Retribution (2006) Review — A Ghostly Mystery That Stuck With Me
Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s Retribution drew me in with its detective mystery and some clever, unsettling uses of mirrors and camera placement. I talk about the ghostly moments that made me laugh or gave me chills, the detective’s mysterious relationship with a woman, and an ending I liked despite feeling confused by parts of the third act. 4/5.
