• 0:31
Speaker 2: It's your favorite show.
• 0:33
Speaker 2: North Florida Sports Network.
• 0:36
Speaker 2: We are going to reveal this year's picks champion.
• 0:41
Speaker 2: Every week, we picked against the spread and we have a champion.
• 0:47
Speaker 2: Your mic's not on.
• 0:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, alright, off to a great start.
• 0:56
Speaker 2: Hold on, try it again.
• 1:01
  Speaker 3: It's only been 18 weeks.
• 1:03
Speaker 1: Alright, got him there, you go, yeah Still young, go yeah, still young.
• 1:09
  Speaker 4: Still young.
• 1:11
  Speaker 2: We're at our 338th episode.
• 1:18
Speaker 4: Just cut your teeth man oh man.
• 1:20
Speaker 2: But man, we have some great stuff to talk about.
• 1:23
Speaker 2: We're going to get to all the playoff games.
• 1:26
Speaker 2: We're going to pick them against the spread.
• 1:27
Speaker 2: I'm going to ask everyone to not only pick against the spread, pick a winner and give me a score.
• 1:33
  Speaker 2: How about that?
• 1:34
  Speaker 2: That's some action.
• 1:35
Speaker 2: They didn't even know they were going to have to do.
• 1:38
  Speaker 2: That.
• 1:38
Speaker 2: Dang yeah, we're going to go over all the first, second, third, fourth for this year's picks and then we'll do playoff picks against the spread, with bonus of naming the score and picking the winner.
• 1:55
Speaker 2: Since there's not that many games, we'll do the college football playoff as well, as we already had one result in the bag, and that's Notre Dame 27,.
• 2:05
Speaker 2: Penn State, james Franklin, james Franklin 24.
• 2:11
Speaker 2: Let's throw them all, man.
• 2:15
  Speaker 4: What an idiot.
• 2:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, look at that.
• 2:17
  Speaker 2: Start there.
• 2:18
Speaker 2: I mean, what a game that was a great game.
• 2:21
Speaker 2: I mean, you could just see that I think the best players on the field were on Penn State in terms of like draft-wise, but in the end the better coach team won.
• 2:33
Speaker 2: Because you don't have a pass to a receiver the whole game and you're going to try to do that.
• 2:41
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 2:42
Speaker 2: And he throws a pick, the only thing that can beat you there.
• 2:45
Speaker 2: You know, if you're penn state, you want to go to overtime, you have.
• 2:48
Speaker 2: You have a tight end and a good defense, so I mean that's your best shot.
• 2:53
  Speaker 2: I don't.
• 2:55
Speaker 3: That's james franklin oh yeah, tyler warren is freaking awesome.
• 3:01
Speaker 3: Yeah, that guy is so much fun to watch I don't know whether I'm good on the ball.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: on every play, hammer 13 should be the only one touching the ball.
• 3:12
Speaker 2: Right, they should have ran the ball.
• 3:13
Speaker 2: They messed up there.
• 3:15
Speaker 2: But Penn State, that's what they do against good teams.
• 3:18
Speaker 2: I actually didn't know which one I was picking, but I actually picked Notre Dame on the podcast yesterday.
• 3:28
Speaker 3: That's right, so did.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: I yeah with Justin, but it could have gone either way.
• 3:32
Speaker 2: Penn State came out with the first 10 points, in Notre Dame with the next 17.
• 3:39
Speaker 2: And then Penn State with the next 14.
• 3:41
Speaker 2: And then Notre Dame with the next 14.
• 3:43
Speaker 2: And then Notre Dame with the final 10.
• 3:44
Speaker 2: So it was a very, you know, momentum shift type of game, very entertaining game and somehow, like America was probably rooting for Notre Dame.
• 3:58
Speaker 4: It's got to be because of the coach maybe yeah, I think he's made them more likable.
• 4:02
Speaker 4: Yeah, and he didn't kill anybody.
• 4:05
Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true, my last coach, but we won't talk about that here.
• 4:12
  Speaker 4: Yeah, sorry, allegedly.
• 4:12
  Speaker 2: Allegedly yeah.
• 4:13
Speaker 2: Sorry the weather, you know.
• 4:15
Speaker 2: Yeah stuff Could be the weather guy's fault.
• 4:18
Speaker 2: Anyway, let's get to the mean here.
• 4:22
Speaker 2: I was avoiding it, but we picked all the games and, after further review of all the standings and math and all that, we have a new champion.
• 4:32
Speaker 2: It is not justin, it is not jimmy, what?
• 4:39
Speaker 2: No, and it's not me.
• 4:40
  Speaker 2: It's not me.
• 4:41
Speaker 2: It's not me either.
• 4:41
Speaker 2: Meaning it's not me.
• 4:42
  Speaker 2: It's not me.
• 4:42
Speaker 2: It's not me either.
• 4:44
  Speaker 2: Meaning it's Mike.
• 4:45
Speaker 2: Congratulations, mike, the new champ.
• 4:47
  Speaker 2: The new champ.
• 4:48
Speaker 2: He has won the picks with a record of 146-23-3.
• 4:52
Speaker 2: Wow, mike, congratulations man.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: Thank you, it's a big honor.
• 4:58
Speaker 1: It is, I mean, that's a hell of a record against the.
• 5:01
Speaker 2: NFL spreads I mean, and Justin 141 and 29 when I had 140 allegedly.
• 5:10
Speaker 2: But jimmy, even with one, jimmy was right there at 500.
• 5:15
Speaker 4: So even last placed, even the worst of all time, so you can't even go.
• 5:20
Speaker 2: So bad, not not bad.
• 5:22
Speaker 2: Good job everyone, but mike is the winner.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: I'm just glad it wasn't justin, I guess keep it yeah yeah, finally somebody beats justin for sure it's, really the three of us against justin right right um hey, I gotta win something.
• 5:38
Speaker 3: I'm a miami fan over here, bro right, but we still have our super bowl picks are are all eligible.
• 5:44
Speaker 2: Except for that, except for picking the Dolphins, I still have my picks in being the Rams and the Chiefs.
• 5:51
Speaker 2: I think what was yours, Mike?
• 5:53
Speaker 2: The Lions and the Chiefs.
• 5:55
Speaker 1: I got the Chiefs and the Lions.
• 5:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you got the 2-1 seeds.
• 5:58
Speaker 2: That's the most probable outcome.
• 6:02
Speaker 2: I'm not feeling great about the Chiefs, but yeah, I put a bet on the Chiefs to win it a few weeks ago Nice Just to like, because I figured it was worth it.
• 6:15
Speaker 2: You know they still were getting not that great, but I was like I'm just going to go ahead and cash this in Because it was still like plus 500 or plus 600.
• 6:22
Speaker 2: So, but let's go do the playoffs, man.
• 6:27
Speaker 2: Um, we'll do tonight's game even though it's tonight.
• 6:30
Speaker 2: Uh, we got ohio state minus six against texas in texas.
• 6:37
Speaker 2: All right, we'll try, the champ will let him go first and We'll give him a shot at the college.
• 6:44
Speaker 2: What do you think is?
• 6:46
Speaker 1: going to happen in this one, Mike.
• 6:47
Speaker 1: You guys know way more about college than I do, but I will take.
• 6:54
Speaker 1: I don't really want Ohio State or Notre Dame to win the national championship, so I'm going to take Texas here.
• 7:00
  Speaker 2: And the points.
• 7:01
Speaker 2: Yeah, we're getting six points in your backyard.
• 7:03
Speaker 2: Right, yeah, all right, yeah, well, you're getting six points in your backyard, right?
• 7:07
Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, justin, who you got in this.
• 7:12
Speaker 3: I was saying yesterday, I think Ohio State by a couple of touchdowns, but I didn't include the fact that, dude, there's like a frigging ice storm going on in Dallas right now.
• 7:27
Speaker 3: Dude, like the weather is going to be god-awful tonight and I don't know who that affects more, because both offenses are kind of big play dependent.
• 7:38
Speaker 3: Texas has a better defense, in my opinion, which the weather and the home field would.
• 7:44
Speaker 3: That's two boxes checked for Texas, but I just can't get away from as good as Ohio State is playing, but because of the weather, because of Texas' defense, because at home I'm going to go back on what I said yesterday I think Ohio State wins, but I think Texas is going to cover.
• 8:06
Speaker 3: I think we get another classic tonight.
• 8:08
Speaker 2: All right, jimmy, who you got in this?
• 8:12
Speaker 4: I also think Texas covers, wow, wow.
• 8:16
Speaker 2: So I'm going to be the only one that thinks that Ohio State wins big.
• 8:21
  Speaker 4: Wins big.
• 8:22
Speaker 2: Well, I think they're going to win by double digits.
• 8:24
  Speaker 2: I just think they're on a mission.
• 8:25
Speaker 2: I think that they have the best player they do.
• 8:29
Speaker 2: Um, I think the coach had hit reset there's it's not michigan you know it's not michigan right exactly, and ryan day's record against not michigan teams is not like pretty good.
• 8:41
Speaker 2: It's really good and this just either.
• 8:45
Speaker 2: That would be great if he just wins it and then goes the nfl and call it double middle finger.
• 8:50
Speaker 4: Next, coach of the bears to the all right.
• 8:53
  Speaker 2: Well, I'll go.
• 8:53
Speaker 2: Ohio state minus the six all right, let's go to the nfl playoffs.
• 8:59
Speaker 2: Man, this is gonna be fun.
• 9:01
Speaker 2: Uh, we got some good matchups.
• 9:03
Speaker 2: It starts on Saturday with the worst matchup, probably, and that's the Texans hosting the Milksteaks.
• 9:13
Speaker 2: The Milksteaks, that is the Chargers.
• 9:15
Speaker 2: They are getting two and a half at home.
• 9:19
Speaker 2: Mike, who you got?
• 9:23
  Speaker 2: What's your score?
• 9:24
Speaker 2: All right, I've got the Chargers in this one and I'm going to say it is 21 to 13.
• 9:44
Speaker 3: Okay, the Chargers too, man, the Texans, with all the hype they had coming into the season.
• 9:50
Speaker 3: I mean it's got to be a disappointment if you're a Texans fan right now.
• 9:55
Speaker 3: I mean like you were looking at the AFC championship game coming into this year you know at healthy tank, coming back got hurt CJ's.
• 10:02
Speaker 3: You know at healthy take, they'll come back, they'll come in, step on in, they got hurt.
• 10:07
Speaker 3: Cj Stroud seems to have regressed a little bit.
• 10:10
Speaker 3: I mean, god forbid, dude, last month of the season Bryce Young looked better than CJ Stroud.
• 10:15
  Speaker 3: Yeah, so, yeah.
• 10:18
Speaker 3: So I got Harbaugh, I got the Chargers.
• 10:30
  Speaker 2: I'll go 24-20.
• 10:30
Speaker 3: I, the texans will keep it close, then I just don't see the chargers blowing.
• 10:32
Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't see the chargers blowing these guys out, because the chargers, they just don't have the skilled positions to blow a team out no, no, I don't.
• 10:40
Speaker 2: I don't think it is either, but I'm gonna go with you on this one.
• 10:44
Speaker 2: I think the Texans are just not peaking at the right time.
• 10:47
Speaker 2: I'm going to go with Herbert and I'm going to go with Derwin James on defense to make it rough.
• 10:57
Speaker 2: Get in the face of old CJ, who's not playing up to his standard, the high standard he set for himself as a rookie and early into his sophomore season.
• 11:09
  Speaker 2: He has regressed.
• 11:10
Speaker 2: Um, they have been hit with injuries, but that is life in the NFL.
• 11:15
Speaker 2: Um, I'm going to go with the milk and the steak for dinner on Saturday and I will go 24-19.
• 11:25
  Speaker 2: , all right.
• 11:27
Speaker 2: So, jimmy, do you give me a score on that?
• 11:31
Speaker 4: I have not Give me 19-17, Texans All right, look at that.
• 11:38
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I love it Going with the home team.
• 11:41
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 11:41
Speaker 2: The next game is the night game, and this one's interesting.
• 11:45
Speaker 2: It's an afc north battle.
• 11:47
Speaker 2: Did you know that the coaches in this game this will be the like 38th matchup they've had against each other?
• 11:53
Speaker 2: Are you kidding me that?
• 11:55
  Speaker 1: is.
• 11:55
  Speaker 1: There's no way that's real.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, well, they've been playing.
• 11:58
Speaker 2: Both coaches have been there forever and they play twice a year and sometimes three times in the playoffs, yeah and you got.
• 12:04
Speaker 2: This is the third time just this year.
• 12:06
Speaker 2: Lamar Jackson historically struggles with the Steelers.
• 12:12
Speaker 2: He's two and four, but he's two and four in the playoffs as well.
• 12:18
  Speaker 2: The pressure there.
• 12:20
Speaker 2: And then the big news is Zay Flowers is out for the Ravens and that's like their go-to wide receiver.
• 12:28
Speaker 2: So that's big and it's a division game.
• 12:33
  Speaker 2: I'll go first.
• 12:36
Speaker 2: Um, I think the ravens will win this game, but nine and a half, are you kidding me?
• 12:42
  Speaker 2: This is my.
• 12:43
  Speaker 2: I'm on.
• 12:44
Speaker 2: Give me the nine and a half when the steelers I mean, I wouldn't be shocked the steelers won this game either um, when, when you put it, when you put tomlin, like that he might get one that's respectful 9.5 division game with the Zay Flowers out.
• 13:02
Speaker 2: I'm taking the Steelers here to cover, I'm taking the Ravens to win and give me the score of 27 to 20 Ravens.
• 13:11
Speaker 2: Alright, justin, who you got?
• 13:19
  Speaker 3: yeah, I.
• 13:19
Speaker 3: Anybody listening to the podcast for the past three years knows how much I love to dog out Lamar Jackson in games like this well nosey flowers big deal yeah the Steelers have been crapping their pants and just rolling around in it for the past six weeks.
• 13:41
Speaker 3: Right, give me the ravens to cover that spread.
• 13:45
  Speaker 2: 27 17 oh, wow, I like it.
• 13:49
Speaker 2: They still got a running game.
• 13:50
Speaker 2: They still got lamar.
• 13:51
Speaker 2: They still got a running game.
• 13:52
Speaker 2: They still got Lamar.
• 13:53
Speaker 3: They still got the running game.
• 13:55
Speaker 3: They still got Mark Andrews, isaiah, likely a tight end dude.
• 13:59
Speaker 3: This feels like the type of game where Rashad Bateman shows up out of nowhere with like four catches for a buck, 50 and two touchdowns.
• 14:07
Speaker 2: Well, he'll be able to cross off all the demons on his playoff list.
• 14:11
Speaker 2: That is Lamar's, if he's able to go through the playoffs this year, and that is the Steelers.
• 14:16
Speaker 2: You know on the road, you know, steelers, first round he's going to have to go to Buffalo, probably, and then Kansas City.
• 14:23
Speaker 2: So we'll find out.
• 14:26
Speaker 2: And it starts Saturday night.
• 14:27
Speaker 2: Uh, you got, you got.
• 14:29
Speaker 2: Uh, the Steelers losing by 10 17.
• 14:33
Speaker 2: I got them losing by seven, mike, how do you see it?
• 14:38
Speaker 1: I got the Steelers winning this game.
• 14:40
Speaker 1: Wow, wow, this is a shocker.
• 14:43
Speaker 1: Oh, the champ is here.
• 14:44
Speaker 2: Wow, I could have swore you were going purple.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: I saw a statistic that said Lamar Jackson has failed to reach 20 points in five of his six playoff games, which is pretty crazy.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: Yep, and you know, the steelers defense is probably better than the average playoff team.
• 15:05
Speaker 1: Lamar jackson has gone again, wow I'm gonna take the steelers to win 18 to 17 nice, I love it I would not be shocked when you're struggling, like stealers are, and you're like favored like they are it's?
• 15:22
Speaker 2: almost like this is who you want to face.
• 15:24
  Speaker 2: There's no secrets.
• 15:25
Speaker 2: We know what we got to do.
• 15:26
Speaker 2: We just got to beat our this guy up.
• 15:28
Speaker 2: That we've beaten before.
• 15:29
Speaker 1: Let's go do it um I think they beat him 18 to 16 when they right in the first game with six field goals by boswell and it was close, even the one that the score got away with him, but it was close the majority of the game.
• 15:41
Speaker 2: I think there was a pick six by russell wilson, late, but um, jimmy, who we got in this steelers 30 with my 27 wow, a little bit of scoring.
• 15:52
  Speaker 2: That'll be fun.
• 15:53
Speaker 4: Listen they they just lost, I feel so much better about my take now.
• 15:57
Speaker 3: Thank you, Jimmy, oh yeah, oh yeah.
• 15:59
Speaker 4: I'm definitely going to be there, right there, to drag the champ down.
• 16:02
Speaker 4: But I mean, dude, it's the NFL playing the team back-to-back.
• 16:05
Speaker 4: So Justin's the only one that's on the team short, it's going to be the Russ Wilson.
• 16:14
Speaker 2: little wussle, little wussle one last win for little wussle well, I don't want to see if you're a Ravens fan.
• 16:22
Speaker 2: I don't want to see the game close with it.
• 16:23
  Speaker 2: You know he's.
• 16:24
Speaker 2: He has the ability to scramble around and throw it deep, and so you don't want to see it alright, let's go to Buffalo, where the Bills got the two seed loss to the patriots but, you know, weren't even playing their guys and the pats totally gave up what would be a top pick two in one probably could have had johnny sutter yeah oh man yeah, but uh, the Broncos are getting nine, so we got another big spread here.
• 16:57
Speaker 2: Broncos are getting nine in Buffalo, mike, who you got.
• 17:03
Speaker 1: I got uh man, I don't I've been on the Broncos all year but now I think Buffalo is going to make it.
• 17:10
Speaker 1: I think, uh, buffalo is going to win, but I don't think it's going to win, but I don't think it's going to be that big of a Really.
• 17:16
  Speaker 1: I'm thinking 31-24 Buffalo.
• 17:20
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 17:21
Speaker 2: All right, Justin, who you got in this?
• 17:23
Speaker 3: Nobody, nobody and I mean nobody circles the wagons like Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills Bills cover that spread 34 20 in a dominant performance.
• 17:38
Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, jimmy, who you got in this, I'm gonna go 41, 20 bills wow, I am with you guys.
• 17:48
  Speaker 2: Man, nobody does.
• 17:49
Speaker 2: It breaks the tables, circles the wagons at home.
• 17:54
Speaker 2: This is their year.
• 17:55
  Speaker 2: They have to.
• 17:56
Speaker 2: They're gonna blow out the broncos 42 to 13.
• 18:04
Speaker 2: Oh, I've seen it too many times.
• 18:08
Speaker 2: I've seen it too many times the buffalo and the playoffs is due for every year.
• 18:12
Speaker 2: They have a good team.
• 18:13
Speaker 2: They're going to beat the crap out of somebody.
• 18:16
Speaker 3: And they're at home, dude.
• 18:17
Speaker 3: The mafia is going to be going nuts.
• 18:19
Speaker 2: Yeah, they well-rested Josh Allen about to unleash him.
• 18:22
Speaker 2: So here we go, Because it was almost like a traditional bye week for them last week.
• 18:29
Speaker 2: So this is their.
• 18:30
Speaker 4: I'm looking for James Cook to have a big game.
• 18:33
Speaker 2: Yeah, they need to run the ball so they're not reliant on that.
• 18:37
Speaker 2: But I think this is this is it, for this is his time.
• 18:42
Speaker 2: Alright, let's go to the next one.
• 18:46
Speaker 2: It's Green Bay and it's Philly, green Bay at Philly, green Bay, getting five in Philly.
• 18:55
Speaker 2: Now Philly has been a little injury plagued all year.
• 19:01
Speaker 2: Now the latest version of this is with the most important position and that's jalen hurts.
• 19:06
Speaker 2: Anybody got anything on that?
• 19:10
  Speaker 1: he's playing.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: He's definitely going to be playing how is he going to play?
• 19:15
  Speaker 4: we'll find out.
• 19:16
  Speaker 4: Will he finish?
• 19:17
Speaker 4: Will he finish minus?
• 19:18
Speaker 2: five philly jimmy, who you got?
• 19:23
Speaker 4: give me philly man you got philly covering.
• 19:25
Speaker 4: Give me a score uh, I'm gonna go 23 over under 45.
• 19:33
  Speaker 2: So 23, 14, 23, 14.
• 19:35
Speaker 2: Really, I like it all right, justin, how you got in this all right, this is totally biased dick um.
• 19:44
Speaker 2: But uh, jalen hurts your last super bowl pick.
• 19:48
Speaker 3: Yeah get knocked out early.
• 19:51
Speaker 3: Saquon pulls a hammy after resting last week.
• 19:55
Speaker 3: In the second quarter, Jordan Love goes off and give me the pack attack 24-21.
• 20:04
Speaker 2: Wow, all right, I like it.
• 20:05
Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know, that was a big loss, man, that nobody saw.
• 20:09
Speaker 2: The one last week Now, I did pick Chicago to cover, but I didn't see them winning the game.
• 20:16
Speaker 1: Um, but you know, it didn't mean anything love got it, love got injured right, yeah, I was trying to ignore that, he was supposed to be playing the whole game but he came out in the first half because he injured his hand or his shoulder right, not good momentum going in on the road to Philly.
• 20:35
Speaker 2: Minus five, mike, who you got in this.
• 20:39
Speaker 1: I'm taking the Philadelphia Eagles 31 to 3117.
• 20:47
  Speaker 1: 3117.
• 20:50
Speaker 1: Wow, wow, oh man.
• 20:51
Speaker 2: You know a lot of pressure on Philly Green Bay.
• 20:58
Speaker 2: They can come up and get you.
• 20:59
Speaker 2: You saw last year what they did to the Cowboys in the wild card round.
• 21:03
  Speaker 2: They smoked them.
• 21:04
Speaker 2: They came out like a freaking, like they just beat the.
• 21:09
Speaker 2: I mean Jordan Love, love can be, he's really high.
• 21:13
Speaker 2: He can be really low, like reminiscent of somebody I know.
• 21:16
Speaker 2: But I'm gonna go philly here.
• 21:19
Speaker 2: I think it's too much at home.
• 21:21
  Speaker 2: Uh, I think they're everybody's on board.
• 21:23
Speaker 2: They got saquon now with those receivers, I think they can play so many different ways.
• 21:29
Speaker 2: They get a lead.
• 21:30
Speaker 2: They're just going to sit on it and, um, I'm going to go philly to cover here.
• 21:35
Speaker 2: I'm going to go philly.
• 21:36
  Speaker 2: 27 to 18.
• 21:40
Speaker 2: All right, that's everybody for that game.
• 21:46
Speaker 2: Let's go to the.
• 21:47
Speaker 2: Oh, this one's going to be fun.
• 21:49
Speaker 2: Justin told me that this was the big, the most fun matchup of the weekend and that's baker and the bucks hosting with the three seed, something they got at the end of the year with the rams losing to the seahawks.
• 22:02
Speaker 2: They're now three seed hosting the 14 and no, no, I'm sorry Hosting the Commanders.
• 22:08
Speaker 2: I'm sorry that was wrong.
• 22:12
Speaker 2: That's the next game, but they got.
• 22:15
Speaker 2: It was the battle to face the Vikings, but anyway they're placing Jaden Daniels and the Commanders.
• 22:19
Speaker 2: They're going to be a fun match.
• 22:22
Speaker 2: Sorry, man, it was anyway.
• 22:27
Speaker 2: The Commanders are getting three points in Tampa.
• 22:33
Speaker 2: All right, mike, who you got in this?
• 22:37
Speaker 1: I don't really like them personally, but I like Baker in the Bucs to win this game by six points.
• 22:45
Speaker 1: I'm going to go 30-24 here 30-24 Bucs.
• 22:49
Speaker 2: All right, jimmy, I'm going to go 30-24 here.
• 22:51
Speaker 2: 30-24 Bucs, all right, jimmy.
• 22:53
Speaker 4: I'm going to go.
• 22:54
  Speaker 4: 31-23 Commanders.
• 23:00
  Speaker 1: Wow.
• 23:02
Speaker 4: I believe in the young quarterback.
• 23:04
Speaker 2: I think this is going to be a fun game.
• 23:05
Speaker 2: I think it's going to be high scoring and I'm going to go with the home team here.
• 23:09
Speaker 2: Give me the bucks.
• 23:10
  Speaker 2: 38, 35.
• 23:13
Speaker 2: How about that, justin?
• 23:15
  Speaker 2: Who you got?
• 23:16
  Speaker 1: so what's that?
• 23:16
Speaker 1: What was the spread?
• 23:18
  Speaker 2: oh, it's a three.
• 23:19
Speaker 2: So that's a push, you're gonna push what's the rare push here?
• 23:25
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm going with a push all right, I like it.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: I bet you can win a lot of money betting on the push.
• 23:31
Speaker 2: You know, I don't know if you, I'm not going to bet on that.
• 23:33
Speaker 2: So I have to make a pick here.
• 23:36
Speaker 2: I'm going to go bucks Cover that 38, 34.
• 23:40
  Speaker 2: How about that?
• 23:41
  Speaker 2: There you go.
• 23:42
Speaker 1: I'll give you an extra win if they push, if you want to.
• 23:45
Speaker 2: Yeah, there we go, I like it All right, all right.
• 23:50
Speaker 3: Justin, who you got?
• 23:51
Speaker 3: I'm actually with you, dude.
• 23:53
Speaker 3: I kind of see this being a three-point game.
• 23:55
Speaker 3: It's going to be fun.
• 23:58
Speaker 3: Yeah, I think the bookmakers are filthy rich for a reason, because I do see this coming down to a field goal.
• 24:05
Speaker 3: I can't bet against Baker at home man with a rookie going up against a rookie quarterback.
• 24:11
Speaker 3: I think Todd Bowles out coaches Kingsbury, I think his defense swarms Jaden Daniels and I'll go 38-31 Bucs.
• 24:27
Speaker 3: All right, that'll be a fun game.
• 24:27
Speaker 2: Nice, yeah, did you get a score already.
• 24:28
  Speaker 2: Everybody did right.
• 24:28
  Speaker 2: I'll go 38-31.
• 24:29
  Speaker 1: Bucs.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: All right, that'll be a fun game, nice yeah.
• 24:32
Speaker 2: Did you get a score already?
• 24:33
  Speaker 2: Everybody did right.
• 24:34
  Speaker 4: Yeah, 31-23.
• 24:35
Speaker 4: All right, okay, Command the skins.
• 24:37
Speaker 2: All right, so you're alone on that one.
• 24:40
Speaker 2: Well, you know Well that was the battle last week that they lost.
• 24:44
Speaker 2: Now they get the right to host the 14-3 Vikings.
• 24:48
Speaker 2: That is the Los Angeles Rams, and that is the Monday night game, the last of the wild card games.
• 24:57
Speaker 2: It's going to be a fun one.
• 24:59
Speaker 2: I'll go ahead and pick this one.
• 25:01
Speaker 2: This is if you know who I picked for the Super Bowl.
• 25:03
Speaker 2: I picked those Rams.
• 25:04
Speaker 2: I think they rested Matt Stafford for a reason, I think.
• 25:09
Speaker 2: You coming off an emotional game for the Vikings on the road on Sunday night.
• 25:15
Speaker 2: That's why that game was so huge.
• 25:17
Speaker 2: The stakes were high.
• 25:18
Speaker 2: You get a first, you get the buy and home field advantage, or you go on the road next week and it's actually going to be in Arizona because of the fires going on in LA.
• 25:30
Speaker 2: That's crazy bad, but they're still.
• 25:33
Speaker 2: I mean they don't have a home field advantage anyway and they're familiar with playing in Arizona.
• 25:38
Speaker 2: I don't really feel that affects the game other than just to, you know, put thoughts on those that have been affected by the fires.
• 25:50
Speaker 2: You know, put thoughts on those that have been affected by the fires, but, um, it's going to be in arizona, minnesota coming in there 14 and 3 having to go on the road.
• 26:00
Speaker 2: The rams are getting two and a half at home.
• 26:03
Speaker 2: I see the rams winning this game as the underdog.
• 26:08
Speaker 2: Give me the Rams 27 to 24, jimmy you got well.
• 26:16
Speaker 4: The Rams are my NFC Super Bowl pick, so I'm gonna take Rams 28 20 Vikings had some issues protecting Sam Darnold.
• 26:24
Speaker 4: That's not a good thing going up against this Rams, this team did play earlier in the season.
• 26:29
Speaker 2: By the way, it was one of the only three losses the Vikings had.
• 26:33
Speaker 2: It was 30-20 Rams.
• 26:35
Speaker 2: If that affects Mike, who you got in this.
• 26:39
Speaker 1: I think you did that.
• 26:40
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think you did that.
• 26:42
Speaker 1: Yeah there you go.
• 26:44
Speaker 1: I am usually a Vikings guy.
• 26:47
Speaker 1: I don't want to stop now, so I'm going the Minnesota Vikings to win 30-24.
• 26:55
Speaker 2: All right, all right, justin, I think that's covered.
• 26:58
Speaker 2: Right, yeah, that covers it's two and a half, so it's basically, I mean, a field goal game.
• 27:04
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 27:06
  Speaker 1: All right.
• 27:09
Speaker 2: They're thinking that they're about a half point and I don't even know if you get.
• 27:13
Speaker 2: It's almost like a neutral site game, almost.
• 27:16
Speaker 1: So when they say, like if they played it at a neutral site, I would not be surprised if more.
• 27:20
Speaker 2: I mean knowing that what Minnesota did last week to buy tickets, I mean they'll have that opportunity to send a bunch of Minnesota fans there.
• 27:28
Speaker 3: I wouldn't be surprised if there's more uh, viking fans at this game but uh justin, who you got in this yeah, I don't think the bands really matter in this game it's gonna feel like, uh, a bowl game with two band bases.
• 27:45
Speaker 3: That don't care right, any.
• 27:47
Speaker 2: any game LA has at home is like that anyway, yeah exactly, dude, and I'm actually with Jimmy on this.
• 27:57
Speaker 3: I think Fisk and Burst beat against that Vikings line dude.
• 28:03
Speaker 3: I think that Darnold is going to be under pressure constantly throughout this game.
• 28:08
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 28:08
Speaker 3: And you know what that pressure is going to be under pressure constantly throughout this game.
• 28:10
Speaker 3: Yeah, and you know what that pressure is going to lead to.
• 28:11
Speaker 3: It's going to lead to a pick six by Cam Kitchens baby.
• 28:16
Speaker 2: Oh, he had the long one this year, didn't he?
• 28:18
  Speaker 2: He?
• 28:19
Speaker 3: did right, he did man yeah.
• 28:22
Speaker 2: That was a good pick.
• 28:23
Speaker 2: When they got that, I remember that Of course it was dude.
• 28:26
Speaker 3: I was saying it all last year that Cam Kinchens was going to be a sneaky good kid.
• 28:29
Speaker 3: All three of those guys.
• 28:31
  Speaker 2: man, that's crazy.
• 28:32
Speaker 3: That was good, Got three of the best defenders and I got that Rams defense I say they keep them in check, they keep the Vikings in check and they win by a point 28-27.
• 28:43
Speaker 2: All right, there it is.
• 28:44
Speaker 2: There you have it, folks.
• 28:46
Speaker 2: That's the wild card week.
• 28:47
Speaker 2: There, you have it, folks.
• 28:48
Speaker 2: That's wild card week.
• 28:49
Speaker 2: The playoffs have been set.
• 28:51
Speaker 2: The picks are in.
• 28:52
  Speaker 2: What is that?
• 28:54
Speaker 1: We had to go.
• 28:55
Speaker 2: Oh, that's all right, we got to get on out of here.
• 28:58
Speaker 2: But hoops there it is, Hoops there it is.
• 29:04
Speaker 2: I saw Miami play Florida State in basketball.
• 29:06
Speaker 2: That was fun to watch.
• 29:08
Speaker 2: Man, do we have to talk more Miami?
• 29:11
  Speaker 3: basketball dude.
• 29:14
Speaker 2: Matt Cleveland's still down there, man Still has it.
• 29:17
Speaker 1: He's finally decided to show off in one of these games.
• 29:19
Speaker 1: He's like I like going to class.
• 29:21
Speaker 2: I mean, that's one thing about him I know he's a good student and he's a smart kid.
• 29:26
Speaker 3: No to learn, but he's got to get a three-collar ship man.
• 29:47
Speaker 2: He, but yeah yeah, it really does, though.
• 29:48
Speaker 2: Well, acc looks bad, miami looks real bad.
• 29:49
Speaker 2: Um, that's where you're seeing the money, yeah, you'll.
• 29:51
Speaker 2: Yeah, you can see in basketball, you can baseball too, but to a lesser extent.
• 29:54
Speaker 2: Well, I think what was?
• 29:55
Speaker 2: Laranega stepped down and he even said he had eight players on that team that went to the final four, that were like in his office saying all right, coach, I'm out and it's like what.
• 30:06
Speaker 2: We just went to the final four right, we got a chance to do something special, and it was like that feeling too.
• 30:11
Speaker 2: It was almost like damn Miami's going to be good in basketball now for a while, and then just like Then we brought in Matthew Cleveland Right To completely destroy the locker room To kill the everything.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: Cleveland will be the piece that puts us over the top.
• 30:27
Speaker 3: I mean, all of a sudden, nigel Pack can't hit a goddamn three-pointer anymore.
• 30:31
Speaker 3: Our defense sucks Like oh my God, dude, poison, it's a poison pill man.
• 30:38
Speaker 2: Right Duke's good in the ACC, I guess Clemson they're good too, it maybe.
• 30:47
Speaker 4: It doesn't matter, man, the ACC's not winning shit.
• 30:53
Speaker 4: Hey, they're not, it's about team conference.
• 30:54
  Speaker 3: Who are you?
• 30:55
  Speaker 3: Paul Feinbaum, hey.
• 30:58
Speaker 4: Yeah well, he's probably right, but it's not the Big 10.
• 31:02
  Speaker 2: It's the Big 12.
• 31:03
Speaker 2: Yeah, and the SEC are probably the best team in college basketball.
• 31:07
Speaker 2: We'll watch those Football's ending up.
