Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:02
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
• 0:06
Speaker 1: left off with the Gleam Maxwell transcripts from July twenty fourth.
• 0:13
Speaker 1: So after you find out about it, what happens with
• 0:16
Speaker 1: your relationship with him? Maxwell? I asked him. I asked
• 0:20
Speaker 1: him what was going on? Blanche? Okay? Maxwell? And he said,
• 0:24
Speaker 1: not to worry nothing, nothing, taking care, don't worry about it. Indiscernible,
• 0:30
Speaker 1: and then it all went quiet. He didn't say, he
• 0:34
  Speaker 1: didn't share. I wasn't part of it at all. I
• 0:37
Speaker 1: was off with Ted and I really just to that.
• 0:40
Speaker 1: She's cut off by Blanche. Did he tell you? Well,
• 0:43
Speaker 1: why don't we come back to more specifics around that
• 0:46
Speaker 1: time period in a few minutes? Maxwell, Okay, Blanche, I
• 0:50
Speaker 1: just want to finish this opening part so that case
• 0:54
Speaker 1: goes on ultimately it ends. What was your relationship like
• 0:58
Speaker 1: with him during that case? When he goes, you know,
• 1:01
Speaker 1: when he was sentenced Maxwell, he told me, he said, listen,
• 1:07
Speaker 1: I'm going to jail. I was like, okay, and he goes,
• 1:10
Speaker 1: I would like you to stay on board to manage
• 1:12
Speaker 1: the properties, the animals, this and that, and just stay
• 1:15
Speaker 1: put and I'll continue to pay you in case there
• 1:18
Speaker 1: is an emergency. I don't trust anyone. And I was like, okay, Blanche. Well,
• 1:23
Speaker 1: when you said continue to pay Maxwell, he had never
• 1:26
Speaker 1: stopped paying me, Blanche, he never stopped paying you. So
• 1:30
Speaker 1: even when your relationship changes, you are getting Does the
• 1:33
Speaker 1: amount increase from the twenty five thousand or so a
• 1:36
Speaker 1: year from the beginning? Like, how much are you getting
• 1:38
Speaker 1: paid yearly? Maxwell? I think it ended at the time, Well,
• 1:43
Speaker 1: we had different payment structures and I'm happy to explain
• 1:45
Speaker 1: how that was, but I think the salary wise, if
• 1:48
Speaker 1: I'm right, it ended at around a quarter of a
• 1:50
Speaker 1: million a year, Blanche. How much quarter of a million?
• 1:53
Speaker 1: Two hundred and fifty thousand? And when did that stop? Maxwell?
• 1:58
Speaker 1: Two thousand and eight or nine? Blanche? So Maxwell cuts
• 2:02
Speaker 1: him off, oh nine, When did he come out of jail?
• 2:04
Speaker 1: Whenever he came out of jail, Blanche? Okay, So, And
• 2:08
Speaker 1: over the years it increased from what you said was
• 2:12
Speaker 1: you thought about twenty five thousand to two hundred and
• 2:15
Speaker 1: fifty thousand. That's between like ninety or early nineties until
• 2:19
Speaker 1: two thousand and nine or ten. Whenever that stopped? Is
• 2:21
Speaker 1: that right? Maxwell? Yes, yes, Blanche, And how are you paid?
• 2:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell W two? Blanche W two from what company? Maxwell?
• 2:33
Speaker 1: He like, he just moved me around over to this
• 2:36
Speaker 1: company that I didn't care, Blanche okay, Maxwell, And I
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: didn't care, and I didn't think that. I didn't understand
• 2:43
Speaker 1: any rhyme or reason. It doesn't I just you know whatever,
• 2:47
Speaker 1: Blanche okay. Maxwell. So maybe she gets cut off by Blanche.
• 2:52
Speaker 1: So when he's going to go to jail, he says,
• 2:54
Speaker 1: can you stay around and manage everything? Or was it
• 2:57
Speaker 1: here's some money? Don't say anything. That's probably what it was, right,
• 3:02
Speaker 1: but sure, Glenn Maxwell's now the arbiter of truth for
• 3:05
Speaker 1: the Trump administration. Glenn Maxwell, Yeah, Todd, Blanche, and do
• 3:11
Speaker 1: you do that? Maxwell? I do, Blanche okay, And then
• 3:14
Speaker 1: we'll come back to that. Maxwell will not manage everything, though,
• 3:19
Speaker 1: I mean there are other people at this point. My
• 3:22
Speaker 1: specific role then was very very diminished. Blanche okay. I
• 3:26
Speaker 1: reviewed the bill structure that came from the constructions that
• 3:30
Speaker 1: were still made the island, Blanche okay, Maxwell, and wherever
• 3:34
Speaker 1: else I was going Paris at that point, because I
• 3:37
Speaker 1: speak French, I'm fluent in French. And also my relationship
• 3:41
Speaker 1: with the French decorator was critical to him, and then
• 3:44
Speaker 1: the French component part of that aspect that was really vital.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: And so you would have to find someone who was
• 3:51
Speaker 1: actually and the Spanish trilingual, and would have had to
• 3:54
Speaker 1: find someone who was tri lingual and that he trusted. Blanche.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: Did you to that he's cut off again by Maxwell
• 4:02
Speaker 1: to manage not steal from him? Blanche? Did you so
• 4:05
Speaker 1: when he gets out of jail between that time in
• 4:08
Speaker 1: twenty nine and ten and twenty nineteen, Well, what's your
• 4:11
Speaker 1: relationship like with mister Epstein Maxwell? Almost non existent? Blanche? Why? Maxwell?
• 4:18
Speaker 1: I had just moved on and I didn't want to
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: have anything. I didn't want the drama. I didn't want
• 4:23
Speaker 1: to be associated with Blanche. So do you recall when
• 4:26
Speaker 1: you say almost non existent? Does that mean Glenn Maxwell?
• 4:30
Speaker 1: It doesn't mean it's she's cut off again by Blanche.
• 4:34
Speaker 1: Was it some phone calls, some visits Maxwell? Definitely Blanche
• 4:39
Speaker 1: some trips or what does it mean? Maxwell? I don't
• 4:42
Speaker 1: think there were ever any trips. I don't think so, Blanche,
• 4:46
Speaker 1: where were you living during this time period? Or was
• 4:49
Speaker 1: it's he's cut off again by Maxwell? Which time period? Blanche?
• 4:53
Speaker 1: Between two thousand and nine and twenty ten and twenty nineteen, Maxwell,
• 4:57
Speaker 1: I was back in New York, Blanche, Okay, so you
• 5:01
Speaker 1: had no so your you had the phone calls with
• 5:04
Speaker 1: them on occasion, Maxwell, Yes, well, I certainly did. When
• 5:08
Speaker 1: it was whenever was any legal drama or anything like
• 5:11
Speaker 1: that serious press attention. I always called to try and
• 5:14
Speaker 1: find out what was going on, Blanche okay. And then
• 5:18
Speaker 1: Maxwell cuts him off again, And I did email him
• 5:21
Speaker 1: at the time for those types of details. I was like,
• 5:23
Speaker 1: what do I do? What I mean? I was like Blanche.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: And then when he's charged in New York federally Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
• 5:32
Speaker 1: how did you learn about that? Maxwell? In the press? Blanche?
• 5:37
Speaker 1: And you, as far as you know, been contacted by
• 5:40
Speaker 1: law enforcement before his arrest. Maxwell No, I wasn't in
• 5:44
Speaker 1: an indictment, Blanche. No, I know that. But even as
• 5:48
Speaker 1: a witness or asking you if you would have had
• 5:50
Speaker 1: documents or materials, Maxwell, I had never Up until when
• 5:55
Speaker 1: my lawyer said that, I don't even know. I had
• 5:58
Speaker 1: no knowledge of them being interested me. Honestly, I don't
• 6:01
Speaker 1: want to say until after he died. Now I know
• 6:04
Speaker 1: that my lawyers were in touch with the SDNY at
• 6:07
Speaker 1: some point after his arrest. I'm pretty sure that had
• 6:10
Speaker 1: to have happened, right, Blanche Okay. But my understanding is
• 6:14
Speaker 1: that they had not shown any interest. I know my
• 6:17
Speaker 1: lawyers went to see them once. I believe Blanche went
• 6:21
Speaker 1: to see meaning mister Epstein, Glam Maxwell know them, the
• 6:24
Speaker 1: Southern District of New York, Blanche Okay, the SDNY Okay, Maxwell, sorry,
• 6:30
Speaker 1: and that they had been in regular in touch with
• 6:32
Speaker 1: them and Blanche. But now you're talking about after mister
• 6:36
Speaker 1: Epstein died or are you talking about before he died? Maxwell?
• 6:40
Speaker 1: I think she gets cut off again by Blanche. If
• 6:43
Speaker 1: you can remember Maxwell easily verifiable. My memory is that
• 6:47
Speaker 1: we were in touch with him when he was arrested. Blanche,
• 6:50
Speaker 1: uh huh. Maxwell, I don't know if anything happened until
• 6:53
Speaker 1: after his death. Then after that, Blanche okay, Maxwell, I
• 6:57
Speaker 1: don't think they saw them met with them Southern District
• 7:00
Speaker 1: of New York. I'm talking about now until after he died.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: I know that they were in regular telephone contact with him,
• 7:06
Speaker 1: and that my lawyers believed that they had been told
• 7:09
Speaker 1: that they had no interest in me. Blanche okay, Maxwell,
• 7:13
Speaker 1: and were absolutely stunned when I was arrested. But maybe
• 7:16
Speaker 1: stunned is too big a word, but surprised I certainly was, Blanche. Okay,
• 7:22
Speaker 1: So okay. That was the long description of what was
• 7:26
Speaker 1: a very long life and what was and that was
• 7:28
Speaker 1: very helpful. So I want to go back and talk
• 7:30
Speaker 1: some specifically now about particular areas and but a very
• 7:34
Speaker 1: helpful kind of foundation for us. The first thing that
• 7:38
Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about, and we talked
• 7:40
Speaker 1: earlier about mister Epstein's financial success. You know, how do
• 7:44
Speaker 1: you know when you first met him, at some point
• 7:46
Speaker 1: you say, I got this place for you to rent.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: You can't afford it, and he laughs at you and says,
• 7:51
Speaker 1: yes I can. What did you learn about his wealth
• 7:54
Speaker 1: and how he was how he was accumulated his money? Maxwell,
• 7:58
Speaker 1: I can tell you what he told me, Blanche. Yes, Maxwell,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: I know that he was hired from working at a
• 8:03
Speaker 1: private school whose name eludes me at this point, Lea
• 8:08
Speaker 1: Safion Dalton, Glenn Maxwell Dalton. He was working at Dalton.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: He was a math teacher and he met I think
• 8:15
Speaker 1: it was Ace. I'm not sure he met someone from
• 8:17
Speaker 1: Bear who hired him because he was very good at math,
• 8:20
Speaker 1: and I believe that when he worked at creating a
• 8:22
Speaker 1: trading of Oh my gosh, Blanche, just describe it. It's okay,
• 8:26
Speaker 1: go ahead, Maxwell. He came up with some new type
• 8:29
Speaker 1: of trading system. Not a system so much, but a
• 8:33
Speaker 1: trading vehicle. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, I'm just scrape. I'm just
• 8:37
Speaker 1: escaping right now, Blanche. And this is while he was
• 8:41
Speaker 1: working at bar Stearns. Maxwell at barra Stearns. Yes, Blanche, okay, Maxwell,
• 8:47
Speaker 1: And well to that she's cut off by Blanche. And
• 8:50
Speaker 1: this is before you met him, Maxwell. Yes, Blanche, So
• 8:54
Speaker 1: this is what he told you Maxwell, Yes, Blanche, what
• 8:58
Speaker 1: you learned? Maxwell? Yes, this is what he told me, Blanche, okay,
• 9:02
Speaker 1: Maxwell himself, Blanche. So then eventually he starts a financial firm.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: Do you know anything about that to be true or no?
• 9:10
Speaker 1: Jay Epstein in company, you ever heard of that? I
• 9:14
Speaker 1: think it's yeah, so yes, So hang on a minute.
• 9:17
Speaker 1: This I did not know, but this is I have
• 9:20
Speaker 1: subsequently learned, Blanche, Okay. Maxwell. Is that some problem or
• 9:24
Speaker 1: some issue at bari Sterns. And there was some I
• 9:27
Speaker 1: don't know, disagreement. He wasn't fired because obviously he was
• 9:30
Speaker 1: still very friendly with Ace and Jimmy, at least by
• 9:33
Speaker 1: the time I met him, but they were working with
• 9:35
Speaker 1: him and he ran he had clients money at Bara Sterns. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
• 9:41
Speaker 1: and his money is client's money. Well, I'll come to that.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: But he started. He told me himself that he started
• 9:47
Speaker 1: a business where he looked for stolen money. So if somebody,
• 9:49
Speaker 1: let's see, I'm trying to think of some intelligent way
• 9:52
Speaker 1: to say it, but I can't think of anything I've
• 9:55
Speaker 1: been with. Not great, I'll give it to you. So
• 9:57
  Speaker 1: let's say you're l Chopo. Oh god, I don't. I
• 10:00
Speaker 1: don't know where this comes from. But anyway, we've got
• 10:02
Speaker 1: al Chopo and Al Choppo's laundering money. And still he's
• 10:05
Speaker 1: working with the Cinaloa cartel and he steals money from
• 10:08
Speaker 1: the Cinaloa cartel and he moves it to wherever. So
• 10:11
Speaker 1: he's gotten stolen money from the Cinaloa cartel, goes to it.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: This didn't happen. I'm just Blanche, Yeah, yeah, I understand
• 10:18
Speaker 1: Maxwell coming up with something in my head and the
• 10:21
Speaker 1: Cineloa cartel says to Epstein, can you track down my
• 10:24
Speaker 1: billion dollars that the cartel the other cartel stole from me,
• 10:28
Speaker 1: and Epstein will go and find that billion dollars and
• 10:30
Speaker 1: will take a portion of the money that was stolen
• 10:32
Speaker 1: as a fee and give back the remainder. That would
• 10:35
Speaker 1: be a percentage basis, Blanche. No, but like what you
• 10:39
Speaker 1: just described, which I appreciate what you said is hypothetical.
• 10:44
Speaker 1: That was completely hypothetical, but that would involve, like so,
• 10:49
Speaker 1: two kinds of drug cartels stealing from each other. Practically speaking,
• 10:53
Speaker 1: he was more of a businessman, correct, Maxwell. So here's
• 10:56
Speaker 1: how I think that started. It started. He had a girlfriend.
• 11:00
Speaker 1: It was always you, always to the girls. I guess
• 11:03
Speaker 1: there was a girl whose name will come back to me,
• 11:05
Speaker 1: maybe not whilst we're here, but I don't know. Maybe
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: there's a woman, Blanche. Okay, there's always a woman, and
• 11:13
Speaker 1: she was the daughter of a billionaire, for instance. And
• 11:15
Speaker 1: the billionaire whoever his whatever his name was, had some
• 11:19
Speaker 1: money stolen, and for some reason, this woman introduced Jeffrey,
• 11:23
Speaker 1: and Jeffrey I think that's how the business started. That's
• 11:25
Speaker 1: what I remember, Blanche. And is that something he told
• 11:30
Speaker 1: you about or something that happened while you knew him?
• 11:33
Speaker 1: Maxwell knows something he told me about before I met him. Blanche,
• 11:37
Speaker 1: and so when you met him and once you were
• 11:39
Speaker 1: a part of his life in the early to mid nineties,
• 11:42
Speaker 1: what's he doing to make money that you see? Does
• 11:45
Speaker 1: he have clients? Does he have rich clients? Does he
• 11:47
Speaker 1: have famous clients? And how what if he provides the clients?
• 11:51
Speaker 1: What service is he providing them? Maxwell? He does well,
• 11:55
Speaker 1: obviously there's the one very famous client that everybody talks about,
• 11:59
Speaker 1: which is Les Wexner. That was a very important client
• 12:03
Speaker 1: to him. And I think it's probably helpful to describe
• 12:06
Speaker 1: what I imagine what I know to be true about
• 12:09
Speaker 1: what he managed for less and there are some bits
• 12:12
Speaker 1: that I'll be improvising, Blanche yep Maxwell, I cuts off
• 12:17
Speaker 1: by Blanche. Okay, Maxwell, I just want to make you
• 12:20
Speaker 1: understand I was not part of Epstein's business world, except
• 12:24
Speaker 1: so what I'm talking about is what I observed or
• 12:26
Speaker 1: what I overheard or what I saw within the business.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: But I wasn't responsible for any of the client's money
• 12:32
Speaker 1: or anything like that. So it's separate. Okay, Yeah, I understand,
• 12:36
Speaker 1: says Blanche Glenne. Maxwell. Okay, all right, we're gonna cut
• 12:40
Speaker 1: off right here, and in the next episode we're gonna
• 12:42
Speaker 1: pick up where we left off. All of the information
• 12:45
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 12:48
Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
• 12:51
Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up
• 12:54
Speaker 1: where we left off with the Glene Maxwell deposition that
• 12:59
Speaker 1: was recently really and once again Todd Blanche is asking
• 13:02
Speaker 1: the questions and Glenn Maxwell is doing the answering. Maxwell,
• 13:09
Speaker 1: I want you to understand I was not part of
• 13:11
Speaker 1: Epstein's business world. So what I'm talking about is what
• 13:15
Speaker 1: I observed or what I overheard or what I saw
• 13:18
Speaker 1: within the business. But I wasn't responsible for any of
• 13:21
Speaker 1: the client's money or anything like that, so it's separate.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche, Okay, Yeah, I understand. Maxwell. Okay, Blanche, go ahead. Maxwell.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: So with Less, for instance, it was really all encompassing.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: It could go from structure of the business, so he
• 13:37
Speaker 1: would he structured or restructured the limited. I know that,
• 13:41
Speaker 1: and I'll come back to that because I also travel
• 13:43
Speaker 1: with him in Less and I was in business meetings
• 13:46
Speaker 1: with them on the plane when they were there, so
• 13:49
Speaker 1: I could observe and I could hear some of this.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: And whilst I'm not necessarily terribly business sophisticated. I'm sophisticated
• 13:57
Speaker 1: enough to be able to at least have some knowledge
• 13:59
Speaker 1: of what was happening. All right, So then he restructured
• 14:03
Speaker 1: the business, he restructured his entire personal finances, and would
• 14:07
Speaker 1: also handle all of the investment strategy. I don't know
• 14:11
Speaker 1: if it was if it was one hundred percent, Blanche,
• 14:14
Speaker 1: mister Wexner, is what you're saying, Maxwell, Sorry, yes, all
• 14:19
Speaker 1: this all Wexner I'm talking about now. So let's say
• 14:22
Speaker 1: you had a billion dollars to invest, you would, you know,
• 14:26
Speaker 1: in people's normal investment portfolios, you would have you know,
• 14:29
Speaker 1: some T bonds and this and that. But Epstein's strategy
• 14:32
Speaker 1: would be much more sophisticated than that, Blanche. And so
• 14:37
Speaker 1: just staying with mister Wexner, does from what you heard
• 14:40
Speaker 1: or saw, is mister Epstein paid by him in percentages?
• 14:44
Speaker 1: Like so there would be a deal and he would
• 14:46
Speaker 1: be paid for or was did you understand is to
• 14:49
Speaker 1: be like a flat fee? Was he a business partner? Like?
• 14:52
Speaker 1: How did you understand him to be paid? Well, if
• 14:56
Speaker 1: the DOJ would have hit Epstein with RICO, we'd have
• 14:58
Speaker 1: those answers, wouldn't we And you know what's goofy about
• 15:01
Speaker 1: this whole entire deposition Todd Blanche doesn't even know what
• 15:05
Speaker 1: he's talking about. He doesn't even know what questions to
• 15:08
Speaker 1: ask this woman, and it's very apparent. Maxwell. I think
• 15:13
Speaker 1: it was more a le carte. So let's say this
• 15:16
Speaker 1: is a conversation. I actually Epstein told me so all
• 15:19
Speaker 1: illustrated for me. Said if I saved someone five billion,
• 15:23
Speaker 1: he would take a flat percentage of that five billion.
• 15:26
Speaker 1: He wouldn't have five billion back, and he would take
• 15:29
Speaker 1: Blanche cuts her off. When you say you think that
• 15:32
Speaker 1: is that because you heard him talking about that or Maxwell,
• 15:35
Speaker 1: it would be a combination of both. He certainly told
• 15:38
Speaker 1: me that, and I heard him talk to people like that.
• 15:41
Speaker 1: I couldn't to that she's cut off by Blanche. No, no,
• 15:44
Speaker 1: go ahead, Maxwell, No Blanche did there was there? Did
• 15:49
Speaker 1: he give Wexner gift of property in New York to
• 15:53
Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Maxwell, So we're talking about seventy first Street.
• 15:57
Speaker 1: So I don't know what the business deal was, because
• 15:59
Speaker 1: again I'm not a part of his business thing. But
• 16:02
Speaker 1: I think what happened would be that, let's say that
• 16:04
Speaker 1: less odum theoretically for his services one hundred million or
• 16:08
Speaker 1: whatever it was. He could have traded that against the property. Blanche,
• 16:13
Speaker 1: do you know that happened or are you kind of
• 16:16
Speaker 1: do you remember whether there was a conversation about that,
• 16:19
Speaker 1: or are you just thinking that could be one way
• 16:21
Speaker 1: that it happened. Maxwell, I'm not sure, and I'm not
• 16:25
Speaker 1: trying to be I just don't remember if that's something
• 16:28
Speaker 1: I know, or if that's something that I remember, or
• 16:31
Speaker 1: if it's something that I subsequently know. This whole entire thing, folks,
• 16:35
Speaker 1: is a big ass jerk off. That's all it is.
• 16:38
Speaker 1: And the whole point of this ridiculous exercise is to
• 16:41
Speaker 1: try and give themselves cover. I believe that to be
• 16:45
Speaker 1: what happened, but I don't want to tell you that.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: I have to that she's cut off once again by
• 16:50
Speaker 1: her buddy Todd, Blanche Maxwell. Does that make sense, Blanche,
• 16:54
Speaker 1: did mister Wexner or mister Epstein? Are you aware of
• 16:59
Speaker 1: their falling out out that they ultimately had, Maxwell? I
• 17:02
  Speaker 1: think I wasn't there. I don't know how it happened.
• 17:05
Speaker 1: I only know what Less has said in the press
• 17:07
Speaker 1: cover story. There was no falling out. That whole entire
• 17:12
Speaker 1: thing was a cover story. So that Les Wexner had
• 17:14
Speaker 1: an exit point when all the fucking dominoes started to
• 17:18
Speaker 1: fall Blanche. So you only know about there. You know,
• 17:22
Speaker 1: they're falling out or whatever you want to call it,
• 17:25
Speaker 1: from what you kind of read, not from any first
• 17:27
Speaker 1: town knowledge you did. You weren't there, You weren't part
• 17:31
Speaker 1: of that, Maxwell, correct, Blanche? Do you know somebody named
• 17:35
Speaker 1: Stephen Hoffenberg? Maxwell? Only from the press, Blanche? Okay, So
• 17:40
Speaker 1: you don't know anything about whatever business relationship they may
• 17:43
Speaker 1: have had. Mister Epstein cut off once again by Maxwell.
• 17:47
Speaker 1: Never spoke about him, never mentioned it. I only learned
• 17:50
Speaker 1: about that, whatever that is, even I don't even know
• 17:53
Speaker 1: what it is or what the truth of the story is,
• 17:55
Speaker 1: from the press. And you're gonna notice that throughout this
• 17:57
Speaker 1: whole entire thing, there's a whole lot of Glenn Maxwell
• 18:01
Speaker 1: not remembering, and she's not pressed at all by Todd Blanche.
• 18:05
Speaker 1: And that's because the fix is in Todd Blanche. How
• 18:09
Speaker 1: about Leon Black Maxwell? Oh, I did meet Leon. I
• 18:12
Speaker 1: do know Leon, Blanche. When do you remember and again,
• 18:15
Speaker 1: I know we're talking about a very long time ago,
• 18:18
Speaker 1: but do you remember approximately when you met him? Maxwell?
• 18:22
Speaker 1: I could have met Leon, not really, so I might
• 18:25
Speaker 1: have met him. Nothing to do because Leon Black is
• 18:27
Speaker 1: a very good friend with other friends of mine. Of
• 18:30
Speaker 1: course he is. I would have met him. When I
• 18:33
Speaker 1: say socially, I might have met him. How Leon and
• 18:36
Speaker 1: Epstein became really good friends, I don't. I'm not sure.
• 18:40
Speaker 1: What's wild is that Leon Black's son is part of
• 18:43
Speaker 1: the Trump administration, Blanche. But not through you, as far
• 18:48
Speaker 1: as you recall, Maxwell, No, not through me, as far
• 18:51
Speaker 1: as I know. In fact, I'm sure that's not through me, Blanche.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: Do you know what kind of work mister Epstein was
• 18:57
Speaker 1: doing for mister Black over the years, Maxwell, sam is
• 19:01
Speaker 1: what he did for Wexner, Blanche. So we just talked
• 19:04
Speaker 1: about two individuals. And again, I know we're talking about
• 19:07
Speaker 1: maybe a fifteen year time period or even longer. How
• 19:11
Speaker 1: many clients like that did mister Epstein have, Glen? Maxwell?
• 19:15
Speaker 1: But why I don't I just give you the names
• 19:18
Speaker 1: that I remember? And that's Blanche? Say it again, Maxwell,
• 19:22
Speaker 1: Why won't I just give you the names? Blanche? Yeah? Maxwell,
• 19:26
Speaker 1: so you want the names, Blanche, He's sure, go ahead,
• 19:29
Speaker 1: Glen Maxwell, Elizabeth Johnson, Johnson and Johnson. And we know
• 19:34
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein also purchased a skeichale in veil from
• 19:39
Speaker 1: the Johnson family. And honestly, it doesn't shock me. The
• 19:43
Speaker 1: Johnson family has been up to no good for a
• 19:45
Speaker 1: very long time. Blanche. When did as far as you know,
• 19:51
Speaker 1: when did the relationship between miss Johnson and mister Epstein start?
• 19:55
Speaker 1: I don't the nineties, ninety five, ninety six, Blanche. So
• 19:59
Speaker 1: during the time period Maxwell, yes we're talking nineties, We're
• 20:03
Speaker 1: talking when I was there, When I was around, Blanche,
• 20:07
Speaker 1: And how did the relationship start? Maxwell, I don't know
• 20:10
Speaker 1: how he became friendly and where he ended up managing
• 20:12
Speaker 1: her money. I wasn't there. I mean, he really had
• 20:16
Speaker 1: a separate life. We really had separate lives. So what's
• 20:19
Speaker 1: funny here is you have the administration in people coming
• 20:22
Speaker 1: out saying, oh, well, Maxwell said nothing happened, and then
• 20:25
Speaker 1: out of the other side of her mouth, she's saying
• 20:27
Speaker 1: she wasn't even around, so how does she know what happened?
• 20:31
Speaker 1: Just like I told you from the very beginning, Glain
• 20:34
Speaker 1: Maxwell was a manager. Glin Maxwell was not somebody on
• 20:38
Speaker 1: the inside making deals and whipping work. And just like
• 20:41
Speaker 1: I predicted, Glan Maxwell is not the Rosetta Stone that
• 20:45
Speaker 1: everybody thought she was gonna be Blanche. Okay, Maxwell, except
• 20:51
Speaker 1: where they sinked Blanche. But it wasn't from Maxwell. It
• 20:55
Speaker 1: wasn't from me. Maxwell, No, it was not Blanche. Okay.
• 20:59
Speaker 1: And what's your understanding of what mister Epstein did for
• 21:01
Speaker 1: miss Johnson, Maxwell, same is what he did for Wexner.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: And when I and you have to understand, it went
• 21:09
Speaker 1: down in tiny details. So I remember this. I remember
• 21:12
Speaker 1: this an actual memory. That he would make the contracts
• 21:15
Speaker 1: for the maids, for the people who worked in their homes, Blanche.
• 21:19
Speaker 1: So he would assist his clients at times with you're saying,
• 21:23
Speaker 1: with even small things like contractual relations Maxwell, he said,
• 21:27
Speaker 1: no detail was too small because everything that affected how
• 21:30
Speaker 1: they lived and how they managed their life was something
• 21:34
Speaker 1: that he felt was if they want it, would be
• 21:37
Speaker 1: responsible for to make sure that the contract so that
• 21:41
Speaker 1: if you had to fire someone it wouldn't come back
• 21:43
Speaker 1: to sue you, or if that you sort of Blanche
• 21:46
Speaker 1: cuts her off. Okay, So mister Black, mister Werner, Wexner,
• 21:51
Speaker 1: he doesn't even know the names. This is what I'm
• 21:52
Speaker 1: talking about, Todd. Blanche is a fool. This dude's a
• 21:56
Speaker 1: patsy that was sent here to try and run cover
• 21:59
Speaker 1: for the administration. And if you don't want to believe that,
• 22:02
Speaker 1: that's on you. If you want to buy into the
• 22:04
Speaker 1: myth that the administration actually cares and they're trying to
• 22:08
Speaker 1: be transparent, cool, go ahead, but you're gonna be the
• 22:11
Speaker 1: one who looks stupid later on down the road when
• 22:13
Speaker 1: the dominoes all fall. Blanche knows someone named Jess Staley. Maxwell, Yes,
• 22:20
Speaker 1: I do know Jess, Blanche. Who's that Maxwell? He was
• 22:24
Speaker 1: at Morgan Stanley and at Barclays. Blanche, what do you
• 22:29
Speaker 1: do whether he and mister Epstein had a relationship Maxwell, Well,
• 22:33
Speaker 1: not a physical one, Blanche, Well, Marcus, a business one, Blanche.
• 22:37
  Speaker 1: I didn't suggest, Maxwell, Sorry, I just Blanche. No, I'm
• 22:41
Speaker 1: saying a relationship in the broadest sense of the word
• 22:44
Speaker 1: business personal. Maxwell yes, Blanche okay? Maxwell, yes to both,
• 22:51
Speaker 1: Blanche okay. And do you know when they met? Maxwell? No,
• 22:54
Speaker 1: I don't know when they met, but you can time it. Well,
• 22:57
Speaker 1: I don't know that you can. No, I don't, no, Blanche.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: So but what was the nature of their relationship as
• 23:05
Speaker 1: far as you know, Maxwell, I think they were friends,
• 23:08
Speaker 1: and I think there were business partners, well, partners too
• 23:11
Speaker 1: strong of a word, but they were. They did business together, Blanche,
• 23:15
Speaker 1: So did you again? I want to stay focused on
• 23:18
Speaker 1: the time where you were the most involved in his life.
• 23:21
Speaker 1: So Maxwell the nineties, Todd Blanche the early nineties through
• 23:25
Speaker 1: the early two thousands. Maxwell in the beginning of the
• 23:29
Speaker 1: two thousands. Yes, Todd, Blanche. So we talked about four people.
• 23:34
Speaker 1: So Maxwell, there's more, Blanche, there are more, okay, Maxwell? Oh, yes,
• 23:40
Speaker 1: there were more. There was a lady whose name I
• 23:43
Speaker 1: can't remember. Can I get my book? Maybe I wrote
• 23:45
Speaker 1: them down, Blanche. Sure. Maxwell. Epstein wouldn't really let me
• 23:49
Speaker 1: meet his clients. Blanche, what book are you using? What
• 23:52
Speaker 1: is that? Maxwell? I wrote some notes for the meeting, Blanche? Okay, great, Okay, Maxwell?
• 23:58
Speaker 1: Is that alright, Blanche? No, that's I was just curious
• 24:01
Speaker 1: what you were looking at. Maxwell. Oh, okay, Marcus, not
• 24:05
Speaker 1: the birthday book, Maxwell, it's not the birthday book. No,
• 24:08
Speaker 1: we're going to come to that, I'm sure, Blanche. Yeah, Maxwell,
• 24:12
Speaker 1: all right, I wrote down some names because I tried
• 24:15
Speaker 1: to make I just want you to understand my memory
• 24:18
Speaker 1: is not as good as it was because when I
• 24:20
Speaker 1: was in Brooklyn, I was in the shoe for almost
• 24:22
Speaker 1: two years, and I was on suicide watch for almost
• 24:25
Speaker 1: two years, which meant that they woke me up every
• 24:28
Speaker 1: fifteen minutes for the entire time, and it's really did
• 24:32
Speaker 1: affect my ability to Blanche cuts her off, understand, Glenn Maxwell, Okay,
• 24:37
Speaker 1: Oh my god, this is such a joke. How could
• 24:40
Speaker 1: anybody read this and not be disgusted. It's like a
• 24:44
Speaker 1: homie sitting down with his friend in the backyard, catching
• 24:47
Speaker 1: up after a few years being away. Blanche. So you've
• 24:50
Speaker 1: taken some notes in anticipation, Maxwell, I just made some
• 24:54
Speaker 1: names in advance for this, Blanche. Yeah, okay, So go ahead, Maxwell,
• 24:58
Speaker 1: and you're happy to look at them. Well, if you
• 25:00
Speaker 1: want no, go ahead? Maxwell? Okay, Well, funny you say,
• 25:04
Speaker 1: first two names. One is Wexner, two is Dalley, three
• 25:07
Speaker 1: is Leon Black. Blanche, okay, Maxwell, Glen Duben was a client,
• 25:12
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche, who's that? Bro? Doesn't even know who Glenn
• 25:15
Speaker 1: Dubin is a guy that was credibly accused of taking
• 25:19
Speaker 1: part of the abuse. Has no idea who he is, huh, Glenn,
• 25:23
Speaker 1: Maxwell eva Dubin's husband. Blanche, Okay, what was there? I mean,
• 25:28
Speaker 1: if you can do you know about that relationship and
• 25:31
Speaker 1: when it started Maxwell, whenever, Well, wouldn't have been before
• 25:35
Speaker 1: they got married, for sure. So if you're going to start,
• 25:38
Speaker 1: you're going to date that from wherever that was. And
• 25:41
Speaker 1: then Epstein was heavily involved with Highbridge Capital and the
• 25:44
Speaker 1: financing or selling of Highbridge to JP Morgan. Blanche, Okay,
• 25:48
Speaker 1: go ahead, Eva Dubin yep Maxwell, Okay, you're only looking
• 25:52
Speaker 1: for clients. So all right, there's a woman, well he
• 25:55
  Speaker 1: there's a woman in Ohio. I just can't think of
• 25:58
Speaker 1: her name, but I tried to remember it yesterday and
• 26:01
Speaker 1: I can't. David Marcus. So this is a good thing,
• 26:05
Speaker 1: like you know, as you think of things, write it
• 26:07
Speaker 1: down and if they have any other names, they'll ask you,
• 26:10
Speaker 1: but you Maxwell cuts her off. Blanche, Yeah, just Marcus,
• 26:14
Speaker 1: don't force it. So you'll have time to think about this,
• 26:18
Speaker 1: especially today, this afternoon overnight Klan Maxwell okay, because she
• 26:22
Speaker 1: hasn't had time to think about this previously, what she
• 26:26
Speaker 1: been doing in that jail cell, besides complaining Marcus. Because
• 26:29
Speaker 1: we'll probably meet tomorrow Maxwell, But you can find them,
• 26:33
Speaker 1: I mean, if you basically find a billionaire female, Blanche,
• 26:37
Speaker 1: So the woman in Ohio. Who's wealthy that you worked with? Maxwell?
• 26:41
Speaker 1: And Well, you can identify yourself because she has the
• 26:45
Speaker 1: largest client painting that was huge. So you can find
• 26:48
Speaker 1: her because it'll be in a museum. Blanche, Okay, glean, Maxwell,
• 26:53
Speaker 1: So that's her, Todd Blanche and so he that was
• 26:57
Speaker 1: one of mister Epstein's clients. Maxwell Well, yes, Blanche, she
• 27:01
Speaker 1: was one of mister Epstein's clients as well. Maxwell, Yes, Blanche, Okay,
• 27:06
Speaker 1: who else? Maxwell, Well, I think that there was other
• 27:09
Speaker 1: people that would like assist. I know that he helped
• 27:13
Speaker 1: Lynn Forrester, who became Lynn the Rothschild. She'll deny it
• 27:17
Speaker 1: and she has, but she can't Todd Blanche. And when
• 27:21
Speaker 1: you say help, the help in business or what help? Maxwell? Well,
• 27:26
Speaker 1: so I have no idea what he did for I
• 27:28
Speaker 1: know he helped her financially. Her husband was the controller
• 27:31
Speaker 1: of New York. So I don't Again, I'm not inside
• 27:35
Speaker 1: his business. But he would have this notion that he
• 27:40
Speaker 1: blackmailed men or we don't really have to go there,
• 27:43
Speaker 1: that he wasn't a businessman and that everything he did
• 27:47
  Speaker 1: was a fraud or a funk or I don't believe
• 27:50
Speaker 1: that to be true. Blanche why Maxwell, Sorry, Blanche, why
• 27:54
Speaker 1: do you say that you don't believe it to be true?
• 27:57
Speaker 1: But show me why you think that Maxwell? Okay, Blanche,
• 28:00
Speaker 1: just from I know you've been talking about it, that
• 28:03
Speaker 1: he was very he was very conscientious, he was very
• 28:07
Speaker 1: good at math. He took paid a lot of attention
• 28:10
Speaker 1: to his clients. But yes, you're right, there's allegations of
• 28:13
Speaker 1: blackmail or also that there was some level of fraud
• 28:16
Speaker 1: involved in what he did, and you don't believe it.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: Why do you say that, Maxwell, Well, let me rephrase that.
• 28:23
Speaker 1: If there was fraud, I never saw it. Well, you
• 28:25
Speaker 1: just told us you weren't part of the business, so
• 28:27
Speaker 1: why would you see the fraud. The only fraud that
• 28:30
Speaker 1: I see here is this whole entire fucking process. When
• 28:34
Speaker 1: I saw or what I felt when his when I
• 28:37
  Speaker 1: ran the office, I mean ran, I didn't. I was
• 28:39
Speaker 1: responsible for the staff, people worked, there were lawyers, there
• 28:43
Speaker 1: were accountants. I never heard him, I never felt anything.
• 28:46
Speaker 1: I don't know, Icky Marcus, did you ever see him
• 28:50
Speaker 1: blackmail a Maxwell? Never Marcus? A client? Maxwell? No, Marcus.
• 28:56
Speaker 1: Did you ever see him blackmail a friend or an acquaintance? Maxwell? No, Marcus? Okay,
• 29:02
Speaker 1: all right, folks, we're gonna wrap up right here and
• 29:05
Speaker 1: in the next episode we're gonna pick up where we
• 29:07
Speaker 1: left off with this ridiculous nonsense. All of the information
• 29:11
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 29:13
Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
• 29:17
Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up
• 29:20
Speaker 1: where we left off with the Glenn Maxwell deposition given
• 29:24
Speaker 1: to the DOJ. Blanche. Well, so, I think when folks
• 29:29
Speaker 1: talk about blackmail, and we can talk about sorry about that, Maxwell,
• 29:33
Speaker 1: we can talk about that now. There are a lot
• 29:36
Speaker 1: of allegations about him, which well, which we should talk about,
• 29:41
Speaker 1: and we can do that now. And the fact that
• 29:43
Speaker 1: he abused young women Maxwell, yes, Blanche, full stop, Okay,
• 29:48
Speaker 1: which means the way that on the finding abuse, as
• 29:52
Speaker 1: has been widely reported, is that he would cause young girls,
• 29:56
Speaker 1: young women in high school to be recruited to come
• 29:59
Speaker 1: to his house and give them massage, young women, children,
• 30:03
Speaker 1: bro underage girls, and as part of and as part
• 30:08
Speaker 1: of that, he would sexually abuse them. Okay, Maxwell, yes, Blanche.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: So I want to talk about that. But as it
• 30:15
Speaker 1: relates to blackmail, the question is whether you're aware of
• 30:18
Speaker 1: any time that any of the individuals we're talking about,
• 30:22
Speaker 1: and we'll talk about others receive massages from women who
• 30:25
Speaker 1: are under eighteen or may have been under eighteen, and
• 30:29
Speaker 1: that whether there was any sexual assaults or sexual contact
• 30:33
Speaker 1: between any of these people and those messuses, which would
• 30:36
Speaker 1: have allowed then mister Epstein potentially to blackmail them and
• 30:40
Speaker 1: say you have to continue to work for me, or
• 30:43
Speaker 1: you have to give me money, or else I'm going
• 30:45
Speaker 1: to tell the world what you did. You know, this
• 30:47
Speaker 1: dumb fuck Todd Blanche has no idea what he's talking
• 30:50
Speaker 1: about messuses. If a fifteen year old girl from Palm
• 30:54
Speaker 1: Beach High School is considered a massuse, then I'm considered
• 30:57
Speaker 1: a fucking cosmonaut. Maxwell, Right, I think this is a
• 31:00
Speaker 1: really good place to start with how that story began, Blanche, Okay,
• 31:05
Speaker 1: Maxwell's so even let's assume that that premise is correct,
• 31:09
Speaker 1: that he was doing that and he was going to
• 31:12
Speaker 1: tell everybody going to say, oh, you know, you had
• 31:14
Speaker 1: inappropriate relations with an underage girl if you don't have
• 31:17
Speaker 1: a video or a photograph, photographic evidence, because I'm not
• 31:21
Speaker 1: sure that even the FBI would take that, well maybe today,
• 31:25
Speaker 1: but certainly not back then, would take that seriously, So
• 31:29
Speaker 1: you have to have something to say, Hey, you know, look,
• 31:31
Speaker 1: I've got this video of you doing terrible things, and
• 31:34
Speaker 1: you need to blah blah blah. So I built those houses,
• 31:37
Speaker 1: many of them. I decorated those houses. I put the
• 31:40
Speaker 1: electricians in for the wiring. I never wired nor saw
• 31:43
Speaker 1: a single house that had any type of inappropriate Let's
• 31:46
Speaker 1: say video surveillance, and they'll define that for you. Inappropriate
• 31:51
Speaker 1: surveillance would mean in a bathroom, in a bedroom, in
• 31:54
Speaker 1: any private area of a home. So Glenne, Maxwell's telling
• 31:57
Speaker 1: the truth and everybody else is lying. Huh Okay, I
• 32:00
Speaker 1: guess Todd Blanche in a room where there were massages
• 32:04
Speaker 1: given Maxwell. Inappropriate, I would say, I would define an
• 32:08
Speaker 1: appropriate surveillance would be the front door of the house,
• 32:11
Speaker 1: or potentially in seventy first Street, the physical plant. Anywhere
• 32:15
Speaker 1: else would be grotesque, Blanche. So I just want to
• 32:18
Speaker 1: come back to I know I'm just hopefully stating the obvious.
• 32:21
Speaker 1: But when you say the house is you're talking about
• 32:24
Speaker 1: New York Maxwell, yes, the Brownstone, Yes, you're talking about
• 32:28
Speaker 1: the island in the Caribbean. Maxwell, Yes, you're talking about
• 32:32
Speaker 1: the residence in Palm Beach. Maxwell, Yes, Todd Blanche, and
• 32:37
Speaker 1: you're talking about the ranch in New Mexico. Maxwell, Yes,
• 32:40
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche anywhere else Maxwell, Paris, Blanche, and in Paris.
• 32:45
Speaker 1: And so Maxwell cuts them off. And the plane. I
• 32:48
Speaker 1: saw some ridiculous thing with the plane, Blanche and the plane. Okay, Maxwell,
• 32:54
  Speaker 1: that's what we're doing. Yes, I didn't, Blanche. So Maxwell
• 32:59
Speaker 1: cuts them off and hire any electrician on the plane. Okay, Blanche,
• 33:02
Speaker 1: though unequivocally, unequivocally from what you know, and you only
• 33:06
Speaker 1: know what you know, Maxwell, I only know what I know, Blanche.
• 33:10
Speaker 1: But from what you know, you do not believe a
• 33:12
Speaker 1: camera exists, or a video camera or a camera that
• 33:15
Speaker 1: takes pictures inside any of his residences. Maxwell, correct, This
• 33:19
  Speaker 1: whole entire thing's a joke, and I almost don't even
• 33:22
Speaker 1: want to go through it. Honestly, she's trying to rewrite
• 33:26
Speaker 1: the story, and this boob Todd Blanche is actually letting
• 33:29
Speaker 1: her get away with it. Then again, that's the whole
• 33:32
Speaker 1: point of this whole entire thing, right, give them a
• 33:35
Speaker 1: cover story and make a look like this thing is
• 33:38
Speaker 1: over and done with Blanche. So even the appropriate cameras
• 33:42
Speaker 1: that you just talked about, which would be kind of
• 33:44
Speaker 1: exterior security cameras. Did you know whether there was any
• 33:47
Speaker 1: camera that you're aware of inside of that location? Maxwell? Never,
• 33:51
Speaker 1: with one exception, Blanche, Okay, what's the exception? Maxwell? The
• 33:56
Speaker 1: exception is pom Beach. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, and the so on.
• 34:00
Speaker 1: Pom Beach. Epstein was having money stolen. He noticed money
• 34:04
Speaker 1: was being stolen from his briefcase, call it his briefcase,
• 34:07
Speaker 1: and he called in the pom Beach Police and they,
• 34:09
Speaker 1: the pom Beach Police, installed cameras on where he kept
• 34:13
Speaker 1: his briefcase. Blanche, where was that? Do you remember? Maxwell?
• 34:17
Speaker 1: At his desk in the house on the ground floor,
• 34:20
Speaker 1: he had a desk sort of in the corner. There
• 34:22
Speaker 1: was that camera. I think there was another camera. I
• 34:25
Speaker 1: think there were two or maybe three cameras, I believe
• 34:28
Speaker 1: only on the ground floor wherever he may have had
• 34:31
Speaker 1: maybe he had another office in the cabana, there may
• 34:34
Speaker 1: have been a camera there, Blanche. When was this? I'm
• 34:37
Speaker 1: not looking for exact dates, but the time period are
• 34:40
Speaker 1: you talking about when you say this, Maxwell, two thousand
• 34:43
Speaker 1: and three, I think I can date it for you precisely. Actually,
• 34:47
Speaker 1: two thousand and three, I'm pretty firm on that date, Blanche.
• 34:50
Speaker 1: So Maxwell interrupts him, and I can be firm because
• 34:55
Speaker 1: John Alessi, the butler, was fired in the end of
• 34:57
Speaker 1: two thousand and two and he was the thief. Blanche. So,
• 35:01
Speaker 1: aside from law enforcement installing a camera to try to
• 35:04
Speaker 1: catch somebody stealing money from mister Epstein, you're not aware
• 35:07
Speaker 1: of any cameras at the island. No, sorry, you're just
• 35:10
Speaker 1: so we record it because Maxwell. Sorry, sorry, sorry, Blanche. No,
• 35:15
Speaker 1: that's okay, you are not in your head. No, so
• 35:18
Speaker 1: what about Maxwell interrupts. No cameras anywhere outside of possibly
• 35:22
Speaker 1: things that would I would consider myself, I would consider normal.
• 35:26
Speaker 1: So the garage, Gay, it's something like that, a front door, Blanche,
• 35:30
Speaker 1: outside like security cameras, Maxwell, security cameras. Well. I can
• 35:34
Speaker 1: tell you for a fact that Zoro Ranch had cameras
• 35:37
Speaker 1: everywhere on the outside. When I went to Zoro Ranch
• 35:41
Speaker 1: in twenty twenty, they had more cameras on this property
• 35:45
Speaker 1: than Red China has. In the workplace, everywhere you looked
• 35:49
Speaker 1: there was a camera. And according to people that worked
• 35:52
Speaker 1: on the property, people who went to the property, the
• 35:54
Speaker 1: whole entire place was wired up. So here's what it
• 35:57
Speaker 1: comes down to. Do you believe Glenn Maxwell or do
• 36:01
Speaker 1: you believe the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. That's really what
• 36:03
Speaker 1: it comes down to. And I think that's a litmus
• 36:05
Speaker 1: test because if you believe anything this woman saying, I
• 36:09
Speaker 1: would guess that you're suffering from CTE because there's no
• 36:13
Speaker 1: other explanation. Maxwell. And there were cameras inside the seventy
• 36:17
Speaker 1: first Street that did the plant, the physical plant, because
• 36:21
Speaker 1: it was a commercial building, so you had the whole
• 36:24
  Speaker 1: that's a real thing there. It's a commercial building. And
• 36:26
Speaker 1: there were there was one camera on the front door
• 36:29
Speaker 1: internal from the internal that did the front door, as
• 36:32
Speaker 1: I recall, but there were no other cameras inside the house. Blanche.
• 36:36
Speaker 1: Did you ever, how about photographs? Did you ever observe
• 36:39
Speaker 1: mister Epstein or anybody around them take pictures of anybody
• 36:43
Speaker 1: in compromising positions with women or with or with anybody,
• 36:47
Speaker 1: Clenn Maxwell, no Blanche. Did you ever hear when you
• 36:51
Speaker 1: were present four conversations that mister Epstein was having or
• 36:54
Speaker 1: others were having, anybody accused them of blackmailing them or
• 36:58
Speaker 1: trying to extort them because of something mister Epstein knew, Maxwell,
• 37:02
Speaker 1: no Blanche, There have been and you you in the
• 37:06
Speaker 1: discovery you got in the New York case, okay, Maxwell, Yes,
• 37:10
Speaker 1: And in the civil cases that you've been part of,
• 37:12
Speaker 1: Maxwell Yes, associated with mister Epstein, have you ever been
• 37:16
Speaker 1: given or ever given or told that video exists like
• 37:20
Speaker 1: what we're talking about or photos were taken that were compromising,
• 37:24
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell, In both of those, I never received no
• 37:27
Speaker 1: pictures or anything from a civil case, Blanche, uh huh. Maxwell.
• 37:32
Speaker 1: But in the criminal case, I received videos of Epstein
• 37:34
Speaker 1: talking to women and stuff like that. I did get those.
• 37:38
Speaker 1: I also saw binders photographs of women, and I never
• 37:42
  Speaker 1: saw any well, I don't know. I don't know how
• 37:44
Speaker 1: old some of those women were. There were definitely some
• 37:47
Speaker 1: of the victims from Palm Beach, the photographs of them
• 37:50
Speaker 1: without clothing, Blanche, And in that in those photographs were
• 37:55
Speaker 1: the victims that were photographed? Were there any of the
• 37:57
Speaker 1: people you've talked about, like, were the men with the
• 38:00
Speaker 1: victims or were they just photographs of the victims? Maxwell,
• 38:04
Speaker 1: There was no men with these pictures. There was no
• 38:06
Speaker 1: client of his with those pictures. They would be standalone,
• 38:10
Speaker 1: for want of a better word, like modeling shots. If
• 38:14
Speaker 1: you were, I don't know Marcus pictures with Epstein had
• 38:17
Speaker 1: with girls, but not Epstein with the clients and the girls. Maxwell, correct, Blanche,
• 38:23
Speaker 1: did you I understand you said you got those in Discovery.
• 38:26
Speaker 1: Did you know those pictures, pictures like that existed? So
• 38:30
Speaker 1: right now talking about photographs of victims or photographs of
• 38:33
Speaker 1: women that mister Epstein had it on his computer or
• 38:37
Speaker 1: wherever he had them, did you know that those photos
• 38:39
Speaker 1: existed before you got them in Discovery? Maxwell? Some of them, absolutely,
• 38:44
Speaker 1: because they were in his house. Some of these pictures
• 38:47
Speaker 1: were on his you know, Credenza or whatever. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
• 38:51
Speaker 1: some pictures I've simply never seen before. I mean there
• 38:54
Speaker 1: was I had never seen some of them. Some of
• 38:57
Speaker 1: them I had, some of them I hadn't. I mean, Blanche,
• 39:00
Speaker 1: did you? So you're right, and I accept that having
• 39:03
Speaker 1: video or photographs of somebody famous or powerful in a
• 39:06
Speaker 1: compromising position would be good blackmail, but so separate putting
• 39:11
Speaker 1: aside what you've said about the fact that you don't
• 39:13
Speaker 1: know of any existence of those. Did you observe over
• 39:17
Speaker 1: the years the folks were talking about or others which
• 39:21
Speaker 1: we can talk about getting massages from young women, Glenn Maxwell,
• 39:25
  Speaker 1: I just I think it's really helpful to understand a
• 39:28
Speaker 1: few things that has been missed in this whole michigus,
• 39:31
Speaker 1: whatever the fuck that means. So what she's trying to
• 39:35
Speaker 1: do here is she's trying to smooth it over, and
• 39:37
Speaker 1: Blanche is letting her do it. If you haven't noticed yet,
• 39:40
Speaker 1: Marcus and Maxwell are the ones running the debt position. Marcus,
• 39:45
Speaker 1: that's the technical term, Blanche, I'll look it up later.
• 39:48
Speaker 1: Go ahead. Maxwell. I've thought about this obviously a lot,
• 39:53
Speaker 1: and I've given it, Blanche yep some this benefit benefit
• 39:57
Speaker 1: of what I saw and some benefit of what now
• 39:59
Speaker 1: I think. So, just for clarity's sake, I just want
• 40:03
Speaker 1: to say for the record that I do believe Epstein
• 40:05
Speaker 1: did a lot, not all, but some of what he's
• 40:08
Speaker 1: accused of, and I'm not here to defend him in
• 40:10
Speaker 1: any respect whatsoever. Well, that's exactly what you're doing. I
• 40:14
Speaker 1: don't want to, and I don't think he requires or
• 40:17
Speaker 1: deserves any type of protection from me in any way
• 40:21
Speaker 1: to sugarcoat what he did or didn't do. So there's that. However,
• 40:25
Speaker 1: the man I met and the man he became, I
• 40:27
Speaker 1: believe that there is a lot of progression, and I
• 40:29
Speaker 1: don't think that the man I met is the man
• 40:31
Speaker 1: that he became. I believe he became that man over
• 40:34
Speaker 1: a period of time. Now we can discuss anything you want,
• 40:38
Speaker 1: and I'll tell you everything I know. But I think
• 40:40
Speaker 1: somebody who has an interest, however you define that in
• 40:44
Speaker 1: underage people, is obviously someone who is unwell. But I
• 40:48
Speaker 1: don't think that you wake up one day and you
• 40:50
Speaker 1: start doing what he's accused of. I think this is
• 40:53
Speaker 1: something that you develop or you progress to. I think
• 40:56
Speaker 1: that because Marcus Golaine. Before you go into all that,
• 41:00
Speaker 1: let's answer the top line question and get into that Maxwell. Okay,
• 41:04
Speaker 1: the top line question is did you ever see any
• 41:06
Speaker 1: of these people with underage women? And what David Marcus
• 41:10
Speaker 1: is doing here is redirecting her, so he gets to
• 41:13
Speaker 1: the point that he's trying to make run cover for
• 41:16
Speaker 1: the administration, run cover for the DOJ, and justify their
• 41:21
Speaker 1: decision to talk to Maxwell. But this is going to
• 41:24
Speaker 1: blow up in their face because the thing she's saying
• 41:26
Speaker 1: in this transcript, a lot of them are verifiably untrue.
• 41:31
Speaker 1: The problem is the people that are doing the deposition
• 41:34
Speaker 1: have zero idea what they're talking about. They don't even
• 41:37
Speaker 1: know the basic story, so that they don't know where
• 41:39
Speaker 1: to dig, they don't know where to push, they don't
• 41:41
Speaker 1: know where to pull. What they're doing is letting Glenn
• 41:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell just spit a bunch of bullshit. No. So the
• 41:49
Speaker 1: reason I'm saying that is not not to avoid that question,
• 41:52
Speaker 1: but it's because by the time when you are talking
• 41:55
Speaker 1: in the nineties, I don't think he was there. There's
• 41:59
Speaker 1: that description, and I think that this what you're talking
• 42:02
Speaker 1: about is a later version Blanche. Yeah, and Maxwell does that?
• 42:06
Speaker 1: Is that? Blanche? No, I understand that, and I do
• 42:09
Speaker 1: want to talk about that. Maxwell. So it's just I
• 42:13
Speaker 1: think you need to separate the periods of time, Blanche. Sure, Maxwell,
• 42:17
Speaker 1: because one of the things that was definitely missing in
• 42:21
Speaker 1: my trial and definitely missing from the narrative is this
• 42:24
Speaker 1: notion that everything happened and he was always But no,
• 42:28
Speaker 1: I don't believe that to be true. Oh yeah, he
• 42:31
Speaker 1: was just you know, a normal guy, right, and he
• 42:34
Speaker 1: just became sick and twisted. Stop the cat. Maxwell. We
• 42:38
Speaker 1: all know what you did to Virginia. We all know
• 42:41
Speaker 1: what you did to Maria Farmer, and we all know
• 42:43
Speaker 1: what you did to Annie. We all know what you
• 42:44
Speaker 1: did to Carolyn, shut your fucking mouth, and anybody out
• 42:48
Speaker 1: here carrying water for Glenn Maxwell, come get that smoke.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: I'm not hard to find, Blanche. So I mean that
• 42:55
Speaker 1: that that's fine, and I do want to talk about that.
• 42:58
Speaker 1: I'm not pushing that away. I'm just putting out aside
• 43:01
Speaker 1: for the moment what mister Epstein did, and frankly, what
• 43:05
Speaker 1: you did or are accused of doing, is one thing
• 43:08
Speaker 1: that I that will talk about. But right now, what
• 43:11
Speaker 1: I want to understand is whether one of the ways
• 43:14
Speaker 1: that mister Epstein befriended his clients or took care of them,
• 43:17
Speaker 1: or some would say blackmail them, was by encouraging them
• 43:21
Speaker 1: to have interactions with women under age or not that
• 43:26
Speaker 1: you're accused of She is a convicted child molester, mister Blanche,
• 43:29
Speaker 1: What the fuck are you even talking about right now?
• 43:32
Speaker 1: So I think in the nineties he may have encouraged them,
• 43:35
Speaker 1: but these were people who were in their twenties or thirties, Blanche.
• 43:38
Speaker 1: So I understand that Maxwell may have. He would have messuses, right,
• 43:43
Speaker 1: and he did male and female by the way, in
• 43:45
Speaker 1: the nineties that have never been discussed, both in yoga
• 43:49
Speaker 1: and everything. There was men as well as women. Yeah,
• 43:51
Speaker 1: you mean like gypsy Agita, the massage therapist that led
• 43:55
Speaker 1: Chante Davies into the belly of the beast, That's what
• 43:58
Speaker 1: you mean. And so if he would travel and I
• 44:01
Speaker 1: can show them to you. I highlighted them on the
• 44:03
Speaker 1: flight record so you could see that there really were
• 44:05
Speaker 1: men that were also there. He would say, like do
• 44:09
Speaker 1: yoga with Tito, or would be like a massage with
• 44:12
Speaker 1: this one, but they would be in their late twenties
• 44:15
Speaker 1: and professional messuss Blanche So, Maxwell, So, I think there's
• 44:19
Speaker 1: a distinction, Blanche, and I want to talk about actual
• 44:22
Speaker 1: individuals here, but I understand the distinction between somebody who's
• 44:25
Speaker 1: an adult and someone who's underage. But even with somebody
• 44:29
Speaker 1: who's an adult, did you know mister Epstein to encourage
• 44:31
Speaker 1: folks to do that, whether it's a client or somebody else, Maxwell, So,
• 44:37
Speaker 1: I certainly witnessed them. So if what you're saying with
• 44:40
Speaker 1: him and you had a massage, he would often travel
• 44:43
Speaker 1: with a massuse. He would say, hey, would you like
• 44:45
Speaker 1: a massage? And he did do that, yes, Blanche, But
• 44:48
Speaker 1: would you or him or anybody else follow up with
• 44:51
Speaker 1: the messus afterwards to find out if there was any
• 44:54
Speaker 1: inappropriate sexual contact. Maxwell, I never did know, Blanche. And
• 45:00
Speaker 1: then coming back to the black mail issue, Maxwell, Yeah, Blanche,
• 45:04
Speaker 1: there's nothing wrong with getting a massage, of course, not
• 45:07
Speaker 1: especially you know, especially if somebody is obviously an adult
• 45:10
Speaker 1: a massuse. I'm not quiddling with that. But my question
• 45:14
Speaker 1: is that there's a lot of accusations that one way
• 45:17
Speaker 1: mister Maxwell, mister Maxwell, I'm sorry, mister Epstein was successful
• 45:22
Speaker 1: was through this idea of blackmail. Maxwell. I never Blanche
• 45:26
Speaker 1: interrupts her, And yes, young women is a crime. Children
• 45:30
Speaker 1: are a crime, Maxwell, Absolutely, Blanche, But even women over
• 45:35
Speaker 1: the age of eighteen. If mister Epstein encouraged these men
• 45:38
Speaker 1: or women to get massages and have inappropriate sexual contact
• 45:42
Speaker 1: with the massuse, that's a separate issue, maybe slightly nuanced.
• 45:45
Speaker 1: But did you ever know him to do that? Maxwell? No,
• 45:49
Speaker 1: I never did, absolutely myself. I never heard him ask someone.
• 45:52
Speaker 1: I never heard that. I never no one in the
• 45:55
Speaker 1: entire time I was with him, or friends with them,
• 45:58
Speaker 1: or had anyone. No one ever reported to me or
• 46:01
Speaker 1: it came to me and said that anything inappropriate happened
• 46:04
Speaker 1: or was upset by. I never saw a tear, I
• 46:07
Speaker 1: never saw any of that. Blanche. And when you say
• 46:11
Speaker 1: no one reported to me, meaning the messuses Maxwell never,
• 46:15
Speaker 1: Blanche or anyone at the house staff, Maxwell never Marcus,
• 46:20
Speaker 1: or the clients Blanche or the clients themselves, Maxwell never.
• 46:25
Speaker 1: All right, we're gonna wrap up right here, and in
• 46:27
Speaker 1: the next episode we'll pick up with this bullshit where
• 46:29
Speaker 1: we left off. All of the information that goes with
• 46:32
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
