- 4:25Speaker 2: among other things, the date, beginning time, ending time, and
- 4:29Speaker 2: duration of all shifts each officer claimed to work in
- 4:31Speaker 2: the given period. Nineteen NOPD relied on the contents of

- 4:39Speaker 2: When an EPU member traveled on official business, he was
- 4:41Speaker 2: eligible to receive a daily allowance from meals and incidental expenses.
- 4:45Speaker 2: After returning from a trip, the EPU member completed a

- 8:09Speaker 2: or around February twenty twenty two and in or around
- 8:12Speaker 2: October twenty twenty two, Vappy and Cantrell exchanged over fifteen

- 9:14Speaker 2: or around June twenty twenty two, Cantrell traveled to an

- 9:37Speaker 2: to Martha's Vineyard, a Massachusetts Island, via commercial airplane, commercial bus,

- 9:46Speaker 2: in or around September twenty twenty one and in or
- 9:48Speaker 2: around March twenty twenty four, while purporting to serve on
- 9:50Speaker 2: duty as a member of EPU, Vappy accompanied Cantrell on
- 9:53Speaker 2: at least fourteen trips outside the state of Louisiana, including
- 9:56Speaker 2: to domestic destinations such as Los Angeles, California, Orlando, Florida,

- 10:13Speaker 2: outside the state of Louisiana with Cantrell, including travel, lodging meals, incidentals,
- 10:18Speaker 2: and salary forty three. For example, on or about April six,
