks.
- 34:04That's pretty good. Only one then.
- 34:05But on Wednesday we got another one.
- 34:08Adriana Coogler on Thursday, we're going to get the initial
- 34:12jobless claims. We're going to get, you know,
- 34:14GDP revision. I wonder why they have all that.
- 34:17OK, here we go. Adriana Coogler, Boston Fed
- 34:20president and Susan Collins speak together.
- 34:24Then Michelle Bowman speaks after that.
- 34:27Then Jerome Powell speaks after that.
- 34:31Then John Williams speaks. New York Fed president.
- 34:34John would look at. I mean, this is insane.
- 34:36This is crazy. What the heck?
- 34:40Hold on a second. Sorry.
- 34:44What the heck are they doing on Thursday?
- 34:45Then Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle Barr,
- 34:50Michael Bar speaks. Oh my God.
- 34:52Then Lisa Cook, Federal Reserve governor, speaks.
- 34:55There's like 10 Fed people speaking on Thursday.
- 34:58What's going to happen on Wednesday or Thursday that they
- 35:02scheduled all these people to talk Friday?
- 35:04I got good news. Nothing.
- 35:08OK, I don't think I was wrong. And 1:00, Fed Reserve Governor
- 35:14Michelle Bowman speaks. I mean, hello, hello, hello.
- 35:20Is your Spidey sense going off? I hope so.
- 35:24On Thursday they got like every. I don't, I mean, it'd be a good
- 35:27day to go clean the floors at the Federal Reserve building
- 35:31because they're all going to be out talking and they're all
- 35:34they're it is proven guys, proven.
- 35:37We don't listen to what they say.
- 35:39We listen to numbers. We listen to this, OK, I guess
- 35:43it's a double feature today. We listen to this, OK, right
- 35:49there, all that we already went through that.
- 35:51For those of you that are just joining us, go back and watch
- 35:54the replay from the beginning. We listen to numbers.
- 35:58We really like this number over here, which I underlined in red.
- 36:02The dollar to silver ratio, which continues to skyrocket.
- 36:07You know what, since we're here, this is the US debt clock.
- 36:12Let's go down. Let's just look at this.
- 36:16I'm going to get rid of this. Hold on.
- 36:18Bye. Bye.
- 36:19Bye. Bye.
- 36:21Well, it won't go away. OK, hold on here.
- 36:24We want to look at this number. Let's let's zoom in here, a
- 36:30special zoom in feature. All right, that's good.
- 36:35And we'll go over here. So we already know the the paper
- 36:39is a dollar to silver ratio paper, whatever a dollar silver
- 36:43ratio 537. That means for each one ounce of
- 36:46silver that's going to be produced this year, there's
- 36:49going to be $537 produced. That's interesting.
- 36:54But the paper to silver ratio now sits at four O 6 and let's
- 37:00just let's just go up and re shoot.
- 37:04Wow, that's basically the amount of paper make believe contracts
- 37:08that are written for each one ounce of silver.
- 37:12All right, that's the situation there.
- 37:15What else do we have to go through?
- 37:17Oh, here, just when you think two more critical things to talk
- 37:21about, two more critical things because just when you think
- 37:27there's our purse full of oil, you know what quickly you guys
- 37:31have seen this last few days. I love this slide, the return of
- 37:35the king, gold and silver precious, it should say.
- 37:39It should say precious metals. OK, Bull markets are born on
- 37:42pessimism. We've been through that.
- 37:44Did that they grow on skepticism.
- 37:47We are emerging from that right now.
- 37:50People are starting to believe as they should.
- 37:53They mature on optimism, which we're just starting to get a
- 37:58taste of, OK? And they die on euphoria.
- 38:02They die when the shoeshine boy is talking about gold and
- 38:06silver, right? That's when, you know when all
- 38:09the ducks are quacking, right? That's when you want to start
- 38:13thinking about maybe it's time to convert.
- 38:16OK? Don't sell.
- 38:17Do not please. Well, you do whatever you want.
- 38:20Remember, I'm not giving financial advice.
- 38:22I'm just giving you good advice, my advice.
- 38:26So of course I think it's good, but don't convert any of your
- 38:30metals into cash unless you're going to then use that cash to
- 38:33buy something else real, you know, maybe a stock in a oil or
- 38:38a company that owns a bunch of oil fields.
- 38:39Whatever the case may be, that's not what I was here for.
- 38:44That's for tomorrow. Oh, here we go.
- 38:46Yeah. Let's look at this.
- 38:48Yeah. Everything is great, right?
- 38:51Everything is great until you realize the credit card debt is
- 38:56at all time highs in our country.
- 38:59I just want to draw your attention to this and this goes
- 39:02This feeds with what we saw in the US debt clock, which is a
- 39:05big, big, big, big, big, big problem.
- 39:08But look at 2021, we had less than $800 billion of credit card
- 39:13debt in our country. And this data was from Q2.
- 39:18We're almost at the end of Q3. I bet we're going to hit 1.2
- 39:22trillion if we went already. This is the case.
- 39:27I can do this math in my head. Credit card debt, OK, if you go
- 39:32from under 800 billion to almost 1.2 billion, credit card debt
- 39:36has gone up 50%. Oh, I got to do the cowboy.
- 39:40Oh, Susie scared me. Credit card debt has gone up by
- 39:46more than 50% in three years. Oh, yeah.
- 39:52Oh, yeah. But the US economy is strong and
- 39:56doing great. Right?
- 39:57Let's get her out, then we're going to ring the cowbell.
- 39:59Basement dwellers. OK, look, look, remember, the US
- 40:06economy is great. I don't know what's wrong with
- 40:08everybody. Yeah.
- 40:10Yeah. The US economy is great, right?
- 40:14Because people have been blowing all their money on credit cards.
- 40:18Credit card interest rates are at all time highs.
- 40:21Do you know anyone? It's very important that if you
- 40:24know anyone with big credit card, please don't ever do a
- 40:27super chat. Don't ever do.
- 40:29If you have a credit card balance, use that money to pay
- 40:31off credit cards. If you do, you know how
- 40:33important this is. If you know anyone that has
- 40:36credit card balances, grab them by their throat and tell them
- 40:40pay off your credit cards because it's already an
- 40:44astronomer, an Astro. Easy for me to say
- 40:47afronomically, but whatever, you know what I'm saying.
- 40:50Astronomically high rate that they're paying and it's an
- 40:54adjustable rate, OK. Which means that even if we go
- 40:59into hyperinflation, they'll hyperinflate the rate the
- 41:03economy's. But this, this is the big reason
- 41:05why that number is important, because the US economy is a
- 41:10consumer based economy. Well, guess what?
- 41:13The consumers tapped out right, the the that credit card level
- 41:17it it's, it's it's the the people don't have any more room
- 41:21left on their credit card. Do you know, and I hope you're
- 41:23not in that situation yourself personally.
- 41:25If you are, please take steps to get to to to to right that ship.
- 41:31But people don't have room on their credit cards.
- 41:34They've blown they've they've run up the limits.
- 41:37They don't have savings. People are even taking money out
- 41:41of their four O 1 KS before, excuse me retirement just to pay
- 41:47bills. Coin Shop Chris has
- 41:51heartbreaking stories of people coming in to the coin shop and
- 41:55selling silver to do to do things like make a car payment
- 42:01or pay an electric bill or do just normal things, right?
- 42:05I mean, please. But as we look at the overall
- 42:09economy, remember we're a consumer based economy.
- 42:12What the consumer doesn't have any money?
- 42:14How can the economy be strong? I need to ring the cowbell.
- 42:18This is a very important tradition that we basement
- 42:21dwellers do. It's a symbol of our
- 42:23camaraderie. It's a symbol of our time we
- 42:26spend together. Some people hate the bells.
- 42:37I don't ring them every time. But thank you for the 200 thumbs
- 42:40up. OK, Very, very important.
- 42:42Very, very important. Let's just briefly go look at
- 42:46what Lynette's saying. We love Lynette's saying.
- 42:49She's not saying that gold should be $138,000, but this is
- 42:53a very interesting way of looking at the value of gold.
- 43:00This did come I, I copied and pasted this from the Silver
- 43:03Academy. It says Lynette's saying set up
- 43:07a scenario to arrive at the fundamental value of gold by
- 43:11taking U.S. debt divided by US gold holdings to break down the
- 43:16calculation, right. We have, as we've looked at now
- 43:18several times during this live stream, 35 trillion to 170
- 43:24billion in debt. OK, our government at Bart Knox
- 43:30supposedly has 261 million ounces of gold.
- 43:36If you divide the national debt by the number of gold oz we
- 43:40have, that would make gold worth 134,875 point O3, rounded to the
- 43:51nearest cent per oz. This would be the the value of
- 43:56gold when compared to the national debt, the amount of
- 44:00debt per Troy ounce of gold if the entire gold reserves were
- 44:04used to offset that debt. The figure of 134,000 represents
- 44:08the theoretical price that gold would need to reach per Troy oz
- 44:13for the US gold reserves to fully cover the national debt.
- 44:17This calculation provides an interesting perspective on the
- 44:20relationship between US gold holdings and the national debt,
- 44:24though it is important to note that this is a hypothetical
- 44:29scenario and not a practical policy consideration.
- 44:33But what what happened here? Oh, boy.
- 44:39Hold on. Oh, boy.
- 44:41Oh, now we're in big trouble. Thank you, guys.
- 44:46OK, But Jim Rickards, who worked, I think, in the Reagan
- 44:49administration, he's worked at top universities.
- 44:52He's worked for the Defense Department.
- 44:54He's written New York Times bestseller books.
- 44:57He calculates that the gold price should be $27,000 per oz.
- 45:05That's if we were to back up the M2 money supply.
- 45:09Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh. Let's do it one more.
- 45:12No, I can't do it. Sorry, the computer got screwed
- 45:16up. Anyway, if you would back the M2
- 45:18money supply, 40 percent, 40% with a gold, just 40% of just
- 45:28the M2 money supply that's out there, we would have a $27,000
- 45:33gold price. Guys, look, when we wrap it all
- 45:36together, what's the big key take away we've got?
- 45:40We've got some, some, some some micro factors that we know.
- 45:45All right, $90.00 silver one year from now, the end of the
- 45:49third quarter, write it down. OK, Write it down.
- 45:52Even if we get close to that, I think we'll all be very, very
- 45:56happy. And I mean, in an environment
- 45:58where everything else doesn't go up three times in value, there's
- 46:03so many micro factors. The investors going to be coming
- 46:05back. But then if we back off and just
- 46:08look at the big picture, we look at the US debt clock, we look at
- 46:11the fact that we are in a doom loop.
- 46:14Unfortunately, we're not rooting for this.
- 46:17The only reason I love silver and gold, wow.
- 46:20And maybe that, I don't know. Is that the wrong way to say it?
- 46:23But yeah, maybe it's not right. The real reason I love silver
- 46:26and gold is because we look at the facts.
- 46:28We look at what's going on with this debt, and we know that we
- 46:31want to protect ourselves. We want to protect our families.
- 46:34You got to look out for yourself first.
- 46:37You're no good to your family if you're not in good shape,
- 46:39buttercup. So take care of yourself, right?
- 46:42Listen to me, the king of junk food.
- 46:44But none the less, right, That's what we know.
- 46:47We know the big picture. But guys, even on a bigger,
- 46:51bigger picture, what is transpiring in the world in the
- 46:56Middle East? I'm sure we aren't going to get
- 46:58into specific stories, but my gosh, it's atrocious what's
- 47:03going on in the Middle East right now.
- 47:06It's atrocious what's going on in Europe, in Ukraine, with
- 47:11Russia. And we're in, we're, we're only
- 47:13probably us and we dig deep, right?
- 47:17The people that are willing to dig deep and look at alternative
- 47:19news sources and try to piece it all together, we're only getting
- 47:22like 30 or 40% of it, right? We know what's going on with
- 47:26China and Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, the world as a
- 47:30whole is getting crazy. We've got a crazy presidential
- 47:34election and to top it all off, the, the, the, the peanut on top
- 47:40or no cherry on top, right, the bricks meeting.
- 47:44It's going to be what, in one month, one month, right?
- 47:49The world is, is, is rebelling. There's another word I was
- 47:54trying to say besides rebelling. The world is repulsing.
- 47:57Is that the word revolting? I don't know, saying no, no to
- 48:02the US into the US dollar. It's again, we're we're not, you
- 48:08know, look, I love my country. I even have waving flags in the
- 48:12background. You know how much it cost to get
- 48:14a flag that where is it? That one there a flag that waves
- 48:17on its own. You know, I love this country,
- 48:20but I got to look at the facts of what's going on and look at
- 48:23it from different people's perspectives and it's not
- 48:26looking real good. It's not looking like the world
- 48:29is suddenly going to be. And maybe they will maybe you
- 48:33know, but it's but it it sure doesn't feel like the world's
- 48:37going to be making moves towards being more embracing of the US
- 48:43dollar. I want to say thank you to
- 48:44channel my sponsor first mining gold, Canadian gold developer
- 48:48with two multi million ounce projects in Canada.
- 48:52They're moving through, right? They're getting closer, they're
- 48:56getting closer in the permitting phase, especially with their
- 49:00spring pull project. OK, it's been a long road, takes
- 49:03a long time to permit mines up in Canada, but man, their team
- 49:07is and they got a top notch team.
- 49:09Steve Lyons, James Maxwell, Paul and Investor relations will
- 49:15always talk to you. Dan Wilton, the CEO, Keith
- 49:18Newmeyer, the founder. Exciting things could happen
- 49:21here in the next couple years for first Mining gold.
- 49:23I'm not giving financial advice, but but it's a company that I'm
- 49:27very optimistic about. I just met with with Carlos
- 49:31Baca, the director of Investor Relations at Fortuna Mining,
- 49:35another first class operation. Met with him when I was out in
- 49:39Denver. Fortuna is really knocking it
- 49:42out of the park, right, the first half of the year.
- 49:45We're wrapping up the third quarter.
- 49:46It's going to be real interesting to see what kind of
- 49:49cash flow, what kind of production because they got
- 49:52silver mines, gold mines in Latin America and they have
- 49:56growing gold mines, producing gold mines in West Africa.
- 50:01And learn more about both of those companies at their
- 50:03respective websites to which I will have a link in the
- 50:06description of this here video, right.
- 50:10And of course, of course, guys, Pinbex Pi MB EX, we had their
- 50:15website up earlier that you when you pull that website up, it's
- 50:18like money comes flying out of your computer because you're
- 50:21saving money and it's a company you can trust.
- 50:25It's going to be interesting next week to see how this plays
- 50:28out. What's really going to be
- 50:29interesting is that like we talked about, we keep our eye on
- 50:33the long term trends and the long term trends are telling us
- 50:37something very, very simple. And that is your decision.
- 50:42Your decision to put some of your money, maybe a lot of your
- 50:46money. Everybody's different, right?
- 50:49But to put that into store of value, timeless 5000 year
- 50:54valuable everywhere, silver and gold is going to be proven to be
- 50:59very, very wise. You know, I was talking with
- 51:02again with my friend Chris earlier today.
- 51:04We were talking about that is like this is an the United
- 51:07States was kind of an experimental country, right?
- 51:11I'm not, I love this country, but my gosh, you know, I think
- 51:15it's hard for most Americans to fathom that, especially most of
- 51:20us that are alive now that are 5060, seventy, 4030 years old.
- 51:25We've never really experienced real hard times like since we've
- 51:29been alive. This country is dominated that
- 51:32the world does change, right? Of course.
- 51:36Well, I want our country to do well.
- 51:38I want all countries to do well. I want you to do well.
- 51:41Thanks for dealing with me. Thanks for getting back together
- 51:44with me in the basement. Don't forget you belong here
- 51:46right, Each and everyone of you and I'm not each and of you
- 51:50right, right are just as important.
