A 47-year-old man, Francisco Hernandez, has been arrested after a high-stakes manhunt that began when he missed a court date and failed to appear. Wanted on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and for failing to show up in court, Hernandez was finally taken into custody at his Kentucky home. Now held in Jessamine County, he’s set for an extradition hearing before being returned to Nueces County to face justice — a case that underscores law enforcement’s relentless pursuit of accountability for serious crimes.
