- 1:01That's cornbreadhamp.com slash success code success for 30% off your first order of these amazing
- 1:07gummies. In this lessons episode, explore the art of building authentic relationships and
- 1:12redefining value in a fast paced transactional world. Learn why trust takes time, how to embrace
- 1:18bravery and failure and the importance of aligning your strengths to serve others effectively.
- 1:26There's sort of two levels of people that I normally see. These people that are very superficial,
- 1:36that are the first five minutes that I meet you. I want to do a transaction with you and then
- 1:41there's people that put a month of effort into that relationship but then get visibly angry
- 1:48when you don't give them something. There's very few people that are genuinely altruistic people
- 1:54and I don't think it's sorry. I want to rephrase. I don't think there's few people that are
- 1:58altruistic. I think that society, urgency, getting everything immediately in our daily lives
- 2:06has trained people subconsciously to expect results immediately from anything they do,
- 2:10including human relationships, which is absolutely fucking wild. You cannot human, you cannot
- 2:15uber a human relationship, right? You can't hack it. You can't hack it, but people believe that and
- 2:21I think that it actually really well-meaning people just don't understand why it takes an
- 2:26individual who has achieved success, time to trust them, to build something together, to invest in
- 2:32them. It takes a long time before you ever want to do business, especially if you achieve success,
- 2:37you've been burnt by someone to keep along the way. I love that advice. Sorry, I mean to cut you off,
- 2:42it's just a very, I think it's very smart and I see it a lot. I think that this is a really good
- 2:46business strategy and people don't use it, right? So before you invest in doing hermosy style
- 2:53videos, why don't you invest and understand your value, right? Not from an egotistic perspective
- 2:59because everyone is valuable. Every person I genuinely believe this, that whether you believe in
- 3:05God or not, I believe in God. Again, people are very sensitive when you use the word God. I believe
- 3:11that when God made us, He literally took a piece of himself and put that piece into every person.
- 3:17And we can be godly, we can be amazing, we can be caring, we are all those things, but we are
- 3:23taught not to be because that's weak, especially in business, don't show them your weakness,
- 3:27don't show them that you're afraid, don't show them, why not? Why not? But you also have to understand
- 3:34that if I spent 20 years building relationships and I met you over dinner, I'm not opening up my
- 3:39roller dex to you just because you're a woman or just because you know my family member or just
- 3:44because we're connected through, you know, business associates. You also have to not get so
- 3:50visibly disappointed that you don't get what you want because if you genuinely build a relationship,
- 3:57you will have more business. I don't care what you do, then you will know what to do with.
- 4:03And you also have to understand that you have to be brave.
- 4:08Brewery is what separates people that are really successful from those that are trying.
- 4:12You have to be brave to fail. And you have to be brave to tell people that you fail.
- 4:17A lot of times when we turn on social media, we see a glamourized, you know,
- 4:21audited version of someone's life. And we compare ourselves to that version and we feel like
- 4:26in pastors not knowing that that person doesn't drive that Lamborghini, not knowing that that person
- 4:32doesn't have those followers, not knowing that that person doesn't have any of the things that you
- 4:38are comparing yourself to and feeling small next to. Right? So what I found is a lot of times when
- 4:45people want to put out, you know, content, they're emulating someone else's success, they don't even
- 4:52have and they try to become someone else, they're never going to be not because you can't have that
- 4:57car. Of course you can. You can have anything that you want if that's what you really want.
- 5:01But I promise you that once you get whatever you're chasing, you're going to be very unhappy.
- 5:06I promise you that because I've done it at so many levels. The key is really understanding
- 5:13what value do you bring to this world? Genuinely, honestly, maybe your values into
- 5:18maybe your values that you genuinely care. Maybe your value is that you connect people.
- 5:23Maybe you have a combination of these skillsets. Those are really valuable things that people
- 5:29genuinely want. Well, you're trying to sell them your agency services. Why don't you get to know them?
- 5:35Why don't you get to know people as human beings and understand how you could potentially support them?
- 5:42Right. I've developed a business model which is very different than what most coaches and consultants
- 5:49do because they think it's weird. A lot of people think it's weird and they don't think it's
- 5:53scalable because they don't understand it. So I'll break it down here. And if you have any
- 5:58questions, by the way, reach out to me on Instagram because I could speak for 10 hours about this
- 6:03model. This model came from me failing. This model came from me hearing a lot of nose and it came
- 6:09from me investing in a lot of shiny objects. I've invested a lot of money just to understand that
- 6:15a lot of people don't know what they're doing. They're selling you a bunch of nonsense. They're
- 6:20courses they didn't even write or create. They're programs at garbage that I filled with people
- 6:26that are teaching the garbage that they just sold you online. They don't even know the content.
- 6:32Like I've been in masterminds that cost 35,000 dollars where a person couldn't read a balance sheet
- 6:37and they want me to do business with that. 35,000 dollars to get in the room with the right people.
- 6:43I mean, who screened these people? Were they screened for having a pulse? You know what I mean?
- 6:48It's not a knock in anyone. It's you have to start using your discernment, right? And you have
- 6:54to start in the standing like, where are you strong? I promise you you have strength and someone else
- 7:00has that weakness. When you can match those two things, that's where you win. So typically,
- 7:05when I meet a coach consultant or speaker, they have a one-on-one program or a group program.
- 7:11They're trying to do the omnipresent thing. They're making money and they are burned out.
- 7:15They can't take it anymore. They just don't know what else they could do. They're doing it. They're
- 7:19investing. They're going to masterminds, which suck. They are spending time with the people that
- 7:25are more successful than that are just selling them more things that they don't need. And they're like,
- 7:31like, how do I not kill what I've built? But I don't want to live like this anymore. And I've
- 7:36lived like that. Maybe years. And you just feel like there's no way out because you work so hard
- 7:43to build to where you are that you're not willing just to say, oh, fuck it. I'll just destroy it.
- 7:50Like, you can't. You feel guilty for spending the time for being away from your family
- 7:55for, you know, maybe firing people that are depending on you and their families. So you
- 7:59constantly are like, I'm so miserable here. It's like being in a relationship that you hate,
- 8:04but you feel guilty because you stay for the kids. And I've been in both of these business and
- 8:08personal relationships. And I could tell you that it sucks being in this place. It sucks feeling
- 8:13like you're stuck. So my model is a love child finding love for myself and understanding how to
- 8:22use your strength to get paid. You don't need to get paid for what you do. You can get paid for
- 8:27who you are. And I'll say that again, because it's really confusing to people. You don't need to
- 8:32get paid for what you do. You can get paid for who you are. But you have to be very specific and
- 8:39intentional with how you support people. How do you serve people? A lot of people don't like
- 8:45the word. I'm not a servant. I'm, you know, I'm an influencer or I'm a founder or that's fine.
- 8:51Whatever you want to call it, what value do you bring to someone and are you willing to guarantee
- 8:56a result? Most people's answers know. And by guarantee a result, I don't mean pay me 30,000
- 9:02dollars. And if it doesn't work out, I'll work with you for free. That's not guaranteeing a result.
- 9:06Because if you didn't work out, what I want to continue working with you, right? So what I've
- 9:11developed is an intensive model. If someone will spend two days with you as a coaching and consultant
- 9:18and take your nine months program and get one specific result from you in two days,
- 9:23they don't want to go anywhere. They're sold. That's the KPI that you found. That's the carrot.
- 9:27I just want to take a second and thank Cornbread Ham for supporting today's episode. Now,
- 9:31Cornbread Ham CBD gummies have been this really nice addition to my wellness toolkit.
- 9:37I don't use them every day just when I want to win wine after those extra busy weeks,
- 9:42but they're perfect for those moments when you want to take the edge off and just find your balance
- 9:47really just shut off from work. And what makes them special is how Cornbread Ham crafts them.
- 9:51They only use a flower of USDA organic hand plants. That's the best part. For the purest,
- 9:57most potent experience, no fillers, no artificial fluff, just clean, full spectrum goodness in
- 10:04delicious watermelon, berry, and peach flavor. I keep them in my nightstand for those moments when
- 10:08I just need a little extra help relaxing. And I love how transparent they are too. Every batch

- 10:29cornbreadhemp.com slash success code success for 30% off your first order of these amazing gummies.
- 10:37So how does it work? Simple. There's many, many ways to skin this cat. But let's,
- 10:43and by the way, we don't skin cats because people are really sensitive.
- 10:48You'll be surprised how many stages are spoken. I don't know. I would say something like the skin
- 10:53of cat and the people will be like, oh my god, your races against cats will be like, what?
- 10:57There's such a thing as oh my god. This races against cats. Yes. Yes. I was called the races
- 11:03against cats and a bunch of other things. So now every time that I'm just being myself, I will do,
- 11:08I will do a sensitivity check in for those that are very sensitive. Okay. Fair.
- 11:13Anyways, moving on. So if you're a fitness coach and you tell people, here's my promise to you.
- 11:20Eat all the pasta you want. Eat all the drink all the wine you want to lose 30 pounds in 90 days.
- 11:27If I listen to this, I'll be like, yeah, right. No way. But if I like pasta,
- 11:33there's a part of me that'll be like, what if, like what, what if like I want to try it?
- 11:39I will pay you, but I will start having buyers remorse the second that I hit pay.
- 11:44And I will start telling myself, you know what? It's probably full of shit. I'm probably crazy
- 11:49thinking that this is going to work. So you're living in the program already thinking it to scan.
- 11:54But if it works, oh my god, I'm going to be so excited. I'm going to tell all my friends.
- 11:59Something that happens during activation, if your stuff really works, right? The second someone
- 12:05loses that first pound, they're sold. They're like, oh my god, I have to tell everyone that I know
- 12:11I have been drinking wine and I've lost weight. Whatever this person told me to do their method
- 12:16actually works like I cannot believe it. I thought it was a scam. People start telling everybody
- 12:22that they know because most of the times it doesn't work. So if you're an expert and you know what
- 12:27you're doing and your method actually works, this doesn't work for beginners. You have to already
- 12:32be really good at what you do. You have to have really happy clients. You have to have
- 12:38real social proof, not for other people for yourself. You have to know that you're good at this
- 12:43thing because otherwise it will not work, right? So activation, the second you activated someone,
- 12:49they raised their hand and they say how do I work with you further? It's natural. People don't want
- 12:54to invest in coaches, consultants or masterminds. I know it's a big, when I say that people like
- 13:02what do you mean it's a huge industry, people get burned all the time. There's more bad than good.
- 13:06I come from the view growing up that they're all scams. Thanks for tuning in. If you found this
