Latest / The Vault: The Epstein Files / Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And The Propaganda Surrounding Her Bail Attempt (10/5/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Filing today, Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers asked for bail ahead of
- 0:05Speaker 1: the arraignment. According to her lawyers, $ 5 million sounds like
- 0:10Speaker 1: a good enough number for her to provide so that
- 0:13Speaker 1: she can be given bail. Her lawyers also came up
- 0:17Speaker 1: with eight reasons why she should be given bail. In
- 0:21Speaker 1: the article tonight, we're going to go through those eight
- 0:23Speaker 1: reasons and we're going to discuss why each of them
- 0:27Speaker 1: is a bad idea. Ghislaine Maxwell should not be given bail.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell should never, ever spend another second outside of
- 0:37Speaker 1: a federal prison for the rest of her life. The
- 0:39Speaker 1: crimes that she has committed are so heinous that there
- 0:45Speaker 1: is no rehabilitation for this. There is no going to
- 0:48Speaker 1: jail and finding yourself, finding religion when it comes to
- 0:53Speaker 1: something like this. People like this are just sick, okay?
- 0:58Speaker 1: They can't be rehabilitated. They can't be fixed. They can't
- 1:02Speaker 1: be reconditioned to be introduced back into the public. It
- 1:08Speaker 1: just doesn't work like that. And Ghislaine Maxwell is a threat,
- 1:12Speaker 1: not only as a flight risk, but Ghislaine Maxwell is
- 1:16Speaker 1: a threat to all of these people who are alleging
- 1:19Speaker 1: that she abused them. We already know that she wasn't
- 1:23Speaker 1: scared to threaten these girls. Just listen to what she
- 1:26Speaker 1: told Maria Farmer. So why should anybody think that it's
- 1:31Speaker 1: a good idea for Ghislaine Maxwell to get out on bail?
- 1:37Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article and see what sort of
- 1:40Speaker 1: asinine reasons her law team came up with. This is
- 1:45Speaker 1: an article from LawAndCrime.com. The author, Jerry Lamb. Headline, Lawyers
- 1:52Speaker 1: for Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's alleged accomplice, came up with
- 1:56Speaker 1: eight reasons she should get bail. Lawyers for Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 2:02Speaker 1: deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's 58-year-old former girlfriend, and alleged co-conspirator,
- 2:09Speaker 1: fellow child molester, all-around scumbag, in the serial abuse of
- 2:13Speaker 1: young girls came up with eight reasons on Friday why
- 2:16Speaker 1: a federal judge should grant their client bail ahead of trial.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Here's one reason why they shouldn't. Because she is a threat.
- 2:29Speaker 1: to everybody around her. How about that? That's how disgusting
- 2:33Speaker 1: I believe this woman is. I believe she is a
- 2:35Speaker 1: threat to society at large. Charges against Maxwell were unsealed
- 2:42Speaker 1: on July 2nd. She faces two counts of conspiracy to
- 2:46Speaker 1: entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Here were eight of the main arguments made by Maxwell's
- 2:52Speaker 1: defense lawyers. 1. Maxwell's family and friends like her. And
- 3:11Speaker 1: don't think she's guilty. Well, there it is, folks. Pack
- 3:13Speaker 1: it in. No need to prosecute the case. No need
- 3:17Speaker 1: to go through the evidence. No need to have Maxwell
- 3:19Speaker 1: take the stand or give a statement. Her friends and
- 3:23Speaker 1: family think she's a good person. And, you know, they
- 3:26Speaker 1: don't think she's guilty. So let's just pack it in. Ms.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Maxwell has maintained extremely close relationships with her six siblings
- 3:34Speaker 1: and her nephews and nieces. I wonder if that includes
- 3:37Speaker 1: Alexander Derossi. You know, the one who worked at Hillary
- 3:41Speaker 1: Clinton's State Department? I wonder how he got that job.
- 3:46Speaker 1: They all stood by her in the aftermath of the
- 3:48Speaker 1: July 2019 indictment of Epstein and continue to stand by
- 3:52Speaker 1: her now. Aw, isn't that cute? The Maxwell-Manson family all
- 3:57Speaker 1: stands by Ghislaine Maxwell. That comes as a shock to nobody.
- 4:04Speaker 1: She is especially close to two of her sisters and
- 4:06Speaker 1: their children, all of whom reside in the United States. Again,
- 4:11Speaker 1: what they're saying here to us is that she's very
- 4:14Speaker 1: close to Alexander de Rossi. So those questions have to
- 4:17Speaker 1: be asked of Hillary Clinton, huh? Hey, dear Hillary, why
- 4:22Speaker 1: did Alexander Derossi have a job in your State Department?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Why did Alexander Derossi have a job working on Middle
- 4:30Speaker 1: East policy? And what did he have to do with
- 4:34Speaker 1: the so-called freeing of Libya? Considering it's such a shit
- 4:39Speaker 1: show now, is anybody ever going to be accountable for
- 4:42Speaker 1: any of this? Or we're just going to act like
- 4:44Speaker 1: none of it ever happened? Ms. Maxwell also has numerous
- 4:49Speaker 1: friends in the United States who themselves have children, and
- 4:52Speaker 1: she is godmother to many of them. Oh, my lord.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I would like to see a list of everybody who
- 4:59Speaker 1: would make Ghislaine Maxwell godmother of their children. Are you
- 5:05Speaker 1: kidding me right now? What an absolute joke. Who would
- 5:13Speaker 1: make Ghislaine effing Maxwell the godmother of... of their children.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, maybe. I mean, unbelievable. I'd really like to
- 5:24Speaker 1: see that list. Miss Maxwell's family and friends have remained
- 5:29Speaker 1: committed to her because they do not believe the allegations
- 5:32Speaker 1: against her, which do not match the person they have
- 5:34Speaker 1: known for decades. Okay, so let me understand real quick.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You think that all of these girls who have come
- 5:44Speaker 1: forward are lying? You think that the federal prosecutors don't
- 5:48Speaker 1: have their ducks in a row and the allegations lined
- 5:51Speaker 1: up correctly against Ghislaine Maxwell? You really believe that? And
- 5:58Speaker 1: if so, if you're one of these so-called friends and
- 6:00Speaker 1: family who truly believes that, you should probably take a
- 6:04Speaker 1: long look in the mirror and try and figure out
- 6:09Speaker 1: what the hell is wrong with yourself. Number two. Oh yeah,
- 6:13Speaker 1: here's the doozy. This is the excuse for everybody at
- 6:16Speaker 1: this point, no matter what's going on in the world, right?
- 6:19Speaker 1: Number two, the coronavirus pandemic has been ravaging prison populations
- 6:24Speaker 1: and would put her at risk of death. Really? That's
- 6:29Speaker 1: what you're going to run with, huh? The good old
- 6:32Speaker 1: COVID-19 pandemic excuse. The COVID-19 crisis and its impact on
- 6:40Speaker 1: detained defendants warrants release. As this court has noted, the
- 6:44Speaker 1: COVID-19 pandemic represents an unprecedented health risk to incarcerated individuals
- 6:50Speaker 1: and COVID-19 related restrictions on attorney communications with pre-trial detainees
- 6:56Speaker 1: significantly impair a defendant's ability to prepare her defense. Simply put,
- 7:01Speaker 1: under these circumstances, if Ms. Maxwell continues to be detained,
- 7:05Speaker 1: her health will be at serious risk and she will
- 7:08Speaker 1: not be able to receive a fair trial. Oh, give
- 7:12Speaker 1: me a break. If you would have had to pick
- 7:17Speaker 1: one excuse that they would run with, you knew it
- 7:19Speaker 1: would be the coronavirus excuse, right? Let's be real here, okay?
- 7:26Speaker 1: The mortality rate is not even that high at this
- 7:30Speaker 1: point for someone in her age range. So you mean
- 7:34Speaker 1: to tell me We should let this monster out on
- 7:37Speaker 1: the street because she might contract coronavirus. Yeah, not going
- 7:42Speaker 1: to happen. Here's a better idea. Let's keep her isolated
- 7:46Speaker 1: in prison and by herself and quarantined there. How about that?
- 7:50Speaker 1: That's a good idea, huh? I don't even know what
- 7:54Speaker 1: to say about this stupid-ass excuse. I mean, every single
- 7:58Speaker 1: person who is up against it and looking at jail
- 8:01Speaker 1: time is going to try this excuse right now, considering
- 8:04Speaker 1: the courts have set the precedent for letting people out.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And to be honest with you, unless the person is
- 8:12Speaker 1: suffering from some sort of other condition, like diabetes or
- 8:17Speaker 1: something that puts them in a high-risk category, I don't
- 8:19Speaker 1: even know why they would be let out of jail
- 8:21Speaker 1: at this point. The justice system is so screwed up.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Number three, her lack of criminal record and long-established relationships
- 8:31Speaker 1: in the U.S. means she's not a flight risk. Oh yeah,
- 8:34Speaker 1: not at all. She has no ties to anybody overseas.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I mean, they weren't running an intercontinental sex trafficking ring
- 8:41Speaker 1: or anything. You know, so why would anyone think that
- 8:45Speaker 1: a lady with 175 passports, hyperbole obviously, would be a
- 8:50Speaker 1: flight risk? Never mind somebody that has the means to
- 8:54Speaker 1: walk up and buy a sprawling home in the New
- 8:59Speaker 1: Hampshire wilderness for a cool million dollars. She doesn't have
- 9:02Speaker 1: the means to get out of Dodge. Nah, not a
- 9:05Speaker 1: flight risk. Come on. No criminal record. Oh, hey. Is
- 9:09Speaker 1: anybody buying this? I don't know. Do they really think
- 9:13Speaker 1: the judge is going to buy this? And if the
- 9:15Speaker 1: judge does buy this, boy, oh boy, are we in
- 9:18Speaker 1: for a rough road. Ms. Maxwell has no criminal record,
- 9:23Speaker 1: which includes the approximately 25-year period from the time the
- 9:26Speaker 1: conduct alleged in the indictment took place to the present.
- 9:31Speaker 1: She has no criminal record because nobody had the callons
- 9:35Speaker 1: to prosecute her, okay? She was being protected. It's not
- 9:42Speaker 1: that she's not a criminal. It's not that she doesn't
- 9:45Speaker 1: pose a risk. It's that she has been... on the
- 9:50Speaker 1: receiving end of favorable treatment from the two-tier justice system
- 9:55Speaker 1: for decades. This woman is as much of a flight
- 10:00Speaker 1: risk as anybody has ever been. Ms. Maxwell also has
- 10:07Speaker 1: significant ties to the United States. She has lived in
- 10:10Speaker 1: this country for almost 30 years and became a naturalized U.S.
- 10:14Speaker 1: citizen in 2002. Ms. Maxwell also has strong family ties
- 10:18Speaker 1: to this country. Two of her sisters, who have agreed
- 10:22Speaker 1: to co-sign her bond, live in the United States, and
- 10:25Speaker 1: they have several children who are U.S.-born citizens. So what?
- 10:30Speaker 1: So does everybody else who gets arrested in one of
- 10:32Speaker 1: these cases. R. Kelly had family and friends, too. Did
- 10:37Speaker 1: he get let out? No, not only did R. Kelly
- 10:40Speaker 1: get arrested and thrown in the clink, rightfully so, but
- 10:43Speaker 1: he got charged with RICO. Can we get some RICO
- 10:48Speaker 1: in this case, please? Miss Maxwell is very close with
- 10:56Speaker 1: her sisters and maintains regular contact with them, as well
- 10:59Speaker 1: as with her nieces and nephews. Miss Maxwell also has
- 11:03Speaker 1: numerous close friends and professional colleagues who reside in this country.
- 11:07Speaker 1: In sum, the United States has been Miss Maxwell's home
- 11:10Speaker 1: for decades. So what? If it's run from your home
- 11:15Speaker 1: and your family to go on the lam or face 35, 50,
- 11:19Speaker 1: 150 years in federal prison, I know which choice you're
- 11:23Speaker 1: going to make, okay? Don't act like Ghislaine Maxwell is
- 11:26Speaker 1: ready to stand before the wagon and look at the
- 11:29Speaker 1: man and say, all right, I'm here for my justice.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I'm ready to stand trial. That's not what she's doing.
- 11:37Speaker 1: If she really wanted to come forward and talk to
- 11:40Speaker 1: the authorities, she would have done that, okay? They had
- 11:44Speaker 1: to go and drag her out of her house because
- 11:47Speaker 1: this woman is as guilty as Jeffrey Epstein was. Number four.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Maxwell's massive New Hampshire hideout was only to avoid media attention,
- 12:00Speaker 1: not the authorities. They really want us to believe this stuff.
- 12:04Speaker 1: This is the kind of bullshit that they've been spinning
- 12:07Speaker 1: for decades. And their parasite friends in the legacy media? Oh, well,
- 12:13Speaker 1: they would jump on and push the narrative for them.
- 12:16Speaker 1: But nowadays, they can no longer do that. Do you
- 12:20Speaker 1: know why? Well... the format, how we are communicating right now,
- 12:25Speaker 1: and other formats that are provided via social media and
- 12:28Speaker 1: the internet have superseded the BS that the legacy media
- 12:34Speaker 1: tries to spill on us on a regular basis. And
- 12:38Speaker 1: to see how many people are bypassing the legacy media now,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and to see how many people have gotten hip to
- 12:45Speaker 1: the bullshit that gets spewed on a daily basis, the
- 12:48Speaker 1: rage porn that they blare over the airwaves on a
- 12:52Speaker 1: regular basis, people are starting to get hip to it.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And people don't want it anymore. People are done with
- 12:57Speaker 1: that shit. People want real, tangible news. The government notes
- 13:05Speaker 1: that Ms. Maxwell dropped out of public view after Epstein's arrest,
- 13:09Speaker 1: which the government seeks to portray as hiding from the law.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, because she wasn't doing that, right? This lady
- 13:15Speaker 1: wasn't even... They couldn't even find her to... serve her
- 13:20Speaker 1: with court papers, okay? She wasn't hiding from the law.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Somebody who's not hiding from the law doesn't need to
- 13:26Speaker 1: be found and searched for to get served. The government
- 13:32Speaker 1: further argues that she had taken several steps to avoid detection,
- 13:36Speaker 1: including moving residences and switching her phone and email addresses.
- 13:40Speaker 1: But Ms. Maxwell did not take these steps to hide
- 13:42Speaker 1: from law enforcement or evade prosecution. Instead, there were necessary
- 13:47Speaker 1: measures that little Miss Maxwell was forced to take to
- 13:51Speaker 1: protect herself and her family members and her friends and
- 13:55Speaker 1: colleagues and their children from the unrelenting and intrusive media coverage, threats,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and irreparable reputational harm. Oh, give me a break. It
- 14:05Speaker 1: was hard to even read that just now. She is
- 14:08Speaker 1: not the victim, okay? Nobody was threatening you. How could
- 14:13Speaker 1: they threaten you? Nobody had your email address. You had
- 14:15Speaker 1: to keep changing it. Nobody knew your home address. So
- 14:18Speaker 1: who was threatening you, okay? Nobody was threatening you. The
- 14:21Speaker 1: only threats were the ones that you were using to
- 14:24Speaker 1: coerce these girls into staying quiet, to coerce these girls
- 14:29Speaker 1: into acting in a way that you wanted them to act.
- 14:33Speaker 1: So please spare me the whole victimhood routine. Nobody is
- 14:38Speaker 1: buying it. Number five, the government didn't allege that Maxwell
- 14:44Speaker 1: was planning to flee and Maxwell would have been happy
- 14:48Speaker 1: to voluntarily surrender to authorities upon request. That's such bullshit too.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Why does it have to be on request? Why didn't
- 14:55Speaker 1: she just go and surrender to the authorities? What, she
- 14:59Speaker 1: didn't know she was under investigation? She thought she was
- 15:02Speaker 1: going to come strolling out of this squeaky clean like
- 15:04Speaker 1: Tony Soprano down the boardwalk? Come on, man. The government
- 15:12Speaker 1: has offered no proof that she was making plans to
- 15:15Speaker 1: leave the country. In fact, had the government alerted her
- 15:18Speaker 1: counsel that she was about to be arrested, we would
- 15:20Speaker 1: have arranged for Ms. Maxwell's prompt voluntary surrender. Instead, the
- 15:25Speaker 1: government arrested Ms. Maxwell without warning on the day before
- 15:29Speaker 1: the July 4th holiday, thus ensuring that she would be
- 15:33Speaker 1: in federal custody on the one-year anniversary of Epstein's arrest. Yeah,
- 15:37Speaker 1: no shit. That's exactly what happened, okay? Without warning? What,
- 15:41Speaker 1: we give warning before we arrest sex traffickers in this country?
- 15:45Speaker 1: I know that's a treatment your buddy Jeffrey Epstein got
- 15:48Speaker 1: all the time, but you're not getting the same treatment, okay?
- 15:51Speaker 1: You're getting arrested, 20 agents are kicking in your door,
- 15:54Speaker 1: they're bringing planes over your house, the whole nine yards.
- 15:59Speaker 1: And guess what? You're lucky. There was no news crews
- 16:03Speaker 1: there to really lock in your humiliation. I wish there
- 16:10Speaker 1: would have been. Number six. Maxwell went into hiding to
- 16:15Speaker 1: protect her family and friends. Again, she's the shining knight here.
- 16:20Speaker 1: She's the hero. She's the protector. Oh, I have to
- 16:24Speaker 1: go into hiding to protect my friends. You don't have
- 16:27Speaker 1: any friends, you serpent. Okay? Who are your friends? Laura Goldman? Please.
- 16:34Speaker 1: None of your other friends are willing to go on record. Oh,
- 16:39Speaker 1: we know that you have a lot of friends. We
- 16:41Speaker 1: know Prince Andrew. We know that Glenn and Eva Dubin
- 16:45Speaker 1: are your friends and good old Leslie Wexner and Alan Dershowitz. Oh,
- 16:49Speaker 1: we know who your friends are. But you think any
- 16:52Speaker 1: of those snakes are coming on record to defend you?
- 16:55Speaker 1: Nobody's going to defend you. You didn't go in hiding
- 16:59Speaker 1: because of your friends. You were in hiding because A,
- 17:02Speaker 1: You were scared shitless. The feds were going to do
- 17:05Speaker 1: what they ended up doing. And B, you did not
- 17:08Speaker 1: want to answer any questions about your part in Jeffrey
- 17:14Speaker 1: Epstein's criminal enterprise. And that part that you played was
- 17:18Speaker 1: much more than the victim, Ghislaine. It was much more
- 17:22Speaker 1: than somebody who was just being manipulated by Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine.
- 17:27Speaker 1: You had a leadership role, in my opinion. The media
- 17:33Speaker 1: feeding frenzy, which has only intensified in recent months, has
- 17:37Speaker 1: also deeply affected her family and friends. Some of Ms.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Maxwell's closest friends, who had nothing whatsoever to do with Epstein,
- 17:45Speaker 1: have lost their jobs or suffered severe professional and reputational
- 17:49Speaker 1: damage simply by being associated with her. Okay, let's see
- 17:53Speaker 1: the receipts. Who are these people? And what jobs have
- 17:56Speaker 1: they lost? Considering nobody's been reporting on this story the
- 17:59Speaker 1: correct way, really. So who has been doing all this
- 18:03Speaker 1: digging into Ghislaine Maxwell to get her friends and family fired?
- 18:07Speaker 1: Where are those reports? Can we see the receipts? Or
- 18:10Speaker 1: are those just more bullshit statements? I'm going to go
- 18:14Speaker 1: with bullshit statements. These lawyers of Ghislaine Maxwell's, they really
- 18:20Speaker 1: think this shit's going to fly, but it's straight garbage. Ms.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Maxwell therefore did what any responsible person would do. She
- 18:32Speaker 1: separated herself from everyone she cares about and removed herself
- 18:36Speaker 1: from the public eye in order to keep herself and
- 18:39Speaker 1: her friends out of harm's way. Because Ghislaine Maxwell, she's,
- 18:43Speaker 1: you know, the Prince Arthur, the King Arthur in this story, right?
- 18:47Speaker 1: She's the one sitting at the head of the round
- 18:49Speaker 1: table to protect all of those weak around her. Meanwhile,
- 18:54Speaker 1: this lady is as big or bigger of a predator
- 18:56Speaker 1: than Jeffrey Epstein. She's literally a walking serpent. And the
- 19:05Speaker 1: fact that these people would, these lawyers would have us
- 19:08Speaker 1: believe that she cares about anybody but herself is one
- 19:11Speaker 1: of the most laughable things about this whole entire ridiculous
- 19:16Speaker 1: defense they're laying out. Number seven. Oh, here we go.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Another coronavirus excuse. The coronavirus pandemic has made air travel
- 19:27Speaker 1: more difficult than normal. Another reason Maxwell literally isn't a
- 19:32Speaker 1: flight risk. Yeah, because she'd be flying coach on American
- 19:35Speaker 1: Airlines over to England. She wouldn't be flying private on
- 19:38Speaker 1: a private jet or anything like that. Who do these
- 19:40Speaker 1: people think they're kidding, okay? They're not fooling me, and
- 19:44Speaker 1: I know they're not fooling you. So who do they
- 19:48Speaker 1: really think they're going to be kidding with? this? The judge?
- 19:51Speaker 1: That's about the only person that they could hope for
- 19:53Speaker 1: sympathy from because nobody else is going to give it
- 19:56Speaker 1: to them and I'm sure the prosecutors are going to
- 19:59Speaker 1: look to absolutely and utterly smash all of these stupid
- 20:05Speaker 1: ass reasons that they're laying out for her to get bail.
- 20:12Speaker 1: The ongoing travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic would
- 20:16Speaker 1: pose a significant hurdle to Ms. Maxwell's ability to flee
- 20:19Speaker 1: the United States, particularly to France and the United Kingdom.
- 20:25Speaker 1: That's absolutely ridiculous. When you have the means that she has,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and you have the connections that she has, and obviously
- 20:32Speaker 1: she still has a lot of those connections if she's
- 20:34Speaker 1: slinking around and buying million-dollar homes. What's to make us
- 20:39Speaker 1: believe That she could not reach out to some of
- 20:42Speaker 1: these people that she's worked with, some of these people
- 20:44Speaker 1: that she's provided girls for, some of these people she
- 20:47Speaker 1: has compromising information on, and have them help her get
- 20:52Speaker 1: smuggled right out of the country. What, that's something that's
- 20:57Speaker 1: never happened before? Somebody hasn't snuck out of a country?
- 21:00Speaker 1: Somebody hasn't, you know, beat feet? Don't give me the
- 21:03Speaker 1: coronavirus nonsense. If it was a regular person, all right,
- 21:07Speaker 1: I get it. You know, not too many people are
- 21:09Speaker 1: able to go hop on the plane, fly across seas,
- 21:11Speaker 1: you know, go to England. Nobody has those kinds of
- 21:13Speaker 1: connections and shit for the most part, right? Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 21:16Speaker 1: on the other hand, oh, she most certainly does. Number eight.
- 21:22Speaker 1: She's not a danger to the community because the crime
- 21:25Speaker 1: she's alleged to have committed, which involved the sexual exploitation
- 21:28Speaker 1: and abuse of multiple minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein? Ah,
- 21:32Speaker 1: it happened a long time ago. So, you know, she's
- 21:36Speaker 1: rehabilitated just because she did that a long time ago.
- 21:39Speaker 1: We can't judge her on her past behavior. She would
- 21:42Speaker 1: never do that again. She's learned her lesson. Is that
- 21:46Speaker 1: what they would have us believe? Is that the line
- 21:49Speaker 1: that they're pitching to us? But unlike the position it
- 21:53Speaker 1: took with Epstein, the government does not contend that Ms.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Maxwell poses any danger to the community or that she
- 22:00Speaker 1: suffers from compulsive or addictive sexual proclivities. Uh, what? This
- 22:07Speaker 1: lady has been abusing girls for decades. Just go ahead
- 22:12Speaker 1: and read what she did to Annie Farmer, okay? Think
- 22:15Speaker 1: about what happened to Annie, what Ghislaine Maxwell did to Annie.
- 22:19Speaker 1: For that alone, she should be rotting underneath Guantanamo Bay
- 22:23Speaker 1: for the rest of her life. Never mind all of
- 22:26Speaker 1: the other stuff that she's being accused of. I mean,
- 22:29Speaker 1: are these people serious right now? Even according to the indictment, Ms.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Maxwell's alleged participation in offenses involving minors ended in 1997. Here,
- 22:41Speaker 1: the only applicable presumption relates to risk of flight and,
- 22:45Speaker 1: as noted... Ms. Maxwell has rebutted that presumption based on
- 22:49Speaker 1: her ties to the United States, her decision to remain
- 22:51Speaker 1: in this country after Epstein's arrest, and all of the
- 22:54Speaker 1: other reasons discussed above. Alright, so the reason she decided
- 22:58Speaker 1: to remain in the U.S., in my estimation, I don't
- 23:01Speaker 1: have any inside information on this, right? No direct line.
- 23:05Speaker 1: My guess is because her passport, it was flagged, okay?
- 23:12Speaker 1: Does anyone really think the FBI didn't know where Ghislaine
- 23:15Speaker 1: Maxwell was? They were watching her. Did people forget what
- 23:21Speaker 1: Edward Snowden told us about the collection of data in
- 23:24Speaker 1: this country? They know where all of us are. They
- 23:28Speaker 1: could find a terrorist in the mountains in Tora Bora
- 23:31Speaker 1: and launch a cruise missile down his throat from 75,000
- 23:34Speaker 1: feet in the air. Do you really believe they did
- 23:37Speaker 1: not know where Ghislaine Maxwell was this whole time? Of
- 23:40Speaker 1: course they did. Bonus. Ghislaine Maxwell is not Jeffrey Epstein. No,
- 23:49Speaker 1: maybe not as far as, you know, biologically she's not
- 23:55Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, right? She's just the woman version of Jeffrey Epstein.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Are these people serious? This woman... in my opinion, had
- 24:06Speaker 1: a leadership role within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise and was
- 24:11Speaker 1: calling the shots from behind the scenes. When is the
- 24:15Speaker 1: legacy media going to get hip? Sometimes the simplest point
- 24:22Speaker 1: is the most critical one. Ghislaine Maxwell is not Jeffrey Epstein.
- 24:26Speaker 1: She was not named in the government's indictment of Epstein
- 24:29Speaker 1: in 2019, despite the fact that the government has been
- 24:32Speaker 1: investigating this case four years. Oh, so that settles it, right?
- 24:39Speaker 1: She wasn't named in that indictment, so that's it. She
- 24:42Speaker 1: wasn't named in that indictment because it was the initial arrest, okay?
- 24:45Speaker 1: They didn't even have time to pressure Epstein to get
- 24:48Speaker 1: him to turn. So their excuse here is ridiculous at best.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Maxwell is scheduled to appear remotely via video for a
- 25:02Speaker 1: July 14th arraignment and bail hearing in the Southern District
- 25:05Speaker 1: of New York, U.S. District Judge Allison J. Nathan said
- 25:08Speaker 1: on Tuesday. The feds apparently concerned about Maxwell's safety in jail, i.e.
- 25:13Speaker 1: concerned a repeat of Epstein's jail stay last summer, took
- 25:17Speaker 1: away her bedsheets and gave her paper clothes to wear.
- 25:21Speaker 1: See below for Maxwell's full memo in opposition to detainment
- 25:25Speaker 1: ahead of the trial. So like usual, I'll have the
- 25:28Speaker 1: link in the description box. But what we have here
- 25:32Speaker 1: are the eight main points of Ghislaine Maxwell's defense for
- 25:38Speaker 1: her getting bail and the reasoning why she should not
- 25:42Speaker 1: be remanded to federal custody while the trial takes place.
- 25:47Speaker 1: And what you also have? are my opinions of each
- 25:52Speaker 1: and every one of these eight ridiculous reasons. There is
- 25:58Speaker 1: no way on this earth that Ghislaine Maxwell should ever
- 26:05Speaker 1: see the light of day again. Bologna sandwiches, jumpsuits, and
- 26:11Speaker 1: prison bars. That is the extent of it. If you'd
- 26:17Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
- 26:19Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
- 26:27Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All right, everybody. Kids are
- 26:34Speaker 1: reportedly completely broken up that the bipedal serpent is in jail. Somehow,
- 26:44Speaker 1: I find that hard to believe. You mean to tell
- 26:48Speaker 1: me the bipedal serpent who came into your home, broke
- 26:52Speaker 1: up your family unit, had your pops leave your mom,
- 26:59Speaker 1: and this is the lady that these kids are supposedly
- 27:02Speaker 1: broken up about? Sounds to me like they're just using
- 27:06Speaker 1: the kids, as usual, as another excuse, as a prop
- 27:11Speaker 1: in their play. It's no different than when we hear
- 27:15Speaker 1: People like Andrew talk about, well, I was with my daughter,
- 27:19Speaker 1: which has been blown out of the water, by the way.
- 27:20Speaker 1: We're going to get to that tonight. But it is
- 27:26Speaker 1: disgusting the way these people all use their kids. And
- 27:29Speaker 1: the fact that Brian Basham is going to stand up
- 27:33Speaker 1: there and talk about how Ghislaine Maxwell's stepchildren are broken up,
- 27:38Speaker 1: as if that's going to tug on someone's heartstring, as
- 27:41Speaker 1: if that's going to make us think, well, you know what?
- 27:45Speaker 1: Her stepkids are really broken up about this. I think
- 27:48Speaker 1: because of that, we should just let her out. What
- 27:52Speaker 1: about all of the broken homes your war on drugs
- 27:55Speaker 1: has left in poor neighborhoods throughout the country? All of
- 28:01Speaker 1: their kids are broken up. All of their kids grew
- 28:03Speaker 1: up in broken homes because of your war on drugs.
- 28:08Speaker 1: But you mean to tell me Ghislaine Maxwell deserves to
- 28:11Speaker 1: get out of jail? We should be... bummed out because
- 28:17Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's stepkids miss her well newsflash so-called elites that's
- 28:25Speaker 1: part of going to jail that's part of going to
- 28:28Speaker 1: prison your family misses you your loved ones miss you
- 28:31Speaker 1: and you in turn miss out so I feel for
- 28:39Speaker 1: her stepchildren because hell you know not because of Ghislaine
- 28:43Speaker 1: Maxwell being in jail I feel for her stepchildren, for A,
- 28:47Speaker 1: that she's their stepmother, and B, that their scummy-ass shitbag dad,
- 28:53Speaker 1: who had threatened the mother previously with threats of violence,
- 28:57Speaker 1: left them. That's what I feel bad about. Not about
- 29:02Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell rotting away in jail as we speak, and
- 29:05Speaker 1: certainly no heartstrings are being tugged on, at least for me,
- 29:10Speaker 1: by this Brian Basham guy and his... full court offensive,
- 29:17Speaker 1: zero chance. And you see what's going on here, right?
- 29:23Speaker 1: You see that they're, meaning Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team, is
- 29:27Speaker 1: starting to fire back a little bit, right? We have
- 29:32Speaker 1: the report of them going to the Belgrave house and
- 29:37Speaker 1: two of her lawyers climbing into the small bathtub. Oh, bombshell.
- 29:43Speaker 1: So no new bathtub could have been put in there?
- 29:47Speaker 1: I mean, we're just going on sources close to Maxwell.
- 29:52Speaker 1: What's the evidence, right? So we're going to get into
- 29:55Speaker 1: all of that as well later on tonight for the
- 29:58Speaker 1: Daily Drop. But for our article today, this afternoon, this
- 30:04Speaker 1: whole Maxwell and the stepkids who are a heartbroken story
- 30:10Speaker 1: is just laughable at best, in my opinion. Laughable at best.
- 30:16Speaker 1: They will do anything, anything to try and get this
- 30:20Speaker 1: lady out of jail. They will say anything to try
- 30:23Speaker 1: and get this lady out of jail. And you see
- 30:25Speaker 1: it all comes at a coordinated time, right? First, you
- 30:28Speaker 1: have the article calling Virginia a prostitute right on the
- 30:33Speaker 1: heels of the prosecutors saying explicitly that these girls were
- 30:39Speaker 1: not prostitutes. And then you have the whole Ghislaine Maxwell
- 30:45Speaker 1: is being abused in jail routine. Now you have, oh,
- 30:52Speaker 1: the bathtub's too small. And then you add to that. Oh,
- 30:57Speaker 1: Ghislaine's kids miss her. So you see the strategy they're using.
- 31:01Speaker 1: They're looking to tug at those heartstrings. They're looking at technicalities.
- 31:06Speaker 1: It's not that Prince Andrew wasn't with Virginia. It was
- 31:09Speaker 1: the bathtub is too small. My fingers are too fat.
- 31:12Speaker 1: And that's what they'll try and do. They'll try and
- 31:15Speaker 1: sow seeds of doubt. They'll try and obfuscate. And they'll
- 31:18Speaker 1: try and make it out like the story that they're
- 31:22Speaker 1: trying to spin to you is the only one that
- 31:24Speaker 1: could possibly be true. When in reality, we know that's
- 31:31Speaker 1: not the case. We know that the narrative that they've
- 31:33Speaker 1: been spinning from the very beginning is trash. We know
- 31:38Speaker 1: that they have never provided any receipts for their whereabouts
- 31:43Speaker 1: on the nights in question. And we know that every
- 31:49Speaker 1: single time that any of these people have had a
- 31:52Speaker 1: chance to speak to the authorities, they have not done so.
- 31:57Speaker 1: So what are they hiding? What exactly is it that
- 32:02Speaker 1: you are hiding? And furthermore, why are all of these
- 32:08Speaker 1: scumbags always bringing their kids up or using their kids
- 32:13Speaker 1: as an excuse or a so-called alibi? Our article today
- 32:18Speaker 1: is from The Sun and the headline, Sympathy Bid. Ghislaine
- 32:23Speaker 1: Maxwell's Stepkid's Heartbroken. After her arrest for Epstein charges. As husband.
- 32:30Speaker 1: To pledge $ 30 million in bail. And I believe that
- 32:34Speaker 1: number is. $ 28. 5 million. To be exact. This article was
- 32:40Speaker 1: authored by. Katharina Guiano. And John Lockett. Ghislaine Maxwell's stepkids.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Are reportedly heartbroken. That their proxy mother is in jail.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Over Jeffrey Epstein. says one of her PR representatives. Full stop,
- 32:58Speaker 1: hold on, bang the brakes, over Jeffrey Epstein? How about
- 33:01Speaker 1: taking some personal responsibility for your own behavior? Nobody twisted
- 33:07Speaker 1: your arm. Nobody forced you to be around Jeffrey Epstein.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Nobody forced you to abuse these girls with him, as alleged.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Nobody forced you to do any of that, Ghislaine, the
- 33:18Speaker 1: bipedal serpent. You did all of that on your own,
- 33:23Speaker 1: all right? So let's not blame Jeffrey Epstein here. For
- 33:25Speaker 1: your own devious behavior? Let's not try and ignore the
- 33:31Speaker 1: fact that you had a leadership role, Ms. Maxwell. Or
- 33:36Speaker 1: should I call you Mrs. Borgeson? This lady is gross.
- 33:46Speaker 1: She's never taken any self-responsibility for anything. and still projecting
- 33:50Speaker 1: like it's all Epstein's fault, like she was just some
- 33:53Speaker 1: shrinking violet that was along for the ride. Brian Basham,
- 34:01Speaker 1: a PR executive for Maxwell, said that Maxwell's husband Scott
- 34:05Speaker 1: Borgerson and his two kids from a previous marriage were
- 34:08Speaker 1: devastated as Maxwell, 58, continues to sit in a Brooklyn jail. Oh,
- 34:14Speaker 1: I'm sure they were devastated. I am sure the homewrecker
- 34:18Speaker 1: who came into their home, broke up their family unit,
- 34:21Speaker 1: and had their pops leave their mom, I am sure
- 34:24Speaker 1: that these kids are heartbroken over it. Furthermore, what the
- 34:29Speaker 1: bleepity bleep bleep bleep is Scott Borgerson doing letting his
- 34:33Speaker 1: kids be around Ghislaine Maxwell? Imagine being his ex-wife? Imagine
- 34:39Speaker 1: that you find out that your ex-husband has your kids
- 34:44Speaker 1: at Ghislaine Maxwell's house. Boy, I'll tell you what. I
- 34:51Speaker 1: would have been, let me, my fuse would have been
- 34:55Speaker 1: lit and I would have been launched into orbit. I
- 34:57Speaker 1: would have heard some shit like that. Oh yeah, babe,
- 34:59Speaker 1: I just want you to know I'm dating Casey Anthony
- 35:02Speaker 1: now and I'm going to have, I'm going to have
- 35:04Speaker 1: her babysit the kids. What, what? You're going to do what?
- 35:09Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell around his kids and the kids are broken
- 35:13Speaker 1: up they really want us to believe that huh bring
- 35:16Speaker 1: the kids out for a prop they're like alright jail
- 35:19Speaker 1: conditions didn't work out bring out the kids these people
- 35:24Speaker 1: have no shame whatsoever Scott is devastated and so are
- 35:30Speaker 1: his children because Ghislaine has been their proxy mother Basham
- 35:34Speaker 1: told the Daily Mail holy shit really Having a serpent
- 35:39Speaker 1: as a mother is no mother at all. Usually I'd
- 35:42Speaker 1: say that parents for kids are a good thing, right?
- 35:45Speaker 1: Any parents for the most part, as long as they
- 35:47Speaker 1: aren't abusive and shit like that. But Ghislaine Maxwell as
- 35:50Speaker 1: a proxy mother, meaning you chose her as your mother? Yeah, no,
- 35:55Speaker 1: not a good idea. Scott Borgerson and his kids are
- 36:01Speaker 1: broken up? I don't buy the part about the kids, okay?
- 36:04Speaker 1: Scott Borgerson might be broken up. But the kids? I
- 36:10Speaker 1: highly doubt it. The kids themselves have tumulted into the
- 36:17Speaker 1: public eye, Basham said. Well, I don't think that's cool.
- 36:22Speaker 1: I don't think anyone should be bothering Scott Borgerson's kids.
- 36:24Speaker 1: I think that's kind of BS, honestly. And anyone who
- 36:27Speaker 1: engages in that sort of shit is ridiculous. I even
- 36:30Speaker 1: said that about Andrew's kids and just about any kids involved, right?
- 36:34Speaker 1: The sins of the father are not the sins of
- 36:37Speaker 1: the child. So, Nobody should be breaking the balls of
- 36:43Speaker 1: these children. Nobody should be jumping on board and hammering
- 36:48Speaker 1: Scott Borgeson's kids. Scott Borgeson, on the other hand, for sure.
- 36:53Speaker 1: He's the one who brought Ghislaine Maxwell into the children's lives, right?
- 36:56Speaker 1: They didn't go out and say, hey, dad, we think
- 36:58Speaker 1: you should be dating Ghislaine Maxwell. So I won't blame
- 37:02Speaker 1: the kids. And I think that it's not a good
- 37:05Speaker 1: idea to drag the children into this, right? Leave them
- 37:08Speaker 1: out of it. let their father answer for his misdeeds
- 37:12Speaker 1: and his miscalculations. But any newspaper outlet or blogger or
- 37:19Speaker 1: anyone following this case that tries to mess with someone's
- 37:23Speaker 1: kids is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
- 37:28Speaker 1: So keep that in mind, folks. They had been living
- 37:32Speaker 1: in perfect harmony until this broke, Basham said of Maxwell
- 37:36Speaker 1: and her stepchildren. I'm told Scott's kids had to have
- 37:39Speaker 1: been taken out of school because of all the attention.
- 37:42Speaker 1: What school? Who's going to school right now? Isn't everybody
- 37:45Speaker 1: home doing like a remote schooling? I know that that's
- 37:49Speaker 1: happening here in Las Vegas. At least I think it
- 37:51Speaker 1: is still. So what does that even mean? They had
- 37:55Speaker 1: to be pulled out of school. And furthermore, while again,
- 38:00Speaker 1: I'm certainly not a fan of anyone trashing this dude's kids.
- 38:06Speaker 1: At the end of the day, their father is the
- 38:08Speaker 1: one to blame. Their father is the one that put
- 38:12Speaker 1: them in this situation. Their father is the one that
- 38:15Speaker 1: left their mother. Their father is the one that decided
- 38:18Speaker 1: to cohabitate and then marry Ghislaine Maxwell. Nobody else. So
- 38:23Speaker 1: if you want to be mad at anyone, why don't
- 38:26Speaker 1: we go to the crux of the problem and be
- 38:29Speaker 1: mad at Scott Borgeson's bitch ass? Basham said he's trying
- 38:36Speaker 1: to get Maxwell freed, saying he finds her prosecution to
- 38:40Speaker 1: be unfair, unfair imprisonment and Maxwell treatment in jail as inhumane.
- 38:46Speaker 1: You know what I find inhumane? I find the behavior
- 38:50Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell towards all of these girls and women
- 38:54Speaker 1: to be inhumane. I find her behavior towards a 16-year-old
- 38:59Speaker 1: Annie Farmer to be inhumane. Her jail conditions? Far from, folks.
- 39:07Speaker 1: We've spoken about them at length. This is what happens
- 39:10Speaker 1: in jail. You don't want to go to jail and
- 39:13Speaker 1: you don't want to eat bologna sandwiches and you don't
- 39:15Speaker 1: want light shined in your eyes? Don't commit crimes. Pretty
- 39:19Speaker 1: damn simple. You know, it's like the rules for being
- 39:23Speaker 1: an adult, right? Brush your teeth, take a shower, don't
- 39:27Speaker 1: do meth. If you do those three things, you're on
- 39:29Speaker 1: the right track this is evil Basham said of Maxwell
- 39:36Speaker 1: who was jailed for possibly recruiting children for Epstein and
- 39:40Speaker 1: his social circle it's like something out of North Korea
- 39:43Speaker 1: not America oh lay that hyperbole on thick there Mr.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Basham again The invite is open, sir. If you'd like
- 39:51Speaker 1: to come on to the podcast, you and I can
- 39:53Speaker 1: have a nice conversation about Ghislaine Maxwell's conditions. And then
- 39:59Speaker 1: perhaps I can bring on somebody who has faced real
- 40:04Speaker 1: jail conditions. And you guys can have a talk about
- 40:10Speaker 1: just who is getting the proper treatment and just who
- 40:13Speaker 1: gets shit on. Because guess what? The working poor is
- 40:16Speaker 1: not being treated correctly in jail. Ever. No lawyers, no
- 40:21Speaker 1: 13 hours a day to sit around on the computer
- 40:24Speaker 1: and look at Discovery. Hordes of other humans smashed in
- 40:29Speaker 1: on you like sardines. And always the threat of violence
- 40:36Speaker 1: hanging heavy in the air like smoke on a Beijing street.
- 40:44Speaker 1: So please, don't tell me about the way Ghislaine Maxwell's
- 40:48Speaker 1: being treated. Basham said Maxwell and Borgerson, 44, lived together
- 40:57Speaker 1: with Borgerson's 13-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter in a $ 2. 4
- 41:02Speaker 1: million home in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts, where they had been chased
- 41:08Speaker 1: out of by their neighbors once they found out what
- 41:10Speaker 1: sort of scuzzbag Maxwell was. Borgerson had his two kids
- 41:15Speaker 1: with ex-wife Rebecca, whom he divorced just before moving in
- 41:19Speaker 1: with Maxwell. Basham said the kids were shocked to hear
- 41:22Speaker 1: the claims that Maxwell recruited girls as young as 14
- 41:25Speaker 1: for Epstein. Oh, they were shocked, huh? They were shocked
- 41:29Speaker 1: because this stuff hasn't been out there for decades? Because
- 41:34Speaker 1: this stuff wasn't common knowledge? These kids... are being abused
- 41:46Speaker 1: by being put with these people, in my opinion. These
- 41:48Speaker 1: kids should be taken from this dude right away and
- 41:51Speaker 1: given to the mother. I mean, why are these kids
- 41:54Speaker 1: with Borgerson in the first place? After he threatened his
- 41:57Speaker 1: ex-wife Rebecca. After he threatened physical harm to her. Oh,
- 42:01Speaker 1: I get it. It's because he has all the dough, right?
- 42:03Speaker 1: If you got the dough and you can pay to play, well,
- 42:07Speaker 1: you can be the king for a day. Survivors of
- 42:13Speaker 1: Epstein claim Maxwell was the mastermind behind underage orgies. There's
- 42:18Speaker 1: so many. I don't know where you want me to start.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Survivor Virginia Roberts said of the girls involved in Epstein's acts,
- 42:25Speaker 1: allegedly recruited by Maxwell. And let's remember, folks, right? We're
- 42:29Speaker 1: not talking about someone who was just there hanging out.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Somebody who was being coerced into her behavior as well.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell went in with eyes wide open. She went
- 42:42Speaker 1: into this knowing exactly and explicitly what they were doing.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Some people will run around and tell you that Ghislaine
- 42:51Speaker 1: Maxwell was a spy. Me? I don't think she was
- 42:55Speaker 1: a spy. I think she knew spycraft. She grew up
- 42:58Speaker 1: in the world of spycraft. But she was an asset.
- 43:01Speaker 1: And she had a job to do. And her job
- 43:05Speaker 1: was to work in conjunction with Jeffrey Epstein... To help
- 43:09Speaker 1: provide for him. His own young girls. Via the Ponzi scheme.
- 43:15Speaker 1: And at the same time. On the flip side. They run.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Their honey trap operation. As well. And they would traffic
- 43:25Speaker 1: young girls. In that honey trap operation. To garner information.
- 43:30Speaker 1: And dossiers. On some of these high profile people. So yeah.
- 43:35Speaker 1: I agree. Ghislaine Maxwell most certainly. was a mastermind behind
- 43:40Speaker 1: all of this. Maxwell is also preparing a $ 30 million
- 43:47Speaker 1: bell package to get free before Christmas, claims a report
- 43:50Speaker 1: that came out this week. And again, we've talked about this, obviously,
- 43:55Speaker 1: and I just don't see it, right? I don't see
- 43:57Speaker 1: how this is going to work out. It's pretty much
- 44:01Speaker 1: the same things that Jeffrey Epstein offered. He offered to
- 44:04Speaker 1: have a private security company protect him, And watch him.
- 44:07Speaker 1: He offered $ 100 million in bail. So I don't see
- 44:12Speaker 1: how now all of a sudden things have changed. The
- 44:16Speaker 1: one ace in the hole for Ghislaine Maxwell and her team,
- 44:19Speaker 1: in my opinion, is this dumbass COVID pandemic. That might
- 44:23Speaker 1: give them the leverage that they need. But even with that,
- 44:27Speaker 1: I give her a very small percentage chance of getting bail.
- 44:35Speaker 1: The majority of the Bell package will come from Borgerson,
- 44:38Speaker 1: a wealthy former chief executive of Cargo Metrics, a shipping
- 44:42Speaker 1: data company. Maxwell's siblings will then come up with $ 5
- 44:45Speaker 1: million as well. See, this is a little weird because
- 44:48Speaker 1: if you look at Scott Borgerson and you look up
- 44:50Speaker 1: his net worth, he's only worth $ 5 million. So, did
- 44:55Speaker 1: he sell off assets? Where did he come up with
- 44:57Speaker 1: this other $ 20 million? Or... This is hypothetical here, folks, right?
- 45:04Speaker 1: No evidence of this. Did Ghislaine Maxwell have war chests
- 45:09Speaker 1: in offshore accounts that nobody knew about for positions such
- 45:13Speaker 1: as these? Borgerson easily goes, gets that money, and now
- 45:18Speaker 1: that money becomes, quote-unquote, his. Nobody knows where it came from.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Nobody knows how to trace it. Nobody knows its origination
- 45:26Speaker 1: or its destination. And that is why these LLCs and
- 45:31Speaker 1: all of their offshore accounts nonsense is so important to
- 45:34Speaker 1: rein in. Now, again, I don't have evidence that that's
- 45:38Speaker 1: where they got this money from, but something smells fishy
- 45:41Speaker 1: to me. Scott Borgeson's net worth is only 5 million.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Where did he come up with all of this dough? Furthermore,
- 45:48Speaker 1: if you were one of his kids, wouldn't you be pissed?
- 45:51Speaker 1: $ 25 million to get this disgusting hag out of jail, dad? Really?
- 45:55Speaker 1: This is where you're spending our money? In the middle
- 45:58Speaker 1: of a global pandemic. You're going to spend $ 25 million
- 46:02Speaker 1: to bail this disgusting bipedal serpent out of the who's gal.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Where she could possibly and more than likely go back
- 46:09Speaker 1: in a few months. You mean to tell me you're
- 46:11Speaker 1: putting up $ 25 million debt? That's the plan? That's the
- 46:15Speaker 1: grand plan you've come up with? It's a lot of money,
- 46:21Speaker 1: but he's a chief executive of his own company. And
- 46:24Speaker 1: he's an entrepreneur, Basham said of how Borgerson can come
- 46:27Speaker 1: up with the $ 25 million. So in that context, I
- 46:30Speaker 1: can see him having that kind of money. I can't,
- 46:33Speaker 1: and I don't buy it. And I'm calling your whole
- 46:35Speaker 1: entire story here bullshit, in my opinion, Mr. Basham. That's right. Bullshit.
- 46:42Speaker 1: That's what it is. That's what your whole narrative is.
- 46:45Speaker 1: That's what your whole entire Springy Lane Maxwell plan is.
- 46:49Speaker 1: And furthermore, sir, we just discussed how this dude, his
- 46:54Speaker 1: net worth is $ 5 million. He's not the CEO of
- 46:58Speaker 1: Cargometrics anymore either, by the way. And as far as
- 47:00Speaker 1: being an entrepreneur, who's going to want to work with
- 47:03Speaker 1: this idiot now that he has the fallout of Ghislaine
- 47:06Speaker 1: Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein lighting his whole entire body up?
- 47:12Speaker 1: So yeah, I don't buy that this is a wealthy entrepreneur.
- 47:16Speaker 1: They got this money from somewhere. The question is where?
- 47:21Speaker 1: As part of the package, Maxwell is to also give
- 47:24Speaker 1: up three passports and must stay in home confinement. Basham
- 47:28Speaker 1: said Maxwell didn't originally flee the United States in August
- 47:32Speaker 1: 2019 after Epstein was arrested because she thinks she's innocent. No,
- 47:37Speaker 1: let me offer an alternate, okay? Ghislaine Maxwell didn't flee
- 47:45Speaker 1: because she thought she was still being protected by the
- 47:48Speaker 1: NPA and those on high. She didn't flee because she
- 47:51Speaker 1: knows where all of the skeletons are buried. She did
- 47:54Speaker 1: not flee because she thought she could leverage all of
- 47:57Speaker 1: that into another get out of jail free card. What
- 48:01Speaker 1: she wasn't prepared for, though, was the fact that That
- 48:06Speaker 1: the walls were going to fall down... The way they did...
- 48:09Speaker 1: And that so many of these girls... These survivors would
- 48:14Speaker 1: come forward... And speak out against her... She never expected
- 48:18Speaker 1: any of that... And then... When the shit was getting
- 48:22Speaker 1: too heavy... Shit was getting too deep... She moves to
- 48:25Speaker 1: New Hampshire... Makes sense... A federal judge in New York...
- 48:31Speaker 1: Will review the package soon... before Maxwell can leave her
- 48:35Speaker 1: Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center jail cell. And again, remember, Judge
- 48:40Speaker 1: Nathan hasn't even approved a hearing for this bail yet.
- 48:44Speaker 1: She's going to see all of the information, and then
- 48:47Speaker 1: we will find out in a few days if she's
- 48:49Speaker 1: even going to grant this hearing or not. Still, Basham
- 48:54Speaker 1: is trying to remove Borgerson's name from the package as
- 49:00Speaker 1: he is getting unwanted attention. Oh, unwanted. Unwanted attention? That
- 49:06Speaker 1: train left the station, my friend, the second you got
- 49:09Speaker 1: involved with Ghislaine Maxwell. I mean, what do these people think?
- 49:13Speaker 1: You're going to go get involved with somebody like Ghislaine
- 49:16Speaker 1: Maxwell and not expect people to be everywhere trying to get...
- 49:20Speaker 1: trying to get questions from you answers from you the
- 49:23Speaker 1: whole line especially considering you're talking about putting up 25
- 49:28Speaker 1: million dollars for her everybody associated with this is suffering
- 49:35Speaker 1: from the lynch mob mentality Basham said they are worried
- 49:38Speaker 1: even frightened People are worried. They are frightened because of
- 49:41Speaker 1: the lynch mob. Oh, the lynch mob, huh? Probably should
- 49:45Speaker 1: watch the words you're using, okay? Because a lynch mob
- 49:48Speaker 1: in America carries different tones, my friend. And the public
- 49:53Speaker 1: being outraged over Ghislaine Maxwell's alleged behavior is not a
- 50:00Speaker 1: lynch mob. When the pitchforks and the torches get together,
- 50:05Speaker 1: my friend, well, Then you'll have your mob, but it
- 50:10Speaker 1: won't be a lynch mob. It'll be a mob of
- 50:13Speaker 1: pissed off people who finally have figured out that the
- 50:18Speaker 1: real problem is people like you, Mr. Basham. And all
- 50:23Speaker 1: of the other so-called elites who think that they can
- 50:26Speaker 1: manipulate the system and live on a different plane than
- 50:30Speaker 1: the rest of us. That's what this all comes down to, Mr. Basham.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Your elitism, your classism, And your simple disregard for the
- 50:41Speaker 1: rules that the rest of us has to follow will
- 50:44Speaker 1: no longer be accepted by the quote-unquote lynch mob. Maxwell's
- 50:54Speaker 1: lawyer said Maxwell lost at least 20 pounds while in
- 50:57Speaker 1: her 9 foot by 7 foot cell. Alright, so 20 pounds,
- 51:01Speaker 1: so she's at 134. She was weighing in at 154. Damn.
- 51:07Speaker 1: She's coming in at lightweight, huh? I don't buy that either.
- 51:12Speaker 1: They claim the Federal Bureau of Prisons is trying to
- 51:15Speaker 1: make an example out of Maxwell to make up for
- 51:17Speaker 1: the fact they did not bring Epstein to justice before
- 51:20Speaker 1: his death. The Department of Just Us is perverting the
- 51:24Speaker 1: course of justice, Basham said. It's outrageous. There's no reason
- 51:28Speaker 1: for her to be in prison. And in fact, there's
- 51:31Speaker 1: no reason she should have been arrested. Oh, well, that
- 51:35Speaker 1: settles it then. Brian Basham. the greatest lawyer in the
- 51:38Speaker 1: history of the world, a man who has his finger
- 51:43Speaker 1: on the law, a man who can interpret the law
- 51:46Speaker 1: as fast as a speeding bullet and leap judicial buildings
- 51:51Speaker 1: in a single bound, has told us that she shouldn't
- 51:55Speaker 1: have even been arrested. So folks, let's pack it all up.
- 51:58Speaker 1: We were all wrong. Brian Basham has spoken. Shut up,
- 52:04Speaker 1: Brian Basham. Okay, please. That's the nicest way I can
- 52:07Speaker 1: say it to you. The way she is being treated
- 52:11Speaker 1: is evil. Just evil, Basham continued. The way she is
- 52:15Speaker 1: being treated, huh? How about the girls that were abused?
- 52:19Speaker 1: Not a mention of them. How about the way they
- 52:21Speaker 1: were treated? How about the abuse they suffered? Flashlight in
- 52:26Speaker 1: the eyes. Passport taken. Give me a break. One girl
- 52:30Speaker 1: was so apoplectic, she was ready to swim. Okay, swim
- 52:34Speaker 1: home from that island. You rat bastard. Evil. You want evil?
- 52:42Speaker 1: Go take a look in the mirror and go take
- 52:44Speaker 1: a look at your good friend Ghislaine. That's evil, my friend.
- 52:49Speaker 1: How can you prepare properly for your defense when you
- 52:52Speaker 1: are being woken up every 15 minutes with a torch
- 52:55Speaker 1: and are sleep deprived, he said. referring to a claim
- 52:58Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyers have made, saying she's being woken up by
- 53:01Speaker 1: guards to search her room. A torch? You're not in England, bro.
- 53:05Speaker 1: All right? That's called a flashlight in America. Okay? What
- 53:07Speaker 1: do you think? You're in some dungeon over in the
- 53:10Speaker 1: Tower of London? Dilly dilly! Bitch, you're in America. You're
- 53:15Speaker 1: getting blasted with a flashlight. It ain't a torch. And
- 53:18Speaker 1: that's how it goes here, okay? You don't want to
- 53:21Speaker 1: serve time in American prisons? Bring your bitch ass back
- 53:25Speaker 1: to Europe and commit your crimes there. A torch? Who's
- 53:30Speaker 1: blasting a torch in her face every night? Shut up, torch.
- 53:36Speaker 1: After questioning why she wasn't arrested when Epstein was, Basham
- 53:40Speaker 1: said it was outrageous she had to procure a $ 30
- 53:42Speaker 1: million package when Bernie Madoff was only $ 10 million and
- 53:46Speaker 1: he got bail. Bernie Madoff didn't diddle little kids. Okay,
- 53:51Speaker 1: is that clear enough for you, Brian Basham? Is that
- 53:54Speaker 1: point blank enough for you, Brian Basham? Bernie Madoff also
- 54:02Speaker 1: didn't have two other passports, citizenship elsewhere, and a whole
- 54:07Speaker 1: bevy of rich, disgusting friends who are willing to help him, okay? Regardless,
- 54:14Speaker 1: the British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag,
- 54:20Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent, legal team will head to court within
- 54:24Speaker 1: days to try and win her freedom with the bail
- 54:27Speaker 1: package ahead of her next trial, ahead of her trial
- 54:30Speaker 1: next year. Good luck. The Daily Telegraph reports Borgerson's $ 25
- 54:39Speaker 1: million security would be seized if Maxwell went on the run.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Maxwell's family, including her brothers Kevin and Ian, are reported
- 54:47Speaker 1: to have agreed to post a further $ 5 million in guarantees. Yeah,
- 54:51Speaker 1: what about her nephew, Alexander Derossi? What's he putting up
- 54:56Speaker 1: to the table to help out good old Aunt Ghislaine
- 55:00Speaker 1: who got him a job at the State Department? Oh, what,
- 55:03Speaker 1: you thought we forgot? It's claimed she wants to be
- 55:09Speaker 1: bailed under a form of house arrest and will agree
- 55:12Speaker 1: to wear an electronic tag. The report in the Telegraph
- 55:15Speaker 1: appears to confirm for the first time that Maxwell and
- 55:19Speaker 1: Borgerson are married. We knew this. We called it from
- 55:22Speaker 1: the jump, right? Wasn't very tough. Wasn't a difficult one
- 55:25Speaker 1: to decipher. We didn't need the wind talkers to come
- 55:28Speaker 1: and break the code. So the confirmation's good, right? It's
- 55:34Speaker 1: always good for us to get the proper context and
- 55:37Speaker 1: the confirmation that he is her husband is certainly good. Mr.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Borgerson has denied dating Maxwell, saying repeatedly that they were
- 55:50Speaker 1: just friends. Sure seems like he's proud of his girl, huh?
- 55:55Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but if I was ever
- 55:58Speaker 1: dating a chick, And I said, you know, I wasn't
- 56:00Speaker 1: claiming her to my friends and in public. I'm sure
- 56:02Speaker 1: there would be a problem. But here at Borgerson, nah,
- 56:05Speaker 1: we're not together. What are you, crazy? What are you guys, crazy? Meanwhile,
- 56:12Speaker 1: Scott Borgerson, he's going, he was originally this CEO for
- 56:16Speaker 1: Cargo Metrics, right? And now he's turned into your cousin
- 56:20Speaker 1: from Boston. That's basically what he is now. An absolute joke.
- 56:30Speaker 1: The reported bail package is one of the largest in
- 56:32Speaker 1: recent memory and dwarves the $ 1 million bail for shamed
- 56:36Speaker 1: Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Again, different circumstances, okay? Let's talk
- 56:41Speaker 1: about the Keith Ranieri situation. Why don't we hold that
- 56:44Speaker 1: up and look at that as a comparable, not Harvey Weinstein.
- 56:49Speaker 1: The news comes just days after Maxwell's lawyers claim she
- 56:52Speaker 1: was losing her hair and suffering weight loss after being
- 56:55Speaker 1: caged in solitary confinement. That's called stress. They say Jeffrey
- 57:01Speaker 1: Epstein's madam, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag, is
- 57:06Speaker 1: being subjected to extraordinarily onerous treatment while awaiting trial for
- 57:11Speaker 1: alleged sex trafficking. Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to the
- 57:15Speaker 1: claims against her. They previously claimed her sleep was being
- 57:19Speaker 1: disrupted by flashlight every 15 minutes to check she hadn't
- 57:23Speaker 1: tried to commit suicide like the pedo tycoon. Suicide, huh?
- 57:27Speaker 1: Air quotes for me. Look, suicide? I'm going to need
- 57:32Speaker 1: proof of that, my friends. And Ghislaine Maxwell, look, this
- 57:36Speaker 1: is the treatment she has to get. This is where
- 57:38Speaker 1: we're at. I've already went through this a million times.
- 57:42Speaker 1: If she wasn't being given these extra protections, then people
- 57:46Speaker 1: would be crying that they let her die or let
- 57:48Speaker 1: something happen to her. And now that there are extra
- 57:51Speaker 1: protections in place, they're called draconian. I predicted this from
- 57:54Speaker 1: the jump as well. Maxwell's lawyer detailed her apparent deteriorating
- 58:01Speaker 1: health in response to a letter from the Federal Bureau
- 58:04Speaker 1: of Prisons stating she is treated well at the Metropolitan
- 58:07Speaker 1: Detention Center in Brooklyn. While her weight may currently be
- 58:11Speaker 1: fairly consistent, she had lost over 15 pounds and she
- 58:15Speaker 1: is sustaining hair loss, attorney Bobby Sternheim wrote to the U.S.
- 58:18Speaker 1: District Judge Allison Nathan, reported the NY Post. Look, she's
- 58:25Speaker 1: in jail. What do you think was going to happen?
- 58:28Speaker 1: She was going to go there and she was going
- 58:29Speaker 1: to put on some lean muscle mass and come out
- 58:32Speaker 1: of there looking like a professional bodybuilder? Maxwell's meal plan
- 58:39Speaker 1: may currently comply with the Bureau of Prisons policy, but
- 58:43Speaker 1: it did not the first six weeks of her stay.
- 58:45Speaker 1: And she had been isolated and denied educational and leisure programs,
- 58:50Speaker 1: religious services and movies, her lawyer claimed. Well, I didn't
- 58:53Speaker 1: know that they had... Moloch worshiping and spirit cooking inside
- 58:57Speaker 1: of prisons. Isn't that Ghislaine Maxwell's religious leanings? She's certainly
- 59:04Speaker 1: not going to play that she's Jewish, right? Because we
- 59:07Speaker 1: know she's not a practicing that religion. so we're talking
- 59:11Speaker 1: about religion it has to be Satanism right because that's
- 59:13Speaker 1: what these people are practicing bunch of Moloch worshiping weirdos
- 59:21Speaker 1: It's obvious that Maxwell is bearing the brunt of BOP incompetence,
- 59:25Speaker 1: Sternheim wrote. No, let's flip that around. Your client is
- 59:28Speaker 1: bearing the brunt of her own incompetence. She's bearing the
- 59:31Speaker 1: brunt of her own disgusting ass behavior. The detention center
- 59:39Speaker 1: has imposed extraordinarily onerous conditions of constraint on Ms. Maxwell
- 59:43Speaker 1: to avoid the catastrophic consequences of negligence occurring at the
- 59:48Speaker 1: MCC that resulted in the death of Jeffrey Epstein, Sturmheim alleged. Well,
- 59:54Speaker 1: I can't really disagree with that, right? There is negligence
- 59:57Speaker 1: at that jail, at the one Epstein died at, no
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: doubt about it. But that said, how do you fix
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: that negligence if you don't put new parameters in place?
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: If you don't have new guidelines that have to be
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: followed to safeguard these prisoners. Maxwell awaits trial for her
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: alleged role in the sex trafficking operation of convicted sex
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: offender Epstein who hanged himself inside his cell at the
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Metropolitan Correctional Center in August 2019. Allegedly. She was arrested
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: in July on charges that she recruited women and girls
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: as young as 14 years old for Epstein to sexually
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: abuse in the mid-90s. Among the most outspoken accusers is
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, who claims Epstein and Maxwell pimped her out
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: and that she was forced to have sex with Maxwell's friend,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, when she was 17 years old in 2001.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has denied these claims. So,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: there you have it, folks. We should feel bad about
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and her current incarceration because her stepkids are sad.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: The same stepkids whose life she destroyed when she showed up.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: The same stepkids whose mother was threatened by this disgusting
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: excuse for a man, Borgerson. These same kids Are broken up.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: That Ghislaine Maxwell is in the who's cow. That's what
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: you would have us believe. That's what we should be
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: talking about here. I'm sorry. But it's transparent. It's garbage.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: And anybody who brings their kids up. In a situation
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: like this. Uses them as an alibi or anything else.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Is an absolute. Piece of human. Trash in my opinion.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: And as far as Ghislaine Maxwell. Getting bailed out? Good luck.
