- 0:00Hello everybody, and welcome to Honey Badger Radio. My name is Brian and
- 0:04this is the fireside chat. I am joined today by Coach Castle. He
- 0:10is a sort of like a well, you're an expert or you discussed bodybuilding,
- 0:15fitness, health, biometrics type stuff, and you also debunk feminism on
- 0:22the side. I guess who's in like a side thing or lots of stuff
- 0:25on the side, but yeah, so I guess. Like my first question
- 0:31is why we got a lot of requests from people, a few people that
- 0:38asked us to get you on, and then you emailed us. I think,
- 0:41so, what was your name? People people tell me to reach out
- 0:44to you, guys say exact yeah, yeah, yeah, what do you
- 0:47think the reason for that is? So you know, like I'll just real
- 0:50quick for people who maybe some of your people are watching this ship channel and
- 0:54they're wondering where the correlation is or whatever. Honey Badger Radio or this channel's
- 1:00call Honey Bachelized streams. We discuss men's issues and boys issues. Typically this
- 1:06has to do with the way that men and boys are treated by the legal
- 1:08system, by the political system, by education, and just in our culture
- 1:15in general. But occasionally I do get on people who talk about things like
- 1:21psychology of men and fitness and health oriented stuff. So I think there might
- 1:27be where the connection is. But I mean, what is your theory on
- 1:32that. Well there, I mean, there's actually a lot of overlap.
- 1:34I mean it's I'm one of those rare people I suppose. I don't think
- 1:38I'm that rare, but I guess I'm one of those rare people that you
- 1:41cannot put into a box. And that's just because I never had a box.
- 1:45So interesting, you know, kind of goes back to me and the
- 1:49problems with men. But I raised myself. I mean I never had any
- 1:52support, no help from anybody. I was basically hated and ridiculed my entire
- 1:56life, and I kind of still am to some degree because of all the
- 1:59debunking I do. But I'm okay with it. You know, it doesn't
- 2:01bother me any It's just search your feelings. That's not my business. I'm
- 2:05in the business of facts, and a lot of what I do is I
- 2:08talk about in the realm of fitness. For example, I don't want to
- 2:13get too much into that, but it's biomechanics. I specialize in body building,
- 2:16athletic running, and respiratory biomechanics, which is just a study of how
- 2:21forces affect living material and long story short. In that subject, I teach
- 2:24people how to efficiently build muscle, loose fat, you know, the whole
- 2:28shebang. But when I say efficiently, I just need the best possible way.
- 2:31Every muscle on your body has one perfect exercise or one perfect movement to
- 2:37be done inside of these correct parameters. You don't need a gym or personal
- 2:40trained or any of that. Will get into it later, but this is
- 2:43where I come into de credating and the debunking the fitness industry because ninety percent
- 2:46of well, I don't want to say that a large percentage of what the
- 2:50fitness community says, does and believes is completely wrong, nonsensical mythology, has
- 2:55no evidence, it's ineffective, it's damaging. I don't like that. I'm
- 3:00a busy person. I'm a bodybuilder. I work out fifteen minutes a day,
- 3:05and I don't use a gym. I just use my knowledge of lever
- 3:07mechanics and anatomy of stuff. But other things I talk about, of course,
- 3:10are psychology, basic things like agreeableness and disagreeableness, How different traits between
- 3:17men and women different. Now this is because I have clients, you know,
- 3:21bodybuilders, women, men, I have clients of you know, all
- 3:24ages who are men and women, and nine times out of ten people hate
- 3:30hearing this. But they have to be coached, spoken to, trained,
- 3:35and everything else completely differently. You can't treat them the same because they don't
- 3:39react the same to the same things. And it goes back to psychology.
- 3:44So if you want to be a good coach, you have to understand what
- 3:46makes people tick essentially, and I'm a very disagreeable person by nature. I
- 3:51think that's that's fairly obvious to most people who know me. But basically,
- 3:54you can't make me do something or say something I don't want to. That's
- 3:58all amazing and would be very difficult to do that, actually, I think,
- 4:02yeah, yeah, So when you say you, when you say you
- 4:05treat them differently, you're talking about like men in general and women in general
- 4:12differently or and on top of that, I assume there are also, you
- 4:15know, differences from individual to individual. So let's just go and do a
- 4:19couple little Obviously, it's it's it's extremely complex. I'm not going to act
- 4:24like it's not complicated, but you can simplify it down to a couple of
- 4:27key things. So within just people in general, there's gonna be different stimulus
- 4:31which stimulate people differently. So if somebody wants to lose a whole bunch of
- 4:35weight because they are an athletic extrovert who likes to compete and win trophies,
- 4:42that's a very different motivational set than somebody who was just pregnant and is unhappy
- 4:46with how they look and they want to get their body back to normal.
- 4:48I mean, it's two very different things. Men in general. And again,
- 4:54whenever I'm say in general, I'm kind of referring to like a bell
- 4:56curve. Yeah, sure, average, But do I mean just to be
- 4:59kind of learish with my words at least? Ye, men in general,
- 5:03they're conscientious. Now, what conscientious means essentially is they are more than willing
- 5:09to work. They're totally good with working, don't mind working long hours.
- 5:13They provided that they feel they're getting something forward, they'll they'll work. They're
- 5:16industrious. They don't need to be told to do the work. They will
- 5:19do the work. They don't need to be babysaped to do the work,
- 5:23if that makes sense. So they don't need me say telling them, here
- 5:28are your three goals for the day. Make sure these are completed by ten
- 5:31VM. Make sure you do your thirty minutes of walking. You're fifteen minutes.
- 5:34They don't need that. I say, Okay, guys, here's your
- 5:38plan. Make sure you get this done. Here's the intensity. Check in
- 5:41with me tomorrow. It's a completely different thing than having a baby. Set
- 5:44somebody through their goals and stuff. So that's one kind of easy distinction to
- 5:47make. Women being more Going back to the agreeable nous, they're more agreeable,
- 5:55but in the reason I say agreeable and what I mean by agreeable,
- 5:59and I'm sure some of your listeners probably already know these things already, but
- 6:01I mean the agreeableness and disagreeableness their opposite ends of a spectrum. Essentially,
- 6:06most people fall in somewhere in between, and the disagreeableness, I'm actually probably
- 6:12the furthest outlying thing that there is. But agreeable people are typically and again
- 6:16generally on average women, and this is because of their maternal instincts through evolution
- 6:23against something else. I talk heavily about evolution, biology, anatomy, how
- 6:27we've evolved. You can't learn these things and not also learn why we have
- 6:30certain behaviors. Child rearing. Essentially, once the child is born, the
- 6:35mother's only real job is to take care of the child and make sure it
- 6:41survives. She doesn't have to still be attractive to find a mate. She
- 6:44doesn't still have to be super healthy. Doesn't matter if she's fat, doesn't
- 6:47matter if she's lazy, any of these things. All that matters is she's
- 6:50had the kid. Now she has to take care of the kid. How
- 6:54demanding is an infant? Is a small child? They spend all their sleep,
- 6:59all their time take care of these things. Men are not hardwired.
- 7:01Though men are hardwired, I mean to, you know, to make the
- 7:05baby, and then they don't even necessarily need to be around for the baby.
- 7:10Humans are not necessarily monogamous creatures. In fact, it's kind of everywhere
- 7:15what humans are. But that's to be expected from a species which is known
- 7:18for adaptatient. We need to fill a bunch of niches in case one niche
- 7:21gets burned out. I thought this making sense? I discourage? Yeah,
- 7:26no, I follow you, okay, okay, make fun. So how
- 7:30this applies to women who are more agreeable is well, again, most women
- 7:33who are more agreeable. That's an unusual woman. I meet who who is
- 7:39not agreeable, but they'll tell you that they're not. But but the difference
- 7:43is is that they are agreeable. They're forcing themselves not to be that thing,
- 7:48which, by the way, I do encourage in women. I do
- 7:51want to point that out. I think women encourage one a little bit against
- 7:55them. Oh yeah, for sure. Yeah. Yeah. Women tend to
- 7:59go along to get along because you know, they again, they're they've evolved
- 8:03a kind of in the social space. So they are, you know,
- 8:07historically operating with other women who also have babies, and so it in as
- 8:13a byproduct of trying to form community in your tribe. You also have to
- 8:18be a somewhat agreeable, you know woman, because you want the other women
- 8:22to support you when you're you know, when you are pregnant and they want
- 8:26to, you know, help protect you or whatever. So yeah, I
- 8:28mean women are more agreeable. My wife is, you know, very agreeable.
- 8:31She but she struggles with it. She wants to be more disagreeable.
- 8:35So it is it is something that you can train. Yeah. Well,
- 8:37the big argument I always make for them is listen, It's very simple.
- 8:39When you're more disagreeable, you get more. And this is what they're all.
- 8:43There's literally what the complaint of the in men too. This is the
- 8:48complaint of the the common agreeable person. Why do I do so much for
- 8:52other people and no one does anything for me? This is literally the common
- 8:56thing across all agreeable people. It's kind of what it is. Well,
- 9:01stop it. Be more selfish, that's I tell them. Be more selfish.
- 9:03Take care of yourself first. People will respect you more because you're being
- 9:09selfish. They'll give you more respect, they'll take you more seriously. You
- 9:13can negotiate for a higher pay. You can get rid of Becky, the
- 9:16useless worker who's not doing whatever. I mean, I'm just thrown names,
- 9:20you know. But you didn't get rid of the useless worker because you don't
- 9:22need to play nice with her. Go tell the managers she's not doing her
- 9:26job. Here are the examples, A, B and C. And fire
- 9:30Becky. The agreeable woman. Wouldn't do that. She's gonna say, oh,
- 9:33well, Becky's got three kids and her husband left her and she's got
- 9:37bills to pay. We shouldn't fire her. Well, no, that's Becky's
- 9:41fault. That's Becky's problem. Why didn't she keep her husband? Why didn't?
- 9:43And I can keep going through it, but you get the idea of
- 9:46what I'm making here. But how this translates to me. Coaching women is
- 9:50again treated very differently. I'll point it to you this way. I'm not
- 9:54trying to sell services here, but just to put it in perspective, I
- 9:56offer primarily four plans. Basically a five hundred dollars full plan. You get
- 10:01basically a crass course with me, all videos, all everything kind of explained
- 10:05for you in about a three month format, one month format, depending or
- 10:09you work with me directly for a long comperiod of time, or you work
- 10:13with me online and you get consistent daily, weekly updates kind of a thing
- 10:16that's more of an educational course. And then of course in person if you're
- 10:20doing bodybuilding, whatever that may be. But women will always always pick the
- 10:26one where they in constant contact with me. That's they've never picked one where
- 10:30it was just like here, let me make the plan for even education,
- 10:33they will. I don't think I've ever had a woman buy one of those
- 10:35plans. Men always buy those because they understand if I just get taught all
- 10:41the perfect movements, I get shown them. I get the plan, I
- 10:43get the understanding, and I get the print out. I can read it
- 10:46and then I can just do it and cross it off the list. They're
- 10:48not worried about that. I can just hand it to them. It's fine.
- 10:52Women they need a friend, a confidant, constant explanations, they need
- 10:58constant reevaluations, they need in contact with you to just everything. And I
- 11:03don't mind that. It's it's different people. The point I'm making is,
- 11:07I don't think I've ever had a woman just pick a plan that she could
- 11:11just follow. They want, even if it costs a lot more, they
- 11:13want constant hand holding the entire process. All that makes sense. Ye oh
- 11:20yeah, absolutely, of course. Yeah, so it's interesting coming at this
- 11:28from this perspective. I think that men's physical health is as important as their
- 11:35mental health. Obviously. I think that you're right. I think that the
- 11:39sort of mainstream you know, fitness, health, nutrition, it's all I
- 11:48think it's all wrong. I don't pretend to know exactly what it should be,
- 11:52but I know that it's not correct. I mean, the food pyramid
- 11:56is absolutely get into it. Yeah, we can get into it. Yeah,
- 11:58okay, let's let's let's try to do this, and I'm going to
- 12:01organize things like Adam. Okay, so first, let's let's talk about food,
- 12:09because I think that we are so men are struggling these days. I
- 12:13don't know if you noticed, but men are struggling, and women are also
- 12:18going to be struggling. Very soon, yeah, very soon, very very
- 12:22much going to be struggling. So you know, one of the things that
- 12:26we try to do on our channel is we try to motivate women to get
- 12:30involved because in general, women just wait for men to just step up,
- 12:35and but they also demand all of the you know, say, the benefits
- 12:41you know that that feminism gives them, like the the the jobs, and
- 12:46the money, et cetera. But once they get all those things, then
- 12:48they're like, well, I can't find a man that's good enough because my
- 12:50standards are now really really high. Right, So so we need to help
- 12:54men. I'm not saying they have to necessarily take charge, but but I
- 12:58think that if men self actualize, if they like find there they're calling their
- 13:05higher purpose, and then they pursue it, then they're gonna be much happier,
- 13:07they're gonna be much healthier, and then the women will follow. Is
- 13:11what I'm hoping for and I think it's true. So I guess that begins
- 13:15with just putting men in the right space physically as well as mentally. Now,
- 13:22we have plenty of people that talk about psychology and they and they specifically
- 13:24do it without the the sort of mainstream feminist lens that is used in all
- 13:31of our psychology practices, which does This is why men don't go to therapy,
- 13:35because therapy is not made for them. It doesn't work on them.
- 13:39It's it's made for women. So yeah, exactly, So we need to
- 13:45look at the things. So let's talk about nutrition first. So what is
- 13:48it that's wrong with what we're told we're supposed to eat now versus what we
- 13:52do eat now versus what you think we should be eating. I will I'm
- 14:00gonna I'm gonna answer you, but without answering those questions specifically. If that
- 14:03makes sense, it's gonna be easier to it. Okay, So I will
- 14:09give you in summary what I feel you should be doing food wise. Now,
- 14:18this is gonna vary. I mean, I don't want to get too
- 14:20much into it. But even when I say vary, it's not going to
- 14:22vary that much. So I'm just a real quick a couple of misunderstood things.
- 14:28People really don't have different speed metabolisms. We basically all have about the
- 14:31same metabolism. And if there's something wrong with your metabolism, nine times out
- 14:37of ten, it's your diet which is screwing it up, which can be
- 14:39ficked pretty quickly. I'm gonna get too much into that, but I mean,
- 14:43there's just there's so many things that people are just completely wrong about when
- 14:50it comes to food. So the easiest things I could tell you is,
- 14:52and you've all heard this before, but I'm gonna dig a little deeper into
- 14:56it. Okay, don't eat processed foods. I'm not saying no. I'm
- 15:00not saying don't eat them like God, don't eat them. I just I
- 15:03just had ice cream and shake and stuff. I'm not saying that. I'm
- 15:05saying eat them less often than you can. What is a processed food,
- 15:09guys? This is really simple. It's any food that has literally been processed.
- 15:13If it's been put in a machine, if it has been altered in
- 15:16some way, if it has been chemically or physically macerated. This is a
- 15:20processed food. Are they bad? No, they're not. They're not bad,
- 15:24but you don't want to eat a lot of them. I'm gonna get
- 15:26too much into it. Second thing, carbs, Do you need carbs?
- 15:30One percent? You need carbs? Are some carbs better than other carbs?
- 15:33Yeah? Of course? What kinds of carbs? Non processed carbs? Again,
- 15:39that's not rocket science, guys. Next thing, protein? How much
- 15:41protein do you need? You can't eat too much. Let me say that
- 15:45again. You can't eat too much. Now, the only caveat to that
- 15:50would be is you have some form of pre existing condition. I mean,
- 15:52I could think of the two off the top of my head, but they're
- 15:56rare most people. Protein, you cannot eat too much. How about fats,
- 16:00Well, there's healthy fats and then there's unhealthy fats. We want to
- 16:04eat the healthy fats. Okay, so now the last thing I'll say,
- 16:08and then I'll dig into breaking those down and then long story short, all
- 16:14of those things need to be eaten in the adequate amounts. So heavily focused
- 16:21on protein, make sure you eat a bunch of fat and eat carbs every
- 16:25day, not too many. I mean, I know that's kind of very
- 16:27but very general. But let's let's dig into what I mean now, when
- 16:32I say that, all right, so protein, how much protein should you
- 16:36be eaten? Well, if again, I want to stress this, you
- 16:40can't eat too much protein. Protein makes you feel full, Protein builds your
- 16:45body. Protein does nothing negative to you. Proteins are not created equal.
- 16:51Meat proteins and vegetable proteins have very different bioavailability. This is a big thing
- 16:56I don't like about the vegans and the vegetarian movement. They act like it's
- 16:59the same and it's not. Say you got a steak, eight out steak,
- 17:03it's got let's say, forty grams of protein, amino acids, all
- 17:06that stuff. You got a cup of cook lentils. The vegan is going
- 17:08to tell you this is uh, forty grams of protein, et cetera.
- 17:12Here's the thing. When you eat that, your body processes it completely differently.
- 17:18Your body will digest and absorb all of the protein and amino acids from
- 17:22the steak, from the lentils. It's going to cause intestinal distress. It's
- 17:26going to corrupt your microbiome. It's not good for it. If you eatip
- 17:27option, your microbiomes like your second brain in your upper in your right it
- 17:34has a huge but has a huge impact on it on everything, your mood,
- 17:37your sleep cycles, your hormone production, everything, and it all takes
- 17:41place to microbiome as well. But the lentils themselves you'll only maybe digest eight
- 17:45grams of protein, so there's a massive difference there. Just to be clear
- 17:51above it always stick with the meat based protein stuff. That's anything that's a
- 17:55meat of fish, away a dairy. These these are meat. So you
- 18:00want to eat essentially one point five grams per lean body weight. So in
- 18:07my case at the moment, I'm about one eighty five, I'm currently eating
- 18:11about two hundred and fifty to three hundred grams of protein per death. That's
- 18:14what I consume. That is a little bit more I will say that most
- 18:18people, but that's just because I'm big. I don't cut in bulk.
- 18:23That's a very sunny thing to do, but you never want to cut in
- 18:27bulk. That's a bad idea. It's yo yo dieting for body builders,
- 18:30and it destroys your body health and it actually prevents you from gaining a goat.
- 18:33Lot of reasons for all these things. But back to the protein.
- 18:38So in for the protein anyways, one point five is plenty if you're a
- 18:42muscular if you're a lean, et cetera. But if I was two hundred
- 18:47and fifty pounds but I had no additional muscle on me, I just had
- 18:49fifty extra pounds of sorry, sixty extra pounds of fat on me right now,
- 18:53I would still be eating two hundred and fifty to three hundred grams of
- 18:56protein because that's my lean muscle mass that I actually have. Does that make
- 19:00sense? Yeah? Yeah, okay. Now for the average individual, one
- 19:06point five one point two to sorry, one point two to one point five
- 19:10is more than enough. If you work out one point five to two if
- 19:12you're taking steroids. I'm sure some of your listeners do. If you're taking
- 19:15steroids, you're obviously gonna want to eat more protein because the steroids allows you
- 19:18to synthesize it faster, So increase your protein for that. But that's protein
- 19:23in a nutshell. The only way you're going to be able to get all
- 19:26of this protein is if you eat it every single meal and you make it
- 19:30the focus of that meal. The good thing about doing this again is if
- 19:33you make it the focus of the meal, the carbs and the facts are
- 19:37going to be off to the side. After you've eating the protein anyways,
- 19:38it's already going to fill you up. It's going to keep you full for
- 19:41a long time. And you know for a fact that you're getting your protein.
- 19:45Your body cannot build muscle unless it has the things it needs to build
- 19:48the muscle. This is protein in amino acids. So if you want to
- 19:52build a house, you need some wooden stuff, right, Well, that's
- 19:55the protein. So if you're working out and you're not eating enough protein,
- 19:59you're doing nothing. You're spinning your wheels. I hope that makes sense.
- 20:02Yeah, yeah, it does, it makes sense. Yeah. My wife's
- 20:03kind of into this stuff, so like I'm not, and that these things
- 20:07are not foreign to me, like these concepts. So let's go. Let's
- 20:11let's go carve style. Yeah, let's lek it. Yeah, I was
- 20:14gonna mention, let's look about carbs. Okay, go ahead. This is
- 20:15like this is like a hot thing that people are cutting completely right now,
- 20:19So well you should you should never cut carbs completely. And again I completely
- 20:23disagree with the notion. Can you can you sure? You can? Can
- 20:29you go keto have no carbs? Yeah you can? Is your body gonna
- 20:33run just fine? Sure? You can even work out with pretty good intensity
- 20:37because after you work out all of the byproducts, all the lactic acid,
- 20:40it just gets shellow to your liver and transferred right back to the muscles through
- 20:42glucosas. Anyways, it takes a little bit longer, but you don't necessarily
- 20:47need carbs because your body has that process already lined up for you. But
- 20:51it is slower. It is slower. But that's the problem is when you
- 20:56do keto or you cut carbs completely, you'll thick stuff. I mean,
- 21:00I'll even go so far as to say you can cure some diseases just by
- 21:03going keto temporarily. But that's kind of my point. It's a Keto is
- 21:08a tool, it's not a lifestyle. I have no problem with keto doing
- 21:14keto before a competition using keto to get a fat. Process started using keto
- 21:18to cure a particular disease or something, but then reintroduced to carbohydrates for a
- 21:22multitude of reasons. Number one, day are your brain's fuel of choice,
- 21:27and they're what your brain wants. Now me, I mean arrogantly, I
- 21:33use my brain all the day. I try really hard to be smart,
- 21:34I try really hard to do smart things, and I'm always thinking. I
- 21:37eat a lot of freaking carbs because of that, and also because of the
- 21:41massive energy I expend throughout the day literally just talking, moving, walking and
- 21:45everything else I do burns a lot of energy. I need the carbs.
- 21:48That being said, as I get older, I'll probably cut the carbs back
- 21:52a little bit. But right now I'm eating give or take two to four
- 21:55hundred grams day. It might be a lot for most people, but for
- 21:57me it's good. Now, what do I mean when I say carbs,
- 22:02I mean healthy carbs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, These are all healthy
- 22:07things. Sugar, you like, fruit, toast and stuff. So I'm
- 22:11gonna get that rent. That's the that's one of it's the topic. So
- 22:18something to understand about carbohydrates, and this is why it's important that they are
- 22:22unprocessed versus processed. I'm just gonna get into a little bit of the chemical
- 22:25transaction that happens. So let's just take a banana. Say I give you
- 22:30a banana, and I say eat this banana. You chew the banana,
- 22:33You eat the banana, make sure you ap peel at you weirdo. And
- 22:36then once you've got the thing down, your body's gonna digest that slowly,
- 22:40over half an hour to an hour, You'll get you know whatever, twenty
- 22:42grams of carbs slowly released into you. No worries. Your insulin level is
- 22:47gonna stay just like that. It's gonna take you, like I said,
- 22:49thirty minutes to an hour to digest. You take the same banana, you
- 22:53put it in one of those little blenders with a little bit of water,
- 22:56and you just you just blend it up and then you drink it like a
- 23:00little smoothie. Your body does not know the difference between that and just eating
- 23:03two spoonfuls of white cane sugar. It's exactly the same thing. It's going
- 23:07to dramatically spike your insulin. And the reason for this is because you have
- 23:11chemically macerated it, You've denatured the chemical structure. It gets absorbed immediately into
- 23:17your body. Now the second it goes into the stomach, and that exacts
- 23:19the problem is it spikes your insulin like crazy. And that's a problem.
- 23:22Now here's another way to think about it as well. Say you get on
- 23:27the treadmill. You're trying to lose fat, so you get on the treadmill,
- 23:30and by the way, I'm not going to get to this right now,
- 23:33but if you're trying to lose fat, guys, the only thing you
- 23:34want to be doing is slow, steady state walking. You don't want to
- 23:37be jogging or running or anything else that does not directly oxidize fat, that
- 23:42just burns calories. There's a big difference. If you're looking for fat burning,
- 23:47you want slow, steady state cardio that will directly oxidize fat. Nothing
- 23:51else will. Not jogging, not running, not working out. None of
- 23:55those things actually oxidize fat. They just burn glucose in the muscles. There's
- 23:59a big difference. But anyway, so say you do you're walking on a
- 24:03treadmill for half an hour. A treadmill says you're burned, I don't know,
- 24:08two hundred calories. Probably not accurate, by the way, But let's
- 24:12hypothetically say, okay, you get off the treadmill. You don't do anything
- 24:17special because you don't need to do anything special, go on with your day.
- 24:21At some point when you're hungry, have your next meal. Let's say
- 24:25your next meal is, as I've said, protein first, you have a
- 24:26protein shake, you have a I don't know, guys, whatever you want
- 24:30to eat you have protein first, little carps, a little fat, You
- 24:33eat that normal meal. Everything's good. You carry on with your day.
- 24:37Let's say instead of doing that, you say, I just did really good.
- 24:41I was on the treadmill for thirty minutes and I burned two hundred calories.
- 24:45I'm going to go have a Reese's cup at the gas station. So
- 24:48you go and you have a Reese's cup at the gas station. That Reese's
- 24:51cup was two hundred calories. You just negated everything you did on the treadmill.
- 24:56Number one. Number two. That Reese's cup just spiked this ship out
- 25:00of your insulin. Now you're going to be hungry again in ten minutes.
- 25:03You get where this is going. This is a very vicious cycle that people
- 25:07find themselves in. Yeah. Yeah, So anyways, that's how the body
- 25:11kind of treats carbs. This is why you want to eat unprocessed carbs.
- 25:15I mean, there's lots of reasons, but that's kind of one of them.
- 25:18In the chemical nature of things. Now, in regards to carbs as
- 25:22well, you do have to have them, just for the minerals and the
- 25:25vitamins. This is what people don't think about when they think about health.
- 25:30I'll talk about these things still, I blow in the face correctly, You're
- 25:32breathing patterns, eating supplements, minerals and vitamins, and they're just like,
- 25:34how do I make my boy seeps bigger? Yeah? Yeah, no,
- 25:38no. So the reason that you got to eat this stuff is because you
- 25:44need to strengthen your bones. You need to strengthen your finish, your fascia,
- 25:48and your tendons and your ligaments. You need to have things in your
- 25:52body repairing and making your body better and more dense, so as you get
- 25:56older, you don't waste away. I know most of you people don't think
- 26:00long term like this, So that's long term thinking, but just think short
- 26:04term. In the short term. If you have a healthier body, you
- 26:08literally have a healthier mind. You have more willpower, you make better decisions,
- 26:14you can focus in better ways. I could keep going. You guys
- 26:18get the idea. Yeah, absolutely, there is no downside to having a
- 26:22healthier body. I keep myself in tip top shape year round, not because
- 26:27I'm a narcissist, but because I need to perform at maximum efficiency year round.
- 26:32And when I say that, it means lots of days. What that
- 26:34means for me to be performing maximally efficient. Is I might sleep twelve hours.
- 26:40I might prioritize sleep that day. I might prioritize nutrition that day.
- 26:45It depends on the day. But I prioritize keeping myself at a very high
- 26:48level, so I can efficiently perform at a high level. And I know
- 26:52immediately as soon as something dips even a little bit, if if I have
- 26:56pizza, I know four or five hours after I have that pizza, my
- 27:00stomach is going to be a little upset. I mean that's cause in effect,
- 27:03I know what's going to happen. But sometimes I really want some pizza,
- 27:07you know, And I know the next morning I'm gonna have a little
- 27:08bit more trouble getting out of Battle'll be a little bit lethargic. Just but
- 27:11then you yeah, and then you can just make it up. You're really
- 27:15okay, I did that, So I'm gonna like work do this other stuff
- 27:18to sort of compensate, right, get back to the center. No again,
- 27:22that's a big not to be rude about it, but it's okay.
- 27:25Never comp and say no, no, no no. When I have pizza,
- 27:29I just go have pizza. If I want to go have cake,
- 27:32I just go have cake, and I have no trouble doing that whatsoever.
- 27:34Not because I'm a genetic freak or anything else, but it's because ninety five
- 27:38percent of everything I do is simple, effective and good. Like I mean,
- 27:44I'll walk you through today because today was an unusual day for me.
- 27:47So I woke up, I had a protein shake, I took my pills,
- 27:51and then I had a cream of wheat with brown sugar. I did
- 27:52my walk, I had clients. My next meal was shaved steak, cheese,
- 27:59and a taco shell. Uh. But my next meal was cheese,
- 28:03grits, bacon, and pork belly. Then I know I say these things,
- 28:07people are gonna think that's not healthy. Everything I just listed is extremely
- 28:12healthy. Pork belly is meat, nothing processed amounts with mathive amounts of fat
- 28:18on it, which I eat. Fry and bacon, Oh yeah, Grits
- 28:21are healthy. Carbs, cheese is healthy dairy. I add butter to it
- 28:23as well. This is very fatty, proteiny carby And every one of those
- 28:30things is a very healthy item. That meal in itself was probably eight hundred
- 28:33calories, but that's eight hundred perfectly clean calories for me to be eating.
- 28:37There's nothing wrong with that meal. Now, if I took that meal and
- 28:41I replaced it with an eight hundred calorie I don't even know what all people
- 28:47eat like a old people, normal people just like weh like pasta, you
- 28:52mean rice, a sandwich, like bread, replace it with replace it with
- 28:59one of those things. Well, here's the problem, not nearly enough protein.
- 29:03I'm going to be hungry or really quick again because there's not enough protein
- 29:06there. I don't have enough in that meal. I'm going to have to
- 29:07make up that protein somewhere else during the day. All those carbs that I
- 29:11just ate without the protein are now going to digest faster because the protein's not
- 29:15in there with them. That's going to spike my inculin even faster. So
- 29:19again, I mean, the foods that I've selected and you should be selecting,
- 29:22are just healthy foods that you put together and make them delicious, which
- 29:26just be aware of the actual calorie content of these items. I have a
- 29:30little bit more leadway with calories than most people. I know that, but
- 29:33that's also because I've literally been doing this my whole life, and you know
- 29:36it's a little bit different. But anyway, so that the minerals and supplements.
- 29:41You've got to get them from your veggies, and so the minerals and
- 29:42vitamins, but you've got to get them through your veggies, but you also
- 29:45have to get them supplementation. It's impossible. I don't care if you're an
- 29:48Elon musk. And by the way, I was a chef for many years
- 29:52as well. It's impossible to have a diet with all of the minerals and
- 29:56vitamins you need. I don't care if you spend thousand dollars a day on
- 30:00your diet plan, it will not happen. And the reason for this is
- 30:04the way that we've been actually farming in America and getting our goods. It's
- 30:10called you probably know this, but it's called four square plot farming. They'll
- 30:12they'll they'll rotate where they plant, the harvest and to supposedly keep the earth
- 30:18you know, a little bit better, but it just completely depletes it over
- 30:19time, and nobody's putting those nutrients back in there. So thirty years ago,
- 30:23you could eat three or four carrots and get all of your vitamin K
- 30:26for the day. Nowadays you need to eat the equivalent of thirty pounds.
- 30:32That's that's literally how bad it is gone. And this is why on a
- 30:34daily basis I take three shot glasses full of supplements. Is because I need
- 30:40them all and I prioritize my health. These are things, I mean the
- 30:42things. I know a lot of people might just basic. But it's zinc,
- 30:45magnesium, calcium, I just I could go through the list, but
- 30:51it's all really basic things. But you need these basic things. B twelve
- 30:55D three fish oil. These are all basic things and with them, your
- 31:00body and your mind perform at a much higher level, which is which is
- 31:03again a good thing for everybody. So questions about carves before I go to
- 31:07fats, Uh, let me see. Yeah, Like so you said not
- 31:11processed carves. Some seems like it sounds like it comes from fruits and vegetables.
- 31:15So no like wheat or you know things like that, like people like
- 31:22bread or rice or noodles or what have you. Well, again, it's
- 31:27I suppose that's where you have to get kind of careful with the wording because
- 31:30they have so many different kinds of foods nowadays. Yeah, I know that
- 31:34there are breads made from different things, but I don't know if fact like
- 31:37if for example, if somebody gets a loaf of bread. Does that counts
- 31:41a processed card. I'm gonna do this way. If I'm gonna eat bread,
- 31:44I eat bread. I just eat bread. And I'm gonna have garlic
- 31:48bread, I'm gonna have garlic bread. If I'm gonna have a sandwich,
- 31:51I'm having I like white bread. I'm having white bread. There's nothing wrong
- 31:55with white bread if you look at the actual with glucose index. Do you
- 31:57know what glucose indexes? Yeah, my wife is what. She's glucost it's
- 32:02oh, I'm sorry, I'm thinking about something else. Yes, I am
- 32:07aware of it. I was thinking about gluten. But that's different. Go
- 32:08ahead, though, boy, it's she's gluten intolerant. Yeah, she's gluten
- 32:13intolerant. Yeah, okay, well it's a similar thing. Whatever. She
- 32:15needs to know the actual the amount and foods as well. But regardless,
- 32:20if you look at it, it's actually right there with potatoes and white rice
- 32:23and just real quick. White rice is actually better than brown rice. I
- 32:28don't know why people think brown rice is better. Yeah, brown, right,
- 32:30brown rice is not. And I don't mean flavor, I mean hell
- 32:32no, you mean healthier, right, No, we know that. It's
- 32:35like when wheat bread people say, wheat bread is better too, right,
- 32:37that's like a thing they sell on people. Yeah, if you guys are
- 32:40curious, anybody watches go to my MythBusters on my channel. I have we
- 32:45literally just MythBusters stuff left and right. It I don't know where this stuff
- 32:49comes. I don't even know where it comes from half the time. But
- 32:51either way, it's not true. No, I think it's all about selling
- 32:53the bread. But like, what about seed oils. This is another thing
- 32:57that we hear about. We're gonna get okay, okay, yeah, let's
- 33:00get into the seed oils. I want to hear it. But yeah,
- 33:01that fats and seed oils. Go ahead, well, actually seed oilier.
- 33:05That's that's let's actually use that. It's a great example. So when I
- 33:07talk about fats, this is real simple for you guys to wrap your heads
- 33:10around healthy fats. But you know what, you yere old enough. You
- 33:15remember McDonald's back in the day when you were a kid, the French fries.
- 33:19Yeah, they were made in tallow back then. They don't do that
- 33:22anymore, but they were delicious. That was what they were. Shake straw
- 33:27yeah, yeah, yeah, I vaguely remember. I didn't go to the
- 33:29McDonald's very much. When I was a kid, my family was pretty poor.
- 33:31But but I mean occasionally we go as a treat, like somebody's birthday
- 33:36or something. That's how rare it was. But yes, the French fries
- 33:37were good, same thing. But I always remember that. I always remember
- 33:42the fries and the shakes and a couple of other days when I was a
- 33:44kid. But anyways, I remember they tasted completely different. And I never
- 33:46knew why until a couple of years ago. And that's when I found out
- 33:50that McDonald switched from tallow too said yeah, canola oil. Yeah, do
- 33:55you want to use? Yeah. Now here's the thing about it, and
- 33:59this I'm not gonna get into why it happened. I have videos as to
- 34:01why this actually happened. But long story short, Let's just think about fat
- 34:05like this. Good fat is if you hold up a piece of meat,
- 34:09all that white cobweapy stuff inside of it, that's fat. That's good fat.
- 34:15You want to eat that. You got a prime rib, you got
- 34:16a pork belly, tacos, you got making, you got butter. These
- 34:21are fats, ye have eat those up. Those fats are gonna give you
- 34:24testosterone. We're gonna keep your hormones healthy and happy. They're gonna keep your
- 34:29brain, your arteries happy, healthy. These are good fats. These fats.
- 34:35You cannot eat too much of these fats either. Now that's if you're
- 34:38keto. So if you were to only eat protein and fats for the rest
- 34:42of your life, you basically could not over eat. You wouldn't get fat
- 34:45essentially, and that's because you're not storing anything. It's all just gonna get
- 34:49processed or pooped out. Yeah, frankly, there's what happens. But I
- 34:52remember the healthy fats are also, as we've said, unprocessed avocado, cash
- 34:58shoes, peanuts, all these are all very healthy fats. Olive oil.
- 35:04And now let's talk about basically what is everything else unhealthy fats? What we
- 35:12just mentioned McDonald's. Anytime something is deep fried, unless it's at my house
- 35:15where I got duck fat or bacon fat, it is done in canola oil.
- 35:20By the way, I tried duck fat and bacon fat frying if you
- 35:22haven't already highly recommended. Of course, we have a jar of duck fat
- 35:27we use and we save because you know, my wife works, she's a
- 35:30meat cutter, so we get meat all the time, and so we save
- 35:35up the fat from steaks and ground beef, and yeah, yeah, it's
- 35:38good stuff. It's good stuff. Yeah, I love it. I love
- 35:40it. I've lost my trade of thought. Sorry, we're talking about the
- 35:45canola oil corn oil. Yeah all right, so let's talk about you said
- 35:50seed oil. So let's talk about rape seed oil. Now, they change
- 35:52the name to grape seed. But it's from the rape flour. Rape doesn't
- 35:58sound very fun, so they change it to grape. Now here's the interesting
- 36:01thing about when we switched over to McDonald's. Here's what happened. They had
- 36:07billions and billions and billions of barrels of grape seeds, grape seed oil rather
- 36:13lying around. This grape seed oil came from all of the wine making and
- 36:19all of the everything that had been going on at the time. I can't
- 36:22remember exactly. It was a bunch of crap. And so they literally had
- 36:24all of this oil. And what were they using all of this oil for?
- 36:28The billions of barrels? Engine lubricant, military lubricant, gun lubricant.
- 36:34Okay, but then they had too much of it and they couldn't keep storing
- 36:37it because there was just so much. So they said, hey, food
- 36:40industry, can you do something with this? So they took bleach, regular
- 36:46bleach, and they bleached the oil and then they deodorized the oil. Now
- 36:52you have every version of canola oil. Anything that is mixed in a salad
- 36:57dressing, anything that is in a deep fryar you're basically eating things cooked and
- 37:01engine lubricant and bleach. Just to be clear, and so this is what
- 37:06is actually going into your body. On top of the I'm not going to
- 37:09talk about this, but it also reacts with plastics as well, and getting
- 37:14plastics in our diet is really stuck. I don't want to get down a
- 37:15train here, but I mean we don't want to get plastics in our diet
- 37:19either. Yeah. I was gonna mention that later, but go go ahead.
- 37:22Well maybe we'll get into it later. But anyways, there's a long
- 37:25story short. So so now you guys know, and I know I'm gonna
- 37:29sound kind of like a dick when I say this, because I was a
- 37:30chef for so long cooking I don't remember a time when I couldn't cook,
- 37:34if you will, but cooking is really easy. It doesn't have to be
- 37:37anything fancy. You guys, you don't need to be like a cook to
- 37:42eat this stuff. I mean, I'm such a simple guy. I go
- 37:45steaks, salt pepper, I seared in butter, and I cut it up
- 37:50with mashed potatoes. I mean, that's a great dinner for you. I'm
- 37:52a simple guy. I'll make again. I could you guys get the ideas.
- 37:55I don't eat anything complicated. I'm super simple with my foods. It
- 38:00makes me happy eating the same whatever, thirty or forty kind of things,
- 38:04just prepared in a variety of ways. Most people are the same way.
- 38:07But you don't have to be a cook to do anything. If you want
- 38:09to have you guys want to have a salad and you don't want to eat
- 38:14the salad dressing because of what I just said. You get a bowl,
- 38:16you get olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, and you whisk it
- 38:21together. You want to get creative, throw some mustard in there. I
- 38:22mean, I mean, you guys can make a million different things. I
- 38:25want to. It's not cooking class, but it's not hard. You just
- 38:29have to do stuff in the kitchen. I know a lot of people kind
- 38:30of wary of it, but just think about where you're spending your money.
- 38:34One of the biggest things I try to get my clients to stop doing is
- 38:37eating out so much. There's nothing wrong with eating out, but think about
- 38:40the cost of eating out compared to just eating a nice steak at home.
- 38:45Think about the time, travel effort, all that other stuff when you could
- 38:49just be home. You know, I got clients about to eat two meals
- 38:52a day. That's crazy. Why would you do that? But I guess
- 38:54so we don't want to eat seed oils. Don't do it now. These
- 39:00seed oils, I should also point out they're in everything. I mean,
- 39:06pick something in the store that is processed, it's got the seed oil in
- 39:09it. And on top of that. I don't want to go off on
- 39:12a tangent down here, but it just came to me when I was saying
- 39:15this is just about anything that's processed is intentionally laced with sugar. So everything
- 39:22from your spicy Dorrito chips to your anything in the grocery store that's like in
- 39:28the middle section in cans, bags and everything else that has sugar in it.
- 39:31And that is by design because it makes you addicted to it, and
- 39:35it makes you keep going back to eat more of it. People think they
- 39:37keep eating pringles and Doritos because of the salty. It's not it's because of
- 39:43the sugar. It has nothing to do with the salty. Yeah, I
- 39:45just want to get that out of their most thing. I'm sorry, No,
- 39:47I think that's right. I mean we don't do any of that before,
- 39:52like years ago, I was, you know, I didn't know any
- 39:53better. But like these days, yeah, we I mean you're basically like
- 39:58on point for the most part what we're doing. My wife and I so,
- 40:01so we talked about the seed oils. I wanted to about as far
- 40:07as fat goes. What about milk? Is that okay? Like raw milk?
- 40:09We you know, like if you can get raw milk, Yeah,
- 40:13go ahead, we're gonna say about that. No, I haven't had raw
- 40:15milk since I was a kid in Upstate New York. Actually, yeah,
- 40:20if you can't get that, it's like the A two milk Oka or you
- 40:23can just get regular milk. I actually don't really have an opinion on it,
- 40:27to be honest with you, I drink I drink Fair Life milk.
- 40:31That's just I like it. That's yeah, I'm sure, I don't care.
- 40:36I could drink just about anything if I'm gonna drink milk, though it's
- 40:37gonna be whole milk. It's not gonna be milk that's lying about being milk.
- 40:42It's gonna be a whole milk, or it's gonna be like fair Life,
- 40:45which is a whole milk that's actually been modified to have twice the protein
- 40:47and half the carbs half the sugar. Oh, which is why I like
- 40:51that one. Yeah. Yeah, but again I don't have an opinion on
- 40:53milk. You need the dairy, you need the calcium. It's a great
- 40:57way to get a good amount of protein as well. I have no issues.
- 41:00So cheese is okay too. Cheese, Yeah, it's the same thing.
- 41:06Okay, I mean they'll probably this past couple of weeks, I've actually
- 41:08eat about pounded cheese a day probably. Yeah. I love me some cheese.
- 41:13Yeah, yeah, cheese is great. So okay, So let's I
- 41:15want to talk about the plastics, because this is the thing that I'm noticing,
- 41:20this has been going on since before either of us were born, that
- 41:23the food has changed. It's becoming more processed, probably right, and especially
- 41:29in what is available to the average person going to the grocery store to pick
- 41:34up food right to to eat at home if they're especially if they're getting things
- 41:38like you know, pre packaged dinners, frozen TV dinners, popcorn, whatever
- 41:45it is, snacks. All of this stuff has been I think most of
- 41:49it has been processed, and like you said, most of it also has
- 41:52sugar in it of some kind to get us addicted. And what I've I've
- 41:55seen and maybe you maybe you don't agree. I think you will. But
- 42:01tesastro levels are lower in men and women, and it is getting to the
- 42:07point where spur counts are low, reproduction rates are low, and our population
- 42:13is not growing to a degree that it can sustain, not just like the
- 42:19welfare state, which you know I could do without, but even like infrastructure
- 42:23itself. Right, So we're not having enough kids to keep this going.
- 42:28And it's not just the United States, this is everywhere. This is all
- 42:30over the world. I think, Yeah, the worst well, we don't
- 42:34even know the data on China, but it's probably pretty bad. The worst
- 42:37that I know of is South Korea and Japan. Yeah, okay, and
- 42:43even the best parts, which is like you know, uh, sub Saharan
- 42:45Africa has like the highest rates, but even those are lower than they're supposed
- 42:51to be so this is like inevitable. So the problem seems to be that
- 42:54there is all of these estrogenic things in the water, in the plastic bottles
- 43:00and containers and other things. So first of all, I want you to
- 43:04I wanted to know if you're aware of the scope of this problem, and
- 43:06also what are essentially like things that men can do, because I think men
- 43:10everywhere are looking to raise their tea levels essentially, well, I would I
- 43:15would say maybe a couple of things about it, and a couple of things
- 43:19off topic about it too. Definitely, this is a slightly outside of my
- 43:22wheelhouse, but not too much. These are things I deal with, but
- 43:24I don't take like my in this particular case, I'm going out in the
- 43:30limb near this is outside of my expertise slightly. What I will say is
- 43:35it's multifaceted, and we've actually already touched on a couple of things. Number
- 43:38One, people literally are not eating healthy fat anymore. It's not being consumed.
- 43:43It's just not And if you're not consuming healthy fat, you cannot make
- 43:46these hormones. So that's number one. Another facet of this that you just
- 43:51talked about will get to that more in a second is plastics. Now I
- 43:53don't know. Again, it's gone a limb. I don't know that much
- 43:57about it, so I want to be cautious with what I'm sure about.
- 44:00But in regards just to the plastic, it's definitely be it's definitely excuse me
- 44:06being consumed far too much. And I would even go to say it's it's
- 44:13extremely hard to not consume it. Though I would say at the moment,
- 44:19maybe worry about plastic less. And the next couple of things I'm going to
- 44:22mention more because these are things you can have direct control. Yeah. So
- 44:28another one of the things I talk about all the damn time is sleep.
- 44:30Now, I'll just give you a very brief once over because this is a
- 44:35bit important to understand this. But we live our lives and something called all
- 44:37tradian rhythms. Now, these are tradian rhythms happen to all of us throughout
- 44:42the day every ninety minutes or something or other that we go through them.
- 44:45And when you're sleeping, these are called so your circadian rhythm, and it's
- 44:49called rend's sleep. So when you go to bed and you start sleeping,
- 44:52you will hopefully go through four stages of rem sleep. Unimaginably called stage one,
- 44:58Stage two, Stage three, in stage four rem sleep. If you
- 45:01make it through all four of these stages, you'll then briefly, for like
- 45:06a moment, wake up and pee or roll over in bed or something,
- 45:07but you'll have completed your full rem cycle of ninety minutes. If you do
- 45:13that, you've successfully completed one sleep block. Most people require five to six
- 45:21sleep blocks to be healthy. Now I get more to that it means in
- 45:23just one second. But basically, if you're not adequately getting sleep, meaning
- 45:30timing your sleep so that you're actually sleeping ninety minutes, ninety minutes, ninety
- 45:34minutes, ninety minutes, ninety minutes, you're not actually sleeping correctly. If
- 45:38you're not sleeping correctly, even for one single night, you're test If you
- 45:45miss one block, just one sleep block one night, your testosterone will drop
- 45:50by up to forty three percent and remain low for the next two days.
- 45:54So you probably already see where I'm going this. What do you think happens
- 45:59when we live in a civilization? By the way, I don't do caffeine,
- 46:01but once a day, when I first wake up at three o'clock in
- 46:04the morning, ninety minutes after I wake up, I have a two hundred
- 46:07milligram caffeine pill, and that is all the caffeine I have for the entire
- 46:10day. I don't even try to avoid chocolate, not because I don't like
- 46:14chocolate it's bad few but just because it has caffeine in it. Actually,
- 46:17But anyways, most people don't know that caffeine has a half life of eight
- 46:22hours. But basically, if you eat caffeine at all, even a ten
- 46:28to twelve hours close to bed, you're probably gonna have difficulty sleeping. Now,
- 46:30I know there's people out there. Oh no, that's not me.
- 46:35No, you too. Okay, you have the same biology as I do,
- 46:38and everybody else does. A reel's hospital medicine would not work. So
- 46:43yeah, you're the same. You just don't notice it's screwing up your sleep.
- 46:45It's the same people who say I need a drink a beer to go
- 46:49to bed. That drink a beer might make you fall asleep for a second,
- 46:52but then it has completely destroyed your sleep rhythm the entire night. So
- 46:55no, I didn't help you go to sleep. Guys, that's destroying your
- 46:59sleep. So if you if you have all this caffeine and all this stimulus.
- 47:02If you're looking at screens and stuff all before bed and you're amped up
- 47:06and stuff, you're not going to sleep. And if you're not budgeting to
- 47:08have seven and a half to nine hours of sleep every night, it's not
- 47:12actually budgeted. You're not going to get the correct amount of sleep. And
- 47:15if you don't get the correct amount of sleep, you're testosterone goes down.
- 47:20By the way you're grailing, that's your hunger hormone. If you don't sleep
- 47:23adequately, your grailing levels go up dramatically, which makes you considerably hungry or
- 47:28the next day for things like carbs. Because your body says, we don't
- 47:31sleep, we need food more grailing give us food. That's why if you
- 47:36want to lose fat, one of the best things I tell you is to
- 47:37sleep more. It's gonna keep your grailing levels well, and it's gonna keep
- 47:40your testosterone levels high, provided you're eating fat and protein. But again,
- 47:45so just put it to this way, you're in a caffeinated society where people
- 47:50really don't care about sleep anymore. They have foll mail constantly, they can't
- 47:53put their phones down, they don't prioritize their alone time. They don't prioritize
- 47:57decompression. They don't prioritize sleep. Most people I know get really crappy sleep,
- 48:01even my clients, no matter how much I express it, they sleep
- 48:06maybe four or five hours, and badly at that, not adequately. Hormones
- 48:12grailing is up, testosterone, estrogen, everything's now and it's all bad.
- 48:15Now keep doing that for a prolonged period of time. It's no wonder you're
- 48:20destroyed. It's not a surprise your body is screwed over. It's not a
- 48:22surprise you're not making testosterone. So I mean, there's actually I can think
- 48:27of at least five or six other things which impact your testosterone. But at
- 48:30the moment, the key things really is sleep adequately, consume adequate protein because
- 48:37you can control those things. Control consume adequate amounts of healthy fats. Again,
- 48:42because you can control these things. If you're doing those three things,
- 48:46that'll affect your testosterone in a very positive way. Add to that things like
- 48:52I mean, I want to be a dick here, but just basic exercise
- 48:54every day for ten or fifteen minutes, it's going to further increase your testosterone.
- 48:59Now here's something else to consider it. And a lot of people are
- 49:01gonna hate me for saying this, but most people in the world are at
- 49:06the bottom of the hierarchy. You're the lowest of the low. It doesn't
- 49:09even matter who you are or what social circle you're in, you're the bottom
- 49:14of the hierarchy. I mean, even me, I'm definitely at the bottom
- 49:17of my hierarchy. I mean, nobody likes me. Everybody eats me.
- 49:21It's fine, I don't care. But being at the bottom of a hierarchy
- 49:23like that, it comes with a lot of problems, like depression, like
- 49:28being upset, being emotional. By the way, there's no reason you shouldn't
- 49:31be. You are at the bottom of the hierarchy. You should feel like
- 49:35that. But that's also going to keep your testosterone low. Having a couple
- 49:38of wins, winning, winning, winning, that boost your testosterone. That's
- 49:44why as humans, it's a critical that we're constantly making and seeing progress because
- 49:49those little winds do things like boost our hormones, booster endorphins, keep us
- 49:53going on that path. Is when you stop doing things that everything starts dipping
- 49:58and then it becomes a vicious cycle. Does all that makes sense? Yeah?
- 50:01Absolutely? So what are some uh so we talked about the food stuff
- 50:06and you mentioned the sleep, but I don't I guess I want to ask
- 50:09you about that, but I don't want you to give up, you know,
- 50:14like what you're you know offering. But what are free? Okay?
- 50:17Okay? So what every everything? Anything? I coach people will not anything?
- 50:21Yeah, just about coach people on is on my YouTube or in any
- 50:24of my books, I give okay free asking anything? You are all right?
- 50:28All right? So first of all, let me say to the audience,
- 50:30if you guys have any questions for us or coach Castle, you can
- 50:32send us a super chow by going over to feetebeedg dot com forward size just
- 50:37the tip, put in a little bit of money and then you know,
- 50:40ask your question, make your statement, yeah, and it will send us
- 50:45a tip that way, Or you can send a super chat, or you
- 50:47can send a Rumble rand what's up? Shout out to the Rumble gang.
- 50:51Thank you for supporting us over on Rumble. We're hoping that that will become
- 50:53a bigger platform because YouTube does not like us very much for some reason.
- 50:59But okay, so what that said, what are I think that there is
- 51:02a problem with people getting good sleep? I was in the hospital I got
- 51:07very very sick, came close to death in I want to say it was
- 51:12January, and when I got back, I was under so much stress.
- 51:15I think it was stress right that I was. I was. I had
- 51:20insomnia for about two months, and now I'm starting to get you know,
- 51:24better sleep. I don't need like aids. I used to, like,
- 51:28you know, take ben a drill, or I would take night quill,
- 51:30which is basically that, and that would put me to sleep. But now,
- 51:34like just last night, I did it without that. But what are
- 51:37some I guess because you also mentioned something else, so this is probably related.
- 51:40You said before we started that people don't breathe correctly, and so I'm
- 51:46assuming that there's a relationship between that and getting like, you know, all
- 51:51of your sleep. So what are some tips you can give in case there
- 51:53are people that are watching that are also having trouble sleeping. All right,
- 51:58so I'll give you. I'll give you a comprehensive list. Ask me to
- 52:00elaborate at any points, but this will be just a big list of stuff
- 52:04that you guys can do. So Number one, two hours before bed,
- 52:10shut off your phone, shut off your computer, shut off your TVs.
- 52:15You don't need any of that stuff at this point in time for myself and
- 52:17my clients and other let's just call them high performing people. This is when
- 52:22everything goes off. Now your brain can focus selfishly on for me anyways.
- 52:27Let me clean the house, let me organize the next day, let me
- 52:30set out my food for the next day, let me do my stretching.
- 52:32And while I'm doing all of this, I love to listen to things like
- 52:36podcast documentaries. Shout out to mister Ballin. I love listening to mister Ballin
- 52:40my wife. My wife watches him all the time. Yeah. Yeah,
- 52:45it tells the stories. You should check out mister Ballin. But go ahead,
- 52:49yeah, just two hours before bed. I'm just having a good time
- 52:51listening to comedy clubs, drive bar comedy, just all. You know,
- 52:53it's a good time. I don't have any interest in looking at my phone.
- 52:57I know I have dozens of emails and text messages. I know,
- 53:00though I don't care. It can wait. Somebody might have died, Okay,
- 53:04I'll find out in the morning. I'm not worried about it. Now.
- 53:07If you do this that immediately is going to be a big help.
- 53:09Number two, if you can take a hot shower or a hot bath maybe
- 53:15half an hour before bet. The reason for this is by basically taking that
- 53:17hot bath, it's going to heat up your core body temperature. And then
- 53:21when you get out, what's going to happen is the heat is going to
- 53:23try to get flushed out of you into your limbs, and it's gonna core
- 53:25down your cool which is what you're cooled down, your core, which is
- 53:30what your body needs to go to sleep. Have yourself in a nice cold
- 53:34room. I keep my AC at sixty because I like cold. But you
- 53:38have yourself a cold room every self, little warm blanket where socks if that
- 53:43helps, and that helps a lot of people. Now, well, before
- 53:45I get to the breathy, let me keep going at this. Okay,
- 53:49Other things you can do. Supplements, ben and drills actually a good one.
- 53:52It's non habit forming. But I would also say try to avoid taking
- 53:55it every night. I mean some nights you know maybe you're gonna need it.
- 53:59Maybe take it those nights. Nothing wrong with it, not have it
- 54:01forming. I got no problem with it. Something called Saint John's Wart is
- 54:06a supplement. It's an all natural plan. Basically, you just take it
- 54:09if you've had too much caffeine or you're overstimulated. This is just going to
- 54:13help bring you down a little bit of St. John's wart. Okay.
- 54:17One of my personal favorites is melatonin five milligram time release. Now. I
- 54:23would say though that the only point in even taking melatonin is if you take
- 54:28the time released version, because if you don't, it's just going to be
- 54:30digested within three hours. It's not going to last you throughout the whole night.
- 54:35So just take a five milligram time release version. It works great.
- 54:37You're only going to need to do that though, if you're not spending time
- 54:42in the sun. If you're spending time in the sun, you don't need
- 54:45to do that. Don't waste your money doing that. There's no need to
- 54:47it. Zinc In magnesium should be taken every single night. I recommend ZMA.
- 54:52It's just a blend of the two. And always if you take zincing
- 54:55magnesium before bed, it's going to help you sleep a lot. Did I
- 55:00miss here? So? I mean that's most of it. Now I would
- 55:04add two narcotics to the list. Weed Now. I would use weed only
- 55:09if you're comfortable with the idea of using weed, and you should understand that
- 55:14when you do smoke weed, if you're doing it every single day, it's
- 55:17not gonna work. If you're having trouble sleeping and you want to take a
- 55:21puff every once in a while, that'll help with you to sleep. If
- 55:23you do it every day, what's gonna happen is you're gonna build up a
- 55:27THHC in your system. And it's actually you're going to prevent you from going
- 55:29to deep sleep. You'll never attain that deep sleep, so you don't want
- 55:32to be doing that. And then the second one I would recommend, I'm
- 55:35sure, Well, maybe some of you have heard of it is caba.
- 55:37Now cava is an extract, Oh yeah, yeah, I think we have
- 55:43some. Actually, yeah, I'm in Florida at the moment, and there's
- 55:46a lot of cabba bars around here. It's just a bar and you go
- 55:50there and you get cab of coffee, cobba, soda, cut flavored calb
- 55:52of all different kinds. And it actually has a reverse tolerance like weed.
- 55:57You build a tolerance to it. You need more weed, more weed more
- 56:00to get the same effect with kaba. The more kabba you drink, the
- 56:02less caaba you need it. And it's it's a great way to really kind
- 56:07of relax your central nervous system and shut you down for the night. All
- 56:09right, So now let's talk about breathing. Now, I'll just give you
- 56:15a once over on breathing, just just very briefly, so you kind of
- 56:19fall on me here. When I say most people don't breathe correctly, I
- 56:22am referring to the fact that around the age of about five years old,
- 56:27forgive or take the past fifty years, we have culturally indoctrinated all children,
- 56:31men and women to breathe as an upper chest breather or what's called a vertical
- 56:37breather. So when you see them breathe, we you don't see me doing
- 56:38it, but you'll see them going. I guess so that this is how
- 56:45most people breathe. I don't even realize it. The issue is that when
- 56:47you breathe like that, you're not actually using your diaphragm. Now I won't
- 56:51get all I'm not gonna get all complicated with this, but long story short,
- 56:52what you want to do is, forever till the day you die,
- 56:57only breathe with your nose. Never breathe with your mouth. Only breathe with
- 57:01your nose. You should always breathe into your stomach. Now, for those
- 57:05of your whore wondering what I'm talking about, a very easy way to explain
- 57:07this would be to how you lay on the floor as if you're going to
- 57:10do an abdominal crunch with your legs bent at ninety degrees. Make sure your
- 57:14lower back is touching the ground, and then put some form of a weight
- 57:17on your belly button five pound, dumbell, a water bottle, a cat,
- 57:22I don't know something, and then literally try to breathe into your nose
- 57:25and make your belly. Technically, your diaphragm going down, but your belly
- 57:30raise. The way it's going to be raising is because you'll finally be inflating
- 57:34your lungs fully. When you fully inflate your lungs, your diaphragm goes all
- 57:37the way down and you're breathing considerably better. Now, how long should you
- 57:42do this? You should be inhaling for five to six seconds, and you
- 57:45should be exhaling for five to six seconds. When you exhale, it can
- 57:49be nose, your mouth, but when you inhale, it should only be
- 57:51nose. This is I don't want to get into it, but it mixes
- 57:53it with nitrogen oxygen. It filters it and does a lot of stuff.
- 57:57You always want to breathe with your nose. You always want to breathe in
- 58:00your belly, and most people they breathe using only about a third of their
- 58:04lung. It causes them to have all these posture problems. It causes their
- 58:07face and their jaw to become this align. It caused all kinds of ship
- 58:13with women in particular they're diaphragm and pelvic floor or everybody, but women in
- 58:16particular, they're diaphragm and pelvic floor. They really need to take care of
- 58:19them because they work in concert together with men. If you're any kind of
- 58:22a powerlifter or a bodybuilder or something like that, you know what I say,
- 58:27brace your core. What you would do is you'd take a complete full
- 58:30inhale into your belly and then you would make yourself rigid like I was going
- 58:34to spark and kick you in the belly. Now that's bracing your core.
- 58:37But you would naturally do it complete and full inhale to brace your core.
- 58:40But that's generally speaking, the only time somebody would do a full inhale.
- 58:45And what you want to do is always have a complete full inhale and then
- 58:49a complete full exhale. Now, how this translates to actually sleeping, as
- 58:53you alluded to, is very simple. In a nutshell, if you're not
- 58:57breathing correctly, you're not sleeping. But it's a simple. I've seen so
- 59:00many craziness about sleep apnea machines and sleep masks and tape and supplements and left,
- 59:08and I don't understand. It's completely unnecessary. You just have to correct
- 59:14your breathing rhythms. You want to become a three hundred and sixty breather,
- 59:16basically breathing your entire midsection if you will fully inflated. It takes time.
- 59:23Most people I coached through this process takes about a year. And that's just
- 59:28because that's I mean, you don't work with me for a year, but
- 59:30you get the information and you apply it for a year. It's basically just
- 59:34constantly being mindful of how you are breathing. Now, when it comes to
- 59:37sleep, if you're not the best breather, as most of your listening probably
- 59:42aren't, here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna do something called four seven
- 59:45eight breathing, or you're gonna do something called feather breathing. Now, both
- 59:50of these are actually very similar. You'll see why in a minute. But
- 59:52here's the basic principle. If you'd like to imagine, your lungs is being
- 59:57balloons. You have two us two balloons on the left side of your chest,
- 1:00:02and you have three balloons on the right side of your chest. The
- 1:00:06reason for this asymmetry is because your heart takes up a cavity inside of your
- 1:00:09chest as well, and the lungs go around it. Now, on these
- 1:00:14balloons, or your lungs fully inflate, so you do a complete full inhale,
- 1:00:19your heart is then going to be compressed and kind of squashed between these
- 1:00:22fat guys at a party, if you will, and it has to beat
- 1:00:25a lot faster to pain blood flow to your body. And then when you
- 1:00:30do a complete and full exhale, and then your lungs have no air inside
- 1:00:32of them, the heart can beat nice and slowly. Now, when you're
- 1:00:37going to be going to bed, how do you want your heart to be
- 1:00:39beating slowly? Of course, so how do you accomplish that. You accomplish
- 1:00:45that by keeping your lungs more or less empty. I'm not going to get
- 1:00:47into too much here. But it's very simple. If you're doing four seven
- 1:00:51eight breathing, you're going to be focusing on once again, Guys, I'm
- 1:00:53gonna keep repeating it because it tends to stick if I repeat it. You're
- 1:00:57going to be breathing in nasally to your belly for four seconds, holding your
- 1:01:02breath for seven seconds, and then exhaling through thinly pursed lips for eight seconds.
- 1:01:10And when I say seconds, I'm referring to seconds, not your made
- 1:01:15up seconds. So one Mississippi to Mississippi. Yeah. Now, of course
- 1:01:20you can just go on YouTube. There's a million different videos of four seven
- 1:01:22eight breathing. Just do a follow along, Okay, people do It's very
- 1:01:25I mean I'm not the only one. It's a very common thing. And
- 1:01:29just do the follow along. That's a wonderful way to get yourself to sleep.
- 1:01:32You'll go to sleep real quick. As a matter of fact, quidn't
- 1:01:36tell your time, but it's gonna happen real quick. And then yeah,
- 1:01:43oh I froze up on my side my sill there. Oh yeah you're still
- 1:01:45here. Yeah, it's still frozen out. That's cool. So then you
- 1:01:49have the feather breathing, which is almost the same thing. You're just going
- 1:01:52to do it complete and full deep inhale nasally into your belly, and then
- 1:01:57you're going to be fully exhaling through purse lips, but as slow as is
- 1:02:01humanly possible. To pretend you've got a feather on top of your lips and
- 1:02:07you don't want to move the feather. That's where the feather breathing idea comes
- 1:02:09in. So you want to be trying to exhale for anything from thirty to
- 1:02:13forty five seconds. Now, for most people, when they first try in
- 1:02:16the four seven eight breathing or they first try the feather breathing, it's actually
- 1:02:20going to be quite difficult for them. And the reasons be so difficult it's
- 1:02:22because they're not used to using the diaphragm. They're not actually used to fully
- 1:02:25inflating, and they're not used to fully deflating either. But say you try
- 1:02:30the feather breathing the first time, you fully inhale for about three seconds,
- 1:02:34and then you manage whatever a seven or an eight second slow exhale, No
- 1:02:38worries the next breath, just do better, and just keep trying to do
- 1:02:43better with each consecutive breath, and in no time at all, you'll have
- 1:02:45it, doubt. Now, these skills, the four seven eight and the
- 1:02:49feather breathing, it's not like these are just for sleeping. These are tools
- 1:02:54that you can apply at any time. So say somebody cuts you off in
- 1:02:58traffic. Your heart is excelling, rating, your adrenaline's going, you're all
- 1:03:01pumped up, and you know how, we all give me that. Yeah,
- 1:03:05you're driving a very heavy vehicle. And I was like, you know
- 1:03:07how it gets So instead of piani king freaking out, getting mad road rates,
- 1:03:10flipping the finger, you know, pulling your clock from the gun department,
- 1:03:14instead, what you're gonna do is you're just going to do your four
- 1:03:15seven eighth breathing or your feather breathing, and within one to two minutes,
- 1:03:20your entire central nervous system is going to be completely relaxed together. You'll be
- 1:03:22back back to normal instead of jittering for the next half an hour. That's
- 1:03:25where these kinds of tools really come into place. Why I like teaching this
- 1:03:29kind of stuff. I mean, just to breathwork. There's so many tools
- 1:03:31you can know to speed up your heart rate, to release the adrenaline,
- 1:03:36to do all of these things. But they're just tools and you should be
- 1:03:38applying them strategically throughout your life. Does all that make sense? Oh?
- 1:03:42Yeah, yeah, it totally makes sense. I think it's I think it's
- 1:03:45really handy for guys to know these kinds of things because I think it'll put
- 1:03:51put us in the right state of mind. We can deal with all of
- 1:03:53the stress and pressures and things going on in our world, gets good,
- 1:03:57sleep, feel better, and it he just makes us all stronger people.
- 1:04:01So what is I know people are wondering, like, what does this have
- 1:04:05to do with Well, I've already talked about what this has to do with
- 1:04:10men's issues. They do think that that is a big part of it.
- 1:04:13But what you talk about feminism on your channel two? What is your what
- 1:04:18for what? I guess? Why? Why feminism? Why do you talk
- 1:04:21about that? And in what way one of the subjects that I should say.
- 1:04:25It's just it's one of the many subjects I've dug into. I have
- 1:04:28a particular hatred for feminism, That's all I suppose. Yeah, and why
- 1:04:32is that? I want to know if we're on the same page for the
- 1:04:36probably the same reason as any other guy. Yeah, feminists, feminists are
- 1:04:42are quite. I mean I don't. I don't want to be a dick
- 1:04:44about it, but I mean feminism absolutely started as something I would be by,
- 1:04:53if that makes sense, women getting rights that they didn't have. I
- 1:04:58mean, feminism literally started with women want like doing exercises, for example,
- 1:05:01going to gyms and exercising was considered a big form protest, you know what
- 1:05:05I mean. That's ridiculous. So I get feminism in the beginning was about
- 1:05:10women getting the right to vote, right to do this, that, and
- 1:05:12the other. All that I'm one hundred percent on board with it. Where
- 1:05:15they lost me is when they completely lost their freaking minds. So so,
- 1:05:20no, women are women are not equal to men. And I'm not saying
- 1:05:24that, like but we're talking better. But no, we're just different,
- 1:05:28very different. Yeah, we're not the same. We should not be treated
- 1:05:31the same. We should not be competing against each other. We shouldn't.
- 1:05:35You shouldn't tell a woman she can do anything a man can do. You
- 1:05:39shouldn't tell a woman to can I just it's crazy to me that we have
- 1:05:44a generation of women who not even one get We have multiple generations of women
- 1:05:48who have raised their daughters to hate men and their sons to be useless,
- 1:05:54sniveling pieces of shit. Does that make sense? What if I told you
- 1:06:00feminism was always trash and then it was never good? It seems to be
- 1:06:04good at the beginning on an arts playing reasoning. All right, Well,
- 1:06:09there are people who have done a lot better work on this, and I
- 1:06:11can get you links. There's a lady named Janice Fiamengo who's in a series
- 1:06:16of videos or she's dug she was. She's a college professor of literature,
- 1:06:20but she's also a researcher, and she has done very deep dive not just
- 1:06:25into like the early history of feminism, but even proto feminism, which is
- 1:06:29sort of like the stuff before feminism, Mary Wolson Craft and things like that.
- 1:06:32And the thing is, okay, here's the thing about feminism. And
- 1:06:36I know a lot of people like the sort of the idea that feminism was
- 1:06:42once useful. I think it's a it's a very common idea, so I
- 1:06:46don't I don't blame anyone for holding that view. But there is the feminism
- 1:06:53itself is built on a premise. The premise is that patriarchy theory is real,
- 1:06:59right, That's what feminism is based on. This idea that patriarchy and
- 1:07:02and what is patriarchy theory? So there's two definitions, but I'm going to
- 1:07:08go with the feminist definition because that's the one they operate under. And the
- 1:07:11feminist yeah yeah, So the feminist definition of patriarchy is that the all of
- 1:07:15our society, all throughout history was built and maintained by men to benefit men,
- 1:07:24to at the at the at the expense, or to oppress women.
- 1:07:29And obviously completely wrong. Yeah, it never that never happened, like it,
- 1:07:32It's real quick. I mean, it justsed to be a dick about
- 1:07:34this, but real quick, how could that possibly have happened? It couldn't
- 1:07:41How could it possibly have happened? You know? Yeah? Yeah, yeah.
- 1:07:44So the what they're what they're doing is they're taking we lived for until
- 1:07:49relatively recently in our history, where we've been able to live comfortably enough that
- 1:07:55we are no longer afraid of you know, the invading armies, opposing tribes,
- 1:08:01wild animals, nature, whatever. We've only recently be gotten to a
- 1:08:05point where we can all live in relative comfort in you know, homes that
- 1:08:10in shelters with clothes and industry and you know, food is easily accessibly just
- 1:08:15go to the store and buy it whatever. So the reason why we built
- 1:08:20all of that was because men. We're trying to make our society more comfortable
- 1:08:27for women so that they we can raise children and essentially like sustain the next
- 1:08:31generation. This is this is what it's always been. So women have been
- 1:08:34kept safe from the dangers of the world. Whether that is again like another
- 1:08:41faction, you see what I'm saying, yeah, so so. But but
- 1:08:45the way that that feminists have translated that, or at least like have altered
- 1:08:49this is to say that because women have been kept safe, this is just
- 1:08:56them restricting women's freedom and and it's just not true. And a primary example
- 1:09:01of this is the vote. So the vote is often brought up as like
- 1:09:04the one right that women should have gotten. But the vote wasn't a right.
- 1:09:11It was never a right, not even for men. So if you
- 1:09:14if you look, and this is just in the States, but I think
- 1:09:15you can apply this any country that has a vote. In the States,
- 1:09:18in order for a man to get the vote, there were two things,
- 1:09:21two things that need to be made. One of two one was they had
- 1:09:26to own property, which basically means you had to you know, you own
- 1:09:29some land, or you are invested in piece of property, which means that
- 1:09:32you're invested in the country, which means you get a voice in the vote.
- 1:09:35And usually it was a vote per household, not a vote for person.
- 1:09:39Right, So a man, the father of the home would go vote,
- 1:09:43but he would be voting on behalf of his wife and his children.
- 1:09:46And so typically the man and the wife, the husband and wife would have
- 1:09:50the same idea of who would be best to vote for. You see what
- 1:09:55I'm saying. Like women, a woman who loves her man is not going
- 1:09:59to vote the op as a candidate. They're going to generally have the same
- 1:10:01political beliefs at that time. And so there is that So and the vote
- 1:10:08is a responsibility. A man votes not because he wants something from the government.
- 1:10:12He's voting in what is the best interest of the country and of his
- 1:10:16family and of his children and his children's children and on. Now, when
- 1:10:21World War One came around, I think it was, or even the Civil
- 1:10:26War came around, we offered a vote to people, to men who would
- 1:10:30be who would fight in the war, because in that way you have a
- 1:10:34different kind of skin in the game. Right, A man would go and
- 1:10:38fight in a war and as a reward you could put you know, put
- 1:10:42in quotes. You would get the vote, assuming you came back in one
- 1:10:44piece and you were able to vote. And so World War one was around
- 1:10:48the time the suffragist movement was going on, and there were women who wanted
- 1:10:54the vote and they were trying to get there were there was actually two groups.
- 1:10:57One was trying to get the vote for women and for men, but
- 1:11:00not necessarily men that were fighting in war, just any man. And then
- 1:11:02another group was looking to just get the vote for women, and in particular
- 1:11:08they wanted to vote for white women. They weren't trying to give the vote
- 1:11:11to other women. Okay, So the whole thing is a mess because people
- 1:11:15don't look at it that way. But if you look at it in I
- 1:11:18guess you could say like trying to put yourself in the shoes of the people.
- 1:11:23At the time, we understood that when you voted, there was a
- 1:11:27you had to be very if you were a man, okay, who was
- 1:11:30a soldier or could be a soldier after World War One, when you voted,
- 1:11:36you were thinking about, like I don't want to go to war again
- 1:11:40because I don't want to get sent off to get killed for some you know,
- 1:11:44for at the hands of some other country. I don't know them,
- 1:11:46I don't know what's going on over there, whatever, or you're worried about
- 1:11:49your kids. So men would be voting in the interests of what could affect
- 1:11:54their country, their family and their legacy, their future, right their offspring.
- 1:12:00When women got the vote, at first they were voting for the same
- 1:12:02things. But then when you got I think it was Lyndon Johnson's Great Society,
- 1:12:10which came after World War Two, he basically introduced a new set of
- 1:12:15policies, essentially the welfare state, and he said, okay, now,
- 1:12:17if if women vote for me, I will essentially have the government give you
- 1:12:21money to keep you, you know, afloat, and the only thing that
- 1:12:26I will ask for in exchange is the vote. And and and in addition
- 1:12:30to that, he set it up to where it was like, you can
- 1:12:32you can get money from the government to help raise your family, but only
- 1:12:36if there is not a father in the home, because otherwise a father would
- 1:12:40do that job. So then you had women who had the vote did not
- 1:12:44have to get drafted. And they still don't get drafted. They they're not
- 1:12:46they don't have to sign up for selective service and they can just vote for
- 1:12:49whatever they want, so the whole and then people started calling it a right,
- 1:12:55but it isn't. It's a it's a it's an obligation, it's a
- 1:12:58responsibility. That's how should be seen because that's the reality of it. But
- 1:13:01we're now in a time now, way past that, and I'm just saying
- 1:13:05that is an example of why feminism was never U was never useful. Quick,
- 1:13:11okay, real quick, I've completely lost you. All that is your
- 1:13:14voice. I have a white and black screen right now. Oh can you
- 1:13:15not hear me or at all? We still got visual that's weird visuals going.
- 1:13:20If you're okay over there? No, yeah, my end. People
- 1:13:24should be able to see me. I can see it just fine. There
- 1:13:26could be an issue with your zoom. I don't know you're hoste. No,
- 1:13:30No, it's ok it's okay, you're so. I guess what I'm
- 1:13:31getting at is this. I think that the idea that feminism was once good
- 1:13:39or is useful in some other part of the world, I think that is
- 1:13:43false. And I think that the only reason why we are being sort of
- 1:13:47like conditioned to repeat this lie is so that feminism always has relevance because it
- 1:13:53is a multi billion dollar industry, like basically lying to people. Yeah.
- 1:14:00And another thing too is, you know, going back to the original assumption,
- 1:14:03which is patriarchy, you would have to think that men if it was
- 1:14:10true patriarchy, then women would never be able to get any of the stuff
- 1:14:14that they're getting. They wouldn't get welfare, they wouldn't get you know,
- 1:14:16free, they get basically like taxpayer tax paid, which is yeah, I'm
- 1:14:21sorry to cut off. A lot of this literally goes back to what we
- 1:14:25were saying earlier. It's just I mean, in a nutshell, I mean
- 1:14:29being kind of an asshole about it. Women want a bunch of shit that
- 1:14:33they don't deserve because they haven't fucking earned. And even even if if there
- 1:14:39are some outlier women on the extreme end of the Bell curve who are disagreeable
- 1:14:45and they are willing to be competitive and to do men's jobs in men's fields,
- 1:14:50they are the minority, and they are mostly unhappy doing it, and
- 1:14:55they're only doing it competitively, and they will almost always all of them stop
- 1:15:00around the age of forty to fifty, and that's because they suddenly all of
- 1:15:04a sudden, they need a husband, they need a family. Yeah,
- 1:15:09very few women actually just do the career thing their whole life. And you
- 1:15:12know what, I've no one ever said they couldn't like like, I don't
- 1:15:15think I don't. I've never seen a man anywhere, No, no,
- 1:15:19I know, but I've never seen a man anywhere say we shouldn't let ladies
- 1:15:23have jobs. The only thing that I think you might get is, well,
- 1:15:28yeah, you could pursue a career if you want, and that's fine,
- 1:15:30but you're but you may decide later in life that you, you know,
- 1:15:33want to start a family, and that's okay too. The thing is,
- 1:15:38and it's basic good advice to anyone, but it would just make everything
- 1:15:44a lot easier. Dick to doing what interests you and what you're good at.
- 1:15:51Yeah, So if you're a woman, you're not going to, generally
- 1:15:56speaking, become an engineer. That's not interesting. You don't give a shit
- 1:16:00about that. Why would you take that job because it pays a lot of
- 1:16:03money. You're gonna have a miserable job that pays you money, so what,
- 1:16:06but you're not gonna want it. You're not going to be nearly as
- 1:16:10good at it as the men are, and you're not going to be as
- 1:16:12competitive as them either. Yeah, don't do it. I don't think women
- 1:16:15take jobs for the money, though. I think the point I make it
- 1:16:18is more than ye oh yeah. Sure the women that are ambitious, for
- 1:16:23sure, but I mean you couldn't tell them not to do it anyway.
- 1:16:25I mean, like the Norman women that are basically like fed this line about
- 1:16:29you know, like about status and stuff. And the truth is is that
- 1:16:32women don't have to because whether you get it through the through the state,
- 1:16:36you know, like welfare or government payouts or whatever, or you get it
- 1:16:41directly from a man, like a significant other, you're getting money from men
- 1:16:45because men pay into the tax system. They are a net contributor and women
- 1:16:50are a net drain. It doesn't mean women don't pay taxes. It's just
- 1:16:53if you look at the overall numbers, right, so it's actually tax Yeah.
- 1:16:58Essentially, the way that the government acts like it's like the biggest pimp,
- 1:17:02you could say, because it basically gives it takes money from men,
- 1:17:05gives it to women, and that separates women from men. And I think
- 1:17:10that's the reason why. And then you add on top of that all of
- 1:17:12this kind of hysteria around, you know, things like rape culture and stuff
- 1:17:16that makes men appear to be predatory and scary and criminal and violent and all
- 1:17:21these other things. It's so ridiculous of it. Yeah, you can't even
- 1:17:25I mean, and you can't get it. To kind of bring it back
- 1:17:27a little bit more to to what I deal with, you can't get away
- 1:17:30from it. But anytime I've ever actually like like turned a woman and been
- 1:17:35like here like so, I mean, I try not to do it with
- 1:17:38clients. I don't want to like you, but sometimes it needs to succeet
- 1:17:41and so go say, oh my goodness, I can't believe that. What's
- 1:17:45a good example. I can't believe he got he got the job instead of
- 1:17:48me. I've worked Oh yeah, I've got I've worked at the company for
- 1:17:51ten years. He's only been here for two years. Blank to be blank.
- 1:17:56And I said, oh, bohoa, whoa, I get it.
- 1:17:58I get it. Listen, I was you, i'd be pissed off too.
- 1:18:00But one second, just seriously, one second, let's look at this.
- 1:18:03It's probably a good thing. Let's take a look at this. You've
- 1:18:05been at this company for ten years, right, So, yeah, you've
- 1:18:08had the same job. Yeah, have you got more money? Oh?
- 1:18:13A little bit every year? Okay, okay, what are you doing to
- 1:18:15make yourself more valuable to your job? Well? I do my job.
- 1:18:20And when I say that, what are you doing to improve your skill sets
- 1:18:26or to bring more value to your job? Yeah? Oh nothing. I
- 1:18:30just asked for six days twice a week because I got kids in this,
- 1:18:32that and the other and left him to write and the other's okay, Well
- 1:18:34how about this guy. He's been there for two years, he's already made
- 1:18:39the company an extra million dollars, he's revitalized the marketing campaign, he's done
- 1:18:44this, and he's done. You think he doesn't deserve that promotion? Did
- 1:18:47you had ten years to do that? Why didn't you do it in these
- 1:18:49ten years? You know? And then they literally the well because I think.
- 1:18:56I think that women and men have different things that drive them, That's
- 1:18:59what. That's the thing. Like a man at a job is working really
- 1:19:02hard, usually because he's either trying to attract someone as a mate, or
- 1:19:10he has a wife and kids, and he's like, I gotta pay for
- 1:19:13all this shit, right, Women, it's not It's like when they start
- 1:19:16a job, they may have kids and they're trying to balance these things out,
- 1:19:20so that bait that makes them less valuable to the employer because it's like,
- 1:19:25well, she's gonna need maternity leaves, she's gonna need time off,
- 1:19:28she's gonna want, you know, to work like only mornings. Whatever.
- 1:19:31The man is like, I'll do whatever I have to do, so I'll
- 1:19:35also give you the devil's advocate here though, because before a devil's advocate here.
- 1:19:42I mean, of course, depending on the job, but lots of
- 1:19:45jobs, doesn't even matter. If it's a basic secretary position. You gotta
- 1:19:47be pretty Yeah, that's true too. I mean I don't I don't even
- 1:19:51say that's a devil's advocate thing, but yeah, care the guy's attractive,
- 1:19:55but they don't care that it's attractive female. That doesn't matter. And I
- 1:19:59understand feminist point from that, but at the same time, only to a
- 1:20:02very small degree. And I mean that like to the smallest degree. Yeah,
- 1:20:08because to be fair, it's an over sex society. But how about
- 1:20:12guys who are the highest paid guys in their fields, in particular industries as
- 1:20:15well. They have the corn, They got to have a big dick,
- 1:20:18they gotta have a shredded body to be a male model you have. It
- 1:20:23applies to men too, not as much. But how about women. Women
- 1:20:27get to sexually signify everywhere they go. They get makeup, they can wear
- 1:20:30anything they want, revealing outfits, dresses, tits. They can talk about
- 1:20:35whatever they want, They can gossip about whatever they want. They can sexually
- 1:20:38harass anybody that they want. Nobody says they were to them in their workplace.
- 1:20:42Men have to wear suits, completely restricting clothes, and they basically can't
- 1:20:45say anything they actually want to say. Yeah, right right. Well.
- 1:20:49The other thing too, is that I think when you say yeah, I
- 1:20:53think when you say women should be attractive, I think, like it's not
- 1:20:56hard because if you just take care of yourself, you know, you don't
- 1:21:00you don't, like, unless you are quasimodo, I think you'll be fine.
- 1:21:04But like, I mean, you're take care of yourself. We know
- 1:21:10there are plenty, there are plenty of guys take a shower sometimes ugly faces
- 1:21:15just flat Yeah I'm talking yeah for sure. Yeah, but they can do
- 1:21:18about that. Yeah. But anyway, I guess, like I think that
- 1:21:24there's We've been going for almost an hour and a half, so I'm going
- 1:21:27to wrap it up. But yeah, I was just checking, that's all
- 1:21:29I was checking. Yeah, No, it's all good. So I think
- 1:21:31that you're you. You know, we're on like the same page. But
- 1:21:34if you want, I'll send you Janice fa Mango's YouTube channels you can see,
- 1:21:39yeah, the whole history of this stuff, because you know it is
- 1:21:42the same time. But I mean, not to seven seven at the same
- 1:21:45time, I'd like to say that, I mean, I don't want to
- 1:21:48be like dismissed this, but we gotta deal with what it is right now.
- 1:21:53Yeah for sure, sure, No, no, how it used to
- 1:21:57be almost irrelevant. And I mean I remember a long time ago. I
- 1:22:00should I should have mentioned this, remember a long time ago, and I
- 1:22:01got red pilled and I got I mean I got red pilled fucking hard.
- 1:22:05A story for another time. But I really resented women in a way I
- 1:22:15didn't think was possible. And I'm sure some of somebody listened to this,
- 1:22:19probably going through the same thing. And I would just like to point out
- 1:22:23that the way I kind of made peace for that was just acknowledging that we
- 1:22:28are different things. Society at the moment treats us very differently. But if
- 1:22:34you learn how to play the game. You just take advantages of all of
- 1:22:40that. If you literally just use it to your you're no longer you're no
- 1:22:43longer resentful about it, you're longer upset at the way that feminism has ruled
- 1:22:47the world. The way that I look at it nowadays is Okay, this
- 1:22:51is what's going on. How can I use it to my advantage. I
- 1:22:56mean, one of the obvious examples that everybody's gonna know on this one,
- 1:22:59I think it's probably the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. But only Fans.
- 1:23:02Only Fans was created by two guys who exploited everybody, all women,
- 1:23:08to become billionaires. Yeah, you know what I mean, Like, that's
- 1:23:12that's genius. Well, very few women actually make money on that that I
- 1:23:16think it's I think it does a lot of harm to their ego too,
- 1:23:18because you know, they're like competing with like I guess tens, right.
- 1:23:25But I don't think it's good for any of them. Well, it's not
- 1:23:28good for I don't think it's good for anyone at all. But the point
- 1:23:30is that's one way that somebody found to capitalize, literally capitalize on woman's natures.
- 1:23:35I mean, I capitalize on women's natures, not by being a dick,
- 1:23:39but by understanding what makes them tick. That's why I can coach them
- 1:23:43so very efficiently. That's why I know what to say to them, what
- 1:23:45to text them, et cetera. The same reason. By the way,
- 1:23:48I should point this out there anybody else listening my personal two cents on the
- 1:23:53matter. Don't chase women, don't look for women, don't text women,
- 1:23:59do engage with women in any way, shape or form, and less it
- 1:24:03seems like a good idea, What does that mean? She is pursuing you
- 1:24:08in some form of an active way. And when you look back at the
- 1:24:12woman who is pursuing you, you see value of some kind. If it's
- 1:24:17just tail, I mean, maybe you're just I'm not into detail, but
- 1:24:20I mean, if you look behind you, there's a woman who's chasing you,
- 1:24:24who respects you for who you are and wants to bring value to your
- 1:24:27life. I would go ahead and take time out of your life to pursue
- 1:24:30them. But even at that point, even though it's been a while for
- 1:24:32you, maybe hold back, stay away, keep your distance, wait and
- 1:24:39see. The best advice I give to everybody mail client or female client,
- 1:24:44it doesn't matter if they're married or they're single, or they're dating, or
- 1:24:46they're actively it doesn't matter. Be as selfish as is humanly possible. Now.
- 1:24:50I try to help as many people as I can. It's why I
- 1:24:54do what I do. But I can help as many people as I do
- 1:24:57because I'm so selfish. I'm so selfish with my time. I don't give
- 1:25:00my time to anyone who doesn't deserve it. I don't go drinking, I
- 1:25:02don't party, I don't socialize. If a chick wants to go out with
- 1:25:06me, she's got to try really goddamn hard to go out with me.
- 1:25:10I generally treat women like nuisances. Honestly, when you treat women like they're
- 1:25:14complete shit by the way, they do tend to like you more. Yeah,
- 1:25:16I'm not gonna get into that. No, I appreciate it, and
- 1:25:20I appreciate you giving us some of your time. I will end it here,
