• 0:26
Speaker 3: probably presented by Attorney Frank Walker, Real Talk, real experience,
• 0:30
Speaker 3: real results, Frank Walker, Law dot Com. Let that conversation
• 0:34
Speaker 3: begin on Let's Talk.
• 0:36
Speaker 4: Hello, ladies and gentlemen, This is Carl Lee with Let's
• 0:40
Speaker 4: Talk and Lisa Odie, my.
• 0:44
Speaker 2: Dearest Frink, my dearest friend.
• 0:48
Speaker 4: Is the only one we have in the building today.
• 0:51
Speaker 4: We're hoping that Hollis is gonna be coming. He had
• 0:54
Speaker 4: some work he needed to get done and said he
• 0:56
Speaker 4: may try to get in a little bit later.
• 1:00
  Speaker 2: Lisa draft time.
• 1:02
Speaker 5: You know, Okay, before we get into this conversation, you
• 1:06
Speaker 5: have to be honest. How much of it did you watch?
• 1:08
Speaker 5: Because I know how antsy and you can't sit still
• 1:11
Speaker 5: long enough to even for a pick.
• 1:13
Speaker 4: My only interests really were the first couple of picks
• 1:18
Speaker 4: because I wanted to.
• 1:19
  Speaker 5: Like number one.
• 1:20
Speaker 4: I wanted everybody likes to figure out the number one.
• 1:23
  Speaker 4: And again I have a I have a. I have
• 1:28
Speaker 4: an issue with with with the draft. So you tell
• 1:34
Speaker 4: us about it well, And I think I said this
• 1:38
Speaker 4: the other day on Dave's show.
• 1:43
  Speaker 2: Nobody.
• 1:44
Speaker 4: And I'm not trying to do brag on my career
• 1:47
Speaker 4: or how long it was or anything like that. But
• 1:50
Speaker 4: if you draft me seven mm hmm, and I have
• 1:56
Speaker 4: the success that I had in Minnesota, mm hmm. And
• 2:00
Speaker 4: there's guys that you drafted second round that didn't play
• 2:02
Speaker 4: two years. Some guys didn't even make it a year.
• 2:06
  Speaker 2: You know.
• 2:07
Speaker 4: I think there's something there's something wrong with the system.
• 2:11
Speaker 4: And when I say that, I say it in regards
• 2:15
Speaker 4: to places like West Virginia, before the Randy Mosses and
• 2:19
Speaker 4: those kinds of players were coming out. You might see
• 2:23
Speaker 4: a talented player, but what typically what I would always hear, Yeah,
• 2:30
Speaker 4: But the question is can he play at that against
• 2:32
Speaker 4: the type of players His skill set might be okay,
• 2:37
Speaker 4: you know, but he can hang with with with players
• 2:42
Speaker 4: that have played at Alabama and all of those kind
• 2:44
  Speaker 4: of things. And I don't I don't think that you
• 2:48
Speaker 4: can judge that visibly. I don't know if you can
• 2:53
Speaker 4: look at the film and say that that's something that
• 2:58
Speaker 4: you can such a talented scout that you can make
• 3:03
Speaker 4: the dictation of where I or players like me could play.
• 3:09
Speaker 5: So what you're saying is they can make a physical
• 3:12
Speaker 5: type of evaluation, but they can't really evaluate the heart
• 3:16
  Speaker 5: and soul.
• 3:17
Speaker 4: None of that of a player, the work that they're
• 3:18
Speaker 4: going to put in, the work, ethic, and all of
• 3:22
Speaker 4: those kinds of things.
• 3:23
Speaker 2: And I think you know.
• 3:26
Speaker 4: Because and and I've said this a thousand times in
• 3:29
  Speaker 4: a thousand different places. I wasn't even I wasn't even
• 3:33
Speaker 4: one of the best football players at South Charleston High School.
• 3:39
Speaker 4: And I wasn't one of the best players even in
• 3:41
Speaker 4: my in my mind, even at Marshall.
• 3:45
Speaker 2: And so there are guys there.
• 3:49
Speaker 4: That this guy named Donnelle Ross, who was a corner
• 3:54
Speaker 4: and had been a corner of his entire life.
• 3:56
Speaker 2: I'm safety, had been a safety my entire life.
• 3:59
Speaker 4: I get drafted, and to me, if I'm him, because
• 4:04
Speaker 4: I was getting drafted as a corner, he was shorter
• 4:07
Speaker 4: than I was, So you know, they were.
• 4:09
Speaker 2: Looking for long. They held that again, and so they
• 4:11
Speaker 2: held that against him, and he didn't go. But he was.
• 4:18
Speaker 4: I saw other he was. He wasn't any he wasn't
• 4:21
Speaker 4: any shorter than Darryl Green. Now I'm not saying he
• 4:24
Speaker 4: was going to be at Daryl Green, but how do you?
• 4:26
  Speaker 2: How do you?
• 4:27
Speaker 4: I mean, I just don't think those numbers hold up anymore.
• 4:30
Speaker 5: Well, let me ask you this, because it's been a
• 4:32
Speaker 5: minute since you you were drafted and you had the NFL.
• 4:37
Speaker 6: She said that night she was flirting with put off
• 4:42
Speaker 6: the show. She's close to getting off the show today.
• 4:47
Speaker 5: Let me let me finish my thought here, come on now,
• 4:52
Speaker 5: and Matt, you're harassing me too. But so back whenever
• 4:56
Speaker 5: you went through that process, when you had to go
• 4:59
Speaker 5: to the combine and have to be physically evaluated, did
• 5:02
Speaker 5: they have the extensive interview process that they do today.
• 5:06
Speaker 5: Did you do a lot of like question and answer
• 5:09
Speaker 5: with with scouts with coaches?
• 5:11
Speaker 2: I don't really remember anything, any major structure of conversation.
• 5:19
Speaker 5: So do you think they're trying to remedy what you're
• 5:21
  Speaker 5: talking about?
• 5:22
Speaker 2: Like? Possibly? Just possibly possibly, But I think I think that.
• 5:30
Speaker 4: For me, when I look at it.
• 5:34
  Speaker 2: It's I think it's even guesswork.
• 5:37
Speaker 4: Even think about this from the first round guys and
• 5:40
Speaker 4: especially quarterbacks, how many times have we seen the draft
• 5:45
Speaker 4: get a quarterback that had a great college career, you
• 5:48
Speaker 4: pick him number one and you bring him in and
• 5:52
Speaker 4: he doesn't he doesn't show up right, And okay, so
• 5:56
Speaker 4: what what is how do you define that? Like what
• 5:59
Speaker 4: what you say is wrong with that? Like because you
• 6:02
Speaker 4: saw the talent, you saw the arm. Arm is great, right,
• 6:06
Speaker 4: you saw him play. See if you saw him get
• 6:08
Speaker 4: hit and he gets back up, so he's got some
• 6:10
  Speaker 4: toughness to him.
• 6:11
Speaker 2: But all of a sudden he gets to the league.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: What's the problem? See?
• 6:16
Speaker 4: And I think what that problem is and I don't
• 6:19
Speaker 4: think that you can you can. You can't fix it.
• 6:23
Speaker 4: It's can you step up?
• 6:26
  Speaker 5: It's mental toughness.
• 6:27
Speaker 4: It's a mental toughness that you can Like, it's from
• 6:30
Speaker 4: going from high school to college.
• 6:32
Speaker 2: Can you make that adjustment?
• 6:33
Speaker 4: Because the game is faster, it's it's bigger and all
• 6:36
Speaker 4: those kinds of things. You go to the league, it's
• 6:38
Speaker 4: bigger and it's faster, and it never is gonna slow down.
• 6:42
Speaker 4: Like you're not gonna get a team that's gonna slow down.
• 6:45
Speaker 4: It's everybody is great.
• 6:46
Speaker 5: Well, keeping that in mind, let's bring it to the
• 6:49
Speaker 5: present tense. And I totally agree with what you're saying.
• 6:51
Speaker 5: It's very difficult to evaluate you know a quarterback and
• 6:56
Speaker 5: know whether or not they're going to be successful at
• 6:57
Speaker 5: the next level. I mean, it's just really any position
• 7:00
Speaker 5: for the NFL. Yes, But okay, so let me ask
• 7:02
Speaker 5: you this question. Did they get it right this year
• 7:04
Speaker 5: with the number one pick being Fernando Mendoza? Did they
• 7:08
Speaker 5: get it right or did they not get it right?
• 7:10
Speaker 5: What's your opinion at this point? I know we can't
• 7:12
Speaker 5: we don't have our magic, you know, crystal ball and
• 7:14
Speaker 5: see the future. But just knowing his accolades, the things
• 7:17
Speaker 5: he accomplished at the collegiate level, do you think they
• 7:20
  Speaker 5: got it right?
• 7:22
Speaker 4: The only way that I can answer that would would
• 7:25
Speaker 4: I have to say, we.
• 7:27
Speaker 2: Won't know until he gets the camp.
• 7:31
Speaker 5: Okay, but did you have another player that you thought
• 7:33
Speaker 5: was more deserving than him to be to go number one?
• 7:36
  Speaker 7: No?
• 7:36
Speaker 4: I think I think because my Okay, so I'll ask
• 7:41
Speaker 4: this question to you, who would you You're going to
• 7:47
Speaker 4: take whoever you think is going to be the best
• 7:49
Speaker 4: player in the league. And that's going to be a
• 7:52
Speaker 4: lot of times based on somewhat visual and a whole
• 7:55
  Speaker 4: lot on.
• 7:56
Speaker 5: Stats and also awards and the award Scott Rained Up Awards.
• 8:01
Speaker 2: Yes, and if you're those awards and you.
• 8:04
Speaker 5: Not to mention his team went undefeated, national championship for
• 8:08
Speaker 5: the school, all the all those things, right.
• 8:12
Speaker 4: So you can't you can't like who's passing him up? Like,
• 8:17
Speaker 4: how do you pass him up? Unless you've got a
• 8:19
  Speaker 4: great quarterback already?
• 8:21
Speaker 5: You know, even then, I just don't know how you
• 8:25
Speaker 5: pass up on the guy.
• 8:26
Speaker 2: Well, here's the future.
• 8:28
Speaker 4: I mean, but the quarterback that's there now, that's starting,
• 8:32
  Speaker 4: he ain't staying.
• 8:33
Speaker 2: He doesn't want that heat.
• 8:34
Speaker 5: Right, Well, let's think about where he's going. He's going
• 8:38
Speaker 5: to the Raiders. Well and Las Vegas says, you know,
• 8:41
Speaker 5: and we'll get into this conversation later, but but you
• 8:44
Speaker 5: know his purpose. You know, there were only like I
• 8:46
Speaker 5: think two quarterbacks drafted in the first round. One one was,
• 8:49
Speaker 5: of course, uh Fernando. The other one was who was it? Tie?
• 8:55
Speaker 5: I think maybe I got it wrong, Simpson Ty Simpson, Yeah,
• 8:58
Speaker 5: Alabama and he went at number thirteen. Right. But their
• 9:03
Speaker 5: purposes where they were drafted and what purposes they will
• 9:08
Speaker 5: serve for those teams are drastically two different things. We
• 9:11
Speaker 5: know that at the Raiders they're in shambles. They need
• 9:16
Speaker 5: a quarterback and they need it now, whereas Ty will
• 9:19
Speaker 5: probably sit behind, you know, Matt Stafford for a while
• 9:23
Speaker 5: and learn, so you know when you compare those two
• 9:26
Speaker 5: and we can talk about that later, but you know,
• 9:29
Speaker 5: just just kind of addressing what you're saying with quarterbacks
• 9:32
Speaker 5: when they're drafted. It really depends on what the team
• 9:36
  Speaker 5: needs them for.
• 9:36
Speaker 2: It really, it really does.
• 9:39
Speaker 4: And to those two examples, and if you ask yourself
• 9:43
Speaker 4: the question, which one of those would you'd want to be?
• 9:45
Speaker 4: You don't want to be the player that you want
• 9:47
Speaker 4: to be the one that's going to get an opportunity
• 9:49
Speaker 4: to play, but not always, but you as the individual.
• 9:55
  Speaker 5: I think it's a healthy thing for a quarterback to
• 9:57
Speaker 5: go in and back up a start a little from them.
• 10:00
Speaker 4: But the ego of great players, talented players coming out
• 10:06
Speaker 4: of college going to the pros, No way I'm gonna
• 10:11
Speaker 4: get drafted in the first round, go to a team
• 10:15
Speaker 4: who's been struggling, and you're not gonna start me at quarterback. Well,
• 10:20
Speaker 4: the whole expectation of me coming is me playing right
• 10:26
Speaker 4: in the other situation where you've still got another player.
• 10:31
Speaker 4: The conversation there there there should have been, could have
• 10:35
Speaker 4: been conversation, we're gonna draft you. We're thinking about drafting
• 10:38
Speaker 4: you in the first round.
• 10:40
Speaker 5: I'm sure those conversations took place, and we like to have.
• 10:44
Speaker 2: You, you know, sit down, you know, maybe for a
• 10:48
  Speaker 2: year and watch.
• 10:49
Speaker 5: And those quarterbacks had to probably agree to those things before.
• 10:53
Speaker 5: I mean that they possibly probably know their purpose. I
• 10:56
Speaker 5: mean you know that that Tie knew when he went
• 10:59
Speaker 5: to the Rams that Matt Stafford is going to be
• 11:02
Speaker 5: there this year. Yes, and so you know his role
• 11:05
Speaker 5: was going to be completely different from you know, Fernando.
• 11:08
Speaker 4: But but if you're if you're what's interesting is and
• 11:12
Speaker 4: we'll we'll hear this as time goes on, what Stafford's thinking,
• 11:17
Speaker 4: how he feels about it, because.
• 11:19
Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, doesn't that doesn't always go well. It
• 11:21
Speaker 5: does not go well because that's.
• 11:24
Speaker 2: Are yeah, and and and you know playing for a
• 11:27
  Speaker 2: team mm hmm.
• 11:29
  Speaker 4: You know, every player that's a that's a starter in
• 11:32
Speaker 4: most cases watch the draft. They watched their team's draft.
• 11:37
Speaker 4: Because I want to know what DB's you're drafted.
• 11:39
  Speaker 5: For sure.
• 11:40
Speaker 8: You got to think though, I mean, he's thirty eight
• 11:42
Speaker 8: years old, he has to know only God, probably a
• 11:45
Speaker 8: couple of years left doing this. They're going to have
• 11:48
Speaker 8: to bring somebody in as your predecessor exactly.
• 11:50
Speaker 4: And I'm one and that and that is logical to
• 11:54
  Speaker 4: the normal person.
• 11:56
Speaker 5: So we got We've got the great professional NFL behind.
• 12:00
Speaker 2: I'm telling you players don't see that. Now.
• 12:04
Speaker 4: If I'm saying I got two years and they okay,
• 12:07
Speaker 4: I'm gonna try to get two more years out of
• 12:09
Speaker 4: the Vikings and they draft, well, if they draft a corner, okay,
• 12:14
Speaker 4: now I'm thinking, you know, they know I'm about done too.
• 12:19
Speaker 4: So the question is are they when or when's that?
• 12:22
Speaker 4: What is their number? Is their number? Maybe just one
• 12:25
Speaker 4: more year, maybe half a season. So no, I'm not
• 12:28
Speaker 4: comfortable with you first round corner in the draft. And
• 12:33
Speaker 4: and you know I'm only I only got a couple
• 12:35
Speaker 4: more years, maybe a year left. No, I'm not wanting
• 12:38
Speaker 4: that because I know what's gonna happen.
• 12:40
Speaker 5: So the franchise understands the purpose and the reasoning, and
• 12:44
Speaker 5: but the players resent it. It's kind of what you're saying,
• 12:46
Speaker 5: yes to a degree.
• 12:47
Speaker 4: Yes to a degree, any player who's had who's had
• 12:51
Speaker 4: some loyalty to a team, and you don't even and
• 12:53
Speaker 4: I don't necessarily you don't necessarily have had to have
• 12:57
Speaker 4: loyalty to the team, but you aren't know what your
• 13:00
Speaker 4: future is, like you've already got it mapped out in
• 13:02
Speaker 4: your mind of you know, a couple more years and
• 13:05
Speaker 4: you know, I'll call it a day.
• 13:07
Speaker 8: The upper management that they sit down with the players
• 13:10
Speaker 8: and say, look, you've said this and we know that,
• 13:13
Speaker 8: and we're going to give you that, but we also
• 13:15
Speaker 8: need to prepare for our future here too.
• 13:18
Speaker 4: If they do now, I don't know, okay, but I'll
• 13:21
Speaker 4: say this, no, they did not do that before.
• 13:24
  Speaker 5: Back in my.
• 13:25
Speaker 4: Day, we you had no idea really who they were
• 13:29
Speaker 4: going to draft, Like, they're not talking to you about
• 13:31
Speaker 4: like who we're going to draft. So you're sitting watching
• 13:34
Speaker 4: the draft, which again is wow. I'm not a huge
• 13:38
Speaker 4: draft watcher. Is because I'm not interested in Like you know,
• 13:41
Speaker 4: all I'm worried about.
• 13:42
Speaker 5: Is you've lived the trauma of it.
• 13:45
Speaker 2: You know, how many corners? How many corners did you draft?
• 13:48
Speaker 8: Maybe that's maybe that's what we're getting here. This is
• 13:51
Speaker 8: trauma response is this is PTSD.
• 13:57
Speaker 5: Now that explains that aft pt and then some and
• 14:02
Speaker 5: then every year every.
• 14:05
Speaker 2: Time we get to this. That's funny, but think about it.
• 14:12
Speaker 4: You put yourself in that situation, like you you in
• 14:15
Speaker 4: your mind, you think you've had a good career and
• 14:17
Speaker 4: you've been with this team for a while, and and
• 14:20
Speaker 4: you feel like there's like you got some you got
• 14:22
Speaker 4: loyalty to them, you know, like you you are you
• 14:26
Speaker 4: are a packer, okay, and and and you trust them
• 14:31
Speaker 4: and you've had your success there and all of a sudden,
• 14:34
Speaker 4: here comes to two d vs. And you're a corner
• 14:38
Speaker 4: and you're and there are two corners coming in. You're
• 14:41
Speaker 4: the oldest corner out on the team. What are you thinking?
• 14:45
  Speaker 8: Like?
• 14:45
Speaker 2: What are you like? Hey?
• 14:47
  Speaker 6: Man?
• 14:47
Speaker 2: How you doing? Good luck?
• 14:48
  Speaker 8: Man?
• 14:48
Speaker 2: I hope the best for you. That's fake. You're gonna
• 14:52
Speaker 2: give him, you know, you.
• 14:56
Speaker 5: Can leave a couple of banana peals laying around on
• 14:58
Speaker 5: the field and stuff like that.
• 15:00
Speaker 2: Say I'll set late your year five, six, seven, eight,
• 15:06
Speaker 2: you know, and playing pretty good?
• 15:08
Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't kill you bring it, you know, because
• 15:12
  Speaker 4: I feel like I'm good.
• 15:14
Speaker 2: So now yeah, I can dap you up. Hey.
• 15:16
Speaker 5: And more than likely, if you're playing good, they're not
• 15:18
Speaker 5: going to bring in any threat anyway or any kind
• 15:20
Speaker 5: of competition. They trust, they're.
• 15:22
Speaker 4: Trust, they trusted. We have a long jety. They may
• 15:25
Speaker 4: be looking for maybe a backup or a Nickel or
• 15:27
Speaker 4: dom guy. So now I'm even helping you, you know,
• 15:31
Speaker 4: I'm helping you go through the process, learn the different things, right,
• 15:35
Speaker 4: But when I'm ten, eleven, twelve, yeah, I can't really
• 15:41
  Speaker 4: help you.
• 15:43
Speaker 2: Not if I want to get from ten to eleven
• 15:44
  Speaker 2: or eleven.
• 15:45
Speaker 5: This is the raw, ugly side of Karl Lee that.
• 15:48
Speaker 4: We're witnessing reality of survival. And I mean, there's so
• 15:55
Speaker 4: many different situations that you that you deal with. Like
• 16:00
Speaker 4: when you start talking about okay, let's just say all
• 16:02
Speaker 4: those folks are in camp.
• 16:03
Speaker 2: Okay, now we're all in.
• 16:04
Speaker 4: Camp, and we're in meetings and all this kind of stuff,
• 16:10
Speaker 4: you get about two I think it's two at least.
• 16:13
Speaker 4: Back Then you get like two weeks before there was
• 16:16
Speaker 4: going to be a cut. Then the cuts started coming
• 16:19
Speaker 4: on like Tuesday, I think they were. So by the
• 16:23
Speaker 4: time you get that two weeks in, you either know
• 16:27
Speaker 4: how good those guys are or that you're safe. In
• 16:31
Speaker 4: most cases, you think you're safe. But the problem, the
• 16:34
Speaker 4: other problem that you have. Let's assume I'm making twenty
• 16:37
Speaker 4: dollars and the other corner is making ten dollars, right,
• 16:42
Speaker 4: and they draft a corner in the first round. Yeah,
• 16:48
Speaker 4: I'm the corner going because I'm getting the most. I'm
• 16:50
Speaker 4: getting paid most. They're not overly interested in the idea
• 16:55
Speaker 4: of paying me. That may not be all teams, that
• 16:58
Speaker 4: may not be today, how they do it today.
• 17:01
Speaker 5: No, I think it is. I think that's pretty.
• 17:02
Speaker 2: Similar our general when.
• 17:04
Speaker 5: They when they have caps, yeah, and you know, salary caps.
• 17:07
Speaker 5: And if you're making so much money and they have
• 17:08
Speaker 5: this young guy come in that they can pay less.
• 17:11
Speaker 5: I mean that makes sense.
• 17:12
  Speaker 2: I mean it's a threat. Yes.
• 17:13
Speaker 4: And and Mike Linn, our general manager, rested. So he
• 17:18
  Speaker 4: was by far.
• 17:21
  Speaker 2: For me.
• 17:21
Speaker 4: And I hate to say this, and he you know,
• 17:24
Speaker 4: in the in the same sentence, but like he was
• 17:29
Speaker 4: just not my kind of like he just wasn't he
• 17:32
Speaker 4: wasn't fair. He just wasn't fair to players. He wasn't
• 17:36
Speaker 4: fair on the on the racial.
• 17:37
  Speaker 2: Side of it.
• 17:40
Speaker 4: He he enjoyed trying to low ball you and win
• 17:44
Speaker 4: the game, you know. And and and it was like,
• 17:48
Speaker 4: so you're in there, you're fighting for two dollars and
• 17:51
Speaker 4: he wants to give you seventy five cents, right, and
• 17:54
Speaker 4: you know, because it sounds like.
• 17:56
Speaker 2: Yes, and it was tough. I mean, it was a
• 17:59
  Speaker 2: really really.
• 18:00
Speaker 5: So he didn't come over for Thanksgiving dinner.
• 18:02
Speaker 4: No, he didn't get many cards, but Christmas or anything
• 18:06
Speaker 4: like that, but I didn't happen.
• 18:09
  Speaker 5: Let's do this. There's a clip that I'd like to
• 18:11
Speaker 5: play since we're on the subject of the draft and
• 18:13
Speaker 5: we're talking about Fernando, and it just kind of wraps
• 18:16
Speaker 5: up about why he wasn't at the draft.
• 18:19
Speaker 9: I deliberately skipped attending the draft event in Pittsburgh. My mother, Elsa,
• 18:24
Speaker 9: has suffered from multiple scrosis for eighteen years and cannot
• 18:27
Speaker 9: endure long distance travel. Besides, the venue could only accommodate
• 18:30
Speaker 9: ten to twelve relatives and friends, my family, coaches, mentors,
• 18:34
Speaker 9: as well as my high school and college teammates. Every
• 18:37
Speaker 9: single one of them has helped me through my lowest moments.
• 18:40
Speaker 9: I could not bring myself to choose only a few,
• 18:42
Speaker 9: and I did not want to leave anyone disappointed. By
• 18:45
Speaker 9: staying at my home in Miami, I could embrace my
• 18:47
Speaker 9: mother and sit together with everyone who loves me. No
• 18:50
Speaker 9: grand stage could ever replace this warmth. I have signed
• 18:55
Speaker 9: a fully guaranteed four year contract worth fifty four point
• 18:59
Speaker 9: six y two eight million US dollars Nevada where the
• 19:02
Speaker 9: Raiders are based, has no state income tax. I will
• 19:06
Speaker 9: use this money to customize a new wheelchair for my
• 19:09
Speaker 9: mother and purchase an accessible residence. In addition, I will
• 19:13
Speaker 9: donate five hundred thousand US dollars to the Multiple Scleroses Association,
• 19:17
Speaker 9: hoping to ease the suffering of more patience like my mother.
• 19:20
Speaker 9: I may have missed the grand ceremony in Pittsburgh, but
• 19:23
Speaker 9: I have gained something far more precious.
• 19:26
Speaker 5: What are your thoughts?
• 19:27
  Speaker 4: Okay, So to me, that's a that's a guy who
• 19:32
Speaker 4: has a motive like he is. He has a purpose,
• 19:35
Speaker 4: I should say it that way. He has a purpose
• 19:38
Speaker 4: in why he why he wants to be in that
• 19:42
Speaker 4: first round, what he's going to do with that all
• 19:44
Speaker 4: that guaranteed money, he's already got that.
• 19:46
Speaker 5: About that amount. Who goodness, gracious, crazy.
• 19:50
Speaker 4: I don't even think some of the best players probably
• 19:53
Speaker 4: didn't make that money in the entire time there I
• 19:58
Speaker 4: won't say the entire time, but maybe the entire time
• 20:01
Speaker 4: of a contract. So if you have a three four
• 20:03
Speaker 4: year deal, you're probably not making that that money at all,
• 20:07
Speaker 4: you know. And it's just it's just unbelievable of how
• 20:11
Speaker 4: the game has changed.
• 20:12
Speaker 2: Financially, and I don't know what what.
• 20:17
Speaker 4: Sparked it being that why the money has changed so drastically.
• 20:22
Speaker 4: The same the same audience is still watching, you know,
• 20:26
Speaker 4: and the same television ratings and money and all those
• 20:30
  Speaker 4: kinds of things.
• 20:30
Speaker 2: Its still there. It's all the same. I just don't
• 20:33
  Speaker 2: you know.
• 20:35
  Speaker 5: It's it's it's it's well, I think a lot of
• 20:38
Speaker 5: it is now and you know who pays for it.
• 20:40
Speaker 5: The fans paid for absolutely. I mean, like we've talked
• 20:42
Speaker 5: about before, when you go to the concession stand at
• 20:44
Speaker 5: an NFL game, you know you're in you know, least
• 20:48
Speaker 5: put a second mortgage on your house for coke. But
• 20:51
Speaker 5: but anyway, so one of his points was that he
• 20:54
Speaker 5: wasn't president at the draft, and he explained why do
• 20:57
Speaker 5: you think the Raiders took how to problem with that?
• 21:01
Speaker 5: Because you know, he wasn't on the stage. He wasn't
• 21:03
Speaker 5: you know, there to shake hands with the commissioner, he
• 21:05
Speaker 5: wasn't there to put the hat on in person. Or
• 21:08
Speaker 5: do you think they're just like, well, you know, we
• 21:11
Speaker 5: know what we're getting and and we don't mind him
• 21:13
Speaker 5: skipping that. What's what's your thing?
• 21:15
Speaker 2: I'll go to the ladder and say that.
• 21:19
Speaker 4: You know what kind of you know, what kind of
• 21:20
Speaker 4: player you're going to get, because if that player is
• 21:23
Speaker 4: that loyal to his parents and that kind of thing, right,
• 21:26
Speaker 4: he he's going to be a leader. He's going to
• 21:29
Speaker 4: be a team guy. He's going to be willing to
• 21:32
Speaker 4: come in into our organization, tie it together and be
• 21:37
Speaker 4: and be bonded and and maybe turn us around.
• 21:40
Speaker 2: Right, you know, I think I think.
• 21:43
Speaker 5: I mean they said reports where the Raiders were fine
• 21:45
Speaker 5: with it. I mean, according to what I read, I
• 21:48
  Speaker 5: don't think anybody.
• 21:49
Speaker 4: I don't think any team cares whether or not your
• 21:51
Speaker 4: you know, because a lot of a lot of players.
• 21:55
Speaker 5: I just think the first pick is special, you know,
• 21:57
Speaker 5: the first pick of the first round. You know.
• 22:00
Speaker 4: But let me ask you this, and it is, but
• 22:02
Speaker 4: let me ask you this, who would you rather be
• 22:05
Speaker 4: around your family and your friends?
• 22:09
  Speaker 10: Oh?
• 22:10
Speaker 5: I'm with him, No, I know, I'm team Mendoza on this.
• 22:13
Speaker 5: I mean, I think I think he made the right choices.
• 22:15
Speaker 5: You know. You know, his mother is obviously medically fragile,
• 22:19
Speaker 5: and she has been one of his biggest you know, supporters,
• 22:22
Speaker 5: obviously cheerleaders in his life, and he wanted to be
• 22:24
Speaker 5: with her during that special moment. I'm saying from the
• 22:28
Speaker 5: outside view of the franchise, you know that kind of
• 22:32
Speaker 5: doesn't tarnish their moment, but it is kind of you know,
• 22:35
Speaker 5: everybody's watching that first pick of the first round.
• 22:37
Speaker 8: I don't know that it's you don't think well, to me,
• 22:40
Speaker 8: it seems like everybody.
• 22:42
Speaker 2: I feel like it's a media thing exactly.
• 22:45
Speaker 8: I think the media is pushing that because, I mean,
• 22:47
Speaker 8: the fact of the matter is, I mean, as great
• 22:49
Speaker 8: as the draft is for all these teams, they're worried
• 22:52
  Speaker 8: about the season.
• 22:53
  Speaker 5: That's true.
• 22:54
Speaker 8: You know, the optics of this particular moment are already
• 22:57
  Speaker 8: gone in past.
• 22:58
  Speaker 5: Yeah, that's true.
• 22:59
  Speaker 2: I think the.
• 23:00
Speaker 8: Especially in a situation like this where you've got a
• 23:02
Speaker 8: player who obviously isn't doing this for ego reasons right right,
• 23:07
Speaker 8: that I think is what makes the base.
• 23:09
  Speaker 2: It's not ego.
• 23:10
Speaker 8: He's got good reasoning there. And I think what people
• 23:14
Speaker 8: are mad in the media is because they have made
• 23:17
Speaker 8: the draft into this big spectacle exactly and now all
• 23:21
Speaker 8: of a sudden, you've got a number one pick here
• 23:23
Speaker 8: that it's just like I'm going to go a little
• 23:25
Speaker 8: bit of a different path here, and they're mad about it.
• 23:28
  Speaker 5: Yeah.
• 23:29
  Speaker 8: I don't know why they're mad about it, because he's
• 23:30
Speaker 8: got great reasoning, but they're mad about it.
• 23:32
Speaker 5: Only the only people that should be mad are the
• 23:35
Speaker 5: Raiders franchise, and they're they're okay with that. I mean,
• 23:37
Speaker 5: they've come out and said, you know, we're okay. We're
• 23:39
Speaker 5: focused on his performance. In fact, if anything that shows
• 23:42
Speaker 5: us that, you know, he's a football first player. He's
• 23:45
Speaker 5: not into the showy part of it. You know, he's
• 23:48
Speaker 5: going to be that guy for the for the franchise.
• 23:50
Speaker 2: So I mean, he's him him being there.
• 23:55
Speaker 4: If you feel like you have to be there, then
• 23:59
Speaker 4: the reality to that that is is that you do
• 24:01
Speaker 4: you know, you do buy into I want to walk
• 24:04
Speaker 4: up there, I want to get I want to. I
• 24:06
Speaker 4: want to I want to shake hands with everybody. I
• 24:08
Speaker 4: want to. I want to do that. And everybody who's
• 24:12
Speaker 4: playing football in college would love to have that opportunity to.
• 24:16
  Speaker 5: Do it, right.
• 24:17
Speaker 4: But the circumstances, but the circumstances for this young man
• 24:22
Speaker 4: and him him picking that nobody, to me, does it
• 24:26
Speaker 4: sound like anybody picked it for him.
• 24:27
Speaker 2: Sounds like he picked that.
• 24:29
Speaker 4: He made that decision, because I don't think anybody would
• 24:32
Speaker 4: have even said, and I bet you there were people
• 24:34
Speaker 4: who who was in his family said, are you sure,
• 24:37
Speaker 4: are you sure? Yes, yea, soney, just go I'll be okay,
• 24:45
Speaker 4: I can see it on TV. But he wanted that
• 24:49
Speaker 4: to be He wanted to be there and be present
• 24:52
Speaker 4: and to make sure that she was taking she was
• 24:54
Speaker 4: taken care of. And how much better was that to
• 24:59
Speaker 4: see that on television and be there with your family.
• 25:03
  Speaker 2: Right right?
• 25:04
Speaker 8: And that's the point here too, because at the end
• 25:07
Speaker 8: of the day, they're still going to send cameras down
• 25:09
Speaker 8: to his house. Yeah, and they're there film and I mean,
• 25:12
Speaker 8: just because he's not their live doing it, everybody in
• 25:15
Speaker 8: America is watching it happen.
• 25:17
Speaker 5: Anyway, right, Yeah, I mean I agree with that totally.
• 25:21
Speaker 5: I mean I think that if anything, it kind of
• 25:24
Speaker 5: solidified our view of him as being this solid, you know,
• 25:30
Speaker 5: team player that is not interested in the frilly, showy
• 25:34
Speaker 5: part of the NFL. It shows that his ego is
• 25:38
Speaker 5: not where you know, it could be, being the first
• 25:42
Speaker 5: pick of the first round of the draft. So it's
• 25:45
Speaker 5: a good you know, to me. It shows his character.
• 25:48
Speaker 4: And and and what I'll say, and I'll say this
• 25:52
Speaker 4: where what really matters and what I'm looking at and
• 25:57
Speaker 4: hearing your process of how and I think you're exactly right.
• 26:02
Speaker 4: But I think the internal piece of him, I think
• 26:05
Speaker 4: the internal ego of athletes is the best place to
• 26:11
Speaker 4: have your ego. It's better for you to have your ego.
• 26:19
Speaker 4: You can walk in it, you can feel it, you
• 26:22
Speaker 4: can enjoy it. You don't have to put it out
• 26:26
Speaker 4: to people. You don't have to show with the people.
• 26:28
Speaker 4: Let them see. If you thought I was a good
• 26:31
Speaker 4: football player, I wanted you.
• 26:32
Speaker 2: To know that by me playing. I don't need to
• 26:34
  Speaker 2: tell you.
• 26:35
Speaker 4: And in this situation here, I think he was comfortable
• 26:39
Speaker 4: in believing that he was going to go one and
• 26:45
Speaker 4: somewhere anywhere, and it would be easier for him to
• 26:50
Speaker 4: stay home and take care of his mom.
• 26:54
Speaker 2: Then to be there and be seen and all of
• 26:57
Speaker 2: that when she just didn't want to.
• 27:00
Speaker 4: So, all right, well, let's take a quick break and

• 28:03
Speaker 4: All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're back and we got
• 28:08
Speaker 4: another co host in the building, Hollins Lewis.
• 28:10
  Speaker 2: What's up, Sorry, I'm late.
• 28:13
  Speaker 4: Well, well, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna
• 28:17
Speaker 4: bum rush you with a couple of questions. Anyway, we
• 28:20
Speaker 4: were talking about the Yeah you're gonna pay the price back.
• 28:22
  Speaker 4: So I don't know, I don't know a lot of positions.
• 28:27
  Speaker 4: I don't know a lot of things about a lot
• 28:28
Speaker 4: of positions. I know mine, and I know you know.
• 28:31
Speaker 4: But when you when you think about the quarterbacks in
• 28:36
Speaker 4: the NFL and how many teams that take quarterbacks, there's
• 28:43
Speaker 4: there's not a lot of them that pan out.
• 28:46
Speaker 2: Is there is there is there a reason behind that?
• 28:49
Speaker 2: Is like? Is it the is it the competition? Is
• 28:51
Speaker 2: it the what do you think? What is your justification
• 28:57
Speaker 2: of why quarterbacks struggle? At least? And I consider that
• 29:02
  Speaker 2: a struggle.
• 29:03
Speaker 4: I don't know when anybody else, but I think quarterbacks
• 29:05
Speaker 4: struggle trying to get into the league.
• 29:08
Speaker 2: Man, it's so much.
• 29:09
Speaker 4: I think that, you know, number one, I think it's
• 29:11
Speaker 4: just a difficult position to evaluate because you can even
• 29:16
Speaker 4: have somebody who has the talent, but they don't have
• 29:18
Speaker 4: the leadership, they don't have like the demeanor to like
• 29:21
Speaker 4: really like you know, take charge of that locker room.
• 29:25
Speaker 4: You can have somebody with who's charismatic, who has the
• 29:28
Speaker 4: you know, the leadership ability, but doesn't have the talent.
• 29:31
Speaker 4: And I think that once you hit the NFL, not
• 29:34
Speaker 4: only do you have to have those intangibles, but you
• 29:38
Speaker 4: also have to have the metrics and you have to
• 29:41
Speaker 4: be able to make those NFL throws one time in time.
• 29:45
Speaker 4: I mean, when you talk about guys like Matthew Stafford.
• 29:47
Speaker 4: When you talk about Mahomes, you know, those guys are
• 29:51
Speaker 4: making unbelievable throws, not only as it relates to like
• 29:56
Speaker 4: arm strength and different things of that nature, but their
• 29:58
Speaker 4: anticipation processing speed like a Peyton Manny or a Tom Brady.
• 30:03
Speaker 4: So it's just and again, and that's why I'm like,
• 30:07
Speaker 4: I'm for like usf UFL, because I think we have
• 30:11
Speaker 4: to have a buffer because even the college game, as
• 30:14
Speaker 4: far as the dynamics and the makeup of it, playing
• 30:17
Speaker 4: at pro style, it just isn't the NFL. And those
• 30:20
Speaker 4: skills always don't translate. You can't be a Johnny Manziel
• 30:25
Speaker 4: or Kyler Murray. You know, those guys can run around
• 30:27
Speaker 4: make plays that don't work in the NFL because you
• 30:30
Speaker 4: got a lineman who's six' six running a four five
• 30:34
Speaker 4: forty and it's two hundred and eighty, pounds you know
• 30:37
Speaker 4: WHAT i. Mean so those sort of skills don't always
• 30:41
Speaker 4: translate to how they were able to operate at the college.
• 30:44
Speaker 4: Game and also just you, know LIKE i, said playing,
• 30:48
  Speaker 4: quarterback you know it's a LIKE i tell, people it's
• 30:51
Speaker 4: A ceo, Position so that means it's A. Ceo you
• 30:55
Speaker 4: are the representation of not just that, organization that, team that.
• 31:00
Speaker 4: City you are the representation of a multi billion trillion
• 31:05
Speaker 4: dollar conglomerate within a global, Conglomerate so you have to
• 31:09
Speaker 4: have that perspective as. Well AND i think that's why
• 31:13
Speaker 4: you're gonna see like a guy Like Kirk cousins continuously gets.
• 31:16
Speaker 4: Signed some guy we would say it's, mediocre but he
• 31:19
Speaker 4: can he can win. You he can win you four
• 31:22
Speaker 4: or five games maybe out of six or seven in a,
• 31:24
Speaker 4: stretch like if you really needed, it he can do.
• 31:27
  Speaker 2: That A Jameis.
• 31:28
Speaker 4: Winston we're going to see those guys because it's such
• 31:31
Speaker 4: a hard. Position when you talk about you, know there's
• 31:33
Speaker 4: thirty two, teams you might have what seventy, quarterbacks and
• 31:37
Speaker 4: there might be fifteen like really really good. Ones so
• 31:41
Speaker 4: it's just incredibly. Hard and that's, why you, know WHEN
• 31:43
  Speaker 4: i look at this year's, DRAFT i wasn't you Know.
• 31:46
Speaker 4: MENDOZA i think, again he has the Intangible i'm not
• 31:51
Speaker 4: sure he has the tangibles actually to make it work
• 31:55
Speaker 4: in the. League and when you like a like a
• 31:58
Speaker 4: like a you know with The rams trading to get
• 32:00
Speaker 4: A Ti simpson who had what fifteen sixteen starts in.
• 32:04
Speaker 2: College that just doesn't ring good for. ME i, MEAN
• 32:08
  Speaker 2: i don't know.
• 32:08
Speaker 5: That that's SOMETHING i wanted to ask you what your opinion, Is,
• 32:11
Speaker 5: Hollis but you, know do you think it's too? Much you,
• 32:15
Speaker 5: know you're looking At Fernando mendoza and he's expected to
• 32:19
Speaker 5: be the immediate starter for The Raiders Las Vegas. Raiders
• 32:22
Speaker 5: he's going to be the centerpiece of their. Offense do
• 32:25
Speaker 5: you think that's just too much to ask of?
• 32:28
Speaker 4: Him it depends on what you have, Around like they
• 32:32
Speaker 4: have the running back they drafted last. YEAR i don't
• 32:37
Speaker 4: offensively as far as weapons far as tight ends and offensive.
• 32:40
Speaker 4: Linement if they can get that to shake where they're
• 32:43
Speaker 4: not dependent on him when he has twenty or fewer,
• 32:46
Speaker 4: throws a game where he has a strong running, game
• 32:49
Speaker 4: where they have maybe two or three running backs that
• 32:51
Speaker 4: they can depend, on it could possibly. Work BUT i
• 32:54
  Speaker 4: JUST i don't see him as a guy who's going
• 32:56
Speaker 4: to go out there and, just you, know be that.
• 32:59
  Speaker 2: Ringer he's.
• 33:00
Speaker 5: Not it's not gonna save the. Franchise that's what.
• 33:03
Speaker 2: He could be a good. Piece that's WHAT i was gonna.
• 33:05
Speaker 4: SAY i was gonna that was the QUESTION i, had because,
• 33:09
Speaker 4: really what you're looking for him to do is to
• 33:13
Speaker 4: save or or quote turn it, around turn the whole program.
• 33:16
Speaker 4: Around before that you can really turn the program around to,
• 33:21
Speaker 4: me and you bring in a quarterback in a first,
• 33:23
Speaker 4: round you got to have a solid, defense you. Know, Now,
• 33:27
Speaker 4: yeah if you got a solid, defense now you got
• 33:30
Speaker 4: a chance that that quarterback coming in might have a
• 33:33
  Speaker 4: chance now.
• 33:34
Speaker 2: To really be able to.
• 33:35
Speaker 4: Play but if he's got to keep getting thrown back in,
• 33:38
Speaker 4: there BECAUSE i, mean you gotta look at it like,
• 33:42
Speaker 4: this there are very very very Few Patrick. Mahomes there's
• 33:47
Speaker 4: very few guys that you could just, say, okay, YEAH i,
• 33:51
Speaker 4: mean to, ME i would Rank Patrick mahomes up there
• 33:54
Speaker 4: with the greatest right. Now but there's very few guys
• 33:57
Speaker 4: in which you're just going to, Say, okay we got To,
• 34:00
Speaker 4: brady we got A Patrick. Mahomes we can make the
• 34:02
Speaker 4: rest of. WORK i think the way you're gonna build
• 34:05
Speaker 4: teams to, me you gotta start with. Defense you gotta
• 34:08
Speaker 4: start with your offensive. Line you gotta get a solid running.
• 34:11
Speaker 4: Back you have to build it like How seattle has
• 34:13
Speaker 4: built their teams even when they Had Russell. Wilson, right
• 34:16
  Speaker 4: he's a he's a great maybe Borderline hall Of fame.
• 34:19
Speaker 4: Quarterback but they had great, defenses they had a great running,
• 34:22
Speaker 4: back they had a good offensive.
• 34:23
Speaker 2: Line, well you have to build teams that. Way to,
• 34:25
Speaker 2: me when did that? Stop?
• 34:26
Speaker 4: Though like when did when did all of a? Sudden
• 34:29
Speaker 4: And and you, KNOW i haven't really paid attention enough to, think, like,
• 34:33
Speaker 4: well maybe it was three years, ago or maybe about
• 34:36
Speaker 4: five years, ago maybe about ten years, Ago LIKE i
• 34:38
Speaker 4: don't have any really true idea of really when all
• 34:42
Speaker 4: of a sudden the quarterback was the key component compared
• 34:46
  Speaker 4: TO i, MEAN i think when you're when you're throwing
• 34:48
Speaker 4: maybe forty fifty passes a, GAME i think just the
• 34:51
Speaker 4: way offenses have have changed over the, years SO i
• 34:55
Speaker 4: would say probably the early men of the early two,
• 34:57
Speaker 4: thousands when you had like sort of more of the
• 34:59
Speaker 4: s shot shot spread out when you're actually throwing fifty
• 35:03
Speaker 4: sixty times a, Game AND i think that that sort
• 35:06
  Speaker 4: of changed. It BUT i BUT i But I'M i
• 35:08
Speaker 4: would say this right, now not That i'm saying a
• 35:11
Speaker 4: quarterback is definitely the center of your piece of your
• 35:14
Speaker 4: program as far as football is. Concerned you got to
• 35:16
Speaker 4: have that, guy but you got to have pieces around.
• 35:18
Speaker 2: Him if you're AN.
• 35:19
Speaker 4: Nfl it's better to build slow than try to just
• 35:22
Speaker 4: gamble on a guy and just say, Hey because even
• 35:25
Speaker 4: if you look at The patriots team right while they
• 35:28
Speaker 4: Had Tom, brady they were well constructed all around, him
• 35:32
Speaker 4: from special teams with defense to everything was well. Constructed
• 35:35
Speaker 4: did he start right out of the? Shoot, No, NO
• 35:37
Speaker 4: i didn't think so, either he said for a while
• 35:39
  Speaker 4: the blood.
• 35:39
Speaker 5: Bloods, Yeah and that's the same situation That Todd simpson's walking.
• 35:44
  Speaker 5: Into don't you agree like that that's a GOOD i
• 35:46
Speaker 5: just said, Earlier hollis THAT i felt like that's a
• 35:48
Speaker 5: healthy thing to, do you.
• 35:49
Speaker 4: Know, Uh BUT i think the difference With Todd simms
• 35:52
Speaker 4: he's a first round. Quarterback With brady was like a
• 35:53
Speaker 4: six or. Seven that's that's a little bit more.
• 35:56
Speaker 2: Pressure, yeah but still, okay but go, ahead Because i'm
• 36:00
  Speaker 2: gonna go.
• 36:01
Speaker 5: Back, Well i'm just gonna, say you, know he's a developmental.
• 36:04
Speaker 5: Prospect it's a whole different scenario between him and you don't.
• 36:08
Speaker 2: Think, so but you. Don't but, okay you're, right.
• 36:11
Speaker 5: He's gonna be, said why did you draft.
• 36:13
Speaker 2: Him in the first? Round?
• 36:15
Speaker 4: Why why did you draft a developmental project in the first?
• 36:18
Speaker 4: Round FACTS i agree with.
• 36:19
Speaker 5: That because he has the talent. Too he's proven At
• 36:23
Speaker 5: alabama and he Can and what If Matt stafford gets,
• 36:27
Speaker 5: hurt you, know when you're starting quarterback gets hurt normally
• 36:29
Speaker 5: in THE, nfl that playoff window just completely. True and
• 36:34
Speaker 5: in this, case if they're having a successful season And
• 36:37
Speaker 5: matt gets, hurt you, know and he's not able to,
• 36:39
Speaker 5: play they, can they, can you, know put him.
• 36:41
  Speaker 4: In BUT i don't think HE'S i, mean if you're
• 36:44
Speaker 4: starting fifteen games in, college fifteen sixty whatever he, STARTED
• 36:47
Speaker 4: i think you just gonna See Anthony. RICHARDS i think
• 36:50
Speaker 4: talent is one, thing but being able to like play
• 36:53
Speaker 4: is another. Thing SO i just don't to, me that's a.
• 36:56
Speaker 4: Reach that ten or fifteen second that that quarterback is
• 37:01
Speaker 4: walking to the center or standing there looking at the
• 37:05
Speaker 4: defense and then trying to figure out what they're. In
• 37:09
  Speaker 4: that's a major that's a that's a major. Thing and
• 37:15
Speaker 4: and if you you can't be just a guy who
• 37:19
Speaker 4: can throw the, ball you can't be just the guy
• 37:22
  Speaker 4: who played.
• 37:23
Speaker 2: Quarterback i'm saying those guys between.
• 37:25
Speaker 4: Yeah you, know and AND i think and AND i
• 37:29
Speaker 4: really believe that that there's still the thought process Of
• 37:36
Speaker 4: drafting quarterbacks early is the thing that's what we have
• 37:41
Speaker 4: to do compared to how effective they're actually going to.
• 37:46
  Speaker 4: Be M, yeah AND i, THINK i, mean obviously there's
• 37:49
Speaker 4: a money, component and you know you don't have to
• 37:51
Speaker 4: get it all to. That BUT i just, think LIKE i,
• 37:53
Speaker 4: SAID i think you're almost to me unless you just
• 37:57
Speaker 4: got that, guy which is it's a combination of talent
• 38:01
Speaker 4: and nobility and processing speed because LIKE i, said when
• 38:04
Speaker 4: you're going from An alabama offense or whoever college offense
• 38:09
Speaker 4: and just the verbage alone to what your college offensive
• 38:13
Speaker 4: playing college first THE, nfl just the processing, speed what
• 38:18
Speaker 4: you guys are doing on the back, end trying to
• 38:20
Speaker 4: disguise coverages and figure out that it's all head games
• 38:23
Speaker 4: and if you're not ready to do, that and then
• 38:26
Speaker 4: you couple that which you don't really have the physical
• 38:28
Speaker 4: ability to like get balls where they need to be
• 38:32
Speaker 4: and all and a lot of that is dictated by
• 38:35
Speaker 4: the speeding what you're, processing what you're.
• 38:38
  Speaker 2: Seeing and you.
• 38:39
Speaker 4: Got to have guys At you got to have great
• 38:42
Speaker 4: guys in the most critical, positions like you got to
• 38:45
Speaker 4: have a pass. Rusher you've got to have a pass
• 38:47
Speaker 4: rusher to get to that quarterback if you want to
• 38:49
Speaker 4: shake him. Up if you if you don't have, that
• 38:52
Speaker 4: you better have a great secondary to where and and
• 38:57
Speaker 4: but if you've got receivers and you got a ligne
• 38:59
Speaker 4: and you got a running, BACK i think you got
• 39:02
Speaker 4: and you could tell me If i'm. WRONG i think
• 39:04
Speaker 4: you got a great chance of being a good quarterback
• 39:07
Speaker 4: and you may get time to maybe we've seen. It,
• 39:11
Speaker 4: Yeah Sam, donald nobody he's like all. THAT i, MEAN
• 39:15
Speaker 4: i thought he's a pretty good. Quarterback but but he
• 39:18
Speaker 4: has some dog years With Sam fran and The carolina
• 39:21
Speaker 4: and The jets and all those sort of. Things but
• 39:23
Speaker 4: he was able to get on some good teams and
• 39:25
Speaker 4: be a plug and play quarterback who could actually have
• 39:28
Speaker 4: sustainable success because it wasn't all on. Him because to
• 39:31
Speaker 4: your point About Todd, Simpson, man you being a first
• 39:34
Speaker 4: round draft pick alone is so much pressure because it's
• 39:37
Speaker 4: a part of that franchise that think you should be
• 39:39
Speaker 4: starting to, think like by the.
• 39:41
Speaker 5: If we're going to spend this, money to spend this
• 39:43
  Speaker 5: money then.
• 39:45
Speaker 2: And where the money is?
• 39:46
Speaker 4: Today, YEAH i mean you you really have to, Know
• 39:52
  Speaker 4: but can you KNOW i don't THINK i don't think
• 39:56
Speaker 4: that you can really know not in that.
• 39:58
Speaker 2: Position it's. Hard it just doesn't translate.
• 40:01
Speaker 5: The, crapshoot it just. IS i, mean you can take
• 40:04
Speaker 5: all the information you know from the from the, combines
• 40:07
Speaker 5: you can you can look at the physical, ability you
• 40:09
Speaker 5: can look at you, know their their mental, state the,
• 40:11
Speaker 5: interviews but you know once they get in, behind you
• 40:14
Speaker 5: know that that center at the, end at the end
• 40:16
Speaker 5: THE nfl, arena you just don't know how they.
• 40:18
Speaker 4: PERFORM i, mean you think of a guy Like Eli
• 40:21
Speaker 4: Eli manny who buys the, statistics was a very mediocre.
• 40:25
Speaker 4: Quarterback if you're just looking at raw, Numbers i'm looking
• 40:28
  Speaker 4: at intercept touchdown.
• 40:29
Speaker 2: Blah blah blah blah.
• 40:29
Speaker 4: Blah but in the biggest, moments that guy came. Alive
• 40:34
Speaker 4: so it's like it's, like you, know do we do
• 40:36
Speaker 4: we bitch a guy like?
• 40:37
Speaker 2: That do we let him play? Like you just. Don't
• 40:39
Speaker 2: you almost got to get into it to eat to even.
• 40:42
Speaker 5: Know right to that point that we take the stage
• 40:45
Speaker 5: to figure out whether or not.
• 40:48
Speaker 4: We we got your point weeks a good we, got
• 40:50
Speaker 4: we got away from they got As Tommy kramer kind
• 40:52
Speaker 4: of faded out And i'm not even going to give
• 40:55
Speaker 4: the quarterbacks names but we had we had three quarterbacks
• 41:01
Speaker 4: that all three were like looking to to to.
• 41:05
Speaker 2: Make the move to be the next starter as defensive.
• 41:10
Speaker 4: Guys you, know we're mumbling over there, like well it
• 41:13
Speaker 4: should be this, guy should be this, guy you, know
• 41:16
Speaker 4: because we we we we see them and we had
• 41:19
Speaker 4: seen them in drills and.
• 41:20
Speaker 2: Stuff they go against, us and, man.
• 41:25
Speaker 4: They ended up starting what we thought were the wrong
• 41:29
Speaker 4: was the wrong quarterback because we thought the other guy was,
• 41:34
Speaker 4: well that dude played. Well he got nicked up the
• 41:40
Speaker 4: guy that we wanted. In we, thinking, okay, yeah he's.
• 41:42
Speaker 4: Good that's all he. Needs he's all he needs is one. Shot,
• 41:45
Speaker 4: man you talking about you talking about choking.
• 41:48
Speaker 2: Up that's what it. Is.
• 41:50
Speaker 4: Like it was like it was like the like the
• 41:54
Speaker 4: first time you ever played, football you. Know AND i
• 41:58
Speaker 4: mean he just looked so, new nervous and man in
• 42:01
Speaker 4: practicing seven on seven and stuff like. That, man he
• 42:03
Speaker 4: gun us. Down you, know he's completing. Passes but then,
• 42:07
Speaker 4: man when those big lights came, on.
• 42:10
Speaker 2: He just couldn't do.
• 42:12
Speaker 4: It and that's another part of it that's kind of
• 42:14
Speaker 4: like the piece like are you able, to Like Eli,
• 42:17
Speaker 4: manning are you able to perform when the lights are, on,
• 42:20
Speaker 4: like are you are you confident enough in yourself to
• 42:23
Speaker 4: really do? That are you stable enough? Emotionally you? KNOW
• 42:26
Speaker 4: i was listening to. Something it wasn't it was on
• 42:30
Speaker 4: the show we had Manty leone psychology or psychologist he,
• 42:35
Speaker 4: was and one of the things that he said was
• 42:37
Speaker 4: that you have to take you can't take what happens, personally.
• 42:42
Speaker 4: Right so WHAT i think what he meant from that
• 42:46
Speaker 4: is that you have to take you out of.
• 42:49
  Speaker 1: It.
• 42:49
Speaker 4: Right so when you're like processing, defense you you you
• 42:54
Speaker 4: have a good, play you have a bad, play you
• 42:57
Speaker 4: have to analyze it from the perspective of what's going
• 43:00
Speaker 4: on and not insert yourself and your feelings and your
• 43:04
  Speaker 4: emotions into.
• 43:05
Speaker 2: It and to, me that's a skill setting of.
• 43:07
Speaker 4: Itself like A Tom brady you can, see Or Joe, montana,
• 43:11
Speaker 4: right you can see when they're operating that, there or
• 43:14
Speaker 4: even A peytment is probably the best. Example he's operating
• 43:18
Speaker 4: almost from like a mathematical. Perspective he's analyzing exactly what's going,
• 43:23
Speaker 4: on and he's figuring out a way to the like
• 43:27
Speaker 4: you would always, say take what's given to, You you
• 43:30
Speaker 4: know What i'm. Saying those type of mentality and some.
• 43:32
Speaker 4: Guys they don't have the ability that if something's go,
• 43:35
Speaker 4: wrong then it's then they they drown themselves in that.
• 43:39
Speaker 4: Emotion and that's and that's a good. Point and and
• 43:43
Speaker 4: and what you're talking about is you know when when you,
• 43:46
Speaker 4: say take what they give, you every defensive coverage has
• 43:51
  Speaker 4: a has a weak spot and and there's always a
• 43:55
Speaker 4: cute route somewhere in there too that the quarterback wants
• 44:00
Speaker 4: to go to Right and sometimes you just have to
• 44:04
Speaker 4: go to what they're giving, you which might be the
• 44:06
Speaker 4: swing of the back or it might be just a
• 44:08
Speaker 4: little short two yard three yard, pass maybe get five
• 44:12
Speaker 4: yards out of. It but and here's the other part of.
• 44:14
Speaker 4: It as a quarterback at THE nfl, level if you
• 44:18
Speaker 4: are if they you guys are running a certain defense
• 44:21
Speaker 4: and you're giving me. Something BUT i don't have anybody
• 44:23
Speaker 4: going over. There DO i have the mental acuity to
• 44:26
Speaker 4: send somebody over? There? Yes, yes in real, time not
• 44:29
Speaker 4: LIKE i go to the sidelines and da da da da.
• 44:31
Speaker 4: Da DO i have it in real time to, say,
• 44:33
Speaker 4: oh oh this is what they?
• 44:34
  Speaker 2: Boom go? There?
• 44:36
Speaker 4: Patrick, yes you, Know Peyton, manny they had that ability
• 44:41
Speaker 4: to say hit there or LIKE i, said and if
• 44:44
Speaker 4: you're just and again a lot of guys just. Aren't
• 44:47
Speaker 4: and then there's like a whole physical component where you
• 44:49
Speaker 4: have a big. Band if you Watch Being, big he
• 44:51
Speaker 4: just plays with his whole. Body you know What i'm,
• 44:53
Speaker 4: Saying he's bouncing people off Or Lamar jackson just using
• 44:57
Speaker 4: his ability to do whatever he wants. To so like
• 45:00
Speaker 4: it is a, difficult difficult position to evaluate because and
• 45:03
Speaker 4: different personalities and EVEN i don't even say even, sizes
• 45:08
Speaker 4: BUT i do think bigger is better now and with,
• 45:13
  Speaker 4: ATHLETICISM i don't.
• 45:17
Speaker 5: THINK i don't think The raiders would say. THAT i,
• 45:19
Speaker 5: Mean fernando is not that, big is?
• 45:21
Speaker 2: He this is what six for six? Five he's. Not
• 45:24
  Speaker 2: he's not like a.
• 45:24
Speaker 5: Big, Right he's not like A Lamar jackson.
• 45:27
Speaker 2: Or BUT i would say it depends on play.
• 45:30
Speaker 4: Style so MAYBE i MEAN i would BECAUSE i think
• 45:34
Speaker 4: like for, EXAMPLE i always thought Like Doug flooty was, good,
• 45:37
Speaker 4: right he just you, know he was. Playing he's playing
• 45:39
Speaker 4: a different, era, Right but to, me like for, example
• 45:41
Speaker 4: like A Kyler mary or like A Johnny, MANZIEL i
• 45:45
Speaker 4: think they could, play BUT i don't think the play
• 45:47
Speaker 4: style translates or as opposed To Russell. Wilson he purposely
• 45:52
Speaker 4: he gained like twenty pounds because he, Knew, HEY i
• 45:55
Speaker 4: can't just sit back and run, Aroun i'm gonna have
• 45:57
Speaker 4: to take some hits and fits some guys.
• 45:58
  Speaker 2: On i'll say.
• 45:59
Speaker 4: This i'll say this about some types of quarterbacks that
• 46:03
Speaker 4: could be The Johnny manziel that you're not coming into
• 46:06
Speaker 4: the because here's the here's the first. Problem you come.
• 46:09
Speaker 4: In you're drafted by a. Team you come into that
• 46:12
Speaker 4: team acting as though you to do like you already.
• 46:18
  Speaker 2: As a.
• 46:18
Speaker 4: Rookie you Already, yeah huge mistake number, one because you
• 46:25
Speaker 4: know there's This i'm carrying somebody's trade to you sitting
• 46:31
Speaker 4: down AND i got to bring your tray over and
• 46:33
Speaker 4: sit it down at, lunch, breakfast at. Dinner, okay those
• 46:38
Speaker 4: are the types of. Things i'm carrying your shoulder pads
• 46:41
Speaker 4: back to the locker room Because i'm a.
• 46:43
Speaker 2: Rookie and that's what rookies. Do with the moment that
• 46:48
Speaker 2: you get too big for.
• 46:49
Speaker 5: That that's going to be an. Issue you got a.
• 46:52
Speaker 2: Problem that's a whole. Difference you, know that's a whole nother.
• 46:57
Speaker 4: Due and and AND i will say to any athlete
• 47:01
Speaker 4: that's going to the next. Level you can have all
• 47:05
Speaker 4: the arrogance that you want inside of, you but you
• 47:09
Speaker 4: can't show that to guys who've already put in time
• 47:13
Speaker 4: because they don't like. It and and and even if you,
• 47:16
Speaker 4: quote if you're going to prove, it you better prove
• 47:19
  Speaker 4: it in a.
• 47:20
  Speaker 2: Hurry AND i.
• 47:21
Speaker 4: Think that's problem with maybe just maybe that's a cultural,
• 47:24
Speaker 4: thing because it's it's okay just to beat a. Rookie it's,
• 47:27
Speaker 4: okay it's. Okay you don't have to like beat. THEM i,
• 47:32
Speaker 4: mean we know the pro part of the. Process we
• 47:36
Speaker 4: know you the, man we know you the. Man, okay
• 47:38
Speaker 4: we know you got some. Talent but, bro just come,
• 47:40
Speaker 4: here be one of the. Guys it's nothing wrong with.
• 47:43
Speaker 2: Being one of the rookies and grab my trade and
• 47:45
Speaker 2: they can put it. Up, man you don't have to
• 47:47
  Speaker 2: do all.
• 47:47
  Speaker 5: That AND.
• 47:51
Speaker 4: I really Do i'm glad you said, that BECAUSE i
• 47:54
Speaker 4: really do think that some of the some of the
• 47:56
Speaker 4: most talented players are not able to do. That they're
• 48:01
Speaker 4: not they're not patient, enough they're not okay to let
• 48:06
Speaker 4: the work take care of. Itself just keep. Working somebody's
• 48:10
Speaker 4: gonna see. You something's gonna. Happen something's gonna be. Possibve
• 48:12
Speaker 4: you ain't got to talk about. It, yeah you don't
• 48:14
Speaker 4: really have to do all. That AND i think if
• 48:17
Speaker 4: you do, that you know because, again like you look
• 48:19
Speaker 4: At Johnny manziel and all that kind of, stuff like
• 48:23
Speaker 4: do you need all? That and then then the other
• 48:25
Speaker 4: part of that too is like again just going specifically the,
• 48:29
Speaker 4: quarterback AND i would probably say this may be any position,
• 48:31
Speaker 4: now like you gotta be in that field.
• 48:33
Speaker 2: Room, oh you better be in that field.
• 48:35
Speaker 4: Room and you better understand how to Do LIKE i,
• 48:37
Speaker 4: said like, quarterback you are A ceo of a major
• 48:41
Speaker 4: company and you better act like.
• 48:42
Speaker 5: One that's that's so. True well what did you guys
• 48:47
Speaker 5: think ABOUT. U. R? Bernard that the guy From nigeria

• 48:55

• 48:57
Speaker 4: Okay, well now witness it's being made.
• 49:03
Speaker 2: With the two hundred and fifty fust. Fit in the
• 49:07
  Speaker 2: twenty twenty SIX.
• 49:09
Speaker 4: Nfl, drama The Philadelphia eagles select who are but no.

• 50:02
Speaker 5: Part, YEAH i have to look it. Up but he's
• 50:05
  Speaker 5: never played.
• 50:06
Speaker 4: Football, guys six, four three hundred and six. Pence, okay
• 50:11
Speaker 4: have you seen him with a six?
• 50:13
  Speaker 2: Pack, yeah.
• 50:16
Speaker 5: Unbelievable he. Has he's like six percent body three when you.
• 50:21
Speaker 4: Start when you start somebody's weight with, three you automatically
• 50:25
Speaker 4: have a picture of what that looks. Like that ain't the.
• 50:27
Speaker 4: Picture that ain't the. Picture and he runs a four
• 50:29
Speaker 4: to six forty and there's some dvs that can't run.
• 50:36
Speaker 4: That he runs a six four. Forty he had a
• 50:39
Speaker 4: forty inch, vertical he had eleven foot broad jump at.
• 50:43
Speaker 4: Two at the two hundred and fifty first, Pick i'm
• 50:45
Speaker 4: drafting him. Too he getting a pick for, Me But i'm.
• 50:48
Speaker 5: Shocked it's not the very last. Pick but it's not,
• 50:53
  Speaker 5: mister it's at.
• 50:54
Speaker 2: The bottles at the.
• 50:55
Speaker 4: BOTTOM i knew it was. Closed here's my only here's
• 51:00
Speaker 4: my only problem with. It with no football, conversation like no,
• 51:12
Speaker 4: terms like he doesn't know any of the, terms any
• 51:15
  Speaker 4: of the just?
• 51:17
Speaker 2: Position does he know the? Positions all those kinds of.
• 51:21
Speaker 4: Things he came through the international, program SO i think
• 51:24
Speaker 4: he has some baseline. Understanding so he's not a total.
• 51:28
Speaker 4: Novice he never played in a competitive he might have
• 51:33
Speaker 4: played flag or did something.
• 51:35
Speaker 2: Similar but he's got Any if.
• 51:37
Speaker 4: He's got any kind of any kind of particular skill,
• 51:41
Speaker 4: set he's going to be he he is going to
• 51:46
Speaker 4: quickly become to, me one of the most dominant players.
• 51:51
Speaker 4: Wherever and you put him at a defensive, end you
• 51:54
Speaker 4: put him at a defensive, tackle you can just tell
• 51:56
Speaker 4: him go and just tell him go and go.
• 51:58
Speaker 2: Ahead i'm, Sorry i'm just saying, point, like who's gonna block?
• 52:01
Speaker 5: Him, Yeah but here's the here's the good thing about, it. Guys,
• 52:05
Speaker 5: yeah he's never played, football but there's no bad habits
• 52:07
Speaker 5: to break, either. Right, yeah he's he's. FRESH i, mean
• 52:10
Speaker 5: they're gonna teach him everything that he needs to know
• 52:13
Speaker 5: and and you, know and and.
• 52:15
Speaker 4: And one of the one of the good questions about
• 52:17
Speaker 4: that piece Of alisa is, LIKE i bet you he's
• 52:22
Speaker 4: excited about learning the. Game, yes because he you, know
• 52:25
Speaker 4: think about, it like you, know every level that you go,
• 52:28
Speaker 4: to you you're you're excited about.
• 52:29
Speaker 2: Learning a little bit more about the.
• 52:31
Speaker 4: Game he's just walking into the game as a grown,
• 52:35
Speaker 4: man bigger than most, players more athletic than almost every
• 52:40
Speaker 4: player that's his, size and he gets a chance to
• 52:43
  Speaker 4: learn the.
• 52:44
Speaker 5: Game if you saw the, VIDEO i, mean his smile
• 52:46
Speaker 5: just it was it was unbelievable how happy he. Was
• 52:49
Speaker 5: And i'm just gonna read this quote real quick and
• 52:51
Speaker 5: then you, guys can you, know take it where you.
• 52:53
Speaker 5: Want but this is. Verbatim it's a dream come true
• 52:56
Speaker 5: for me Because i've worked hard for. This i've not played,
• 52:59
Speaker 5: football But i've gone through some drills that made me
• 53:03
Speaker 5: Believe i'm going to get better every. Day so he's
• 53:05
Speaker 5: got the right attitude going in.
• 53:07
Speaker 4: It just that if you, again, physicality LIKE i, said
• 53:10
Speaker 4: if you're six, four three hundred plus pounds with a six,
• 53:13
Speaker 4: pack nobody fat can run a four six. Forties you
• 53:16
Speaker 4: have the physical. Metrics it's just the only. Thing you
• 53:20
Speaker 4: need two things to be effective d. Lineman if you
• 53:23
Speaker 4: already have the physical, ability you got to have the.
• 53:26
Speaker 4: Dog you got to be a dog at defensive lignment
• 53:29
Speaker 4: to really be. Good and for a defensive, linement you
• 53:34
Speaker 4: got to have a. Motor you can't run in. NO.
• 53:36
Speaker 4: V four in THE nfl. Level you got to have
• 53:38
  Speaker 4: A v six or, better preferably A v.
• 53:40
Speaker 2: Eight, see AND i THINK i love. THAT i think that.
• 53:42
Speaker 4: HE i think he's gonna have the motor BECAUSE i don't. Know,
• 53:46
  Speaker 4: well here's Here's that's What i'm going to, say is
• 53:49
Speaker 4: because if nothing, else because let's just, say IF i
• 53:52
Speaker 4: was putting on the, LINE i was on the line
• 53:53
Speaker 4: AND i was my, size, Bro i'm gonna be as
• 53:56
Speaker 4: fast AS i can be BECAUSE i don't want you
• 53:58
  Speaker 4: to HAVE i don't want.
• 53:58
Speaker 2: You to get no hands on.
• 53:59
Speaker 4: Me so if nothing else him if he's trying to
• 54:03
Speaker 4: get to the quarterback and you tell him get to the.
• 54:05
Speaker 4: Quarterback so Now i'm trying to get to the. Quarterback
• 54:09
Speaker 4: now you may be blocking. Me but now ONCE i
• 54:13
Speaker 4: ALL i got to do is start to start to
• 54:14
Speaker 4: figure out how to get my hands on you and
• 54:16
Speaker 4: then get you out of the. Way you say that
• 54:19
Speaker 4: has though we ain't got fifty million dollars left and
• 54:22
Speaker 4: right tackles out, THERE.
• 54:24
  Speaker 5: I know he's.
• 54:25
Speaker 4: Got the thing, is once those, tackles they're gonna get
• 54:30
Speaker 4: their hands on, you and they're gonna pitch you in
• 54:32
Speaker 4: the dirt a bunch of. Times and now your motive
• 54:34
Speaker 4: is gonna say that check engine light might come on after.
• 54:38
Speaker 4: You you might have a blown, gasket a tire might be,
• 54:41
Speaker 4: out the battery might be.
• 54:43
Speaker 2: Dead but you better.
• 54:44
Speaker 4: Come you gotta keep coming service. Required and if you
• 54:49
Speaker 4: ain't never experienced, That, see that's the he's.
• 54:52
Speaker 2: Gone that's the key. Piece he's got to learn.
• 54:56
Speaker 4: It but if if he, can if he can, stay
• 54:59
Speaker 4: and and there's no way you're not gonna get. Caught
• 55:02
Speaker 4: sooner or, later you're gonna get. Caught ain't no, joke,
• 55:06
Speaker 4: Right and they gonna want to test, You, oh.
• 55:08
Speaker 2: They gonna want to.
• 55:09
Speaker 4: See this is the perfect, case the perfect case of
• 55:13
Speaker 4: sending him to the u F. L this is the
• 55:15
Speaker 4: perfect case because with a quarterback is big. Money you
• 55:18
Speaker 4: can't do that because you can't risk getting. Hurt, Right
• 55:20
Speaker 4: but a defensive, alignment the threshold is a little bit,
• 55:23
Speaker 4: less and this will be the perfect case for him
• 55:26
Speaker 4: to get about five or six games in against live
• 55:30
Speaker 4: competition to send him down.
• 55:32
Speaker 2: There you hold this, Right we're gonna send you down.
• 55:34
Speaker 4: There we're gonna get you some reps and some game time,
• 55:37
Speaker 4: reps and we're gonna we're gonna see what what.
• 55:39
  Speaker 5: You this perfect.
• 55:43
Speaker 2: CASE i will give you.
• 55:45
Speaker 4: That as bad AS i hate, To i'm gonna get you.
• 55:50
Speaker 4: That AND i think that would be ideal for him
• 55:55
Speaker 4: because he's he's able to learn literally play by play
• 56:00
Speaker 4: and get you some confidence, too because LIKE i, said
• 56:02
Speaker 4: if you in, practice you going against the left or right,
• 56:04
Speaker 4: tackle who know what they're. Doing, again they can negate
• 56:07
Speaker 4: a lot of their speed in the athletic ability and the.
• 56:10
Speaker 4: Strength so your, face your face gonna be in the
• 56:12
  Speaker 4: dirt a bunch of. Times here's here's WHAT i. THINK
• 56:15
Speaker 4: i don't think that they. Can they're used to.
• 56:17
Speaker 2: The, speed but the, strength and he's not.
• 56:27
Speaker 4: So to the contact in which the offensive lineman will
• 56:30
Speaker 4: have with. Him that will be something that Would but
• 56:32
Speaker 4: What i'm, saying you, know that's where he's gonna.
• 56:34
Speaker 2: Be you, know LIKE i, know track and workout.
• 56:37
Speaker 4: Speed and game speed is, different different weight rule strength
• 56:41
Speaker 4: and field strength is. Different so, again you may be
• 56:45
Speaker 4: having all those measurables and all that stuff on the,
• 56:47
Speaker 4: workout which is, cool we need, That but once you
• 56:50
  Speaker 4: get on the, field it's a different it's a different
• 56:52
Speaker 4: play and that's where your heart and your motor come.
• 56:55
Speaker 5: In if he makes, It i'm gonna get A banard
• 56:57
Speaker 5: jersey and around have that about become An eagles.
• 57:03
Speaker 4: Fan, well, well we're about to wrap it. Up holish
• 57:07
Speaker 4: you got, Anything i'm, Good i'm.
• 57:10
Speaker 2: Good all, Right, well ladies and, gentlemen we hope you
• 57:12
Speaker 2: enjoyed the show and we're going to get out of.
• 57:13
  Speaker 3: Here
