- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:39Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Hey Allen the Root, The Root is on Fire.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Welcome to a Warzone Live by Podcast, which is the
- 1:01Speaker 3: official podcast the Gateway Pundit.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Over two point five million daily readers, over a billion.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Page views, fifth ranked conservative news site in the United
- 1:08Speaker 3: States of America, which makes it fifth ranked in the world.
- 1:11Speaker 1: And great to be with you. Great to be with you.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Today is Wednesday, Wednesday, the Wednesday, the fourteenth, fifteenth, fifteenth
- 1:18Speaker 3: of July. That means we're halfway through the summer here,
- 1:22Speaker 3: summer's almost gone.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It's exactly the halfway point. You know, we got six
- 1:25Speaker 1: weeks of summer left.
- 1:29Speaker 3: And then Las Vegas turns beautiful. It's a great place
- 1:32Speaker 3: to live, like nine months a year. I'm not really
- 1:34Speaker 3: thrilled about June, July, August. So we're almost there, almost there,
- 1:38Speaker 3: but it's still beautiful. You know why, because I'm a
- 1:41Speaker 3: sun guy. You know, Liberals live in place like Portland,
- 1:43Speaker 3: Seattle and Minnesota because it's always cloudy and raining in
- 1:47Speaker 3: the summer and miserable all winter, because they're miserable, dark people, negative.
- 1:53Speaker 1: People, and mostly ugly people.
- 1:55Speaker 3: And the people in Las Vegas are beautiful women in
- 1:58Speaker 3: the world, just like La sunny beauty women. But Vegas
- 2:01Speaker 3: is filled with beautiful women, suns always out, even when
- 2:03Speaker 3: it's hot in the summer.
- 2:04Speaker 1: You got beautiful women and the suns out. That's good
- 2:06Speaker 1: enough for me. So here's the deal.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I want to mention a show that I watched today
- 2:12Speaker 3: because I work out in the gym two hours a day.
- 2:15Speaker 1: As I've said.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Before, the only way you could make it through a
- 2:17Speaker 3: two hour workout is is if you watch movies or
- 2:20Speaker 3: TV shows.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And I watched a documentary actually today I.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Watched it, probably, but I don't know about sixty percent
- 2:26Speaker 3: movies and like thirty percent TV shows and maybe ten
- 2:29Speaker 3: percent documentaries. And I watched a documentary today called Shipwrecked
- 2:34Speaker 3: Nightmare at Sea, and it was a documentary, a real
- 2:37Speaker 3: life story about a cruise ship that hit rocks off
- 2:43Speaker 3: the coast of Italy. The captain evidently screwed up badly
- 2:47Speaker 3: and hit rocks and it ripped a hole in the
- 2:49Speaker 3: hull and the ship sunk.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And it sunk right off the shore.
- 2:53Speaker 3: So I mean, people could swim, you know, just literally
- 2:56Speaker 3: a few yards and they'd be at the port.
- 2:59Speaker 1: But it's still deep, and some.
- 3:00Speaker 3: People don't have to swim, and they were all kinds
- 3:03Speaker 3: of problems, and I think seventy people wound up dying.
- 3:06Speaker 3: And it was one of the great Maritimes disasters, not
- 3:09Speaker 3: you know, quite the level of the Titantic where everything
- 3:12Speaker 3: pretty much half the Boka wiped out, but nonetheless it
- 3:15Speaker 3: was a major cruise line or gigantic cruise ship that
- 3:19Speaker 3: sunk right off of Italy's shores. And I wanted to
- 3:23Speaker 3: tell you the lessons I learned in watching the show.
- 3:26Speaker 3: First of all, they lost electricity as the ship started
- 3:29Speaker 3: to go under, and it was dark. And there was
- 3:32Speaker 3: a guy who was one of the stars of this documentary.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Him and his wife were on the boat with their
- 3:37Speaker 3: brand new one year old daughter, and they were climbing
- 3:40Speaker 3: upstairs because every the announcements kept saying, go back to
- 3:43Speaker 3: your go back to your room, go back to your room.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Everything's okay, go back to your room. And every person,
- 3:49Speaker 3: to a man and a woman on this documentary that
- 3:53Speaker 3: heard that message, go back to your room, every single
- 3:56Speaker 3: one of them disobeyed the order and got to the
- 4:00Speaker 3: rowboats and lived, and the people who listened died, which
- 4:05Speaker 3: is such an important lesson you must learn everyone. Whenever
- 4:09Speaker 3: you're an announcement, the people making the announcement are liars
- 4:12Speaker 3: and scumbags, and they know nothing, and if they do
- 4:16Speaker 3: know something, they're lying to you on purpose to keep
- 4:18Speaker 3: there from being a panic, or to make sure that
- 4:20Speaker 3: you don't go to the lifeboat. And I'm not sure
- 4:22Speaker 3: about boats. Just in life and the World Trade Center
- 4:24Speaker 3: during nine to one one.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Whatever message you here, do the opposite. Go back to
- 4:29Speaker 1: your office.
- 4:29Speaker 3: No, get to the stairs and go down, because the
- 4:31Speaker 3: building's gonna collapse.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Go back to your room.
- 4:34Speaker 3: No, don't go back to your cabin and slash room
- 4:36Speaker 3: because the ship is gonna sink and.
- 4:38Speaker 1: You're gonna die.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Don't listen to anything they tell you, So the announcement,
- 4:42Speaker 3: announcement or the announcer on the announcement is saying, go
- 4:46Speaker 3: back to your room, go back to your room, and
- 4:48Speaker 3: everything's okay, and they're low kying it.
- 4:50Speaker 1: You know, we've had a slight accident. Wasn't a slight accident.
- 4:53Speaker 3: The entire hall was ripped open and the entire ocean
- 4:56Speaker 3: was pouring in, and the captain is acting as if
- 4:58Speaker 3: everything's okay.
- 5:00Speaker 1: And lesson number one.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Lesson number one is this guy and his wife going
- 5:06Speaker 3: up the stairs with a one year old baby. And
- 5:08Speaker 3: I thought of myself, going back to my football days.
- 5:11Speaker 3: If I had my one year old baby in my
- 5:12Speaker 3: arm and then there were people trying to block me
- 5:15Speaker 3: from getting a lifeboat or stop me from going up
- 5:17Speaker 3: the stairs, I would knock them unconscious.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I would knock their teeth out.
- 5:20Speaker 3: I would grab a I would grab anything I could grab,
- 5:23Speaker 3: a share a desk, a fire exting well, shure and
- 5:26Speaker 3: hit him in the head, kill him if I had
- 5:28Speaker 3: to to protect my wife and my child. Very important
- 5:31Speaker 3: lesson you do what you have to do. And I
- 5:35Speaker 3: thought that I should bring this up to start the
- 5:37Speaker 3: show because I want to apply it to America. What
- 5:40Speaker 3: do I love America? What do you love America?
- 5:43Speaker 1: And what do you have to do.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Protect America at all costs. Protect the country you love.
- 5:50Speaker 3: That's the greatest nation of world history, under attack from communists,
- 5:54Speaker 3: transgender weirdos, illegal alliens, foreign invaders, foreign globalist enemies who
- 6:02Speaker 3: are looking to sink your ship, which is your country.
- 6:05Speaker 3: And you have got to do what you got to do,
- 6:07Speaker 3: if you have to kill them to get him out
- 6:08Speaker 3: of the way, if you have to hit him in
- 6:10Speaker 3: the head with a firing stinguish your You carry your
- 6:12Speaker 3: country to your bosom.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Like you love it. And liberals don't love it. They
- 6:17Speaker 1: hate it. They're scum, their scumbags, and they're evil. And
- 6:21Speaker 1: so that's the first lesson. Treat them like you would
- 6:24Speaker 1: treat a one year old baby.
- 6:26Speaker 3: As you're running to a lifeboat and other people are
- 6:28Speaker 3: trying to get on ahead of you. You gotta do
- 6:30Speaker 3: what you gotta do to hold on tight, protect the
- 6:33Speaker 3: things you love, your wife, your baby, and make sure
- 6:36Speaker 3: you make it.
- 6:37Speaker 1: And who wouldn't do that.
- 6:38Speaker 3: Only communist traders would not love and protect their country America. Right.
- 6:44Speaker 3: I want you to think of walking to a bad
- 6:46Speaker 3: neighborhood at night, right, a really rough, dangerous, high crime
- 6:50Speaker 3: riden neighbor But you're driving through it. Your car stalls,
- 6:53Speaker 3: your car stops, or you have a flat tire, your
- 6:55Speaker 3: engine seizes, and now you got to get out of
- 6:58Speaker 3: the car to bad neighbor and you gotta walk for help.
- 7:00Speaker 3: You better hold your baby and hold your wife's hand,
- 7:04Speaker 3: or maybe you could turn into a natural disaster. You're
- 7:06Speaker 3: facing a tornado, a hurricane, a flood. You better hold
- 7:10Speaker 3: your family's hand and never let go. I want you
- 7:12Speaker 3: to hold America's hand and never let go. It's our
- 7:15Speaker 3: right to do that, it's our responsibility to do that.
- 7:18Speaker 1: So think of the people.
- 7:19Speaker 3: You love, and protect America like the people you love.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Lesson number two is do not listen to authority. Their
- 7:26Speaker 3: advice will kill you. Authorities are wrong about everything. Experts
- 7:29Speaker 3: are frauds, they know nothing.
- 7:31Speaker 1: They're wrong about everything.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Their morons, or they're boot licking order takers, or they
- 7:36Speaker 3: want you they may not want you to die, but
- 7:38Speaker 3: they want you out of the way.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Well, they run to the lifeboat. Less Number three is
- 7:42Speaker 1: the cover up. When they try and tell.
- 7:44Speaker 3: You everything's fine, It's not fine. That's what's going on
- 7:47Speaker 3: in America today. Liberals are trying to say everything's fine.
- 7:50Speaker 3: We're letting in fifty million illegals, No problem. They're all nice.
- 7:54Speaker 3: They're all here to make a better life. They're not
- 7:57Speaker 3: here to.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Murder you, kill you, rape you, to abuse your children.
- 8:01Speaker 1: They're not here to steal your jobs.
- 8:03Speaker 3: That not here to make the place filthy and drop
- 8:05Speaker 3: garbage and litter and poop on the ground.
- 8:07Speaker 1: No, they're all here to be good to you. Don't
- 8:10Speaker 1: listen to anything anybody tells you.
- 8:12Speaker 3: It's all a cover up. That's the third lesson I learned.
- 8:15Speaker 3: And then I'm trying to find the last lesson here.
- 8:20Speaker 3: There's two last lessons. First of all, every man frohim
- 8:22Speaker 3: self right to wait for government or people of authority
- 8:25Speaker 3: to save you.
- 8:27Speaker 1: You are the only one who could save you.
- 8:28Speaker 3: If it's to be, it's up to me, and you
- 8:31Speaker 3: gotta do what you gotta do. All that matters is
- 8:34Speaker 3: the survival of you and your family, every man from self,
- 8:38Speaker 3: and it's getting to be that time in America every
- 8:41Speaker 3: man and woman for themselves. And you have got to
- 8:45Speaker 3: do anything to protect America, just like it's your little
- 8:49Speaker 3: child or your mommy and daddy. You got to protect
- 8:51Speaker 3: them because you love them. You got to protect America
- 8:54Speaker 3: because you love it. And these people on the left
- 8:56Speaker 3: are here to kill, enslave, destroy you, fill this nation
- 9:01Speaker 3: with Muslim murderers. They're here to inoculate you with vaccines
- 9:06Speaker 3: that will kill you, and fill the air with chemtrails
- 9:09Speaker 3: and destroy your life financially with electric bills that are
- 9:14Speaker 3: gonna be two thousand dollars a month for a small
- 9:16Speaker 3: apartment because they believe in climate change.
- 9:18Speaker 1: And this is what you're dealing with, folks.
- 9:21Speaker 3: So I just thought that movie was an interesting movie
- 9:23Speaker 3: that was kind of a representation of life and everything
- 9:26Speaker 3: going on in the country today. And the movie again,
- 9:30Speaker 3: I'll give you the name in case you want to
- 9:32Speaker 3: watch it. Shipwrecked, Nightmare at Sea. Shipwrecked Nightmare at Sea.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Very interesting, very interesting movie. It's going on every day.
- 9:39Speaker 1: You know.
- 9:39Speaker 3: I didn't have a chance to download it. I'll try
- 9:41Speaker 3: and do it in the break, all right. Energized Health's
- 9:45Speaker 3: a sponsor of this show. I joined the Energized Health
- 9:48Speaker 3: program in November of twenty twenty. Changed my life, changed
- 9:51Speaker 3: my career. I lost twenty five pounds of fat, I
- 9:53Speaker 3: gained ten pounds of muscle. I didn't even know I
- 9:55Speaker 3: had anything to lose, and I didn't have weight to
- 9:57Speaker 3: lose because I weigh the same mounta now. But that's
- 9:59Speaker 3: how I look fit ffteen years ago, not six years ago.
- 10:02Speaker 3: That's fifteen years ago. And I'm younger today at the
- 10:04Speaker 3: age of sixty five on Sunday, excuse me, on Monday.
- 10:07Speaker 3: I'll be sixty five next Monday. This coming Monday, sixty
- 10:11Speaker 3: five years old. I just got on Medicare July first,
- 10:13Speaker 3: and I look as good as you know as forty
- 10:17Speaker 3: year olds and fifty year olds. But I look as
- 10:19Speaker 3: good as I did as a football player at eighteen
- 10:21Speaker 3: years old. Same body, same weight as a strong safety
- 10:24Speaker 3: and a monster back when I was eighteen years old.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Seventeen years old, my body looks exactly the same thanks
- 10:31Speaker 3: to Energize Hell. Six years on this program. Fat melted
- 10:34Speaker 3: off my face, fat melted off my body. Didn't lose
- 10:36Speaker 3: any weight, but lost twenty five pounds of fat and

- 14:56Speaker 3: root is on fire. I've got a guest on now,
- 14:59Speaker 3: Wayne Barnes. Another Wayne, Welcome to the Other Way and
- 15:01Speaker 3: Wayne Barnes, twenty nine year FBI counter intelligence agent.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Let's first say hi to Wayne. Wayne. How are you?
- 15:08Speaker 1: It's Wayne in list day Very well.
- 15:09Speaker 4: I'm doing really well, Wayne. My name Wayne is going
- 15:12Speaker 4: well through life. I really enjoyed having it.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Two Waynes and the third Wayne is Wayne Newton.
- 15:16Speaker 3: So now we got three Waynes in Las Vegas. On
- 15:20Speaker 3: June third, the FBI and I five and three other
- 15:24Speaker 3: allied services issued a joint warning Chinese military intelligence is
- 15:29Speaker 3: running active recruitment campaigns through LinkedIn, posing as think tanks
- 15:36Speaker 3: and consultancies to target clearance holders. So let me tell you,
- 15:41Speaker 3: as a person who studies politics twenty five hours a
- 15:43Speaker 3: day and thinks he's a smart guy, Wayne, I have
- 15:45Speaker 3: no idea what this is. I don't even know what
- 15:47Speaker 3: that means. What the hell is a clearance holder? I
- 15:50Speaker 3: don't even know what you're talking about.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Tell me in Layman's terms, what the hell's going on when.
- 15:56Speaker 5: You're in the federal government.
- 15:57Speaker 4: If you have a clearance, and many, many thousands of
- 15:59Speaker 4: people do clearances, tens of thousands means.
- 16:02Speaker 5: You passed the background check.
- 16:03Speaker 4: They've interviewed to neighbors, your relatives, they've done your background
- 16:06Speaker 4: they look for your online information, and they determine if
- 16:10Speaker 4: you infect our security risk so that you can learn
- 16:14Speaker 4: our nation secrets. And the FBI everyone has a top
- 16:17Speaker 4: secret security clearance. But also we have individuals who were
- 16:20Speaker 4: defense contractors. You're a naval architect working in the new
- 16:24Speaker 4: design for a submarine or the new plane wing for
- 16:28Speaker 4: the B two bomber. All these people have clearances while
- 16:30Speaker 4: they're not in the federal government per se. So they're
- 16:32Speaker 4: really tens of thousands people who have clearances. So what
- 16:35Speaker 4: this organization was doing, what the Chinese were doing was
- 16:38Speaker 4: they were using a typical American website LinkedIn or others
- 16:43Speaker 4: similar to it, and they were posting employment for people
- 16:47Speaker 4: who had the skill sets to have those jobs, which
- 16:50Speaker 4: would require government clearances. Of course, in England there's an
- 16:54Speaker 4: official Secrets Act where you assigned something on the dotted
- 16:56Speaker 4: line when you leave a government job or when you
- 16:58Speaker 4: leave the FBI, and if you had a clearance, there's
- 17:01Speaker 4: also a document. It's not so High and Mighty sort
- 17:03Speaker 4: of a name, but it's a very specific document which
- 17:05Speaker 4: indicates the secrets you have, things you know, will remain.
- 17:08Speaker 5: With you, you won't give them to others.
- 17:10Speaker 4: So if someone is either fired for a job or
- 17:12Speaker 4: just decides to leave or moves and hasn't got a position,
- 17:15Speaker 4: but they used to have a clearance, what it looks
- 17:17Speaker 4: like the Chinese are aiming at are those kind of
- 17:19Speaker 4: people involvement involved in the tech world, where they've got
- 17:22Speaker 4: clearances and technology skill. The difficulty is they're pitching people
- 17:26Speaker 4: in this effort to get their knowledge or secrets in
- 17:30Speaker 4: a very cold way. That is to say, at one
- 17:33Speaker 4: point they have to say, well give it, show us
- 17:35Speaker 4: the examples of things you've written, thing, what your skill
- 17:37Speaker 4: set is in your particular field, and at that point
- 17:41Speaker 4: they should say, well, everything I've written in the past
- 17:44Speaker 4: five years was classified it for the corow government, but
- 17:47Speaker 4: some right or secret or top secret or compartment at something.
- 17:51Speaker 4: So at one point they may say, well, look, I'm
- 17:54Speaker 4: stuck here in Portland, Oregon. I moved here to be
- 17:57Speaker 4: with my wife's family. I don't have a job. I
- 17:59Speaker 4: got to get a job. Maybe I just give them
- 18:01Speaker 4: one of these papers I had so they see my
- 18:03Speaker 4: skill in writing, and that's the kind of thing they're
- 18:05Speaker 4: looking for. But the weakness in that from the other
- 18:08Speaker 4: side is that if you give someone to your secret
- 18:11Speaker 4: or if you realize that's what they want, you report
- 18:14Speaker 4: this to your local FBI office or the security officer
- 18:16Speaker 4: in the last place where you worked, if you're a
- 18:18Speaker 4: defense contractor, and that person will put out the alert.
- 18:21Speaker 4: They'll say, Hey, all your people who are leaving your positions, now,
- 18:24Speaker 4: whether you're leaving them or looking to leave the position,
- 18:27Speaker 4: be aware this is out there. So it could only
- 18:29Speaker 4: work maybe one or two times, unless someone is really
- 18:32Speaker 4: against the US, and it can be shot down by
- 18:35Speaker 4: having noticed that just like came out, but enough people
- 18:38Speaker 4: did it or happened it happened to them where they
- 18:40Speaker 4: were pitched this way that it became known. So all
- 18:43Speaker 4: the effort, all the time, and they put into it.
- 18:46Speaker 4: I don't know how much its succeeded, but.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Well, here's the problem.
- 18:50Speaker 5: That was the plan.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Here's the problem I see as a common sense guy.
- 18:53Speaker 1: There's several things.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Number One, most people need money, right and if you
- 18:58Speaker 3: leave the government, you don't have the job anymore or
- 19:00Speaker 3: you really need money, so they've become desperate. And number two,
- 19:03Speaker 3: based on everything I've learned in the last ten years
- 19:05Speaker 3: with Donald Trump as president, almost the whole government is
- 19:08Speaker 3: against them.
- 19:09Speaker 1: They're all communists. I mean, it's amazing.
- 19:11Speaker 3: I mean I know it's not one hundred percent, but
- 19:12Speaker 3: it must be like some very high number that are
- 19:15Speaker 3: communists and traders and willing to sell out the United States,
- 19:18Speaker 3: and they hate the country, they hate capitalism.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Nowadays, it seems like they all hate Jews for being Jewish.
- 19:25Speaker 1: I mean, it's just crazy how bad the liberal left is.
- 19:28Speaker 3: And it seems like everyone in the government is part
- 19:30Speaker 3: of the liberal left and the deep state and the
- 19:32Speaker 3: DC swamp.
- 19:33Speaker 1: So when they put ads like.
- 19:34Speaker 3: That out, it seems to me there's a high level
- 19:37Speaker 3: of probability they're going to find people who are willing
- 19:39Speaker 3: to play ball.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Well, you know the term fishing expedition. This is from
- 19:43Speaker 5: their side, really a fishing expedition.
- 19:45Speaker 4: So I like, you're looking for a search warrant, anything
- 19:48Speaker 4: in the house so you think might be of interest,
- 19:49Speaker 4: you have to the nigb it specifically, their fishing expedition
- 19:52Speaker 4: is going to these people behind you mentioned.
- 19:54Speaker 5: Some people leave American and go to Ireland.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Others leave the job because they just don't want to
- 19:59Speaker 4: work for the government for the president. But most people
- 20:01Speaker 4: who are loyal Americans who have the clearance and work
- 20:04Speaker 4: for the federal government hits their job to do their
- 20:06Speaker 4: job and also to keep the secrets. Once they leave,
- 20:09Speaker 4: and I know they find out or they realize that
- 20:11Speaker 4: if they give away secrets, they are convicted of can
- 20:14Speaker 4: be convicted of espionage providing someone information corporately or overtly
- 20:18Speaker 4: as much as you can to get whatever money you want.
- 20:21Speaker 4: But it's the only crime mentioned in the US Constitution
- 20:25Speaker 4: where it has the death penalty to go along with it.
- 20:28Speaker 5: That's espionage, and that's what they'd be committing.
- 20:31Speaker 1: All right, We'll be right back with Wayne Barnes.
- 20:39Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Aller Ruth, this is war Zone Live,
- 20:42Speaker 3: the official podcast, The Gateway Punnet Root for America dot
- 20:46Speaker 3: COM's my website, Everything's there, my TV shows, my podcast everything,
- 20:50Speaker 3: my radio show Root for America dot Com. All right,
- 20:52Speaker 3: so we're talking Wayne Barnes, twenty nine year FBI counter
- 20:55Speaker 3: intelligence agent. Now, Wayne, you use the same playbook to
- 21:00Speaker 3: turn sources yourself, in other words, to turn foreign sources
- 21:04Speaker 3: into American spies.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Who are who are spying on RBF? Is that correct?
- 21:09Speaker 5: Hopefully?
- 21:10Speaker 4: I'd like to say my efforts were much more sophisticated
- 21:13Speaker 4: than a fishing expedition through a LinkedIn.
- 21:17Speaker 3: So you did turn people, but you did turn people
- 21:19Speaker 3: for a living, so you understand how it's.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Done, right. Yes. No, we use the term recruit. You
- 21:24Speaker 5: recruit an individual.
- 21:26Speaker 4: And if you have a Soviet or in the Cold War,
- 21:29Speaker 4: a CAGV officer, he decides to defect to the West,
- 21:32Speaker 4: and we know that that's the case, maybe he's in
- 21:34Speaker 4: trouble at home. We like to find him, befriend and
- 21:38Speaker 4: recruit him and understand what is difficult he is. And
- 21:41Speaker 4: instead of having him leave the country and come out
- 21:44Speaker 4: as an open defector, we like to turn him around
- 21:47Speaker 4: and send him back, or if he's in the Soviet
- 21:48Speaker 4: embassy in Washington, we'd like to have him just stay
- 21:51Speaker 4: in place as long as he can, as long as
- 21:52Speaker 4: it's safe for him. So that's a recruitment in place.
- 21:56Speaker 4: We'd rather have someone not defect openly if we can
- 21:58Speaker 4: possibly do that.
- 21:59Speaker 5: So we have cases where we work on individuals.
- 22:01Speaker 4: During the Cold War, during the ear of the Warsaw Pact,
- 22:06Speaker 4: we dealt with embassy officials from Romania, Czechoslovakia, pol In, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria,
- 22:12Speaker 4: and the effort was to recruit them and you found someone.
- 22:14Speaker 4: For instance, in the Czech embassy, a man was a
- 22:16Speaker 4: Czech colonel in charge of their intelligence service in the embassy,
- 22:19Speaker 4: but he was also a captain in the KGB, had
- 22:22Speaker 4: that rank, so people in the block embassies would know
- 22:25Speaker 4: a lot of what the Soviets were doing, besides having
- 22:27Speaker 4: the Soviets as targets. So the goal is to recruit
- 22:30Speaker 4: one of them and as much turned them. That's more
- 22:33Speaker 4: like a criminal term when you were talking about someone
- 22:35Speaker 4: in a gang. You turn them so they work against
- 22:37Speaker 4: their fellow men or their fellow gang members. But so
- 22:41Speaker 4: the terms what years are. It's a recruitment in place,
- 22:43Speaker 4: and it's the defectors. And when you hear about the
- 22:46Speaker 4: gymnasts and the rowers, they say, oh, this person defected.
- 22:49Speaker 5: They are asylum seekers.
- 22:51Speaker 4: In order to be a defector, you have to have
- 22:52Speaker 4: intelligence information, whether you had a clearance, we have to
- 22:55Speaker 4: have intelligence data to either to bring with you or
- 22:58Speaker 4: that's in your head when you come out.
- 23:00Speaker 5: So we deal with defectors and intelligence officers.
- 23:03Speaker 1: All right. So this is a LinkedIn story.
- 23:05Speaker 3: But in addition to LinkedIn, how else is Chinese intelligence
- 23:09Speaker 3: trying to recruit Americans?
- 23:11Speaker 1: What other ways are they doing it?
- 23:14Speaker 5: Well, their system is completely different than ours.
- 23:17Speaker 4: A number of years ago, a senior intelligence official in
- 23:20Speaker 4: China who was making a presentation in some sort of
- 23:23Speaker 4: a meeting where he was wearing an American style suit,
- 23:27Speaker 4: and he was asked about how do you get information
- 23:30Speaker 4: from the West, in the US in particular, and he
- 23:32Speaker 4: laughed and he said, we have them covered now. If
- 23:36Speaker 4: we want to try to cover China, they have an
- 23:39Speaker 4: embassy in Washington, d C. They have consulates at various places,
- 23:43Speaker 4: and you could try to recruit an intelligence officer who's there,
- 23:46Speaker 4: or any embassy official, but they have a much more
- 23:50Speaker 4: advantageous situation to go against the US. So, how many
- 23:55Speaker 4: American students are exchange students in China working on a PhD?
- 23:59Speaker 5: Man how many Chinese students are in the US. We're
- 24:03Speaker 5: in the PhD. I mean, the number of students are extraordinary.
- 24:07Speaker 4: I had worked some cases involving Saudi not in when
- 24:10Speaker 4: I in counter intelligence, but I was surprised to learn
- 24:13Speaker 4: that they're eighteen thousand Saudi students in the US. That's
- 24:17Speaker 4: an astonishing number. And the Chinese, I'm sure that it's
- 24:20Speaker 4: more so. We have documents which we would consider not classified,
- 24:25Speaker 4: something which an individual to PhD thesis on, whether it's
- 24:28Speaker 4: do with physics or orbitating.
- 24:30Speaker 5: Our planets to whatever it might be.
- 24:32Speaker 4: In places like the Soviet Union, places like China, those
- 24:34Speaker 4: things are classified. So you can get things which in
- 24:38Speaker 4: their countries will be classified, but not in our country.
- 24:42Speaker 5: So it's really enormously open.
- 24:43Speaker 4: But if you have a driver for Nancy Pelosi, if
- 24:45Speaker 4: you have a girlfriend of Congressman Swallwell and other individuals,
- 24:50Speaker 4: they're all over. How many Americans are or an official
- 24:55Speaker 4: in China, so they can pepper the continent with all
- 24:59Speaker 4: sorts of peple at different levels. So if you remember,
- 25:02Speaker 4: many people ask about the show The Americans, which was
- 25:04Speaker 4: too a Soviet couple on a TV and Netflix, or
- 25:07Speaker 4: one of those shows where they were illegals, that is
- 25:10Speaker 4: to say, they were undercover pretending to be Americans, just
- 25:12Speaker 4: with the regular jobs. And the question is, well they
- 25:14Speaker 4: don't have clearances, Well, you know, what could they do?
- 25:17Speaker 4: But they meet people with clearances. They go to the
- 25:19Speaker 4: party of FBI and lives across the street to hear
- 25:21Speaker 4: what he and his friends having conversation. You can learn things,
- 25:24Speaker 4: not necessarily with clearances, but about people, about meetings, about concepts.
- 25:29Speaker 4: But coming to the US, they can have people in positions.
- 25:32Speaker 4: You know, if you're Nancy Pelosi's chauffeur, what can you learn?
- 25:37Speaker 5: You would be surprised what you can learn.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Well, how about Dianne Feinstein's schaeffer, right, wasn't there a
- 25:40Speaker 3: problem with him as well?
- 25:41Speaker 1: If I remember correctly, chief of staff something like that.
- 25:43Speaker 4: Yeah, I'd be making a mismatch with it.
- 25:47Speaker 5: It was a Pelosi versus Feinstein bis.
- 25:49Speaker 4: I apologize whoever it was, but certainly that's that's the
- 25:53Speaker 4: same idea, and there's a lot that can be learned.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Plus if they want, if they have the technology, they
- 25:57Speaker 4: can put you know, bugs places have the back window
- 26:01Speaker 4: sealed up so that to take a taxi you can't
- 26:03Speaker 4: get from front to back. You can put a listening
- 26:05Speaker 4: device there, so it doesn't matter whether the window is
- 26:07Speaker 4: sealed you can sell up someone listening. I mean, the
- 26:09Speaker 4: essiganized back says to enormously opportunistic in the US for these.
- 26:13Speaker 3: So Wayne, we're talking here. This entire interview has been
- 26:16Speaker 3: about China, China, China and all their attempts to stick
- 26:19Speaker 3: spies in the United States. But my director Patar was
- 26:22Speaker 3: just asking me here off to the side, Patar saying,
- 26:25Speaker 3: ask Wayne about Iranian intelligence. They must be sticking people
- 26:30Speaker 3: inside the United States to spy as well, in many,
- 26:34Speaker 3: many different ways.
- 26:36Speaker 5: It's not that it's not as sophisticated.
- 26:38Speaker 4: It's much more technology with NSA and other organizations. What
- 26:42Speaker 4: the military has with what they know about Iran is
- 26:45Speaker 4: absolutely extraordinary.
- 26:46Speaker 5: Plus our allies and the.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Skills and technology is coming out of Ukraine with her,
- 26:52Speaker 4: with their various levels of drones, boats that are drones. Now,
- 26:57Speaker 4: I don't know what the status is of counter terrorism
- 27:01Speaker 4: and US intelligence against Aaron. If they're functioning in the US,
- 27:05Speaker 4: like we can't easily go there. You can have people
- 27:08Speaker 4: covertly as the CIA or other intelligence organ.
- 27:11Speaker 1: But they can easily come here.
- 27:13Speaker 4: They can easily come here much more easily than we
- 27:16Speaker 4: go there. It's not that their standards are higher.
- 27:19Speaker 5: You just you know, look at me.
- 27:21Speaker 4: I probably can't go there and start peaking Farsi and
- 27:23Speaker 4: have them accept the conversation from me. So you have
- 27:25Speaker 4: someone who's ethnically from that country in this country.
- 27:29Speaker 5: It hardly makes a difference in many locations.
- 27:32Speaker 3: So right well, especially like Beverly Hills, it's known as
- 27:35Speaker 3: Little Iran.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Now it's just Iranians everywhere.
- 27:37Speaker 3: I'm sure of ninety nine percent of them are good
- 27:39Speaker 3: Iranians who are escaped to this country. Of many of
- 27:42Speaker 3: them are Jewish Iranians who ran away from the Muslim radicalism.
- 27:46Speaker 3: But there must be a few that slip in who
- 27:48Speaker 3: are working for the Iranian government and are here as spies.
- 27:51Speaker 3: I'm sure you recruited the source that took down Robert
- 27:56Speaker 3: Henson and who was an FBI trader. Your book a
- 28:00Speaker 3: trader in the FBI. The Hunt for a Russian Mole
- 28:04Speaker 3: tells that story. Tell us what happened in that story.
- 28:09Speaker 4: I've been assigned to Washington, the Washington Field Office for
- 28:11Speaker 4: eighteen years, and I had been the.
- 28:15Speaker 5: Security officer for the Field Office.
- 28:17Speaker 4: I had a record number of hours of what we
- 28:19Speaker 4: called FaceTime, working undercover operations against harder targets the Soviets,
- 28:24Speaker 4: Romanian Chechs, Polls, Hungarians, all sorts of people who wrote
- 28:28Speaker 4: a handbook about working undercover count intelligence for the newer
- 28:32Speaker 4: agents coming in so know how to do it. So
- 28:33Speaker 4: I had awful lot of that experience and I had
- 28:36Speaker 4: to brief to record I think twenty four defectors and
- 28:38Speaker 4: recruitments and plats. My brain was deeply embedded into that area.
- 28:42Speaker 4: And then I had a daughter who was born with
- 28:44Speaker 4: a disability, and they said, you need to go to
- 28:45Speaker 4: San Diego, who with the Children's Hospital have the best
- 28:48Speaker 4: orthpedic surgeons in the world. So I left all that behind.
- 28:51Speaker 4: I was happy to do it regarding my daughter. But
- 28:54Speaker 4: so I moved to San Diego and I was away
- 28:55Speaker 4: from count intelligence working healthcare fraud and other things. And
- 28:59Speaker 4: then one day I got a call from an old
- 29:00Speaker 4: old friend from Washington on a Sunday morning. He said,
- 29:03Speaker 4: Mike and Dave and I are coming out on Tuesday.
- 29:05Speaker 4: Don't tell anybody we're coming. And that's a surprise. That's
- 29:08Speaker 4: called undercover of darkness. And the Bureau doesn't do that.
- 29:11Speaker 4: But they came out, I didn't, don't tell your wife,
- 29:13Speaker 4: don't tell the counter intelligence people know one.
- 29:15Speaker 5: So I met them on a Tuesday.
- 29:16Speaker 4: And they said, right up front, we have a penetration
- 29:19Speaker 4: of the FBI.
- 29:20Speaker 5: We have a mole in the FBI.
- 29:21Speaker 4: Working for the KGB. And at one point there was
- 29:24Speaker 4: a question whether it was the FBI or the CIA.
- 29:26Speaker 4: What turns out obviously it was the FBI. So they said,
- 29:29Speaker 4: there's a Russian who we knows the face of the
- 29:32Speaker 4: man you have seen the American who's giving sects of
- 29:34Speaker 4: the Russians.
- 29:35Speaker 5: They said, he's.
- 29:36Speaker 4: Coming to a film festival in Santa Monica in two months.
- 29:39Speaker 4: They said, we want you to go to this film festival.
- 29:42Speaker 4: Create some kind of backstopping cover, some legend which would
- 29:45Speaker 4: enable you to be there, like a financewer.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Of independent film, something like that.
- 29:49Speaker 4: But go to the film festival, find this man, meet him,
- 29:52Speaker 4: befriend him, recruit him, and then show him photos of
- 29:54Speaker 4: a dozen senior agents who we suspect. One of them
- 29:57Speaker 4: might be the mole in the FBI. That's really your
- 30:01Speaker 4: mission impossible. And I when the Soviet was assigned to
- 30:04Speaker 4: Washington for four years during the Cold War, it was
- 30:07Speaker 4: almost impossible to recruit them. So I said, well, gee,
- 30:10Speaker 4: how long do we have to do this? And they said, well,
- 30:12Speaker 4: the festival last for eight days.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Used to do this.
- 30:15Speaker 4: You're laughing with me, right, there's the movie, right, So
- 30:21Speaker 4: Tom Cruise's movies making that point. His obstacles were physical,
- 30:25Speaker 4: jumping out of airplanes and motorcycles off of cliffs. Mine
- 30:28Speaker 4: was psychological. There are two superpowers, and the Russians believed
- 30:31Speaker 4: they belonged to the best super power. So why would
- 30:33Speaker 4: the guy want to talk to me? And the answer
- 30:36Speaker 4: is he probably wouldn't. But that is the whole idea
- 30:38Speaker 4: of recruiting.
- 30:39Speaker 5: Now.
- 30:39Speaker 4: I have a dear friend in John Douglas, who was
- 30:41Speaker 4: the original profile. He invented profiling. He is a mind
- 30:44Speaker 4: hunter and he had a criminal mind show.
- 30:46Speaker 5: Was based upon him as well.
- 30:48Speaker 4: He was creating profiles for people like He started with
- 30:51Speaker 4: zero murderers, went the prisons, interviewed all the zero murderers
- 30:55Speaker 4: to know what their mindset was. At the same time,
- 30:58Speaker 4: parallel to that, but not directly connected. We were profiling
- 31:01Speaker 4: people in the various embassies who we wanted to target,
- 31:04Speaker 4: and that was that was extremely important.
- 31:06Speaker 5: You just can't pitch someone in a bathroom.
- 31:08Speaker 4: You really have to have a lot of knowledge about
- 31:10Speaker 4: about the individuals, and in this situation, we had.
- 31:14Speaker 5: Some information about the man.
- 31:15Speaker 4: But the idea is I had to go to the
- 31:16Speaker 4: film festal and find him and then meet him in
- 31:20Speaker 4: a way that he wouldn't think was suspicious.
- 31:22Speaker 5: I meaning the CIA that what they called a cold bump.
- 31:25Speaker 4: You have an empy reception and invite everybody in who
- 31:27Speaker 4: wants to come, and someone who came, who's the target
- 31:29Speaker 4: of viewers, you just back around and hit them on
- 31:32Speaker 4: the side, oh excuse me, and then start a conversation.
- 31:35Speaker 4: They couldn't be anything more obvious of someone who's trying
- 31:38Speaker 4: to get closer to it and everybody having the cold bump.
- 31:40Speaker 5: We had to do that completely the other way around.
- 31:42Speaker 4: We had to find him and in a way that
- 31:45Speaker 4: would be unsuspicious to meet him and have.
- 31:47Speaker 5: Him become a friend and then try to deal with
- 31:49Speaker 5: it from there.
- 31:50Speaker 4: But it didn't work in that eight days, but it
- 31:52Speaker 4: did eventually work he did point out a photo and
- 31:55Speaker 4: a couple of years later Robert Hanson was arrested.
- 31:58Speaker 5: So it worked well. But I was retired by then,
- 32:00Speaker 5: so I was.

- 35:12Speaker 1: That's Lost Soldier dot Come all right, Wayne, delaruth. This
- 35:21Speaker 1: is war Zone Live.
- 35:23Speaker 3: We're talking Wayne Barnes, twenty nine year FBI counter intelligence agent.
- 35:27Speaker 3: All right, last thing, and then we'll have to say
- 35:29Speaker 3: goodbye because we're running at a time. But you mentioned
- 35:31Speaker 3: a little earlier.
- 35:32Speaker 1: This struck me.
- 35:33Speaker 3: You mentioned all the you know, how easy it is
- 35:35Speaker 3: for China to spy because there's very few American students
- 35:38Speaker 3: in China, but there's thousands and thousands, tens of thousands
- 35:42Speaker 3: of Chinese students in America, and actually it's more tens
- 35:44Speaker 3: of thousand. Last I heard, I believe President Trump talked
- 35:47Speaker 3: about six hundred thousand Chinese students in America and he
- 35:49Speaker 3: said he was gonna let them keep going because the
- 35:52Speaker 3: university would go broke without them. And I'm very you know,
- 35:55Speaker 3: I'm a very big pro Trump guy. I'm a friend
- 35:58Speaker 3: to President Trump. He made a point of saying at
- 36:00Speaker 3: the White House, Wayne Root never waits a minute.
- 36:02Speaker 1: He introduced me the crowd.
- 36:03Speaker 3: He said, Wayne Root never waits a minute saying negative
- 36:06Speaker 3: things about me. And that's what I appreciate about him.
- 36:07Speaker 3: I'll never forget that about you. But I'm about to
- 36:09Speaker 3: say something negative about him. I'm allowed to disagree with
- 36:12Speaker 3: him once in a while. Why would we let in
- 36:14Speaker 3: six hundred thousand foreign students from China? They're almost likely
- 36:18Speaker 3: to be almost all of them, if not most of them,
- 36:21Speaker 3: are likely to be enemies, spies working for China bringing
- 36:25Speaker 3: back information.
- 36:26Speaker 1: I don't want to let them in our country.
- 36:28Speaker 3: Don't you think that's a national security risk to let
- 36:32Speaker 3: six hundred thousand Chinese students into America. I can't imagine
- 36:35Speaker 3: that they let them come here without them being recruited
- 36:38Speaker 3: to be spies, every one of them.
- 36:40Speaker 5: Right, Well, I don't make the rules. It would be
- 36:42Speaker 5: different if I did. But here's the deal.
- 36:44Speaker 4: When they talk about how Islam is a peaceful language,
- 36:46Speaker 4: and how many bad Muslims are, what's a percentage?
- 36:49Speaker 5: And if there's a.
- 36:50Speaker 4: Billion Muslims in the world, how many of those would
- 36:52Speaker 4: be in the US would not be peaceful Muslims? How
- 36:55Speaker 4: many students could come over here and not be connected
- 36:57Speaker 4: with their services when we work Eastern Bloc countries, not
- 37:01Speaker 4: just Russia, but all the other Warsaw Pact anytime a
- 37:04Speaker 4: student came out, even priests, if you were a remaining
- 37:07Speaker 4: Orthodox priest and you came to be a priest and
- 37:09Speaker 4: a new church in Washington, for instance, you had to be,
- 37:12Speaker 4: if not recruited, you had to be at least a
- 37:14Speaker 4: person who would do their bidding. And if you came
- 37:17Speaker 4: out and you didn't do the bidding, you got sent
- 37:18Speaker 4: back or they punish your family.
- 37:20Speaker 5: Your wife lost her job back there. So it's the
- 37:23Speaker 5: same deal here.
- 37:24Speaker 4: The number of Chinese students, they're not all quote officers,
- 37:28Speaker 4: not all working for them.
- 37:30Speaker 5: But it doesn't matter what the percentage is.
- 37:31Speaker 4: Whatever percentage is, the whole number is simply enormous, right,
- 37:35Speaker 4: And that's really a problem. You can knock get back
- 37:37Speaker 4: to half as many and they would still have that many.
- 37:39Speaker 5: But they do commit espionage.
- 37:41Speaker 4: They get secrets that don't seem to be significant secrets
- 37:44Speaker 4: many times. But someone back there in Beijing is putting
- 37:47Speaker 4: all the pieces of the puzzle together, which was greatly
- 37:50Speaker 4: concerned me.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:51Speaker 3: And by the way, you said about numbers like that,
- 37:54Speaker 3: the number I've heard for years now is when it
- 37:56Speaker 3: comes to Muslims, about twenty percent of all the Muslims
- 37:59Speaker 3: in the world are radicalized and want to kill us
- 38:01Speaker 3: and want to be terrorists, and like it when Americans die,
- 38:04Speaker 3: whether it's twenty percent or not, I.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Hear that's the number.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Well, there's two billion Muslims in the world, so that
- 38:09Speaker 3: means there's four one hundred million Muslims.
- 38:11Speaker 1: That want to kill us.
- 38:12Speaker 3: That's a really big number. Even if eighty percent are
- 38:16Speaker 3: not bad people. That's a huge number, a scary number.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Right.
- 38:20Speaker 4: That's the problem with it open society. We want to
- 38:22Speaker 4: have the open society, and you have to figure out
- 38:24Speaker 4: how to filter out, how to keep many out. I
- 38:26Speaker 4: just think as a whole number, there's far too many.
- 38:28Speaker 4: But those who come out who they want to live
- 38:31Speaker 4: in the West, they want to be honest, decent Americans,
- 38:33Speaker 4: like these the World Cup fans that came from Scotland, Australia,
- 38:37Speaker 4: the Brits and anyplace else.
- 38:38Speaker 5: They want to be here.
- 38:40Speaker 4: They want to love it here, and that's a big deal.
- 38:42Speaker 4: I just wanted to show you this.
- 38:43Speaker 5: This is the.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Book A trader in the FBI, The Hunt for a
- 38:46Speaker 4: Russian Mole. It came out April seventh on Amazon. It
- 38:49Speaker 4: sold out the first day and it was the number
- 38:51Speaker 4: one for new release for the rest of the month
- 38:53Speaker 4: and it's doing pretty well. But it is that story,
- 38:56Speaker 4: how that story ended resulting in recruiting at intelligence person
- 39:01Speaker 4: from the Soviet Union, the former Soviet Union. And it
- 39:05Speaker 4: turned out to be a dynamic story. You can write fiction,
- 39:07Speaker 4: but this one was all true, and I'm proud of it.
- 39:10Speaker 3: He's got great stories, a great patriot. He has really
- 39:12Speaker 3: bled for his country. Wayne Barnes, twenty nine year FBI
- 39:16Speaker 3: counter intelligence agent. His book A Trader in the FBI,
- 39:20Speaker 3: The Hunt for a Russian Mole a fascinating story. It's
- 39:24Speaker 3: more fascinating than even fiction. Real life very often more
- 39:27Speaker 3: fascinating the fiction. And Wayne's got the proof. Wayne Barnes,
- 39:30Speaker 3: thank you for hanging with us.
- 39:32Speaker 5: My pleasure. Thank you very much.
- 39:34Speaker 1: All Right, the other Wayne, we got lots of Wayne's here.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Wayne's a while. All right, here's a good example of
- 39:41Speaker 1: the problems we face.
- 39:42Speaker 3: And I think the biggest problem is the insurrectionist communist judges,
- 39:46Speaker 3: or maybe I say communists. First, communist insurrectionist judges. And
- 39:50Speaker 3: here's a judge in Nevada, a judge in Nevada. I'll
- 39:54Speaker 3: see if I could find his name, US District Judge
- 39:56Speaker 3: Richard Bulware. The second, a Nevada judge accused. He's black,
- 40:02Speaker 3: he's a Democrat, and I'm guessing he's a communist who
- 40:06Speaker 3: hates this country and his wife is a city councilwoman.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Very few people know that he.
- 40:11Speaker 3: Accused ICE of lawless conduct for holding immigrants with no
- 40:16Speaker 3: legal status and arbitrary detention for months without providing bond hearings,
- 40:21Speaker 3: and ordered the release of seventeen detainees earlier this month
- 40:26Speaker 3: and said he would consider sanctions against ICE officials who
- 40:30Speaker 3: defied his orders, and all but two of the tainees
- 40:34Speaker 3: have been released as of Monday, according to the ACLU,
- 40:39Speaker 3: which represents them.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Wow.
- 40:42Speaker 3: His orders relate to his late March ruling in which
- 40:44Speaker 3: he determined that a Department of Homeland Security policy that
- 40:48Speaker 3: called for mandatory detention of immigrants and deportation proceedings who
- 40:52Speaker 3: otherwise would have been eligible for bail was unconstitutional.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Oh, these people are all the same, all right. Ameolife

- 41:45Speaker 3: four to two two eighty one forty eight.
- 41:48Speaker 1: We'll be right back, all right, way alarue.
- 41:56Speaker 3: You know, one of my big arguments against illegal immigration
- 41:59Speaker 3: is that if they're allowed to break the law, then
- 42:02Speaker 3: you and I are allowed to break the law. You
- 42:04Speaker 3: and I should be able to pick any law that
- 42:06Speaker 3: we want, and why limit it to one?
- 42:08Speaker 1: But you know, let's make it reasonable.
- 42:10Speaker 3: We should all pick one law, every one of us,
- 42:12Speaker 3: and we're allowed to break it whenever we want. If
- 42:13Speaker 3: we don't believe in the law, we could break it.
- 42:15Speaker 3: And I personally don't believe in income taxes. You know,
- 42:19Speaker 3: over the years, I've paid the IRS millions of dollars.
- 42:21Speaker 3: Last year I paid them well over one hundred thousand,
- 42:24Speaker 3: probably closer to two hundred thousand dollars, and over the
- 42:27Speaker 3: years I've paid them millions of dollars.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Shouldn't I just be able to say, ef it, I
- 42:31Speaker 1: don't know the irs anything.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Why should I follow the law? Illegal aliens don't follow
- 42:35Speaker 3: the law. Why should I follow in the law? Why
- 42:38Speaker 3: should any of us?
- 42:39Speaker 1: Why can't I drive one hundred miles an hour because
- 42:42Speaker 1: I don't have to follow law?
- 42:43Speaker 3: Screw the police, screw the highway patrol. Isn't that what
- 42:47Speaker 3: we should say. If you don't think we should say it.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Then you can't argue logically.
- 42:53Speaker 3: That you know, most illegal aliens are not criminals, you know,
- 42:56Speaker 3: because some of them commit crimes.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Those are criminals.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Okay, I'll let you deport them, but the rest of
- 43:01Speaker 3: them should stay because they're good, honest people just trying
- 43:03Speaker 3: to better their lives.
- 43:04Speaker 1: No, they're not.
- 43:05Speaker 3: You can't just let someone decide to follow any law
- 43:10Speaker 3: they want to and to not follow whichever ones they
- 43:12Speaker 3: don't want.
- 43:14Speaker 1: If they can do it, then I could do it,
- 43:15Speaker 1: and pretty soon the.
- 43:16Speaker 3: Whole country will stop paying taxes, and the whole country
- 43:19Speaker 3: will stop driving at sixty miles an hour.
- 43:22Speaker 1: They'll drive it one.
- 43:22Speaker 3: Hundred miles an hour and everyone will do whatever they
- 43:25Speaker 3: want to do. And I guess that is what democrats want,
- 43:29Speaker 3: because here's a good example.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Here's an elected lawmaker.
- 43:33Speaker 3: Where is this? This is in Massachusetts. I guess right, Oh,
- 43:36Speaker 3: New Hampshire. A Democrat New Hampshire lawmaker. She's a leadfoot driver.
- 43:43Speaker 3: She's making the outrageous claim she was clocked in one
- 43:45Speaker 3: hundred and seven miles an hour. And by the way,
- 43:49Speaker 3: I'm a speeder, right, I've been a speeder in my
- 43:50Speaker 3: whole life. I always go above the speed limit. So
- 43:53Speaker 3: I'm going with the traffic. I'm not going one hundred
- 43:55Speaker 3: and seven. Everyone in the road in Vegas goes eighty five,
- 43:58Speaker 3: eighty in the slow lane, in eighty five in the
- 44:01Speaker 3: fast lane. And I'm always in the fast lane going
- 44:02Speaker 3: eighty five with everybody else.
- 44:04Speaker 1: But she's going one hundred and seven. And even though.
- 44:08Speaker 3: I'm rationalizing my driving eighty five. And I always drive
- 44:11Speaker 3: nice sports cards. I've had Aston Martin's, I've had Maseraties,
- 44:14Speaker 3: I've had Porsches, I've had you know, Mercedes, BMW's, you
- 44:19Speaker 3: name it, Nicest cars you could ever drive and I've
- 44:21Speaker 3: had them.
- 44:21Speaker 1: All and I drive fast. They're meant to drive fast, right, But.
- 44:26Speaker 3: If you get caught you do, you did commit a crime,
- 44:29Speaker 3: and you have to pay the fine, and the policeman
- 44:32Speaker 3: has every right to pull you over. And I never
- 44:35Speaker 3: try and make excuses. I'm like, yeah, I was speeding, Okay,
- 44:38Speaker 3: give me the ticket. I don't try and make an
- 44:40Speaker 3: excuse that I'm different than everybody else. You've got toby
- 44:44Speaker 3: the law, and if you dontbate the law, you got
- 44:46Speaker 3: to pay the price. And if you're a foreigner and
- 44:48Speaker 3: you broke into the United States, you got to get
- 44:50Speaker 3: kicked out. But here's a Democrat lawmaker clocked at one
- 44:53Speaker 3: hundred and seven miles an hour and she claims she's
- 44:56Speaker 3: immune from speeding laws. I never heard that one before.
- 44:59Speaker 3: I never tried to make that case ever in my
- 45:02Speaker 3: whole life. A New Hampshire state lawmaker clocked at driving
- 45:06Speaker 3: one hundred and seven miles per hour, accused of driving
- 45:08Speaker 3: ninety two miles per hour on the same highway a
- 45:12Speaker 3: year later, has been making an audacious argument to avoid
- 45:15Speaker 3: legal consequences for her speeding. She's arguing that the state
- 45:20Speaker 3: constitution shields her from being stopped by police while traveling
- 45:24Speaker 3: to or from a legislative session.
- 45:26Speaker 1: She's a legislative legislature.
- 45:29Speaker 3: She's a legislator in the state legislature, and she's arguing
- 45:33Speaker 3: that when you're driving to or from a legislative session
- 45:37Speaker 3: in the legislature, that you're not you can't be.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Stopped by the police.
- 45:43Speaker 3: State Representative Ellen Reid two separate speeding cases ninety miles
- 45:48Speaker 3: an hour and one hundred and seven miles per hour,
- 45:50Speaker 3: claims the sheriff deputies who stopped her on Interstate ninety
- 45:54Speaker 3: three had no authority to detain her charger since the
- 45:59Speaker 3: state's constitution, she says, lawmakers cannot be arrested while traveling
- 46:04Speaker 3: to or from the legislature. She has repeatedly asserted legislative privilege,
- 46:11Speaker 3: speaking of Democrats, talking about white privilege, legislative privilege to
- 46:15Speaker 3: ask the charge of stemming from two traffic stoff.
- 46:17Speaker 1: To be dismissed on account of the office she holds.
- 46:20Speaker 3: She pressed her case all the way to New Hampshire
- 46:22Speaker 3: Supreme Court, which declined in June to hear her appeal
- 46:25Speaker 3: at this stage.
- 46:27Speaker 1: So it wasn't an emergency, it wasn't life or death.
- 46:31Speaker 3: She was just driving to the legislature. Maybe I would
- 46:33Speaker 3: guess she wasn't even doing that. You know, sometimes policemen
- 46:36Speaker 3: drive to just get groceries to their family, or they drive.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Home and they put the siren on, the lights on.
- 46:41Speaker 1: She may not have even been driving the legislature.
- 46:43Speaker 3: Who knows, But in either case, I must say that
- 46:47Speaker 3: it makes a great argument in the legal alien world.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Right.
- 46:50Speaker 3: I just keep saying, if they could avoid the law,
- 46:53Speaker 3: if they don't like the law, they could break it.
- 46:55Speaker 1: And you think it's okay.
- 46:56Speaker 3: In the ACL you think it's okay, and the Democrat
- 46:58Speaker 3: Party thinks okay, And I'm right, I need not call them.
- 47:00Speaker 3: I'll have that out in the next week. Then all
- 47:02Speaker 3: of us can choose whatever law we don't like and
- 47:04Speaker 3: break it. I give everyone one law. Break whatever you want.
- 47:08Speaker 1: Maybe it's murder, maybe it's rape.
- 47:10Speaker 3: Whatever you want, you don't believe in it, you're allowed
- 47:13Speaker 3: to break it.
- 47:14Speaker 1: If the illegals can do it, we could do it.
- 47:16Speaker 3: And probably the most important one is the irs. We
- 47:19Speaker 3: should all just stop paying taxes. Screw the government. You
- 47:23Speaker 3: want to see how far that goes.
- 47:24Speaker 1: You see if that works or not.
- 47:26Speaker 3: We'll be right back oh wait now, Ruth, this is
- 47:28Speaker 3: Warzone Live. Rootfamerica dot com is my website.

- 47:32Speaker 3: Weaightrooth at gmail dot com. Alright, waitel Ruth, the Root,
- 47:41Speaker 3: The Root, The Root's on fire. Welcome back. This is
- 47:44Speaker 3: Warzone Live. We're the official podcast to the Gateway Pundit.
- 47:48Speaker 3: And oh do we have a great guest for you today,
- 47:50Speaker 3: because still in the end, illegal immigration and boys and
- 47:53Speaker 3: girls' schools, and transgender this and transgender that.
- 47:57Speaker 1: The open border.
- 47:58Speaker 3: There's a million issues in the world, but to me,
- 48:00Speaker 3: the number one issue is making money. I'm like trump Man,
- 48:04Speaker 3: making moneys in my DNA. Making money's in my blood.
- 48:07Speaker 3: I'm always looking for ways to make more money. In
- 48:10Speaker 3: the end, that makes an awful lot of problems go
- 48:12Speaker 3: away for the nation and for the middle class and
- 48:15Speaker 3: for the people of this country. Making money is our
- 48:18Speaker 3: gotta be our number one goal. Economy jobs, GDP, That's
- 48:22Speaker 3: what really matters. So I got a great guest for
- 48:25Speaker 3: you to talk about it, Lost Soldier. Oil and Gas
- 48:28Speaker 3: has been the sponsor of this show for almost a year.
- 48:31Speaker 3: Now do you realize it's been about a year that
- 48:33Speaker 3: they've been the sponsor of my podcast, my national radio show,
- 48:37Speaker 3: my national TV show on Real America's Voice TV network.
- 48:41Speaker 3: And it's really an amazing property. It took forty years
- 48:44Speaker 3: to piece together. It is forty thousand acre giant gas discovery,
- 48:49Speaker 3: estimated to contain up to six trillion cubic feet of gas,
- 48:53Speaker 3: making one of the largest natural gas discoveries in the
- 48:55Speaker 3: Rocky Mounty region Rocky Mountain region, excuse me, in the
- 48:59Speaker 3: last thirty year years. And they have a management forecast
- 49:03Speaker 3: projecting just the first twenty five wells to produce four
- 49:07Speaker 3: hundred million cubic feet per day of natural gas and
- 49:11Speaker 3: by twenty thirty five targeted production of over a billion
- 49:15Speaker 3: cubic feet a day.
- 49:17Speaker 1: An amazing project.
- 49:19Speaker 3: And I invested in this project not once, but twice
- 49:22Speaker 3: last year. I intend to invest a third time this year.
- 49:26Speaker 3: And I want to introduce you to the project.
- 49:28Speaker 1: And I want to.
- 49:29Speaker 3: Introduce you to the guy who is the CEO and
- 49:32Speaker 3: the chairman of the board who invented this project, Mark Bruner,
- 49:37Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier.
- 49:38Speaker 1: Oil and Gas. The website, by the way.
- 49:40Speaker 3: Lost Soldier dot com, Lost Soldier dot com. Mark, Welcome
- 49:44Speaker 3: to the show. I haven't had John in quite a while.
- 49:46Speaker 3: You've been running around the world raising money. You've been
- 49:48Speaker 3: in Europe, You've been in Switzerland, you've been in Saudi Arabia.
- 49:51Speaker 1: You're all over the world. You're an amazing guy.
- 49:53Speaker 3: You're always traveling, You're always raising money, you're always running
- 49:56Speaker 3: your company.
- 49:57Speaker 1: You are a busy man like me.
- 50:00Speaker 3: That's hard to nail you down. So it's great to
- 50:02Speaker 3: have you back on the show.
- 50:03Speaker 1: So wonderful to be with you again.
- 50:05Speaker 5: Away and good to see.
- 50:06Speaker 1: You all right.
- 50:07Speaker 3: So you're a second generation oil and gas man. You're
- 50:10Speaker 3: actually a second generation oil and gas legend. Your previous
- 50:14Speaker 3: public companies, Pennaco Energy produced about one hundred to one
- 50:19Speaker 3: for every dollar invested investors and stockholders made one hundred
- 50:23Speaker 3: dollars and Ultra Petroleum spectacular return for investors. That one
- 50:27Speaker 3: was a thousand to one for every dollar invested. People
- 50:29Speaker 3: got back a thousand. It was one of the biggest
- 50:31Speaker 3: stocks of the entire decade of I think it was
- 50:33Speaker 3: the nineties, right, it was the go go nineties.
- 50:36Speaker 1: That stock was one of the highest flyers on Wall Street.
- 50:39Speaker 3: So Lost Soldier is an amazing, amazing project.
- 50:43Speaker 1: But tell people why it's so amazing.
- 50:45Speaker 3: Why I guess you think it's even bigger, biggest to
- 50:48Speaker 3: your career, that would make it bigger than Pennico or
- 50:52Speaker 3: Ultra Petroleum. Ultra Petroleum a thousand to one return on investment,
- 50:57Speaker 3: and you say this is the biggest of your career,
- 50:59Speaker 3: what do you.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Well?
- 51:01Speaker 8: And when I compare it with Ultra petroleum, it has
- 51:05Speaker 8: a sequence of regionally pervasive sands where we can see
- 51:11Speaker 8: based on the seismic interpretation, we can drill up to
- 51:14Speaker 8: five hundred horizontal wells so far that we could see.
- 51:19Speaker 8: And the other wonderful thing is is that no one
- 51:21Speaker 8: can drill this for fifty years. We know of where
- 51:23Speaker 8: all the basins are for fifty years. All of them
- 51:26Speaker 8: have been drilled as far as I know, except this one.
- 51:29Speaker 8: Because there's a uranium mine out here that was whenever
- 51:33Speaker 8: Three Mile Island melted down in the early eighties, they
- 51:36Speaker 8: started reclamating this mine. Kennicott did three years ago. They
- 51:40Speaker 8: finished the reclamation. I got a call, I drilled it,
- 51:43Speaker 8: and as they say, the rest is history. Certainly the
- 51:46Speaker 8: largest gas field I've ever found right now, if you
- 51:50Speaker 8: compare it with some of the other basins, there's thousands
- 51:53Speaker 8: of feet of layer cake type regionally pervasive overpressure sands.
- 51:58Speaker 8: It's very much like the Hainesville and the Utica. If
- 52:01Speaker 8: any of you've heard of those plays, you've probably heard
- 52:03Speaker 8: of a guy named Jerry Jones and on the Dallas Cowboys.
- 52:06Speaker 1: That's like number one play.
- 52:08Speaker 8: Now, okay, the Western Haysville and I would encourage everyone
- 52:12Speaker 8: to compare what we have with the Western Hayesville because
- 52:17Speaker 8: I think it certainly, you know, is comparable. The difference
- 52:21Speaker 8: here is we're the only operator. No one else is
- 52:24Speaker 8: in here is just us. We made the discovery. We
- 52:27Speaker 8: have legacy infrastructure that is on the slash rows. We
- 52:31Speaker 8: can tie into all that legacy infrastructure. We're laying a
- 52:35Speaker 8: five mile line to start producing gas this year. And
- 52:38Speaker 8: you know, the plan is when we finished this private
- 52:41Speaker 8: placement to be producing about four hundred and five hundred
- 52:45Speaker 8: million qv feet today three hundred million a year in
- 52:47Speaker 8: cash flow within thirty six months, and then we plan
- 52:51Speaker 8: to build a forty two to forty six line fifty
- 52:55Speaker 8: miles away to the Trading Club one center about ten
- 52:59Speaker 8: times that. There's another guy named Warren Buffett that's looping
- 53:02Speaker 8: on that line that going out to California.
- 53:05Speaker 1: So you know, as you all know, he's no fool.
- 53:07Speaker 8: So he's going to send all his gas out to
- 53:12Speaker 8: a Pacific corp in the West Coast.
- 53:14Speaker 1: So we hope to be able to do that too.
- 53:16Speaker 5: Anyway, that's pretty much a.
- 53:17Speaker 3: Summary, Wayne, So give me some new updates, because remember
- 53:22Speaker 3: I'm one of your investors.
- 53:24Speaker 1: I invested not once but twice last year, very.
- 53:26Speaker 3: Big healthy investments by the way, from Wayne Root, and
- 53:30Speaker 3: I planned to investing in this year.
- 53:31Speaker 1: What's happened between.
- 53:33Speaker 3: The last time we spoke on TV, which was probably
- 53:36Speaker 3: six months ago. Though you've had your president of your
- 53:38Speaker 3: company and your COO talking to me on TV as well,
- 53:41Speaker 3: but you were busy traveling.
- 53:43Speaker 1: Give us some updates from last year.
- 53:45Speaker 3: What exciting things have happened, and tell me what will
- 53:48Speaker 3: happen this year, in the year twenty twenty six.
- 53:52Speaker 8: Well, I think you know. One of the things that
- 53:54Speaker 8: we've done is that you're always looking for permits to drill.
- 53:58Speaker 8: You're always looking for right of ways and other things
- 54:02Speaker 8: in order to be able to lay the pipelines. All
- 54:04Speaker 8: this is completed, okay, it's finished, okay, and so we're
- 54:09Speaker 8: going to start building this pipeline sometime in July when
- 54:13Speaker 8: what we call the winter STIPs are off and we
- 54:15Speaker 8: can get in here and lay that pipeline. We think
- 54:18Speaker 8: it'll take you know, forty five to sixty days to
- 54:21Speaker 8: finish the pipeline. Then we'll be producing gas. Okay, So
- 54:25Speaker 8: that's going to happen this year. We're very excited about that.
- 54:28Speaker 8: The other thing that I think is important is that
- 54:31Speaker 8: we have a deal with the Fed federal government. All
- 54:35Speaker 8: the leases that we have, they're federal and state leases.
- 54:38Speaker 8: They've been put into what we call a federal unit,
- 54:41Speaker 8: which means that it's all those different leases we had
- 54:44Speaker 8: like fifty six of them, they're they're one lease.
- 54:47Speaker 1: Now it means that we can.
- 54:49Speaker 8: Orderly develop this gas field with the cooperation of the
- 54:53Speaker 8: federal government. They've stamped a deposit commercial. So all those
- 54:57Speaker 8: things have happened, and yeah, we think we're going to
- 55:01Speaker 8: be able to do that. We're hoping to be able
- 55:03Speaker 8: to drill some of the deep over pressure of horizontals
- 55:06Speaker 8: this year, at least one, maybe two of those. We
- 55:09Speaker 8: were anticipating fifty million a day plus. Wells, they're going
- 55:14Speaker 8: to be expensive, you know, they're twenty to thirty million
- 55:17Speaker 8: dollars apiece. But when you're producing those kind of rates,
- 55:21Speaker 8: they pay out very quickly and so you know, possibly
- 55:24Speaker 8: within a year, so something. You know, the field next
- 55:27Speaker 8: to us, Lost Soldier Field, which I named my company
- 55:30Speaker 8: after that field has been producing for over one hundred years,
- 55:33Speaker 8: produced four hundred and fifty million barrels still in US
- 55:36Speaker 8: three thousand, five hundred barrels a day. And so some
- 55:39Speaker 8: of the deeper stuff that we're looking for and we
- 55:42Speaker 8: think we'll find, we'll find some of those this year
- 55:45Speaker 8: as well. So very exciting times for us. And by
- 55:49Speaker 8: the way, we also drill. We're not drilling for our
- 55:52Speaker 8: sales in Bridge, which transports about thirty percent of the
- 55:57Speaker 8: natural gas in the United States. We're entering into a
- 56:01Speaker 8: twenty three year old contract with them.
- 56:03Speaker 5: I think that would speak.
- 56:04Speaker 8: Very highly of our drilling people and their abilities, and
- 56:09Speaker 8: you know, we're very excited about that relationship with them
- 56:11Speaker 8: as well. So we're going to be having revenue out
- 56:13Speaker 8: of our drilling company, out of our pipeline company, out
- 56:17Speaker 8: of our working interests, and those people don't invest that
- 56:20Speaker 8: will also enjoy a package of overrunning role as well.
- 56:24Speaker 3: So yeah, it was and don't forget the thing that
- 56:27Speaker 3: got me was you know, I have seen a lot
- 56:29Speaker 3: of potential in my life. I think this is the
- 56:31Speaker 3: most potential I've ever seen. But potential is one thing
- 56:34Speaker 3: that doesn't mean you ever deliver. You have a track record,
- 56:37Speaker 3: that's amazing. That's great.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Pennaco Ultra Petroleum, very impressive. That was a.
- 56:42Speaker 3: Decision pusher for me. And then of course what else
- 56:45Speaker 3: can you invest in? Like if I put one hundred
- 56:48Speaker 3: thousand dollars into stocks and those stocks happen to go down,
- 56:52Speaker 3: I would get no tax break.
- 56:53Speaker 1: It would do nothing for me until the day they
- 56:55Speaker 1: went back up.
- 56:56Speaker 3: You get a three thousand dollars deduction on stock losses
- 56:58Speaker 3: in a given year. But with oil and gas, it's
- 57:01Speaker 3: the most generous tax deduction you can ever get. It's
- 57:04Speaker 3: seventy percent right off the first year you invest. So
- 57:07Speaker 3: if I put one hundred thousand in, I get a
- 57:09Speaker 3: seventy thousand dollars tax deduction on my tax return in
- 57:13Speaker 3: the first year and the other thirty over the next
- 57:16Speaker 3: I think three years.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Right, Well, so that's pretty impressive.
- 57:18Speaker 5: There's been a change.
- 57:20Speaker 8: It's one hundred percent now not seventy percent really under
- 57:24Speaker 8: the tax under the Trump tax bills.
- 57:26Speaker 1: But that's for this year coming up twenty ten. Yes,
- 57:29Speaker 1: I said it's twenty twenty five. I have to go
- 57:31Speaker 1: by the old rum, but I assume yeah.
- 57:33Speaker 8: I think the other thing too, is that the viewers
- 57:37Speaker 8: need to realize that we don't have to process any
- 57:40Speaker 8: of this. This is ninety three percent methane H four,
- 57:43Speaker 8: so no processing.
- 57:45Speaker 1: We don't have to be on any plants.
- 57:46Speaker 8: When we put into the pipeline, it can go directly
- 57:49Speaker 8: into homes. We have people contaking us about putting in
- 57:52Speaker 8: data centers. There's a lot of options here that we're
- 57:55Speaker 8: going to be looking at, Wayne, So we'll give you
- 57:57Speaker 8: updated as things happen this year.
- 57:59Speaker 1: All right, data centers would seem to be the way
- 58:01Speaker 1: to go.
- 58:01Speaker 3: That's all anyone talks about now is data centers and
- 58:04Speaker 3: how much they use so much you know energy, Well,
- 58:08Speaker 3: you've got the energy for them, so it would seem
- 58:10Speaker 3: like would be a profit center. Last thing for accredited
- 58:15Speaker 3: investors who want to learn more and get involved, they
- 58:17Speaker 3: go to loss Soldier dot com and then what happens.
- 58:19Speaker 1: Someone gets back to them. Yeah, we'll get back to them.
- 58:22Speaker 8: We give them the information so they can access they
- 58:25Speaker 8: get access all the information.
- 58:27Speaker 5: We'll answer their questions.
- 58:28Speaker 8: And you know, we look at all our investors as
- 58:30Speaker 8: a family, if they ever been the Lost Soldier families,
- 58:33Speaker 8: like what we just need to.
- 58:35Speaker 3: Say, right well, with my big investment, I'd better be
- 58:37Speaker 3: a good family member.

- 1:03:17Speaker 1: voters now want candidates who describe themselves as Democrat socialists,
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: even as Graham Plattner had to step down in Maine,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: you know, with the with the Nazi tattoo on his

- 1:03:31Speaker 1: alcoholic who rapes and assaults women allegedly, even with that,
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: you know, you know what it's like. It's like the
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: women who.
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: See Islam and the men who beat the crap out
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: of him and rape them every single day.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: You know, just when there's no goats around, they rape
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: the women. There's no goats, there's no cows, there's nothing
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: else to rapes. Then they rape the women or they
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: stone them.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: They bury him to their neck and they stone them,
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: or they pour acid in their face.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: If a little girl wants to go to school.
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: And they see and then there's white American women who go, oh,
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: I want to be married, I want to change the
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: Muslim and go marry a Muslim. Anybody who sees what
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: the Democrats socialists are like and wants to be a Democrat.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: Socialist is sick in the head. Sick in the head.
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: But there was a story about Governor Tim Walls of
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: Minnesota making a case for why he wanted to defend
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: and did not want to deport an a legal alien
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: who raped little children.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Raped.
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: I believe he repeatedly raped a little girl under the
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: age of ten, and he did not want him deported.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: Marco Rubio said, screw that, We're getting this guy out
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: of the country and deported him. Can you imagine that
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: there are people this bad in America? And I'm not
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: talking about the guy who raped a little girl. I'm
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: talking about Governor Tim Walls. Can you even imagine there's
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: people that bad in the United States of America who
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: don't care that someone has raped a little girl. They
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: want to protect them and keep them from being deported
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: out of the United States. That's what you're dealing with, folks.
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: All right, here's a good example of the problems we face.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: And I think the biggest problem is the insurrectionist communist judges,
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: or maybe I say communists. First, communist insurrectionist judges. And
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: here's a judge in Nevada, a judge in Nevada. I'll
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: see if I can find his name. US District Judge
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: Richard Bulware. The second, a Nevada judge accused. He's black,
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: he's a Democrat, and I'm guessing he's a communist who
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: hates this country.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: And his wife is a city council woman.
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: Very few people know that he's married to a city
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: council woman. Another great lesson to be learned. All the
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: scumbags are married.
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: To each other.
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: You find me a scumbag in government working for Obama,
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: Biden a Kamala, I'll find you their husband is working
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: for the media, or their husband works for another communist,
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: evil scumbag Marxist politician. Or they're trying to destroy you
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: with some climate change organization, or they're fighting for illegal
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: alien it's incestuous. They're all together. These people are disgusting
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: and they're together. And yes, because they're Democrats, they're mostly ugly.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: They're ugly on the outside and they're ugly on the inside.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Terrible people.
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: But this justice, his name is used to the US
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: District Judge Richard f Bulwear the second. Can you imagine
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: there was one before him too, disgusting evil monster one,
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: Richard F.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: Bulwear the first. Obviously.
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: He accused ICE of lawless conduct for holding immigrants with
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: no legal status and arbitrary detention for months without providing
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: bond hearings, and ordered the release of seventeen detainees earlier
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: this month, and said he would consider sanctions against ICE
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: officials who defied his orders. These judges, you're just a
- 1:06:48Speaker 3: fat guy with a black robe, and you think that
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: like you could put people in jail because they disagree
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: with you, And the disagreement is because you protect illegals.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: And we want to get him out of the country.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: It's so ridiculous. And all but two of the tainees
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: have been released as of Monday.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: According to the ACLU, which represents them.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: His orders relate to his late March ruling in which
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: he determined that a Department of Homeland Security policy that
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: called for mandatory detention of immigrants and deportation proceedings who
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: otherwise would have been eligible for bail was unconstitutional.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Oh sh these people are all the same.
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: I think this is the guy that in my mock
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: trial on Friday where I kicked his ass and ACLU
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: lawyer was one of the witnesses for the defense attorney.
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: I believe this is the guy Athar Haselbulah.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: I love these names. You're not American eight. What's your name?
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Athar Hasibullah? Wow? These people are from another world.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: As some of his practice law at a high level
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: for quite some time, he said, I've never seen anything
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: quite like this. Literally, do we see a gouvit ages
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: see openly and brazenly ignoring federal court orders. This is
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: what we have to do from that one, ignore all
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: of their orders. These judges are communists. The ACLU is communist.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: Communist is a domestic terrorist organization. We need to ban
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: communists in the United States and ban communist groups in
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: the United States of America, as well as banned Sharia
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: law and radical Islam.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: And these judges need to.
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: Be stripped of their power, impeached, kicked out of office
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: and said to get mo. They're all on the side
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: of foreign invaders. They want open borders, they want to
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: destroy our country. They are the most disgusting, despicable people
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: in the world. I'm wayne a larute. This has been
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: Wardzone Live. See tomorrow, Bye, bye, God bless
