- 1:57they get some help too, So thank you for calling. If you have

- 2:25two one thirteen ten. Don't forget as well as we talk with Tim each
- 2:30and every week here on thirteen ten WIBA. Tim likes to use this as
- 2:32an opportunity to kind of demonstrate what goes on at the retail locations as well
- 2:37as online at the Healthy Place every single day. You can learn more online
- 2:39find your Healthy Place dot com, chat with a well that's consultant there,
- 2:43or stop on in. They'd love to see you. West Side of Madison,
- 2:46Fitchburg or sun Prairie And again as mentioned, phone lines are open six
- 2:49SOH eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six SOH eight three two one
- 2:53thirteen ten. Got an email from Emily. Emily email then she just my
- 2:55daughter is in her twenties, as has consulted several doctors due to various symptoms.
- 3:00She was eventually diagnosed with fibermiologia and chronic fatigue syndrome. What options are
- 3:07available for her to address the severe fatigue and pain she endures In that email
- 3:12from Emily, Yeah, Emily, super sorry. You've been battling that.
- 3:15Fibromagia is no fun at all, and it's more common than you'd think,
- 3:21a lot of folks in our community suffering from that. And like the email
- 3:24said, you know, there's pain involved and there's also fatigue involved, and
- 3:29it's interesting how pain and fatigue have this intimate connection. So when you strengthen
- 3:36your adrenal glands, that's the first thing we always bring up when we're having
- 3:39this conversation. Adrenal glands play a role. About ninety plus percent of fatigue
- 3:45issues are connected to your adrenal glands. So there's herbs called adaptogens and adaptagenic
- 3:52herbs help your body adapt to stress, nourishing and strengthening your adrenal glands,
- 3:58which pretty quickly leads to a noticeable increase in energy. This is one of
- 4:01those topics that in the first twenty four hours folks feel a difference. So
- 4:05I always get excited about those because some other issues, you know, might
- 4:09take weeks to sort of get some breakthrough. Fibromalgia is one that in the
- 4:12first twenty four hours you can notice on energy lift and pain relief. So
- 4:16product I'd bring up if you're listening and know somebody with this battle or you're
- 4:20battling it yourself, a drenal boost. Adrenal Boost is one of our top
- 4:26sellers as your top five adaptagenic herbs in there. Nutrients like rohodiola and ashwagonda
- 4:31and maka and shazandra. You know these these have an immediate effect first twenty
- 4:35four hours. Number two, more on the pain conversation, there's a product
- 4:40called Kira Relief that cleans your body of the inflammation that's at the root of
- 4:45your pain. So when we lower inflammation, then you're going to lower pain.
- 4:49And that's another one that's like twenty four hours. People tend to feel
- 4:53actually even in the first hour, they tend to feel a little bit of
- 4:56relief. So a lot of our community uses that instead of your over the
- 4:59counter drugs like ibuprofen, tile and all. So just in general as a
- 5:01pain relief formula, Currey relief really works well. And then the last thing
- 5:06I bring up when I'm chatting with women about fibermalagia. So for Emily here
- 5:12a product like hormones play a huge role in almost every human condition, both
- 5:16for men and women. The more I learn about hormones, the more I'm
- 5:19like, wow, that's that's really it's a big player when it comes to
- 5:23our health. So for women to balance hormones, taking nutrients that will be
- 5:30normalizing effects. So there's synthetic hormones. You know, even progesterone cream is
- 5:35natural, but it'll spike your estrogen levels. So if you can get nutrients
- 5:41that play more of a balancing role, so Shatavari root, don Qui root,
- 5:46Chase tree berry. There's a product called get Even. It's called get
- 5:51Even if you go on our website or pop in our store, and that
- 5:54is one of the best balancing formulas. It's like a normalizer. So if
- 5:58your levels are too high, it brings it down. If it's too low,
- 6:00it brings it up. It balances those hormones. So those are the
- 6:03three big products. Get even for hormones, cure relief for inflammation and pain,
- 6:10and adrenal boost for that fatigue and your adrenal glands. And those three
- 6:14together that combo we've been recommending for a while now, and the success in
- 6:16our community has been consistent. What a phenomenal question, great answer as well.
- 6:21Great work, Emily, and don't forget you. You could be like
- 6:24Emily. You can always email Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com.
- 6:27That's Tim tim at find your Healthy Place dot com. If you can find
- 6:30your Healthy Place dot com, what a great resource, what a great place
- 6:33to visit and Ben there recently check them out online Find your Healthy Place dot
- 6:38com. Place orders right online. You can also chat with a wellness consultant
- 6:42at the website find your Healthy Place dot com or even better, stop on
- 6:45end say hello, they'd love to see you. Whether it's the West side
- 6:46of Madison, Fitchburg or sun Prairie location of the Healthy Place. And again
- 6:50our phone lines are open for your question now at six'oh eight three two
- 6:55one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight, three, two, one,
- 6:58thirteen ten and tim something mase email and and something I find interesting. It
- 7:01feels like a lot of whether it's hormonal things or other things, as we
- 7:06go through life, fatigue seems to plague us more and more. And unfortunately
- 7:12I see, you know, I go, I stop by the quick trip
- 7:14like a lot of people do, first thing in the morning, and I
- 7:15see like these racks and racks of things like energy drinks and other things.
- 7:19I see people buying this stuff, going this can't be good for you.
- 7:24For folks dealing with fatigue, there are there are depending on what's causing it,
- 7:28there's there's solutions to healthy solutions to dealing Yeah, there really is.
- 7:32There really is. And and I love like urramante and green tea and I
- 7:36drink coffee and you know those are those are great things. You know,
- 7:40you bring up you know, sort of like a swear word in our stores
- 7:44is bringing up like some of those energy drinks. It's like, oh no,
- 7:48but those will have you know, your synthetics and quite a bit,
- 7:53but a point or big takeaway I want the community to have. If you're
- 7:56listening and you're like fatigued right now, is too much caffeine fatigues your adrenal
- 8:01glands, So too much caffeine will make you more tired in the big picture,
- 8:05and you will need more caffeine, and it's just a vicious cycle.
- 8:09So when people are coming away from that and they want to get their bodies
- 8:13natural energy producing systems going again, that's a conversation we love to have.
- 8:18So when you are looking at the human body, the adrenal glands as I
- 8:22mentioned before, but really the whole glandular system plays a huge role when it
- 8:26comes to energy. And then there's antioxidants like rlopoic acid or glutathione that help
- 8:33recharge your mitochondria. So mitochondria is like the furnace or the powerhouse of your
- 8:39cell, and you want to make sure your cells are firing, you know,
- 8:41want to make sure that those furnaces have logs on the fire that they
- 8:46can create and recycle and recharge your cells to keep moving forward. And then
- 8:52thirdly, there's nutrients like acetylol carnatine or L carnatine that help your body's creb
- 8:58cycle, which is your body's natural ability to take food and translate that into
- 9:03energy. So it's a fun conversation and people are walking around like zombies.
- 9:07You know, it's kind of interesting to look around in the earlier hours,
- 9:11just like and you know, folks want more energy and some of these simple
- 9:16steps. I'd encourage you to either shoot an email for some links tim at
- 9:20find your Healthy Place dot com. I always love sharing with the community,
- 9:22or pop in one of our stores. Just be honest with a wellness consultant.
- 9:26You know, you don't have to spend five hundred bucks. You can,
- 9:28but you don't have to. You can come in. Hey, I
- 9:31just want to try one thing like that adrenal boost I brought up earlier.
- 9:35You might spend thirty bucks and notice that that instant in the first day,
- 9:39people notice more focus, energy, less stress, relief and in general.
- 9:43You know, I just take a step back, Like if you've been dragging
- 9:46your feet on an issue. You know, you have maybe a loved one
- 9:50saying like, you have this issue that you should work on. I'm just
- 9:54laughing because I'm married, but I have also had issues. But you know,
- 9:58health is a gift, you know, and your life is a gift.
- 10:01If you've been dragging your feet and you have this issue, like a
- 10:03lot of the times people Sean are like walking around like suffering and they just
- 10:09don't need to. And that's this like point that I'm like, how do
- 10:11I get your attention? You know, like you can go this way or
- 10:16you can go that way, and it doesn't even matter at that point,
- 10:18like whether they come into the healthy place or like another health food store.
- 10:22There's some other good ones in Madison. It's like take action, like you're
- 10:24worth it. And I think it goes back to this idea of like,
- 10:28you know, either either I'm not worth it financially or I'm not worth the
- 10:31you know, the energy to take to like go do this. But we
- 10:33really try to make it easier for you and are pricing Becky and I really
- 10:39sharpen the pencil where you're are pricing in our stores, like you won't be
- 10:41able to find a lower price, and so from a price standpoint, we're
- 10:46trying to lower that hurdle for the community and at least gain the information at
- 10:50the end of the day. You know, we have a chat feature on
- 10:52our website. Pop on there just ask the freaking question so you know what
- 10:56you could do to help your condition, because life is a gift and we
- 11:01want to keep your rock. And there's a lot of people that probably depend
- 11:03on you. And there's folks like when you give, your receive and the
- 11:05more you can give, the more you receive. It's like, man,
- 11:09so I would challenge you if you have a health condition, like check us
- 11:13out at the healthy place, take action. You're worth it. Years ago
- 11:18I had a co worker who said to me about just about in general,
- 11:20about you know, negotiating and and you know, more money or whatever and
- 11:26work, and he said, what's your value? And he said, you've
- 11:28got to show your employer what's your value. And you also have to think
- 11:33with your health, what is the value when it comes to the value of
- 11:35your health and feeling good? What's that worth to you? What's the value
- 11:39of waking up each morning, being happy, feeling healthy, being able to
- 11:43have that. I think for a lot of folks, you think about that,
- 11:46that's a pretty high high thing for on their list saying that is exactly
- 11:50what I want to strive for. So we think about what's the value,
- 11:54well, the value on getting good supplements, high quality supplements and having the
- 11:58right ones for what you're dealing with. It's it's unmeasurable, it's it's it's
- 12:03just it's it's a huge value to you to take those first steps. And
- 12:09I know, tim as we could towards that, that's probably you know,
- 12:11even even a life changing you know, I'm a bit of a dramatic person
- 12:13at a time, but it really is life changing. When somebody is fatigued
- 12:16for five years walking around. You know, they might have had a kid
- 12:20or two, their jobs a little too much, you know, they have
- 12:22financial stresses and pressures and and you know, they and then all of a
- 12:26sudden, they take one nutraceutical that costs like twelve cents a day, and
- 12:31now they're like, have more energy and their stress is a little bit lower.
- 12:33Not like they're flying high, you know, all the time feeling you
- 12:37know, but their energy is a little higher, and their stress is lower,
- 12:39and they're sleeping a little better, and their immune systems a little stronger.
- 12:41Like that. That's a life changing occurrence. And it's all these micro
- 12:46changes that we make through life that are either positive or negative that lead us
- 12:50to who we are. And so I would just remind you of that,
- 12:52like the actions you take today, like I think of the future. You
- 12:56I know that's hard sometimes, but it's like they will thank you Today is
- 13:00the day to start that journey, start that conversation, get on in.
- 13:03They'd love to see you at the Healthy Place, whether it's West side of
- 13:05Madison, Fitchburger, Sun Prairie, available online as well at finds your Healthy
- 13:09Place dot com that's fined Your Healthy Place dot com. Also got a chance
- 13:13for you to get on the air this morning with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy
- 13:16Place. So I got to do this. Pick up the phone, give
- 13:16us call six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight
- 13:20three two one thirteen ten. We'll continue our conversation with Tim O'Brien from the
- 13:24Healthy Place next as Ask the Experts continues right here on thirteen ten. Wuib
- 13:30e can't touch this? Okay, touch this? You can't touch this Before
- 13:41thirteen ten Wuiba coming down the home stretch with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place
- 13:45online find your Healthy Place dot com. That's fined your Healthy Place dot com.
- 13:48Three locations for you Madison, West Fitchburg and Sun Prairie. Chat with
- 13:52a wellness consultant, stop it and visit them. It's always a great time
- 13:54to get into the Healthy Place. And Tim, we've just got a couple
- 13:58of minutes actually left. We had a lot to cover in that first segment,
- 14:01but real quick, as I know, for a lot of folks,
- 14:03we'll probably touch on this next couple of weeks quite a bit. But any
- 14:07day is a good day to make to make improvements in your life and your
- 14:11lifestyle, but especially for folks. I think with the end of the year
- 14:15and looking forward to twenty twenty four, a lot of folks do that and
- 14:18bringing the healthy place along on your journey. What a great benefit that is,
- 14:22isn't it? Oh Man, Yeah, I would just I would challenge
- 14:24you, like like just depending where you're at on the continuum, you know,
- 14:28I'd challenge you to take action on just get one product, you know,
- 14:33like get one product from my store or another store, it doesn't matter,
- 14:35Like get a product to specifically target something that you've been battling, you
- 14:41know, whether it's energy, you know. The top three kind of the
- 14:43power three in our store is like chronic pain, sleep issues, and stress,
- 14:50which you could blend with fatigue, and those are like almost everyone battles
- 14:54with that to some degree. And I'd challenge you to take action, like
- 14:56get one thing that can help you, you know, and start the conversation.
- 15:01Like our wellness consultants. You know, we don't do commission because I
- 15:03just didn't want that distraction, Like I don't want it to be about money
- 15:07when you're talking about health. So you'll talk to wellness consultants that are hired
- 15:11for their integrity and their care and their desire to help impact and change our
- 15:15community for the better. You know, we have some big dreams of like
- 15:18like expanding life expectancy in medicine and limiting and minimizing the amount of pharmaceutical drug
- 15:24intake just by edge, consistent education, consistent inspiration and impacting individuals, and
- 15:30so everything we've done is like around that, like our whole our whole mission
- 15:33statement around impact, empower and educate every customer to learn, grow and create
- 15:37a lifelong foundation of health and wellness. So we want to make it easy
- 15:41for you to contact us. So there's a chat feature on our website and
- 15:45you can email you know me tim at at find Yourhealthyplace dot com. You
- 15:48can also go them in our stores and connect with our wellness consultants, which
- 15:52is really what I'd recommend because that's face to face. There's nothing like it.
- 15:56Communication is like ninety percent nonverbal, they say in stores, I believe
- 16:02will you'll get the best best care, like really really consistent care. You
- 16:07can call though, too if it's tough for you to get out of the
- 16:08house. Regardless of all of that, like the idea, I'm here to
- 16:12remind you, like your health matters, and if you don't take action,
- 16:15that'll just keep getting worse. It won't get better. Like We're surrounded with
- 16:19pharmaceutical drugs that all damage the body and have side effects, and they hopefully
- 16:25treat a symptom and help you. And I'm thankful when that happens. And
- 16:26you know, I'm grateful for pharmaceutical drugs in different ways, so don't hear
- 16:30me the wrong way. We're surrounded with pesticides, you know, fungus sides.
- 16:36Our food is not what it was one hundred years ago. You know,
- 16:38Bola salad has literally half the nutrients that it had compared to the nineteen
- 16:42fifties. Like broccoli has gone down in vitamin C by twenty five percent from
- 16:47nineteen seventy five to nineteen ninety five, Like a bol of brown rice compared
- 16:51back into the nineteen sixties, Like forty percent reduction in calcium So we're all
- 16:55walking around with like nutritional deficiencies in a small, medium or large matter.
- 17:00We're walking around with different issues, chronic issues, heavily medicated, and people
- 17:06are suffering. And that's the bottom line. It's like people in Madison,
- 17:08like right in front of us, are suffering all the time. And it's
- 17:11our mission to take action and to help these people. And it's your mission
- 17:15to take action and help these people, which one of them is you.
- 17:18So it all starts. Thanks for that. It all starts with either a
- 17:22visit to the website or a visit to one of the locations of the Healthy
- 17:26Place and chat with the wellness consultant. Don't wait another day, don't let
- 17:29another year slip by. Start that journey. It is a very rewarding and
- 17:33a great journey. All I got to do is stop on in. Whether
- 17:34it's West side of Madison, Fitchburg or sun Prairie location up the Healthy Place
- 17:37or online find your Healthy Place dot com. That's find your Healthy Place dot
- 17:42com. Tim, you enjoy this beautiful day. It's always great chatting with
- 17:45you, my friend YouTube brother. Thanks for the time. Dan o'donald comes
- 17:48your way next right here on thirteen ten Wuiba
