**SILVER** You Best PAY ATTENTION to This! 🦘🦘 (Gold Price Also and Fed Rate Cut) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:02
Gold and silver will absolutely continue their March higher.
0:07
Yes, we will see $90.00 silver and you're going to see it a lot
0:11
sooner than you think. How does that make you feel?
0:14
Do you believe it? Do you need proof?
0:16
I'm going to give you proof in this video live stream.
0:20
I appreciate everyone of you being here at the Snap live
0:24
stream event. We've got some very important
0:26
things to talk about, not the least of which is how important
0:30
you are as a part of Ron's basement.
0:33
Basement dwellers, I see you. I know you're here and it's a
0:37
big, big deal. You belong.
0:39
I hope you found a little home away from home.
0:42
You're part of the group. Please subscribe to the channel.
0:44
Give the video a thumbs up. Let's start out by talking about
0:48
the big, big picture. We need to understand what's
0:52
going on in the big picture level and then we'll dive into
0:56
right the reasons why we could see $90.00 silver and we could
1:00
be talking about it. Do you?
1:02
Are you a believer? Do you believe that one year
1:06
from right now we could be talking about $90.00 over?
1:11
Oh, I know it sounds crazy. I'll just turn the computer off
1:14
and go upstairs, right? No, it's real and it really
1:18
could happen. But first we got to talk about
1:21
the big picture and I put this together for you.
1:24
Hey, thank you, Don for the Super chat, my friend.
1:27
Thank you. But I'm going to pull it there.
1:29
Wrong one. Hold on, hold on.
1:33
Now we're going to pull it up. There's Don.
1:36
Thank you, Don for the Super chat.
1:37
Now guys, I want to pull up something very important for us
1:41
to talk about right now. Thank you, Don.
1:45
And this, my friends and I even drew with my magic crayons on it
1:49
shows what is going on. OK, this is the big picture.
1:53
This is why the US dollar is in such big trouble.
1:57
This is why you you likely are going to see ACBDCA, central
2:03
bank digital currency. Remember that Buttercup, we
2:06
don't talk about that much. Nobody does anymore.
2:09
But This is why you're going to see a CBDC before you know it
2:13
and your cash is going to be bye bye.
2:16
And everybody and their brother is going to be running to gold
2:19
and silver. OK.
2:20
But here national debt in the upper left corner circled in
2:25
orange is massive. We know that we won't get into
2:28
that. That creates, see the purple
2:31
arrow that makes the interest expense go up and up and up
2:36
higher as the interest expense goes up higher.
2:39
Guess what, this other orange circle here, the US budget
2:43
deficit, that's the amount of money that our government spends
2:47
in excess of what they bring in. It also goes higher.
2:51
But as it goes higher, it then feeds more into and makes makes
2:56
go higher. If that's the right way to say
2:58
that the US national debt, so it goes even higher, we're in.
3:02
It's a doom loop, it's a death spiral.
3:06
It's not a good thing. OK.
3:08
And then as this gets bigger, follow the purple arrow.
3:12
The interest will continue, interest expense will continue
3:15
to get bigger, which will again make this get even bigger.
3:18
The budget deficit, which will then again make this number not
3:21
be 35 trillion. Don't forget, a trillion is 1
3:26
trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,000.
3:29
Our good friend Peter Grandet says that back in the 80s,
3:32
nobody even knew what a trillion was.
3:35
Now we're throwing, throwing them around like nothing.
3:38
I want you to visualize this number and see this being 50 or
3:42
60 or 80. OK, 'cause guys, that's where
3:45
we're heading because we're not even factoring in, right?
3:50
Hold on a second here. We're not even factoring in down
3:53
here. You can't see it.
3:55
It's covered by the purple. How much we spend on National
3:58
Defense that is going through the roof.
4:00
That should be another purple line going up to the national
4:04
debt are actually the deficit and then into the debt.
4:07
Social Security, Medicare, we know there's like what I don't
4:12
know, 100 trillion of what they call it unfunded liabilities in
4:16
the future. That's the base.
4:18
OK, Now we're going to get into some of the specifics about how
4:21
we get the $90.00 silver. Yes, I know gold hit an all time
4:25
high today, but let's look at one more thing.
4:29
I'm going to erase all that and because what we just talked
4:34
about it's going to you're going to see it.
4:37
You know what I'll draw again for you here.
4:39
Hold on. You're going to see it and
4:42
you're going to see it real big right here.
4:48
Uh oh, hold on. What's going on here?
4:52
It's not working well anyway, hold on.
4:57
Oh boy. I'm not going to give up.
5:00
Don't give up here, guys, with this is critical that we see
5:03
this outlined in red. Not that.
5:11
Yeah, no, I want that bigger. Don't give up.
5:14
Don't give up, basement dwellers.
5:15
We never give up. Well, anyway, I don't know why
5:18
it won't let me draw here. You know what?
5:20
Now I'm getting mad. Going to see me throw a fit.
5:22
I'm going to underline it right there.
5:25
The dollar to silver ratio continues to explode.
5:29
I think earlier in the week we were at 521.
5:32
Now we are at 5:37. We're to continue to see that go
5:36
through the roof. Enough of that, let's look at
5:38
each other. Hey Don, please say hi to
5:42
Taylene. Hey Taylene, hello from Don.
5:45
I can be bought right? Don's proof that takes 5 bucks.
5:50
499 got a special going today. Hello, Taylene.
5:54
Hello to everybody who's out there.
5:56
Right, All the basement dwellers, but a special hi to
5:58
Taylene today. Did I say that correctly?
6:02
Hold on. Oh, boy.
6:03
Now I'm in. Now.
6:05
Now the wheels are coming off the bus.
6:06
Let me make sure please say yes, Taylene.
6:09
All right, guys, let's talk about right now the big, big
6:16
deal. Yes, we had a record all time
6:17
high goal today. Yes, I'm wrong.
6:20
I was wrong. I was wrong again, right.
6:23
I had said that we would get to hold on here, that we would get
6:27
to 30. We could, we could get to $32
6:29
silver today with the way the gold market went, I think we
6:32
should have gotten to $32 silver, but I was wrong.
6:36
But are we going to get the $90.00 silver?
6:38
How does that make you feel, right?
6:41
I want you to think about this. If one year from now we're down
6:45
here in the basement in each one of these right here.
6:48
This is from Coin Shop. Chris.
6:50
You can go check him out. He's got his own YouTube channel
6:52
now. He's too good for us.
6:55
That's a one ounce coin that he sent me back when he loved me,
6:57
right? That this is not worth $32.
7:01
But this beauty here, show and tell.
7:04
I think on the back, yeah, there's an Indian beautiful.
7:07
I love Indian, the Indian culture that that's worth this
7:11
is worth $90.00. Started thinking about coin
7:14
shop. Chris, I went off on a little
7:15
tangent there. Absolutely.
7:18
OK, absolutely. Now let's talk about Jeff
7:22
Christian from the CPM group. He's one of those smartest guys
7:26
in the room. He he's not as far as I know,
7:28
calling for $90.00 silver, but he is calling.
7:31
I heard him talk the other night.
7:33
He's calling for much higher silver prices.
7:36
I believe it was over the next 18 months, maybe two years.
7:39
I'm not putting words into his mouth or anything like that, but
7:42
why, why, why, why, why, why? I'll tell you why, right?
7:47
And this is the guy who's very realistic about the silver
7:50
price. He, he likes to knock on the
7:52
silver pumpers. Are you a silver pumper?
7:56
I'm a silver pumper. I think silver's going to $90.00
8:00
an ounce point shop. Chris is here.
8:02
All right, thank you, Chris, for that text.
8:04
Now, guys, hold on a second here live.
8:07
What am I doing wrong? Boy, this is going, this is
8:10
going great, isn't it? He says we're going to get it.
8:13
Why? OK.
8:14
And then the reason why is because investor demand is going
8:19
to pick up. OK, It's great.
8:22
It's great. Oh man, we could talk for hours,
8:25
couldn't we, about how there's all this solar demand and
8:29
electronics demand and electric battery, The new Samsung
8:34
battery, right? I like Samsung.
8:36
This is a Samsung phone. I've always been a fan of a fan
8:40
of Samsung. Actually I had because I had
8:43
ATVI bought from them that broke after like 16 months and they
8:48
wanted to charge me 400 bucks to fix it.
8:50
And that was back in the days of RadioShack.
8:52
And I went to RadioShack and bought a new fuse for like $0.98
8:57
back when you could buy stuff for $0.98 and put it in there
9:00
and it worked great. Anyway, I digress, I digress.
9:04
All that talk, right? That's important.
9:07
That's gotten us where we are. What he says is what you can
9:11
look forward to Silver investors is increased investor demand.
9:17
And if I was more prepared for you, which I am, I have some
9:20
other charts to show later. I'd have a chart that would show
9:23
you how investor demand it went away.
9:26
Bye bye. I'm going to take a break.
9:28
I'm I'm the western silver investor.
9:30
Bye, bye, bye, bye. OK, I'm back.
9:34
I'm just kidding. He's coming back.
9:38
He and she because we had a lot more women getting into stacking
9:42
absolutely females, a growing number are buying silver.
9:47
They're coming back and they're going to come back, baby, be
9:50
ready because they're going to come back with a vengeance.
9:54
And you want to know why people are going to come back to silver
9:57
with a vengeance? How about the CBDC, the central
10:00
bank digital currency. You heard anything about that?
10:03
They're going to take away all your cash and the only thing
10:06
people are going to have unless they want to buy Bitcoin or a
10:09
cryptocurrency, make bully. I'm not make, I'm not putting it
10:12
down. I think it's great, OK, Nobody
10:15
may upset anyone, but this is a fact that when we go to a CBDC
10:23
and we go and, and, and, and then you also have
10:25
cryptocurrency, right? Guess what, boys and girls,
10:29
those are both digital. Digital, right?
10:32
Touch it. I, I, let me, let me touch
10:35
everybody, everybody with me. Let's touch our CBDC's, let's
10:39
touch our bitcoins. Am I putting it down?
10:43
But it is digital, it's out there.
10:46
It's in the stored in computers or whatever, CBDC's and that if
10:51
people are going to want privacy, OK, do you want
10:54
privacy? What are they going to do?
10:56
Right. Because this stuff is going to
10:59
be gone. Like I'm back in the basement.
11:02
I was in Denver for two days. I went and visited a goldmine
11:05
and I got the fly in airports, which stinks.
11:10
I mean, I don't even like doing it.
11:11
I only do it once a year. I and I got to bring my
11:14
daughters. They've never flown.
11:15
But anyway, OK, this stuff, do you want this?
11:19
You know how miserable airports are and then you got to walk.
11:22
I swear at the Denver airport, I think I I I got told this guy on
11:26
one of those things. I was like, dude, I could have
11:29
walked halfway home at this point and he didn't even think I
11:32
was funny. I think he was pissed or maybe
11:35
he couldn't talk. He was out of breath.
11:38
Yeah. Anyway, if you're going to want
11:39
real money, anything real private, OK, It's not going to
11:43
be that. No, it's going to be this.
11:46
Period. Hey, Yeah.
11:49
Coin chop, Chris. Ha ha.
11:51
I have one of your ounces of silver and I'm not giving it
11:53
back people. And that's what this Jeffrey
11:58
Christian from CPM Group and he's a smart guy.
12:01
People pay him hundreds of thousands, maybe millions.
12:04
I don't know what they pay him. He doesn't disclose that, but a
12:07
lot of money for his predictions on things like gold and silver.
12:11
He's like the big guy, you know, like for the big institutions,
12:14
you know, he's very smart. He's not very fond of silver
12:18
pumpers like me, but that's OK. I'm cool with that.
12:21
I'd love to him down here in the basement.
12:23
He's smart. He's good, worth listening to.
12:24
And he's telling you, right? He's telling you Silver's going
12:28
to go higher, and he's giving you the reason why, because the
12:33
investors are going to come back.
12:35
And there's a little added bonus feature to that for you, my
12:39
basement dweller friends. And it's such a big deal.
12:41
You're here. Thank you.
12:42
I got to be honest, I don't like when I don't get to do this from
12:45
the basement. So much nicer than I feel like
12:47
we're here together. OK.
12:49
Remember, you are part of the group.
12:51
You're welcome here. OK.
12:53
Welcome to the basement. I'm getting all kind.
12:57
Oh, wait a minute. Great Nate.
12:59
Hold on one second. I got a text I got to read.
13:02
Bear with me. And there's a comment you should
13:06
read. Like it's hard for me to get
13:08
back. Great Nate.
13:09
Electrician, plumber, Carpenter, building Barber, egg lady.
13:14
I can't read. I can't read all this.
13:17
Hold on. What's hard for me 'cause the
13:18
the comments just fly by. Let's see if I can figure.
13:22
Great Nate. Oh, wait a minute here.
13:25
Great Nate. I can't read that because it's
13:27
too. Let me see if I can hold on
13:28
guys. Let me see if I can read it.
13:30
I can read it. My plumber installed a new water
13:35
heater and a rental today in trade for four rolls of
13:39
brilliant uncirculated 1964 Kennedys.
13:43
I think those are half dollars and six brilliant uncirculated
13:47
Morgans 1200 and $71,275 trade off.
13:53
Hated to do it, but hey, I hate having cash.
13:56
Oh, that's awesome. Great, Nate, Thank you.
13:58
I think, I hope that's the the thank you for your input, man.
14:01
That that's, you know, I'm kind of that way as well when I think
14:06
about using, I have never parted with one ounce of silver in my
14:10
life. And I know people talk about
14:14
like we might have to use it for, for barter or whatever in
14:17
the future. But I don't know how you feel
14:19
about this, but I'm like, I'd rather get rid of my Unicorn
14:22
fart dust, right? The cash that I have.
14:26
But what that is, is a great example, right, of how people
14:30
can use and more and more, as more and more people become in
14:36
tune, in harmony with us, right, they'll be more and more people
14:41
willing to take silver. And I think what's really
14:43
exciting and like what Nate is, is saying, there is at some
14:47
point think about this in the future, right?
14:50
If, if, if, if Nate, I got good news for you, brother.
14:53
OK, big fellow basement dweller. If a year from now I'm right and
14:58
we're sitting here with $90.00 silver, it would have only cost
15:02
you a 1/3 of the oz that you paid today for that exact same
15:07
water heater. Unless the course of water
15:10
heaters. But I think we're going to see a
15:11
real appreciation, a real upper. Thank you Silver Shire.
15:18
Wow, good to see you. Maybe I got a reunion tonight in
15:20
the basement. It's so good to be back.
15:23
I didn't like flying. Although let me finish my
15:26
thought. The the real value of silver is
15:30
going to go. So maybe it would only cost you
15:31
1/2, right? If silver goes up three times,
15:34
maybe it would have cost, maybe it would you would only have to
15:37
part with half. Oh, I went to a gold mine.
15:40
I showed you guys that yesterday.
15:41
I'm telling you, if you like the gamble and you like quaint
15:45
little towns nestled in the valley in the Rocky Mountains an
15:49
hour West of Denver and you don't mind flying in an
15:54
airplane, which I don't recommend.
15:56
I stayed in this town called Blackhawk.
15:58
It was really cool. I mean, because I have a
16:01
fascination with casinos. I always have.
16:03
And they're like the whole town is full of nothing, but it's
16:07
like an Old West town. Like there's two of them
16:09
together. It's really cool.
16:11
And there's gold mines all over. There's actually three that you
16:15
can go tour. I went to one of them.
16:16
It was called Argo. I talked about it yesterday, so
16:18
I'm not going to watch yesterday's live stream.
16:20
I had some pictures. Really, really a fun place.
16:23
We're here to talk about $90.00 silver, but flying in airplanes
16:28
is not any fun. I don't have nothing to do with
16:32
with that. Let's go check on the price.
16:33
Let's do the Pembex price check and thank you again Silvershire
16:40
for the Super chat. Let's go see I Can you believe
16:43
this? Oh my gosh, I don't know is does
16:48
your screen say the same thing? Let's do an update.
16:51
Press the magic button. I think the market's closed, so
16:54
that's not going to do me any good.
16:56
Gold is at 2600. We're going to say $25.
17:02
Silver is awesome, but so undervalued right now.
17:07
So it this should say 32. It's a misprint, but none the
17:11
less for now it's quote UN quote accurate $31.19 for silver.
17:17
Hey guys, don't forget, please support channel sponsor Pembex
17:22
or at minimum what I ask you is to give them a shot.
17:25
Just next time you're buying bullion, compare what they can
17:27
do for you compared to the other big online bullion dealers.
17:31
Maybe if you're going to compare even with your local coin shops
17:34
that are around, compare what Pembex can do for you.
17:38
What I find is that I always get, I can look you in the eye
17:43
and tell you this ultra competitive pricing because I'm
17:47
frugal or as Susie sometimes likes to refer to me, a tight
17:51
wad. I'm resourceful.
17:53
I like, I like to get the most metal I can get for each dollar
17:57
that I'm going to spend. OK.
18:00
I like when the package comes from pin backs because I know
18:03
it's a couple oz heavier than if I'd bought it from one of the
18:06
other online bullion dealers, right?
18:09
That's what I like. And I like also that I know I
18:11
can trust them. And I, and I know that from the
18:15
feedback I've gotten from the basement dweller community, we
18:18
all can trust them. I just got an e-mail this week.
18:22
It was really nice. I was out of town.
18:23
This guy's like I bought 41 oz coins, one ounce gold coins, and
18:30
he was just like a big long e-mail about how great of an
18:33
experience he had with Pembex. I've got an overwhelmingly
18:36
positive response. Thank you Pembex.
18:38
And don't forget, if you ever go to convert part or all of an
18:40
IRA, please do yourself a favor and talk to them.
18:44
Talk to as many people as you want, but please at least talk
18:47
to Pembex and compare how many actual ounces of silver and gold
18:52
you can get from your different options.
18:54
I think you'll be shocked at what you learned from Pembex.
18:57
OK. Oh, this is great.
19:02
Yeah. So, so, well, let me just throw
19:04
this one out there. Gold went up because the Fed cut
19:07
interest rates and we called it all week.
19:10
Like we talked about how there might be a sell the news type
19:13
day on Wednesday, which there was.
19:16
And then we talked about and I said we'd get $32 silver by
19:19
Friday, which there wasn't. But none the less, we were right
19:23
about the fact that the metals went back up.
19:25
But think about this. Think about this.
19:28
What is it telling you, right? Start at that old engine up
19:32
there. I know you got extra horsepower.
19:35
Basement dwellers are a little smarter than the average bears.
19:38
And that's you think about this, you're going, we're going to put
19:42
the Pete puzzle pieces together here.
19:46
Why would the Fed cut interest rates by 1/2 percent if the
19:50
economy so great, if we're not in a recession?
19:55
That doesn't make any sense, does it?
20:00
So are we maybe in a recession or are we maybe up a Creek
20:05
without a paddle? Remember that, that those arrows
20:08
and circles I showed you earlier in the live stream?
20:11
Just think about that. OK, It's important we can't just
20:17
see the news stories and take them at face value.
20:20
Andy Scheckman talks about putting the the crumbs.
20:23
They give you crumbs and you got to put it all together.
20:26
It's like a puzzle. Think about what's going on.
20:28
The the dollar is in trouble, OK, And the value on a long term
20:34
trend basis. I was having breakfast out in
20:36
Colorado with my friend Chris, super smart guy.
20:39
He was like, you got to convey to these people, the short term
20:42
noise is one thing, but the long term trend is another.
20:47
And that's why like the long term trend guys, the dollar's
20:50
going down in daily. I mean, think about it, think
20:53
about it. Think about $100 bill and what
20:56
it would do for you in 1970. Think about what it would do for
20:59
you 10 years ago. Think about what $100 bill do
21:02
for you even five years ago and think about what it'll do now.
21:06
And there is no signs, no conviction from any of our
21:12
leaders to reverse this course. If we had a, if we had a
21:16
politicians arguing about about how how are we going to reduce
21:21
the deficit? How are we going to reduce the
21:24
national debt? I might be saying, hey, guys,
21:27
you know, if they get this under control but they're not, think
21:31
about it, OK, They just cut rates by 1/2 percentage point
21:38
and we're not in a recession. That's interesting.
21:41
That doesn't make sense. Hold on a second.
21:51
There he is smiling. Jerome, maybe we do have he's in
21:59
a box. Maybe we do have a recession and
22:02
we do have inflation. This, my friends, is the
22:06
stagflation box. And that is where Jerome is.
22:11
And that, right, is why the dollar will continue,
22:15
unfortunately. OK, We loved it when it was
22:18
this. Let's quickly look.
22:20
I couldn't do it when I was out of town.
22:23
Focus, focus. Come on.
22:25
There it is. See, at the very top of that,
22:28
that's a dollar bill. Oh, no, it's not.
22:31
It's a silver certificate because guess what?
22:36
See that date, 1935, right? You could go.
22:43
It was payable on demand in silver, in silver, payable in
22:48
demand. I forget where I was.
22:52
Let's look at $90.00 silver. Absolutely.
22:58
One year, if we get close, we'll be happy, right?
23:04
I was wrong about $32 silver today on Friday, $90.00 silver
23:10
one year from now, right? The end of the third quarter
23:13
2025. Why?
23:15
I'll give you the reasons why. This I think was a great
23:19
example. We are going to have a few
23:21
charts to look at and this comes from let's show it here at the
23:27
top, the Silver Academy, the sub stack with great articles about
23:32
silver, gold behind the curve, the Fed fuels gold and silver
23:36
rally when gold skyrocketed five times and this setup is the best
23:44
ever witnessed. OK, this is the going to blow
23:46
you away. This is the reason why, part of
23:49
the reason why gold, gold and silver soar as the Fed lags and
23:56
the pathetic Fed wants to cut 6 more times.
24:00
Plus, neither Trump or Harris says abolish the Fed.
24:04
Nobody has any conviction about what's going.
24:06
That's why we know long term we're in good, good shape with
24:11
real assets, gold and silver. Other real assets are great too,
24:14
like oil and wheat. But let me tell you something.
24:17
Remember, remember, oh boy, hold on here, remember, and then
24:22
we'll come back to this. Hold on.
24:26
I'm down here in the corner. I didn't leave you.
24:29
Don't worry. Here we go.
24:34
OK. Remember this, guys, This is
24:38
why, right? You want to own gold.
24:42
You want to own silver. You can't any any real or maybe
24:46
land. OK, if you're a land guy, but
24:49
because all the other stuff that's good, like oil and wheat,
24:52
you know, you can't. This is unbelievable.
24:55
This is a one of a Gucci first. This bag could carry 600 gold oz
25:02
about £40. That's the equivalent.
25:05
And with those 600 ounces of gold, you could buy 22,000
25:11
barrels of oil. I was just flabbergasted when I
25:15
learned up there I am that right there I was flabbergasted.
25:24
I mean, does that blow you away? 22,000 that's like every seat,
25:30
every butt in a, in a, in a, in a NBA National Basketball
25:35
Association. Hey, thank you Dana Webb for the
25:37
Super chat. Wow, you guys are being super
25:40
generous with me today. That's like every seat in an NBA
25:43
arena. Take every one of those seats
25:45
and put a giant barrel of oil in it.
25:48
That's how much oil. I mean, it is unbelievable.
25:50
I digress. Thank you for the Super chat.
25:52
Let me get back to this 'cause this is going to show us exactly
25:56
why, in uncertain terms, I believe that we could go to
26:02
$90.00 silver. Hold on, This is at the moment
26:05
you've all been waiting for the reason, OK?
26:09
The last time the Fed was this far behind the curve was 2007.
26:13
Remember 2007? You know what they were telling
26:15
you? You remember?
26:17
Yeah, right. It was it was a Greenspan.
26:20
That wasn't Greenspan. It was Ben Bernack.
26:22
Ben Bernack was saying everything is awesome.
26:25
He was in front of Congress saying, oh, but there's no
26:28
indications of any problems in our economy.
26:31
And then everything blew up and oh, I'll just print zillions of
26:34
dollars, OK? It was 2007.
26:38
A gold rose almost 3 * 3 times from 700.
26:43
We're going to talk about silver, don't you worry.
26:45
But gold, we love gold too. It went from 700 an ounce to
26:49
$1900.00 an ounce over the next four years.
26:53
But the news gets better. Silver rose five times.
26:56
We're not asking for five times, are we?
26:58
Basement dwellers, let me, let me ask you a question.
27:01
I mean, if you, if you're happy with three times with $90.00
27:05
silver, say 3X the number three and the letter X in the
27:10
comments, I want to see how many of you agree with that.
27:13
But let's look at these charts, see if I can make this go full
27:17
screen. OK, so the yellow line is the
27:22
gold price. The green line is the Fed.
27:25
Is the rate. OK, The federal, whatever they
27:27
call it. What do they call that?
27:28
I forget. I don't know the interest rate
27:31
from the Fed. As you can see, this is 2007.
27:35
OK? That's when they cut rates.
27:37
Hold on here. Let me make sure I got you on
27:39
there. OK, I do.
27:41
This is when they cut rates. Gold was below 1000.
27:44
This is when they started cutting rates, OK, then they cut
27:47
them, cut them, cut them, cut them.
27:48
Gold went from being like what, 8700 it said over the next four
27:53
years through 2012, getting up to 1900.
27:58
It was a three XA three times return.
28:03
Look, gold was at 2500 when the Fed started cutting.
28:08
This time, if these next four years play out in a similar
28:11
manner, what are we going to see?
28:15
What are we going to see? You know what we're going to
28:17
see? We'd see $7500 gold in the next
28:21
4 years. But we're here to talk about
28:23
silver. So let's go look at silver
28:25
because this is another great example of what we get, silver
28:31
in U.S. dollars, OK? This is what happened to silver.
28:35
So again, on this chart, if I can pull this one up, all right,
28:38
I can. 2007 there's the interest rate, the black line.
28:43
The red circle is when they started.
28:45
This is from Reuters icon Incrementum AG.
28:50
This is when they started cutting rates.
28:52
Silver was what, maybe 11 bucks? 10 bucks an ounce, less than 10
28:57
bucks. This is when they started
28:59
cutting rates. OK?
29:01
Then from 2008 to 2012, as they cut rates down, what happened to
29:06
silver? It actually had a little bump
29:08
up, a little draw down, and then whammo, bajammo, we got the $50
29:15
silver 5 * 5 times. We're not even asking for that
29:19
this time. OK, silver lags, then pops
29:23
higher silver rose 5X, then he goes into quantitative easing.
29:28
Guys, the only option. I'm having breakfast with my
29:31
buddy Chris this morning. He's a he's a tenured college
29:35
professor and Colorado Springs, I don't know, smart guy.
29:40
He's like, the only way Ron that we can deal that they can deal
29:43
with this situation, right, is the is the is the inflate the
29:47
way out of it? It's the only thing they can do,
29:51
right? They are going to be the Fed is
29:53
going to be monetizing the debt of the United States, printing
29:57
money, OK. It's mathematically impossible
30:01
that anything else happens. Another interesting, very
30:05
interesting point that again gives us more reason to believe
30:10
that we're in for that. We can get to this $90.00 silver
30:15
Phil Streibel blue line futures and they get his smartest guy in
30:19
the room. Nicest guy too.
30:20
I met him. The item on here in the
30:22
basement. Don't forget, guys, it's a, it's
30:24
a fact, a historical fact that people don't start really moving
30:29
into gold and silver via the ETFs until a month after the Fed
30:36
cuts interest rates. Everybody's waking up this
30:39
weekend, all your neighbors, right?
30:41
More of them. Their light bulbs are going on,
30:43
their gold and silver light bulbs.
30:45
They are going to be moving into gold and silver.
30:49
It's going to be great. Or I mean, we're going to have a
30:51
great time. We're having a great time
30:52
tonight. Let me make sure I didn't miss
30:54
any super chats. Here's one.
30:57
Did I pull that one up? Silver Shire?
31:00
Thank you for the Super chat, my friend.
31:02
And wow, you guys have been Don Dana Webb.
31:06
Thank you. PGM Poor man's gold and silver
31:09
stacks. I'm all junk silver.
31:12
Yep, we love coin. Coin shop.
31:13
Chris is the king. He's the Fred Sanford of Junk
31:16
Silver. Telling you.
31:18
Great. Nate.
31:18
Yes, tanning up nice. Ron.
31:21
New York playing around. Cool.
31:23
That's awesome. Silver Shire.
31:24
Silver Shire. Thank you.
31:26
Thank you. And Don Howe.
31:27
OK, let's get back to business. Basement dwellers 3XI mean, come
31:35
on man, there we go. Ron Cash at a dealer.
31:40
I don't understand what that one says.
31:42
Anyway, Phil Streibel a month later.
31:45
But wait, there's more, there is more and that is that that then
31:51
can what the heck is going on here?
31:54
Sorry, guys, that continues for another six months after.
31:58
OK, that's what we have to look forward to.
32:01
What about, oh, here, interesting, very quick text
32:05
exchange I had with Michael, one of the owners of Pinbeck's.
32:09
He said that they're seeing like a big increase in retail silver
32:13
and gold demand after the Fed rate cut news.
32:18
So interesting guys. Things are brewing.
32:21
Things are indeed getting very, very interesting next week.
32:27
Buckle up, buttercup, something. Let me ask you a question.
32:32
Is the federal. I'll give you a statement.
32:35
I think the Federal Reserve is freaked out.
32:38
I think Jerome, our buddy in the box is freaked out.
32:42
Wait until you see and I'll give you the reason why.
32:45
Now wait until you see this. This is the There it is.
32:55
Oh, shoot. There we go.
32:56
OK, this is the MarketWatch economic calendar for next week.
33:01
This is insane. I don't think I've ever seen
33:04
this. This happened before on Monday.
33:08
These these are listen to all these Fed, all these Fed
33:12
speakers. Next week on Monday you got
33:16
Atlanta Fed Atlanta Fed chief speaks.
33:19
Also on Monday, Chicago fed also on Monday, Minneapolis fed
33:23
president speaks. These are these are what they
33:25
the reason this is critical is this is what they do.
33:28
They roll out the clown show and this is what's going to happen
33:31
next week. So I just want you to be
33:33
prepared. But to me, this is proving to us
33:38
that they're freaked out. And why is that important?
33:40
Because we know that when the Fed freaks, right, the first
33:44
thing they're going to do is print money.
33:47
That's their go to. That's their only.
33:49
That's the only, only trick they have in their trick bag is to
33:53
print money. That's just Monday.
33:55
What was that for Fed speakers? Let's go to Tuesday.
33:59
OK, Governor Michelle Bowman speaks.
34:04
That's pretty good. Only one then.
34:05
But on Wednesday we got another one.
34:08
Adriana Coogler on Thursday, we're going to get the initial
34:12
jobless claims. We're going to get, you know,
34:14
GDP revision. I wonder why they have all that.
34:17
OK, here we go. Adriana Coogler, Boston Fed
34:20
president and Susan Collins speak together.
34:24
Then Michelle Bowman speaks after that.
34:27
Then Jerome Powell speaks after that.
34:31
Then John Williams speaks. New York Fed president.
34:34
John would look at. I mean, this is insane.
34:36
This is crazy. What the heck?
34:40
Hold on a second. Sorry.
34:44
What the heck are they doing on Thursday?
34:45
Then Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle Barr,
34:50
Michael Bar speaks. Oh my God.
34:52
Then Lisa Cook, Federal Reserve governor, speaks.
34:55
There's like 10 Fed people speaking on Thursday.
34:58
What's going to happen on Wednesday or Thursday that they
35:02
scheduled all these people to talk Friday?
35:04
I got good news. Nothing.
35:08
OK, I don't think I was wrong. And 1:00, Fed Reserve Governor
35:14
Michelle Bowman speaks. I mean, hello, hello, hello.
35:20
Is your Spidey sense going off? I hope so.
35:24
On Thursday they got like every. I don't, I mean, it'd be a good
35:27
day to go clean the floors at the Federal Reserve building
35:31
because they're all going to be out talking and they're all
35:34
they're it is proven guys, proven.
35:37
We don't listen to what they say.
35:39
We listen to numbers. We listen to this, OK, I guess
35:43
it's a double feature today. We listen to this, OK, right
35:49
there, all that we already went through that.
35:51
For those of you that are just joining us, go back and watch
35:54
the replay from the beginning. We listen to numbers.
35:58
We really like this number over here, which I underlined in red.
36:02
The dollar to silver ratio, which continues to skyrocket.
36:07
You know what, since we're here, this is the US debt clock.
36:12
Let's go down. Let's just look at this.
36:16
I'm going to get rid of this. Hold on.
36:18
Bye. Bye.
36:19
Bye. Bye.
36:21
Well, it won't go away. OK, hold on here.
36:24
We want to look at this number. Let's let's zoom in here, a
36:30
special zoom in feature. All right, that's good.
36:35
And we'll go over here. So we already know the the paper
36:39
is a dollar to silver ratio paper, whatever a dollar silver
36:43
ratio 537. That means for each one ounce of
36:46
silver that's going to be produced this year, there's
36:49
going to be $537 produced. That's interesting.
36:54
But the paper to silver ratio now sits at four O 6 and let's
37:00
just let's just go up and re shoot.
37:04
Wow, that's basically the amount of paper make believe contracts
37:08
that are written for each one ounce of silver.
37:12
All right, that's the situation there.
37:15
What else do we have to go through?
37:17
Oh, here, just when you think two more critical things to talk
37:21
about, two more critical things because just when you think
37:27
there's our purse full of oil, you know what quickly you guys
37:31
have seen this last few days. I love this slide, the return of
37:35
the king, gold and silver precious, it should say.
37:39
It should say precious metals. OK, Bull markets are born on
37:42
pessimism. We've been through that.
37:44
Did that they grow on skepticism.
37:47
We are emerging from that right now.
37:50
People are starting to believe as they should.
37:53
They mature on optimism, which we're just starting to get a
37:58
taste of, OK? And they die on euphoria.
38:02
They die when the shoeshine boy is talking about gold and
38:06
silver, right? That's when, you know when all
38:09
the ducks are quacking, right? That's when you want to start
38:13
thinking about maybe it's time to convert.
38:16
OK? Don't sell.
38:17
Do not please. Well, you do whatever you want.
38:20
Remember, I'm not giving financial advice.
38:22
I'm just giving you good advice, my advice.
38:26
So of course I think it's good, but don't convert any of your
38:30
metals into cash unless you're going to then use that cash to
38:33
buy something else real, you know, maybe a stock in a oil or
38:38
a company that owns a bunch of oil fields.
38:39
Whatever the case may be, that's not what I was here for.
38:44
That's for tomorrow. Oh, here we go.
38:46
Yeah. Let's look at this.
38:48
Yeah. Everything is great, right?
38:51
Everything is great until you realize the credit card debt is
38:56
at all time highs in our country.
38:59
I just want to draw your attention to this and this goes
39:02
This feeds with what we saw in the US debt clock, which is a
39:05
big, big, big, big, big, big problem.
39:08
But look at 2021, we had less than $800 billion of credit card
39:13
debt in our country. And this data was from Q2.
39:18
We're almost at the end of Q3. I bet we're going to hit 1.2
39:22
trillion if we went already. This is the case.
39:27
I can do this math in my head. Credit card debt, OK, if you go
39:32
from under 800 billion to almost 1.2 billion, credit card debt
39:36
has gone up 50%. Oh, I got to do the cowboy.
39:40
Oh, Susie scared me. Credit card debt has gone up by
39:46
more than 50% in three years. Oh, yeah.
39:52
Oh, yeah. But the US economy is strong and
39:56
doing great. Right?
39:57
Let's get her out, then we're going to ring the cowbell.
39:59
Basement dwellers. OK, look, look, remember, the US
40:06
economy is great. I don't know what's wrong with
40:08
everybody. Yeah.
40:10
Yeah. The US economy is great, right?
40:14
Because people have been blowing all their money on credit cards.
40:18
Credit card interest rates are at all time highs.
40:21
Do you know anyone? It's very important that if you
40:24
know anyone with big credit card, please don't ever do a
40:27
super chat. Don't ever do.
40:29
If you have a credit card balance, use that money to pay
40:31
off credit cards. If you do, you know how
40:33
important this is. If you know anyone that has
40:36
credit card balances, grab them by their throat and tell them
40:40
pay off your credit cards because it's already an
40:44
astronomer, an Astro. Easy for me to say
40:47
afronomically, but whatever, you know what I'm saying.
40:50
Astronomically high rate that they're paying and it's an
40:54
adjustable rate, OK. Which means that even if we go
40:59
into hyperinflation, they'll hyperinflate the rate the
41:03
economy's. But this, this is the big reason
41:05
why that number is important, because the US economy is a
41:10
consumer based economy. Well, guess what?
41:13
The consumers tapped out right, the the that credit card level
41:17
it it's, it's it's the the people don't have any more room
41:21
left on their credit card. Do you know, and I hope you're
41:23
not in that situation yourself personally.
41:25
If you are, please take steps to get to to to to right that ship.
41:31
But people don't have room on their credit cards.
41:34
They've blown they've they've run up the limits.
41:37
They don't have savings. People are even taking money out
41:41
of their four O 1 KS before, excuse me retirement just to pay
41:47
bills. Coin Shop Chris has
41:51
heartbreaking stories of people coming in to the coin shop and
41:55
selling silver to do to do things like make a car payment
42:01
or pay an electric bill or do just normal things, right?
42:05
I mean, please. But as we look at the overall
42:09
economy, remember we're a consumer based economy.
42:12
What the consumer doesn't have any money?
42:14
How can the economy be strong? I need to ring the cowbell.
42:18
This is a very important tradition that we basement
42:21
dwellers do. It's a symbol of our
42:23
camaraderie. It's a symbol of our time we
42:26
spend together. Some people hate the bells.
42:37
I don't ring them every time. But thank you for the 200 thumbs
42:40
up. OK, Very, very important.
42:42
Very, very important. Let's just briefly go look at
42:46
what Lynette's saying. We love Lynette's saying.
42:49
She's not saying that gold should be $138,000, but this is
42:53
a very interesting way of looking at the value of gold.
43:00
This did come I, I copied and pasted this from the Silver
43:03
Academy. It says Lynette's saying set up
43:07
a scenario to arrive at the fundamental value of gold by
43:11
taking U.S. debt divided by US gold holdings to break down the
43:16
calculation, right. We have, as we've looked at now
43:18
several times during this live stream, 35 trillion to 170
43:24
billion in debt. OK, our government at Bart Knox
43:30
supposedly has 261 million ounces of gold.
43:36
If you divide the national debt by the number of gold oz we
43:40
have, that would make gold worth 134,875 point O3, rounded to the
43:51
nearest cent per oz. This would be the the value of
43:56
gold when compared to the national debt, the amount of
44:00
debt per Troy ounce of gold if the entire gold reserves were
44:04
used to offset that debt. The figure of 134,000 represents
44:08
the theoretical price that gold would need to reach per Troy oz
44:13
for the US gold reserves to fully cover the national debt.
44:17
This calculation provides an interesting perspective on the
44:20
relationship between US gold holdings and the national debt,
44:24
though it is important to note that this is a hypothetical
44:29
scenario and not a practical policy consideration.
44:33
But what what happened here? Oh, boy.
44:39
Hold on. Oh, boy.
44:41
Oh, now we're in big trouble. Thank you, guys.
44:46
OK, But Jim Rickards, who worked, I think, in the Reagan
44:49
administration, he's worked at top universities.
44:52
He's worked for the Defense Department.
44:54
He's written New York Times bestseller books.
44:57
He calculates that the gold price should be $27,000 per oz.
45:05
That's if we were to back up the M2 money supply.
45:09
Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh. Let's do it one more.
45:12
No, I can't do it. Sorry, the computer got screwed
45:16
up. Anyway, if you would back the M2
45:18
money supply, 40 percent, 40% with a gold, just 40% of just
45:28
the M2 money supply that's out there, we would have a $27,000
45:33
gold price. Guys, look, when we wrap it all
45:36
together, what's the big key take away we've got?
45:40
We've got some, some, some some micro factors that we know.
45:45
All right, $90.00 silver one year from now, the end of the
45:49
third quarter, write it down. OK, Write it down.
45:52
Even if we get close to that, I think we'll all be very, very
45:56
happy. And I mean, in an environment
45:58
where everything else doesn't go up three times in value, there's
46:03
so many micro factors. The investors going to be coming
46:05
back. But then if we back off and just
46:08
look at the big picture, we look at the US debt clock, we look at
46:11
the fact that we are in a doom loop.
46:14
Unfortunately, we're not rooting for this.
46:17
The only reason I love silver and gold, wow.
46:20
And maybe that, I don't know. Is that the wrong way to say it?
46:23
But yeah, maybe it's not right. The real reason I love silver
46:26
and gold is because we look at the facts.
46:28
We look at what's going on with this debt, and we know that we
46:31
want to protect ourselves. We want to protect our families.
46:34
You got to look out for yourself first.
46:37
You're no good to your family if you're not in good shape,
46:39
buttercup. So take care of yourself, right?
46:42
Listen to me, the king of junk food.
46:44
But none the less, right, That's what we know.
46:47
We know the big picture. But guys, even on a bigger,
46:51
bigger picture, what is transpiring in the world in the
46:56
Middle East? I'm sure we aren't going to get
46:58
into specific stories, but my gosh, it's atrocious what's
47:03
going on in the Middle East right now.
47:06
It's atrocious what's going on in Europe, in Ukraine, with
47:11
Russia. And we're in, we're, we're only
47:13
probably us and we dig deep, right?
47:17
The people that are willing to dig deep and look at alternative
47:19
news sources and try to piece it all together, we're only getting
47:22
like 30 or 40% of it, right? We know what's going on with
47:26
China and Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, the world as a
47:30
whole is getting crazy. We've got a crazy presidential
47:34
election and to top it all off, the, the, the, the peanut on top
47:40
or no cherry on top, right, the bricks meeting.
47:44
It's going to be what, in one month, one month, right?
47:49
The world is, is, is rebelling. There's another word I was
47:54
trying to say besides rebelling. The world is repulsing.
47:57
Is that the word revolting? I don't know, saying no, no to
48:02
the US into the US dollar. It's again, we're we're not, you
48:08
know, look, I love my country. I even have waving flags in the
48:12
background. You know how much it cost to get
48:14
a flag that where is it? That one there a flag that waves
48:17
on its own. You know, I love this country,
48:20
but I got to look at the facts of what's going on and look at
48:23
it from different people's perspectives and it's not
48:26
looking real good. It's not looking like the world
48:29
is suddenly going to be. And maybe they will maybe you
48:33
know, but it's but it it sure doesn't feel like the world's
48:37
going to be making moves towards being more embracing of the US
48:43
dollar. I want to say thank you to
48:44
channel my sponsor first mining gold, Canadian gold developer
48:48
with two multi million ounce projects in Canada.
48:52
They're moving through, right? They're getting closer, they're
48:56
getting closer in the permitting phase, especially with their
49:00
spring pull project. OK, it's been a long road, takes
49:03
a long time to permit mines up in Canada, but man, their team
49:07
is and they got a top notch team.
49:09
Steve Lyons, James Maxwell, Paul and Investor relations will
49:15
always talk to you. Dan Wilton, the CEO, Keith
49:18
Newmeyer, the founder. Exciting things could happen
49:21
here in the next couple years for first Mining gold.
49:23
I'm not giving financial advice, but but it's a company that I'm
49:27
very optimistic about. I just met with with Carlos
49:31
Baca, the director of Investor Relations at Fortuna Mining,
49:35
another first class operation. Met with him when I was out in
49:39
Denver. Fortuna is really knocking it
49:42
out of the park, right, the first half of the year.
49:45
We're wrapping up the third quarter.
49:46
It's going to be real interesting to see what kind of
49:49
cash flow, what kind of production because they got
49:52
silver mines, gold mines in Latin America and they have
49:56
growing gold mines, producing gold mines in West Africa.
50:01
And learn more about both of those companies at their
50:03
respective websites to which I will have a link in the
50:06
description of this here video, right.
50:10
And of course, of course, guys, Pinbex Pi MB EX, we had their
50:15
website up earlier that you when you pull that website up, it's
50:18
like money comes flying out of your computer because you're
50:21
saving money and it's a company you can trust.
50:25
It's going to be interesting next week to see how this plays
50:28
out. What's really going to be
50:29
interesting is that like we talked about, we keep our eye on
50:33
the long term trends and the long term trends are telling us
50:37
something very, very simple. And that is your decision.
50:42
Your decision to put some of your money, maybe a lot of your
50:46
money. Everybody's different, right?
50:49
But to put that into store of value, timeless 5000 year
50:54
valuable everywhere, silver and gold is going to be proven to be
50:59
very, very wise. You know, I was talking with
51:02
again with my friend Chris earlier today.
51:04
We were talking about that is like this is an the United
51:07
States was kind of an experimental country, right?
51:11
I'm not, I love this country, but my gosh, you know, I think
51:15
it's hard for most Americans to fathom that, especially most of
51:20
us that are alive now that are 5060, seventy, 4030 years old.
51:25
We've never really experienced real hard times like since we've
51:29
been alive. This country is dominated that
51:32
the world does change, right? Of course.
51:36
Well, I want our country to do well.
51:38
I want all countries to do well. I want you to do well.
51:41
Thanks for dealing with me. Thanks for getting back together
51:44
with me in the basement. Don't forget you belong here
51:46
right, Each and everyone of you and I'm not each and of you
51:50
right, right are just as important.
51:53
Please leave comments in the comments section.
51:55
We read them all OK, but just know that we appreciate you
51:59
being here. You're always welcome here.
52:01
We see you and we hope that we'll see you again tomorrow.
52:04
Thank you. Thank you to the generators.
52:06
Okay, big Tim, the silver Shire Jake from Jakes Custom Parts,
52:10
Annie Oakley and of course the lovely so Susie silver Susie
52:15
silver Susie.
