SPEAKER_01: This old ass court date I got today.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_01: Before we get into the Diddy mess, uh this whole fucking court day I got um it's some old ass housing violation shit.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_01: Like, didn't cut the grass on time, didn't repair a gutter on time, shit like that.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: And this shit has been going on for six years.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_01: I hope they just give me a fine today and cancel it.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_01: Like, this shit has been going on way too fucking long.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: Like, give me a fine and get the hell out of the way.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, hey, good morning, Melissa.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_01: We starting early today because of course y'all know I got caught.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_01: So good morning to the flow show.
• 2:23
  SPEAKER_01: This is Taco Tuesday.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_01: If you're listening to me on Apple and Spotify or any of the other major platforms, uh make sure if you're walking your dog, keep your head on the swivel, scoop the poop.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_01: All my Uber Lyft drivers and different people who drive while they listen, make sure you got your seatbelt on and paying close attention.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_01: Give me a few tacos today, but yeah, y'all, I had court today.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_01: So I said, let me start this episode early so we don't have to end it early.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_01: Court is at 9:30.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_01: I wish I could go live in the court.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_01: I wish I could go live in the court for real.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_01: But they have rules, and we must abide by those rules.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_01: But uh, I hope everybody else kind of sees the notifications and see they're gonna come in here at 8 30.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_01: Like, when did y'all start?
• 3:29
SPEAKER_01: Be like, we had to start early.
• 3:31
  SPEAKER_01: Remember, it's court today.
• 3:33
  SPEAKER_01: Court at 9 30.
• 3:35
  SPEAKER_01: So Diddy is pissed.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_01: Well, what could little itty bitty mohawk Diddy be pissed about?
• 3:49
  SPEAKER_01: Thanks, Melissa.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_01: Melissa says she's messaging some of the girls.
• 3:54
  SPEAKER_01: I appreciate you, Melissa.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_01: You missed me yesterday, male Mac?
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_01: Yesterday was my off day.
• 4:04
  SPEAKER_01: Banks closed, flow closed.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_01: Because in my businesses outside of uh social media, um they basically center around banks.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_01: So if the banks are closed, like holidays, that's why I say weekends or holidays, I'm off.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_01: If the banks are closed, which is normally weekends or holidays, that's when I typically close because then I'm able to get a break.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_01: So y'all know the the the the day one is no only time if you don't see flow is probably a holiday or a weekend.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_01: That's the only day you're gonna not see me up on here.
• 4:44
  SPEAKER_01: I forgot it was a holiday.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_01: Yep, well, yeah, you gotta remember if you don't see me, it's a holiday or it's a weekend, or something has terribly gone wrong.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_01: Those only three times you ain't gonna see me on here Monday through Friday, 8 30, 8 M.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_01: Sharp.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't say I'll celebrate Columbus Day.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_01: I just take my off days when when when when I when I have a when I'm able to have an off day.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_01: Columbus is definitely the most uh meaningless, uh I'll just say untruthful holiday.
• 5:34
  SPEAKER_01: No, he sure didn't.
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_01: He sure didn't.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_01: I agree with you on that, Melissa.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_01: So why is Diddy mad?
• 5:45
SPEAKER_01: Diddy is mad because he felt like he was lied to.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_01: He felt like he was lied to by his legal team.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_01: They've been drained, I told y'all they've been draining his fucking pockets.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_01: They have been draining Diddy's pockets from the beginning, and it it is now leaking out, but uh, it is now leaking out that he feels like he was lied to.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_01: He felt like his legal team lied to him when he said he would be getting time served.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_01: Well, as we all found out, he got a little more than time served, and he's pissed.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: Um, also via uh I believe Tisa Tails, uh uh this is some information Tisa Tails dropped, not me, so I'm not sure.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_01: But I believe she said something about not only was it not um one speaking engagement that Diddy had, but you know this motherfucker had the nerve to have a whole tour book.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_01: Diddy had a whole entire tour book.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_01: Uh uh uh that literally was a smack in the face to um to the judge, to the system, but the judge for short.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_01: Basically saying, I I know what you I know what you're about to give me time, sir.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_01: I got I got I got business arrangements, I got tours, I got speaking engagement.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's a lot of, it's a lot of uh speaking to somebody in the chat.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_01: There are several uh uh lawsuits coming down, and so what I've been doing is I've been doing a little research.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_01: Um, because some of them you know don't have much merit, but of course some of them do.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_01: So I've been trying to weave weave in between uh which ones will have them and which ones won't, uh, which one will have merit, which one won't.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_01: Mel says he's gonna claim ineffective counsel.
• 8:22
  SPEAKER_01: Hey, what's up, Steph?
• 8:23
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, everybody coming in now.
• 8:24
  SPEAKER_01: I apologize.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_01: I had to come on early today because if y'all remember, I got court today.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_01: So uh court starts at 9:30.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_01: So I didn't want to have to end the show early.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_01: So I said, you know what?
• 8:43
SPEAKER_01: We just got to start uh a half hour early so that I can make it to court.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_01: Can't wait to get this shit over with.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_01: Like I said, it's some fucking housing violations, some bullshit from six, seven years ago.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_01: They're doing way too much.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_01: This needs to be over today, once and for all.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_01: Leave me alone.
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_01: Cleveland Heights court.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_01: Y'all are the fucking worst.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_01: Y'all are the fucking worst.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_01: No coffee today either, because I had to start early.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_01: Had to start early, so I didn't have time to go get coffee.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_01: Court has just fucked up all kind of shit today.
• 9:29
  SPEAKER_01: But it's okay.
• 9:32
  SPEAKER_01: So it's a combination.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's hard to believe somebody like with Diddy's money could be short on money, but they're saying the money getting short.
• 9:46
  SPEAKER_01: Not here yet.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_01: It didn't get here yet.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_01: It was supposed to be here uh yesterday, but I don't know if maybe because of the holiday is back a day, so it'll probably come today.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_01: So let's look out for it.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, tomorrow uh I'll be able to debut it.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_01: Melissa says, I don't think you're ready for this yeti.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_01: No, the yeti getting unveiled tomorrow.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_01: Like I said, I think the um I think the uh holiday pushed it back a little bit though.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_01: Lily didn't hear yeah, Lily.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_01: Y'all know I got court today, so I know it's throwing some people off that we kind of already started, but uh I wanted to make sure that this episode didn't get cut short.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_01: So uh that's why we are here a little early because Flo has court.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_01: So Diddy is upset, not just he was counting money.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: He actually, if we are to believe what these sources are saying about Diddy's money problems, I ain't looking in his bank account, so I can't say for sure, but I'm just telling you what people are saying and what word on the street is.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_01: Diddy was counting on that tour money and going around speaking engagements and counting on being able to uh make money again because of course he's been spending a lot of money, being locked up, but he's been spending a lot of money, his kids are spending a lot of money.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_01: Uh so it's like Diddy was counting on being able to make money because he's been losing a lot of money.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_01: So, when you are told you are gonna be getting time served, which means you'll be able to go out, earn some money, earn a living, make some of your money back, that's what he was thinking.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_01: But then when Diddy came back to court and the judge said you're gonna have to kick rocks with no flip-flops, with no socks inside of the penitentiary, they say Diddy lost it.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_01: They say Diddy was cussing out everybody, has been cussing out everybody, mainly his defense team.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_01: He's he he he he he's finally getting to the point where he realized they draining you, bro.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_01: They join they draining you.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_01: They knew you wasn't coming home with no time served.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_01: But if if it's a way to get all the money, get all the motions, file the motions, get paid, they're not gonna say no to that.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_01: They're not gonna say no to that.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna say, oh, you want to file this stupid ass motion?
• 12:56
SPEAKER_01: Come on, let's file this stupid ass motion.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: You want you want you you you you you you want to file for it acquittal?
• 13:04
SPEAKER_01: You want to file for all these things they cost.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_01: But they saying with with all the money that the kids are spending, all this legal fees, and so much of the money that he used to be able to make that he's not making anymore because of all this drama and essays and sexual assault.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_01: They like Diddy Pocket's getting skinny.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_01: Like I said, it's hard to believe somebody that got billions, but one thing about person who's had billions or like heavy assets,$50 million, you know, house, all type of shit, it costs a lot to keep that up.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_01: It costs a lot to keep that up, especially.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna get back to this, but especially when you have only fans models coming out saying that you deserve life because they have been at one of your parties.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_01: This is a new, this is a new new somebody else coming out and speaking out.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_01: Uh, some some only fans models said Diddy deserve Diddy deserves uh she said Diddy deserves life.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_01: I said, damn, why is she saying that?
• 14:37
SPEAKER_01: Well, she says that Diddy has some crazy shit going on at one of the parties she was at.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_01: She said she was 18.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_01: So she was of age, but she was literally 18.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_01: So uh she what she was a little young, but she was she was of age.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_01: So we can't say we can't say she wasn't.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_01: Uh so let's get into this, man.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_01: She said, uh OnlyFans Model, this is from OK.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_01: OnlyFans Model declares Sean Diddy Comb deserved life after attending his party at the age of 18.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_01: And I quote, she says it was pretty disgusting.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_01: See, these lawsuits are not stopping.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_01: These lawsuits are not stopping.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_01: Uh so this is the only fan model says she attended Itty Bitty Diddy's infamous parties at the age of 18 and feels like he deserves more time.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_01: Content creator Jeannie Xoom came clean about attending a gathering hosted by the imprison by Diddy, the imprisoned rapper, when she was 18 years old while speaking to the Hollywood Fix in Beverly Hills.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_01: During the chat, Jeannie admitted she wasn't satisfied with the 50-month prison sentence.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_01: She said he deserved more, and this is why.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_01: She was surprised by Combs coming up in conversation after being asked about her OnlyFans success and skyrocketing social media starting.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_01: I feel great.
• 16:48
  SPEAKER_01: It's been awesome.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_01: Actually, a lot of partying, a lot of shopping.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_01: The 26-year-old influencer bragged before being caught off guard by a question about itty bitty ditty.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_01: In response to curiosity about whether she ever attended one of Combs' infamous gatherings, Exxum replied, I never thought anyone was going to ask me, but actually, yes, I did attend.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_01: Now wow, Exxum couldn't share too many details.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_01: Guess why she couldn't share too many details.
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_01: NDAs.
• 17:33
  SPEAKER_01: NDAs.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_01: No show on holidays and weekends.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_01: If the bank closed, I'm closed.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_01: That's how I get that's how I get my off days and don't burn myself out.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_01: I make sure I take all the holidays and weekends for short.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_01: But if it's not a holiday or a weekend, my ass will be right here reporting and journalizing the fucking news all day long.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_01: Good to see you, Desi.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_01: Like the profile pic too.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_01: I'm glad to see everybody coming with their profile picks.
• 18:09
  SPEAKER_01: I'm proud.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_01: But the OnlyFans model couldn't share too many details.
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_01: She got a non-disclosure.
• 18:30
  SPEAKER_01: Agreed.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_01: These little shady non just NDAs that did he be having people sign.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_01: But we starting to find out those NDAs is what keeps a lot of information being tucked.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_01: Because as we know, you can't spill the beans unless it turns criminal if you sp if if once you sign an NDA.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_01: So just like from this example, she can't say much.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_01: It says, while Jeannie couldn't share too many details due to a non-disclosure agreement, she admittedly signed the OnlyFans model.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_01: I was even I wasn't even there long enough to say a lot.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_01: Says she went to Combs party.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_01: She was invited through a friend of a friend online and insinuated she was unaware of the notorious type of event she agreed to attend beforehand.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_01: So this party was nasty as fuck.
• 20:10
  SPEAKER_01: Y'all, according to her.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_01: And because you didn't get caught.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_01: A meaningful sentence is needed to protect the public from further crimes.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_01: Judge Sabermania was serving, did he?
• 21:03
  SPEAKER_01: Uh, with that.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_01: But she says all type of nasty shit went on.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_01: And this is why we get lawsuit after lawsuit.
• 21:17
  SPEAKER_01: After lawsuit.
• 21:18
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Enoch.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, uh, I talked about it.
• 21:21
  SPEAKER_01: That's why I'm on early today.
• 21:23
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for all the reminders of court.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, court starts at 9:30.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: So I figured I would come on uh a half hour earlier so I could get off the show, be done with the show at 9 o'clock, um, throw my clothes on and head to court and be there at 9:30.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_01: Court is only like five minutes away from me, maybe 10 minutes.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_01: No, not even 10 minutes.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_01: Like five to seven minutes is how far court is away from me.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_01: So I don't have far to go.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, thank you for the reminder, Enoch, and thank you for everybody who reminded me and not let me miss court because you know they're gonna be on my ass.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_01: Melissa said those NDAs are just a scare tactic.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_01: So that nobody tells any secrets, yeah.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_01: But one thing about it, once it becomes um, once those uh what do they call NDAs, once once the event or whatever becomes criminal, then all hell breaks loose, and that's what he found out.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_01: Those NDAs ain't worth the paper they wrote on or printed on if something becomes uh criminal.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_01: Now, talking about his time, they're saying Diddy eyes easy time at Fort Dix Prison, but he's not allowed to go there.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_01: But somebody said no matter where Diddy go, he has to be careful with the violence and gangs.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_01: And remember, I don't know if Diddy was just lying or trying to get sympathy, but if you remember, Diddy said they were threatening his life in there.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_01: Uh legal team requests Fort Dick's facility, but remember, he's not gonna get that.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_01: He's not getting Fort Dicks.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_01: But wherever he's going, they say it's it's the gang violence, and they're gonna be on Diddy's ass.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_01: So uh you got inmates coming out saying uh Diddy better be careful about the gangs and violence while he's trying to pick where he's going.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_01: He can't really run from that.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_01: So he didn't get the easy place.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_01: I'm anxious to see where the hell this judge desires to take Diddy.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_01: Diddy say they want therapy.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_01: Twelve months would have him ultimately released in February 27, give or take in the event that he successfully completed the program, that he receives a maximum of 12 months off.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_01: So this place that he wanted to go to, Fort Dix supposedly had some type of program where he could get a whole nother year off of his sentence.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_01: So there was a lot of reasons he wanted to go to Fort Dix, but that judge said hell fucking no.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_01: I see why Diddy mad.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_01: And you gotta think, and Diddy didn't get to go.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_01: He didn't get to go where he wanted to go.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_01: He didn't even get to fucking pick the judge, did he pick the the place he wanted to go?
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_01: This is weird.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_01: So let's see, we got some more uh lawsuits.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_01: I told you, diddy lawsuits are dropping like flies.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_01: Every time you look around, it's a new lawsuit.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_01: Now y'all, now this is nasty.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_01: Now, have y'all heard Rihanna's ex-publicist, uh Jonathan Hay.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_01: He has been saying all kind of explosive stuff.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_01: Uh this guy has said Diddy graped his mouth.
• 26:18
  SPEAKER_01: Now, this is Rihanna's ex-publicist.
• 26:20
SPEAKER_01: He has said all kind of controversial stuff, but now he talks about a story.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_01: He was on YouTube, his name is Jonathan Hay, and he said Diddy graped his mouth.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_01: It's like these stories ain't gonna never stop.

SPEAKER_01: I just know there's another case coming for sure.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_01: It's too, it's just too many too much smoke for it not to be any fire.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_01: You got people saying Diddy brutally assaulted.
• 27:39
  SPEAKER_01: This is Breonna's ex-publis.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_01: You got people coming out saying Diddy deserves life.
• 27:52
  SPEAKER_01: She's saying I've been a victim.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_01: This is what the the uh the uh OnlyFans model says.
• 27:59
  SPEAKER_01: I've been a and I quote, I've been a victim.
• 28:05
  SPEAKER_01: I've been a victim before.
• 28:06
  SPEAKER_01: He deserves life.
• 28:07
  SPEAKER_01: Life, death, disgusting.
• 28:10
SPEAKER_01: I signed an NDA, so I can't really say anything, but I will tell you that man definitely deserves more than four years in prison.
• 28:18
  SPEAKER_01: That's for sure.
• 28:20
  SPEAKER_01: They on his back.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_01: This ex-publisher says, Diddy graped him, saying he did the same thing to Little Rod, and that he has done the same things to others.
• 28:49
  SPEAKER_01: We need justice, man.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_01: It's just what it's just what it is.
• 28:56
  SPEAKER_01: We need justice.
• 28:59
  SPEAKER_01: This is crazy.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_01: And so and people are gonna be surprised when Diddy gets a uh when Diddy gets another uh another catches another case with with people like this coming out saying that Diddy has destroyed them.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_01: They got another in the matter of Gardner versus Combs.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_01: All arguments before Judge Leo M.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_01: Gordon are set for November 17th at 9:30 a.m.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_01: at the U.S.
• 29:37
  SPEAKER_01: Court of International Trade.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_01: Sitting by designation for the U.S.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_01: District Court for the District of New Jersey.
• 29:46
  SPEAKER_01: This is Lisa Gardner.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_01: So, what is going on with that case, Lisa Gardner?
• 29:56
SPEAKER_01: What do we got going on with the Lisa Gardner case?
• 30:00
SPEAKER_01: Diddy tell you it's so many, man.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_01: They they they dropping like one after another.
• 30:12
  SPEAKER_01: So leave the gardener.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_01: This is this is the one that's popping off November 17th.
• 30:22
SPEAKER_01: I put up an old article so to bring us abreast of what's going on.
• 30:26
SPEAKER_01: Sean, it's for people magazine.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_01: Sean Diddy Combs accuser files amended complaint, says she was a 16-year-old minor during alleged 1990 rape.
• 30:47
SPEAKER_01: 1990, that means Diddy would have been about 22, 23, 22 years old.
• 30:57
SPEAKER_01: Lisa Gardner, Lisa Gardner, and then she filed suit against the music mogul and Aaron Hall in November 2023.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_01: So now this case with Diddy and no and Aaron Hall is becoming serious.
• 31:18
SPEAKER_01: Now if you remember, Aaron Hall is the old back in the day singer who R.
• 31:24
  SPEAKER_01: Kelly took his R.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_01: Kelly took his uh took his time.
• 31:31
  SPEAKER_01: What's up, C Tuck?
• 31:32
SPEAKER_01: You know, I got court today, C Tuck.
• 31:36
SPEAKER_01: Everybody say what's up and good morning to C Tuck.
• 31:38
  SPEAKER_01: I got court today, C Tuck.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_01: So we had to start the show a half hour early.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_01: So I can make it to court.
• 31:45
  SPEAKER_01: Court is at 9 30.
• 31:46
SPEAKER_01: So T C Tuck says, good morning, Flo and crew.
• 31:49
SPEAKER_01: Make sure y'all like the live as y'all enter, please.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_01: And thank you in advance.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, so this is the one with Aaron Hall.
• 32:00
  SPEAKER_01: The one R.
• 32:01
  SPEAKER_01: Kelly, R.
• 32:02
SPEAKER_01: Kelly basically took Aaron's Hall whole career.
• 32:05
  SPEAKER_01: Like, once R.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_01: Kelly came, nobody gave a fuck about Aaron Hall anymore.
• 32:09
  SPEAKER_01: But that's that's music history.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about trifling man history right now.
• 32:17
SPEAKER_01: So y'all know this one is so serious.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_01: Man, y'all better be careful because check this out.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_01: Aaron Hall has fucking disappeared ever since this lawsuit dropped.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_01: Aaron Hall has virtually disappeared.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_01: Disappeared from the whole earth.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_01: We don't know where he is.
• 32:46
SPEAKER_01: But if you remember, we reported a story of what Aaron Hall said that him and Diddy, he said other celebrities, but he said namely, he always was fucking with females, and they were having sex in front of Diddy, and this is what they did got on.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_01: He said in the interview, he said, you can ask Puff, Puffy, talking about Diddy.
• 33:17
SPEAKER_01: He said, uh, it was some other names.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_01: He said, you can ask everybody.
• 33:22
SPEAKER_01: This is how we get down, this is how I get down, basically.
• 33:25
SPEAKER_01: So the fact that this lawsuit with this minor concerning Aaron Hall and Diddy, the fact that it's coming up, and the fact that Aaron Hall has disappeared, something something going on.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_01: And now they're saying that they're about to start November 17th.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_01: Let's continue on what happened.
• 33:53
SPEAKER_01: So this woman, and this lawsuit is coming together November 17th.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_01: So this woman who accused Sean Diddy Combs and his friend, Aaron Hall, excuse me, of grape in a November lawsuit has filed an amended complaint, which reveals she was a 16-year-old minor when the alleged assault occurred.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_01: Lisa Gardner filed her amended complaint on Tuesday, which is a while ago.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_01: This is a long time ago.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_01: I mean, this is months ago.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, and says the assault took place when she was around 17 years old.
• 34:40
SPEAKER_01: Now, Gardner had previously alleged in November that Combs and Hall took turns graping her and a friend after meeting them at an event at MCA Records New York office.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_01: This is another case of a minor, and if I'm if I'm if I remember correctly, cases with minors have no statute of limitation.
• 35:13
SPEAKER_01: I repeat Aaron Hall has disappeared from Earth after this lawsuit came about.
• 35:23
SPEAKER_01: We don't know where the fuck Aaron Hall is.
• 35:29
SPEAKER_01: We don't know where the hell Aaron Hall is.
• 35:35
SPEAKER_01: Okay, while the original complaint said Gardner was coerced into having sex with Combs, the amended version says she was physically forced into having sex with combs against her will.
• 35:50
SPEAKER_01: And that because she was a minor, she was not able to consist to consent to drinking the alcohol alleged allegedly given to her by the other two men.
• 36:04
SPEAKER_01: So if this is true, Diddy and Aaron Hall are up shit's creek without a palette.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_01: If this is true, not only was she a minor, but you also forced alcohol on her.
• 37:04
SPEAKER_01: I feel like they really are trying to get Diddy with one of these minors.
• 37:09
  SPEAKER_01: I think they're saying fuck that.
• 37:12
SPEAKER_01: We're going for the jugular now.
• 37:15
SPEAKER_01: This is the second minor, and it might be three.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_01: But I know this is the second minor case that is getting legs.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_01: You know, we got the other one with involving Har Pierre and the young lady, but we got the picture of her sitting on Diddy's lap in the studio.
• 37:35
  SPEAKER_01: I believe it was Daddy's house.
• 37:37
SPEAKER_01: I can't remember, but we got that uh minor, and then we got this one.
• 37:46
SPEAKER_01: These knee these dudes gave her drinks, and according to her, forced themselves on.
• 38:01
SPEAKER_01: Now, at the time combs assaulted Miss Gardner, she recalls feeling the side effects of the alcohol, is what the complaint says.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_01: She recalls Combs mounting her and forcing up her skirt, pulling her underwear to the side and forcefully penetrating her.
• 38:25
SPEAKER_01: Now, as included in the original complaint, Gardner alleges that afterwards, as she got dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced her to have sex with him.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_01: This is Aaron Hall crazy ass.
• 38:44
SPEAKER_01: Aaron Hall all but told on himself on plenty of viral clips that were on.
• 38:51
SPEAKER_01: I think he was on, was it the Breakfast Club?
• 38:54
SPEAKER_01: Or he was on one of these uh shows, and he was talking about all this freaky shit he into, and what he do to the women, and what him and Puffy have done to women in front of each other.
• 39:12
SPEAKER_01: And once this lawsuit came out, Aaron kicked rocks with no socks, flip-flops on.
• 39:21
  SPEAKER_01: I ain't seen him since.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_01: If y'all have heard where Aaron Hall has been hiding, let me know in the chat.
• 39:28
SPEAKER_01: But other than that, I haven't seen Aaron Hall.
• 39:37
SPEAKER_01: Aaron Hall is is is is basically making him and guilt and Diddy look guilty as head up.
• 39:46
  SPEAKER_01: Now, check this out.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_01: Well, Aaron Hall crazy ass barged into the room.
• 39:52
SPEAKER_01: He pinned her down and forced her to have sex with him.
• 39:58
SPEAKER_01: Then the suit also claims that Combs turned violent days after the assault and allegedly assaulted and choked Gardner until she passed out.
• 40:14
SPEAKER_01: Man, oh man, this this better not be true, Mr.
• 40:18
  SPEAKER_01: Didler.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_01: Because one of these minors, the feds get a hold of one of these minor cases, or even both of these minor cases.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, you can cancel Christmas.
• 40:38
SPEAKER_01: You you choking them till they pass out, giving them liquor, and they and they minors.
• 40:45
  SPEAKER_01: Sheesh.
• 40:47
SPEAKER_01: A representative from Combs could not be reached for comment, though Combs previously denied Gardner's claims in a statement.
• 40:58
SPEAKER_01: These are fabricated claims, falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_01: This is nothing but a money grab.
• 41:13
SPEAKER_01: And this money grab is only because Mr.
• 41:16
  SPEAKER_01: Combs' fame and success.
• 41:18
SPEAKER_01: He is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence.
• 41:27
SPEAKER_01: And they do this for financial benefit.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_01: This is what a spokes first meant, spokesperson for uh Diddy said.
• 41:36
SPEAKER_01: The New York legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers.
• 41:46
SPEAKER_01: The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_01: The amendment, the amended complaint, in which Gardner also recalls being in immense pain vaginally, also included a transcript of a recent interview Hall did with Black TV.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_01: And this is where it was confirmed that Combs has in the past been present in a room while he's had sex.
• 42:25
SPEAKER_01: And ladies and gentlemen, this is where the problem is.
• 42:35
SPEAKER_01: See, Aaron Hall, by saying that he has, let's say, smashed women or whatever, I can't think of a word that YouTube won't have a problem with, but uh Aaron Hall has said that he has had sex with women in front of Diddy, and they basically implied that he did it all the time.
• 42:59
SPEAKER_01: And so now that we have this case, we have this case pending, and now he has disappeared.
• 43:14
  SPEAKER_01: Isn't that a coincidence?
• 43:15
  SPEAKER_01: Isn't that a coincidence?
• 43:21
  SPEAKER_01: That's a strong coincidence.
• 43:27
SPEAKER_01: So y'all are in it.

SPEAKER_01: I feel like somebody, I feel like Diddy's legal team is about to get cut down.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_01: I feel like they're gonna be making some cuts because he's starting to complain about money.
• 47:18
SPEAKER_01: And also complaining that he was supposed to be out.
• 47:23
SPEAKER_01: And when you got people like Miss Gardner, Lisa, the minor, who is claiming that Diddy did something creepy.
• 47:32
SPEAKER_01: And in the complaint, Gardner says her life has been overwhelmed by depression, uh, post-traumatic stress disorders, and strained relationships with men, all behind fooling with Mohawk, Itty bitty, diddy the diddler.
• 47:58
SPEAKER_01: There's also testimony from a friend who recalled Gardner telling her the details of the assault back in 2019, as well as a letter from a former therapist who says Gardner told her in 2014 she'd been raped by two men in New York at age 16.
• 48:27
SPEAKER_01: Diddy, we got therapists entering the chat now, motherfucker.
• 48:32
  SPEAKER_01: This shit getting real.
• 48:38
  SPEAKER_01: This is getting real.
• 48:50
SPEAKER_01: This therapist is going to say under uh under oath that Miss Gardner told her in 2014 she had been raped by two men in New York at the age of 16.
• 49:08
SPEAKER_01: Now, what are these two men?
• 49:10
  SPEAKER_01: Diddy and Aaron Hall?
• 49:14
SPEAKER_01: That's what this court is trying to find out.
• 49:21
SPEAKER_01: But as of right now, this lawsuit is moving clean forward.
• 49:29
SPEAKER_01: And with it having something to do with a minor, this could get real quick.
• 49:38
SPEAKER_01: So let's see when exactly.
• 49:40
  SPEAKER_01: I believe it, like I said, it's November 17th.
• 49:44
SPEAKER_01: Diddy, mark that on your fucking calendar, and it ain't about no damn housing violations like my court case.
• 49:53
SPEAKER_01: We ain't we we we going in court today, talk about chip paint and gutters being replaced.
• 49:59
SPEAKER_01: This shit is some disgusting minor shit, diddy.

SPEAKER_01: All arguments will be heard before Judge Leo M.
• 50:22
  SPEAKER_01: Gordon.
• 50:25
  SPEAKER_01: They are set forth November 17th at 9 30 a.m.
• 50:31
  SPEAKER_01: at the U.S.
• 50:32
SPEAKER_01: Court of the of International Trade in the U.S.

SPEAKER_01: You got you got Jodice on this motherfucker.
• 51:19
  SPEAKER_01: Devontae swing.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_01: What they saying Devontae did?
• 51:24
SPEAKER_01: Was he just a was he just a a witness?
• 51:35
SPEAKER_01: Was Devontae just a witness or did he do some shit?
• 51:38
SPEAKER_01: But this is a this is not going to be a this this is not a nothing burger.
• 51:44
SPEAKER_01: This is not a this is not I'm not talking about a nothing burger.
• 51:48
  SPEAKER_01: This is seriously.
• 51:50
  SPEAKER_01: And this is serious.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_01: And the fact that this cranks off November 17th.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_01: Laura Clifford has a question for Andre.
• 52:05
SPEAKER_01: She says, Andre, you think it's okay to beat women?
• 52:09
SPEAKER_01: What did you think of the hotel video?
• 52:28
SPEAKER_01: They are cooking in the fucking comment suit, yeah.
• 52:33
  SPEAKER_01: Any other lawsuit.
• 53:03
SPEAKER_01: They've been trying to serve Aaron Hall papers forever.
• 53:07
SPEAKER_01: And they're saying that because the plaintiff's attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, failed to renew the motion within the 120 days granted from April 24th.
• 53:22
SPEAKER_01: So now they can't even serve him by public by publication, which would have been like a newspaper or something.
• 53:33
SPEAKER_01: Aaron Hall is dodging the shit out of this.
• 53:36
SPEAKER_01: Uh he's dodging the shit out of this uh oh shit.
• 53:45
SPEAKER_01: He's dodging the shit out of this being served these papers.

SPEAKER_01: All this court talk making me anxious to get my court shit out the way.
• 54:05
SPEAKER_01: Give me a fine and let me the fuck out of there today.
• 54:08
SPEAKER_01: Like they they've been dragging, y'all, they've been dragging this fucking case.
• 54:12
SPEAKER_01: This is why they got this part, because instead of just giving me the fine, they keep having all these court dates.
• 54:17
  SPEAKER_01: It's all about money.
• 54:20
SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm gonna go into court today.
• 54:21
SPEAKER_01: I got an attorney, a good one.
• 54:23
SPEAKER_01: So I'm sure she's gonna handle it.
• 54:25
SPEAKER_01: But I'm gonna say, look, leave me, like, give me a fine and get this shit over with.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_01: Tired of fucking Cleveland Heights court.
• 54:34
SPEAKER_01: Give me a fine and get out of my life.
• 54:48
SPEAKER_01: But I know one thing, did he did he might get cooked?
• 54:51
