A 21-year-old from Krakow faces homicide and reckless endangerment charges after a July 2023 crash in Oconto County that killed a Bonduel motorcyclist. Dash cam footage shows his car hitting the motorcycle head-on while attempting to pass a semitruck. Though he claimed he mistook a distant light for a broken headlight, blood tests revealed THC in his system—no alcohol was detected. The car was traveling 72 mph with no braking before impact.
