Latest / The Vault: The Epstein Files / Mega Edition: How Did The Epstein Survivor Compensation Fund Come To Fruition? (7/31/26)

- 0:00Speaker 1: Movement on the compensation fund front. According to the Sun,
- 0:04Speaker 1: sixty one of Jeffrey Epstein's survivors have entered into negotiations
- 0:10Speaker 1: to receive compensation from this fund. Now we know there
- 0:15Speaker 1: has been basically a knife fight going on in the
- 0:17Speaker 1: courtroom between Indike and Kahn and Denise George, So I'm
- 0:21Speaker 1: interested to see what the parameters of this compensation are.
- 0:26Speaker 1: So with that said, let's jump into the article from
- 0:28Speaker 1: the Sun and see what they have to say about it.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Headline Survivor fund Jeffrey Epstein estate prepares to pay out
- 0:37Speaker 1: over one hundred million dollars as they settle with sixty
- 0:40Speaker 1: one of the pedophile survivors. This article was authored by
- 0:45Speaker 1: Chris Spargo. The Jeffrey Epstein Estate and sixty one of
- 0:49Speaker 1: the pedophile survivors have entered settlement talks. The women have
- 0:53Speaker 1: all agreed to participate in a victim compensation fund that
- 0:57Speaker 1: will assess each claim before issuing a payout with in
- 1:00Speaker 1: ninety days, meaning that they could have their settlements just
- 1:03Speaker 1: before the anniversary of the pedophile's death on August tenth. Well,
- 1:08Speaker 1: that would be a nice way to memorialize Jeffrey Epstein's death.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Date for the survivors, right, get themselves a nice, big
- 1:16Speaker 1: fat chunk of change, a big fat piece of money.
- 1:20Speaker 1: That way they can begin to rebuild their lives. That
- 1:24Speaker 1: way they can start moving forward. They can put some
- 1:28Speaker 1: closure on this, put some distance behind this, and keep
- 1:33Speaker 1: it moving right, because these survivors not only were they
- 1:38Speaker 1: abused by Jeffrey Epstein and his cohorts, they were abused
- 1:42Speaker 1: by the legacy media, and they were also abused by
- 1:45Speaker 1: the prosecutors. So it's finally time for these girls to
- 1:50Speaker 1: get some closure once and for all. And if that
- 1:55Speaker 1: closure for some of these girls is getting the compensation
- 1:58Speaker 1: and then moving on with their lives, then so be it.
- 2:01Speaker 1: None of us are in their shoes, none of us
- 2:03Speaker 1: know what they have been through, none of us know
- 2:06Speaker 1: how rough their journey has been. So I'm sure there
- 2:12Speaker 1: are a lot of girls who are involved in this
- 2:15Speaker 1: who want to get that compensation and just move on
- 2:18Speaker 1: with their lives. And there are going to be other
- 2:21Speaker 1: survivors who want to go even harder than that though,
- 2:25Speaker 1: that are going to want to go all the way
- 2:27Speaker 1: to the mattresses and try and bring down every single
- 2:29Speaker 1: person who was involved with their abuse, and no matter
- 2:34Speaker 1: where the survivors fall on that spectrum. What matters is
- 2:41Speaker 1: that there's going to be some closure here for some
- 2:43Speaker 1: of them at the very least, and after what they've
- 2:46Speaker 1: been through, after how they've suffered at the hands of
- 2:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and all of these supposed people who are
- 2:57Speaker 1: not involved, should we say all of these abler I
- 3:01Speaker 1: think it's time for them to get a little bit
- 3:02Speaker 1: of closure and be able to move on with their lives.
- 3:08Speaker 1: The Son has obtained legal filings which state that forty
- 3:11Speaker 1: four survivors have joined the twelve women represented by Jordan K.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Merson of Merson Law and five women working with Lisa
- 3:19Speaker 1: Bloom of the Bloom Firm, in agreeing to the parameters
- 3:23Speaker 1: of the fund. You know, it doesn't shock me that
- 3:25Speaker 1: Lisa Bloom's clients would be agreeing to the fund right away,
- 3:29Speaker 1: because I just don't have any faith in Lisa Bloom
- 3:32Speaker 1: to conduct herself correctly and conduct herself with honor. She
- 3:35Speaker 1: seems like the type of person to me who is
- 3:38Speaker 1: only after the Almighty book, and we see it again recently.
- 3:42Speaker 1: She just came out and we know that Joe Biden
- 3:44Speaker 1: is being credibly accused by Tara Reid right now, and
- 3:47Speaker 1: Lisa Bloom comes out and she has the audacity to say, oh, well,
- 3:52Speaker 1: I believe you, Tara Reid, but I have to support
- 3:55Speaker 1: Biden anyway, because that's the only way to get rid
- 3:57Speaker 1: of Trump. On what planet is that? Okay, how about
- 4:02Speaker 1: sticking to your guns? All right? Joe Biden is being
- 4:06Speaker 1: incredibly accused right now, and Lisa Bloom is coming out
- 4:09Speaker 1: and throwing her support behind him, while at the same
- 4:12Speaker 1: time acting like she is this big defender of survivors
- 4:16Speaker 1: of abuse and sex trafficking. Lisa Bloom has it all
- 4:20Speaker 1: backwards and she should just back away from this case
- 4:23Speaker 1: right now, because she does nothing but discredit everything that
- 4:28Speaker 1: she's involved in. In my opinion, she's a disgrace. Among
- 4:33Speaker 1: the women who have joined that initial group of seventeen
- 4:36Speaker 1: are Annie Farmer, Maria Farmer, Teresa Helm, Juliette Bryant, Jane
- 4:41Speaker 1: Sarah Ransom, and Virginia Roberts. Well, we all know, we
- 4:46Speaker 1: know all of those names, right. I don't need to
- 4:47Speaker 1: go into the details with all of those names. We
- 4:50Speaker 1: know how brave those survivors are. We know what they
- 4:52Speaker 1: have been through, we know how they have stood up
- 4:54Speaker 1: in the face of this madness, and it's nice to
- 4:58Speaker 1: see that there's some movement, and it's really nice to
- 5:02Speaker 1: hear that some compensation might be coming down the pipe
- 5:05Speaker 1: for these ladies. The total cost of these settlements will
- 5:10Speaker 1: likely exceed one hundred million dollars based on Epstein's past
- 5:14Speaker 1: settlements with survivors and his Palm Beach cases, which range
- 5:18Speaker 1: from just under a million dollars to more than three million.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I kind of disagree with that. I think it's gonna
- 5:24Speaker 1: be a whole heapload more than the first time around.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I think there's a lot more interest in the case.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I think there's a lot more pressure for the right
- 5:33Speaker 1: thing to be done, and I wouldn't be surprised if
- 5:37Speaker 1: it is triple that when all is said and done,
- 5:40Speaker 1: the money that gets paid out in this compensation fund,
- 5:43Speaker 1: because what Jeffrey Epstein did to these survivors and what
- 5:48Speaker 1: these survivors have had to live with since basically childhood
- 5:51Speaker 1: for some of them, and their young twenties and teens
- 5:54Speaker 1: for others, is completely unacceptable and it goes beyond the
- 5:58Speaker 1: pale of a few hundred grand In my opinion, we're
- 6:02Speaker 1: talking seven figures for each one of these survivors. Anything
- 6:07Speaker 1: less is a joke, in my opinion, millions for each
- 6:11Speaker 1: one of them. And now here is where we get to.
- 6:16Speaker 1: The devil is in the details, though, right folks, The
- 6:19Speaker 1: women will now have to sign a four page contract
- 6:22Speaker 1: that states they can never again file legal action against
- 6:26Speaker 1: the Epstein Estate and the co executors, Darren Indyke and
- 6:30Speaker 1: Richard Kahan. You see this ruffles me a bit. I
- 6:34Speaker 1: think that con and Indike are snaking their way out
- 6:39Speaker 1: of this. They're slithering their way out of this. They're
- 6:41Speaker 1: way more involved than just being the lawyers, and the
- 6:44Speaker 1: especially Indike, I want to see these two answer some
- 6:49Speaker 1: hard questions, some really hard questions. They will also be
- 6:55Speaker 1: unable to file suit against any entities or individuals who
- 6:59Speaker 1: are or have ever been engaged by, whether as independent
- 7:04Speaker 1: contractors or otherwise employed by, worked in any capacity for,
- 7:09Speaker 1: or provided any services to mister Epstein, the Epstein entities,
- 7:13Speaker 1: or the Epstein Estate. See that bothers me as well.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I don't like this sort of wrangling, this sort of talking. Okay,
- 7:21Speaker 1: they can't go into they can't file any suit against
- 7:24Speaker 1: anybody else. That doesn't make any sense to me. And
- 7:30Speaker 1: again it's the estate playing games, and I have to
- 7:33Speaker 1: tell you, I don't know if I'd be if I
- 7:35Speaker 1: was a lawyer and I was representing my clients, this
- 7:39Speaker 1: kind of language would really would really scare me, because
- 7:44Speaker 1: you just I don't know. I'm just really weird about
- 7:47Speaker 1: trusting people like Indike and Khan and the system in
- 7:51Speaker 1: general to protect the best interest of these survivors. Now,
- 7:57Speaker 1: Jordan Merson, I'm not too familiar with him as a lawyer,
- 8:00Speaker 1: but the ladies being represented by Lisa Bloom, I definitely
- 8:03Speaker 1: fear for them coming out of this whole because I
- 8:06Speaker 1: just don't trust Lisa Bloom. I have a lot more
- 8:09Speaker 1: confidence in Bradley Edwards and David Boys and Sigurd McAuley
- 8:16Speaker 1: to make sure that their clients are taken care of
- 8:20Speaker 1: and to make sure that the survivors that they're representing
- 8:23Speaker 1: come out of this whole and with their rights intact
- 8:27Speaker 1: to go after whoever else might have been involved. So
- 8:30Speaker 1: I've reached out to some people and I'm trying to
- 8:32Speaker 1: get some clarification right now about the language we're hearing
- 8:36Speaker 1: in this article, so I will update the language when
- 8:41Speaker 1: I hear back from the person that I reached out to.
- 8:44Speaker 1: That way, we can get a little bit more context, right,
- 8:46Speaker 1: some more clarity, and we can understand just exactly what
- 8:50Speaker 1: this means. This agreement does not, however, prohibit the women
- 8:56Speaker 1: from suing individuals they may have been trafficked to while
- 8:59Speaker 1: being abused by Epstein. Now that's very important, because anybody
- 9:04Speaker 1: who was partaking inside of in this trafficking ring, and
- 9:09Speaker 1: anybody who had girls, young girls or women traffic to
- 9:14Speaker 1: them through Jeffrey Epstein's network, they should definitely have to
- 9:18Speaker 1: face the full penalty of their actions, and not only
- 9:22Speaker 1: should they be sued by the survivors, they should be
- 9:26Speaker 1: prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the
- 9:31Speaker 1: federal government. That means at least one woman, Roberts, could
- 9:37Speaker 1: potentially file a lawsuit against Prince Andrew. I don't even
- 9:40Speaker 1: think it's potential at this point. I think that there's
- 9:44Speaker 1: no doubt in my mind, honestly, that Virginia is going
- 9:47Speaker 1: to pursue this all the way to the very end.
- 9:50Speaker 1: What she has been through, the burden that has been
- 9:53Speaker 1: placed on her shoulders, and how she had to navigate
- 9:57Speaker 1: this minefield by herself for so long with no support
- 10:01Speaker 1: from the legacy media or prosecution. It's abhorrent to me,
- 10:06Speaker 1: it's disgusting, and it can never be allowed to happen again.
- 10:10Speaker 1: What occurred here can never ever be allowed to happen again,
- 10:16Speaker 1: and pursuing these people to the very ends of the
- 10:19Speaker 1: earth is a very good way to make sure that
- 10:23Speaker 1: going forward, people understand that this behavior will not be
- 10:28Speaker 1: tolerated in any civilized society. Roberts claim she was trafficked
- 10:36Speaker 1: to Prince Andrew and has provided a photo of her
- 10:39Speaker 1: and the royal at the home of Geelan Maxwell, but
- 10:41Speaker 1: the Prince aka Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has
- 10:46Speaker 1: denied her claim and suggested the image of them is photoshopped.
- 10:51Speaker 1: It is not photoshop, folks, all right. We've heard from
- 10:54Speaker 1: the Kiwi photographer I forget his name right now, who
- 10:57Speaker 1: was involved in the original photos looking at them, etc. Etc.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Zero chance in his mind that they were photoshopped. FBI
- 11:04Speaker 1: experts have come out and said they aren't photoshopped. Just
- 11:07Speaker 1: more bs from Prince Andrew and his team, all right.
- 11:13Speaker 1: The fund also allows the women to remain anonymous should
- 11:16Speaker 1: they wish, but they are also not barred from speaking
- 11:19Speaker 1: about their compensation or allegations. Against Epstein. Now that's good, right,
- 11:25Speaker 1: because I've said it once and I'll say it again.
- 11:28Speaker 1: The story is the survivors to tell in whatever manner
- 11:34Speaker 1: they choose to do so. They should not be pressured,
- 11:38Speaker 1: They should not be cajoled, They should not be annoyed
- 11:41Speaker 1: or harassed. If a survivor wants to speak about what
- 11:45Speaker 1: they went through, then obviously they should have the platform
- 11:49Speaker 1: to do so. But if these survivors do not wish
- 11:52Speaker 1: to do that, the media, the legacy media, should not
- 11:56Speaker 1: try and chase them down, should not harass them, and
- 11:58Speaker 1: should not bother them. They have been through enough. After
- 12:05Speaker 1: receiving their compensation, the women will also have three days
- 12:08Speaker 1: to dismiss with prejudice any legal actions, whether lawsuits, probate claims,
- 12:13Speaker 1: or otherwise that release or has filed against any of
- 12:16Speaker 1: the releases, with each party to bear her his or
- 12:20Speaker 1: its own costs and attorney's fees. Again more legalese. The
- 12:26Speaker 1: estate making sure that they're not spending one more cent
- 12:30Speaker 1: than they have to, because we all know that Mark
- 12:33Speaker 1: Epstein and the estate, well, they want to enrich themselves
- 12:37Speaker 1: on Epstein's ill gotten gains themselves, don't they. Merson confirmed
- 12:43Speaker 1: the validity of the documents, telling the Sun, yes, my
- 12:47Speaker 1: clients want to proceed with a voluntary fund so that
- 12:50Speaker 1: they have an opportunity to be fully compensated for their
- 12:53Speaker 1: significant injuries. Lisa Bloom also confirmed to the Sun that
- 12:58Speaker 1: her five clients have agreed to participate in the fund. Now,
- 13:02Speaker 1: we've heard from Merson and we've heard from Bloom here,
- 13:05Speaker 1: but I'm interested to hear from Virginia Roberts legal team
- 13:10Speaker 1: and Maria and Annie's legal team, the Boys' Edward's crew,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and I'd like to hear what they have to say
- 13:17Speaker 1: because I am very confident that if anyone is going
- 13:20Speaker 1: to safeguard their clients' rights and their clients' ability to
- 13:25Speaker 1: move forward correctly in this case, it's those parties, because
- 13:30Speaker 1: we've seen from their actions in the past that that's
- 13:33Speaker 1: what they're about. These settlements are occurring far faster than
- 13:39Speaker 1: many anticipated, with some estimating it would take decades before
- 13:43Speaker 1: these women saw any money, and that's true. I thought
- 13:46Speaker 1: it would be a long time too. I thought that
- 13:48Speaker 1: this would be a straight up battle for the ages
- 13:51Speaker 1: in the courthouse. But it looks like there's some movement.
- 13:55Speaker 1: It looks like we're getting some momentum here, and I
- 13:59Speaker 1: want all of these survivors to be made right financially,
- 14:04Speaker 1: there's zero doubt about it. But at the same time,
- 14:07Speaker 1: I want to make sure that the estate isn't wiggling
- 14:10Speaker 1: off the hook here. There's a lot going on, folks.
- 14:13Speaker 1: We just had those seventy names released. There's more to
- 14:15Speaker 1: come with. These people cannot wiggle off of the hook.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Even if this compensation funds agreement gives them a little
- 14:26Speaker 1: bit of protection, that doesn't does not protect them from
- 14:29Speaker 1: the federal government. Okay, So the federal government should not
- 14:33Speaker 1: even pay attention to what's going on in this compensation
- 14:36Speaker 1: fund and they should continue with their pursuit of making
- 14:41Speaker 1: arrests here because look, these people cannot get away with
- 14:45Speaker 1: what they've gotten away with. We cannot allow it, society
- 14:49Speaker 1: cannot allow it. There has to be a place where
- 14:52Speaker 1: you draw a line. There has to be a time
- 14:54Speaker 1: where you say to yourself, this is the mountain that
- 14:56Speaker 1: I'm willing to die on. And for me, I've certainly
- 15:00Speaker 1: chosen my mountain. This is where I this is where
- 15:03Speaker 1: I'm making my last stand. This is the Battle of
- 15:05Speaker 1: Thermopyla for me. These people must be brought to Justice.
- 15:13Speaker 1: A quarterly accounting report filed by executors for the estate
- 15:16Speaker 1: that was obtained by the Sun showed that thirty three
- 15:19Speaker 1: individuals or companies we're seeking damages to be paid out
- 15:23Speaker 1: from epstein six hundred million dollar trust. That number has
- 15:27Speaker 1: now doubled. A majority of complaints against Epstein have been
- 15:31Speaker 1: filed in three separate courts in New York. Ten are
- 15:34Speaker 1: being tried in federal court in the Southern District of
- 15:37Speaker 1: New York, the same venue where Epstein was being tried
- 15:40Speaker 1: on criminal charges prior to taking his own life in
- 15:43Speaker 1: August allegedly. And here we go with the again in
- 15:47Speaker 1: this SDN Y, the Southern District of New York, the
- 15:50Speaker 1: once noble Southern District of New York. Now it's an
- 15:55Speaker 1: absolute dumpster fire. That's right, I said it. They're involved
- 15:59Speaker 1: in in every incompetent situation we see come before us
- 16:03Speaker 1: in the news. And it's just the facts at this point, folks,
- 16:07Speaker 1: the SDNY is an absolute joke. Berman dragging his feet
- 16:11Speaker 1: doesn't really doesn't seem to care about the survivors, in
- 16:14Speaker 1: my opinion, And don't even get me started on Maureen Comy,
- 16:17Speaker 1: Do not even get me started on that lady. Six
- 16:22Speaker 1: of the ten have been filed by women who choose
- 16:24Speaker 1: not to identify themselves in court papers, while the other
- 16:28Speaker 1: four were filed by women who have gone public with
- 16:30Speaker 1: their allegations of sexual abuse. Maria Farmer, who claims she
- 16:35Speaker 1: was violently grew uped by Epstein and Maxwell in nineteen
- 16:38Speaker 1: ninety six, is one of the women. Her sister, Annie,
- 16:41Speaker 1: who alleges that Epstein made her give him a topless
- 16:44Speaker 1: massage when she was underage, also filed a separate complaint.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Teresa Helm was twenty two when she claims Epstein sexually
- 16:52Speaker 1: assaulted her during during a job interview. Juliette Bryan alleges
- 16:57Speaker 1: that she was raped by Epstein multiple times and that
- 17:00Speaker 1: he emailed her a request for nude photos just months
- 17:04Speaker 1: before his arrest. In addition to those ten lawsuits, nine
- 17:08Speaker 1: others have been filed in New York but in state
- 17:11Speaker 1: Supreme Court. This includes one complaint that list nine Jane
- 17:15Speaker 1: Doses plaintiffs, and another filed by two unnamed females. There
- 17:20Speaker 1: are also complaints filed by Jennifer Arroz and Tila Davies.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Araz sued Epstein days after he went to prison and
- 17:28Speaker 1: then refiled to Sue's estate after his death. She claims
- 17:32Speaker 1: the convicted pedophile abused her for over a year at
- 17:35Speaker 1: his Upper Upper east Side townhouse while she was attending
- 17:39Speaker 1: a nearby school. These people are sick, folks. This guy
- 17:42Speaker 1: is just a sick bastard. Every time I read about
- 17:46Speaker 1: what he was involved in and how he abused these
- 17:48Speaker 1: girls and makes me violently enraged. I just don't understand
- 17:54Speaker 1: how people can conduct themselves this way. It's utter evil.
- 17:59Speaker 1: It's evil in Carnet is what these people were. They
- 18:02Speaker 1: were the embodiment of everything that is evil. The complaint
- 18:07Speaker 1: also names three of the women in Epstein's orbit as defendants,
- 18:11Speaker 1: Maxwell Leslie Groff and Simberly Espinoza. Davies claimed she was
- 18:17Speaker 1: raped for years by Epstein and then tossed aside when
- 18:20Speaker 1: she informed him she had developed an eating disorder. I mean, wow, wow, wow, wow.
- 18:28Speaker 1: You can't make the stuff up, folks. You really can't
- 18:30Speaker 1: make it up. It's something that is directly out of
- 18:32Speaker 1: a movie. And if somebody was to tell me all
- 18:35Speaker 1: of this was a real life, I would tell them
- 18:38Speaker 1: they were crazy. But here we are, we are in
- 18:41Speaker 1: the middle of it. We are in the thick of it,
- 18:43Speaker 1: and things are moving at a very fast pace right now.
- 18:49Speaker 1: The question is when will the justice system catch up
- 18:55Speaker 1: to the civil court system. Because what we really needed
- 18:59Speaker 1: at the point, and all that will really matter for
- 19:08Speaker 1: anybody following the case at this point, is justice for
- 19:13Speaker 1: these survivors. It starts with this compensation, no doubt about it,
- 19:17Speaker 1: But arrests need to happen. The core four needs to
- 19:21Speaker 1: be brought in, Jean Luke Brunel, he needs to be
- 19:24Speaker 1: brought in. Every single person involved with this criminal enterprise,
- 19:30Speaker 1: every person who helped facilitate Jeffrey Epstein's crimes must be
- 19:34Speaker 1: indicted under Rico statutes. Now, not tomorrow, not next week. Now,
- 19:45Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Attorney General Berman? All right, folks?
- 19:52Speaker 1: So later on tonight I received a letter from an
- 19:55Speaker 1: academic who were who is a professor at several universities
- 20:01Speaker 1: and has some of his colleagues have also gotten together
- 20:06Speaker 1: with them, and they've produced this draft of a letter
- 20:09Speaker 1: and we're going to read that later on on the
- 20:12Speaker 1: daily drop, So be looking out for that. What it
- 20:15Speaker 1: does for me is it gives me a little bit
- 20:17Speaker 1: of hope that the whole entire world of academia isn't
- 20:21Speaker 1: disgusting like we've seen so far, because what we've seen
- 20:25Speaker 1: when the curtain has been drawn back in the world
- 20:27Speaker 1: of professors and academics and scholars, it has been all bad. Folks.
- 20:33Speaker 1: There are a lot of disgusting, depraved players in that
- 20:37Speaker 1: part of this case. So it gives me some faith that,
- 20:42Speaker 1: you know, the whole entire institution isn't corrupt when we
- 20:45Speaker 1: hear from somebody like this professor who is fired up
- 20:51Speaker 1: about what occurred at Harvard and in some of the
- 20:54Speaker 1: other academic institutions. So we're going to read that letter
- 20:57Speaker 1: later on, and we're going to talk a little bit
- 21:01Speaker 1: more about what's going on here in the compensation realm,
- 21:09Speaker 1: and we'll add some more context once I hear back
- 21:12Speaker 1: from some of the people that I reached out to
- 21:15Speaker 1: to try and get some more details in regards to
- 21:18Speaker 1: how the compensation will go. All right, folks, I hope
- 21:21Speaker 1: everybody has a fantastic day. If you want to contact me,
- 21:24Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 21:28Speaker 1: That's Bo b b y c ap U c c
- 21:30Speaker 1: I at ProtonMail dot com. You can also contact me
- 21:34Speaker 1: on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. All right, folks,
- 21:40Speaker 1: until later on. I'll talk to you then, and we're
- 21:43Speaker 1: gonna discuss an article from the great Kate bricklet Over
- 21:48Speaker 1: at The Daily Beast, and the headline of this article
- 21:53Speaker 1: Epstein kept dossier's on his survivors to blackmail them. Now,
- 22:00Speaker 1: if you've been following this case, like I'm guessing most
- 22:03Speaker 1: of you listening to this podcast right now have been,
- 22:07Speaker 1: then you know that Epstein kept dossiers on everybody, So
- 22:12Speaker 1: it would make sense that he'd have dossier's on the
- 22:15Speaker 1: girls as well. You know, it was all part of
- 22:18Speaker 1: the blackmail scheme, right, compromise. The more information you have,
- 22:23Speaker 1: the better position you set yourself up in, especially in
- 22:28Speaker 1: that kind of world. And even if you're not an
- 22:30Speaker 1: intelligence asset, even if you're not working for an intelligence division,
- 22:37Speaker 1: even if you're just in a boardroom or you're in
- 22:41Speaker 1: a competitive, highly competitive field, the same thing occurs information gathering,
- 22:52Speaker 1: doing intel oppo research. It's the bread and butter for
- 22:56Speaker 1: these sorts of people, and Jeffrey Epstein certainly was no different.
- 23:03Speaker 1: He had a dossier on a dossier, and a dossier
- 23:06Speaker 1: on top of a dossier for everybody. Now that Kate
- 23:12Speaker 1: is reporting on this and bringing it out and putting
- 23:16Speaker 1: a pen to page, you know, it makes it more tangible,
- 23:20Speaker 1: right you can look at it and say, holy Toledo,
- 23:23Speaker 1: what do you know? And then you can refer to
- 23:27Speaker 1: it and show it to your friends, like I call
- 23:29Speaker 1: them the unsullied, who might not know anything about the case,
- 23:34Speaker 1: And all you have to do is link them to
- 23:36Speaker 1: you know, three or four articles, and before you know it,
- 23:39Speaker 1: people will be sending you messages like what in the
- 23:41Speaker 1: hell is going on with this case? So that's why
- 23:46Speaker 1: it's awesome to see people like Kate and some others
- 23:50Speaker 1: really you know, carry the torch as far as people
- 23:53Speaker 1: in the quote unquote legacy media. So let's jump into
- 23:58Speaker 1: this article and let's see what's what. A survivor of
- 24:02Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring claims that a financial advisory firm
- 24:06Speaker 1: linked to the deceased trafficker coaxed women into marriages, put
- 24:11Speaker 1: their names on falsified documents, and kept dossier's on Survivors
- 24:16Speaker 1: that the pedophile financier loaned her out out to his
- 24:20Speaker 1: powerful friends for abuse. According to new court papers, so
- 24:28Speaker 1: in Dyke Khan, the financial advisory firm HBRK, to be exact,
- 24:38Speaker 1: was involved in all of this, according to several different survivors.
- 24:43Speaker 1: And now you have one of the survivors coming out,
- 24:46Speaker 1: Priscilla Doe, and saying that that firm was involved with
- 24:53Speaker 1: all of it, pretty much putting a stamp on the speculation. Right, Look,
- 24:59Speaker 1: everybody hasated, and you know, more than speculated, I should
- 25:03Speaker 1: say at this point, there's a lot of circumstantial evidence
- 25:07Speaker 1: that proves her allegations. But with her coming out, Priscilla
- 25:12Speaker 1: Doe and putting this on the record and naming them,
- 25:16Speaker 1: naming HBRK for taking part in the sham marriages, taking
- 25:22Speaker 1: part in you know, falsified documentation and all of that,
- 25:27Speaker 1: well it becomes a bit more real. Right. Priscilla Doe,
- 25:34Speaker 1: a New York ballet dancer who says Epstein abused her
- 25:37Speaker 1: from two thousand and six to twenty twelve, spells out
- 25:41Speaker 1: more disturbing accusations against a wealthy sex offender and a
- 25:45Speaker 1: mysterious corporate entity known as HBRK Associates Incorporated. The firm
- 25:52Speaker 1: was once registered to Richard Kahn, Epstein's longtime accountant and
- 25:56Speaker 1: co executor of his roughly two hundred and ten million state.
- 26:01Speaker 1: So Indike and Khan were basically connected to Epstein at
- 26:06Speaker 1: the hip. We all know that. We know that Indyke
- 26:10Speaker 1: was there from the jump. He was the house lawyer,
- 26:14Speaker 1: Epstein's generic version of Tom Hayen, you know, the guy
- 26:18Speaker 1: that's around to offer advice, fix things, bring some money out,
- 26:22Speaker 1: pay off people who knew to be paid paid off,
- 26:25Speaker 1: and you know, go to the ATM and the bank
- 26:29Speaker 1: and get involved in structured withdrawals as well, because you
- 26:32Speaker 1: know he sold Brighton all. But that's who HBRK was,
- 26:38Speaker 1: Indike in Khan, the money manager and the lawyer. It's
- 26:43Speaker 1: nice to see Con get some shine finally, right. This
- 26:46Speaker 1: guy very rarely anyone, no one ever talks about Con
- 26:51Speaker 1: very rare. We hear a lot about Indyke. Well not
- 26:54Speaker 1: a lot, but you know, when we talk about the executors,
- 26:57Speaker 1: we hear a lot about Indike. But Con is a
- 27:00Speaker 1: crucial part of this as well. He was the money man.
- 27:04Speaker 1: You mean to tell me the accountant had no idea
- 27:06Speaker 1: what was going on with the shadowy transactions. The accountant
- 27:10Speaker 1: had no idea what was going on with the offshore
- 27:13Speaker 1: garbage accounts. Yeah, he had no idea. Huh, He had
- 27:16Speaker 1: no idea about the bags of money being given behind
- 27:20Speaker 1: the scenes to people in academia. He had no idea
- 27:23Speaker 1: the accountant. Okay, all right? And again furthermore, why would
- 27:28Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, the guy that is so smart that Leon
- 27:33Speaker 1: Black goes to him for advice? Why would he need
- 27:36Speaker 1: to pay an accountant? Can't he just do all of
- 27:38Speaker 1: that himself? He's so smart, right, He's just such a
- 27:41Speaker 1: talented guy. Isn't that what Vanity Faik called him back
- 27:44Speaker 1: in the day, the talented mister Epstein? So what did
- 27:50Speaker 1: he even? What did he need an accountant for? According
- 27:57Speaker 1: to an amended complaint filed last week, coerced the ballerina
- 28:01Speaker 1: into giving his powerful friends massages, and at least one
- 28:05Speaker 1: of these friends informed her that he had Epstein's permission
- 28:09Speaker 1: to do what he wanted to her. So I wonder
- 28:13Speaker 1: who this friend is. I mean, take your pick at
- 28:18Speaker 1: this point, right, you can put a whole bunch of
- 28:22Speaker 1: these dudes up on a dartboard, all their pictures and
- 28:25Speaker 1: throw a dart blindly and hit one of them and
- 28:28Speaker 1: probably not be far off the mark. If not abusing
- 28:32Speaker 1: this girl, then somebody else. I mean just take a
- 28:36Speaker 1: look at how the information's all trickling out. Folks comes
- 28:40Speaker 1: out that Leon Black is not only an enabler, he
- 28:44Speaker 1: has his own accusations against him. Bill Gates, another guy
- 28:47Speaker 1: played coyed. Make pretend, oh, I don't know who Epstein is.
- 28:51Speaker 1: I only met him ONNCE. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, his
- 28:54Speaker 1: own wife is admonishing him for hanging out with Epstein.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Bill Gates thinks he's casting Nova around the office, running
- 29:01Speaker 1: around trying to hook up with girls at the office,
- 29:03Speaker 1: so much so that it was not hidden secret. He
- 29:08Speaker 1: would go and change cars, leave the car that he
- 29:11Speaker 1: came to work in. His security detail would pull up
- 29:13Speaker 1: in another vehicle. I believe it was like a brown
- 29:15Speaker 1: Porsche or some nonsense, and he'd get that and go
- 29:18Speaker 1: out for his little trysts fellow travelers. At the very least,
- 29:26Speaker 1: all of these people, and the fact that Epstein was
- 29:31Speaker 1: able to even think for a minute that he had
- 29:34Speaker 1: the power to tell one of his scumbag friends that
- 29:38Speaker 1: they can abuse one of these girls at will, it
- 29:41Speaker 1: just boggles the mind. Where's the outrage. Everybody who's been
- 29:49Speaker 1: mentioned in this shit in court documents should be hounded
- 29:52Speaker 1: by the media, And I just mean in the court documents, right,
- 29:55Speaker 1: because remember, gotta have evidence here. You can just you know,
- 30:00Speaker 1: Willy Newly throw claims off off the old wall. When
- 30:04Speaker 1: we're talking about stuff like this, you know, we're not
- 30:08Speaker 1: talking about trying to you know, make somebody look bad
- 30:13Speaker 1: in an election or something. Here, we're talking about calling
- 30:17Speaker 1: somebody a child abuser. So you gotta be real careful
- 30:21Speaker 1: how you sling that one. But these people that have
- 30:24Speaker 1: been mentioned in court documents and fingered by these girls themselves,
- 30:28Speaker 1: they can all get aft. And I'll tell you what.
- 30:32Speaker 1: After all we have learned in this case and hear
- 30:36Speaker 1: what thirteen hundred articles or whatever the hell we're on.
- 30:39Speaker 1: At this point, we have a pretty clear picture of
- 30:44Speaker 1: who these people are and how they move. And that's
- 30:47Speaker 1: not saying all of them are out here involved in
- 30:49Speaker 1: human trafficking. But if you look at all of these
- 30:52Speaker 1: hedge fund managers and all of these billionaire Wall Street clowns,
- 30:57Speaker 1: and you look into their past, just a quick look,
- 31:00Speaker 1: all of them have had run ins with commissions, with
- 31:03Speaker 1: regulatory boards, or with courts. None of these people are
- 31:09Speaker 1: playing fair, folks, Okay, every one of them is using
- 31:15Speaker 1: a weighted bat while me and you, well, we're using
- 31:19Speaker 1: a whiffleball bat. Doe's updated lawsuit follows her rejection of
- 31:25Speaker 1: a settlement offer from the Epstein Survivor's Compensation Program. Her attorney,
- 31:30Speaker 1: Brad Edwards, confirmed that Doe declined the fund's offer, but
- 31:34Speaker 1: would not comment on the complaint. And now this is
- 31:37Speaker 1: where it gets interesting, right, So now Doe, Priscilla Doe,
- 31:41Speaker 1: is not accepting the money. So we're looking at a
- 31:44Speaker 1: protracted court battle. Probably she's going to try and get
- 31:48Speaker 1: in front of a jury and argue her case. And
- 31:51Speaker 1: HBRK and the rest of these clowns that thought they
- 31:55Speaker 1: were going to be protected by the compensation fund, well, surprise,
- 32:00Speaker 1: not so much. And we talked about this a little
- 32:04Speaker 1: bit in the past, how one or more of these
- 32:08Speaker 1: girls might not feel like the compensation fund is right
- 32:11Speaker 1: for them and they might choose a different avenue. And
- 32:14Speaker 1: that's what we see here with Priscilla Doe. She's decided
- 32:17Speaker 1: to move in a different lane, and she has decided
- 32:21Speaker 1: to pursue this in her own manner. And I think
- 32:24Speaker 1: that's good for her, right she knows best her and
- 32:27Speaker 1: her lawyers know best, her family. They know best, not me,
- 32:30Speaker 1: not anybody else them. So if this is what they
- 32:33Speaker 1: decide to do, I say, go for it and go
- 32:36Speaker 1: for the throat, right all of it. Get everything into discovery,
- 32:40Speaker 1: subpoena everybody involved, get them all under oath. I mean,
- 32:44Speaker 1: if the prosecutors don't want to do it in the
- 32:46Speaker 1: Maxwell case, then hey, maybe it'll all be brought to
- 32:50Speaker 1: light this way instead. An attorney for Epstein's estate, however,
- 32:57Speaker 1: push back on those claims. The new allegation against mister
- 33:00Speaker 1: Kahn and HBRK are completely inaccurate. Daniel Wiener, a lawyer
- 33:05Speaker 1: for the Epstein estate, told us in an email. Neither
- 33:08Speaker 1: mister Cohn nor anyone else at HBRK forced, coerced, or
- 33:14Speaker 1: threatened anyone in any fashion at any time. All right,
- 33:19Speaker 1: says you, mister Wiener. These girls are telling a different story, though,
- 33:25Speaker 1: and the track record has proven thus far that these girls,
- 33:30Speaker 1: these survivors, these women speaking out, well, they're telling the truth,
- 33:38Speaker 1: while your clients have done nothing but obfuscate, muddy the
- 33:43Speaker 1: waters and try and slow things down to try and
- 33:47Speaker 1: make it either a too expensive or b an afterthought
- 33:52Speaker 1: for the public. Two crucial errors, by the way, because
- 33:56Speaker 1: neither of that's about to happen. It makes no sense
- 34:01Speaker 1: to assert or for your publication to report that people
- 34:05Speaker 1: who worked for mister Epstein knew of his private activities,
- 34:08Speaker 1: including sexual or other personal interactions. Between mister Epstein and
- 34:13Speaker 1: women who worked for or associated with him, simply because
- 34:17Speaker 1: they handled some financial and administrative services. Wiener said, yeah,
- 34:22Speaker 1: you know, because the money handler, the guy that's laundering
- 34:25Speaker 1: the money for the mafia, he doesn't get in trouble
- 34:30Speaker 1: when the whole entire thing collapses. They show up with
- 34:33Speaker 1: a couple of mixed drinks. Form right, Ah, here's a
- 34:37Speaker 1: nice margarita for you. Would you like yourself some tacos?
- 34:40Speaker 1: Perhaps everybody involved goes down. You're an accessory. You're an
- 34:47Speaker 1: accessory after the fact, you're directly involved. Whatever it may be.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and his crimes didn't happen, and with just
- 34:57Speaker 1: him doing them, there's no way that that could have occurred.
- 35:00Speaker 1: This guy was the accountant and the lawyer here says
- 35:06Speaker 1: the publication shouldn't even write about this. Uh why not?
- 35:11Speaker 1: Why should they not write about this when the survivors
- 35:15Speaker 1: are the ones telling them this, When people who are
- 35:17Speaker 1: involved in this directly are the ones telling them this.
- 35:20Speaker 1: And in fact the biggest of all of them. Well,
- 35:25Speaker 1: this has been filed in court. Okay, so that makes
- 35:29Speaker 1: it pretty real. A source close to Kahn previously previously
- 35:36Speaker 1: told The Daily Beast that the number cruncher wasn't aware
- 35:39Speaker 1: of Epstein's abuse of underage girls and young women Richard
- 35:43Speaker 1: worked out of the office. Did Epstein appear at those offices? Yes?
- 35:48Speaker 1: Did Richard see any of the activities that were the
- 35:51Speaker 1: focus of press attention? No, the person said, Oh, okay,
- 35:55Speaker 1: I'm sure. I mean, I'm sure that all of these
- 35:58Speaker 1: years he was hanging around with Epstein and saw nothing,
- 36:04Speaker 1: heard nothing. There were no rumors, never wondered about the
- 36:08Speaker 1: young girls, never wondered about the massages, never wondered about
- 36:14Speaker 1: any of that. Mister smart guy Khan, Okay, I guess
- 36:21Speaker 1: if that's what he wants us to believe, folks, I mean,
- 36:24Speaker 1: that's his story, I guess. I mean, if you show
- 36:27Speaker 1: up to court with that story, you're going to be
- 36:29Speaker 1: in for a long day, buddy. So that might work
- 36:32Speaker 1: with the media, you know, as you try to evade,
- 36:35Speaker 1: duck and dodge, but you better hope that your day
- 36:40Speaker 1: does not come where you're sitting in front of a
- 36:43Speaker 1: judge being deposed under oath or under cross examination by
- 36:51Speaker 1: a fiery prosecutor in front of a jury. Because these
- 36:57Speaker 1: are some serious allegations being made, and we're not talking
- 37:01Speaker 1: about allegations that are being just you know, thrown out there.
- 37:05Speaker 1: These filed in court meaning that Priscilla Doe is ready
- 37:10Speaker 1: to rock and roll, mouthpiece in gloves on center of
- 37:17Speaker 1: the cage type stuff. Still, those complaint claims fellow HBRK
- 37:27Speaker 1: employees helped to facilitate Epstein's crimes. They allegedly warn the
- 37:32Speaker 1: women by email or other communication how powerful and wealthy
- 37:37Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was, and maintain damaging files on many of
- 37:41Speaker 1: the young female survivors to prevent them from cooperating with
- 37:45Speaker 1: police or in civil lawsuits against Epstein and his trafficking organization.
- 37:50Speaker 1: So you know, you always wonder, well, why didn't anyone
- 37:53Speaker 1: talk about Epstein? Bob, Look, he had a dossier on everybody,
- 38:00Speaker 1: all of these girls, and then he would call them
- 38:04Speaker 1: with that flexing about how his powerful friends were, about
- 38:08Speaker 1: how powerful his friends were, who they were, and how
- 38:11Speaker 1: he could ruin their lives just as quickly as he
- 38:13Speaker 1: could make their lives great. And you know, these are
- 38:19Speaker 1: young people, young girls, young men, whatever. You're impressionable, right,
- 38:23Speaker 1: A powerful man like this tells you that kind of stuff,
- 38:26Speaker 1: you believe it. And then you have his employees are
- 38:30Speaker 1: emailing you and threatening you and all of that. Forget it.
- 38:33Speaker 1: It's it gotta be intimidating employees. If HBRK knew or
- 38:41Speaker 1: should have known, that Jeffrey Epstein was a serial sexual
- 38:44Speaker 1: abuser of young girls that complain ads, those individuals played
- 38:49Speaker 1: necessary roles in facilitating Epstein's sexual abuse to the point
- 38:54Speaker 1: that much of it would have been impossible but for
- 38:56Speaker 1: the services provided by defendant HBRK. And this is something
- 39:01Speaker 1: that we have seen right throughout this case being built,
- 39:06Speaker 1: this sort of claim, and you look at it and
- 39:09Speaker 1: you know for a fact that Jeffrey Epstein couldn't have
- 39:12Speaker 1: done this on his own, that there were so many
- 39:14Speaker 1: people involved and so many people knew, And yet all
- 39:18Speaker 1: of those same people are now crying like they had
- 39:21Speaker 1: no idea or like they themselves were victims. And I
- 39:26Speaker 1: love that Brad Edwards is still hot on the trail here,
- 39:30Speaker 1: and I love that Priscilla Doe has decided not to
- 39:33Speaker 1: let them off the hook. HBRK. Richard Kahn, Indyke, these
- 39:37Speaker 1: guys are all gonna have to answer for this at
- 39:39Speaker 1: some point. Folks now above that, you know, the Leon
- 39:43Speaker 1: Blacks of the world. You know, I'm not very optimistic
- 39:47Speaker 1: that they'll ever answer for anything, but the core for
- 39:51Speaker 1: Indike Khan and Jean Luke Brunel. Oh yeah, I'm confident
- 39:58Speaker 1: that all of them are going to get the come up. Meanwhile,
- 40:03Speaker 1: the lawsuit claims employees of HBRK, as well as Epstein
- 40:07Speaker 1: related entities, NES Financial Trust Company and Florida Science Foundation
- 40:13Speaker 1: arranged for Doe's transportation of Florida, where she was abused
- 40:17Speaker 1: by Epstein during his work release privileges. So all of
- 40:20Speaker 1: those companies, folks, Nes Financial Trust Company, and Florida Science Foundation,
- 40:25Speaker 1: anybody who has done business with them, anybody who has
- 40:29Speaker 1: transferred money to one of those accounts or taken money out,
- 40:33Speaker 1: is involved in ill gotten gains and is involved under
- 40:36Speaker 1: RICO statutes at least in the crime. So where are
- 40:40Speaker 1: the RICO statutes? When are they going to drop RICO
- 40:45Speaker 1: charges on all of these people? Why the half stepping
- 40:55Speaker 1: at the time of the alleged abuse in two thousand
- 40:57Speaker 1: and eight. In two thousand and nine, Epstein was serve
- 41:00Speaker 1: having a country club jail sentence in Palm Beach for
- 41:02Speaker 1: soliciting a minor. And now you got the whole entire
- 41:05Speaker 1: thing where the FDL comes out with their stupid report
- 41:08Speaker 1: that meant nothing, talking about how the deputies were watching him,
- 41:13Speaker 1: blah blah blah. Well, if that's the case, how is
- 41:17Speaker 1: he abusing Priscilla Doe at the same time. See, it
- 41:22Speaker 1: just doesn't add up. And again I don't. I can't
- 41:26Speaker 1: side with the government right because all they've done is
- 41:28Speaker 1: lie in BSUs through this whole entire thing, and obviously
- 41:33Speaker 1: a bunch of other stuff, but we're talking about just
- 41:35Speaker 1: this right now. So they've proven time and time again
- 41:40Speaker 1: in this case, especially that they can't be trusted. Their
- 41:43Speaker 1: narrative is trash. So why should I believe them. I
- 41:48Speaker 1: don't believe anything about that first arrest, that first prosecution
- 41:52Speaker 1: of Epstein. It's unclear which HBRK employees ll Law LL
- 42:00Speaker 1: suit is referring to, but one Twitter gumshoe noted the
- 42:03Speaker 1: firm's title seems to be derived from the initials of Epstein.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Accountants Harry Beller and Richard Kahn. Both men are signatories
- 42:13Speaker 1: on HBRK retirement plan documents. Public records show the most
- 42:18Speaker 1: recent filing is signed by Bella Klein, which appears to
- 42:22Speaker 1: be a misspelling of longtime employee Bella Klein, who on
- 42:26Speaker 1: LinkedIn describes herself as a highly trustworthy, discreet, and ethical professional. Yeah,
- 42:33Speaker 1: that's pretty much the hydra there, right. Those are the
- 42:37Speaker 1: people that have always been Epstein's accountants, his confidants, the
- 42:41Speaker 1: people that he trusts the most when it comes to
- 42:44Speaker 1: his money. So it's not you know, it doesn't take
- 42:49Speaker 1: a rocket scientist here, right, or a great investigator to
- 42:53Speaker 1: put it all together. HBRK employees made it impossible for
- 43:00Speaker 1: these survivors to escape from the sex trafficking operation. Those
- 43:04Speaker 1: amended lawsuit states at times HBRK even operated out of
- 43:09Speaker 1: the apartments located at three oh one East sixty sixth Street,
- 43:13Speaker 1: where Epstein persuaded a number of the survivors to reside
- 43:17Speaker 1: under his control. And that was the mysterious building at
- 43:21Speaker 1: sixty six that we talked about, you know, the Mark
- 43:24Speaker 1: Epstein building, his brother who owns all the units, who
- 43:27Speaker 1: had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Again, morebs,
- 43:32Speaker 1: another person let off the hook. You would think a
- 43:35Speaker 1: legacy media that makes its bones on destroying people would
- 43:40Speaker 1: be all over everybody in this case. But what are
- 43:42Speaker 1: they scared of? Nice to see that Kate walks in
- 43:47Speaker 1: swaggering around, not giving a damn about any of these people,
- 43:51Speaker 1: letting them all have it with her pen brave reporting, folks,
- 43:57Speaker 1: there's not enough of it. HBRK additionally stored large amounts
- 44:03Speaker 1: of cash in its offices to ensure that there were
- 44:06Speaker 1: funds available to pay and silent survivors of Epstein at
- 44:10Speaker 1: any given time. The document adds, well, that goes to
- 44:14Speaker 1: the truth of it. We know that Epstein kept a
- 44:16Speaker 1: bunch of money in that safe, and we know that
- 44:19Speaker 1: Indyke was going over to that bank to take money
- 44:22Speaker 1: out all the time, in the sum of seventy five hundred,
- 44:25Speaker 1: so he'd stay under Title thirty one. And then that
- 44:30Speaker 1: money was used as petty cash to pay people off.
- 44:34Speaker 1: So definitely falls in line with all the stuff we
- 44:36Speaker 1: know already. As The Daily Beast reported, Doe was among
- 44:42Speaker 1: multiple accusers to file lawsuits against Epstein's estate after his
- 44:46Speaker 1: death inside a federal lockup in August twenty nineteen, just
- 44:50Speaker 1: one month after his indictment for trafficking miners. Doe also
- 44:55Speaker 1: was interviewed as part of the twenty nineteen criminal case
- 44:58Speaker 1: brought by the Manhattan Federal Prosecutors. The amended complaint states,
- 45:03Speaker 1: so that shows you right there, this is a serious business, right.
- 45:07Speaker 1: We're not talking about some crackpot who just showed up
- 45:10Speaker 1: out of nowhere. We're talking about a woman who was
- 45:14Speaker 1: a girl when she was started abused by this man,
- 45:17Speaker 1: who has real grievances, who is not going to be
- 45:20Speaker 1: shut up, who is not going to be swept under
- 45:22Speaker 1: the rug, and she has found the perfect ally in
- 45:26Speaker 1: Brad Edwards to pursue this. I'm not a big fan
- 45:30Speaker 1: of lawyers in general, but Brad Edwards has shown his
- 45:33Speaker 1: metal time and time again. And anyone stepping up to
- 45:36Speaker 1: the plate manning up against Epstein and his posse of lawyers,
- 45:41Speaker 1: they got my respect for sure. Doe was a twenty
- 45:47Speaker 1: two year old ballet dancer when a recruiter brought her
- 45:50Speaker 1: to Epstein in two thousand and six. She says that
- 45:54Speaker 1: for years she was forced into sex with Epstein and
- 45:57Speaker 1: his associates at his mansions in Florida, New York, New Mexico,
- 46:02Speaker 1: and the US Virgin Islands. I mean, I hate to
- 46:06Speaker 1: go off on a tangent again, but what's going on
- 46:09Speaker 1: at Zoro Ranch? Another girl, Priscilla Doe, saying she was
- 46:14Speaker 1: abused there? How many girls have to say there were
- 46:16Speaker 1: abused there, Virginia Annie, Priscilla Doe, How many others? How
- 46:21Speaker 1: many local girls? What about the massage therapists from the
- 46:27Speaker 1: area that were in the Black Book? All these other
- 46:32Speaker 1: places get raided, but not Zoro Ranch. No access there,
- 46:37Speaker 1: nothing to see here. Folks don't worry about Zoro Ranch.
- 46:44Speaker 1: The question really is I know, it's rhetorical why. The
- 46:50Speaker 1: amended complaint also includes new detail on Doe's background, saying
- 46:54Speaker 1: she worked menial jobs to pay for training at step
- 46:57Speaker 1: On Broadway and the Jeoffrey Ballet and was about to
- 47:00Speaker 1: begin rehearsal for The Nutcracker with the Iglevsky Ballet School
- 47:05Speaker 1: when she was recruited to meet Jeffrey Epstein by another
- 47:08Speaker 1: young female who had also fallen prey to Jeffrey Epstein's
- 47:13Speaker 1: sex trafficking scheme. This recruiter offered Doe, who came from
- 47:18Speaker 1: a poor family and had been living with her mother,
- 47:21Speaker 1: the chance at a job giving massages to a wealthy
- 47:24Speaker 1: businessman So again you see the same story unfold right,
- 47:28Speaker 1: another girl, broken home, living with her mother, poor background.
- 47:34Speaker 1: The recruiter knows that, preys upon that brings her into
- 47:38Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's clutches, and he uses that, molds her because
- 47:43Speaker 1: of that, and manipulates the whole situation because he has
- 47:47Speaker 1: power and money, and all of the people that helped
- 47:54Speaker 1: her get from point A to point B, all of
- 47:57Speaker 1: those people should be held accountable for it. As previously reported,
- 48:06Speaker 1: Doe traveled to Epstein's Virgin Islands compound with an entourage
- 48:10Speaker 1: that included alleged accomplices, co conspirator, alleged co conspirator, alleged
- 48:16Speaker 1: child abuse or not alleged Actually this one general all
- 48:19Speaker 1: around scusbag and bipedal serpent Gillane Maxwell, and French modeling
- 48:25Speaker 1: agent Jean Luke Brunel. She claims that once they arrived,
- 48:30Speaker 1: Maxwell taught her the proper way to give not gonna,
- 48:33Speaker 1: the proper way to perform fillatio, and kept Doe and
- 48:38Speaker 1: other survivors on call to service Epstein. So you got
- 48:43Speaker 1: Gillen Maxwell. According to this report showing girls had to
- 48:47Speaker 1: perform oral sex underage girls how to perform oral sex
- 48:52Speaker 1: to please this disgusting, gross ass weirdo Jeffrey Epstein. Where
- 49:00Speaker 1: are the rico charges again? Epstein controlled every aspect of
- 49:08Speaker 1: her life, Doe says, and took her virginity against her
- 49:12Speaker 1: will and wishes. The financier pedophile allegedly forced Doe to
- 49:17Speaker 1: wear underwear in certain colors, remove body piercings, undergo surgery
- 49:22Speaker 1: to remove moles, and have her hair cut and colored
- 49:25Speaker 1: the way he wanted through one of his stylists. I
- 49:29Speaker 1: wonder if that stylist had to do with Frederick for Kai,
- 49:34Speaker 1: one of the people that works there him himself an
- 49:37Speaker 1: interesting angle. Wonder if we'll be able to figure that out.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Doe also believed Epstein was monitoring her every move while
- 49:46Speaker 1: she lived at the Upper east Side apartment he provided
- 49:48Speaker 1: for her. When she took a trip to Montreal, Epstein
- 49:52Speaker 1: immediately summoned her back to his Manhattan mansion and warned
- 49:56Speaker 1: her she wasn't allowed to leave New York without his permission.
- 50:00Speaker 1: So sounds like a hell of a guy, right, sounds like
- 50:02Speaker 1: the kind of guy that you want to hang out with,
- 50:06Speaker 1: said nobody ever, And you mean to tell me he
- 50:10Speaker 1: kept this all under wraps when he was hanging out
- 50:11Speaker 1: with all of his buddies that knew nothing. He wasn't
- 50:14Speaker 1: flexing and flaunting his power over these girls to impress them. Oh,
- 50:18Speaker 1: of course he was, stop it, that's in his DNA.
- 50:22Speaker 1: He was a flaunter, a flexer, a loudmouth, and all
- 50:33Speaker 1: of his nonsense, all of his bs is very very clear.
- 50:44Speaker 1: This man was involved, and not only sex trafficking. He
- 50:51Speaker 1: was involved in money laundering. He was involved in tax evasion, and,
- 50:55Speaker 1: according to this girl here, kidnapping as well. We know
- 51:02Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal organization should be charged
- 51:06Speaker 1: with plenty more crimes than they're looking at right now.
- 51:09Speaker 1: That's one certainty that I'm very confident in talking about,
- 51:15Speaker 1: because just take a look at all of the allegations
- 51:18Speaker 1: throughout all of the years. You mean to tell me
- 51:20Speaker 1: that all we have so far are the indictments against Maxwell. Really,
- 51:27Speaker 1: Epstein intermittently surprised Dough by showing up unexpectedly, causing her
- 51:32Speaker 1: to believe he was stalking her. The amended complaint alleges.
- 51:36Speaker 1: At one point, Epstein allegedly forced Doe to serve or
- 51:40Speaker 1: Duv's at a private party with Epstein's actor buddy Woody Allen.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Oh hmm, I wonder would this be the same party
- 51:47Speaker 1: that Chelsea Handler was at, Stepanopolis was at. Katie kirk
- 51:56Speaker 1: Lewis goes on and on same party that you have
- 51:58Speaker 1: a sex trafficking victim walk around giving you a piece
- 52:02Speaker 1: of ham on a stick or whatever sort of ordures
- 52:04Speaker 1: they're serving, But nobody knew anything. This server's role was
- 52:14Speaker 1: forced a pondo in order to demean her, frighten her,
- 52:18Speaker 1: and impress upon her the need for her to conceal
- 52:20Speaker 1: the commercial sex trafficking enterprise he was running. The original
- 52:24Speaker 1: lawsuit alleges, the amended lawsuit adds another disturbing detail. Epstein
- 52:31Speaker 1: further demeaned her by directing her to sit on a
- 52:34Speaker 1: movie theater floor and massage his feet during a movie.
- 52:39Speaker 1: So all of these weird massages, all of these weird
- 52:43Speaker 1: hangouts at Jeffrey Epstein's house that are just mundane. We
- 52:47Speaker 1: were just hanging out, We were just having a massage
- 52:51Speaker 1: with our underpants on. Well, it's obvious it was a
- 52:54Speaker 1: lot more than that. It's obvious that the guys that
- 52:59Speaker 1: were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein and hanging out over
- 53:02Speaker 1: at his house, well they weren't over there to watch
- 53:05Speaker 1: the game, okay? And Jeffrey Epstein and his association, all
- 53:15Speaker 1: of the people that helped him keep this thing moving,
- 53:20Speaker 1: every last one of them that has been named in
- 53:23Speaker 1: these documents, endyke Khan, the Core four. They all must
- 53:29Speaker 1: be put under oath and they need to be questioned
- 53:35Speaker 1: by a seasoned interrogator, because how much more evidence does
- 53:41Speaker 1: there need to be all of these people, According to
- 53:45Speaker 1: the people that had happened to we're working hand in
- 53:48Speaker 1: hand to make their abuse possible. Isn't it time that
- 53:56Speaker 1: we see some rico charges? Isn't it time that we
- 54:00Speaker 1: see the SDN Y kick in a few more doors?
- 54:06Speaker 1: What are they waiting for? If you'd like to contact me,
