- 1:43Speaker 1: things and I'm just here for the ride. Okay. Second
- 1:47Speaker 1: of all, I am just so delighted in everything that
- 1:56Speaker 1: we'll be having going on in twenty twenty five. Okay.
- 1:59Speaker 1: So first, okay, I know last year we were supposed

- 2:42Speaker 1: This is going to be a beautiful march. And y'all
- 2:45Speaker 1: know marching Charleston is beautiful. It's not too hard, it's
- 2:49Speaker 1: not too cold, like it's bone chilling cold down here
- 2:53Speaker 1: in Charleston. Y'all know when I said bone chilling, it's
- 2:56Speaker 1: like thirty something degrees. I'n here. I ain't for it. Okay,
- 3:00Speaker 1: So March. The dates will be announced later in January. Okay. Also,
- 3:06Speaker 1: AAA LAC and SC bookouts. We are doing fifty five authors.
- 3:13Speaker 1: So you gotta get to represent your state. Okay, every
- 3:18Speaker 1: state is going to be represented. Here's how you can
- 3:20Speaker 1: represent your states. Okay. You can need to be born
- 3:24Speaker 1: from that state, the setting of your book is in
- 3:28Speaker 1: that state, or you can live in that state. So
- 3:30Speaker 1: that's three ways you can claim that state. And guess what,
- 3:33Speaker 1: we have one author per state, so that state is yours.
- 3:39Speaker 1: So you're going to get a chance to be in
- 3:41Speaker 1: a blog, You're going to be a chance to be
- 3:43Speaker 1: in a special edition About magazine, and then you'll also
- 3:46Speaker 1: get a chance to be interviewed by either me or
- 3:51Speaker 1: our producer, the Queen, the collaborations, so that's another thing
- 3:55Speaker 1: we got going on. All right. Then we got the
- 3:58Speaker 1: hundred authors to watch Out four in twenty twenty five. Now,
- 4:05Speaker 1: you guys, for you who are new authors, this is
- 4:08Speaker 1: a chance for you to get your book out there. Okay.
- 4:14Speaker 1: You will be in a group of the most influential,
- 4:19Speaker 1: as they say, for us here in the Spier's Office magazine.
- 4:23Speaker 1: And I think this would be year three, the first
- 4:27Speaker 1: year we're doing it. But year three is a magazine,
- 4:30Speaker 1: so that is such a it's such a wonderful thing
- 4:35Speaker 1: to have that chance to have your book in here. Okay.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So without further ado, of course, it's a Saturday night,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and we have another book for you. Okay, you guys,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I have off the Lashandon Moore and she will be
- 4:56Speaker 1: talking about her book, which is a second chance. Let
- 5:00Speaker 1: call Accepting Destiny. Come on up, girle, come on up.
- 5:12Speaker 1: So why we get her to come up? She's gonna
- 5:14Speaker 1: talk to us about her book. And there you can
- 5:17Speaker 1: see on the side of the screen is that I
- 5:20Speaker 1: am one of one hundred authors. And we're having a
- 5:23Speaker 1: little technical difficulty, so I'm gonna keep going because we
- 5:26Speaker 1: got much more coming up. Okay you guys, Oh there
- 5:31Speaker 1: she is. Hello, So no I can't hear you, sweet, sorry,
- 5:49Speaker 1: unmute yourself. Okay, all right, So how are you this afternoon?
- 5:58Speaker 2: I'm going well, how are you this afternoon?
- 6:00Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm doing good. So tell us a little
- 6:03Speaker 1: bit about yourself.
- 6:05Speaker 3: I'm a mother of three, mid forties. I started writing
- 6:11Speaker 3: like seriously, I guess, taking it seriously as a career
- 6:14Speaker 3: once I was forty years old.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Like to travel.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I love writing books.
- 6:22Speaker 3: I guess that the course part my love for writing
- 6:25Speaker 3: books pretty much.
- 6:28Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I guess I think I will say I'm in my relaxed.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Girl era because I'm like mid forties and I just
- 6:34Speaker 3: I just like to relax anything energy.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I'm not. I can see that every see. I think
- 6:42Speaker 1: a lot of people going to that now, and I
- 6:45Speaker 1: want to say, I want to say it is because
- 6:48Speaker 1: of all the things have been going on lately that
- 6:50Speaker 1: people are like, you know what, I gotta step back,
- 6:53Speaker 1: deal with me for a second, and then I'll become
- 6:55Speaker 1: able to come back and be for you. So I
- 6:59Speaker 1: understand you said that you're a reader. Okay, what book
- 7:05Speaker 1: is on your nice stand or the book you are
- 7:08Speaker 1: currently reading.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Okay, so the book is on my night sad. It's
- 7:12Speaker 2: so crazy. It's before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan.
- 7:16Speaker 3: That's what's on my night saying. But my Kendle is
- 7:18Speaker 3: always also on my night sand And so I'm reading,
- 7:22Speaker 3: uh the dbus Date by Simone and I just finished.
- 7:29Speaker 3: The answer is no, I forgot the author's name. It
- 7:32Speaker 3: was my first time reading reading some of his work,
- 7:34Speaker 3: and his name just completely slipped my mind.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Okay, So since I don't know if my book is
- 7:40Speaker 1: going to show you guys, but here is there is. Yeah,
- 7:47Speaker 1: So yeah, appreci read crazy books like this. I said,
- 7:50Speaker 1: just one of my library shows and I'm like, oh yeay.
- 7:54Speaker 1: My boss said, I know you would have gotten it.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I know you. That's just you. Stricting chance loves coo boy,
- 8:05Speaker 1: look at me? Why second chance? If it didn't work
- 8:09Speaker 1: out the first time, couldn't again. So why did you
- 8:15Speaker 1: feel that that was important to have that as the
- 8:17Speaker 1: center of your booth?
- 8:19Speaker 3: Okay, so for me, I used to be the type
- 8:22Speaker 3: of person I was the same way. It's like a
- 8:24Speaker 3: second chance romance, no way. If it didn't work out
- 8:26Speaker 3: the first time, then no, spending the block, but in
- 8:31Speaker 3: the two characters in particular case, in this story, I
- 8:34Speaker 3: wanted to write a second chance romance that wasn't they
- 8:38Speaker 3: actually weren't in a relationship, that they had chemistry and
- 8:42Speaker 3: they had a moment and they never.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Got to explore it before. So I wanted to explore
- 8:47Speaker 2: that side of the second chance because, like the.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Two characters, she was his best friend's high school sweetheart,
- 8:55Speaker 3: so they was.
- 8:57Speaker 2: She was in a relationship with.
- 8:58Speaker 3: His best friend in high school, so they didn't. It
- 9:00Speaker 3: was no way they could be together anyway, but they
- 9:02Speaker 3: shared that, you know, that kiss on prom night, So
- 9:06Speaker 3: I kind of want to explore that, not the.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Prom night kiss. Oh god, yeah, yeah, my mind. She
- 9:20Speaker 1: don't need me. Sorry, So tell us about your characters
- 9:27Speaker 1: and just start with the ladies first. Tell us a
- 9:31Speaker 1: little bit about her.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Okay, Sonai, so, Sonai okay.
- 9:36Speaker 1: So.
- 9:36Speaker 3: A funny fact is usually when I write my books,
- 9:38Speaker 3: my titles and my character names they usually come first,
- 9:42Speaker 3: and I don't change them from idea to publication.
- 9:46Speaker 2: They stay the same.
- 9:47Speaker 3: But with this book, I changed her name three times,
- 9:51Speaker 3: Like her name didn't stay the same until we got
- 9:53Speaker 3: to the third draft of the story. And the first
- 9:56Speaker 3: reason was because a fellow author of mine she released
- 10:00Speaker 3: the book.
- 10:00Speaker 2: And when I read the book, it had the same character.
- 10:03Speaker 2: You know, a character name is my main character. So
- 10:05Speaker 2: I was like, okay, yeah. So then when I changed
- 10:08Speaker 2: it her name in the.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Second draft, I said, okay, what's called accepting destiny. Let's
- 10:14Speaker 3: just name her Destiny, you know. But as I was
- 10:16Speaker 3: getting through the draft and I was writing more, I
- 10:18Speaker 3: was like, nah, that.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Name, it just didn't fit her as a character.
- 10:22Speaker 3: So by the time I made it to the third draft,
- 10:25Speaker 3: I was like, Sonai, Okay, this worked for her icy like,
- 10:29Speaker 3: you know, like sonihilate them, Like she just said this
- 10:32Speaker 3: feistiness about her, and it just fit.
- 10:36Speaker 2: So her name ended up being Snai, so I kept that.
- 10:42Speaker 3: But she's she's just she's a woman who was left home,
- 10:46Speaker 3: went to college, was with.
- 10:49Speaker 2: The guy in college.
- 10:50Speaker 3: They got married, they started a life together, they didn't
- 10:53Speaker 3: have kids, and then he cheated on her and so
- 10:58Speaker 3: they ended up getting divorced and she ended up moving
- 11:00Speaker 3: out of the house that the dream home that they
- 11:03Speaker 3: picked out and moved in with her best friend.
- 11:07Speaker 2: And so she's a character.
- 11:11Speaker 3: There's like a lot of women out here that's been
- 11:13Speaker 3: through a divorce or been through a relationship that they've
- 11:15Speaker 3: been in long term for many years, and once they
- 11:19Speaker 3: it's dissolved, it's like they really don't know who they are,
- 11:24Speaker 3: you know, that's pick up the pieces of who they
- 11:27Speaker 3: used to be.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Basically, I'm the vibe that I was getting that she
- 11:30Speaker 1: was at that point of that crossow point like Okay,
- 11:34Speaker 1: I'm the long in this relationship to like where am I?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Where where do I go from here? That's the vibe
- 11:40Speaker 1: that I believe that I was so okay, So I
- 11:44Speaker 1: was like, okay, yeah, So.
- 11:47Speaker 2: That's where she was at.
- 11:48Speaker 3: She was trying to pick up the pieces essentially to
- 11:52Speaker 3: her life again, her marriage that that became her identity.
- 11:57Speaker 3: So once that was over, it was just like okay.
- 12:02Speaker 1: So and then.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Let's see for him our mom, Our mom was special
- 12:10Speaker 3: because I didn't want him okay, just like I didn't
- 12:13Speaker 3: want her to be bitter from her divorce. I wanted
- 12:15Speaker 3: her to be hurt, and I wanted her to be
- 12:18Speaker 3: able to feel it, and I wanted her to be
- 12:20Speaker 3: able to get through it, But I didn't want her to.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Be bitter as a result, because then it would have
- 12:24Speaker 2: been hard.
- 12:24Speaker 3: For her to fall in love again, Like that's not
- 12:27Speaker 3: realistic for somebody to be coming out of a marriage
- 12:29Speaker 3: and then they bitter and they hate me, and then
- 12:32Speaker 3: all of a sudden, now you just run into this
- 12:33Speaker 3: guy and it's all, no, that's not how it worked.
- 12:35Speaker 3: So I had to make sure she wasn't bitter, but
- 12:39Speaker 3: that she just needed a change.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Of environment, okay.
- 12:42Speaker 3: So I wanted her to just have a change of
- 12:44Speaker 3: environment to get out of the environment that she had
- 12:46Speaker 3: been in. And for him, it was like he was
- 12:53Speaker 3: dealing with grief, but he was to a point where
- 12:57Speaker 3: I think he kind of pushed it down and burying.
- 13:01Speaker 2: It so that he would have it.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Wasn't that he wasn't okay with it, because he was
- 13:06Speaker 3: okay with he had accepted it and all that stuff.
- 13:08Speaker 2: But when it came time to him to move on and.
- 13:11Speaker 3: To seek love again, he hadn't moved on, but he wasn't.
- 13:18Speaker 1: He was trying to push himself to move forward, but
- 13:23Speaker 1: he still had that memory of PAF and it was
- 13:26Speaker 1: like he was frightening against his heart right in his mind.
- 13:32Speaker 1: That's that's the battle that I got when I was
- 13:34Speaker 1: reading it right right, And it.
- 13:36Speaker 3: Was because I mean, like his music, like with his music.
- 13:39Speaker 3: That's why I inserted the part about him expressing himself
- 13:42Speaker 3: through his music and how he couldn't write a song,
- 13:45Speaker 3: you know, like he had been stuck on his song.
- 13:47Speaker 2: He had came up with the melody he had.
- 13:49Speaker 3: He played on his guitar all the time, but once
- 13:51Speaker 3: he gets to a certain parts as to formulating the words,
- 13:55Speaker 3: he wasn't able to do that.
- 13:56Speaker 1: So yeah, so with him, I kept hearing when when
- 14:02Speaker 1: you had that part, I was thinking the Aaron Hall
- 14:07Speaker 1: song I Missed You, That's what was going on. Would me, sorry,
- 14:12Speaker 1: I don't know, that's what you want to do. I
- 14:18Speaker 1: heard that and I was like, oh my god, I'm
- 14:21Speaker 1: hearing that Aaring Hall I Missed You song, Like yeah, yeah, okay,
- 14:29Speaker 1: I ain't crazy. I ain't crazy.
- 14:32Speaker 3: He definitely because I was twenty in with the idea
- 14:35Speaker 3: of when I originally wrote the first draft, which was
- 14:38Speaker 3: a year and some change ago.
- 14:40Speaker 2: I actually wrote the first draft and.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Another book that's in the series that won't be coming
- 14:44Speaker 3: out to next year in twenty twenty three, but I
- 14:47Speaker 3: put them to the side because I had group I
- 14:49Speaker 3: had group projects and collaborations and a bunch of other
- 14:52Speaker 3: stuff that I did, so I did like maybe three
- 14:54Speaker 3: or four projects in between actually going back to these
- 14:57Speaker 3: stories and writing.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Now and fleshing them all the way out.
- 15:01Speaker 3: And I originally wanted I was toy okay, I was
- 15:04Speaker 3: towy with the idea of either she left him or
- 15:07Speaker 3: she passed away. And it was at first I was
- 15:10Speaker 3: like she passed away, and I was like, nah, maybe
- 15:12Speaker 3: she's gonna leave him because she wanted to pursue the
- 15:14Speaker 3: music career.
- 15:15Speaker 2: She doesn't want to stay in a small town.
- 15:17Speaker 3: And then I was like, nah, he need to have
- 15:20Speaker 3: some type of loss a little more significant than that.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Because he was a successful man. He was handsome, he
- 15:27Speaker 3: was a really nice guy. Like it was easy for
- 15:29Speaker 3: him to get somebody else.
- 15:30Speaker 1: You know.
- 15:30Speaker 2: He had to have some something that was more a
- 15:33Speaker 2: little bit more detrimental.
- 15:35Speaker 1: You know, it had them as something that would be
- 15:40Speaker 1: hard for him to replace, right because if it was
- 15:44Speaker 1: a girl and it was like, all right, cool, that's fine,
- 15:46Speaker 1: we can keep on going. But it had to be
- 15:49Speaker 1: something that would have placed that hurt that needed for
- 15:54Speaker 1: this book to continue, right got you See, I was
- 15:59Speaker 1: read I wasn't supposed to be reading y'all, but I
- 16:02Speaker 1: was reading your cover art. I love this poster. Can
- 16:09Speaker 1: you tell us a little bit about that, you know?
- 16:13Speaker 3: And it's funny because I bought the covers wow, after
- 16:21Speaker 3: I wrote the story, because I have like she's an
- 16:23Speaker 3: author as well, a well known author, and she.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Designs a lot of covers.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Whether a lot of people know that or not, she
- 16:29Speaker 3: designs a lot of the covers for the books in
- 16:31Speaker 3: our indie space. And like I was just when I
- 16:36Speaker 3: went to her, when I finally found her and I
- 16:39Speaker 3: went to her website and I had got like maybe
- 16:41Speaker 3: one of two covers from her. But once I finished
- 16:43Speaker 3: writing the first two books, well now to be the
- 16:45Speaker 3: first and the third, because I slipped in and wrote
- 16:47Speaker 3: another one, but to be the first and the third books,
- 16:50Speaker 3: I said, I just want to get covers with couples
- 16:53Speaker 3: because I want with people to look at the covers.
- 16:55Speaker 3: I want them to know, to make no mistake that
- 16:58Speaker 3: it's a romance, it's about black characters. You know, it's
- 17:02Speaker 3: a small town. So I wanted all of them. I
- 17:05Speaker 3: had all those things in mind, so imagine that. And
- 17:07Speaker 3: then I go to her website and then I find
- 17:09Speaker 3: this cover, you know, and I was like, okay, so
- 17:12Speaker 3: like this everything that I that I wanted couples, black, small.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Town vibes, and it was it was just there. I
- 17:22Speaker 2: just said, passed it up.
- 17:22Speaker 3: So I got the covers and okay, so like it
- 17:28Speaker 3: was that cover covers was meant for me, so I
- 17:30Speaker 3: didn't have to get out of custom covers.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Cool. Let me ask you a question about that, because
- 17:34Speaker 1: there's a little I wouldn't say controversy, but I would
- 17:39Speaker 1: say some dialogue that's going on about covers. Okay. Now,
- 17:43Speaker 1: I just recently helped someone publish their book, and I
- 17:49Speaker 1: asked the person I purchased cover from, will this cover
- 17:57Speaker 1: be duplicated? When she was like, I don't do but
- 18:02Speaker 1: keep my cover. She's had it real snarly. So do
- 18:05Speaker 1: you are you ever afraid that you will see your
- 18:09Speaker 1: cover again?
- 18:10Speaker 3: Or I mean, okay, so so in my experience, it wasn't.
- 18:16Speaker 3: It wasn't that I was afraid I was gonna see
- 18:18Speaker 3: the covers again. It's more so the cover models.
- 18:22Speaker 2: You'll see like different.
- 18:24Speaker 3: Covers, and they'll have different it'll be a different if
- 18:26Speaker 3: you have two different people on it, a whole different background,
- 18:29Speaker 3: because they'll go.
- 18:29Speaker 2: In and they'll change my stuff.
- 18:31Speaker 3: But a lot of times when you run into covers
- 18:33Speaker 3: that way. It's because they the stop images. It's not
- 18:36Speaker 3: a lot of stop images out there with black people,
- 18:39Speaker 3: so you either have to set up and do your
- 18:42Speaker 3: own photo shoots can get the black people, or you
- 18:44Speaker 3: have to go in if you find the stop images,
- 18:46Speaker 3: pay for them, get the licenses for them, and different
- 18:48Speaker 3: things like that. So that's why a lot of people
- 18:50Speaker 3: are now starting to use AI because you can you
- 18:53Speaker 3: can literally, you know, type in the prompts on how
- 18:57Speaker 3: you want the characters to look and it'll out from there. Yes,
- 19:02Speaker 3: and that is true because I surely snapped a couple
- 19:05Speaker 3: of from a young lady who was hosting some AI
- 19:08Speaker 3: covers that she she just started using AI and she
- 19:12Speaker 3: was like, I won't be using these, but.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Anybody can claim them. And I was like, oh, let
- 19:16Speaker 1: me get that one. That one. That one she was like, hey,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'll send you a ball because I'm just learning how
- 19:21Speaker 1: to do it. And I'm like, well, you know what.
- 19:24Speaker 1: It was like give me your information, I'll give me
- 19:27Speaker 1: my information and stuff like that. But I do understand
- 19:30Speaker 1: what you're saying with the models, because there is this
- 19:33Speaker 1: one I haven't seen her lately. But then one led
- 19:37Speaker 1: chick who always has a gun, and I was sticking
- 19:41Speaker 1: tired of seeing her on almost everybody's cover. It had
- 19:45Speaker 1: to be at least once a month, you twice a
- 19:48Speaker 1: month she would be with the gun, and I'm like, look, man,
- 19:52Speaker 1: can y'all please get somebody else can get dug in
- 19:55Speaker 1: her skin.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Tone or something like this, Like this cover here I had.
- 20:01Speaker 3: It's three years old and it had a different cover
- 20:04Speaker 3: on it before and then I got to change maybe
- 20:06Speaker 3: about six months in. But this cover is is nice.
- 20:09Speaker 3: But I've seen variations with this, this same young lady.
- 20:12Speaker 3: But they do just do different stuff with the covers.
- 20:15Speaker 3: They'll go from a different angle. They'll add something that
- 20:17Speaker 3: like it's yeah, you'll see it, you'll see it. But
- 20:22Speaker 3: because now, like I said with the AI, yeah it's
- 20:28Speaker 3: it's it's now you won't you won't see it as much. Now,
- 20:31Speaker 3: you won't see it as much. Now you'll see different.
- 20:35Speaker 3: You know, they'll have got the hair done and different
- 20:36Speaker 3: things like that. But they're to make sure that they
- 20:39Speaker 3: create covers that are.
- 20:41Speaker 1: More I have now, I'm really enjoying that the covers
- 20:49Speaker 1: that people are non creating, I've seen them becoming more
- 20:52Speaker 1: creative with it. It's not the same urban image with
- 20:56Speaker 1: the hood car in the bag and aftress. Now I
- 21:01Speaker 1: say nothing wrong with those because that's gonna be the
- 21:03Speaker 1: books I choose. Okay, people, but the variations is is
- 21:12Speaker 1: it's really nice? And then I'm gonna talk from the
- 21:15Speaker 1: flip side of working. There are one young lady came
- 21:22Speaker 1: to me. She said, I love to read herman fiction,
- 21:25Speaker 1: but I have to be mindful of who I work with. Yeah,
- 21:29Speaker 1: so she says, when the covers aren't as blatant as
- 21:34Speaker 1: they are, she can get away with it. But she
- 21:37Speaker 1: said that sometimes she has to literally read with her
- 21:41Speaker 1: books like this because she doesn't want them to see this,
- 21:46Speaker 1: you know. And I totally understand that. And she said,
- 21:49Speaker 1: I don't get me wrong. There'll be days where I said, look,
- 21:52Speaker 1: this is just what i'm reading. This is what I'm reading.
- 21:54Speaker 1: But she understands that in some type environments that's not appropriate.
- 21:59Speaker 1: So like you see authors that are now starting to
- 22:06Speaker 1: rom calm their books, yeah, sometimes, yeah, sometimes, or just
- 22:14Speaker 1: doing discrete covers like you'll get you have the option
- 22:17Speaker 1: to get the cover with like say, for instance, women
- 22:20Speaker 1: that write.
- 22:21Speaker 3: You know, smut and they have man chests on the
- 22:23Speaker 3: cover and people don't want to see to take those
- 22:26Speaker 3: books out in public and have people seeing them bringing
- 22:28Speaker 3: with the big band chests on them, you know.
- 22:31Speaker 1: So they do discret.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Covers so they'll be different.
- 22:33Speaker 3: You have the option to order covers that don't have
- 22:36Speaker 3: anything on the front, but maybe like some objects or something.
- 22:39Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about. So these two characters, so
- 22:42Speaker 1: now and I'm on you know how I like to
- 22:45Speaker 1: have my games and we ain't doing no commercials to
- 22:48Speaker 1: night Because they two were together and they were listening
- 22:53Speaker 1: to a love song that the basis of this book
- 22:59Speaker 1: in their relationship. What love song would it be?
- 23:03Speaker 4: Hm hmm.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I got thinking about that one.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Uh wow, I know Okay, No, I don't know if.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Really okay, So I don't know if really like for
- 23:24Speaker 2: them to.
- 23:25Speaker 3: I had like I had this whole when I was
- 23:27Speaker 3: doing my marketing, when I was in the releasing the books,
- 23:31Speaker 3: Like I had all these songs picked out, you know,
- 23:33Speaker 3: and I played them and flowed through and it was
- 23:36Speaker 3: more of a like old school R.
- 23:38Speaker 2: And Bud right Okay, okay.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I had like a.
- 23:42Speaker 3: Good Girls like why are the Good Girls Taking all
- 23:44Speaker 3: the time?
- 23:45Speaker 2: By Joe?
- 23:47Speaker 3: Uh what else?
- 23:50Speaker 1: It was a soul Child.
- 23:53Speaker 2: So beautiful.
- 23:56Speaker 5: What else.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'm trying to think, Oh, I can't think of one.
- 24:03Speaker 3: I'm really drawn a blank. I kind of drawing a blank.
- 24:08Speaker 3: And I literally, oh Mirror Mirror by Justin Timberlake. That
- 24:13Speaker 3: was one of the main, major, major ones, and one
- 24:16Speaker 3: of my other readers she.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Was like, why did you give me a playlist? Because
- 24:19Speaker 2: she was loving all the songs I was put up
- 24:20Speaker 2: there with the coffee and stuff. When I was marketing it.
- 24:22Speaker 2: She was like, why did you give me a playlist?
- 24:24Speaker 3: And I was like, uh, I liked that going off
- 24:29Speaker 3: vis but yeah, like Mirror by Justin Timberlake, I think, yeah,
- 24:34Speaker 3: I think that was that really kind of embodied them
- 24:37Speaker 3: because I wanted her to. It had to be somebody
- 24:40Speaker 3: like I don't know if you remember the quote in
- 24:41Speaker 3: the book when he said when he got jealous, when
- 24:44Speaker 3: she was getting a little jealous when she went to
- 24:46Speaker 3: the bathroom and the lounge and was coming back and some.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Guys was trying to hit on her or whatever. He
- 24:50Speaker 2: was like, no, it's okay, because they can't do nothing
- 24:52Speaker 2: for her. She needs somebody that's that's.
- 24:54Speaker 5: New and familiar at the same time. Right, So I
- 24:58Speaker 5: had that's what I created. That's that's where the second
- 25:01Speaker 5: chance came in. Like they had to know each other,
- 25:03Speaker 5: she had to be somebody that she was familiar with
- 25:05Speaker 5: at some point in.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Her life in order for her to kind of let
- 25:08Speaker 2: her walls down, to let her head in the first place.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I know the song now, yeah, I'm thinking never Talk
- 25:17Speaker 1: on r L. We can't be Friends. I think the
- 25:22Speaker 1: song of it.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember that song, we can't be Friends.
- 25:26Speaker 1: I think, I think, I think we might be ruling
- 25:30Speaker 1: with that. But then I'm hearing, uh, it's not even
- 25:35Speaker 1: a love song. It's Kelly Rowling and what some snare
- 25:41Speaker 1: baby daddy, never End Never no, uh, oh my god.
- 25:50Speaker 1: She had a song called never End Oh Future Future
- 25:57Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm hearing that. I'm hearing that. Okay, okay,
- 26:04Speaker 1: So now we're gonna talk about these characters and who
- 26:06Speaker 1: they're gonna be in real life. So if I'm a
- 26:13Speaker 1: biting in the Thanks skimming dinner, she and I's gonna
- 26:17Speaker 1: be eating, She's gonna be eating turkey. She's gonna be mean. Yeah,
- 26:25Speaker 1: I don't know. I think I see her as a
- 26:29Speaker 1: I see her as a turkey person, a turkey person
- 26:36Speaker 1: I can't see her as eating ham see to me
- 26:39Speaker 1: another thing that she like she was wrong woe but
- 26:44Speaker 1: also tragile at the same time. So that's another thing.
- 26:51Speaker 1: And it was like I wanted, I want a bag,
- 26:59Speaker 1: but I ain't got time for it because it's saying
- 27:01Speaker 1: what That's another vibe that I got from her on
- 27:05Speaker 1: the flip side, like when you started stent your actions.
- 27:08Speaker 1: That's that's one of the things that were coming through
- 27:10Speaker 1: to me. M hm. So tell them where can we
- 27:16Speaker 1: get this book? Where can we find this book? How
- 27:20Speaker 1: we give toll on you? And what do you have
- 27:22Speaker 1: coming up?
- 27:23Speaker 3: Okay, find this book. Like the rest of my books
- 27:27Speaker 3: are Amazon on my author pages sand the More. I
- 27:31Speaker 3: have a website also on the sandamore dot com, but
- 27:33Speaker 3: I don't sell my books direct, so when you go there,
- 27:36Speaker 3: it's just like by my boy out and break down

- 27:40Speaker 3: put this one up there, but you can.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Find all my books on Amazon.

- 27:50Speaker 6: I won December twelve, so it drops twelve twelve, and
