- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:31So have you ever paid attention to who are the people who pay
- 0:36for all these studies that take place.
- 0:39So often times we hear oh well studies will say and give
- 0:43information about certain things like years ago, many years ago
- 0:46turned out that, you know, the milk industry paid to have a
- 0:50study to educate people on the benefits of adding milk into
- 0:55your diet. Well it turned out that study
- 0:57was debunked at some point many So over because Dairy is
- 1:02actually toxic to the body, and this is something that, you
- 1:07know, although we use it and we all eat it, myself included, it
- 1:12is it has some level of toxicity when used in the body typically
- 1:15it causes inflammation. It's one of those things that
- 1:18can cause inflammation but you know, the study said how healthy
- 1:21it was for you calcium wise and everything else.
- 1:24Well, this brings up a really great Point who pays for the
- 1:27studies and whose perspective is being, honored in the studies
- 1:33and when you start to really pay attention to these things and
- 1:36you start to actually dig into this kind of frame of thinking,
- 1:41this line of thinking you're doing yourself a great service
- 1:45by paying attention to this and asking the right questions
- 1:48because Lord knows that, you know, we are often pushed into
- 1:54things with people who have an agenda or or corporations that
- 1:59have an agenda or Just growth or movements that have an agenda
- 2:06and they will give you a perspective.
- 2:08Now, this is one thing that I absolutely love about certain
- 2:12teachings. That the Buddha did because he
- 2:14would say, believe nothing that I say, find out for yourself
- 2:17study and find out for yourself. And I think that's a very
- 2:20important thing that we all need to do in our everyday life.
- 2:24And I hope that you take that seriously even here, I say
- 2:27something. Don't believe me, go find out
- 2:28for yourself. I expect.
- 2:30No. One to have Blind Faith in what
- 2:32I say. And I expect everyone to go and
- 2:33find out for yourself and my only purpose of being on here
- 2:36with you is to create some possibility, thinking some
- 2:40curiosity and to drive you in a specific direction that helps
- 2:43you grow. That's it and send you some love
- 2:46and positivity out in the world. Now back to this whole
- 2:50conversation about this, I was recently having a talk with my
- 2:55son about homework and how you know he gets very upset about
- 2:59the the Whole agenda of homework and I informed him that you know
- 3:05homework is something that probably was not a regular thing
- 3:11over the course of education and hundreds of years but it did
- 3:14come into play very much at some point in time and my belief in
- 3:19it. And again just my belief is that
- 3:22homework is much very much, a part of our daily lives but it
- 3:28teaches a very unhealthy habit. So you go to school, you spend
- 3:32all day at school, you come home, and then you have homework
- 3:35to do well, that teaches you that you're still even when you
- 3:39are, you know, supposed to be having your family time,
- 3:41supposed to be having downtime supposed to be enjoying
- 3:44yourself. You still have to pour into
- 3:47whatever an outside force is telling you you need and IT
- 3:53indoctrinates workers into a process that says, hey, when you
- 3:57go home from your job, you still need to be available.
- 4:00That may be shocking to some of you listening to this because it
- 4:03may be the first time that you heard the theory.
- 4:05But I very much believe that that is a big thing.
- 4:08That is part of our populace. It's been taught in to us.
- 4:11Generationally now that, you know, you'll sit down and you'll
- 4:15do this. So you're spending the majority
- 4:18of your waking hours, five days a week on stuff that has nothing
- 4:22to do with growing. Your soul growing, your personal
- 4:25life, the quality of your family life, the relationships that you
- 4:29have and that That that just makes me sad on some level and
- 4:34the conversation that we were having was predicated on, you
- 4:37know, be careful as to what you believe, be careful as to what
- 4:40you put, your focus on because you have to decide how you want
- 4:44to show up. You have to decide about these
- 4:46things. And, and I'm certainly not
- 4:49saying, don't put in hard work, but I'm saying, it's just as
- 4:52important to recognize that you have a personal life and you
- 4:55have to cultivate and work hard on your personal life to make it
- 4:59work. You have to Build relationships.
- 5:02Send love, give attention just as much as you have to fill out
- 5:06homework, sheets, or spreadsheets, or study, it's
- 5:10all, it's all important. None of it is more important
- 5:13than the other. So the point of me, bringing all
- 5:17this up, is there going to be other places in your life that
- 5:20people are going to give you information?
- 5:22They're going to say things and you have to decide what is the
- 5:25perspective? They're coming at this from.
- 5:27And what is their agenda? What are they trying to do?
- 5:30And then You have to make the decision if you choose to
- 5:32believe what they're talking about or you're going to take a
- 5:36different stance on it. The point is the Curious.
- 5:40The point is don't blindly follow anything.
- 5:42The point is no Source in a big way, understand what that source
- 5:48is trying to get as an outcome just like the milk industry or
- 5:52any of the others the meat industry, any of these big
- 5:55corporations to try to influence us.
- 5:57It is always Smart always, smart always smart to understand the
- 6:05full length and ask all the questions rather than blindly
- 6:09follow. I hope you have a very blessed
- 6:12day, my friends. I hope it's filled with
- 6:14curiosity and I will see you tomorrow.
- 6:16Bye.
