- 1:46Speaker 3: bag drop, Mike, drop backdrop drop.
- 2:01Speaker 4: All right, guys, welcome back e y L.
- 2:03Speaker 2: This is a very very dope dope edition that we
- 2:06Speaker 2: have for a variety of different reasons. So you know,
- 2:08Speaker 2: it's always dope to find, you know, young entrepreneurs at
- 2:11Speaker 2: the beginning stages. I think that that's what Lesia was
- 2:13Speaker 2: built on. Like you know this, we can run through
- 2:15Speaker 2: the resume of people that you might probably have never
- 2:18Speaker 2: heard of before they came or Leisia, including including including
- 2:21Speaker 2: an MG the Mortgage Guy, including Wall Street Trapper, including
- 2:25Speaker 2: Ian Dunlap, including who else, Alex Good Energy, Mobile homes Elite.
- 2:31Speaker 4: The list goes on our.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Most recent one like that was Paula McCarthy. That was
- 2:37Speaker 2: crazy her growth it right, for yeah, that's record breaking.
- 2:49Speaker 4: Like the motown of business for sure. Man.
- 2:52Speaker 2: So this this, this falls right right in line with that.
- 2:55Speaker 2: So we got two young men by way of Africa.
- 2:59Speaker 5: Originally yes sir, yes, sir, shouts out the homeland.
- 3:04Speaker 2: The Gold Continent, and now they in the DMV. Then
- 3:08Speaker 2: they grew up in the DMV area, so Francis Quay
- 3:11Speaker 2: and Jahu Graham. Yes, sir, I say the name is correct, Yes, yes, yes,
- 3:15Speaker 2: that's perfect. These young men have a fintech company called
- 3:20Speaker 2: cheat Code Algo and they actually did a lot of
- 3:22Speaker 2: work for us already. If you're a member of Eyo University,
- 3:25Speaker 2: they've taught several different classes for us. They become regulars
- 3:29Speaker 2: at this point. So the young the young men out
- 3:33Speaker 2: of the d m V area, I believe twenty nine
- 3:36Speaker 2: and thirty like that. I'm twenty seven, twenty seven, twenty seven,
- 3:41Speaker 2: twenty seven and thirty years old. And they created well
- 3:45Speaker 2: they'll explain it, but they created a fintech company that
- 3:49Speaker 2: allows you to actually track to see when is a
- 3:52Speaker 2: good entry point to get into a stock. When they
- 3:54Speaker 2: get out of a stock technical analysis, we talk about
- 3:56Speaker 2: technical analysis a lot on Market Monday. So they created
- 3:59Speaker 2: their own algorithm, their own proprietary software called Chico, and
- 4:04Speaker 2: they also, you know, do other kind of educational stuff
- 4:06Speaker 2: involved with that as far as investing and things of
- 4:08Speaker 2: that nature. But it's all built around investing, stock market investing,
- 4:13Speaker 2: entry points, exit points, sprinkled with fundamental analysis as well,
- 4:17Speaker 2: So a whole fintech company around investing. So we're going
- 4:22Speaker 2: to have a very interesting Conversation's.
- 4:25Speaker 6: Only the house, so this is every time I speak
- 4:28Speaker 6: to them that they been up for twenty hours.
- 4:30Speaker 7: Yeah, this is a pleasure to have y'all here. We
- 4:34Speaker 7: welcome to the loud.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Thank you for trying to appreciate it.
- 4:37Speaker 8: Absolutely, man, we appreciate you guys. Man, you've been a
- 4:40Speaker 8: blessed this whole since we started. Man, yeah, man, since
- 4:42Speaker 8: since the.
- 4:43Speaker 7: Very first, very first version. You know what I mean.
- 4:45Speaker 7: We had our initial conversation, So yeah, appreciate you guys.
- 4:49Speaker 7: Know the way we met was crazy, that was man.
- 4:52Speaker 8: Yeah, so unusual talk times. So I think we've just
- 4:57Speaker 8: created version of one, just created version one, just got
- 5:00Speaker 8: it out there. We had a beta test, tested over
- 5:02Speaker 8: one hundred people, and we're like, yo, this thing is
- 5:04Speaker 8: a hit man.
- 5:05Speaker 7: People love it.
- 5:05Speaker 6: You know.
- 5:06Speaker 8: We gotta we gotta get this out there. We're like, yo,
- 5:07Speaker 8: who can we, you know, saying reach out to us,
- 5:09Speaker 8: like yo, are you mus were like, let's let's sit
- 5:12Speaker 8: them up. So I think Jays sent out messages something
- 5:15Speaker 8: like that. You guys, somebody your team responded. We set
- 5:18Speaker 8: up the meeting, and it just so happened like following y'all.
- 5:21Speaker 8: When y'all got back around to us, it was like,
- 5:24Speaker 8: my daughter was supposed to be born September twenty fifth, indeed,
- 5:27Speaker 8: and Jay's birthday was October six. He's like, Yo, she's
- 5:29Speaker 8: gonna be boring on my birthday. Man, I like, out
- 5:31Speaker 8: the gate, so she has a blade October six. Then
- 5:34Speaker 8: your team get back and like, yo, we're gonna we're
- 5:36Speaker 8: gonna set meeting October six.
- 5:38Speaker 7: And dude, I'm like damn. I'm like, man, should we
- 5:41Speaker 7: should we need to push it back? No, My girl's
- 5:44Speaker 7: like nah, do it, just go do it.
- 5:46Speaker 6: I'll be fine real, I'll never forget the call.
- 5:50Speaker 9: We were on the call and you like, fellas apologize,
- 5:53Speaker 9: but my daughters being born, we congratations, you mean like
- 5:57Speaker 9: right now?
- 5:58Speaker 10: Yeah, like like right there second.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you kept me.
- 6:04Speaker 5: Yeah, that's the fact.
- 6:05Speaker 2: It goes to show you man, you pick up to
- 6:11Speaker 2: pick up man and labor got to put up, keep
- 6:14Speaker 2: it up. Just congratulation, congratulations for that. That was Welcome
- 6:22Speaker 2: to the fatherhood club. Maeah, sure you're getting sleep?
- 6:28Speaker 8: Oh yeah, I mean well she she, she did fine.
- 6:30Speaker 8: The first couple of months I was rough, you know
- 6:32Speaker 8: what I'm saying. But but yeah, she's fine now, you know. Okay, Okay,
- 6:35Speaker 8: I don't get don't get sleep because of Chico.
- 6:38Speaker 11: That's like third baby for for sure.
- 6:42Speaker 4: All Right, so let's let's get into this story. All right.
- 6:45Speaker 2: So how do you guys connect? How do you guys
- 6:48Speaker 2: start to come? So are you originally born in Africa?
- 6:50Speaker 2: You're born in America?
- 6:51Speaker 11: Yeah, So I was actually born and raised in Ghana.
- 6:54Speaker 11: I've spent half of my life in Ghana and half here.
- 6:57Speaker 11: So I came here about when I was like thirteen
- 6:59Speaker 11: years old. And that's you know, I went through the
- 7:02Speaker 11: school system, all that crazy, crazy culture shock you know
- 7:05Speaker 11: what I'm saying from what I was used to. But
- 7:07Speaker 11: some special man, and it's just being able to adapt,
- 7:10Speaker 11: you know, get familiar with the system here, like teenagers.
- 7:12Speaker 11: You came, yeah, teenager, I came. It was it was different?
- 7:15Speaker 4: How was it? How was it? How was it? How
- 7:16Speaker 4: was it?
- 7:17Speaker 7: Listen man, I tell you yeah, let me let me
- 7:19Speaker 7: tell you a story.
- 7:20Speaker 11: So in Ghana, right, first of all, the school system
- 7:22Speaker 11: is it's a completely different component. Like in Ghana, you
- 7:25Speaker 11: have you know where we have like forty kids maybe
- 7:28Speaker 11: in the classroom. The teachers come to us like for
- 7:31Speaker 11: different subjects. We have like ten subjects. You know, we
- 7:33Speaker 11: learn about religion, different religions, environmental studies, into greater science, mathematics,
- 7:39Speaker 11: you know, just a vast amount of different subjects. And
- 7:42Speaker 11: then when you come here, it's like you learn just
- 7:47Speaker 11: it's different the way you learn. You learn everything that
- 7:49Speaker 11: has to do with America, even history. We learn about
- 7:51Speaker 11: world history, you know everything. So it's like you're aware
- 7:55Speaker 11: of different cultures and you're able to respect, you know,
- 7:57Speaker 11: different cultures just because you understand what they do.
- 8:00Speaker 7: I know, Muslims play five times a day.
- 8:02Speaker 11: So if I have a friend that's Muslim and they
- 8:04Speaker 11: have to go pray, like I understand. You know what
- 8:05Speaker 11: I'm saying, there's no you know difference right there. You're
- 8:08Speaker 11: not shocked that something's happened. But here it's like you
- 8:10Speaker 11: learn just about like you know, it's Christian, you know.
- 8:13Speaker 11: Of course in Ghana it's also like you know, trust
- 8:15Speaker 11: and you know the creed and things like that.
- 8:17Speaker 7: But here it's in God we trust perfectly understandable.
- 8:20Speaker 11: But when you come to your school system here, it's
- 8:22Speaker 11: like okay, yeah, European perspective.
- 8:25Speaker 7: So here it's like okay, you get here, the teachers,
- 8:29Speaker 7: you go to the teachers.
- 8:30Speaker 11: Right, it's it's mad house through the system, like you
- 8:32Speaker 11: know what I'm saying, you go to the hallways. But
- 8:34Speaker 11: it's a different system. It's something that you can you
- 8:36Speaker 11: can definitely learn from. But when it came to the
- 8:38Speaker 11: history side, like I was never like I never liked
- 8:41Speaker 11: American history, not because like I didn't know American history.
- 8:45Speaker 7: I knew a little bit of American history.
- 8:47Speaker 11: Like also one thing in Ghana, like you know, you
- 8:49Speaker 11: really learn to appreciate what like like you learn about
- 8:53Speaker 11: and you love people, right like even when like let's
- 8:56Speaker 11: say Caucasians or any Europeans.
- 8:57Speaker 7: Come to Ghana, like we follow them as kids like
- 9:00Speaker 7: them like.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Yo, yeah, like you know, welcome to the you know
- 9:02Speaker 5: what I mean?
- 9:02Speaker 7: That type of that type of vibe.
- 9:03Speaker 11: But it was like the real shock was coming here
- 9:06Speaker 11: and realizing like you know, like just like yo, black
- 9:09Speaker 11: people are like yo, you know what I'm saying, Like different, different,
- 9:12Speaker 11: Like it's like, you know, the receiving and the receptiveness
- 9:15Speaker 11: of that. That was very, very shocking just going through
- 9:18Speaker 11: the city system and then you know, being in class,
- 9:20Speaker 11: my teacher, my language ass teacher in seventh grade asked me,
- 9:23Speaker 11: I've had a pet tiger.
- 9:24Speaker 7: I can't make it up. I swear to god.
- 9:26Speaker 2: That is being serious a lot of time, Like we
- 9:29Speaker 2: just used the racism because we know that's part of
- 9:31Speaker 2: a part of America, that's part of But when you
- 9:34Speaker 2: go to a different country where black people are the
- 9:37Speaker 2: majority and you're not the minority, right, it's a different
- 9:40Speaker 2: perspective because I mean it's other. You know, there's different
- 9:43Speaker 2: classisms and you know, stuff like that. But as far
- 9:46Speaker 2: as that level, it's different. It's different because you are
- 9:49Speaker 2: in control and you are you are seen on TV, right,
- 9:53Speaker 2: you are seen in magazine.
- 9:54Speaker 4: You are the norm. Yeah, exactly normal.
- 9:57Speaker 11: But yeah, that that was definitely a different, different perspective.
- 9:59Speaker 11: But my education level was like skyrocket, Like in math,
- 10:03Speaker 11: like I was in seventh grade, but I was doing
- 10:05Speaker 11: like high school, like probably like eleventh grade math.
- 10:07Speaker 7: I was good at calculus everything like.
- 10:09Speaker 11: So coming here like almost like I took a step
- 10:11Speaker 11: back like kind of like learning just because I felt
- 10:14Speaker 11: like even in class I was passing test like.
- 10:16Speaker 7: I didn't like homework.
- 10:17Speaker 11: I was never like an institutionalized minded type of person.
- 10:20Speaker 7: And I also understood business because.
- 10:22Speaker 11: Like eighth like a date of age of eight, I
- 10:24Speaker 11: was already like running my own business, like my mom
- 10:26Speaker 11: like put me in front of the store, doing transactions
- 10:29Speaker 11: with like you know, grown men and things like that.
- 10:30Speaker 11: So yeah, this isn't Ghana. I had like coconut trees.
- 10:33Speaker 11: I'll sell coconuts and things like that, living by myself
- 10:37Speaker 11: for like three years. My mom came here before we did,
- 10:39Speaker 11: my brother and I that is. But yeah, it's just
- 10:41Speaker 11: it's just a culture shock, man, But it's a it's
- 10:43Speaker 11: a good thing. I'm glad, Like you know, I was
- 10:45Speaker 11: able to get a little bit of there and a
- 10:47Speaker 11: little bit of here and just kind of like mesh
- 10:49Speaker 11: that together. It gives me a really big perspective of
- 10:51Speaker 11: just life in general.
- 10:53Speaker 2: And you're from America's called born in Marylands, some Ghana.
- 10:59Speaker 7: My mom's like burying the Lebanies. Okay, is a mixed man.
- 11:03Speaker 2: So so all right, so how do you guys connect
- 11:05Speaker 2: and how how does this lead to the Yeah?
- 11:07Speaker 7: So so we ended up connected through a mutual friend
- 11:10Speaker 7: of ours.
- 11:10Speaker 8: He had a company selling clothing, you know, African centril,
- 11:14Speaker 8: like modern African clothing called fla Sheiki shot off fla
- 11:17Speaker 8: Sheiki Yeah. Fla sheikis Yeah, and so you know, we
- 11:21Speaker 8: were all part of the team.
- 11:22Speaker 7: And then you know, he was already part of it.
- 11:24Speaker 8: And bro, he knowed me from starting other businesses, you know,
- 11:28Speaker 8: in my social circle, because I've been doing this for
- 11:30Speaker 8: I've been entrepreneurs since like twenty one, so twenty eleven
- 11:33Speaker 8: when I started, and so he knew me from that.
- 11:35Speaker 7: He asked me to come be part of the team.
- 11:36Speaker 8: He was already part of the team connected, and then
- 11:39Speaker 8: we kind of built that company up and then you know,
- 11:41Speaker 8: one thing led to another. He had kind of been
- 11:43Speaker 8: behind me for a long time and like, really get
- 11:45Speaker 8: out and start teaching the stocks. I was always telling
- 11:46Speaker 8: everybody around me about stocks and options and doing stuff
- 11:50Speaker 8: like that and trading, and you know, before it was
- 11:52Speaker 8: really you know as trendy as it is now, and
- 11:55Speaker 8: then you know, when the market started really taking the turn,
- 11:57Speaker 8: he was like, Yo, you really need to get this
- 11:58Speaker 8: information out there. And he's more extroverted and stuff like that,
- 12:02Speaker 8: and he's mustible.
- 12:02Speaker 7: For social person.
- 12:03Speaker 8: He was like, Yo, I'm gonna start a group just teach,
- 12:05Speaker 8: you know what I'm saying, the group, you know what
- 12:06Speaker 8: I mean. We start with sixteen people on Instagram and yeah,
- 12:10Speaker 8: Instagram group chat, and then everybody started making a ton
- 12:12Speaker 8: of money and then they start telling other people and
- 12:15Speaker 8: then everything kind of just grew organically from that point.
- 12:17Speaker 7: That's how we started to build the community.
- 12:20Speaker 8: And then through the community, we realized, all right, people
- 12:22Speaker 8: need a little extra help, you know what I mean,
- 12:24Speaker 8: Because some people got nine to five jobs. Some people
- 12:26Speaker 8: don't understand technicals, some people don't understand how to do
- 12:29Speaker 8: this a lot. So I was like, all right, well,
- 12:31Speaker 8: let's let's sit down and figure out how we can
- 12:33Speaker 8: make something that can help out. And that's how we
- 12:35Speaker 8: just kind of sat down locked into a room for
- 12:38Speaker 8: like two weeks. I was like up, you know, in
- 12:41Speaker 8: the living room. Actually, my girls like going back and
- 12:42Speaker 8: forth and I'm just learning how to code all this
- 12:44Speaker 8: stuff to kind of create the software.
- 12:47Speaker 7: So we end up creating the first version of software to.
- 12:48Speaker 8: Help out the community and then being ended up turning
- 12:51Speaker 8: into something that was like it can help out way
- 12:53Speaker 8: more than this.
- 12:54Speaker 6: So where do you get introduced to stocks? Because I
- 12:55Speaker 6: know that this is something that you've been studying. Oh yeah,
- 12:58Speaker 6: I mean you said twelve years. I'm thinking like this
- 13:00Speaker 6: guy must be mid thirties, but now you're talking about
- 13:02Speaker 6: in your teenage years. Yeah, So who introduced you to stocks?
- 13:04Speaker 6: Where did you find a love for it?
- 13:05Speaker 7: Yeah? My father. My father put me on the stocks
- 13:07Speaker 7: with I was shout out, pops man.
- 13:09Speaker 8: Yeah, so this is why it's important for everybody to
- 13:11Speaker 8: really understand that what you invest into your children pays
- 13:14Speaker 8: out multiple fold, you know, down the line. And so
- 13:17Speaker 8: he introduced me to the concept of stocks at thirteen
- 13:20Speaker 8: in two thousand and three. So's he showed me about
- 13:23Speaker 8: micro Strategy was a company that he was He's in tech,
- 13:26Speaker 8: he's a software engineer, and so he was like, yeah,
- 13:28Speaker 8: you know, this is how you do it. I sent
- 13:30Speaker 8: me up with a little account and from there I
- 13:32Speaker 8: just took a real deep interest into it because I've
- 13:34Speaker 8: always been entrepreneurial, mind. I never really you know, like
- 13:36Speaker 8: he was talking, I've never been interested in doing the
- 13:39Speaker 8: nine to five things. So I learned how to how
- 13:41Speaker 8: to just kind of do research on My first real
- 13:44Speaker 8: major trade was gold actually two thousand and I think
- 13:46Speaker 8: two thousand and four. Gold was like three hundred dollars
- 13:48Speaker 8: an hours or something like that. I did a lot
- 13:49Speaker 8: of research into it, and gold end up going to
- 13:52Speaker 8: like eighteen hundred dollars an hours the next year, and
- 13:54Speaker 8: that was like my real first big trade. And then
- 13:56Speaker 8: you know, all throughout teenage years I did it, you know,
- 13:58Speaker 8: penny stocks, stuff like that.
- 14:00Speaker 7: I was a little bit of a knucklehead in high school,
- 14:01Speaker 7: and it took me.
- 14:03Speaker 8: It took me a while, you know, no matter what
- 14:05Speaker 8: I was doing, I'll go out and do whatever I'm doing,
- 14:07Speaker 8: and I'll take that money and then go back put
- 14:08Speaker 8: in the stock market and trying to flip it that way.
- 14:11Speaker 8: And uh yeah, the twenty one came and it just
- 14:13Speaker 8: turned around like, look, I'm gonna just go full time
- 14:15Speaker 8: in the day trading and learning how to day trade.
- 14:17Speaker 7: And that's when I really just took off with it.
- 14:19Speaker 6: So this, I mean, obviously financial literacy, especially the stocks
- 14:23Speaker 6: trending right now, everybody's talking about it, But I'm thinking
- 14:25Speaker 6: at this time, early two thousands, d m V what
- 14:28Speaker 6: they telling.
- 14:28Speaker 9: You, Like, y'all get out of here, you know what
- 14:29Speaker 9: you're talking about?
- 14:30Speaker 7: Oh yeah, for sure, I mean.
- 14:31Speaker 8: And at the time, and at that time, you know,
- 14:33Speaker 8: the only place that really was to learn a lot
- 14:35Speaker 8: about at least that I found about this type of
- 14:38Speaker 8: stuff is there wasn't as many YouTube channels and things
- 14:41Speaker 8: like that that are now, right. So I used to
- 14:43Speaker 8: drive to there's a company called Scott Trade Brokerage. Yeah,
- 14:48Speaker 8: the trade exactly both ways. And then and then you're
- 14:51Speaker 8: paying for options contracts. You paying like another like forty
- 14:54Speaker 8: five cents per contract both ways.
- 14:56Speaker 7: So you know, it's a lot different than what it
- 14:58Speaker 7: is now.
- 14:59Speaker 8: So they used to hold classes in their in their locations,
- 15:04Speaker 8: their physical locations, like in shopping centers.
- 15:06Speaker 7: So I go, and I was at the time, I
- 15:08Speaker 7: was working construction.
- 15:09Speaker 8: I was getting like three fifty a week, you know
- 15:11Speaker 8: what I mean, dude, doing like uh, you know, digging
- 15:13Speaker 8: ditches for electrical wires. And I was a junior electrician
- 15:16Speaker 8: and uh, and then I drive on my after work,
- 15:19Speaker 8: I go, I go, and at the.
- 15:20Speaker 7: Time I have my son. My son was just born,
- 15:22Speaker 7: and so I was like, I got to.
- 15:23Speaker 8: Figure something out, you know, because I got you know,
- 15:25Speaker 8: record and all types of stuff. At this point, I
- 15:28Speaker 8: just I needed to figure out something to do. So, yeah,
- 15:30Speaker 8: I'll go to the scot Trade. I'll just sit through
- 15:32Speaker 8: all their classes. They're talking about mac d's and RSIs
- 15:35Speaker 8: and stuff like that, and I'll.
- 15:37Speaker 7: Be the only black person there, the only young person there,
- 15:39Speaker 7: you know what I mean.
- 15:40Speaker 8: And from that that's why I kind of gave me
- 15:43Speaker 8: my base of knowledge and technicals. And then when I
- 15:45Speaker 8: started to figure out that stocks don't just move, just
- 15:48Speaker 8: don't go up and down randomly, just because like there's
- 15:50Speaker 8: something that really is call is letting you know that
- 15:53Speaker 8: the sock is going to go down for like, this
- 15:54Speaker 8: is what I need to learn. Yeah, So that's why
- 15:56Speaker 8: I really dug, really really deep into it. And I've
- 15:58Speaker 8: been at this ever since, in those two thousand and eleven.
- 16:01Speaker 2: So let's let's let's let's have this conversation. I want
- 16:05Speaker 2: to ask you about how you taught yourself how to
- 16:07Speaker 2: cold but even before that, so all right, so you're
- 16:11Speaker 2: saying stocks don't just go up and down randomly, So
- 16:14Speaker 2: anybody that's not aware, you should definitely watch market one day.
- 16:17Speaker 2: That's the fact, definitely. So fundamental analysis and technical analysis
- 16:24Speaker 2: is the two most common ways that people evaluate stocks, right.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Fundamental analysis looking at the fundamentals of a company, like
- 16:30Speaker 2: how much revenue is being brought in, how much debt
- 16:33Speaker 2: does the company have, things of that nature. And then
- 16:35Speaker 2: technical analysis is actually looking at charts. So if you
- 16:38Speaker 2: ever see a stock chart where it goes, you know,
- 16:41Speaker 2: up and down and then it looks like you know,
- 16:43Speaker 2: a bunch of like candles, that's like candlesticks and stuff
- 16:46Speaker 2: like that, so like craziness was actually you know, looking
- 16:50Speaker 2: at that.
- 16:51Speaker 4: So we've talked about that before.
- 16:52Speaker 2: But all right, technical analysis, like what's the for somebody
- 16:57Speaker 2: that's just learning about stocks?
- 16:59Speaker 4: What's the best way technic point?
- 17:01Speaker 8: I would say this, I'll say fundamentals is how you
- 17:03Speaker 8: know what to trade, right, you know, what is a
- 17:06Speaker 8: good company that you want to trade, whether it's you
- 17:08Speaker 8: want to find a start going up? Right, a company
- 17:10Speaker 8: is good, solid, solid fundamentals, it's undervalue, it's going to
- 17:13Speaker 8: a company you want to trade to alongside companies got
- 17:16Speaker 8: bad fundamentals and still trade and high. Something you want
- 17:18Speaker 8: to trade to the downside, right. And then technical analysis
- 17:21Speaker 8: is knowing when you want to trade that company.
- 17:23Speaker 7: Right.
- 17:23Speaker 8: So with every company, whether it's a great company fundamentally
- 17:26Speaker 8: or not, there's gonna be a time to go along,
- 17:28Speaker 8: it's gonna be a time to go short. When I
- 17:30Speaker 8: say going along, go short, going long just meaning you're
- 17:32Speaker 8: gonna be betting on the company going up. And there's
- 17:33Speaker 8: gonna be times you're gonna bettering on the company going down.
- 17:35Speaker 8: Even if it's a really good, fundamentally sound company. Sometimes
- 17:38Speaker 8: it's just over overbought, and sometimes it's time for the
- 17:41Speaker 8: company to pull back a little bit.
- 17:42Speaker 7: You gotta know when it's time to switch.
- 17:44Speaker 8: And so technicals is just knowing when is the right
- 17:47Speaker 8: time to trade in which direction, And so it takes
- 17:51Speaker 8: in factors of data of you know, of price action
- 17:56Speaker 8: when the stock is doing certain things. Because stocks trading patterns,
- 17:59Speaker 8: and I think some very important for people to understand
- 18:01Speaker 8: is that there's a pattern and a rhythm to the
- 18:05Speaker 8: stock movement and individually and then also the stock market
- 18:09Speaker 8: as a whole. Markets going cycles. We have bullet cycles,
- 18:12Speaker 8: we have bar cycles, we have consolidation cycles, and it
- 18:15Speaker 8: all kind of just you know, goes in one continuous
- 18:18Speaker 8: one thing.
- 18:19Speaker 11: One thing I always say with that is that wherever
- 18:21Speaker 11: there's numbers, there's always a pattern, right, Like you any
- 18:26Speaker 11: historical data that you will find out there, you know,
- 18:30Speaker 11: going back as far as like you know, ten thousand years,
- 18:32Speaker 11: wherever it is, like BC even creating the Egyptians, they
- 18:35Speaker 11: always find symmetrical, like you know, geometric numbers and things
- 18:40Speaker 11: like that.
- 18:40Speaker 7: But wherever there's numbers, there's patterns.
- 18:42Speaker 11: So you just got to be able to understand what
- 18:44Speaker 11: those numbers mean, the story that they're telling.
- 18:47Speaker 7: And then you can be able to come up with an.
- 18:50Speaker 11: Educated guest, right like a hypothesis of what is going
- 18:53Speaker 11: to happen next, just based on the scientific aspect of it.
- 18:56Speaker 6: So, if I'm using technicals, I'm a beginner, what is
- 19:00Speaker 6: some of the I guess indicators for a beginner to
- 19:03Speaker 6: you to actually figure out when these things are happened Chico.
- 19:08Speaker 8: Number one, And and I say that jokingly, but I
- 19:12Speaker 8: also say seriously only because the thing about it is
- 19:16Speaker 8: it's indicator set. That's really what it is. It's an
- 19:18Speaker 8: indicator set of a set of indicators, and we created
- 19:20Speaker 8: it to be a comprehensive system. So that it kind
- 19:24Speaker 8: of takes into factors. So typically what I would say
- 19:26Speaker 8: to answer that question before cheek, I'll be like, okay, yeah,
- 19:29Speaker 8: mac D, r S, I learn and support resistances, right,
- 19:33Speaker 8: And so what we did was we built in we
- 19:34Speaker 8: improved the MAGDI, improved the r SI.
- 19:36Speaker 4: What what what is that?
- 19:37Speaker 8: What's MACD is basically to oscillated or too too oscillating
- 19:42Speaker 8: moving averages.
- 19:43Speaker 7: So moving averages.
- 19:44Speaker 8: If you were to take the price of a particular
- 19:46Speaker 8: stock over period of time and average it out, and
- 19:49Speaker 8: it will.
- 19:49Speaker 7: Creates one kind of smooth line depends.
- 19:51Speaker 4: On exactly like they moving out exactly.
- 19:56Speaker 8: That's just the average of all the price the price
- 19:58Speaker 8: action over the past days averaged out, and it's gonna
- 20:00Speaker 8: give you one point and a lot of little points
- 20:02Speaker 8: will create a line, right, And so that line is
- 20:04Speaker 8: where you can look at and that'll give you information
- 20:06Speaker 8: as far as supporting resistances things like that. So it's
- 20:10Speaker 8: really really good information import information. So the mac D
- 20:12Speaker 8: is really just two of those type of moving averages,
- 20:14Speaker 8: one fast, one slow. They oscillate and when once they
- 20:17Speaker 8: cross over, it'll tell you that you're getting this embarrassed
- 20:20Speaker 8: action or potentially potentially go into the downside, and when
- 20:23Speaker 8: they cross over to the upside, you got bullets action
- 20:26Speaker 8: and so and then the rs I would be something
- 20:28Speaker 8: where it basically tells you when the stock is essentially
- 20:32Speaker 8: reaching into.
- 20:34Speaker 7: Overbought levels. So and when I.
- 20:36Speaker 8: Say overbought, if you think of like a car engine,
- 20:38Speaker 8: you know, if you run the car really, really, really
- 20:40Speaker 8: really long, it'll overheat. So you know that's when you
- 20:43Speaker 8: have an issue, right, or if your car's been sitting
- 20:45Speaker 8: too long and it's cold. You know, you know you
- 20:47Speaker 8: got cold cranking amps you needed to warm up back well,
- 20:49Speaker 8: at least back in the day cars now now yeah, yeah,
- 20:52Speaker 8: but you know you get saying so like you have
- 20:54Speaker 8: oversold conditions. So what we did was we really combine
- 20:57Speaker 8: those concepts, improved upon them, and then that's how we
- 20:59Speaker 8: can created a lot of the components of chicos. We're
- 21:02Speaker 8: in a concept state of improvement, so as we trade
- 21:05Speaker 8: with it personally and with the community. We said, okay, yeah,
- 21:07Speaker 8: it'd be nice if we had some you know, something
- 21:09Speaker 8: that could tell us when this was getting overbought. Right,
- 21:12Speaker 8: So we created the c C swin right, the CC squeeze,
- 21:15Speaker 8: and we added little clouds and a little different pieces
- 21:17Speaker 8: of information that tell us when things are happening. And
- 21:20Speaker 8: so that's why we did it, did it the way
- 21:22Speaker 8: we did to make it so that even a beginner,
- 21:26Speaker 8: you know, could you I told my my sons ate
- 21:28Speaker 8: and he I taught him how to trade with the
- 21:30Speaker 8: Wi chipole.
- 21:30Speaker 7: He learned first and foremost how to trade the CHIC code.
- 21:33Speaker 8: In his first trade, he made six hundred dollars doing
- 21:35Speaker 8: and that was just him playing around, you know, on
- 21:38Speaker 8: and learning how to do it. So it's it's a
- 21:40Speaker 8: very simple, straightforward type of type of thing.
- 21:42Speaker 10: But let's not let's not well, you know, that's yours.
- 21:54Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm thinking, oh okay, I like all of it.
- 21:56Speaker 6: That's what So I've done the r SI So that's
- 21:59Speaker 6: the relative straight Yeah. And we spoke about this again
- 22:02Speaker 6: on Market Mondays, where it's like if you see that
- 22:03Speaker 6: eighty or twenty as usually, I want to be in
- 22:06Speaker 6: somewhere in that range to say like, all right, this
- 22:07Speaker 6: is a good position to get in. And I've never
- 22:10Speaker 6: seen the CC squeeze on the indicators of yeah who
- 22:12Speaker 6: something like oh yeah, I think that's just something that
- 22:14Speaker 6: I didn't know it was your she code.
- 22:17Speaker 8: Squeezed, So you know, squeeze. Squeeze indicators is another comedy techm.
- 22:21Speaker 8: Squeeze is a common indicator that's out there and it
- 22:23Speaker 8: basically identifies periods in which a stock is squeezing or
- 22:27Speaker 8: has a lot of pressure built up and it's ready
- 22:29Speaker 8: to expand to the upside. And so, you know, we
- 22:32Speaker 8: traded with that, and you know, there's always some little
- 22:35Speaker 8: issue I had with it and something I want to
- 22:37Speaker 8: take a step further and make it better. So we
- 22:39Speaker 8: improved upon it, based it off a different data and then.
- 22:42Speaker 7: We got a better result, and that's how we kind
- 22:45Speaker 7: of created that.
- 22:45Speaker 2: So so all right, so let's have this conversation as
- 22:49Speaker 2: far as how you start the company.
- 22:51Speaker 4: How did you teach yourself how to code?
- 22:53Speaker 8: It was just look, one thing I tell anybody and
- 22:56Speaker 8: everybody you know that when you want to learn something,
- 22:59Speaker 8: I think a public school systems kind of does us
- 23:01Speaker 8: a little bit of a disservice sometimes. And shout out
- 23:03Speaker 8: to all our teachers out there, educators, And I'm not
- 23:05Speaker 8: trying to diss anybody, but I feel like public school
- 23:07Speaker 8: teaches you how to think, and not teaches you what
- 23:10Speaker 8: to think and not how to think.
- 23:11Speaker 7: Right, And so for me, I always was a person.
- 23:13Speaker 8: I was like, if I want to learn something, there's
- 23:15Speaker 8: resources out there I can I can teach myself how
- 23:18Speaker 8: to do anything. I don't care if it's engineering or whatever,
- 23:20Speaker 8: if it's if I want to be dedicated, if I
- 23:21Speaker 8: do it. So basically all it was was just sitting
- 23:23Speaker 8: down one day I just said, I was like, listen,
- 23:25Speaker 8: I need to create this. What do I need to
- 23:26Speaker 8: learn to create it? Take out all filter out all
- 23:29Speaker 8: the nonsense that I don't need, right and just say
- 23:31Speaker 8: this is what I need to learn.
- 23:32Speaker 7: And so I went in.
- 23:33Speaker 8: Learning JavaScript, Yeah, learning JavaScript and learning another script and
- 23:38Speaker 8: language that is unique to the platform that we built
- 23:41Speaker 8: the cheat code on. And and I did that, you know,
- 23:43Speaker 8: pretty much just locked myself into a room for a
- 23:46Speaker 8: couple of months and just really.
- 23:47Speaker 7: Went at it, you know, just learning it.
- 23:49Speaker 8: And also my dad, you know, he's a software engineer,
- 23:51Speaker 8: so it might be an innate thing, you know, because
- 23:53Speaker 8: I never really learned from him.
- 23:54Speaker 7: But it could. Yeah, you know, anything anybody can anybody.
- 24:00Speaker 11: Only too like, like I understand these concepts just because
- 24:03Speaker 11: I'm like, you know, a strong suit of like math
- 24:06Speaker 11: and science, right like because also on that on the
- 24:09Speaker 11: point of like because I ate, Like when I first
- 24:11Speaker 11: came into this country at like thirteen, like I picked
- 24:14Speaker 11: up like because I never had access to computers and
- 24:16Speaker 11: stuff like that back home in Ghana, right, Like I
- 24:19Speaker 11: really like when I came here, I was obsessed with learning,
- 24:22Speaker 11: you know, computer language and things like that.
- 24:23Speaker 7: So like if you have a gift or something like
- 24:26Speaker 7: that with our.
- 24:26Speaker 5: Community too, usually the kids.
- 24:28Speaker 11: Are able to have these type of gifts like in
- 24:30Speaker 11: different communities, Like that's not going to be like, you know,
- 24:34Speaker 11: stunted essentially, like stunting growth of Like certain's.
- 24:37Speaker 7: A lot of talent.
- 24:39Speaker 8: There's a lot of talent out there that doesn't get
- 24:41Speaker 8: it doesn't get fostered in other communities. Rights the same
- 24:44Speaker 8: thing here is yeah, the same thing here in lower
- 24:46Speaker 8: income areas. We all know, you know, we have talent everywhere.
- 24:50Speaker 8: Some of them are community some of the most talented
- 24:51Speaker 8: people on the planet, right you know what I mean
- 24:54Speaker 8: if you look at whether it's Africa, whether it's the
- 24:56Speaker 8: Caribbean Islands, whether it's here in the States, we have
- 24:59Speaker 8: some of the most rated minds on the planet that
- 25:01Speaker 8: just don't get faster and they don't get nurtured in
- 25:04Speaker 8: the way that they should.
- 25:05Speaker 7: So I think that's that's basically what you know what
- 25:07Speaker 7: He encouraged that type of thing.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Yeah, essentially, so the java you googled on YouTube?
- 25:12Speaker 8: Yeah, YouTube about classes? I went out and found classes
- 25:16Speaker 8: on it, you know what I mean? And then like
- 25:17Speaker 8: online low courses, a lot of YouTube set and there's
- 25:20Speaker 8: a lot of plan It's another thing is I didn't
- 25:23Speaker 8: go through like right now, if I needed to code
- 25:25Speaker 8: something in the job or any other scripted language, I
- 25:27Speaker 8: probably couldn't do it the way that somebody else could.
- 25:30Speaker 8: I just learned enough that I needed to know to
- 25:32Speaker 8: do what I needed to do right, which was to
- 25:34Speaker 8: create the indicator set I needed.
- 25:36Speaker 7: It was really the skill set that I had and traded.
- 25:38Speaker 8: I needed to know how to how to manifest the
- 25:42Speaker 8: trading strategy that I already had and then put it
- 25:44Speaker 8: into a software. So anything that I did at that
- 25:47Speaker 8: point was literally just geared towards that, right. So I
- 25:50Speaker 8: didn't go through the whole like learning how to do
- 25:52Speaker 8: you know from scratching this in the third and build an.
- 25:54Speaker 7: App and all this other type of stuff.
- 25:56Speaker 8: I literally just learned enough that I needed to get
- 25:57Speaker 8: my first version out that I did the version two,
- 26:00Speaker 8: and then I went out from version two once we
- 26:01Speaker 8: created an actual product and realizes this is something we
- 26:03Speaker 8: had on our hands. Now it only took me, but
- 26:06Speaker 8: so far, there's some things I needed that I just
- 26:07Speaker 8: couldn't call myself. So I'm when I got brought people
- 26:10Speaker 8: in onto our team and we expanded our tech team
- 26:13Speaker 8: to start, you know, doing things like that.
- 26:15Speaker 7: Now as we.
- 26:16Speaker 6: Expanded, you learned stocked early on. So when did you
- 26:19Speaker 6: become involved. He's teaching you the stock, yeah, and then
- 26:22Speaker 6: so he's teaching you how to cold too, So what's happened?
- 26:25Speaker 11: So that's that's I'm glad you asked that, because like
- 26:28Speaker 11: I'm essentially like a perfect testament of like how his
- 26:32Speaker 11: ability to teach and the success that comes from just
- 26:36Speaker 11: knowing and look at getting out there and just really
- 26:39Speaker 11: seeking this information because I was more like an institution,
- 26:42Speaker 11: that nine to five.
- 26:42Speaker 7: Type of worker. And there's no way I was blending up. Yeah, yeah,
- 26:48Speaker 7: you go, you're in college.
- 26:49Speaker 11: And right college, you know, I was pre mad all
- 26:52Speaker 11: that type of stuff.
- 26:53Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying, Yeah, you know, got to
- 26:55Speaker 7: be a doctor. You know what I'm saying, got to
- 26:57Speaker 7: be a doctor.
- 26:58Speaker 11: Back then, that was and my family is like you know,
- 27:00Speaker 11: all dark nurses and things like that. But yeah, just
- 27:03Speaker 11: like you know, when we first fostered our relationship. That's
- 27:06Speaker 11: something that because I was always like you know, long minded,
- 27:09Speaker 11: like you know what I mean, I'm trying to make
- 27:10Speaker 11: sure the legacy.
- 27:11Speaker 7: I talked to.
- 27:12Speaker 5: Him about this all the time, like bloodline.
- 27:14Speaker 11: We got to make sure like our bloodlines are like legends,
- 27:17Speaker 11: like you know, like names like Rockefeller, things like that,
- 27:19Speaker 11: you know, manse Mousa like that type of name.
- 27:22Speaker 5: But essentially, once.
- 27:24Speaker 11: He started talking about this and like I was doing this,
- 27:27Speaker 11: I was putting in action what he was talking about,
- 27:29Speaker 11: Like you know what I'm saying. That's one thing too
- 27:30Speaker 11: that you have to be like, you know, you have
- 27:32Speaker 11: to really put into action the things.
- 27:33Speaker 7: That you learned.
- 27:34Speaker 11: Because you can learn, you know, a million things for
- 27:37Speaker 11: a million times, if you never actually put it into action,
- 27:39Speaker 11: it would never really like you know, manifest anything. So
- 27:43Speaker 11: I started putting in action. I was I started making
- 27:45Speaker 11: good money. And then there was a point like we
- 27:47Speaker 11: were even have we had a business where like we're
- 27:49Speaker 11: making a bunch of money, and I still wouldn't quit
- 27:52Speaker 11: my job just.
- 27:52Speaker 7: Because it was we did.
- 27:54Speaker 8: We had a water that dams, restoration cone and ran
- 27:57Speaker 8: for like large scale complexes.
- 28:00Speaker 7: So like, how would you guys have in New York?
- 28:02Speaker 7: Five hundred units are better?
- 28:03Speaker 8: You know, we're doing water damage respirations coming to our
- 28:05Speaker 8: checks was were big.
- 28:07Speaker 7: It was a water restoration. Yeah, yeah, emergency water damage,
- 28:10Speaker 7: respiration pipe burst.
- 28:11Speaker 8: Things like that. We're going to Yeah, because I had
- 28:13Speaker 8: construction experience. I was in real estate of house and
- 28:15Speaker 8: stuff like that. We built that company up and I'm like, dude,
- 28:18Speaker 8: you're making like we're making like twenty three thousands, like
- 28:20Speaker 8: you won't quit. And I'm like, dude, why not. I'm like,
- 28:22Speaker 8: you know, this is it? And he's like, man, I
- 28:25Speaker 8: just can't you know this? And the third just when
- 28:27Speaker 8: he when.
- 28:28Speaker 7: He made this exactly that too, man, when he made.
- 28:31Speaker 8: It, when he made his entire salary and stock trading,
- 28:35Speaker 8: and that's what I think in like a week, you know, that's.
- 28:37Speaker 7: When it was like all right, man, I'm doing so
- 28:39Speaker 7: I was like all right, yeah, and that was it.
- 28:41Speaker 7: I was just like.
- 28:43Speaker 11: Yeah, once I locked in to that perspective. Once I
- 28:48Speaker 11: put in perspective, like we went out to eat one
- 28:50Speaker 11: day and I was just like going back to Nah,
- 28:53Speaker 11: It's like and it was at the point also when
- 28:55Speaker 11: I was at work, like the more like the more
- 28:57Speaker 11: I went to work, the more money that I was losing,
- 29:00Speaker 11: just because my focus was just distracted, like it was
- 29:03Speaker 11: just this and that at work, like get this done,
- 29:05Speaker 11: you know what I mean, And it's just like man,
- 29:07Speaker 11: this this doesn't make sense, you know.
- 29:09Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 29:09Speaker 2: So all right, so you built you so you decide
- 29:12Speaker 2: to start the cheat code, which is you got an
- 29:15Speaker 2: idea of blending these technical analysis things together to technical
- 29:21Speaker 2: anall technical analysis indicator together to make your own proprietary one.
- 29:27Speaker 2: So you learn how to code. How much money does
- 29:30Speaker 2: this cost to start this business?
- 29:32Speaker 8: So we put aside about eighty thousand just to start.
- 29:36Speaker 8: And this was all from from money that we traded up.
- 29:39Speaker 8: And I gotta put in perspectives too, when when we
- 29:41Speaker 8: when February came around, Tebruary. What February twenty twenty, Right,
- 29:47Speaker 8: I was I had a home improvement company.
- 29:50Speaker 7: I was running pretty much myself. You know, this is
- 29:52Speaker 7: just from the ground.
- 29:53Speaker 8: I lost a whole bunch of money and my real
- 29:55Speaker 8: estate projects things were my really self. Back in twenty
- 29:57Speaker 8: and eighty he lost bunch of money in crypto to
- 29:59Speaker 8: almost a co a million dollars in crypto that I made,
- 30:02Speaker 8: and everything just went south a lot, right, and so
- 30:06Speaker 8: I had to start over. I started back over with
- 30:09Speaker 8: a construction company, had some money in the market, things
- 30:11Speaker 8: like that. Uh, the market came crashing down. I was distracted,
- 30:14Speaker 8: things like things of that nature. And my parents ended
- 30:17Speaker 8: up catching COVID right early on when this whole thing happened.
- 30:20Speaker 8: So I left everything I'm talking about, like, dropped my
- 30:23Speaker 8: construction company, my girls pregnant at home, my portfolio was
- 30:28Speaker 8: not paying not near looking attention to it because I just,
- 30:30Speaker 8: you know, at that time, you know, you guys know
- 30:32Speaker 8: appear in New York, we botch.
- 30:33Speaker 7: It every day.
- 30:34Speaker 8: You got your hospitals and bodies coming out in body
- 30:37Speaker 8: bags and stuff like that. And both of them ended
- 30:40Speaker 8: up having you know what I'm saying. So I literally
- 30:41Speaker 8: went over there to take care of them, and he
- 30:45Speaker 8: lost everything almost, you know, pretty not even almost did
- 30:47Speaker 8: lose everything, you know what I'm saying. My whole business
- 30:49Speaker 8: shut down because I was there for almost like two months,
- 30:51Speaker 8: you know what I'm saying, And and and and it
- 30:55Speaker 8: was just was rough. I had maybe like a couple
- 30:56Speaker 8: of grand left. And so when when when they they
- 30:59Speaker 8: both went to the hospital. They both hospitalized for a
- 31:02Speaker 8: couple of weeks. My dad literally was on the deathbed
- 31:05Speaker 8: like they were about to, you know, pull the plug
- 31:06Speaker 8: on it, on the whole thing. And he ended up
- 31:08Speaker 8: getting a treatment and turn it around so that that
- 31:11Speaker 8: he came home, got they got stabilized, everything was cool,
- 31:15Speaker 8: went back home. That I left, that left, I left
- 31:18Speaker 8: their house for about two thousand dollars, and that two
- 31:20Speaker 8: thousand dollars, you know, within the about it was about
- 31:24Speaker 8: maybe a month and a half. I flipped that two
- 31:26Speaker 8: thousand dollars into one hundred and twenty, right, and so
- 31:28Speaker 8: that one hundred and twenty was where I was.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Like, okay, you how did you flip in two thousand,
- 31:32Speaker 2: two hundred and twenty options? What options?
- 31:35Speaker 7: All like a lot of different options. It was a bustle.
- 31:37Speaker 8: There was no not really one specific one. So Tesla
- 31:40Speaker 8: was one. Obviously, Tesla was a big one. I had Peloton.
- 31:43Speaker 8: I got got it on a Peloton run. And this
- 31:46Speaker 8: was this now oh no, no, yeah, Apple did get Apple.
- 31:49Speaker 8: I got an Apple actually, yeah, Apple contracts. So I
- 31:51Speaker 8: flipped a lot of those from up to twenty four
- 31:54Speaker 8: thousand and then Apple took me from twenty four to
- 31:56Speaker 8: like eighty two and one day it was and it
- 31:58Speaker 8: was only like a four or five percent move in
- 32:00Speaker 8: the stock itself, but I went hard in it because
- 32:02Speaker 8: I have a philosophy of trading where it's you know,
- 32:06Speaker 8: I don't remember if this was one Buffet or or
- 32:10Speaker 8: Lynch who said this, but it was basically talking about
- 32:13Speaker 8: putting in set of diversifying all your eggs into multiple baskets.
- 32:17Speaker 8: Put your eggs into one basket and watch the hell
- 32:19Speaker 8: off the basket, you know what I'm saying. So I
- 32:21Speaker 8: kind of really took that philosophy when it came to trading.
- 32:23Speaker 8: It's like, if I'm gonna get in and out of
- 32:24Speaker 8: a trade, I don't really need to diversify as much. Right,
- 32:27Speaker 8: not saying that you should not proper risk management. I
- 32:29Speaker 8: don't want anybody thinking I'm saying that don't. I'm not
- 32:31Speaker 8: saying go on in disclaimer, but what I'm saying is that,
- 32:35Speaker 8: you know, when it came to my trades, I did
- 32:37Speaker 8: a lot of due diligence.
- 32:38Speaker 7: I did a lot of technical due.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Diligence and right experience stock if anybody's not familiar at
- 32:45Speaker 2: that time, So it's March twenty Yeah, so.
- 32:48Speaker 7: This this one when I was making these trades, and
- 32:50Speaker 7: this was around huge July at.
- 32:52Speaker 8: This point, Okay, so there, Yeah, and the market was
- 32:57Speaker 8: amazing yeh.
- 32:58Speaker 2: From March all the way into September. It was one
- 33:02Speaker 2: of the greatest greatest recoveries in stock market history. So
- 33:09Speaker 2: that's the thing with options. I just want people just
- 33:11Speaker 2: to be aware that, you know, if you get in
- 33:13Speaker 2: low m you can you know, you can make a
- 33:17Speaker 2: tremendous amount of money.
- 33:19Speaker 4: But if you get.
- 33:22Speaker 5: Time, you're gonna get wrong time.
- 33:24Speaker 7: That's where technical is coming to play. I understand it.
- 33:26Speaker 7: When when it's the right time, when it's not.
- 33:28Speaker 2: So you so you got in because of technical analysis, Yeah,
- 33:31Speaker 2: so it would be. And again we're talking short swing trades,
- 33:34Speaker 2: so it's a swing trade. A swing trade is essentially
- 33:37Speaker 2: holding the stock for you know, you're holding it overnight
- 33:39Speaker 2: but less than let's say a month.
- 33:41Speaker 4: Or so, but it's not in the middle.
- 33:45Speaker 8: And so for me, my sweet spot was really like,
- 33:47Speaker 8: you know, three four days maybe you know what I'm saying.
- 33:50Speaker 8: Sometimes and so for me, my main trades is really
- 33:54Speaker 8: just identifying consolidation points within bullish trends.
- 33:59Speaker 7: When it's moving sideways yep, doing for the last two months, Yeah, exactly.
- 34:06Speaker 8: Is a beautiful trade to do that with because it
- 34:08Speaker 8: will AMD likes to bounce between it's resistance and support,
- 34:12Speaker 8: so it's very predictable trade to take. And so for me,
- 34:16Speaker 8: it was like, all right, if you go back, you
- 34:17Speaker 8: look at Amazon's chart, you look at even testing chart,
- 34:19Speaker 8: this periods where you have a bullets trend up and
- 34:22Speaker 8: then you'll have a period where it'll trade sideways for
- 34:24Speaker 8: a while, consolidation, and then at some point it'll break
- 34:27Speaker 8: out a consolidation to make another leg up. And so
- 34:29Speaker 8: I like to identify those periods of consolidation points then
- 34:32Speaker 8: identify our sit in. Patience is a lot a big
- 34:34Speaker 8: part of it. You don't have to trade every single day,
- 34:36Speaker 8: and I think that's one of the biggest things that
- 34:38Speaker 8: people make mistakes on is they want to be in
- 34:40Speaker 8: trades all the time, and so instead of focusing on
- 34:43Speaker 8: one or two trades at a time, they're like, I'm
- 34:45Speaker 8: gonna put a little bit in my portfolio this trade,
- 34:48Speaker 8: and then you end up with twenty trades going and
- 34:49Speaker 8: you're like, I.
- 34:50Speaker 7: Can't manage on that.
- 34:51Speaker 6: So how did you determine the allocation because you said
- 34:53Speaker 6: you went heavy, is it wasn't a number of contracts
- 34:55Speaker 6: or was a certain amount of money that you were allocating.
- 34:58Speaker 7: To that position, It would be certain portion of my portfolio.
- 35:01Speaker 8: I typically would do like about fifty percent of my
- 35:04Speaker 8: portfolio one particular trade in time. And again the preference
- 35:07Speaker 8: is by saying this is not yeah, this is not
- 35:10Speaker 8: saying this is a very specific type of trading style
- 35:13Speaker 8: and it's not your typical textbook. A lot of people
- 35:16Speaker 8: who do trade on them like, oh my god, you're
- 35:18Speaker 8: doing finish risk management. But I have very strong risk management.
- 35:21Speaker 8: Will I know when I'm going to get out, and
- 35:23Speaker 8: I base my stop losses based off of tech technical
- 35:26Speaker 8: support levels. So if I break a technical support level,
- 35:29Speaker 8: I know what I'm risking right, and I know that
- 35:30Speaker 8: I'm going to exit my trade, and I know what
- 35:32Speaker 8: my upside is. But if you time your trade at
- 35:35Speaker 8: the point of least risk, which is typically when you
- 35:38Speaker 8: get a breakout of a consolidation point, because once it's consolidating,
- 35:42Speaker 8: you're basically what's what's happening is is telling you the
- 35:45Speaker 8: sellers are kind of going away as it stock consolidates.
- 35:49Speaker 8: To say, okay, buyers and sellers are fighting over this
- 35:51Speaker 8: particular price point, and neither one of them are winning.
- 35:54Speaker 8: So it's kind of stabilizing out and then once it
- 35:56Speaker 8: starts to break out, it's selling. Okay, buyers are now
- 35:59Speaker 8: clearly almost like a war. You think of tug of
- 36:01Speaker 8: war of two teams tuggle and then once the team
- 36:03Speaker 8: starts really gaining momentum, it typically got that well. So
- 36:06Speaker 8: now if you if you do get you such a
- 36:07Speaker 8: supports level, you know that if it returns back to
- 36:10Speaker 8: that level, chances are now the buyer it's a false
- 36:12Speaker 8: breakout and the buyers are gonna get crushed, right or
- 36:14Speaker 8: something like that.
- 36:14Speaker 6: Would Apple be a good example of that now since
- 36:17Speaker 6: it was I remember in January of this year it
- 36:19Speaker 6: got up to like one forty five, and now it's
- 36:21Speaker 6: just been saying like one.
- 36:23Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah. A last I checked, I haven't.
- 36:25Speaker 8: I haven't looked at Apples charted the past week because
- 36:27Speaker 8: we've been swamped with work. But the last time I checked,
- 36:30Speaker 8: Apple had made a nice bullet pattern and then they
- 36:33Speaker 8: had a false breakout and that got invalidated due to us.
- 36:37Speaker 8: I think it's a lot due to the overall market
- 36:39Speaker 8: pullback with tech tech is just you know, yeah, and
- 36:43Speaker 8: there's not much you can do about that. So last
- 36:45Speaker 8: time I checked, wouldn't really have a really strong chart
- 36:47Speaker 8: that I like to kind of play with. So I
- 36:50Speaker 8: liked right now the way I feel about even the
- 36:52Speaker 8: entire tech sectors. We need time to stabilize. We need
- 36:55Speaker 8: time to find a consolidation area that's going to say
- 36:58Speaker 8: this is where tech is found, as is base, and.
- 37:01Speaker 7: Then figure out if we're gonna move from there higher
- 37:03Speaker 7: or lower. You know what I'm saying.
- 37:04Speaker 8: So that's how I kind of look at that whole
- 37:06Speaker 8: situation without everybody else.
- 37:09Speaker 2: So okay, So yeah, because this is like what day
- 37:12Speaker 2: traders do, right, So day trading people that you know,
- 37:16Speaker 2: obviously you know the safest way, the most responsible way
- 37:19Speaker 2: to buy stock is find a good company and buy
- 37:22Speaker 2: it and just hold it for thirty years. Yeah, that's
- 37:24Speaker 2: what eating.
- 37:25Speaker 4: That's all the time.
- 37:27Speaker 7: That's definitely where to go.
- 37:28Speaker 2: For sure, buy Apple, But you can there are people
- 37:33Speaker 2: that day trade and the day trading no matter whether
- 37:36Speaker 2: you're day trading crypto or you're day trading you know,
- 37:41Speaker 2: precious metals, your day trading stocks, you're not necessarily looking
- 37:44Speaker 2: at fundamentals. You could potentially be looking at news, but
- 37:48Speaker 2: it's more so you're looking at charts. This is why
- 37:51Speaker 2: when you see these people like looking in front of
- 37:52Speaker 2: a television or their computer screens all day, that's what
- 37:56Speaker 2: they're actually doing. They're looking for a tick for X trading,
- 37:59Speaker 2: the same thing they're looking for ticks up takes down
- 38:01Speaker 2: where they can actually get in a point and get
- 38:03Speaker 2: out of a point. And you don't just have to
- 38:05Speaker 2: do that intra day. You can do that for weeks.
- 38:08Speaker 2: You can do that for ten days, you can do
- 38:10Speaker 2: that long.
- 38:10Speaker 8: The longer you go, the longer your time schedule is
- 38:13Speaker 8: on how you plan on holding their trade, the more
- 38:15Speaker 8: you need to understand both fundamentals and technicals. So I
- 38:19Speaker 8: always tell people, if you're gonna go, the shorter you go,
- 38:21Speaker 8: the better of a technical trader you better be. If
- 38:23Speaker 8: you want to go you're on day trade. If you
- 38:25Speaker 8: all want to be a day trader, well, if you don't,
- 38:27Speaker 8: if you're not an expert expert technical analysis trader, then
- 38:31Speaker 8: you're doing yourself a huge service and you're not going
- 38:34Speaker 8: to be successful. And if you if you're saying on
- 38:36Speaker 8: the same perspective, if you want to be a long
- 38:38Speaker 8: term trade. The more important it is to understand the
- 38:40Speaker 8: fundamentals right, because you don't want to buy a company
- 38:42Speaker 8: that's losing money every every month. There are earnings are
- 38:46Speaker 8: going down every month. There the profitability is going down.
- 38:48Speaker 8: The price of earnings ratio is just is out of whack.
- 38:50Speaker 8: You're gonna find yourself in the world to hurt, even
- 38:52Speaker 8: if you're going long term, because yes, good stocks go
- 38:55Speaker 8: up typically you know, over the long term, but not
- 38:58Speaker 8: all stocks. Some stocks do go down over the long term,
- 39:00Speaker 8: and that you'll find big companies end up in the
- 39:02Speaker 8: penny socks because they were you know, the models were good.
- 39:06Speaker 8: So if you learn fundamentals you want to be you know,
- 39:08Speaker 8: if you learn if you want to be a longer
- 39:09Speaker 8: term trader, you need to be a stronger your fundamentals.
- 39:12Speaker 8: And then I always say that even with long term
- 39:14Speaker 8: investors of long term traders, I'll say long term traders,
- 39:19Speaker 8: learning technicals goes hand in hand with fundamentals because if
- 39:23Speaker 8: you want to know the optimal point, yes, you can
- 39:26Speaker 8: hold aside for thirty years, right, but optimally if a
- 39:29Speaker 8: soccer is going through.
- 39:30Speaker 7: A one year down period, right, what's happened?
- 39:32Speaker 8: Sometimes you may want to skip that year out right
- 39:35Speaker 8: and be able to reinvest at a lower timeframe, you know,
- 39:38Speaker 8: based off of technical So if you have both, you
- 39:40Speaker 8: can really maximize your your value, your portfolio.
- 39:43Speaker 11: Value and then to that point too, Like that's a
- 39:46Speaker 11: great point because a lot of people dollar cost averaging right, Like,
- 39:50Speaker 11: that's that's a huston today, like everybody, you know, especially
- 39:53Speaker 11: holding long term, you can average down on you know,
- 39:57Speaker 11: certain companies that might not be good companies, but just
- 40:00Speaker 11: because of technical analysis, you could be able to know
- 40:03Speaker 11: that this company has broke a major like you know,
- 40:06Speaker 11: support level that you probably don't want to be dollar
- 40:09Speaker 11: cost averaging at that point, right, so you just want to.
- 40:12Speaker 5: Hold and wait for the pivot to be able to
- 40:15Speaker 5: reverse on.
- 40:16Speaker 7: The market and then you know, getting at that point.
- 40:18Speaker 2: But yeah, so all right, let's talk about some recent
- 40:21Speaker 2: events that's happened.
- 40:22Speaker 4: Game stop.
- 40:23Speaker 8: Yeah, she co caught that thing both times, so we
- 40:25Speaker 8: called it called both times, we called it it called
- 40:29Speaker 8: it at uh ad, I think about thirty something dollars
- 40:32Speaker 8: the first run they gave the by signal and the
- 40:35Speaker 8: uptrend and everything like that, the first run at thirty
- 40:38Speaker 8: thirty something dollars, uh and then I think it called
- 40:40Speaker 8: a cell signal. I want to say around for something.
- 40:43Speaker 8: I don't remember the specific number, but if anybody got
- 40:46Speaker 8: the cheato, you could definitely check it out. And then
- 40:48Speaker 8: the second time around, I was actually on the way
- 40:50Speaker 8: to go have lunch with this guy and I'm driving.
- 40:53Speaker 7: I'm like, it's like, YEO, should I get cheaked like that?
- 40:55Speaker 7: You give us the matter of fact. And at the
- 40:58Speaker 7: same time, I was on the call with Jamal too. Yeah.
- 41:01Speaker 8: So I was on the called with Jamar's talking about Apple.
- 41:04Speaker 8: You're talking about Apple earnings. Play you know what I'm saying.
- 41:07Speaker 7: I was like, yay, you know this.
- 41:08Speaker 8: And the third so I'm looking at my phone at
- 41:09Speaker 8: the same time, I like, damn, game Stop Games. I've
- 41:12Speaker 8: got a bossing at forty four dollars right, So I'm like, damn,
- 41:15Speaker 8: I might want to I might want to tap that real.
- 41:17Speaker 7: Quick, just to see what happens. You get a text message, No,
- 41:19Speaker 7: this is me just looking at my phone.
- 41:20Speaker 8: I saw I saw this seeing alert that came through
- 41:22Speaker 8: said game Stop is going up and stuff like that.
- 41:24Speaker 8: So I looked at my phone checked them with the
- 41:25Speaker 8: cheat code. I was like, yeah, games, So I got bicycle.
- 41:28Speaker 8: So by the time I got to the destination. We
- 41:30Speaker 8: was eating lunch at We're sitting down having a conversation
- 41:33Speaker 8: with a couple other people, and I look at my
- 41:34Speaker 8: phone again games something like eighty dollars.
- 41:37Speaker 7: Ship. I said, damn, man, I said, maybe I should
- 41:39Speaker 7: go ahead and do this.
- 41:40Speaker 8: And then the market closes while we're having the conversation,
- 41:43Speaker 8: and then right after my closing thing went up to
- 41:44Speaker 8: one hundred and twenty dollars.
- 41:45Speaker 7: I was like, damn, nobody happen.
- 41:49Speaker 4: How did that happen?
- 41:50Speaker 2: As far as that, I didn't know that that was
- 41:52Speaker 2: gonna be a good ton of body.
- 41:53Speaker 8: Because of the other So because of the data that
- 41:55Speaker 8: it uses. It composed data based off of volatility. Right,
- 41:58Speaker 8: so it compares it essentially takes previous price action and
- 42:03Speaker 8: the characteristics of that price action is not just about
- 42:06Speaker 8: a stock going up or down, but it's also how
- 42:08Speaker 8: it goes up and down.
- 42:09Speaker 7: Right, it's also how it's.
- 42:11Speaker 8: Going up and down compared to previous points where we
- 42:14Speaker 8: went up and down. To tell you, okay, this is
- 42:16Speaker 8: probably a point in time where volatility is coming and
- 42:18Speaker 8: the volatility is coming up, then that's typically give you
- 42:22Speaker 8: buy trends. If volatility is coming down it's going to
- 42:24Speaker 8: typically give you a sell trend. And so you know,
- 42:27Speaker 8: us as traders, we operate off of volatility. If a
- 42:29Speaker 8: stock does not move up or down, we don't really
- 42:32Speaker 8: make money unless you have a strategy that's based off
- 42:34Speaker 8: of you know, due to strategy like spread diferent spreads.
- 42:38Speaker 6: When you guys are looking at it and saying, this
- 42:40Speaker 6: is a bus we buying the stock, are we doing
- 42:41Speaker 6: the option?
- 42:42Speaker 7: What are we doing with it? So we're options traders primarily,
- 42:45Speaker 7: so so that would be an option traight for us.
- 42:47Speaker 8: But you know, the software is based for stock trading,
- 42:51Speaker 8: and obviously the options is a derivative stock, so we
- 42:53Speaker 8: can take take Also, you know, it also works the
- 42:56Speaker 8: same way for four x trading, cryptal trade.
- 42:58Speaker 7: Every et cetera, et.
- 42:59Speaker 8: Cetera got bigcoin in like eleven thousand or twelve thousand dollars.
- 43:02Speaker 8: We got bicycle on bigcoin.
- 43:04Speaker 6: Kind of like when we were crazy, we were doing
- 43:05Speaker 6: a class and we were like, yo, let's let's look
- 43:07Speaker 6: up ethereum.
- 43:08Speaker 7: Right, ethereum on the bicycle.
- 43:11Speaker 8: Matter of fact that the class that we had, well,
- 43:13Speaker 8: I was like, yo, Tesla. You know, I'm thinking about
- 43:14Speaker 8: short and Tesla and stuff, like that.
- 43:16Speaker 7: Everybody was like, don't do it, and.
- 43:20Speaker 8: I'm like, yo, you know, I'm looking at cheek Colt.
- 43:22Speaker 8: I'm seeing everything lining up, telling me like, yo, it's
- 43:25Speaker 8: going down.
- 43:25Speaker 7: This thing is going down. And it was.
- 43:27Speaker 8: And I hadn't gotten a signal like that since COVID,
- 43:30Speaker 8: and it was almost the same type of signals.
- 43:32Speaker 7: So I'm looking at I'm like, all right, I'm kind
- 43:34Speaker 7: of waiting for this to happen. A lot of times
- 43:36Speaker 7: I'm like yo.
- 43:37Speaker 8: Other times I thought about short of tests, I didn't
- 43:38Speaker 8: get any signals on it, so I didn't I didn't
- 43:40Speaker 8: mess with it. But at that time I got all
- 43:42Speaker 8: the signals lined up, so I'm like, all right, let
- 43:44Speaker 8: me just wait for a little confirmation. And once it
- 43:46Speaker 8: broke that support line, I jumped in with a bunch
- 43:49Speaker 8: of pots and made a ton of money on that
- 43:50Speaker 8: down track. I just hopped out a little early, you know.
- 43:53Speaker 8: I hopped out around like six fifty. If I could
- 43:54Speaker 8: have caught all the way down to five something. But yeah,
- 43:58Speaker 8: that was that was a good trend. And so that's
- 43:59Speaker 8: HOWELL work.
- 44:01Speaker 2: So you said division is eventually need to take the
- 44:05Speaker 2: company public, right, So what's the process for that?
- 44:09Speaker 8: Uh So, right now, we're actually working with the attorney
- 44:11Speaker 8: to get to structure make sure the company is structured
- 44:13Speaker 8: in the proper way. So a lot of what we're
- 44:15Speaker 8: gonna need to do it it's a certain amount of
- 44:17Speaker 8: first seed investors that are already part of the company,
- 44:21Speaker 8: right Like, already investors prior to taking the company public.
- 44:24Speaker 8: So that's one of the first steps we are to do.
- 44:26Speaker 8: And then we have to restructure the way we structure
- 44:28Speaker 8: the corporation. But overall, you know, the whole the whole
- 44:31Speaker 8: idea is we set up a couple of milestones that
- 44:35Speaker 8: we we're going to hit personally, you know, as far
- 44:38Speaker 8: as how we want our development to go, and then
- 44:40Speaker 8: numbers that we want to hit before we take the
- 44:42Speaker 8: company public. But one thing I got to say about
- 44:44Speaker 8: even going public is I just got to encourage everybody,
- 44:47Speaker 8: you know, as our community, Black people in our community,
- 44:53Speaker 8: we have we've kind of worked through this process of
- 44:55Speaker 8: education on starting We've always been entrepreneurial in this country
- 44:59Speaker 8: and other countries, right, I've always been entrepreneurial, whether that
- 45:02Speaker 8: entrepreneurialism was stifled by outside forces or not.

- 47:56Speaker 7: We've always had that energy. I think one thing about
- 47:59Speaker 7: about it.
- 48:00Speaker 8: You know, since you know, had Marcus Garvey taking this company,
- 48:03Speaker 8: you know, onto stock market things like that, it really
- 48:06Speaker 8: hasn't been prevalent for us to enter that space. Marcus
- 48:08Speaker 8: garb coming Yeah, when the largest the first first company,
- 48:12Speaker 8: Black Home company to go up.
- 48:15Speaker 7: But but you know it was a I think it
- 48:16Speaker 7: was a shipping company that he took to. Yeah.
- 48:19Speaker 8: And so the whole thing about that is, you know,
- 48:23Speaker 8: that is where the money is. If you look at
- 48:25Speaker 8: the richest people in the world. Jeff Bezos, Uh, you know.
- 48:28Speaker 7: Els Elon Muss, rich person in the world. Why because
- 48:31Speaker 7: it's stock that he owns.
- 48:32Speaker 2: What I think, like, can we get some research, moll
- 48:36Speaker 2: But I think I think it's four thousand companies I
- 48:39Speaker 2: just want to stock market roughly in twelve are.
- 48:42Speaker 8: Black Black Home, Yeah, and a lot of them we
- 48:44Speaker 8: don't even know as as traders as the best I think,
- 48:47Speaker 8: you know, we know.
- 48:48Speaker 7: I think maybe four or five is a pharmaceutical medical
- 48:51Speaker 7: supply company. There's urban one. It's different companies like that.
- 48:54Speaker 8: But yeah, right, but you know, when it comes to
- 48:57Speaker 8: like you know, our our, our your we got some
- 49:00Speaker 8: amazing entrepreneurs are here, amazing, we got amazing Black entrepreneurs
- 49:03Speaker 8: are here right now killing the game. And the capital
- 49:06Speaker 8: markets is where representative.
- 49:07Speaker 7: That's where the.
- 49:08Speaker 8: Money is, right And the thing is, I know so
- 49:10Speaker 8: many I know a handful of other raised entrepreneurs I
- 49:14Speaker 8: know personally that's taking their companies public and they're not
- 49:16Speaker 8: even on a major level. That just took the company public.
- 49:19Speaker 8: And we think about it like it's something some big,
- 49:20Speaker 8: mysterious thing that we have to do. But at the
- 49:22Speaker 8: end of the day, we just have to have really
- 49:23Speaker 8: good companies, enough capital and take that thing and make
- 49:27Speaker 8: it happen. Because at the end of the day, that's
- 49:29Speaker 8: where the money is. And if we want to really
- 49:30Speaker 8: see you know, first off, closed the wealth gap. Second off,
- 49:33Speaker 8: if we want to really reach heights that you know,
- 49:36Speaker 8: our maximum potential, we got to go where the money
- 49:38Speaker 8: is and that's our plan.
- 49:39Speaker 2: So why why you think more people have not taken
- 49:41Speaker 2: their company public?
- 49:43Speaker 11: I think I think it's just the education, the awareness,
- 49:46Speaker 11: and just the fact that it's not made known or
- 49:49Speaker 11: made like it's like I get thin, right like in
- 49:52Speaker 11: every community, like if I feel like in other communities,
- 49:55Speaker 11: it's just something that they're aware of. Right, Like if
- 49:58Speaker 11: you look at Elon Munts, everybody's saying Elon Musk like
- 50:00Speaker 11: just came out of nowhere and became like, you know,
- 50:02Speaker 11: a multi billionaire, right Like Elon Musk had billions right
- 50:05Speaker 11: before that, but he came out and literally made hundreds
- 50:09Speaker 11: of billions in a very short span of time. Right,
- 50:12Speaker 11: you can't that kind of money is not something you
- 50:15Speaker 11: can legitimate and just business just by you know, like
- 50:18Speaker 11: within a year or whatever it may be. So the
- 50:21Speaker 11: marketplace is literally an engine, a financial engine, right, like
- 50:25Speaker 11: a like a wealth vehicle that you can capitalize on
- 50:28Speaker 11: just based off of other people investing in your company.
- 50:31Speaker 7: And like one thing I always say with like you know, our.
- 50:35Speaker 11: Community we make like everything like anything that if you
- 50:40Speaker 11: look at trends, right, like anything that black people really.
- 50:44Speaker 7: Stamp on goes, right, Like we move markets.
- 50:47Speaker 11: We were known to have, Like our expenditure is like
- 50:50Speaker 11: in trillions of dollars as a marketplace. So imagine that
- 50:54Speaker 11: being reflected in the marketplace with the amazing companies and
- 50:57Speaker 11: entrepreneurs that we have on hand current, we'll be making
- 51:01Speaker 11: billionaires overnight, Like you know what I mean.
- 51:03Speaker 6: I think we had this conversation, yeah, and open my
- 51:06Speaker 6: mind to it, and I think the key is that
- 51:09Speaker 6: it was out the realm of belief. Yeah, we've never
- 51:11Speaker 6: we've never seen it right, right, Like we've never necessarily
- 51:14Speaker 6: from I guess our democratic right, We've never We've just
- 51:17Speaker 6: never seen it, right.
- 51:18Speaker 7: And so like when we had this conversation, I'm thinking, like,
- 51:21Speaker 7: that's really brilliant, But what is what is.
- 51:23Speaker 2: Some of the corporate other country off? But I don't
- 51:26Speaker 2: because like, how is there a certain revenue threshold that
- 51:30Speaker 2: you have.
- 51:32Speaker 7: Forgot?
- 51:32Speaker 8: Like listen, you got got you got you got companies
- 51:35Speaker 8: that are shell companies that don't have anything.
- 51:38Speaker 4: But a corporation that are public that go public.
- 51:41Speaker 7: And you can buy a publicly.
- 51:42Speaker 8: Publicly traded show company today right now, if you want
- 51:44Speaker 8: to go public in the next couple of months, you
- 51:46Speaker 8: can buy a public trader show company.
- 51:47Speaker 7: Do a reverse merger and you have a public company.
- 51:49Speaker 4: But at the end of it's a reverse merger.
- 51:51Speaker 8: Verse mergers essentially when you you a privately held company
- 51:55Speaker 8: will merge with a publicly held entity, right and to
- 51:58Speaker 8: create a new corporate, a new entity that one kind
- 52:02Speaker 8: of merges into the other.
- 52:03Speaker 7: Right. So at the end of the day, at the
- 52:08Speaker 7: mergers with a would call ourselves something new, you can
- 52:11Speaker 7: you give the calls to something new.
- 52:12Speaker 8: You can keep the name of the of the entity
- 52:14Speaker 8: that is being the entity that's being acquired, which will
- 52:17Speaker 8: be the actively traded company, actively actively trade actively active
- 52:22Speaker 8: business that.
- 52:25Speaker 4: I don't need to discuss further. I PO hole reverse
- 52:28Speaker 4: merger yep.
- 52:30Speaker 11: That's exactly yeah. And then you also take over all
- 52:32Speaker 11: the legalities of the already. So the whole point of
- 52:35Speaker 11: the reverse merger is that the first company has everything
- 52:39Speaker 11: that you need to be able to list on the
- 52:41Speaker 11: stock market. If you are a private company and you
- 52:43Speaker 11: don't have there's a lot that goes into like you know,
- 52:46Speaker 11: just like not shoving.
- 52:48Speaker 7: Down process, processes, process.
- 52:50Speaker 11: But that company, yeah, has everything that you need. You
- 52:53Speaker 11: don't have anything that you need, you you know, reverse
- 52:56Speaker 11: merger with that company, merge and then you have everything
- 52:58Speaker 11: you need, so you take on all the credibilities specific
- 53:01Speaker 11: capital threshold.
- 53:02Speaker 8: So the thing about it is there's capital requirements to
- 53:06Speaker 8: to to you know, pay for the fees and list
- 53:09Speaker 8: and legal fees and things like that to list. But
- 53:12Speaker 8: as far as like having to have a certain amount
- 53:14Speaker 8: of capital, it depends on the exchange you want to
- 53:16Speaker 8: listen on. So mean, if you want to go to
- 53:17Speaker 8: Nasdaq or something like that, NASA has the highest list
- 53:19Speaker 8: of requirements of anything else. You have New York cut
- 53:21Speaker 8: stocks sets, but then you also have the OTC markets,
- 53:23Speaker 8: and a lot of us sleep on the OTC markets,
- 53:25Speaker 8: but you have a lot of decent companies that are
- 53:27Speaker 8: actually listening to occ that can uplist as.
- 53:29Speaker 7: They go along.
- 53:30Speaker 8: So it's an entire process. We don't need to discard
- 53:33Speaker 8: any of the different you know, exchanges that you can
- 53:36Speaker 8: listen on. The point is get there right once you
- 53:39Speaker 8: get there, And this is the other thing about it,
- 53:40Speaker 8: And we talk about price of stock and stuff like that,
- 53:42Speaker 8: that's not really the most important thing. The most important
- 53:44Speaker 8: thing is having the leverage to be able to acquire
- 53:47Speaker 8: other companies.
- 53:48Speaker 7: Right.
- 53:48Speaker 8: You can do stock transactions, you can do options transactions.
- 53:51Speaker 8: You know, to be able to acquire other companies. It's
- 53:53Speaker 8: just so the whole world opens up to you that's
- 53:56Speaker 8: not opened typically as as a private, privately owned corporate.
- 54:00Speaker 8: And so that's kind of our plan. Obviously we're not
- 54:02Speaker 8: experts at the doing it.
- 54:04Speaker 7: We haven't done it.
- 54:05Speaker 8: Yeah, I've done spend a lot of years researching, a
- 54:07Speaker 8: lot of years talking to attorneys about it, and make
- 54:10Speaker 8: it step by step. But at the end of the day,
- 54:12Speaker 8: you know, our plan is to literally to kick down
- 54:16Speaker 8: the door for our group and our generation to that
- 54:18Speaker 8: space and bring that information in that and that process
- 54:21Speaker 8: back to everybody else and really be able to partner
- 54:23Speaker 8: with other people and do things that we can just
- 54:26Speaker 8: encourage people to do.
- 54:27Speaker 7: It, you know what I mean.
- 54:28Speaker 6: There was this coffee company that Jamal and I were
- 54:30Speaker 6: were familiar with the way back when called looking and
- 54:34Speaker 6: they got off, but they're back on the OTC market
- 54:37Speaker 6: and I'm.
- 54:37Speaker 9: Like, oh, this is what they're doing. They just change
- 54:39Speaker 9: the name, right, And so it went from like the
- 54:41Speaker 9: two dollars stop now to almost like a.
- 54:42Speaker 7: Nine dollars step.
- 54:43Speaker 6: And so that's important because now they don't have to
- 54:45Speaker 6: pay the fee for being in I guess whatever that
- 54:49Speaker 6: they so now they just go OTC paying lower entry
- 54:53Speaker 6: level and still can exist as a company.
- 54:55Speaker 11: It's kind of like, essentially like an athlete going to
- 54:58Speaker 11: the genieue right to get the exposure, get everything you need,
- 55:01Speaker 11: get the experience, and then once the NBA seas or
- 55:05Speaker 11: you're ready to go to the NBA, you go to
- 55:07Speaker 11: your pro day and then you know, try out and
- 55:09Speaker 11: get into the NBA.
- 55:10Speaker 7: That's about it, simple ass I think I can put it.
- 55:12Speaker 6: And if I'm thinking spoils like do like Josh Gordon,
- 55:16Speaker 6: right exactly, Josh Gordon suspended. He's got to figure out
- 55:19Speaker 6: he's playing league until he can get back to the NFL. Right, gotcha?
- 55:23Speaker 4: O TC over the counter over the counter.
- 55:27Speaker 8: Is a lot less not less listen requirements, a lot
- 55:29Speaker 8: less oversight as far as you know, financial statements and
- 55:33Speaker 8: all that other type of stuff. But the thing about
- 55:34Speaker 8: that area is if you operate as a proper company,
- 55:38Speaker 8: you do even if they don't have the oversight. You
- 55:40Speaker 8: make sure that all your stuff is in line, do
- 55:42Speaker 8: your financial statements, You operate within your company as if
- 55:45Speaker 8: you were trading one of that at the end of
- 55:47Speaker 8: the day, you do what you're supposed to do. Things
- 55:50Speaker 8: are gonna do. Everything will line up, and that's the
- 55:52Speaker 8: way I'll see and this is all you know, you
- 55:54Speaker 8: know in our roadmap. You know, our plan is literally
- 55:57Speaker 8: whether we go see we go straight to New yorksire change,
- 56:00Speaker 8: whatever it is. You know, we just build a really
- 56:02Speaker 8: really good company. If you build a really really good company,
- 56:05Speaker 8: whatever you want to do with it, at that point
- 56:07Speaker 8: you'll be able to do.
- 56:08Speaker 7: Right.
- 56:08Speaker 8: We have our company right, our business as it stands,
- 56:11Speaker 8: we have amazing revenue, we have amazing profit margins, we
- 56:14Speaker 8: have everything we need to expand. And there's so many
- 56:18Speaker 8: other businesses that are out there in the same space.
- 56:20Speaker 8: SaaS companies, h e commerce businesses, as a as a
- 56:24Speaker 8: software as a service so you know, software as the
- 56:27Speaker 8: service companies are our amazing business model. And our plan
- 56:29Speaker 8: is actually to expand and purchase more software as a
- 56:31Speaker 8: service company.
- 56:32Speaker 4: Software as a service company.
- 56:33Speaker 8: So you build a software and you essentially sell it
- 56:36Speaker 8: as a service on a monthly subscription basis, you know,
- 56:38Speaker 8: man so and it's just an amazing, amazing business model
- 56:42Speaker 8: because you know, once it's built, you know, the infrastructure
- 56:45Speaker 8: around it is just administrative really once once the product
- 56:48Speaker 8: is built, and then you just have subscription revenue that
- 56:51Speaker 8: you can constantly grow if it's a really good product
- 56:53Speaker 8: and as a use case for millions of people. Your
- 56:55Speaker 8: job is really just to make millions of people aware
- 56:57Speaker 8: about it so that you can continue to expand.
- 56:59Speaker 7: The company and then take that model and grow it.
- 57:02Speaker 8: And honestly, I got to say, you know, we're just
- 57:04Speaker 8: having this, Yeah, we're just having this conversation not too
- 57:08Speaker 8: long ago.
- 57:08Speaker 7: But I've been I was big in real.
- 57:09Speaker 8: Estate, you know, man, I was big in real estate.
- 57:11Speaker 8: And I'm never knocking real estate at all, but I'm
- 57:14Speaker 8: looking and die for real estate.
- 57:15Speaker 7: It used to be that, yeah, yeah, And how to
- 57:17Speaker 7: put that out there?
- 57:18Speaker 8: I started to look at it and I was like, man, man,
- 57:20Speaker 8: if I got X amount of capital and I wanted
- 57:23Speaker 8: to put it to work in a particular industry, right,
- 57:27Speaker 8: if if my mindset is growth, right, if I'm trying
- 57:30Speaker 8: to grow, you know, within a certain timeframe, SaaS businesses
- 57:34Speaker 8: really offered in an unbeatable type of model, business model,
- 57:40Speaker 8: right because I put my capital up. I have my
- 57:42Speaker 8: digital real estate, my website, my you know, different things
- 57:45Speaker 8: that's out there, landing pages and sources of traffic. And
- 57:50Speaker 8: you build something once and the revenue comes consistently. If
- 57:53Speaker 8: I want to put ads spend into it. If I
- 57:55Speaker 8: spend one thousand dollars in ads, I might can come
- 57:57Speaker 8: back with two thousand and three thousand dollars the next
- 57:59Speaker 8: day or week or whatever it is, within.
- 58:02Speaker 7: A short period of time. It's the velocity of money,
- 58:04Speaker 7: you know what I mean.
- 58:04Speaker 8: So when I look at at what I can do
- 58:06Speaker 8: in real estate, all right, well, I can put my
- 58:07Speaker 8: money into real estate and do that. I'm never not
- 58:10Speaker 8: I'm not again, I'm not saying not to What I'm
- 58:12Speaker 8: saying is if I got to wait for my capital
- 58:14Speaker 8: come back at least on a monthly basis, right, you
- 58:16Speaker 8: know we have monthly tenants. But then you you know,
- 58:19Speaker 8: there's expenses and things like that. So it's certain my profit.
- 58:21Speaker 8: But when I look at you know, says I could
- 58:24Speaker 8: put my same capital to work in sas and my
- 58:26Speaker 8: velocity comes back within a couple of days, a couple
- 58:29Speaker 8: of weeks.
- 58:29Speaker 7: Maybe you know what it means. A velocity is quicker.
- 58:31Speaker 8: So if I can turn my money around quicker, I
- 58:34Speaker 8: can grow my capital quicker, and my equity in my
- 58:36Speaker 8: company scales a lot more. You look at real estate,
- 58:40Speaker 8: you got cap rates right for your real estate on
- 58:42Speaker 8: how to value commercial properties with a SaaS business.
- 58:45Speaker 7: If I do, if I have a.
- 58:49Speaker 8: SaaS business based off let's say tech right, obviously tech right,
- 58:54Speaker 8: my valuations maybe eight times my monthly recurrent revenue annual
- 58:58Speaker 8: recurrent revenue. If I add things in like data consumer data,
- 59:02Speaker 8: that I also add to that to that business. And
- 59:05Speaker 8: this is something I actually gone off of my bro
- 59:07Speaker 8: check cha right cha cha, and something that we looked
- 59:11Speaker 8: at it and I was like, yeah, uh chet shout.
- 59:14Speaker 7: Out a couple of brother NFL.
- 59:16Speaker 8: Yeah yeah, So so you know, if you add to
- 59:20Speaker 8: that brother yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, and they have been
- 59:22Speaker 8: to the real estate.
- 59:23Speaker 7: Yeah, we'll be in numbers.
- 59:25Speaker 5: Yeah, well we'll be chopping up.
- 59:27Speaker 7: Yeah, we'll be chopping.
- 59:28Speaker 8: So it's based on how you can expand your your potential,
- 59:31Speaker 8: uh your potential uh valuation on your company just by
- 59:35Speaker 8: adding different things like like data being a database company
- 59:38Speaker 8: versus uh, you know, just the standard SaaS company. So
- 59:40Speaker 8: there's a lot of flexibility on how you can grow
- 59:43Speaker 8: your valuation and your equity in your company.
- 59:46Speaker 7: You know, with SAS, there's so.
- 59:47Speaker 11: Much set of eight times, like as a regular evaluation
- 59:50Speaker 11: for the SaaS company.
- 59:51Speaker 5: If you add data is twenty.
- 59:52Speaker 11: Five times, can't be up to twenty five twenty five
- 59:56Speaker 11: it's just evaluation for evaluation.
- 59:58Speaker 7: So that's that's a that's a huge factor.
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: So you look at if you look at building our portfolios,
- 1:00:04Speaker 8: I've rather I'm looking at now from my perspective's build
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: our portfolio of SaaS companies right the same way with
- 1:00:09Speaker 8: the real estate based portfolio, and then combine all that
- 1:00:13Speaker 8: together and create a company that's massively held you know, uh,
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: the entity that's that's in the SaaS space.
- 1:00:20Speaker 7: So that's that's kind of one thing.
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: Again, want to encourage other entrepreneurs out there, other black
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: entrepreneurs particularly to start looking into more sure.
- 1:00:28Speaker 7: More you know.
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: Man, Yeah, taking the real estate space is something that special.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: It's vital, vital especially in this day and age is
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: not like it. So we talk about all right, so
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: talk about the company. So what what exactly do you
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: guys offer, Like, what's your products?
- 1:00:43Speaker 8: So we offer our primary product is our Chi code Algo,
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: our product that's our SaaS products, right and which we're
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: constantly iterating and constantly improving on and constantly you know,
- 1:00:54Speaker 8: just bringing value to Then we have our second kind
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: of tier will be our educational program. So for Sego
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: we also do classes for we do free classes. We
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: have free free classes we do twice a week on
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: how to use the cheat code so that people can
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: learn live. We sit on Zoom, we teach. Then we
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: have a free community in which people can kind of
- 1:01:12Speaker 8: come to and we talk about stocks, options, give games.
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: Stuff like that.
- 1:01:15Speaker 11: The second quick before we move from that, the cheat
- 1:01:17Speaker 11: code just in general, usually just for people that are
- 1:01:21Speaker 11: completely new and just don't know what the cheat code
- 1:01:24Speaker 11: is even from this conversation, it is that software. It's
- 1:01:27Speaker 11: a trade in software that tells you exactly when to
- 1:01:29Speaker 11: buy and exactly when to sell, and then as you're trading,
- 1:01:33Speaker 11: it does have a live trade and manager that actually
- 1:01:36Speaker 11: gives you stop laws values that you can have as
- 1:01:39Speaker 11: a mental stop loss or you can actually implement in
- 1:01:42Speaker 11: your chart.
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: Yeah, take profit and then take profit points because you
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: want to be want to take profit on the way up, right,
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: not the way down.
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: And some week we try to impart to everybody as
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: we can scale out of your positions on the way
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: up so that you don't have to worry about oh,
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: you know, I don't know what it's you get into
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: a really good trade and you're like, oh, I'm scared
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: to take profit like scale out. So that's why we
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: set that set up. We got a lot of features there,
- 1:02:02Speaker 8: so that's our main thing. And then we have the
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: free community Discord community. We teach, you know, and we talk,
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: we do all types of stuff in there. It's about
- 1:02:09Speaker 8: three thousand people deep in there. And in that program,
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: we have a premium product that our premium service where
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: we do live trade alerts. We do classes from beginner
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: to advance every week, that kind of thing. And then
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: we have our master Class program which we recently launched
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: and that's launching tomorrow actually April first. We're gonna run
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: them every two months and that is an eight week
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: master class. We go from beginner trader all the way
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: to advance. We teach you absolutely nothing to be able
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: to trade advanced trading, you know, within eight weeks. So
- 1:02:41Speaker 8: that's something we really did a brain dump on, like,
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: you know, as much as we could get out of
- 1:02:44Speaker 8: our heads into the course is what we provide there.
- 1:02:47Speaker 8: That's live, We teach it, you know, and we have
- 1:02:49Speaker 8: a community as well. We can you have access tools,
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: We talk all day long and make sure people get
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: that information, and then finally what else we have, and
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: then we got the ten kh chimes is.
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: A really cool, cool thing. It's something we launched.
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: Basically, we start off with a thousand dollars in an
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: account and then we basically will trade that account. Our
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: admin team will trade that account h and the trades
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: that they take live. You know, other people are able
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: to kind of witness follow a log.
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: You can see it's completely optional.
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: Is that something we're like, oh, you have to do
- 1:03:23Speaker 8: this at a third But it's it's basically so that
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: you can kind of see how we do it right,
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: and then you can either emulate it or not do.
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: It, essentially like giving you fish while you know, learn
- 1:03:31Speaker 7: how you fish to. So yeah, that's pretty much the
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: main products that we have or services that we offer.
- 1:03:38Speaker 8: But I think the main thing that we really want
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: our community to to do is is really just wherever
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: you get your information from, get the information, you know,
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: because a lot of people are out here getting into
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: the market and just trying to hand This is a
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: skill based game.
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: You wouldn't go out onto a we go to Rocker Park, right.
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: You just like, yeah, you just learn, if you just
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: learn how to ball the other day, Right, you got
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: a basketball, you've been dribbling around, then you will head
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: out to Rucker Park that you're gonna do something right.
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: So it's how it is we want everybody to It's
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: not technicals versus fundamentals.
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: You need to learn both.
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: You need to have an understand because sometimes it's gonna
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: be the time today trade and things like that. Sometimes
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: it's gonna be time to just put it into long
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: term and just chill out, right. And that's where I'm
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: at right now. Well, when I talked to Jamal and
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: I talked to you guys a couple months ago, you guys,
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: what are you training, I'm like, man, honestly, I don't
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: like the market right now. I'm gonna stash into some
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: value trades and I'm gonna sit there. And that was January,
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: you know what I mean, And everybody was still kind
- 1:04:38Speaker 8: of going to Tech round and I'm like, I made
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: a bunch of money on Tech, I made a bunch
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: of money on Tesla. I made a bunch of money
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: on those things. Now I'm kind of just hanging out.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: I'm gonna stash my money some value stuff. I'm gonna
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: hang out long term, so I figure out what the
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: market's gonna do. Got everything going on with interest rates
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: and all this other type of stuff. Market knowledge is
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: the kind of like the third leg technical fundamentals and
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: market knowledge, understanding what's happening in the market, the economy,
- 1:04:59Speaker 8: how the economy work works, full story economics.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: That's important too to realize some time, I just put
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: a substantial amount of money in some long term positions
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: because it's like you get caught up and trying to
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: run somebody else's race and measure your success.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: But the worst thing you can do is get a
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: bag and blow it.
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: And you can blow it.
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, yeah, never broke again.
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: I like that.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: If you like that, If you if you don't know
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: what to do, there's nothing wrong with not doing anything
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: or just playing it safe position, playing it safe until
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: until you know you figure it out if you want
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: to start to trade again, or you know, make short
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: term you know situations or options and stuff like that.
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: But you feel pressure to do something, just to.
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: Do it now, and that's when you lose money and
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: degree you agree, your eyes get big, you see, you know,
- 1:05:47Speaker 8: see everything going up crazy, like I want to get it, man,
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: I'm telling you man like. I've been through it, and
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: it took me a long time to understand that.
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: What you're talking about.
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: And I think that's very wise if you even you know,
- 1:05:56Speaker 8: as an individual in the space, that you recognize that early,
- 1:06:01Speaker 8: you know, I mean, because for me, it took me
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: a long time.
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: I started young and being young and high risk individual,
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: and I was hot head, you know what I mean.
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: So it took me time in every aspect you could
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: think of.
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: I was just I was a hot head, aggressive, you know,
- 1:06:16Speaker 8: things like that, and I had to learn over time,
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: like yo, sometimes you just got to learn how to
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: chill out. And and you know, I've been through multiple
- 1:06:23Speaker 8: market cycles to see the you know, the irrationality that comes.
- 1:06:27Speaker 8: You were last time the crypto market went crazy in
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: twenty seventeen, your irrationality was crazy. I turned five thousand
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: to two hundred and fifty k in that market, but
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: then lost like two hundred thousand in.
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: A night that night.
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: Emotional disparities. It tastes marketing maturity, yeah for sure. It
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: takes mental yeah, mental forward too. It tastes patience, it
- 1:06:49Speaker 6: tastes all that.
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:06:50Speaker 6: So like when you when you're going through that, when
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: you can see something like that. I mean, there's nothing
- 1:06:55Speaker 6: you can't see that, right, So like your discipline becomes
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: better and we I mean, I'm guilty of it. I
- 1:07:00Speaker 6: see myself saying, you know what, man, it's running. It's
- 1:07:03Speaker 6: running done to get in.
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: That's a fact.
- 1:07:06Speaker 6: But after you've done it a few times and you've
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: messed up a few times, yeah, you know, graceful enough
- 1:07:11Speaker 6: to actually come back in because you didn't lose your position.
- 1:07:13Speaker 9: It's like, all right, well I know it now. My
- 1:07:15Speaker 9: eyes are trained to see it.
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: You mean, it's like if you're on the field, right,
- 1:07:20Speaker 7: I can read the defense.
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: Now, right, I know what to do.
- 1:07:23Speaker 6: You know coming you see that safety over exactly, it
- 1:07:28Speaker 6: must be must be a coup of too right, exactly,
- 1:07:31Speaker 6: that's exactly.
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: That's a fact. Man.
- 1:07:35Speaker 11: All money that you walk away from is money won
- 1:07:38Speaker 11: you never lost. Like potential money to gain is not
- 1:07:41Speaker 11: real money. You never make money until you sell, Like
- 1:07:45Speaker 11: you know what I'm saying, Like those are real things
- 1:07:47Speaker 11: that I had to personally learn myself, you know what
- 1:07:49Speaker 11: I'm saying. And Frands is always beating down in my head.
- 1:07:51Speaker 11: I'm like, yo, like I'm ready to go all on this.
- 1:07:54Speaker 11: You know what I mean, Like you get excited, you
- 1:07:56Speaker 11: know what I'm saying. When you start, like you know,
- 1:07:58Speaker 11: winning and things like that, you definitely get excited and
- 1:08:00Speaker 11: you can you can't get swept off your feet. And
- 1:08:02Speaker 11: I always say this, like you know, after your biggest
- 1:08:04Speaker 11: gains is when you're most likely going tox means your
- 1:08:07Speaker 11: biggest losses because you're most vulnerable there mentally.
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: You know, that's the psychologicals traded.
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: Yeah, you think you're just God.
- 1:08:14Speaker 7: You know you unlock God level.
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying, You're not there yet.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a fact. Like I said, that's something that
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: you know. You can't compay yourself to anybody else. You
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: can't count anybody else's wins. You gotta run your own race.
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: Realize that defense is the best offense. Take profits, don't
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: be greedy, don't be emotional. All of these things come
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: into play because if not, you can really hurt yourself.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: In a short of time.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: And like I said, it's nothing there's nothing worse than
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: getting money and then losing and losing.
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: And that's one thing I got I gotta say, even
- 1:08:46Speaker 8: for for traders. And this kind of goes th into
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: what you're talking about with getting money losing it as
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: a trader, even if you're a short term trader, short
- 1:08:54Speaker 8: term trade with a long term perspective. Right, So if
- 1:08:57Speaker 8: you if you're looking at it, I want to make
- 1:08:59Speaker 8: my money short term, right, You're doing it with the
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: perspective of, okay, long term, I want my portfolio to
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: grow long term. Right.
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: I don't want to just make money today and then
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: lose money tomorrow. Right.
- 1:09:08Speaker 8: You want to make the money and you want to
- 1:09:10Speaker 8: continue to see growing, even if it's with small profit
- 1:09:13Speaker 8: amounts every day that you.
- 1:09:14Speaker 7: And a lot of times we sleep on this. Once
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: you get to the point.
- 1:09:16Speaker 8: We got one hundre thousand dollars you account and traded
- 1:09:19Speaker 8: it up or whatnot, you're like, oh, yeah, you know
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: you make two thousand dollars to day. It's like that's
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: not a good day, right, But bro, you just made two.
- 1:09:26Speaker 7: Thousand dollars in a day. If you make two thousand
- 1:09:28Speaker 7: dollars a day every.
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: Day, right, you're going to make what seven hundred thousand
- 1:09:32Speaker 8: dollars in a year is something like that, right, So,
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: so at the end of the day, if you have
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: a one hund thousand, two hundred thosands if you have
- 1:09:38Speaker 8: hundred thousan dolls account, that's one percent a day that
- 1:09:41Speaker 8: you could just ma and you can make that relatively
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: easily with just a little bit of an effort, right,
- 1:09:46Speaker 8: even if it's a half a percent a day, you
- 1:09:47Speaker 8: know what I'm saying something like that, You can make
- 1:09:49Speaker 8: a decent amount of money on a long term perspective
- 1:09:53Speaker 8: short term trading. And I think that's the argument that
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: happens a lot of times. It's long term versus short term.
- 1:09:57Speaker 8: And this at the third we're all long term. Everybody
- 1:10:00Speaker 8: wants to make money and for the long term, you
- 1:10:03Speaker 8: don't want to make money.
- 1:10:03Speaker 7: Tomorrow and I have it the next day.
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: So you know, I think we just all have to
- 1:10:07Speaker 8: kind of take that into consideration. For all my guys
- 1:10:09Speaker 8: out there who are short term technical traders, you know,
- 1:10:12Speaker 8: try to keep a mindset of long term, keep that
- 1:10:14Speaker 8: goal in mind because that's all that matters.
- 1:10:18Speaker 7: That is in fact.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: And yeah, as I always say, education is extremely important.
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: You can't skip over it. And it was all how
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: you guys talk about the fintech. You know, a black
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: fintech company is extremely important, and the dreams taking the
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: public and all of that. So you know, as always,
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: whenever we bring somebody on that has educational platform, we
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: always try to, you know, have a special offer for
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: ey L.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: Supporters. Yeah, and you guys are enough.
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: To do that.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: So the bundle, from my understanding, the bundle is every
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: single thing that you offer, right, ye, all bundled.
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: Together for a Yeah. So so you guys are given
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: five hundred dollars off right yep?
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah, so five hundred dollars off and the
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: website is e y l cc bundle dot com. So
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: once again, explain, explain with that with that bundle actually represents.
- 1:11:08Speaker 11: Yeah, so for the bundle, you're going to be getting
- 1:11:11Speaker 11: the cheat code i'll go software which tells you went
- 1:11:13Speaker 11: to buy and sell with the stop lot stay profit points.
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: Great, great technical analysis.
- 1:11:21Speaker 6: So I'm glad you brought that up a lot of
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: time when we say it with students of the games, right,
- 1:11:26Speaker 6: I know y'all personally, Yeah, that's a fact. The first
- 1:11:29Speaker 6: thing I did was sign up and that text you
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: after and he wasn't like, oh, Troy, it's all good.
- 1:11:33Speaker 6: It was like, no, I want to support your business
- 1:11:35Speaker 6: number one.
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: But I also want to learn.
- 1:11:37Speaker 9: So I found myself diving in every morning.
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: It's like, guys in text messages, I'm studying, I'm going
- 1:11:43Speaker 6: into the discord, right, I'm looking at my body and
- 1:11:45Speaker 6: seals because now I'm adding another piece.
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: To my arsenal. So a lot of times we talk
- 1:11:49Speaker 7: about do the homework. Do the homework.
- 1:11:51Speaker 9: Cheat code has become part of my homework.
- 1:11:53Speaker 6: So it's like, all right, I've done my technical analysis
- 1:11:55Speaker 6: from what I know, I have my indicators.
- 1:11:57Speaker 7: Let me double check it with what you guys are doing.
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: Like I said, Man, the platform blew me away, right,
- 1:12:03Speaker 6: so I had to My brother was blown away.
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: Everybody around us is blown away, and I was like,
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: look this this is something special.
- 1:12:09Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:12:09Speaker 7: We got to connect with these guys.
- 1:12:10Speaker 6: So again, Man, being a student of the game and
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: watching what you guys have done has been incredible.
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: So I encourage me so talk about like how like specifically,
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: like give an example, because I know.
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: You've you've been very bullish on it.
- 1:12:22Speaker 7: Definitely. Yeah.
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: So, like I said, I'll have fine stocks and I'll
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: do my technical analysis on it. I'll do a little
- 1:12:29Speaker 6: bit of fundamentals and then I'll go in to see.
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: One of the best things I think was the CEC
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: curve and when I really understood the SEC curve CC
- 1:12:37Speaker 6: curve really is is a swing, and so you can
- 1:12:39Speaker 6: see when the stock is about to change right from
- 1:12:42Speaker 6: a bicinggnal to a cell signal. So we go and
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: it's very very obvious because it's either going to be
- 1:12:46Speaker 6: red or green. You can kind of see from the
- 1:12:49Speaker 6: texture of the color, like, all right, if it's in
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: dark red, it's just hit this negative, hit this negative
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: downturn and as it pass up, you'll see it turn
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: light red and then you can see go green. And
- 1:12:58Speaker 6: one of the things I took from you, Francis is like,
- 1:13:00Speaker 6: you know what, don't get it right away. I wanted
- 1:13:03Speaker 6: to be a momentum trade.
- 1:13:04Speaker 9: And so I hadn't been doing that a lot.
- 1:13:06Speaker 6: I was like, all right, well it came out of
- 1:13:07Speaker 6: the swing. Let me get it in now so I
- 1:13:09Speaker 6: can catch the ups right, And he was like, you
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: know what, let's see the momentum. Let's wait a day,
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: let's change it. And that's another dope thing too, is
- 1:13:16Speaker 6: that it doesn't by hour right, so it could be
- 1:13:19Speaker 6: you can look at the four hour charge, look at
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: the three hour chart.
- 1:13:21Speaker 7: You can look down in thirty minutes. That's that's that's five.
- 1:13:28Speaker 4: That's strictly yeah.
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: So I started out doing the week and then I
- 1:13:32Speaker 6: got down to four hours. Now I feel the four hours,
- 1:13:34Speaker 6: so I could see it and I can see that
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: first tick up. It's like, okay, second tick all right,
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: now this is my entry point, right, And so it's
- 1:13:41Speaker 6: helped me tremendously and doing my research, doing my dad,
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: my dada analysis of my positions that.
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: I'm getting right.
- 1:13:46Speaker 11: And that's that's the same feedback we go from the
- 1:13:49Speaker 11: FOREX guy that tried it, he actually like a swing
- 1:13:52Speaker 11: trader to it.
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: He's a scout, he's a scalp. Yeah, we had two
- 1:13:56Speaker 7: two minutes minutes.
- 1:13:58Speaker 11: Yeah, there's there was one guy that was for X Scalp.
- 1:14:00Speaker 11: But and he was getting in and out of trading
- 1:14:03Speaker 11: and when he.
- 1:14:03Speaker 7: Said everything that he does in his own technicals, he
- 1:14:07Speaker 7: had two screens. You know these guys have like so
- 1:14:10Speaker 7: these guys screens.
- 1:14:11Speaker 8: He guys he's doing technicals on one and he's got
- 1:14:13Speaker 8: the CHEATK code over laid on the other one. He's like,
- 1:14:15Speaker 8: every time he gets his signal on his technicals, he
- 1:14:18Speaker 8: looks over.
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: And already got it.
- 1:14:20Speaker 8: So he's like dam He's like, I'm sitting here looking
- 1:14:21Speaker 8: at him like that, man, well, what am I even
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: doing this for?
- 1:14:24Speaker 7: If you already got it? That's kind of.
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:14:28Speaker 7: And one point I want to make is that, you know,
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: we got to understand something.
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: In the marketplace we are, it's a competitive area, right.
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: There's always a buyer and a winner and a loser
- 1:14:38Speaker 8: in every transaction. When somebody's making money, somebody's losing money.
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: Right now, the headsphons institutional traders, uh, you know they
- 1:14:45Speaker 8: have you know people people have multime billion dollars even
- 1:14:47Speaker 8: billion dollar uh you know, high frequency trading bots and
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: all types of different tools that they have at their
- 1:14:53Speaker 8: advantage to make sure that they win at the end
- 1:14:55Speaker 8: of the day. We saw that with the game stop thing,
- 1:14:57Speaker 8: they'll go through any links to do what they have
- 1:14:58Speaker 8: to do to win. You standing that these guys have
- 1:15:01Speaker 8: billions of dollars to put towards advanced trading tools and
- 1:15:05Speaker 8: resources to make sure that they win and we don't. Right,
- 1:15:09Speaker 8: That's the whole goal is that you know, big banks
- 1:15:11Speaker 8: take a little bag. They're not fighting each other to
- 1:15:13Speaker 8: win their money from themselves. They're finally take money from
- 1:15:16Speaker 8: out of retail hands, right, because we're the ones putting
- 1:15:18Speaker 8: money and we take our stimulus money we put in
- 1:15:19Speaker 8: the market.
- 1:15:20Speaker 7: We don't really know a whole lot of technos and
- 1:15:22Speaker 7: stuff like that, and then we end up sometimes it's.
- 1:15:23Speaker 8: Almost like a casino at at some point you don't
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: if you don't really put a perspective on it.
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: So, you know, for us, when we developed the software,
- 1:15:31Speaker 7: it was kind of.
- 1:15:31Speaker 8: Like the retail traders version of some of the things
- 1:15:34Speaker 8: that the institutional guys are using, because if you go
- 1:15:37Speaker 8: back and even when you look at we had this
- 1:15:39Speaker 8: conversation on Club I was not too long ago where
- 1:15:41Speaker 8: there's a bunch of hedge fund guys in the room
- 1:15:43Speaker 8: and they're like kind of like kind of bragging to
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: each other about how you know they're they're firm caught
- 1:15:48Speaker 8: the bullets trend coming back to the market at the
- 1:15:51Speaker 8: bottom of COVID right. They're like, oh, yeah, well we
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: you know, our friend was the first firm on on
- 1:15:56Speaker 8: the on Wall Street to call the market coming back
- 1:15:59Speaker 8: in April tenth, or call the market coming back eight
- 1:16:01Speaker 8: or fourteenth. And they're like, oh, with my firm to
- 1:16:02Speaker 8: this that third when I went back and looked at
- 1:16:04Speaker 8: the Chico Chico called that thing. March twenty something like
- 1:16:06Speaker 8: a week two weeks before they were talking about and
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: it gave us all the bullert signals saying that everything
- 1:16:11Speaker 8: was coming back. Man, someone like yo, if these guys
- 1:16:14Speaker 8: are you know, with all their millions of billions of
- 1:16:16Speaker 8: dollars of research and tools and things like that that
- 1:16:18Speaker 8: they have at the disposal, this gives us a fighting chair,
- 1:16:20Speaker 8: a real chance of being able to protect ourselves or
- 1:16:23Speaker 8: be able to just have find success in the market
- 1:16:26Speaker 8: that you know, other we wouldn't have otherwise, and even
- 1:16:29Speaker 8: myself as when I go back and I look at Covid.
- 1:16:33Speaker 8: We got the sale signal on COVID the day Covid
- 1:16:35Speaker 8: before Covid even started to really the market start spy
- 1:16:39Speaker 8: started to drop. We got the sales seam on the
- 1:16:40Speaker 8: downstreair a day before that. I wouldn't have saw that
- 1:16:43Speaker 8: if I was just trading myself without without that right,
- 1:16:46Speaker 8: I wouldn't. I wouldn't have said, damn, the market's about
- 1:16:48Speaker 8: to really come down. I wouldn't I would have known.
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: I would have just thought it was a little small pullback,
- 1:16:52Speaker 8: a little flip, you know. Same thing with the Tesla trade.
- 1:16:54Speaker 8: I would have been like, a, well, Tesla's always going up.
- 1:16:56Speaker 8: This is just gonna be another blip until it's downturn.
- 1:16:59Speaker 8: This past February something that that happened. But she Code
- 1:17:02Speaker 8: was screaming at me like mane.
- 1:17:04Speaker 7: Right, no, this is it, you know what I mean?
- 1:17:06Speaker 9: And so I like that it's a institutional tool for
- 1:17:09Speaker 9: leaset Tell investments.
- 1:17:10Speaker 11: Yeah right yeah, and the and the and the crazy
- 1:17:14Speaker 11: part is like the institutional like investors have tools like
- 1:17:18Speaker 11: Bloomberg terminals, things that cost like tens of thousands of dollars, right,
- 1:17:22Speaker 11: and news that you see on the news before it
- 1:17:24Speaker 11: gets to the news, these guys already know they.
- 1:17:26Speaker 7: Got it, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:17:27Speaker 11: So it's like she code also works in like conjunction
- 1:17:30Speaker 11: with like you know, detecting influx also in like you know,
- 1:17:34Speaker 11: just various things that calculations and things like that. So
- 1:17:37Speaker 11: if like these guys are moving their money, big money
- 1:17:39Speaker 11: is moving their money out of the market and you
- 1:17:41Speaker 11: don't know it, right, Like you're just waiting on the
- 1:17:43Speaker 11: news to be like, oh, COVID nineteen here we're shutting
- 1:17:46Speaker 11: down all businesses. Before that news article is set out
- 1:17:49Speaker 11: on the news, these guys have already made that transaction
- 1:17:52Speaker 11: and been able to protect all their all their capital.
- 1:17:55Speaker 7: So that's that's essentially listen, We're just trying to other information.
- 1:17:59Speaker 8: We also go saying with data, how important data is
- 1:18:01Speaker 8: into factoring into these trades because a lot of these
- 1:18:04Speaker 8: guys are purchasing our data.
- 1:18:06Speaker 7: You trade on robin.
- 1:18:07Speaker 8: Hood, you think Robinhood is free, and I'm not gonna
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: say robin specifically, but other platforms that have free commission
- 1:18:13Speaker 8: trading and stuff like that, it's not always free, right,
- 1:18:15Speaker 8: because it is, but you're painting in your data because
- 1:18:19Speaker 8: hedge funds and institutional guys are buying that data so
- 1:18:21Speaker 8: they know what it is that you're trading and where
- 1:18:23Speaker 8: you got your stop losses and things like that, and
- 1:18:25Speaker 8: that they can kind of use for their programs and
- 1:18:27Speaker 8: things like that to run. Right. And I'm not trying
- 1:18:29Speaker 8: to paint hedge funds is bad and you know, individuals
- 1:18:32Speaker 8: per se, but everybody's looking to win and they have
- 1:18:34Speaker 8: the resources to make sure that they win, so they're
- 1:18:36Speaker 8: personally they purchase data. They personally are using data. We
- 1:18:39Speaker 8: don't have anything, you know, and there are other tools
- 1:18:42Speaker 8: out there that you can use that would give us information.
- 1:18:44Speaker 8: That's why our goal is not just this but build
- 1:18:47Speaker 8: out a suite of tools that you know, let's say,
- 1:18:50Speaker 8: we need to know, you know, when when money is
- 1:18:52Speaker 8: going in and out of a particular stock, you know,
- 1:18:55Speaker 8: are getting that information. There's things that we can get
- 1:18:57Speaker 8: bilse types of places. So I'll go and that's kind
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: of what I messed earlier, our milestones before going pup,
- 1:19:02Speaker 8: we want to go. We're going to have these tools
- 1:19:03Speaker 8: built out first and foremost so that you know, you
- 1:19:05Speaker 8: can just go on your phone and see themn you know,
- 1:19:07Speaker 8: I see that, you know, ten million dollars that's flew
- 1:19:09Speaker 8: out of this particular trade you know, you know, on
- 1:19:13Speaker 8: whatever platform, and you'll be able to kind of take
- 1:19:15Speaker 8: that into your understanding before you set your trades. So again,
- 1:19:19Speaker 8: like I said, technicals, fundamentals, and then market knowledge knowing
- 1:19:22Speaker 8: what's going on in the market. You know what I mean,
- 1:19:24Speaker 8: It's not just technicals, a fundamentals. Market knowledge is a
- 1:19:27Speaker 8: component people don't really.
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: Talk enough about.
- 1:19:29Speaker 8: And then I think the last part about it is
- 1:19:31Speaker 8: this emotional intelligence and being able to manage your emotions
- 1:19:34Speaker 8: and trading and then you be a fully well round
- 1:19:36Speaker 8: the trade and fully well equipped to have success on
- 1:19:38Speaker 8: the market on a regular basis.
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: So you get that algorithm that tells you in the trade,
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: you get that boot camp.
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: Yeah, you get the boot camp, the eight weeks boot camp.
- 1:19:50Speaker 11: You also get the premium discord channels with the trade alerts,
- 1:19:53Speaker 11: the admins and the discord the community for a year.
- 1:19:56Speaker 11: And then you also get to participate in our tank
- 1:19:58Speaker 11: A Challenge, which is, you know, following along with the
- 1:20:01Speaker 11: trades that we make, taking a thousand dollars with ten
- 1:20:04Speaker 11: thousand dollars, you can mimic.
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: You can mimic that.
- 1:20:06Speaker 7: Yep, you can mimic that.
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: Then all of that, all of that five.
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: Hundred dollars off.
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: The only place that you can get the five hundred
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: dollars off is that website e y l CCC Moundle
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: dot com. We appreciate you guys for that. And once again,
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: if you are you guys bring up a good point.
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: I was watch something on sixty Minutes a while ago
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: and he was talking about how, you know, like institutions.
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: They showed like their trading room and their trading room
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: just computers.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: They have these supercomputers even down to like a micro second, right,
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: It makes it like they can't you know. It's like, yeah,
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: if you want to be a day trader, if you
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: want to be a swing trader, if you want to
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: be a trader period, you have to use software. It's
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: impossible not to. So you have HPS right, right, because
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: that's the competition that you're up against. We're in the
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: age of technology. So for you guys to like I said,
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: start that company, fintech company and give the regular retail
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: investors an opportunity to look at not just you know,
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: figure out charts for themselves, but actually give them a
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: software to actually help them with the charge is extremely valuable.
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: So I definitely encourage every single person, Like I said,
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: Troy has actually used it. I'm not really a big
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: technical person, but I do look at charts.
- 1:21:12Speaker 7: Was like, what you think.
- 1:21:15Speaker 11: That's that's that's that's because as long as our community
- 1:21:19Speaker 11: somebody's got that, you know.
- 1:21:21Speaker 7: You know what's funny about that, though, is that that
- 1:21:23Speaker 7: is a powerful tool. It's a trading.
- 1:21:26Speaker 8: It's becoming more prevalent because we think about viral something.
- 1:21:29Speaker 8: I call it viral trading.
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:21:31Speaker 8: We've got people see somebody say oh, yeah, this is
- 1:21:34Speaker 8: the stock we're trading, right, it goes on Twitter, people
- 1:21:36Speaker 8: share it and it goes on Instagram, it goes on TikTok,
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: and everybody's it's basically what you think. I think, I
- 1:21:42Speaker 8: think those coins a good and all of a sudden,
- 1:21:44Speaker 8: everybody And that's another that's another form of data because if.
- 1:21:50Speaker 7: You look at it, we even have an e t F.
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: Now what's called measures. That's basically.
- 1:21:58Speaker 8: That's data that they take it to be able to
- 1:22:00Speaker 8: to informatively make their trades. And that's what they're now
- 1:22:03Speaker 8: manifested in the ETF for everybody participated.
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: But they've been doing it. So that's the data that
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: we want to topics. Like when we talk about our
- 1:22:09Speaker 7: group chat, that is I'll hit him back. I'm looking
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: at that's our discurture. Yeah.
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: Yeah, even in the hedge funnel or when you work
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: on Wall Street, everybody has different jobs and everybody doesn't
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: look at going out. Some people are fundamentals and people
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: saw some people just go out and make relationships with
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: different people to actually bring the money in.
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: They called rainmakers. So lobbyists exactly, I look at I
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: look at my role. It's the same way.
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: I'm not smart.
- 1:22:40Speaker 4: I'm in the street. I'm in the street. I'm in
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: the streets with choices in the office, I'm in the streets.
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: Yeah that's good. That's a good combination. We all talking
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: like that. Yeah, that's the fact. Yeah, you got to
- 1:22:57Speaker 7: have that, man, especially in partnerships. Man, you don't overlook
- 1:23:02Speaker 7: any of this, right.
- 1:23:03Speaker 6: We got two brothers working together, two brothers working together, right, Like, that's.
- 1:23:10Speaker 7: I got to tell you. It's so we always talk
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: about this in our community, you know. We we have
- 1:23:15Speaker 7: a habit, especially as black men, of wanting to like
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: everybody wants to be the bass. I want to go
- 1:23:19Speaker 7: out and do this. I want to go do this, mom,
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: I want to do this.
- 1:23:21Speaker 8: But at the end of the day, man, sometimes it's
- 1:23:23Speaker 8: really about just, you know, bringing what you have to
- 1:23:25Speaker 8: the table and building something bigger than yourself, you know, right,
- 1:23:28Speaker 8: And that's really what it's about. I've had multiple businesses
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: on my own, you know what I mean. It had
- 1:23:32Speaker 8: various levels of success in all of them. But really
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: until we partnered up and really, you know, he was
- 1:23:36Speaker 8: able to He does things that I'm not particularly good at,
- 1:23:40Speaker 8: or I don't particularly want to do it.
- 1:23:41Speaker 7: I do things that he's not particularly.
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: Good at or he doesn't want to do, and we're
- 1:23:44Speaker 8: able to build kind of like a full structure type
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: of type of business model.
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: And that same thing with you guys.
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: I mean that's the community, man, that's community. And same
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: thing you were like, Hey, I want to show this
- 1:23:54Speaker 6: to Trap. I want to show this to eat. I
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: that's a phone call. Let's get on the phone with him.
- 1:23:57Speaker 6: And so now you building it. And when we spoke up,
- 1:24:00Speaker 6: she was like, I'm like, this is the episode was incredible.
- 1:24:03Speaker 6: She was like yeah to Francis, like, Oh, this is community.
- 1:24:07Speaker 7: This is right here in front of us.
- 1:24:09Speaker 11: You know what's crazy back in the homeland. This is
- 1:24:12Speaker 11: how we operate like tribes. Everything, Like we eat from
- 1:24:15Speaker 11: the same bowl, we go hunting food together. Like you
- 1:24:18Speaker 11: know what I'm saying, Like, if you don't do the work,
- 1:24:20Speaker 11: you're not eating. Like that's literally the model, you know
- 1:24:22Speaker 11: what I'm saying. Like ever since I was a kid,
- 1:24:24Speaker 11: just because my brother is seven years older than me,
- 1:24:26Speaker 11: so I always hung out with like you know, that's
- 1:24:28Speaker 11: why like I matured early essentially. But it's just the
- 1:24:31Speaker 11: idea of like you know, going far, we get things
- 1:24:34Speaker 11: done together faster. You know what I'm saying, Like, if
- 1:24:37Speaker 11: we're trying to prepare meal, okay, you get the ingredients.
- 1:24:40Speaker 11: You get, salt, you get you know, cayenne pepper, you
- 1:24:43Speaker 11: get you know what I'm saying, You got the chicken.
- 1:24:45Speaker 7: You you know, world the waters bring the salt. Except
- 1:24:48Speaker 7: just look at Street Fighter. You know you got ken
- 1:24:50Speaker 7: you double dragon, all the best that all the best.
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: In front the ball while you're doing need a fault.
- 1:25:02Speaker 7: That's a fact, that's in fact.
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: Shout out now, we appreciate you, brothers man. So what
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: would you like to leave the people with? What's what's
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: some final words you would like to tell people? How
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: can they follow you on social media?
- 1:25:15Speaker 5: All?
- 1:25:16Speaker 8: Yeah, for sure, So you can follow us that cheat
- 1:25:18Speaker 8: c h A A T dot il go on Instagram
- 1:25:22Speaker 8: a L g oh you can follow. My Instagram is
- 1:25:25Speaker 8: quad Trades quaid k w A y dot Trades.
- 1:25:28Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: And then my Instagram is the real Jhu you know,
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: the real j e h U. Yeah.
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: And I think that the final words I particularly want
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: to say is just I just want to encourage everybody
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: out there, particularly those in our community, to always think bigger.
- 1:25:42Speaker 8: And I'm not gonna say dream bigger, right because you know,
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: like you're talking about earlier, dream to dream, you gotta
- 1:25:47Speaker 8: be sleep right, but you know, I think bigger, Right,
- 1:25:51Speaker 8: whatever it is that you got, you can always make
- 1:25:53Speaker 8: it significantly bigger. You're never gonna get bigger unless you
- 1:25:56Speaker 8: think bigger first and to take the actions necessary to
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: make it to that.
- 1:26:00Speaker 9: Uh.
- 1:26:00Speaker 7: And so that's that's one thing I just kind of
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: want to leave everybody with.
- 1:26:02Speaker 8: And then when it comes to trading, you know, for
- 1:26:05Speaker 8: my traders out there, all my people who are in
- 1:26:07Speaker 8: the markets, who are in the investment world, make sure
- 1:26:10Speaker 8: you were using all them, any resources and all resources.
- 1:26:13Speaker 7: That's that's within your grasp. You know.
- 1:26:15Speaker 8: If you're not, if you're really not if you're not
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: putting forth the effort of reaching out to education or
- 1:26:22Speaker 8: tools or whatever it is you can use to your advantage,
- 1:26:25Speaker 8: then you're really not trying.
- 1:26:26Speaker 7: And if you're not.
- 1:26:27Speaker 8: Trying, you're not gonna find success in the marketplace. And
- 1:26:30Speaker 8: this is one of the most important things. And I
- 1:26:31Speaker 8: think the last thing I know is long, but the
- 1:26:33Speaker 8: last thing I want to leave with is invest in
- 1:26:35Speaker 8: your kids. You know what I'm saying, Teach your kids.
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: Whatever you're learning now, you can teach your children and
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: your if your child can understand it, I promise you,
- 1:26:42Speaker 8: you know what I'm saying, I promise.
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: You I can understand it. You don't have to you
- 1:26:46Speaker 7: don't have to go deep into you know, uh, you
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: know whatever technical dous is made, things like that, But
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: you can.
- 1:26:51Speaker 8: Teach some fundamental principles. You can teach something. You know,
- 1:26:54Speaker 8: right now, my son just started his first candle business.
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: You know, he's eight years old. He started a little
- 1:26:59Speaker 8: candle business. He also trades, you know, as a little
- 1:27:02Speaker 8: little trading. The count he does when he's you know,
- 1:27:05Speaker 8: she's all from school and things like that. But those
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: things it was very simple for me to teach him.
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: It didn't take a lot. And he's not I'm he's not.
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: He's a great kid.
- 1:27:13Speaker 8: But I'm not saying he's smarter than anybody else's kid
- 1:27:15Speaker 8: and none that type of stuff. These are very simple
- 1:27:17Speaker 8: things that you could teach your children. And I promise,
- 1:27:19Speaker 8: like with the knowledge you have today, the things I
- 1:27:22Speaker 8: learned at thirteen, it's the same thing we're sitting here
- 1:27:24Speaker 8: talking about now at thirty.
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying, And I'm been taken with me.
- 1:27:27Speaker 8: Tell him sixty seventy eighty years old, so I got
- 1:27:29Speaker 8: Alzheimer's right, God forbid, you know, what I mean.
- 1:27:33Speaker 11: That's yeah, man, Like just to emphasize on the things
- 1:27:36Speaker 11: he says, like, I'm super big into legacy.
- 1:27:40Speaker 7: I grew up in the homeland.
- 1:27:41Speaker 11: I've seen I just want, like our community just to
- 1:27:45Speaker 11: be able to, like you know, come together like no
- 1:27:49Speaker 11: matter the walk of life, right, because we all have
- 1:27:51Speaker 11: everybody comes from a different lens right in this life
- 1:27:54Speaker 11: than right, we all have different experiences, we all have
- 1:27:56Speaker 11: different like you know, just motivations and things like that.
- 1:27:59Speaker 11: But just we have to be able to kill ego
- 1:28:03Speaker 11: in our community to be able to move forward. I
- 1:28:05Speaker 11: think that's one of the biggest things holding us back.
- 1:28:07Speaker 11: And when it comes to like the invest in space,
- 1:28:10Speaker 11: do not be afraid to invest in your education, right
- 1:28:13Speaker 11: like you know, of course, go to YouTube, do all that.
- 1:28:16Speaker 11: Like you know what I'm saying, that's you have to
- 1:28:17Speaker 11: be dedicated, right, like this investing thing. The number one
- 1:28:20Speaker 11: thing is you have to be able to want to
- 1:28:24Speaker 11: have a better life for yourself, right, Like if you're
- 1:28:26Speaker 11: not motivated individually as somebody that wants to be in
- 1:28:30Speaker 11: a better position for not just you, your family and
- 1:28:33Speaker 11: things like that.
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: Because that's one thing.
- 1:28:35Speaker 11: That we've realized, like and that's a sacrifice that we've made,
- 1:28:38Speaker 11: like as far as time, Like he's telling you his
- 1:28:39Speaker 11: kid was, his child was being born, and we're out
- 1:28:41Speaker 11: here trying.
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: To get on calls in the house, in the house,
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: you know what I'm saying.
- 1:28:45Speaker 11: So it's different, Like you just have to be able
- 1:28:49Speaker 11: to just you just have to be able to just
- 1:28:52Speaker 11: want better for yourself and just just capitalize on that,
- 1:28:55Speaker 11: you know what I'm saying, Reach and seek out this
- 1:28:57Speaker 11: information at the highest level because we're living in the
- 1:29:00Speaker 11: age of information.
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: There's no reason, no reason, man, there was not this
- 1:29:05Speaker 7: type of information out there.
- 1:29:06Speaker 8: Yeah, and you and when we're willing, if you look
- 1:29:08Speaker 8: at when you going to college, you know, I was,
- 1:29:11Speaker 8: I was taking classes and things like that. Each one
- 1:29:12Speaker 8: of my class was like three grand for a biology
- 1:29:15Speaker 8: class that I never saw. I never did anything with
- 1:29:17Speaker 8: biology in my life outside of make children.
- 1:29:20Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying. It's not something that's not
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: something that I used.
- 1:29:24Speaker 8: Right, So I've spent three thousand dollars on that I
- 1:29:27Speaker 8: have that to this day for classes that I never
- 1:29:30Speaker 8: did anything with. If I'm willing to go three thousand
- 1:29:33Speaker 8: dollars in the debt for a class that I've never
- 1:29:35Speaker 8: used before.
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: Then why would you know, why would not four hundred dollars,
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: two hundred dollars.
- 1:29:39Speaker 8: There's fifty dollars programs out there, there's two thousand dollars
- 1:29:41Speaker 8: programs out there.
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: You're gonna get what you put in right.
- 1:29:44Speaker 8: This is information that you can literally, I mean, everybody,
- 1:29:48Speaker 8: I think that that's been in the market understands. Most
- 1:29:50Speaker 8: people that's been in the market understands this is something
- 1:29:52Speaker 8: that can change your life for good.
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: I've done it.
- 1:29:55Speaker 8: I haven't worked in nine to five jobs since twenty eleven,
- 1:29:57Speaker 8: you know what I'm saying. And I was pressed on
- 1:29:59Speaker 8: my and he was personally he be able to quit
- 1:30:02Speaker 8: his not heit a good nine to five job, you know,
- 1:30:04Speaker 8: be pushing on six figures, and he was able to,
- 1:30:06Speaker 8: you know, to quit that just from the information that
- 1:30:09Speaker 8: you know, I gave to him. He ran with and
- 1:30:12Speaker 8: he's been able to, you know, to do what he's
- 1:30:14Speaker 8: been able to do with. So I think it's just
- 1:30:16Speaker 8: the most important thing is just understanding wherever you get
- 1:30:18Speaker 8: it from. It doesn't have to be through us, through
- 1:30:21Speaker 8: anybody you see around or whatever it is.
- 1:30:23Speaker 7: Anywhere.
- 1:30:24Speaker 8: Get the information first and foremost, you know what I'm saying,
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: and then once you have the information, then you be
- 1:30:28Speaker 8: able to apply the information, and then don't be afraid
- 1:30:30Speaker 8: to put a little bit of capital up in the
- 1:30:32Speaker 8: markets for yourself to try to to to apply that
- 1:30:36Speaker 8: that what you're learning, you know, because it's it's only
- 1:30:38Speaker 8: it's only gonna benefit you in the long run.
- 1:30:40Speaker 2: So I appreciate you guys, man, Sure Troy, how keeping.
- 1:30:43Speaker 9: That information on us, application on you. That's the rules
- 1:30:46Speaker 9: and shout everybody.
- 1:30:49Speaker 7: Program.
- 1:30:50Speaker 6: Obviously we got that from our good brother and if
- 1:30:52Speaker 6: you got some rest in peace to him, all right,
- 1:30:55Speaker 6: the anniversary of his depth.
- 1:30:56Speaker 9: So we're gonna treat the marathon runner of course.
- 1:30:59Speaker 7: Uh So shout there. You gonna picture dot com again,

- 1:31:20Speaker 9: you can apply in the real world.
