- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic, off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:19Hi guys, welcome back to another podcast.
- 0:22Thanks for sharing.
- 0:23God bless you.
- 0:25It's just been exhilarating here for me.
- 0:27Just so encouraging, talking to the many guests that I get to talk to, today we're going
- 0:32to Australia.
- 0:33We're going to bring Pastor Dean Dwyer back on the show.
- 0:37I was telling him before we got on the air, we also recorded a show with three different
- 0:42ladies from different parts of the country, ex-psychic, ex-new-ager, ex-acultist, just
- 0:47an amazing group of people, men and women of God, that have a lot to share to you, because
- 0:53I know you can benefit from what you hear.
- 0:56Today's title is Digital ID Advancing in Australia and the West.
- 1:04So let's bring in Pastor Dean Dwyer.
- 1:07You can get information on Dean over at Harbanger's Daily, and he is the pastor of Isaac Street
- 1:12Baptist Church, and that is in Toowoomba, Australia and Dean, brother, it's so good to see
- 1:18you again.
- 1:19Thank you for your time today.
- 1:21Good day, David.
- 1:22Good to be with you.
- 1:23Good to see you again, brother.
- 1:24Good day.
- 1:25Good to see you always.
- 1:26Now, we have some newer listeners, since you were on last, I wanted to get a little health
- 1:30update from you, but if you could just briefly share what happened back in your accident
- 1:36last year and what you're going through now, please.
- 1:39Yeah, thank you.
- 1:40So back in November, so I'm in a tent-making ministry, so working full time, but also
- 1:46pastoring the church.
- 1:48So riding home from work in November, and I ride a motorcycle.
- 1:54And unfortunately on this particular day, great day, weather conditions were good, the
- 1:59traffic was flowing.
- 2:00I'd come in behind some traffic to pull to a stop, but unfortunately the lady in a car
- 2:06behind me was distracted and then rear-ended me.
- 2:10So I was thrown from the motorcycle.
- 2:13You call this a miracle because the great miracle in all of this is that as I was thrown
- 2:18from the motorcycle because of the impact, my helmet actually came off.
- 2:22So I've some assaulted off the motorcycle, the helmets come off, how do I've landed on
- 2:27my head?
- 2:28Well, I'm home to glory, but I've landed on my back and unfortunately what has happened
- 2:33as a result of that is that picked up some spinal fractures, which did require emergency
- 2:39surgery.
- 2:40And so we got through that, put some metal work in just to stabilize the spine, and that
- 2:47was all good, and that went really well.
- 2:48But unfortunately, a week after the surgery, we detected a very serious infection that
- 2:56had raised itself in the spine.
- 2:59So it was back to surgery, so underwent another very painful surgery, and anyone who's
- 3:04had spinal surgery knows that these are really, really painful.
- 3:08So within a fortnight, I'd had two spinal surgeries and still facing a third one because they
- 3:16didn't do need to take the metal work out.
- 3:18Because of the nature of the infection, although the infection is under control, what this
- 3:23particular bug likes to sit dormant on metal work, and because metal work doesn't have
- 3:27a blood supply, you just can't get antibiotics to it.
- 3:31So the second surgery involved what they call a washout or a department, so they wash
- 3:36it all out and clean it all up, but there's no guarantee that the infection won't return.
- 3:40So there's a bit of a race at the moment.
- 3:42We've got to make sure the fracture heals well enough to take the metal work out, but
- 3:47not wait too long because I still remain on some pretty strong antibiotics to keep things
- 3:51under control.
- 3:52So we're just trusting the sovereign hand of God in all of this, but we do call it a miracle.
- 3:57And you know, things have changed in my life, you know, I'm much more invested in ministry.
- 4:03I really like what Jeff Wagner said when you had Jeff on the show because he said with
- 4:09his chronic condition, you know, he just felt God drawing him into a ministry and what
- 4:15his passion was in life.
- 4:16And so I feel very much the same about what God's done through this accident.
- 4:20You know, this is a real turning point.
- 4:22And so through that, you know, just feel this deeper sense of God, deeper call of God
- 4:26to go more into ministry.
- 4:28So it's been, there's been a lot of blessings amongst all of the pain.
- 4:33Well, brother, thank you for sharing that and friends watching and listening right
- 4:37now that this is a reminder to pray for Dean in the name of Jesus for healing, for God's
- 4:43sovereign hand, for God's protection and provision, strengthen comfort through this and Jesus
- 4:48name, brother.
- 4:49You've got prayers from all around the world.
- 4:52And thank you.
- 4:54Well, nice, also, just thank you because you're one of the remnant there in Australia.
- 4:59You're very first podcast with us here, World View Matters.
- 5:02We talked about the church, the condition of the church in Australia and I didn't realize
- 5:06it's as bad as it was.
- 5:08But you recently had some men of God from the US go over there and do a conference.
- 5:14And I think you went to that conference and we've had a couple of those men on.
- 5:19So tell us about that and I'm sure that encouraged a lot of Australians.
- 5:23Yeah.
- 5:24Amen.
- 5:25So yeah, we had a wonderful couple of days.
- 5:28So I see that you had Brandon and Pete on what strikes me about these guys.
- 5:33All of the guys that attended the conference was that they just so humble and they just
- 5:38have such a love and passion for the remnant church.
- 5:40So we were delighted to have them over.
- 5:42It was an 800 seat venue.
- 5:44So all the seats were filled.
- 5:46I think with the caliber of speaker though, we should be filling an 8,000 seat venue.
- 5:51But it shows and I guess I think Brandon and Pete touched on this very briefly.
- 5:56It shows how small the remnant church is, not only in Australia but throughout the world.
- 6:00But we really appreciated them coming over.
- 6:03Great couple of days and I think from what they say, there's plans to come back again.
- 6:11So that would be wonderful as well.
- 6:14But the powerful preachers, great messages and it was wonderful to walk into a room.
- 6:20I know that whether you turn to your left or to your right, the person sitting next to
- 6:24you holds the same biblical worldview, loves prophecy, loves the Lord and is keenly invested
- 6:30in what these men preach.
- 6:32How encouraging.
- 6:33You said it right.
- 6:34It's good to know that you're, you know, you're going to get a foxhole with these men.
- 6:39We're going to be fighting the good fight until the Lord returns or takes us home.
- 6:42But in January, you wrote an article over at Harbinger's Daily called Digital ID Framework.
- 6:51The WEF is creating much more than proof of identity.
- 6:57And in an email to me, Dean, you said the Australian government have really been deceitful
- 7:05around the introduction of digital ID.
- 7:08So let's take it from there.
- 7:11How is that government different from the United States government and what happened?
- 7:16How are they being deceitful about digital ID and just walk us through this, please?
- 7:21Yeah, sure.
- 7:22Before we get to that, I'll just mention I've read your book.
- 7:24I'll see it there just in front of you.
- 7:26Praise God.
- 7:27So if I can encourage anyone listening, anyone watching, get a copy because very well written,
- 7:32very well researched and it's just such a wonderful resource to have on hand.
- 7:36So go out and grab a copy.
- 7:38Thanks for that, brother.
- 7:39Really appreciate it.
- 7:40Yeah.
- 7:41Thank you.
- 7:42So we'll begin with the Australian government's own words.
- 7:44And what they say is this, the Australian government says digital ID means a safe, secure,
- 7:50convenient and reusable way to prove who you are online, which allows access to more services
- 7:57and businesses from the comfort of your home.
- 8:01That sounds good.
- 8:02So what this, it sounds good.
- 8:03And what this tells me is two things.
- 8:05Number one is that the government believes themselves always to be a benevolent institution
- 8:11that they're only there for your good.
- 8:15What this also tells me is that when they use the words from the comfort of your home,
- 8:20what did we just endure for three years, lockdowns?
- 8:24We also see supposedly 15 minutes cities coming through the pipeline.
- 8:28So they're setting up people to want to be able to access services and other things from
- 8:36home.
- 8:37That's the key part of this.
- 8:39And it was one of your old presidents, Ronald Reagan, remember he said the nine most terrifying
- 8:44words in the English language were, I'm from the government and I'm here to help.
- 8:50That's right.
- 8:51That's right.
- 8:53Well, you talk about, you know, they are operating under the banner of secular progressive
- 8:58in them to secular progressivism to them.
- 9:01I mean, they're just going business as usual.
- 9:04They have no idea of the biblical worldview.
- 9:07They're just trying to do what they're, they're called to do money, power, control, controlling
- 9:14people.
- 9:16You say in some notes you sent me over, you said, we know this isn't an initiative from
- 9:23the Australian government, but coming from the UN.
- 9:26And there's sustainable development goal 16.9 and maybe agenda 2030.
- 9:33How does this all work into that?
- 9:35Yeah.
- 9:36So SDG 16.9 said that they want to create a legal identity for everybody throughout the
- 9:42world.
- 9:43So because the language is ambiguous and what often happens in these government programs
- 9:47and these NGOs is that they use very ambiguous language so that it's open to interpretation.
- 9:53So this suits their agenda.
- 9:55So magically what people have interpreted from that is that our digital ID is the only
- 10:02thing that could possibly meet this goal.
- 10:05So notwithstanding that we've all functioned on physical ID for a long time, driver's licenses
- 10:11and other things, but SDG 16.9, it doesn't mention digital ID, but all of a sudden governments
- 10:18throughout the world and other organisations have said, well, let's put forward digital
- 10:23ID.
- 10:24Now, it was the World Bank as well.
- 10:26They got in on the action in 2016.
- 10:28So, and they've been pushing digital ID for a while because in one of their reports,
- 10:32they said this, they said that the best way to achieve SDG 16.9 is, quote, through digital
- 10:40identity systems, central registries storing personal data in digital form and credentials
- 10:47that rely on digital rather than physical mechanisms to authenticate the identity of
- 10:53their holder.
- 10:54Now, what's unusual about that report is that they say that, but hidden within the same
- 10:59report is the fact that the benefit of digital ID is largely anecdotal.
- 11:04So they speak out of both sides of their mouth, unfortunately.
- 11:10So you say that the people generally did not like this or want this, but the government
- 11:18is still pushing it, that when is that stopped a government, right, with the, yeah, what
- 11:22the people wanted.
- 11:23So that's what's happening.
- 11:25That's what's happening.
- 11:26So we've been trying to fight it in Australia.
- 11:28There's lots of petitions.
- 11:29We've got a couple of good senators in Australia who are really standing up to the government.
- 11:33The government going back to your earlier question about how the Australian government has
- 11:36been deceitful.
- 11:37What we believe is that the Australian government operates around major holidays.
- 11:41So we had recently a misinformation, disinformation bill that they put out just before Christmas,
- 11:47the consultation and objection period expired just after Christmas, because they know that
- 11:53people are distracted by Christmas.
- 11:55They know that people aren't going to invest the time because they're investing the time
- 11:58in their families during that time.
- 12:01Digital ID hasn't got a lot of airplay because people see it as a pretty benign program,
- 12:06as we'll talk about in a moment.
- 12:08It's not benign.
- 12:09It's very serious for citizens.
- 12:12So this is how the government is acting very deceitfully.
- 12:15They're not putting forward all of the information and as we saw in the earlier quote, what they'll
- 12:20do is that they'll put forward all the benefits or the supposed benefits, but they'll never touch
- 12:25on any of the negative parts of that and part of that obviously is privacy.
- 12:30But the point I made and some of my notes to you is that what the government believes is
- 12:35that they're empowering people.
- 12:38But in effect, what's going to happen is that people will be overpowered.
- 12:43And in an article I did last year and you'll find this at Harbinger's Daily as well,
- 12:48I likened this new digital framework of which digital ID plays a part as a penopticon,
- 12:54a digital penopticon.
- 12:56So for people who are familiar with a penopticon prison, it was different to your regular
- 13:01square or rectangular prisons in that it was round.
- 13:04So they had the watchtower in the middle so that they could see all of the prisoners
- 13:09around the perimeter in a circle.
- 13:12Now what digital ID is, part of this digital framework, what they're doing is we can use
- 13:17the analogy of smoothing out the corners.
- 13:20They want a total surveillance reality of your life.
- 13:24And digital ID is going to play a part of that.
- 13:27Now through social media, people have been filled into believing that putting their
- 13:33life online is a bit of fun and we connect with other people.
- 13:37But you've done the hard work for them.
- 13:38You've started to put your life online so that they've started to build a profile of you.
- 13:43And once they can connect that to your digital ID, then all of a sudden we go into social
- 13:48credit schools, we go into central bank digital currency.
- 13:51These are stepping stones, but people aren't connecting the dots.
- 13:56And that's why we have you on to let us know what's going on over there because a lot
- 14:00of similar things are happening around the world and in America, but we've got to take
- 14:03a brief break.
- 14:04We're with Pastor Dean Dwyer, Eiser Street Baptist Church from Australia.
- 14:09We'll be right back on World View Matters.
- 14:12Today's show is brought to you by Harbinger's Daily.
- 14:15World News Bidlically Understood.
- 14:18Stay informed at harbingerstaley.com.
- 14:26So friends, if you're listening to our show via audio podcast, we'd love it if you
- 14:33could leave us a five star review because that helps us rise in the rankings I've been
- 14:39told.
- 14:40And if you're interested in sponsoring the show or no someone or a business, a ministry
- 14:43that might be, well, get a hold of us.
- 14:46We'll get our producer to contact them, contact you or someone else if they're interested.
- 14:51Go to worldviewmatters.tv and then send us an email.
- 14:55So Dean Dwyer, you talk about the rollout in Australia.
- 15:01Is it scheduled for July and so they're pushing through?
- 15:06Go ahead and tell us about that.
- 15:10We've been trying to fight it, as I said, and there's one or two good senators.
- 15:16So we've been signing petitions, trying to object through the parliamentary process.
- 15:21It is slated for July.
- 15:22The legislation hasn't passed in full yet, but the government is pushing and we believe
- 15:27that they'll push very hard.
- 15:30As you mentioned before, the feedback from the Australian public in the initial stages
- 15:33was quite negative, but two things happened.
- 15:37There was a couple of cyber attacks.
- 15:39There was one against one of our major telcos optis and there was another one against one
- 15:44of our private health insurers called MediBank.
- 15:48And strangely enough, after those cyber attacks took place, all of a sudden things changed.
- 15:54The polls changed and all of a sudden opinion was swayed in favour of digital ID.
- 16:00So this is why governments exploit these types of things, unfortunately, for their own agendas.
- 16:08And so now we see public opinions swayed very much in favour of digital ID.
- 16:13Again, as I said, unfortunately, people are connecting the dots.
- 16:16They don't see where this is leading.
- 16:18So this is part of why we do these programs so that we can help people understand that
- 16:22this is not just something that's fun, something that's new, something that's going to really
- 16:27help you in life.
- 16:29It's leading to a nefarious purpose.
- 16:31But they sell it by saying it's convenient and it'll be easy, you know, you can access
- 16:38goods and services from home, but what did you say during COVID?
- 16:45And this is worldwide, but the governments and the power elites found ways to push these
- 16:51kinds of things and took advantage of the fear of people.
- 16:56Go ahead and speak to that for a moment, Dean.
- 16:58Yeah, absolutely.
- 17:00And fear and control, these are the two major pillars that globalists often use.
- 17:06And so we got a taste of what's coming in the pipeline, obviously through COVID and
- 17:11many other nations did as well.
- 17:13Our Prime Minister at the time, Scott Morrison, when he was talking about the COVID shot,
- 17:19he, they knew that they couldn't mandate it.
- 17:22They knew that they couldn't make it compulsory.
- 17:24But what he did is he got on television and he says that we will make this as mandatory
- 17:29as possible.
- 17:31And so what they did was that they started to coerce people.
- 17:34They started to ridicule those who held a different view.
- 17:36They started to lock people out of society so that you could not participate fully and
- 17:42freely in your society if you did not get the shot.
- 17:46So they used the full force of the government, they used the full force of social media,
- 17:50they used the full force of community activism, turning, you know, pastors against churches
- 17:56and brothers against sisters and husbands against wives.
- 18:00And they also co-opted big business, you know, in amongst that as well.
- 18:04So the pressure to bear on the Australian public was absolutely enormous.
- 18:08And I've met many people who really regret their decision to take the shot now that all
- 18:13of this has passed.
- 18:14Absolutely.
- 18:15I've met many, no many.
- 18:18You could read about these stories.
- 18:20People dying from myocarditis and other things and governments were forcing this.
- 18:25And then Hollywood did their part, the actors putting out there, you know, get the shot anyway.
- 18:33Something that you said in the notes that you sent me about this not being the mark of
- 18:37the beast, but they're using it to condition society, go ahead and touch on that.
- 18:44Yeah, absolutely.
- 18:45I mean, as I said, this is a stepping stone towards total surveillance realities.
- 18:50So what they're trying to do, obviously, is just build a framework around this.
- 18:56And what we see is this is a conditioning.
- 18:59So we're conditioning people to accept some form of regulated identification before unlocking
- 19:05goods and services, particularly if this is going to be linked as we believe to some type
- 19:11of social credit school and some type of central bank digital currency.
- 19:16You see, when you listen to the information, you read the articles, the globalists and
- 19:21those people pushing this digital framework, they give you all of the information.
- 19:26It's just that the ordinary citizen either can't find it or can't be bothered to find it.
- 19:30But they openly admit that in order to introduce a central bank digital currency, that digital
- 19:36ID must be in place.
- 19:39That's why we see the real push from Western nations in particular at the moment to get digital
- 19:44ID through because they need to introduce CBDC behind that.
- 19:49Yeah.
- 19:50I remember, I mean, this was BC before COVID.
- 19:55I was driving in Green Bay and I saw on the marquee outside of Lambo field.
- 20:03It said something.
- 20:04I don't remember how it was worded, but it said they were proud to be cashless or something
- 20:09like that.
- 20:10So, and I'm thinking, well, that must be around the country then in major sporting events.
- 20:16Maybe that was during COVID, but it was right around 2020 when I saw that and I'm thinking
- 20:21this is another step.
- 20:24Go cashless in there.
- 20:26What's interesting is, Dean, they didn't quite take that opportunity to play on the fears.
- 20:30You might catch COVID from money, you know, we didn't hear enough about that.
- 20:35Maybe there are other tactics were effective enough.
- 20:37They didn't have to use that scare tactic.
- 20:39But in Australia, they did.
- 20:41They pushed that a lot.
- 20:42Did they really?
- 20:43Yeah.
- 20:44Money carries.
- 20:45You can get the virus.
- 20:46Yeah.
- 20:47Oh my goodness.
- 20:48Absolutely.
- 20:49Wow.
- 20:50Oh, Lord, help us.
- 20:51Yeah.
- 20:52So, you mentioned 15-minute cities earlier.
- 20:55I think maybe some of our newer viewers and listeners might not be up to speed on what
- 21:01that's about.
- 21:02It is relatively new, but it is an idea that the power elites are trying to get people condensed
- 21:08in these, you know, smaller areas so that we won't need cars so that we won't pollute
- 21:13the planet and the environmentalists are pushing this.
- 21:16So share a little bit more about that for those that said, what's a 15-minute city?
- 21:21Yeah, sure.
- 21:22So, again, it goes back to your earlier point that when trying to sell these ideas, people
- 21:26say, well, it's convenient for you.
- 21:29You know, you can access everything you need within a 15-minute walk from your home.
- 21:34And so, obviously, people would often say, well, yeah, that's really convenient, you
- 21:38know.
- 21:39So, what we do is go 15 minutes and either direction to access everything I need, well, that's
- 21:43wonderful.
- 21:44However, what if you want to visit family two hours away?
- 21:47What if you want to go on a holiday somewhere?
- 21:49What if you need to travel for business?
- 21:51This is, again, they sell this idea as something new and fun and convenient, but when you start
- 21:58to think further afield, well, then you start to see, okay, well, hang on a second.
- 22:02This isn't about my freedom because if I had freedom, I would be able to go largely wherever
- 22:07I needed to or wherever I wanted to, but this, again, is about power and control.
- 22:12They're trying to shrink your life so that your life exists within a certain control grid.
- 22:18So that's, they can control what you're doing, what goods and services you're accessing.
- 22:23And that's part of, you know, what this digital ID does as well because when you look at
- 22:28the concept of ID in the framework of particularly some of the WEF reports, what they've said,
- 22:36and this is a report in a 2016 presentation, the WEF said this about your identity.
- 22:41They said identity is a collection of individual attributes that describe an entity and determine
- 22:49the transactions in which that entity can participate.
- 22:54So in other words, they're reducing you from a person to just a commercial transaction.
- 23:00But can you participate in what we're going to allow you or permit you to participate in?
- 23:07And this is why I say that digital ID is not about verifying identity.
- 23:12What this will turn into is about digital ID verifying your credibility in the eyes of
- 23:18those who control it.
- 23:19Yeah.
- 23:20Well, you said when you were sharing about your, let's see, where was that about your
- 23:25prime minister?
- 23:26Was it in during COVID said that if you're not vaccinated, you're not going to be
- 23:30able to participate in society.
- 23:31I think I just paraphrased that.
- 23:33Yeah.
- 23:34But this is the way some of these people in power think and that's just what they believe
- 23:41is the direction of the world.
- 23:44And which is fascinating.
- 23:45I've been looking into a lot of verses on worldly things or the world system.
- 23:51And this is the way it's going.
- 23:53We shouldn't be surprised, but we do need to be informed.
- 23:57I wish we had a little bit more time, but I want you to share just your heart about
- 24:01the church and just encourage us because they're it.
- 24:06There seems especially with social media technology and our iPhones and everything else.
- 24:11There are so many things coming at us from so many different directions.
- 24:16And if we were to just look or pay attention to all that, you can get overwhelmed very easily.
- 24:22So please share your heart to our audience about that.
- 24:27Thank you.
- 24:28Thank you, David.
- 24:29You know, Psalm 139 verse 1 says this, O Lord, you have searched me and known me.
- 24:36And if you look at what Satan's doing in the world, we know that he is a counterfeiter
- 24:41and a liar, what God ordained Satan opposes, but he also counterfeits.
- 24:45So when you look at that, Psalm, O Lord, you've searched me and known me.
- 24:50This is what the digital ID and the broader digital framework is designed to do.
- 24:55This is Satan's way of unpeeling the layers of your life and opening all of that up.
- 25:01So that's the global elites and particularly into the tribulation period, the antichrist
- 25:06and false prophet are going to know everything about every person.
- 25:11This is where this is all going.
- 25:13Now what's happening at the moment is that all of these people are trying to get people
- 25:18to buy into man's systems.
- 25:20So you'll see what they're doing is ridicule and Christianity and they're setting aside
- 25:27and ridiculing anyone who trusts in God, trusting God's word, trusting God's will, trusting
- 25:31God's way.
- 25:32What they're trying to do in amongst all of this, why they're doing that is that they want
- 25:36you to forget about God and they want you to buy fully into man's system because what
- 25:43they're promoting is that man's system is the only way of salvation.
- 25:48This is part of the problem and this is part of the building blocks and this is why
- 25:52they're so anti-faith because when you've got a faith in God and you look to him for
- 25:57provision, well you're not looking to the government and you're not looking to global
- 26:00elites either.
- 26:02So we need to trust in God and we need to encourage others to look at this objectively
- 26:08and through a biblical lens because once your eyes are open, once God opens your eyes,
- 26:13you can see that you can't place your faith in man.
- 26:17If you want salvation, particularly the salvation of your soul, well that's only through Jesus
- 26:22Christ.
- 26:23But this is what they're doing.
- 26:24They're putting man's systems in front of people so that you will learn to trust man's
- 26:29systems and not trust God in your life.
- 26:32Amen.
- 26:33Well, you were talking.
- 26:34You reminded me and I want to share also from Psalm 31, starting in verse 14.
- 26:39It says, but as for me, I trust in you, Lord, I say, you are my God.
- 26:47My times are in your hand.
- 26:50Rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me.
- 26:54Make your face shine upon your servant.
- 26:57Save me in your faithfulness.
- 26:59Amen.
