In today's episode I am joined with Ingrid who was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2019 but had several complications in 2020 and was really ill. Ingrid reached out to come on her first podcast as we spoke when she was ill and wasn't in the right place mentally it was great to speak to Ingrid to start off a new year!
