- 0:00SPEAKER_03: Hi, welcome to Traff Souls Podcast.
- 0:02SPEAKER_03: I'm here with Natalie and Molly, the Salem sisters, all the way from across the pond in the UK.
- 0:07SPEAKER_03: I had the privilege of working with them a couple times.
- 0:10SPEAKER_03: I had no idea who they were when I got over there.
- 0:12SPEAKER_03: They impressed me, so I asked them to come on our show.
- 0:15SPEAKER_03: So how's everything going?
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, good.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Really good.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: So when when did we see you last?
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Was it in June?
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: June.
- 0:23SPEAKER_03: June, yeah, June.
- 0:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, that was a good time.
- 0:25SPEAKER_03: We'll get in that too a little bit.
- 0:26SPEAKER_03: Some of the investigations we did over there.
- 0:29SPEAKER_03: But you guys are kind of new to the scene.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 0:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we have what got I mean, I'm I'm assuming that you guys been into the paranormal for a little bit.
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we have.
- 0:40SPEAKER_03: What kind of made you jump into the social media and doing more going out there?
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: We so we went on a paid investigation with a company um in November of 2024.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you actually bought me that for my birthday, and that was it.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: And we literally went on that and just fell in love with it.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Um, I remember walking out, we came out at like three in the morning, walking through the town centre, everyone else is like coming out drunk out the pubs, and we were coming out to ghost hunt high as anything.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: And um, yeah, I was just like, this is my calling.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't I'm done with clubs and pubs, 3 a.m.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: I want to be ghost hunting at that time of the night.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: So it's really addictive, isn't it, when you start?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so yeah, again, from that, it just became something we wanted to do all the time, and that's what we did.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we did a couple more paid investigations and then came like went onto social media with it, yeah, and then started renting out properties and doing it on the lives on TikTok and all things like that.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: So that was how it started.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: We just doing paid events on ghost hunts and just fell in love.
- 1:50SPEAKER_03: So, when did you guys join those the gatherings then?
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: That would have been in February of this year of 2026, yeah.
- 1:57SPEAKER_03: And how did that come about?
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Do you know what?
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: It was a bit of a fluke.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: So I saw on their TikTok account that they were just doing like a normal meetup, and just basically the idea was to meet up with other people, like in like-minded people.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: Um, so we went and bless them, we were the only ones that turned up, but that way we actually got to know them really, really well.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: And from that, we was invited to go on an investigation with them and just clicked, it just worked, yeah.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's why we decided then to join and carry on doing it.
- 2:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, you guys work good together.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: I mean, everybody has their own little yeah, you know, it's a really good team, it is a really good team, yeah.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Everybody's so friendly, and again, zombie you just click with people, right?
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: And they are but are like our type of people, so you know why not carry on investigating with them, yeah.
- 2:49SPEAKER_03: Especially when you're starting to pay for these bigger places, it's yeah to him.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: Oh gosh, yeah.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: And actually, I've I've really enjoyed hosting as well and taking guests and and teaching people about the paranormal as much as I know, um, and just sort of giving off information about it.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: I just loved it.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's been great, it's been great fun.
- 3:09SPEAKER_03: I'm glad you said as much as you know.
- 3:10SPEAKER_03: I mean, you could just say because I know everything, so that's what Facebook is right now.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: The thing is, nobody knows there's no wrong or right answers to this because nobody's gone to the other side and come back and not told us.
- 3:21SPEAKER_03: So it's it's really some of the comments I got they have.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: So well, some people think they have, but nobody has, and that's that's it, and there is no wrong and right answers, and it only knows it's all perspective, which is what I love.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: There's no wrong answers, there's no right answers, it's how you view things, and when we host events and take new people with us, it's you know, you take whatever you want from this and make it your decision.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna tell you what's right or wrong because there isn't an answer for that.
- 3:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's the way it should be.
- 3:51SPEAKER_03: Um, I don't know how it's over there, but United States, that's not how it is.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: No, yeah, unfortunately, there is people who believe they're right, and that's okay too.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: But I like I say, it's all up open for suggestion and it's perspective, and it's however you view things.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: And it's your experience at the end of the day, right?
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: And if we can get everybody's experience together and maybe we come up with maybe one answer, yeah.
- 4:17SPEAKER_03: I mean, maybe one one definite answer when I'm done with this.
- 4:22SPEAKER_03: That's all I want.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 4:24SPEAKER_03: I'm good with that.
- 4:25SPEAKER_03: So let's talk about Ghost of Gatherings real quick.
- 4:27SPEAKER_03: Um, we have Emma, she's great.
- 4:29SPEAKER_03: Is it Lucy?
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: Lucy.
- 4:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I told you I'm terrible with names.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: So there was um on the trip that we did all together, there was Tracy and Neil, Lucy, Louie.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: Who else came?
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: I think that was it.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: I think that was it.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: I think obviously we had Emily Paranormal as well.
- 4:48SPEAKER_03: That was let's just throw us out there.
- 4:49SPEAKER_03: Louis just sticks my mind.
- 4:51SPEAKER_03: Yes, dude.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: Louis a character, yeah.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Louis is the epitome of an English guy.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: He is, yeah.
- 4:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna come to England and meet anyone, you've got to meet Louie.
- 5:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean that dude cracked me up the whole trip, made it unbelievable.
- 5:08SPEAKER_03: Um trying to get him to come over here.
- 5:10SPEAKER_03: Um, trying to get Emily and Emma to come over here, and they said not next year to the year after they want to come over.
- 5:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so the only issue is coming over here is everything is so spread out.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: You know, I told Emily pick one place you really, really want to do, and do it, yeah.
- 5:30SPEAKER_03: Then we'll spread out from there.
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because we're not talking driving, we're talking flights to other places.
- 5:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I mean, it's she hasn't got back to me, but she still plans on coming over in two years.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: So obviously, you two are welcome too.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 5:46SPEAKER_03: Anytime you come over, let me know.
- 5:49SPEAKER_03: Um, 100% and have a good time.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, definitely.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: I mean, that is like the top of the bucket list is to come to America and do some investigations over there.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we would love to go to Salem in particular.
- 6:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, there's so much on the East Coast, you don't have to go to the West Coast.
- 6:07SPEAKER_03: I mean, obviously, there's your hot spots on the West Coast too, but you go to Salem, there's so much stuff around New York.
- 6:14SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's it's unbelievable.
- 6:16SPEAKER_03: Um, I've not been to Salem.
- 6:19SPEAKER_02: Okay, don't know why.
- 6:22SPEAKER_03: I don't I don't know because there's not a lot of from what I'm finding, they don't do a lot of investigations.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: They no, no, I don't think it's it's very touristy around what it is.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: There is um the John Proctor's house in Salem.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: That's uh uh meant to be a good investigation.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, most of it is like shops and parades and yeah museums, but there's not a lot to investigate there because it's probably all owned and not rented out for that thing.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: That's true.
- 6:52SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 6:53SPEAKER_03: I mean, they don't want it to be that, they want it to be the witchy stuff, I guess you want to call it.
- 6:57SPEAKER_03: So yeah, it's odd, you know, they burn witches at the stake, and now it's like the biggest witch.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: Oh, I know, I know.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: We definitely we would have all been burnt at the stake hundreds of years ago if that was the case.
- 7:10SPEAKER_03: I mean, so over there, so what are your biggest investigations that you've taken away?
- 7:15SPEAKER_03: Like places that if I'm gonna go to the UK again, where should I go?
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: Okay, right.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: Well, there's there's the notorious ones, which we've done a few, and I I have to say, because they're so notorious and they're so overdone, they don't produce an awful lot.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: However, it's a bit like if you're here, you've got to do it.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: Um, so that would be places like the ancient Ram Inn, um, which is allegedly the most haunted pub in England.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Um, and don't be wrong, it is there's something there, and there's a total atmosphere there.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we just didn't get a lot, but then you meet other people that do, and it's that's just it's the way it is, isn't it?
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: With paranormal, you know, you either get something or you don't.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Um I'm trying to think.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: There's the London tombs, which are really hard to get into, and we're still trying to get into them, but they're all the tombs under London.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: And it's where they used to put all the plague bodies and everything in there, and okay, all of that sort of stuff.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: So, again, lots of history there, lots of reasons as to why it should be haunted.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, Oxford Castle, we thought was really good.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we really enjoyed it.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: We had a lot of activity in there.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Um, in particular, you got a picture taken.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: So there was this tripod of an old photo of an old camera, you know, the ones they used to put the hood over and hold the thing up.
- 8:35SPEAKER_01: It was it was there, but it had an iPad in them in it, so it was all modernised, but it was made to look old and it had a um um um there was like a green screen so that you could stand in front of it and yeah, well, they do your heights in prison.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: It was but it was a mug shop, that's what the idea was, and you bought it from the gift shop.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: So we all went into this room, all 30 of us, and they were just doing a tour of the prison itself before we started investigating.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: So I just sort of moved into the room and actually out the way because I've done it many a times.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: At that point, um Salem Sisters was already up and running, so it's like I want to give other people who haven't done it the opportunity to hear and see it all first.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: So I just took myself off and stood out of the way, and this almighty flash came out of nowhere in front of 30 people, and the camera took a picture, and I it was only me that was stood in front of it.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: So I've looked like what on earth, and I thought maybe someone's playing playing around a bit.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: The girl doing the tour went, That's really weird, that shouldn't go off.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: And then she came over and looked and went, That's even weirder because it's not plugged in.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: So we went down to the gift shop and said, Please let me buy that photo.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: I want to see what was like, you know, and I might have caught something, never took a photo, but we all saw it flat, and then later on that night there was five of us in the room and had a really good table tipping result, and we were just sort of hanging around to change rooms and things.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: So I I jumped back in front of it and I said, Well, go on then, like if that was you, and that was really you, go on, take another one, and it did.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: So that was that was probably one of my best moments in the paranormal.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: Unfortunately, we weren't filming, no, um, but it was, but that was probably I would recommend that.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the best things ever.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: Um, and probably the galleries of justice, which is in Nottingham.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's basically a place where people would go, like you'd be trialed, put in prison, and then like you know, executed within the same place.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: So it's got everything in there.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Um, and there's like a pit in there, and it's where they were just left, basically.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: And allegedly that was where Robin Hood was, if you believe the legends.
- 10:40SPEAKER_03: I just watched that one.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: Um, Expedition X just did that.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: Who did?
- 10:44SPEAKER_03: Expedition X.
- 10:45SPEAKER_03: Oh, I've got they, yeah, those are one of their newest episodes.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: Oh, I have to watch it.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: It's good.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: It is I recommend it.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: We had um, we were in the cell, it was an old, like um, it was the old place of where the execution would be.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: Um, so we was in this cell, and there was only three of us in the room, nobody else about, and we weren't stood anywhere near the walls, and they had these metal chain links on the wall, and you can hear them.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: We've got the video footage of it, and you can hear them being lifted.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: Like, I can't, I can't really like you can't explain it.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: No, um really good essays on that venue as well.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: That I would totally recommend, okay, for sure.
- 11:24SPEAKER_03: Um it's not a hammer, you kind of have to go.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh god, yeah.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: And Nottingham's great, like Nottingham is such a good city as well.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: Um, lot of lot of nightlife, a lot of good places to eat.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: It's yeah, it's good.
- 11:36SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 11:37SPEAKER_03: I mean, I don't know what I'm getting back over there.
- 11:40SPEAKER_03: No idea.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: Well, if you do it, well, when you do, when you do, yeah.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: Um, because there is quite a few places.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: There's another place in Nottingham as well, but it's on the outskirts, and it's it's called Shirley Hall, and it doesn't really look like much.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: And you think, it's probably not, you know, it's not a big castle, it's not this big place.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: It's just an old manor house, isn't it?
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: But again, that was one of the best places we've investigated, like blown away by that place.
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: That is one of those, and again, like I say, things like the notorious ones that are overdone, because this place doesn't look like much and isn't renownedly known as haunted, it's not overdone.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: So the minute you walk in there, they are active till the minute you walk out.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: You have activity all night.
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and we've done it twice now, and both times it's just like they will show themselves to anybody, um, make themselves very much known.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: And yeah, it's just it's a fantastic venue.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: And I can't believe it's not higher up.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: We took two friends along with us, and they're not psychic, they're not sensitive in any shape or form.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: And at the end of the night, they looked shell-shocked, they could not believe what they experienced.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, they were petrified.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Um that just goes to show, you know, it's not just for the psychics or the mediums or anything like that, it is for everybody.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: So I would recommend that.
- 12:58SPEAKER_03: Uh, let's talk about places being overdone because that's a topic right now.
- 13:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, some people believe that I'm not I don't know what I think yet, but these pay-to-play places are known, they believe they might be a little more active because of the energy you're bringing into it.
- 13:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so there's more energy, which makes sense.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: It does make sense, but again, and we've experienced that as well.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: You know, the difference in having a lot of energy in a room and not having a lot of energy in the room human-wise, yeah, uh makes a huge difference with investigating.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, I can totally get that.
- 13:32SPEAKER_03: But then on the other hand, places that don't get investigated that much, those spirits want to talk.
- 13:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I mean, I don't know.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: You've got to have the right people, yeah.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: I think it's a mix that you've got to have the right kind of people in the right kind of setting, and that can also like cause it to happen.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, also things like with the galleries of justice, it's a museum.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: So in the day, there is just hundreds and hundreds of people in and out, and you've got that constant flow of energy, but they're not actually asking for the spirits to do anything, so they're giving the energy off but not asking for anything back.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Whereas places like that are only rented out for investigating, yeah, the only energy they get coming in is the ones that want to ask for them something in return.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: Um, so I think that's a bit of a difference in the ones that have energy constantly but not asking for things, as opposed to just constantly being investigated.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: There is a difference, and then it gets overdone, and then like I say, people get results from these places, and that's great.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: And it's nothing against the venues, that they're definitely stuff there, it's just loads of people do it because it's notorious and it doesn't always live up to the name sometimes.
- 14:40SPEAKER_03: No, uh, and plus they're getting asked the same questions, yeah.
- 14:44SPEAKER_03: It's sooner or later.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: Having said that, though, I would never stay in the ram.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: There is no way, not a chance on this earth would you get me sleeping in there ever.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: It's a bit it's uneasy in there.
- 14:59SPEAKER_03: I heard it's pretty some dark, and yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: It is uneasy.
- 15:04SPEAKER_03: Um, so for science, you would not you two would not stay in a ram overnight.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: Not for science, no.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: I'll keep in the car outside, I'm not going in.
- 15:14SPEAKER_03: But this is why we do this to get answers.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: It is, but is it worth it if it's a detriment to yourself?
- 15:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, what's the worst that can happen?
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Well, well, have you heard the history of the ram?
- 15:27SPEAKER_03: Yes, I wanted to go there.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't quite fancy that.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: No.
- 15:33SPEAKER_03: So what if you had a dream and said something said to you, if you want the answers, you have to stay at the ancient ram in.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: Well, funny enough, you should say that we had a dream before we went to the ram, telling us not to go in there and us to not go in.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: But we still went anyway, for science.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: For science, yeah, we just didn't stay.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: But yeah, no, I mean, if a dream came to me and it was yeah, because we we do both get quite vivid dreams, and if I had something that was like, do it for the answers, I 100% would.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: But I probably wouldn't sleep, but no, I would I would be present.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: That's the thing, I don't understand how people do that.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: Like, we've only done it, I think, what, twice, once or twice, can't remember.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: But I don't understand because how do you then shut yourself off?
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: Like, how do you calm down enough to go to sleep because your adrenaline is so high?
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: I don't understand how people just shut off.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: Like, we'll go and stay at a hotel after and not go to sleep for a couple of hours because it's impossible.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: You're so like wired.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: So imagine being in the actual place that you've just investigated all night and then having to go to sleep.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: I just can't, it doesn't make sense.
- 16:37SPEAKER_03: So, are either of you two like psychic medium sensitives?
- 16:41SPEAKER_03: I would say sensitive, yeah.
- 16:43SPEAKER_03: We're all we're all sensitive, yeah.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: I think if you open yourself up enough, you're sensitive.
- 16:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, because I mean that could be mentally draining for me.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: I can sleep anywhere.
- 16:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, when I go to bed, I go to bed, but I also believe spirits are just there, they're just people, so they don't bother me.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 17:00SPEAKER_03: So I kind of just I don't know if I shut it off.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think the more we've been doing it, the more open we've become, and therefore we're experiencing more and more.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I just we did it once a couple of months ago.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: We stayed over after an investigation, and we were hearing keys like moving along the table all night and like taps and everything, like things were constantly happening all night.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: So again, didn't really sleep because they're still active, but yeah, yeah.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: So it's like I just don't understand that it's not my it's not my bag, and also I find with a lot of investigations you can sit there and ask things all night, and you get sort of very little.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: Soon as you sort of stop and start talking amongst yourselves, things start happening, it's like you start ignoring it and it kicks up a notch, and when you try and go to sleep, it's like hi.
- 17:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah, oh I started that a probably a couple of years ago is just sitting there and listening, yeah.
- 17:57SPEAKER_03: Or even if I have a group, just sitting there and talking about like oh man, it would suck to live in these days, you know, like go to poor houses, and you know, as a group, we just talk about how would we feel living in those days, and it seems to kind of uptick the activity a lot, yeah.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: But I tell everybody when you go to Trans Allegheny Lunatic Assail Asylum, which if you guys do come over, I recommend I would love to yeah, I'm saying I would love to do that on paper.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: I would love to do that.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: I know as soon as I'd get there, I'd be petrified.
- 18:30SPEAKER_03: But no, you I mean, maybe, yeah.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think if you're in a group of people, it's all right, it's when you're all just you know, you you all like just a few.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: It's oh it's definitely safety numbers, it's how big they are, especially in America.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: Like your properties, everything is well, everything's just on a massive scale, but the asylums are huge, yeah.
- 18:49SPEAKER_03: Well, yeah, I think Trans-Alleghenia, the main building is nine acres of flooring.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: That's insane.
- 18:55SPEAKER_03: It is like if you did a solo there, you would not come close to completing it.
- 19:00SPEAKER_03: No, no, so but if you guys, girls, sorry, girls decide to come over here.
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: Guys, it's fine.
- 19:07SPEAKER_03: I don't know what the pro the proper way to UK is.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's 2026.
- 19:12SPEAKER_03: I think anything guys I do use the word proper a lot over here now because of your UK.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: We rubbed off on him, yeah.
- 19:21SPEAKER_03: Um but if your girls come over here, I think a two-night investigation, trans Allegheny, then they have the outbuildings also.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: Oh god, and what what is in the outbuilding?
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: What's the significance of it?
- 19:37SPEAKER_03: That was like the metal coal where they did the like jabet rock there, whatever you call that.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that would be one of the most interesting bits really.
- 19:48SPEAKER_03: I think there's four or five outbuildings.
- 19:50SPEAKER_03: I'm not sure.
- 19:50SPEAKER_03: I've not done the outbuildings, I've done the main building twice.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and was it good?
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, okay.
- 19:59SPEAKER_03: Um, that was probably the only time my fight or flight instinct kept wow, and you know, I'm a decent sized guy, and I'm usually not scared of anything, you know, I'm there to get answers, but yeah, it was uh you see a gray shadow walk across the hall.
- 20:17SPEAKER_03: Again, we were just we were sitting in the hallway.
- 20:19SPEAKER_03: I told everybody just go in a hallway and sit and listen.
- 20:23SPEAKER_03: Um, dude walked out of a door out of a hallway, stopped, looked at me, walked into another room.
- 20:30SPEAKER_03: And I never had my whole body tense up.
- 20:33SPEAKER_03: I'm sitting there, I jumped up, I took a step back, and I was like, F you, dude.
- 20:37SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm going.
- 20:40SPEAKER_03: So um, the room that he went into was just a room.
- 20:44SPEAKER_03: There's nothing nowhere to get out of.
- 20:46SPEAKER_03: So, and it was a weird feeling.
- 20:48SPEAKER_03: I told the story before.
- 20:49SPEAKER_03: I couldn't walk in that room.
- 20:51SPEAKER_03: Um, my two friends were sitting across me and did not see it.
- 20:54SPEAKER_03: I said, I'm gonna go in there with no flashlight.
- 20:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I couldn't walk in.
- 20:58SPEAKER_03: Told my buddy Ashley, come over, walk in that room without a flashlight.
- 21:02SPEAKER_03: He felt like two hands were pushing against him, wouldn't a lot of them, and he didn't even see the thing, and I didn't tell him what I saw.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: We get that a lot, like we do see stuff a lot, yeah.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: So a lot of that sort of stuff doesn't bother me to a degree.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: It still does, it does to a degree, but it's I've had it like about three times when they've actually walked and like come up to my face, they've got in my face, and that's where I draw a line.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't like that, yeah.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: But like seeing it across the room or whatever, like, okay, fine, whatever.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: It's when they get in the face, it's like, no, no, thank you.
- 21:36SPEAKER_03: I think with that, that was like the first time a spirit like really recognized.
- 21:41SPEAKER_02: You probably saw it, yeah.
- 21:43SPEAKER_03: Recognize I was there, like it was in that stride, turned, looked at me, then walked in.
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: And it is such a weird feeling.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: And people always like this is probably one of my most common questions, yeah, about like what's it like when you see a ghost?
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: It's very calming, like, it's not you don't sort of stand.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: go it's it's very like you're almost like freeze you're almost processing what you're actually seeing and thinking am I am I actually seeing that or not because it's and it's very calm there's no you don't panic no because you don't have time to panic you can't even you're just thinking of am I seeing this or not yeah some people panic or some people panic yeah some people do panic but most people like it's just you know you can't most people it's your mind trying to work out if it's real what you're seeing isn't it you're trying to convince yourself it wasn't yeah yeah that's what you're trying to convince yourself that what you saw wasn't really there yeah and then by the time it's already happened and passed that's when you start to go oh my god like you freak out a bit but yeah yeah I mean I saw like shale figures don't bother me I see them all yeah that's what I mean it's I mean I was doing a solo in a basement it was dark as dark I had a video camera that's the only thing that was I'm filming myself so I mean I probably couldn't see three feet in front of me and something walked across that was darker than dark yeah yeah and I'm on camera I'm like oh there's shadow figure right there and people are like how like it's just a shadow that's all I mean it's not a big deal I always said you know Peter Pan lost his shadow kept looking for it so it can't be that bad right but it's like another thing I get asked commonly is like why do you do investigating in the dark and as weird as it sounds it's actually easier to do it in the dark by seeing shadows and I know that sounds mad so unless you've seen one yeah you don't you don't understand but yeah you it's so much easier in the dark seeing the shadow figures than it is in the light it's the weirdest thing because they are they're darker than the dark yeah yeah I mean it's it was weird that was like now if I see shadow figures when there's little like ambient light out yes yeah they have something darker than I mean I can see three feet in front of me yeah I'm like damn dude I mean cool cool experience yeah yeah that's what I mean we walk away from things like this going like wow but in the moment it's like oh okay there's something there of course the camera's on my ugly mug I'm talking to it not on the shadow but you know that's why we love doing it because it's again it's just the experience right everybody wants to experience it and that's what people I think gotta take away from this people are so gun ho on getting that video clip out of TikTok Facebook or those EVPs it's not about that no it's about your experience and your experience only the thing is it's impossible how can you go away every single night and catch something right short like I I don't get it it's not possible no but the you you might see something you might experience something but the camera doesn't pick that up so yeah I just think everybody should take their experience from it and if you catch something at some point great like that's what we all want but it's not all why are we there for answers right yeah so that's the main focus we should be on like your experience is going to give you those answers not that video of some shadow person exactly that's not gonna give you the answers besides cool you can post it and everybody's gonna tell you you're fake anyway so it doesn't that's what I mean somebody's gonna comment on it regardless and debunk it or whatever so that's what we tell every time we host or anything like that meet new people it is it's just your experience take from it what you will yeah so if you do come over here I do like we talked about that at the house I cries um how Americans kind of investigate a little different than UK because you guys are a lot more nice than us about me bullshit I'm a bit more flex yeah forward I suppose yeah so I mean we if we do go investigate with me I will push limits like we'll be at transallegheny I'll be like sweet you can see 10 feet in front of you this hallway is like 400 yards long have fun yeah we'll see you down down the hallway if you tell me to F off I'm gonna be like okay but I'm gonna try to get you to do it because it's an experience that you will never forget yes I walked down trans Allegheny and I felt terrible the whole time like I cried the whole time not me but yeah I cried the whole time I'm open to like pushing my limits things like that um and like you know when in Rome you've got to do yeah you got to do it so why not?
- 26:30SPEAKER_03: And I think it's huge in like asylums hospitals to do solos and people always ask why do you do solos well you gotta think an asylum how many people do they see when they're locked in their room one yeah yeah them and probably an aide coming in to give them food or take care of them give their medicine yeah so when you're jamming all these people in that's what they're not used to that's when they're gonna hover in the corner and not talk.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah yeah so I'm a big believer in solos that's just me a lot of people don't like them um what do you guys think about solos we done one we've done that wasn't a that wasn't a true solo but just us two nobody else um and we did that back in February and it was at the priest cottage which is in Leeds um and we're actually going back there in a couple of weeks' time but with ghosty gatherings and a few other people um but when we went obviously again you don't like you let yourself in so there's nobody around all of that and we was in a room and we could hear footsteps and we were like okay like fine that's quite cool we moved to another room and just the whole night like it just felt off I can't explain it but it just didn't feel right in there.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: No um and basically had this door slam and there's only one door that it came from downstairs and there was only one door downstairs that didn't properly shut and that was the basement or the cellar.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: AKA the mall yeah so we um it was it was a it was a really strange night so we had like two spirits or two different groups of spirits having a conversation and we they were using us as like the the middleman um but one side was all night kept telling us to get out leave like giving us directions towards the door turn left get out all this all night and then the other one as soon as that one said it the other one was saying stay just stay a little bit longer please stay please don't leave um all things like that and we couldn't work out what was going on which one was telling us which and why we were being told to leave and why we were being told to stay and then it all started happening like with the morgue and everything and it again it kept saying then like get out get out get out so I went all right we'll get out and as soon as I said we'll get out we went thank you so we we left four hours we lasted it wasn't very longest moment it was good yeah listen to spirit yeah well yeah I mean we've made that mistake so many times not listening to them and it just you know it doesn't work out but we just felt don't be wrong we need to do it again yeah however we just felt like sometimes you need someone or another like two or three people or whatever just to be there to go what are you doing like just calm down like you need somebody just to get you out of your head right and obviously when you're both doing it you haven't got either person yeah calming each other down and we felt like we needed somebody else yeah like you know like Emma or whatever just to be there and just like guys take a break go back in and just start again like we'll just see what happens the only time we've done an alone time was in the galleries of justice in Nottingham and I went into the black cell which is completely black.
- 29:44SPEAKER_01: There's nothing there's a bit like a stone bed in there and you're shut in and I I did it but I mean I really did not like that everything that was like going through my mind not even paranormal I was more thinking of if something happens in here I need to get out I've got no torch on me it's black there's like a weave of tunnels to get out of it and I was just thinking how am I going to get out and I could see like red orbs and everything and I was thinking oh my god but I think I was so I've I was almost there was that one part of me that was like just do it just do it like stay a little bit longer you're fine and then the other part of me was I think you're so scared you can't even run out of here so you're just gonna have to stay until someone might get you you just freeze.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah I literally I stayed in there I don't know which but like I didn't know if I stayed in there because I was courageous or out of sheer fear.
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure which but I did do it so that whole get out you know especially when you're over SDs do you think it's someone warning you to get out or do you think it's a spirit telling you to get out we have we have something with us um and it was definitely him talking and the people and the spirits of the pre-Scottish talking but we couldn't work out which who was telling us to get out of those two um because he is definitely a protector okay so I don't know if he was telling us to get out and warning us or if they didn't like him they didn't like him.
- 31:08SPEAKER_01: That's we got a lot of that as well and they the spirits in there did not like the the man that's win with us.
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: He's quite oppressive.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah and other people have seen him and said like it's quite dark but I mean he's done us alright so he he protects us but he I think he protects us because he views us as his and nobody else's but he then he keeps all the other ones that we do go physically at bay and they stay where they're meant to stay and they don't come home with us.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: So I don't mind having him be like a bit of a crazy ex-boyfriend I don't mind that or own personal bodyguard.
- 31:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah exactly during Sties I'm getting this a lot the last probably three months is where spirits are kind of talking to me but it seems like they're talking to themselves more.
- 31:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah yeah because when you was that S days you did with Emma yeah right but I mean I get that was like two but even when I do solo Sties yeah oh really it just seems like multiple spirits are just talking to each other.
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah wow yeah we've had that not many times we've had it a few times where they're they are having a conversation and you're just the middleman and you're just the voice.
- 32:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah it's a weird weird experiment really isn't it yeah I mean I a lot people don't like it.
- 32:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah I love it.
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah I love essays I think it's a great method.
- 32:31SPEAKER_03: It is a great method and even if it's it's a I always break it out when nothing's really happening and it seems to ramp stuff up.
- 32:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah because they're like we can communicate
