- 0:00Speaker 1: They'll mark them own show. Well, let's take some calls.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number,
- 0:09Speaker 1: and let's go to uh, Chris and old Beth page. Chris,
- 0:13Speaker 1: how you doing?
- 0:15Speaker 2: Hey, what's up?
- 0:15Speaker 3: Mark?
- 0:16Speaker 2: How are you doing?
- 0:16Speaker 3: Listen?
- 0:17Speaker 2: Just real quick, you know, don't forget about the ice
- 0:19Speaker 2: effect with these crime stats, because it definitely factors in,
- 0:24Speaker 2: you know, especially here on Long Island and stuff. They're
- 0:27Speaker 2: not hanging around where they normally hang around.
- 0:30Speaker 1: And you know, well, that's a good point, mom, Donnie
- 0:33Speaker 1: bragging about the crime numbers coming way down this year.
- 0:36Speaker 1: But you're right, and it's ices took a lot of
- 0:38Speaker 1: criminals out of New York City. You know, police will
- 0:41Speaker 1: tell you in New York it's basically the same twenty
- 0:44Speaker 1: five hundred criminals over and over and over again. So
- 0:47Speaker 1: you take five hundred of them out, it makes a
- 0:49Speaker 1: real dent in crime. Good point, Chris.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Let's go to it and just to fat that they're
- 0:54Speaker 2: around and they don't want to get caught doing something
- 0:56Speaker 2: so they take a chance of getting deported. Yeah, you know,
- 0:59Speaker 2: it helps with the constants. Obviously there's criminals who New
- 1:03Speaker 2: York is doing it too.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Yeah, get rid of those those illegals, the criminal ones.
- 1:08Speaker 1: You know, they're robbers and rapists and gang members, and
- 1:13Speaker 1: do you take enough of them out, it does bring
- 1:15Speaker 1: down the crime numbers. Also, let's course give the NYPD
- 1:18Speaker 1: a lot of credit too. Let's go to Joe in
- 1:20Speaker 1: Elmwood Park. Joe, how you doing, Good morning, Mark.
- 1:23Speaker 2: That's what these two idiots are worrying about.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Plastic foks.
- 1:25Speaker 4: How about opening up all the closed.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Down electrical plants and all the fraud that's going on
- 1:30Speaker 2: around here in the state.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yeah, well they let one thing, but democrats say love
- 1:34Speaker 1: these little symbolic things, you know, like Cuomo was crazy
- 1:37Speaker 1: with his symbolic nonsense. I closed Indian Point that was
- 1:42Speaker 1: twenty five percent of our electricity. You made everybody's electric
- 1:45Speaker 1: bill go up one hundred dollars a month with your
- 1:48Speaker 1: closing Indian Point. We're not going to drill natural gas
- 1:52Speaker 1: even though we're sitting on a ton of it in
- 1:53Speaker 1: New York State. Well, that's why your electric bill used
- 1:56Speaker 1: to be eighty dollars and now it's three hundred. That's
- 1:59Speaker 1: Cuomo and all those Democrats. Let's go to uh Ronald
- 2:02Speaker 1: in the Bronx. Ronald, how you're doing.
- 2:05Speaker 5: Yes, Good morning, Mark, I like a peppy guy.
- 2:08Speaker 1: What you say?
- 2:11Speaker 5: You mentioned Master Thursday. How you're going to survive at
- 2:14Speaker 5: the extra hour that you're doing. Why don't you hire
- 2:17Speaker 5: Vince the Brooklyn as your co host? That's a permanent
- 2:20Speaker 5: co host, Your your your radis will go up. I'm
- 2:24Speaker 5: telling you hire Vincent the Brooklyn BCK.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Well, we love Vincent. He's a great caller, co host.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe you should find another hobby besides
- 2:32Speaker 1: radio consulting. What do you think?
- 2:35Speaker 2: No, he'll do great?
- 2:36Speaker 1: All right? Well, uh, you know, maybe a podcast, a
- 2:40Speaker 1: Vincent podcast. Everybody else has one. Uh let's go to
- 2:44Speaker 1: uh John and Staten Island. John. How you doing?
- 2:49Speaker 4: Hey?
- 2:49Speaker 3: How you doing?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Mark? Good?
- 2:52Speaker 4: I just saw have to say justing like fraud. There's
- 2:56Speaker 4: a building it's a Parkinson disease building for taken care
- 3:00Speaker 4: of part but since COVID or possibly even before, the
- 3:03Speaker 4: building is empty. I don't even mean not even any
- 3:07Speaker 4: help in the building. Somebody can run the business out
- 3:10Speaker 4: of their building because it's totally empty. It looks like
- 3:13Speaker 4: this would be part of a fraud type of a
- 3:15Speaker 4: thing itself.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what's going on. This is the most fascinating
- 3:18Speaker 1: scandal ever, because apparently if you're taking care of Medicaid patients,
- 3:24Speaker 1: you can get reimbursed by the government. So people right
- 3:27Speaker 1: in to get reimbursed, and the government sends them twelve
- 3:30Speaker 1: million dollars. And these people that have started looking at this,
- 3:36Speaker 1: they go look at the address, and they get the address,
- 3:39Speaker 1: they go to the building. They find out it's a
- 3:41Speaker 1: closed storefront. It's like a tiny little place that used
- 3:45Speaker 1: to be a dry cleaner. And they're claiming they're doing
- 3:48Speaker 1: two thousand patients. You couldn't fit two hundred people in here.
- 3:51Speaker 1: You couldn't fit twenty people in here. It's too small,
- 3:54Speaker 1: it's empty, it's been closed for years. How could this
- 3:57Speaker 1: be a Medicaid center? You would think the government would
- 4:02Speaker 1: do that. You know, they got these health inspectors that
- 4:04Speaker 1: run around to every restaurant harassing them. Why not. I mean,
- 4:08Speaker 1: if you're gonna send twenty million to some place, haven't
- 4:11Speaker 1: inspect they go look to see if they're really treating anybody.
- 4:14Speaker 1: It's amazing how stupid government is with our money. Let's
- 4:18Speaker 1: go to Dave in Pennsylvania. Dave, how you doing.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Well the morning, Mark?
- 4:23Speaker 1: How are you good?
- 4:25Speaker 3: But I the I'm a casses for they call it
- 4:31Speaker 3: a unaffiliated here independent the way that the voters just
- 4:39Speaker 3: vote for the party.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Are you related to Joe Biden? Look you sound like
- 4:41Speaker 1: Joe Biden a little.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Well, I'm eighty three.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Well, good, happy eighties.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I'm a little more cognizant than he is.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Yes, you are you definitely?
- 4:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:55Speaker 3: But anyway, you know these people voting for the plot
- 5:00Speaker 3: the Socialist I just read that Jewish people in New
- 5:07Speaker 3: York voted for but can only figures these seat younger.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Well, it could be that, but also we played this
- 5:15Speaker 1: clip yesterday of Alan Derschwitz saying some of them are
- 5:17Speaker 1: just stupid, just incredibly stupid. And it's just knee jerk.
- 5:21Speaker 1: You know, they always vote for the Democrat, They're always
- 5:24Speaker 1: for the liberal. They're just it's a part of the
- 5:27Speaker 1: Jewish community. It's just too liberal. It's knee jerk. Anybody's
- 5:30Speaker 1: a Democrat, they'll vote for him, anybody, even in mom Donnie.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It's absolutely crazy. Hopefully they've learned their lesson. Let's go
- 5:37Speaker 1: to Jack in Westchester. Jack, how you doing good.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I just wanted to make a comment about Michigan. I
- 5:44Speaker 2: lived there a lot of years, and one thing he
- 5:46Speaker 2: might be overlooking is it's a union state. Yes, and
- 5:50Speaker 2: that that creates a lot of different voting categories. But
- 5:55Speaker 2: it's a union state more than it is a Democratic state,
- 5:58Speaker 2: so you got to count that in.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Yeah, but remember most of those union guys are Republicans,
- 6:02Speaker 1: especially now, they're all big Trump backers. The Trump took
- 6:05Speaker 1: that they weren't.
- 6:06Speaker 2: But I hope you're right.
- 6:07Speaker 1: No, no way, We've seen it in the last two
- 6:09Speaker 1: couple of elections. Trump took that away from the Democrats.
- 6:11Speaker 1: They lost a lot of their base. They lost the
- 6:13Speaker 1: union guys, the working guys, the car factory guys. They're
- 6:17Speaker 1: all all Trump supporters. Now he will be there in
- 6:22Speaker 1: Michigan campaigning for Rogers. He's going to be the Republican
- 6:25Speaker 1: candidates Trump.
- 6:26Speaker 6: Who I'm really voting for is Mike Rogers because I
- 6:29Speaker 6: think he's going to be a great senator. But you
- 6:32Speaker 6: have a communist versus a socialist. That's the why I
- 6:36Speaker 6: look at it. You have a communist versus a socialist.
- 6:40Speaker 6: It looks like the Communists is leading we're talking about
- 6:42Speaker 6: for the Democrat primary.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Yeah, so you got Rogers, a solid guy, congressman, military veteran,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and see The thing is, no matter how bad the
- 6:53Speaker 1: Republicans are, no matter how bad they are, Democrats always
- 6:57Speaker 1: find a way to make themselves worse. Communist, socialist, Hey,
- 7:01Speaker 1: when we come back, Howie Carr, the Great talk show
- 7:04Speaker 1: host Howie Carr, he'll be with us next. Lots to
- 7:07Speaker 1: talk to him about coming up on seven to ten
- 7:10Speaker 1: wor
